SPEAKER_00

This whole time I just need the entire time.

SPEAKER_03

I just need coffee the entire generation, the duration of this because I'm exhausted. Not from honestly like prepping, but just from jet lag alone. Like I swear. And people are like, are you not like you know, where are you in the world? And I'm like, I at this point my body doesn't know where it is. So it's fine though.

SPEAKER_00

At least now you're staying like West Coast for a good handful of weeks and chilling for a bit.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, it's gonna be good. It's gonna be very, very good. But um can we talk about yeah, literally, can we talk about how insane the giveaway blew up?

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god, six over six thousand comments when I went to shut them off.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, that's I I I had to text you because I was like, I love all of you, but like my Instagram, I went silent on my Instagram pre-show because I was like, I don't want to look at my Instagram because there's too many, there's too many notifications coming out. I'm just gonna blow it out. I don't want to be on it on Instagram right now, but we want to say a massive, massive thank you to everyone that did enter because that's incredible. Incredible.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's a wild amount of engagement for for anything, but for a giveaway, like this is just badass. So it's really cool.

SPEAKER_03

It's cool to be able to give away something like this as well because I know this will help a like someone that needs it, you know. So when are we gonna announce it?

SPEAKER_00

Um, I was gonna I have a bunch of the comments, not all, but most of the comments plugged into one of those pick-me generators on Google. Okay. Um, and so you just hit the whatever, the spin button, and it picks a random name out of everyone that commented. So um we'll do that by the end of this. So we can by the time this comes out on Thursday, we'll be when we want to announce it anyway. Well, we'll do it today. Yeah, yeah. The people that listen to this on Thursday will will know about an hour or two ahead of everyone else. So, and then we'll reach out to the person in Toxic and get that situated.

SPEAKER_04

Perfect. Excited, very sweet.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's a really cool way to kick off the ear. I mean, if you're competing this year, you pretty much get a free custom suit. Like that's cool. Yeah, it's very, very good.

SPEAKER_03

I'm excited. I'm excited to see who that that is as well. So, okay. Should we debrief this weekend?

SPEAKER_00

Do it. You were there, start it off. Winner, win one of two. Let's fucking go. Oh my god, one of one of many, but we don't talk about future shows.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, we only talk about the next show. Um, but yeah, like this. I was just saying to you before, like, this weekend literally was like perfect from start to finish. So, like, I obviously did the Arnold UK on the Saturday. So then the next Saturday onwards was obviously San Diego. So obviously it was back to back peak weeks. I arrived in Arizona on Monday, so like we got out of the UK very quickly right after the Arnolds because I kind of had to. So, and I that was probably the most worrying part for me was how I was gonna deal with jet lag because I'd been in the UK for about 12-ish days, 10 days. So my body had kind of just gotten used to UK time zone, and then all of a sudden it was like, oh, actually, you're back in Arizona again. So I was worried about how sleep was gonna be, how recovery is gonna be. I also I'm not the biggest fan of doing back-to-back peak weeks because you don't get that like training session in. So, like, I think this past week going into San Diego, I didn't feel like my regular like fullness or pop or anything like that. I felt like I was a little bit flat in some situations. Um, I think we pulled it together like right at the like on night Friday. I was like, yep, this is where we want to be. Like, I'm really happy with this. Like, there were some things that I was a little bit inflamed, I was a little bit like flat. Like we just didn't we weren't getting kind of like that same pop because we just couldn't push workouts as much. Like recovery just wasn't there, sleep wasn't there a hundred percent. So, like, I won't say that this was perfect going into the show, and there's that's why we've kind of picked our next show. I mean, there is only while such next anyway, but I think that's why we wanted to kind of like give ourselves a little bit of time in between the next show. So, this is really good. This week is gonna be good with workouts. I can already feel like it feels nice to have like a good sense of like training back, you know, because it we forget that training is very, very important in general, but like especially doing back-to-back peak weeks, we don't realize how much training is in how oh yeah is until then.

SPEAKER_00

There's so much like actual like science behind that as well. It's not just the feeling, it's the it's the glycogen stores, it's the it's the pushing of nutrients, it's how it's how your body refuels and you're used to pushing yourself to a certain limit. So your body's used to a certain baseline level of inflammation that you cause from the lifting, from your training intensity, etc. When you have a peak week where you obviously dial down a little bit going into it, steps and cardio might back off a bit, and then you go immediately into another peak week, your body is now downregulated for two weeks straight going into back-to-back shows. So it's you don't feel the same. Like you can end up looking the same. It's usually typically in your head when it's only like a matter of a couple weeks, but um, it's the feeling is just not there. Like you said, the night before you're like, oh shit, we pulled this together. Like, I look great, I feel great. Um, but that's where good coaching comes into play, and it's really where a good athlete's mindset comes into play because that can fuck with people hard because you just do not feel the same.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, it was weird because like we actually came in heavier this show as well. Every single show we've kind of done, we've kind of been just a little bit weight-wise increased, which I mean, in any sense, if I'm honest, like I'm pretty prone to I don't, I'm not massively bothered about weight gain. Like I've just did a little reel and Instagram thing about weight gain and stuff like that. And I it really doesn't bother me. But I know previously in the past, it definitely has where I used to be like, I need to be less, I need to be leaner, I need to be XYZ things, but I was just trusting the fact of like obviously you're trusting the coach, but then also trusting that I know I will be looking my best because I need to be full, I need to be round, I need to have shape. Like, obviously, yes, we're depleted to some extent, but also we need the muscle to be nice and full when we're on stage. So I wasn't, I didn't mind being the way that I was. Obviously, we want to be a little bit tighter going into ourselves, like a tiny bit more. Um, and then moving forwards, obviously, we'll get more feedback and stuff on that. But I think we definitely pulled off this look, and this was probably one of my favorites because we were just bursting full at this one.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. So it was cool. That's great. It's also cool too, just thinking of the shows that you've done, you're gonna be in front of a good handful of different Olympia judges, yeah, just in the first half of this season. Like you go from Tyler a couple times along with that entire panel, with like Bill on the panel, Sandy on the panel, you then you go get seen by Sandy and Patrick in San Diego, and then I believe Steve DeVore is head judging Wasatch. So you have multiple Olympia judges across all these shows, um, and good feedback from all of them. They're all some of my favorite judges, so that's it's really good just feedback going into what you will take between your next win and Olympia.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, and I think that's important to like don't get me wrong, it I think sometimes people want to try and get in in front of certain types of judges, and I think that is very good. Like, people like people want to get in front of Sandy, Tyler, Steve, like because they're Olympia judges, they have the experience, they have the knowledge, not saying that the other judges don't, but they have that vast feedback that they can really give you what you need to kind of excel as an athlete. Um, but it's also good to just be in front of different people because also getting different opinions. So like people will see things that um other judges might not see as well. And it's it's cool because bodybuilding is generally based on opinion. Obviously, it has a criteria, but it's based on what that person feels fits that criteria that day. So, like you might fit it one day, you might not fit it in front of a different set of judges another day, potentially, but there's always things to work on, and I think that's really that's always the fun part about bodybuilding. Obviously, sometimes it can be frustrating, but it was also helps you grow as an athlete. And yeah, I feel like this weekend specifically, obviously, with me and Raina, we were very, very close. Obviously, we'd just been competing um with each other at the Arnold US, obviously, where she got sixth, I got fifth. Um, so it was a very interesting one because I was like, she people were saying to me, you know, it's easy, it's an easy win. It's not an easy win. Like she's 11th in the world from the previous um Mr. Olympia, and she also in 2024. I think there was another time in Arnold UK, um, the Arnold US that I did uh two weeks before in 2024, I think I placed fifth and Ellie Fernandez placed sixth, and then we flip-flopped in the Arnold UK because I looked worse than Arnold UK, she looked better, so she got a placing ahead of me. And again, you people feel like, oh, you know, if I've you know, quote unquote beaten or been up against someone previously before, that means yes, you can beat them again, but they can also beat you, you know? So like it's it's not a case of like letting your guard down um or anything like that because it's always someone's gonna be right behind you, like chasing.

SPEAKER_00

Wasn't it you and Deraja right before Olympia a couple of years ago? Oh yeah. You you beat her in the you beat her in the pro in the regular pro show, then Olympia came around and it was what fourth and seventh or fifth and seventh.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, yeah. And again, yeah, it's a it's different, like it's different what the judges prefer, but also like what also looks what you look better in in each show. Do you know what I mean? Like it's it was very, very close this past weekend with me and Rainer. Um, like I said, what one point difference, and uh previously before it wasn't. So it's it's it's always I love it because it's interesting, because it makes me like work harder. And I think sometimes you can either let the pressure get to you or you can let the pressure kind of like almost like fuel you in a way. Um, so for me, I was like, I didn't want to kind of even have that thought of like, oh, this is the easy, it's not never, it's never easy. It's never easy and winning a pro show is not they're not in the same sentence. Do you know what I mean? So um, but it was really cool. She's an incredible athlete, and like we have some really nice like moments and stuff. Like she turned to me like literally when we were both like getting like first and second. I don't think I clocked like what was happening until like that first and second moment, and she kind of like tapped me into reality and was like, I'm so honored to be like standing next to you. And I was like, Thank you so much, girl. Me too. Like we were both standing there waiting for our first and seconds, and I was like, holy shit, like this is this is like hopefully it, like where we can kind of like both keep, you know, keep moving forwards from this point. But it was really, really cool. And like that whole show was such so well run. The whole like weekend was like flow state. Like, we drove there, we drove to San Diego, we drove back, there was no inconveniences. Like, I had nine hours of sleep on show day, which does that ever happen to anyone? I do not think so. I don't sleep that much on show day. I usually sleep like five hours. I try and sleep more, but like you're just excited and like thinking about show day. So, like you barely really get sleep. I got a nine, solid nine hours. I woke up like at like to my alarm. I was like, oh, 6 a.m. Cool. Like it just doesn't happen.

SPEAKER_00

So but I would just hear from other coaches how they do on those days. Like, I want to ask Jamie or or Greg or James, like, well, James is like a lot, but yeah, like how how is the night before for you or the day of? Like, do you wake up? Like, obviously, there's waking up for to see the clients when they're up fasted like that morning, but like, how is like the middle of the night? Like, are you like anxious and fucking, or is it just another day? Like, you've been doing this for so long. So I'm curious to see how that sleep is. Well, I mean I get anxious. I get anxious to, and it's typically it's funny, it's with the pros, even like on Olympia. I had six people in the Olympia, and I slept great the night before. I was like, they're all fucking ready, they're they're veterans, we're here for a reason. When I got someone that's like a first-time competitor, that I'm like, they can be out there as a true novice and go win the open overall tomorrow. Like this would fucking happen, or like this is gonna be tight for a pro card. Like, this is their first scenes as a competitor. I think they can go pro. Those are the nights where I'm like, oh my god, it's tomorrow. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, it's like it that is actually so facts. It's like winning a pro show or like winning your show. Like, I'm like, I hope they get their pro card. I hope like because you just know you've been in that position before. Do you know what I mean? So it's like it's so like nerve-wracking, but like, no, I I I know um, well, Jamie got three wins over this weekend, which was yeah, sick. It incorporated like three different time zones in 12 hours. Like we were, but we were it was funny because in between pre-judging the finals and stuff, I think this is when Rihanna got her win. So we were just going to finals, and obviously, because of the time zone, she just won. So we were all like in the room, just about to leave, and then they were like, Rihanna won! And we were like, Yes.

SPEAKER_00

And then I was like, What time was the overseas one at? When did you find that one out?

SPEAKER_03

Four, I think that was at like 4 a.m. for her. So, like, she before you won.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

No, after. So like it was Sunday morning. Yeah, it was Sunday morning. So Jamie did not sleep. I'm pretty sure she did not sleep.

SPEAKER_00

So speaking of, I didn't realize that there was a Fit Model Pro Show in Taiwan, I think it was that day. Those the top two looked insane.

SPEAKER_03

So good, insane. So good. Very, very good.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know who James coached the second place girl. I don't know who the first place was, but they both looked unreal. Yeah. I was like, wow, okay, like Fit Model's full fucking force right now.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and I feel like I feel like Fit Model, the Fit Model Pro Show at Wasatch is actually gonna be busier than the bikini show.

SPEAKER_00

I personally think between you and me alone, like me training and you posing them, we have three people in it. I have a total of I think five Fit Model Pros in that handful of amateurs, but five Fit Model Pros. Just and that's just me alone. Like, think of who Jamie might have, James might have, Kim might have, all the other people, all the international girls that want to come here for the first American Fit Model Pro show. All the ones that went to Japan that were from America, that are likely gonna come and do this. I got a couple from uh my Arnold amateur pro card winner, Sage. She's making her debut at Wasatch. So it's like it's it's gonna be a it's gonna be a big show.

SPEAKER_03

It's gonna be a big show. It's gonna be cool. It's gonna be so cool though. I think this is gonna probably probably like I'm really excited for this show because I think it's such a big show. It's just gonna be so much more, it's just gonna be so much fun. Do you know what I mean? Like when there's there's shows like this that happen, it just becomes a lot more fun when there's loads of people around you and like loads of people just doing things. Like, I don't know, it's just gonna be yeah, it's gonna be sex. So I can't wait.

SPEAKER_00

I'm excited for it too because I know that like I know we have a lot of like really awesome listeners on here that are in bikini, but I think that we were some of the first people to really give a lot of insight to Fit Model and talk about the criteria and do the feedback and stuff. And when I was at the Arnold Amateur, and when you and I were even just walking around the Arnold together, the amount of pictures and we listen to your podcast, and I think that's gonna be like it's gonna be really cool to be around a lot of the Fit Model athletes that we have been talking about and be in person with them at the show. We've been doing reviews on them, we've been talking about that giant Japan pro lineup, and now half those girls, if not more, are gonna be at Wasatch. So it's gonna be really cool to be there with them. Yeah, that'll be fun.

SPEAKER_03

Comment down below if anyone is actually going to Wasatch because I want to know. Because I I put out on my story, I think yesterday that I was doing doing Wasatch, and so many people are competing at it as like an amateurs. So I'm really, really excited to. Yeah, yeah, I'm really excited for the show. It's gonna be a lot of fun, it's gonna be good.

SPEAKER_00

And for everyone listening to this that will be there, um, Phoebe and I will be at Refinery Gym the next day. RP Strength is doing another gym tour meetup. Um, Phoebe, myself, Jared Feather will all be there. Um, Savannah will be there. Um, so we'll all be there. It's an open gym. Um, it's one of the coolest gyms in the States that I've ever been to. Giant warehouse with more equipment than you could possibly imagine. But the gym owner opened the doors completely free for the day. There'll be photographers and videographers walking around. Um, the RP YouTube channel will be filming. So come say hi and lift and hang out.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, it's gonna be a really fun time. I'm I'm excited because I think I texted you and I was like, I know, I called you and I was like, are you staying late? Because I want to like, because honestly, I had so much fun at San Diego with Alice where we just literally had the whole day. We walked around, we saw sea lions, we just had fun, and I was like, I haven't actually stayed in the state or in like the place that I'm at for such a long time post-show. So I was like, I want to do that. So I was like, Are you staying? Are you staying?

SPEAKER_00

We'll definitely have a lot of fun there for the day. Go lift and do that, and then that afternoon go do something. I mean, Salt Lake City is a beautiful city, so there's so much.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I'm excited for it. It's gonna be good, right? Let's have a look at this this past weekend and this upcoming weekend because I want to say there's quite a lot of things going on, is there not?

SPEAKER_00

There is. We got a whole episode just on the shows from this past weekend and this weekend.

SPEAKER_04

So let's do Charlotte first.

SPEAKER_00

Re-looked in the face. And shout out to Stasi. Holy shit. What a comeback of a physique. Yeah. Like, no one, in not saying this in a negative way, but no one like was thinking of Stasi going into the show because she like she hasn't placed like crazy well in the past. Um, and she showed out hardcore here. This was her front pose is round and bubbly, her back pose was through the roof. Like, that was a killer look. So, shout out to her.

SPEAKER_03

This was cool because I think there was a lot of pro-debuts at this show, if I'm not mistaken.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, a lot, four or five.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and this girl that got second was also a pro-debut as well, which was cool that she stacked up against Rihanna like this, you know. Yeah, um, I think going into this show, Rihanna was definitely for me anyway, the clear winner because she just has that overall one experience, overall package was absolutely incredible. Like everything ratio-wise was just spot on. So I feel like this was just hers for the winning, like straight away. I was like, Yeah, I think she's gonna absolutely blow it out of the water. Plus, she's been posting a lot of her transformations from the last time she competed to now, and obviously she's made huge improvements. And again, she took the time to do that, you know. Like sometimes it takes that extra bit of time that you need to just take off. Like, I think she she wasn't happy with how she I don't know how where did she place at the Olympia, the like her last Olympia she did.

SPEAKER_00

She was out of the top 10. I remember that.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. Well, I can't remember.

SPEAKER_00

I can't remember if she was like 11 to 15 or if she was in that C of 16.

SPEAKER_03

I can't remember, but I can't remember, but I know she was like, it's it's sometimes nice when this that when that happens though, when you get a setback, because it's kind of like you have to pull it back to literally project forwards because honestly, like the transformation was out of this world. So like she needed that time off, she needed that kind of like I quote unquote setback to then propel her to getting great better progression.

SPEAKER_00

She got jokingly mad at me that Olympia too, because I did my prediction. I did my prediction live on Instagram and she DM me after, and she and she uh she said, like, I see you instead of clapping emoji because I didn't have her in my top 10.

SPEAKER_03

Oh my god, I love that. To be fair, that just reminded me. That reminded me, we did the podcast with um Beyond the Stage recently with all of us three. And I remember Jamie said she was like, Um, I think she mentioned when Fit Model came about, she mentioned it to Rihanna and said, you know, maybe you could try and do Fit Model. And I think that just put a fire up her ass and was like, Oh, I bet.

SPEAKER_00

Look at this fucking look. Like, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I don't want to be Fit Model, I'm bikini, and I'm gonna show you, which is good. Like it's and that's not in a that's also not in a negative connotation at all, but sometimes it is that little bit of motivation that you need to build that muscle to give yourself that little bit more push to build and in your training sessions, like to prove to yourself, no, I am where I need to be, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Um, uh on last week's episode, I said that you'll be top 10 this year. So before even seeing this look, before you got on stage, I said I put money on it that you are top 10 this Olympia. So let's fucking go.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, yeah, she looks great. And then this is insane. This was what's her name? I don't know. Let me have a look. Because she won junior nationals.

SPEAKER_00

Was she the one that was like turned pro four years ago and just came back, or was this a recent turn pro?

SPEAKER_03

No, this was a recent turn pro. She just turned pro 44 weeks ago. So last year. Last year. I like her and Eddie.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, I had trained a couple, I train a couple bikini girls from Eddie. He's a good coach.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, the overall, the overall junior USA uh bikini. I remember her as well because I think I know her posing coach. Um and she yeah, she she had a really energetic posing routine on stage and stuff as well. I think. Where is she?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's a badass pro debut. I mean, shit.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, second in front of Tyler as well, which is incredible.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Um in front of Tina.

SPEAKER_00

Getting second to a really, really damn good Rihanna in first place and beating some good people in there too. So it's really, really good. Yeah, she looks awesome.

SPEAKER_03

She looked, she looked incredible, she looked really, really good. I think overall, just probably just development over time and just getting that experience, but she looked like a pro up there, you know? Like, very, very good.

SPEAKER_00

Nothing's really lacking, a little bit more glute density, but like this is a great pro debut.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, she's very confident as well.

SPEAKER_00

Very confident, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and you don't get that that like this is a pro debut. This isn't a case of like, oh, this is her kind of you know, however many pro shows. Like, some pros don't even have this much confidence after being, you know, years in the sport. So she already has that kind of like pro esque routine and like aura on stage, which is you know, very and very

SPEAKER_00

important you know um so yeah I like it I like it awesome uh let me have a look who else there was Stasi as well Ashley was here this past weekend and we were watching a live stream of this and when Stasi came out we were just like holy shit on some muscle and some shape yeah you can see she's got so much density you want to talk about confident posing she has such a different style of posing it's not everyone's cup of tea but it regardless like she's got some flow to how she how she poses it's pretty cool to see those glutes are crazy.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah you can see her um the thickness in her tyrans has gotten a lot better since because when did she when was her last show?

SPEAKER_00

The Arnolds yes the Arnold last year yeah she might have hopped into one right after it I can't remember but it was in the spring of last year was her last show so it's been a year yeah yeah she's got some density to her damn yeah so that's what we got Rachel looked awesome too her husband coaches her too I have a few athletes with him he's a really good coach as well very underrated coach like his name should be a lot bigger in the women's divisions for sure I love how everyone's got their routines up there so I'm like oh perfect yeah thank you how they look everyone that competes please do that all season for us yeah so it's just easy for us to have a look at everyone yeah she looks really good I like this red as well I want to say she I don't know why I have this in my head I swear she wore a different color and she's changed it for finals and she changed oh maybe I don't know if that's actually true or not I'm not too sure but I swear I saw her in a different colour but I really like this look. Yeah very very good is this I mean this wasn't a pro debut is it no no this was a really really good like top five top six like on any given day anyone in that top five could have won a pro show like this isn't this is only fourth place because the other three were just that little bit better there's not a lot lacking here like this is just this is a good look yeah a nice nice simple routine I like it and all of them have had great posing oh there we go perfect I think this is Jamie Jamie's um Jamie's client this is a pro debut yes I feel like she I don't know when she won her pro card actually because I know you said that there was one person that did win her pro card a long time ago.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah like five years ago I can't remember who that was um I can't remember who that was at all that was such a different kind of transition her walk to the back that was cool yeah she looks really good and again I think I would say advice for like people doing their pro debut or even just doing I mean yeah doing their pro debut because I feel like there's a lot of people that are going to be doing their pro-debut at some point like um in this year you know I feel like just go out there and enjoy what you've been working so hard for and use that as your base kind of as you as as you will as if you've never separated on stage because it's a different kettle of fish when it comes to pro shows. So you have to be susceptible to feedback and like be a sponge to be able to be like right this is what I need to work on because you're now no longer an amateur you know like you're pro.

SPEAKER_00

So you're kind of almost you've gone up up up up got your pro card you now not at the bottom but you start again in my opinion you know so you then get the feedback again of what you need to work on and you build on that you know yeah um so yeah and then this girl I've never heard of before I have no idea is she from Brazil scroll up is it in her bio is she from Brazil no she looks good though these girls this lineup is actually quite dense like especially in the lower which is really good actually but weirdly in my opinion did we see Rihanna's routine I don't think we looked at Rihanna's we did not um in my opinion out of this whole lineup I do think that Rihanna is not the least dense but has I think less density than this top six but and it's I mean it flows balance wise for her look for yes but it looks so it's not a case of it's always bigger is better or you know I don't think she has the you know the biggest physique up there but everything is balanced which is exactly like look at look at second and third place look at those quads in the glute like just the sweep of the upper outer glute crazy density looks great but when you compare it to Rihanna the balance is just a little bit off in comparison like that's why she looks so good for first place. Oh that waist that front pose is absolutely incredible insane insane yeah so I feel like she brought the overall balance density that was best for her frame and I think it worked perfectly perfectly so yeah God was just like you know what with this one I'm just not gonna give her a waste so yeah like quite literally she's got nothing nothing to her and I think it was a straight 369 yeah 369 12 15 18 yeah and shout out for the seventh place pro debut in this oh yeah there was other girls and then you got Gianna that was obviously doing her pro debut there was so in like a week or two off of her uh of getting her wisdom teeth pulled I know she literally FaceTimed me the was it the night of or the next day she face timed me with her just like mouth and face just swollen and then a few days later it's like she's gonna do a pro debut in a couple weeks I'm like you're nuts man you're nuts but also I love like again I love her mindset behind that because again it was purely for feedback and saying okay yeah for sure we we've got this there's this show coming up could we travel to it could we do this as a pro debut and literally just solidify getting our feedback from Tyler like that's that mindset to have that to do that as a pro debut and like right off the back of obviously getting their wisdom teeth taken out is such a ballsy move that I feel like many athletes sometimes do need to have that kind of like that that happen in terms of like just go out there and just do it and just get the feedback get the raw feedback don't wait for it just get it not over and done with but get it done you know um and I think Ali did the same thing Ali Prince after she won um universe a month later we had her go do Tampa and she I remember her telling me she's like I don't plan on placing high if I do and my physique is good enough awesome but I'm here for the feedback like no expectation I want them to tell me what I need to work on standing next to season pros and I'm like yep best thing to do right there.

SPEAKER_03

I love that feedback when people have that mindset like it's actually incredible. So and this was our lineup for this weekend so I don't think I actually posted decent it's okay I guess um I I don't think I posted my routine or anything like that but I was very very happy with um my front post obviously I know I've been talking about my front post god knows how many times now and my main thing was well the main feedback obviously from the first show Arnold's was bring out more of the S curve more shape and stuff like that we changed posing wise we changed a little bit of training to kind of like make sure that we could fill out certain areas and stuff like that. Don't get me wrong it's not muscle but like filling out the area has helped a lot um and like I said as we've kind of gone into the shows like we started by feeding into the Arnold's US and my body started to kind of like kind of go into overdrive and like burn off the food pretty easily then it started to kind of not slow down but like not burn off food as much which was quite nice if I'm honest. So we haven't really fed massively into shows don't get me wrong this is I'm still eating a very decent amount but we haven't really fed in or filled out into shows like a lot a lot um more than more than some but obviously not the most we've done and I prefer that sometimes um because I do think that sometimes depleting depleting depleting and then really filling it out doesn't always go in your favor all the time.

SPEAKER_00

Again this is an experience based thing it's not saying that that's not the way but it's sometimes not the only way to do things you know um so yeah it's been really interesting because every single peak has been completely different and it's been in a span of like what five weeks so not even five weeks like three three four weeks so um it's been really cool to kind of experience that if I'm honest yeah no you're you killed it here front and back looked awesome um go to the back pose big thing I noticed this week was how balanced everything came in because I don't know if it was a touch softer a touch full or whatever it may have been that led into this show maybe even that the help of not having that hard push of training in between um the adductors the hams the glutes are all very very very balanced with each other nothing is like overly sharp in comparison like you have good adductors but nothing overpowering here like it's it flows for just like like just like it Raina's Raina has adductors that are very clearly pronounced but balanced to her hams balanced to her glutes conditioning flowing throughout like properly nothing just over overbearing in your face so really really good like I was happy with that.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah I was really happy I still don't get me wrong for me I think everyone has like an area where they're like oh I can just see it and for me that's definitely my adductors so I think when I saw this I was still very happy with the overall look but I was like those adductors for me anyway.

SPEAKER_00

It's because you're gonna harp on it knowing that that was like one of the main things you wanted to touch on and bring down and so it's gonna glare in your face until you're like 110% happy with it.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah and I think there's still a few certain things that we're gonna try and do um posing wise there's a few things that we're gonna do training wise stretching wise just trying to just get them to switch off because I do think that obviously as we started to fill out a little bit this weekend like I could feel them filling out you know so sometimes it's hard because again as much as we say yep we're gonna fill out that doesn't mean okay we're filling out in just shoulders and glutes like it's everywhere like we're not pinpointing where we fill out you know so I do think that um it's gonna be cool to kind of in the next kind of three shows that I have lined up that I'm gonna kind of figure out ways to kind of bring them down and um going into the shows and stuff like that which will be fun. So that's always the fun part for me. But yeah very happy with the front pose there's just a few I think a few things I want to do it tighten up my waist a little bit more tighten up certain areas like a little bit more but everything else I'm really happy with.

SPEAKER_00

Really really happy with um Raina Raina in second looked really good. I I even messaged her after the Arnold and talked about her front pose a little bit with her and I think that she improved it a bit in the overall stature of the front pose in comparison to how she was hitting it before and it improved her physique a good amount. I think that that's still the number one critique that I personally would have is it just needs to flow a little bit better. Just how stiff it looks shoulder to shoulder upright in the that back leg. It just very it's almost too tight in a sense stiff in a sense I don't know if it's a mobility thing or if it's just a little bit more development in that side glute profile so she can sit into it more naturally but um still an absolutely killer look and then Reyna from the back pose is damn near untouchable.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah like her glutes backstage as well they're so pumped like they're so so pumped like nice and full great projection like and again really nice separation in the back as well so I do feel like she brings it she is a little smaller in the upper body so it might actually be like I'm looking at it now like the photos and stuff it might just be she needs to grow her upper body I don't know this. Again I don't know what her feedback was but it might be just a case of she needs to grow a little bit of upper body to match her lower body potentially or flare upper body tiny a little bit more just to match the overall structure and shape in her front pose to back pose because in her back pose you can slightly see she's pinching so might be open up a little bit more or have a tiny bit more fullness there.

SPEAKER_00

And again that's not me saying it needs to be loads but a little bit maybe um I mean those tiny little details go a long way so and it could be something as simple as like a something just done a little bit the day before the show even like a little bit of fullness a little bit of push a little different pump up backstage like those little things can carry someone a long way when it's such a like you said one point difference. But Raina's backbose is one of my favorite in the entire IFBB like it's yeah it's flawless.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah it's very good and then we've got Neji who I'm pretty sure she when was the last time she competed and I'm actually not too sure let me see I don't think Neji's competed for a while or she competed last July or June or something like that. So she's almost like a year off so and she came back really really good like she came back great in fact so I think overall fullness is how about screen for us next time please I know I'm like no there's no photos collabed in yeah I know it's okay though um but yeah I feel like she looked really really good and she came back with a bang. I don't know what her feedback was and stuff like that moving forwards but she looked really good moving forwards.

SPEAKER_00

Depending on the lineup she's standing in um the her her conditioning especially in the lower body might be a tad too much looking at that back bent leg there. Just very very separated. You could see a lot of quad there just depending on who she's standing next to um worked well in this lineup. You have a a pretty good dense top three there. So just something though that I would that that I notice right away looking at her front pose. But all in all I mean killer look so yeah very good very good look um and then we've got Ala and she won the Masters pro this day right yes she did. Yes which is cool that she was in the open lineup you know always cool to see the masters competitors hop in open as well and just see how they place and then she ends up top five in it so yeah it's very cool I think she was probably like the stage and the lighting there.

SPEAKER_03

I loved the stage to be fair the the only thing is I think sometimes with these pop-up stages the floor can sometimes be just a little bit uneven because obviously it's a built-up stage so I think you can see it here where there's like a big line there's a line right in between oh yeah so I remember being on that and it's good because a lot of us can you see how she kind of went off a little bit she just stepped right in and it pushed her ankle out yeah and that's that so I saw that when I was just about to do my walk to the back and I was like I'm either going to walk straight and I'm gonna fall or I'm just gonna go I'm just gonna go to the left just so I don't like yeah walk on it. So I just went completely to the left and that's sometimes just something you have to kind of do. And I guess feedback moving forward so as any shows that do stuff like that just potentially have the box just a little bit over to the side and not dead in the middle so then we can fully walk um without kind of feeling that we're gonna fall you know but like other than that honestly it was such a great stage like I liked the I never usually like built up stages but I actually like this one because the audience was darker than the stage whereas sometimes I feel like the stage and the audience are like the same brightness so it feels like everyone can see you. Does that make sense?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah yeah so you know what I wish I was talking with who was I talking with just the other day was it Laura Lee I was talking to someone about a posing routine in bikini and I was like think about the guys in open bodybuilding um some of the guys in classic they just work the stage left to right like they don't go to the box and hit their poses and turn around and hit a pose. They work the stage every I'm like I'm gonna wait for someone such as you for instance not that you will do this but you have two wins knocked out right you're like I'm just here for fun today. Like we're here to get feedback go out there and hit the center box for your front pose instead of turning and walk into the back go to the other corner and hit a front pose for that side of the audience walk to the other side of the stage hit it for that side of the audience like how cool would that be just fucking throw it all off I would love to do that honestly because like that's I mean some federations you have to do that you have to do kind of like a more of a tea walk I would love to just own the stage and do a tea walk it'd be cool I think Gilko would absolutely kill me because he'd be like what the fuck are you doing?

SPEAKER_03

Oh his his like the the rotating one the 180 he'd be like running it's like oh she's going this way right I'll tell him pre before I'll just be like by the way I'm gonna go to this way to this way to this way just so you get the good angles.

SPEAKER_00

If he if he knew that ahead of time that would end up being the sickest video. Yeah it'd be very like that would be so cool. I feel like a wellness skill would pull that off yeah because I feel like wellness the different poses and density yeah I feel like they have quarter turns like they could hit different poses at different angles too it's not just a front pose over and over yeah but fifth place when is Winnie her name?

SPEAKER_03

She doesn't have a tag I don't think she has a tag um but I think and then we've got Sydney Cindy Lamb um she's got a great look to wear as well that's actually a really good front pose like a really nice front pose yeah oh this isn't she just yeah this was her pro debut oh was it close oh that's so cool that's really cool yeah she looks really really good I think overall like shape and stuff like that structure is very like really really nice there I'm interested to see what her feedback would have been because she had it looks like she has about a good amount of density it might just be a case of being next to people that she just needs a little bit more density do you know what I mean like sometimes it can again next to people could bring out your what you need to work on versus on your own but she looks like she has a good amount of decent uh density here you know a little bit more in the back shot but she looks great it got a really really good structure yeah well that was San Diego that was a fun show and I definitely want to do another another the do you know what the crazy thing is I did a little um figure today my first pro win was muscle contest and I was wearing blue and my fourth most recent win was muscle contest and I was wearing blue which is really weird yeah I saw uh John of course knows that and commented that on your video before we hopped on he was like it's so cool to see that you were in the same suit colour and I was like out here yeah and I was like oh my goodness I can't remember you I can't believe you remember that so and then we've got time one pro which these girls looked incredible like I loved this whole lineup all of them all six of them look amazing yeah are they all the same side front post yeah which never happens I swear happens all six of them this is great this is really good I'm just analyzing and looking but this is really good yeah I didn't look too deep at them I was I was watching the other two shows um just because the timing of this one and then Sunday I'm not usually thinking of looking at photos but this is solid yeah you've I've got Amanda obviously did this show last year she got second place at this show so to win it obviously she was coming in for that win you know which I didn't realise that until she um mentioned it on the previous podcast that we were all on and she's also the first Singaporean in pro bikini to win a pro show I think is what she said.

SPEAKER_00

So she'd be the first Olympian ever then too if she wins another one.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah which is really really cool. And again we'll look at the point system in a second but like a lot of the points now there's a that they it's coming up to almost like you have to have at least almost 10 points now to be even on the point system which is a win.

SPEAKER_00

So that's I know can you get another win and get your name off there I got people you're bumping off.

SPEAKER_03

Literally it's that's what Alice said she was like have you just bumped people off and I was like oh my god I don't like that thought that's horrible because I know I've been in that like don't even think say like oh you know Phoebe's bumping people off go I've been there like I have been there twice like when the point system was you had to just keep going not even like a win you're in but it was like can our can our editor clip that and and collab us in this so guys Phoebe is stating that she's like you know what I'm just not even gonna go for a win I just want to keep bumping people off.

SPEAKER_00

I want more points knock the names off knock all the names off but I I said this a couple months ago and it I bet when we go and look at it it's gonna hold true for a long time if not the whole season the list of top 25 is going to be at least half if not more international competitors because they they are hopping first to fifth every show they do. The UK pro is going to be the same way Carrie Sexton's gonna end up somewhere in that top five whether she wins or gets third or whatever and she's gonna keep racking up points. And some of them might not get a win but they end up in that top two to five every show. Maybe they do get a win but they end up without getting two wins because you see that more at international shows than you do in the States. First and second Second swap all the time, third and first swap all the time. You see that way more often at those international shows, and they're gonna be the ones that are piling on in the point section. Whereas, like you are gonna get your two wins, hop off, but then you're gonna have a lot of those international competitors that might get one win, might get a fuck ton of second and thirds, and it's already showing it on the list. I know we haven't had a ton of American shows yet, but regardless, when you look at the the IFBB schedule, every two and three show weekend, one of those shows is an international show. They don't slow up just because our American shows are starting off. So they're gonna keep piling on the points. So it's gonna, it's gonna be like the 25th person on there is gonna need like 18, 20 points by the end of the season.

SPEAKER_03

So I I honestly think so, which is a win and some more, and two seconds at least, and almost two two two wins, if it's like 18 points, which is crazy.

SPEAKER_00

I got I have Ellie right now coming out soon, and we're talking about splitting her season into two big seasons, just because we know if she um fingers crossed, she'll go out and get like two wins. But um, knowing that like how the point system is, you gotta play to the statistics and be like, okay, worst case scenario, if you don't get two wins, like let's divide up three to four shows here, take a little break for the body, come back in like end of July, August time frame before the cutoff and knock out a few more shows just to try to pack on those last points for the list. Like it's it's strategy this year to be able to if uh competitors are competitors are at a disadvantage if you're not like one of those front runners that's expected to be like a first place person, you're at a big disadvantage if you're starting your season after June because you're limiting yourself to the amount of points that you're able to get.

SPEAKER_03

I mean, even after June is pretty cutting it close because Yeah, very close.

SPEAKER_00

Because you're giving yourself August 29th is the cutoff. So if you're starting anywhere after like after June, even in June, like it's a it's a big disadvantage. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

So you had Amanda winning, and then I'm gonna butcher all of these names to annoy. I'm not gonna say them. I just need to click on the names. MM pro IP Pro, so I'm not too sure who that is. And then we've got Demi.

SPEAKER_00

Irene.

SPEAKER_03

So I'm pretty sure Irene, this girl is from Spain. Yeah, that girl's from Spain, so I'm just gonna say MM because I don't know what her name is, but she got second.

SPEAKER_00

You can't pronounce that underneath the MM.

SPEAKER_03

No, I can't.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

And I'm not even gonna try. Um, but she looked really good.

SPEAKER_00

Looked really good, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And she had um I want to see her back pose. Oh, that's nice.

SPEAKER_04

That's so sweet.

SPEAKER_00

Love that.

SPEAKER_03

First and second.

SPEAKER_00

Those are always cool random shots at the photographers.

unknown

I love that.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, these are cute. Yeah, she got um oh four points Olympia qualification. Yeah, because um, I think it was Patrick or someone said, You're going to the Olympia, and I was like, I'm not, yeah. Not yet. In my head, in my head, I was like, yay, but I was like, I'm not qualified just yet, which also people thought I was qualified already going into this show, and I was like, no, no, I'm not just yet. So not yet. Um yeah, guys, but anyway, um, yeah, she looks fantastic, really good shape, tiny waist, if I'm not mistaken. Like, look at that waistline here, super tiny.

SPEAKER_00

That is a tiny waist.

unknown

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Especially from straight on the straight on shot walking. There's like no waist. That's great.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, she has a really good structure. Nice. I think she just needs it a little bit more developed. I think that's always the case. It's always just a little bit more development. It's not that instead of areas.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Um I mean, even top 10 Olympians get told a little bit more glute all the time. Like you're gonna you're gonna hear that in bikini for the rest of your life.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, it's always gonna be the case. I really like um how do you pronounce her name? Is it Nikita?

SPEAKER_00

Natalia? She looks like pillars front pose.

SPEAKER_03

I really like her front pose. She's got a lot of things.

SPEAKER_00

It's like everything's pieced together so perfectly. Like nothing stands out in a drastic way. It's really, really good. Yeah, she's got a good front pose.

SPEAKER_03

And then I think Daya was doing Arnold UK. Yeah, she did the Arnold UK as well recently.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, I was gonna say her name sounds familiar. We've definitely looked at her prior to this show. Okay.

SPEAKER_03

She did the the Arnold UK before this one. So that was also a back-to-back peak week, which that's it's hard, especially in different countries. Like, and both of them are completely vastly different. So, like, I came back to the US, she went to Taiwan, which is even further away from the street. Yeah, she lost it.

SPEAKER_00

She lost the day. She lost it.

SPEAKER_03

So it's tough. It is tough. And sometimes it's really difficult managing like what like food-wise, the car you're supposed to do. I always get so confused with like travel and stuff like that because I'm like, well, if I'm going back in time, am I eating all of my meals or am I losing meals? Like, what do I do? Um, and I think a lot of people, a few people actually ask me that as well, to be fair, and say, like, what do you do travel-wise? And Jamie just gets me to eat every three hours. So, regardless of what I'm having or whatever it is, eat three hours every three hours, every two to three hours at least. Same meal, whatever it is. Um, just because you don't want to be like stuck on food or anything like that.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Um great walk. Yeah, good walk. And then we had Irene who she's competed multiple times before, I want to say. I don't know where she's competed before. She's competed quite a few times last year, I want to say.

SPEAKER_00

I remember seeing her name on a bunch of lists. Yeah. I've never like deep dive, like looked at her hard, but I remember seeing her on quite a bit.

SPEAKER_03

I think these were all the shows she won. When did she win her pro card? In 2025. I think she won her pro card in 2025.

SPEAKER_00

I'm not gonna act like I can read that paragraph, so maybe, yes.

SPEAKER_03

Yes, she's like, maybe. Yeah, 2025 she won her pro card, and then she got top five. One, two, three, four out of four shows that she did. That's actually incredible. That's so good. Yeah, and she you can I can see Ashley Coltswater there. So she obviously came to the US, Amy's there in Spain, and she got it looks like she got fifth or sixth here, uh fifth or fourth here.

SPEAKER_00

So, like I think that's the I think that's the post-Olympia one where Ashley went overseas.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, is it?

SPEAKER_00

I think is it? Or is that no, that's terrorists? There, terrorists, yeah. Never mind. It it looks like I don't remember which one that was. Oh, that's Battle of the Bay.

SPEAKER_03

That's what I was gonna say.

SPEAKER_00

I was like, it looks like Yeah, that's the one Northern Cat.

SPEAKER_03

It's not Battle of the Bay, is that Battle of the Bay is um Battle of the Bay is the one in December. Oh, Battle of the Bodies is the one in Battle of the Bodies in Janet in September. Yeah, my brain is just going crazy. I'm like, what am I talking about? So yeah, it could be that. But that's really incredible for her to win her pro cards the same year, get top five in from what it looks like all of her shows, like four shows at least, which is crazy.

SPEAKER_00

That's awesome. So good, and good people in all those shows too. Like really, oh, Jazzy's here as well. You got Anna in it, you got Jazzy in it, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And she's got some points.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, awesome.

SPEAKER_03

Maria I've never seen her before.

SPEAKER_04

When did she get her pro card? 13 weeks ago. Oh no.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it was an Olympia amateur in 2025.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, yeah, that makes sense.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, one of the overseas ones for the Olympia amateur surges there. He always does the overseas amateurs.

SPEAKER_03

I love the way that they do these, the the production, it's so cool. I don't know how I would feel with the lights though. Because I don't know. That would trip me out. Yeah. I don't know if it's like a few.

SPEAKER_00

You feel like all nauseas go into your walk?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

It is really cool though. I know this is just a live stream footage, but I bet a video, like an actual video of that.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, it would be so good. Yeah, it'd be so good. But I think I I love when the show days show day lineups or actually like the production is just good. Just it just makes you feel like like to put on more of a performance when you're actually doing it on stage.

SPEAKER_00

She looks great. This is a really good top six.

SPEAKER_03

Mm-hmm. Yeah, and this is the live stream, and her hamstrings be popping. Blute hamstring be popping. So very good lineup across the board. Right, let's go into this upcoming week. What do we got? I haven't looked. I think it's just one show. It's the UK Pro Show. I was really, really deciding whether or not to do this. I was really, really like, do I do it? What should I do? Should I go to the US or should I? Because there's this next week as well, there's FIBO.

SPEAKER_00

I thought you meant I thought you meant you were gonna come to San Diego and then you were debating going back over there. You meant debating it staying over there.

SPEAKER_03

Staying in the UK, yeah. Yeah, staying in the UK. I mean, for me, I wanted to do the US shows for me. I love doing the US shows, and I kind of have plans to do more moving forwards as well. So I was like, we may as well just stay in one area, you know? So, but we've got Alice, we've got a lot of Alice.

SPEAKER_00

Alice, Anna, and Sophia are don't they all have one win already?

SPEAKER_03

I think so, yes. What did um Sophia win?

SPEAKER_00

Could I be mistaken? Well, she might not have, but I thought she had.

SPEAKER_03

Sorry if I didn't click on anyone's names, I've just clicked on what is tagged. That's definitely not everyone, but let's go from here.

SPEAKER_00

Um I'm thinking she hasn't.

SPEAKER_03

This girl just competed at San Diego as well. I met her, she's such a lovely girl. Um, great potential as well.

SPEAKER_00

I think she got oh, so she's doing what you did. She's competing in another country in the next week, another country in heaven.

SPEAKER_03

What damn, that's but I think this she's then doing potentially FIBA as well, because she's from Sweden from what I was saying, Swedish or from somewhere. So looks great. Um yeah, she's got really good poppy glutes and stuff like that. So it'd be really cool to see where she places in this lineup. Um, because I think this physique is very much like uh this lineup fits her physique very, very well. So it'd be cool to kind of see this. I'm not too sure what her feedback was moving forward from San Diego going into the show, but I think she needs to bring that she needs to bring that arm back a little bit. I remember she she did mention to me backstage um because I asked her, I was like, how was your because I think this was her pro debut technically. She did Pittsburgh Pro last year, um, right after she won her pro club, but she was like, it wasn't it wasn't my pro debut because I just kind of went straight into it. But so she's acting like this was her pro debut. Um, but she said she felt a bit nervous and she kind of you know messed up her routine a little bit, which happens on stage all the time. But the good thing is she was like, I know what I need to do moving forwards, and I'm now gonna make it better for finals. And that's sometimes something you just have to do. If you mess anything up in pre-judging, you just sit off, figure out what you need to do, and you get back on it for finals, you know. You can't sit in your field and be like, what's the point or whatever? Like, you have to move forwards, you know. Um, and then we have Alice. I think Alice and Zophia, it might be an Alice and Zophia kind of battle off, if I'm honest. Anna's in it too. Oh, Anna as well. Oh my goodness, yeah. Um, do you know what um Alice's feedback was from the Arnolds?

SPEAKER_00

I did not ask James, I don't know specifics. No, no, the definitely, I don't think that Arnold was her best showing. I think we said on the last podcast, um, her Olympia look and her looks in the shows prior to that, where she won Janet's show, the Battle of the Bodies, those two looks were insane. Um, they bring that back. I mean, she's a top 15 Olympian this past year. So, I mean, um, she's pushing any pro show that she does if she repeats those looks or comes in better. Um, so hoping to see her just that little bit improved from this um from the Arnold or the Arnold UK, uh, and she she will dominate most stages.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I think she just didn't have a little uh as much pop, potentially, um, than she usually does. Like she's she's a bigger athlete anyway, in terms of like height-wise. So sometimes you just need a little bit more filling out or a little bit more size, but obviously if you're chasing the conditioning as well, so it's hard to do that. So I think if she's got enough time from since the UK Arnolds to now, like this week, to kind of go through things, I think that's gonna be really good.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

We haven't seen Anna on stage yet this year, have we?

SPEAKER_00

No, uh, not in the last few months, but she has a post-Olympia win. She did the shows that Jazzy was doing, and then Jazzy didn't do one, and Anna got the win. Soon after.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, France. This was in France. That was in the room.

SPEAKER_00

She was running that whole circuit. Her, Victoria, and Jazzy were running those shows.

SPEAKER_03

I remember there was a lot, she competed a lot as well. She competed a lot last year. So this is gonna this is a really good look. She's got some crazy glutes as well. Crazy glutes. So I'm interested to kind of see what this looks like because she's a little bit more of a leaner competitor as well. I think all of them are, if I'm honest. Um, they're a little bit more on the leaner side, a little bit more on the harder side, but they all match each other very well. So again, it's depends on what the judger kind of judges feel suits it uh the best. But then also what everyone looks like next to each other. Like Alice is a little bit bigger than Anna, in my opinion. Anna has a little bit more conditioning, but if Alice gets the right amount of conditioning, and you know, like it all it's always cool to see beat like different types of bodies next to each other because it really brings out people's either flaws or best assets, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Which is cool. To a different type of scale. Like I think I mentioned this last week, or maybe you and I talked about it just texting, but um, like Amy, for instance, when Amy is 100%, most people are not going to beat her. Like it's just not gonna happen. Alice is the same way in like these regular season pro shows, where I feel like if Alice comes in, she has that very just natural sitting front post. Nothing is forced, everything has the proper proportion and balance. She turns to the back, and you're like, holy shit. Um, so if she's a hundred percent, I give her almost any show that she is in. Um, and then if there's just that little bit off, like we saw at the Arnold UK, it throws it off quite a bit. And then someone, in my opinion, like Anna, um, comes in looking like this, and you're like, oh, yep, there's the winner right there. So I could see first, second, third between the three of them um just being any direction, just depending on what shows up that day, because yeah, there's not a whole lot of differentiation between them. It's just who's a hundred percent and who's 99.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, very, very true. And then we've got Zophia. I loved her look at this Arnold. I think this was her one of her best looks she's ever brought. She got like she was yeah, she was full, she was tight, like she just I don't know. I just feel like she really brought it this look. Um, I love the red, I loved her makeup, her hair, like everything I've just felt for her was the best because I know she's a little bit more of a smaller competitor as well, and she's always struggled with kind of filling out a little bit, but I think this was a good amount of fill-up for her friend, for sure.

SPEAKER_00

She was a she was a fan favorite of the UK too. A lot of the comments like really were pushing for her and loved her look. They loved her look.

SPEAKER_04

She looks great.

SPEAKER_00

She looks great. I'm excited for her.

SPEAKER_03

And then last but not least, we have Carrie.

SPEAKER_00

Carrie, Carrie, Carrie.

SPEAKER_03

So I think she's definitely, I I don't think she's posted anything recently, but I think she's definitely improved since her last showing of when she well no, she said she sorry, she said that this wasn't her 100% best look. I think from what I remember her saying on like stories and stuff. So like this wasn't her best look going into the Arnold 2K. She still got seventh, which was really, really good out of a out of this lineup. But I think she doesn't really have, she said she didn't really have her normal pop condition from the back. Um her waist was definitely better, but she just felt she didn't have the same kind of like confidence, I think. And don't get me wrong, I think it's been like a little bit, especially because she's had a lot going on previously beforehand, she had um all the gut stuff that was happening and all that type of thing. So going on, knowing that you have that stuff going on and trying to improve it or trying to like hide it is sometimes difficult to do. Do you know what I mean? So same with when I went on for the Arnold US and I was like, I know I have the indentation in my glute, so I really need to make sure that I don't show that. And it's like almost like you, you've you almost like show it off more, not meaning to, you know? Um, yeah, because you know it's a flaw of yours. So I think sometimes it's more of a mental thing of you knowing you need to just kind of like you've done all you can, ignore kind of everything that's going on at the moment and just perform and just show up to what you need to do and then go from there, you know what I mean? Um, but this was a very good look. I also love the pink. I think this is a very, very good pink. Yeah. Um I think she could definitely be pushing the top five for sure, potentially top three. These these three in themselves, because she's got a has she got she's got 13, 14 points if I'm not mistaken. So she's got a lot of points like wrapped up already. So she's already qualified, but like she just needs to keep sacking the points or get those two wins, you know?

SPEAKER_00

Um Carrie has one of those physiques where I think it's just very she's typically very consistent little thing off here and there. Like I've seen her in person a handful of times, so she's never someone to count out of potentially winning the show. No, like she's like you see her name on a list, and I'm immediately going, okay, she's in my first call-out. Now, how is she going to show up? Is she gonna be fifth in the first call out or is she gonna win the show? Um, so she's definitely someone to never count out. I like Carrie's look a lot.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, okay. Well, let's have a look at the point system because I don't know. Just the most updated one.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. So it's cool because I mean we're now gonna see because who's won shows? So we've got one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. There's a lot of people that have won shows, nine, it's like 14 or 15. 11, 12, 13, 15, 15 people have won shows already going into the year. Look, now you have to get nine.

SPEAKER_00

Minimum, the minimum amount of points is almost a win, which is in all those names or the names at the bottom of this are like uh Natalia, however, you say it. She's competing this weekend, right? We just saw her name on a list, or she just competed. She just competed. So she's gonna she'll likely keep going. Um, Alessia is about to kick off her season, has like four or five shows planned. Um, so though that nine and ten is just gonna keep going up. So yeah.

SPEAKER_03

I'm interested to see if like you'll see someone that's not on the list right now make it into this into the Olympia for the 20 2025. Do you know what I mean? Like someone that has no points right now, someone that has no points right now, sneak on in there and get the points without the wins. If that makes sense, without the win.

SPEAKER_00

That's the tough one. That's the tough one. Because there's no more is Pittsburgh the only other higher points show? Pittsburgh.

SPEAKER_03

I don't think it's New York as well.

SPEAKER_00

I think it's oh no, not I don't think it's New York. I can't remember off the top of my head, though. But regardless, there's not oh yeah, there's a few because we've only had the Arnold pass or the Arnold and the one that Jazzy did.

SPEAKER_03

Arnold?

SPEAKER_00

The one overseas.

SPEAKER_03

Uh she didn't do Romania. It was Romania.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, she did Romania.

SPEAKER_03

It was Romania, Arnold's, Pittsburgh, New York, and Dubai Pro.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, is New York in there? Okay, so that's still more. Okay.

SPEAKER_03

So you've got two shows. You've still got two shows to get the bigger points, which the bigger points, I think, if you get uh I think if you get fifth, you get four points. So and then it goes up from there. Which is pretty good. That's a big, a big amount of points for two shows.

SPEAKER_00

So there's a few, there's some people that can hop up on there, and on top of that, too, you gotta think about most of these um one show winners are gonna get their second win, and their names are gonna come off that, and so then you're gonna see lower points coming up. Yeah, that's fine. So most of these names, like you are on there. Um I'm second. Yeah. Woo! Uh Alice Rosha, she's gonna win a show, Anna will win another show, Adrian will win another show. Um, Evie doesn't have a win on here, but she will end up winning two shows or just have a stupid amount of points.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, she is here. She's I was like, she's not even on here.

SPEAKER_00

She is. Um Alice Marquisio will get another win. Ree will get another win. Kate Carol will probably get another win. So almost everyone on there that has a win is gonna get another win. Guarantee it. I guarantee it. So you're going to see a whole different list of names on here. Like more than half of these names are gonna be different by the time the Olympia comes. Now, the points will still keep going up because like Alessia, Nitaya, they're gonna keep going. They're gonna keep getting points. So as names drop, the names that come up will still need to be in that nine to ten range just to just to crack that 25 list. So um, you people get out there and start competing. Like, get on this list.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, get out on it quick. And I think we did have a question um last week because I think people were like, why is Laureline not on the list for? The points.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, I think it's just it's just a mistake. She just hasn't been doing it. Yeah, that's all it is. Well, you also have to tell them if you're not if you're not the recent um automatic qualifier, um, such as uh Issa being on there, for instance, she had to um let them know that she was doing the Olympia and get her name put on there because she is a past winner. Um, if it's not it's only automatic, like quote unquote automatic, if you're top three from last year's Olympia, Maureen, Jazzy, Ashlyn, automatically on there. Um, if you are a previous winner, such as Laura Lee, etc., you have to let them know I am doing the Olympia. Like Jen Dory's name could be on here, but it's not, right?

SPEAKER_03

So yeah. That's that's um one of the questions that we did get on the um Stage Talk Instagram. They were like, why is Lorelie not on here? And I was like, I actually don't know. And I also think it's literally like she just has to say hello.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, not that Laura Lee's a part of this, but I Issa would be. There's a five-year window where you have to, I don't want to use the word apply, but like petition to be in the Olympia in a sense. Like you're that there's only a five-year window where you are automatically still qualified. And so Issa, if you've won the Olympia, yes. So Laura Lee is in that window. She is automatically qualified on here, it's just not on there. She just hasn't told them she's doing it.

SPEAKER_03

So I think speaking of Issa, I think they posted her three hours ago.

SPEAKER_00

She looks fucking unreal.

SPEAKER_03

I reckon she's gonna be jumping into Pittsburgh in New York, or maybe Miami or Legions.

SPEAKER_00

I I'm like, I know.

SPEAKER_03

You're like, I know who I'll I'll I'll ask after. Anyway, um, but yeah, this is cool. This is really, really cool. Like, it's cool. I love seeing a comeback. I mean, I'm feeling it.

SPEAKER_00

It's insane. It's honestly insane. Like her knock at her last Olympia, where she got seventh, was it? Um, she her knock was when she turned to the back that her glutes had gone down a bit. She has her signature insane front pose that damn near no one can really stand with. Like the weight, as long as she comes in full with her density, the waist is non-existent, like it's cartoonish. Um, she turns to the back, and there was a little bit lacking there the last time that she showed up. It is all back, like better than she has ever been before. So I'm very, very excited to see her get on stage. It's really, really cool.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and that was today's that was today's lineup. It was very, very it's a it's really cool to kind of like see how the world of bikini is developing like more and just getting more hype. I love when we just see the girls get more hype. It's a lot more fun.

SPEAKER_00

I love that bikini's getting more hype. I mean, did you see I went on a bodybuilding, bodybuilding podcast and got collabed in my bikini um conversation? They they bring me on and it's it's cool because typically, prior to us doing this, not to toot our own horn here or anything, but prior to us doing this, like what open bodybuilding podcast you're like, hey, come on and talk about um bikini and fit model to my bodybuilding listeners.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And I got you got Danny Hester, Mr. Olympia or Mr. Classic Physique Olympia in the comments talking about bikini and stuff. I'm like, by all means. And and of course, the one that they clip me in is me saying that bikini is the hardest uh division to get on stage for. So it is I'm like, yeah, let's fucking be controversial here.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, but yeah, I mean one of the harder ones, you know.

SPEAKER_00

It's cool that like bikini is getting its flowers. I mean, we need to see some prize money come up a bit more still, but um, like bikini's getting its flowers for everything, fit models on the come up. I don't see anyone talking shit about it anymore, thank God. So like I'll always, I mean, regardless, I we're we have this podcast, and I'll be in comment sections sometimes just like telling people to just shut the fuck up with how they talk about some of these divisions. Because like I I saw one that Amy jumped in actually, um Delgado, and shut this dude up because he was sitting there saying that no one except for bodybuilders, like bikini, can't call themselves bodybuilders. And he had a whole fucking comment section with 27 comments, 30 comments. This dude's a coach. He's sitting there arguing with people in this comment section, um, sitting there saying that you are a bikini competitor. You're not a bodybuilder, you're not a bodybuilding competitor. And I'm sitting here, like, and one of the examples he used, he was like, When you go pro, what are you? You're a bikini pro. And I wanted to be like, dude, what the fuck does IFBB stand for? Like, yeah, you're a bodybuilding. The stage doesn't change the name of the stage. It's not a it's not a bodybuilding stage, and then all of a sudden it's a wellness stage.

SPEAKER_01

No, like, no, it's a fucking bodybuilding stage. That doesn't make any sense.

SPEAKER_00

And then he he had all these comments in there talking about how uh like bikini girls don't know these terms such as rest pause and FST and hypertrophy training and progressive overload because they don't need to do it. And I'm like, excuse me, like FST is one of the main things that I like the uh philosophies I use in my upper body training for girls that need to put on density and rest pauses are a huge thing that I utilize. And guess what? My roster is 90% bikini, dude. Like it was just someone talking out of their lane in a sense and just trying to act like it was fact. And I was just like, man, and Amy jumped in there with a huge paragraph because he tried to use the top five of bikini as his example, and he literally goes, He he, I don't know what he does. He's a massage therapist mixed with something else, and he goes, I've worked on and talked to the top five in almost every single division, not a single female division would call themselves bodybuilders. Amy jumps in there and she's like, uh, I take offense to this. Uh top five right here, and I'm a bodybuilder. I was dying.

SPEAKER_03

I don't know. I for me, I just don't like it when people speak for me. So, like, I you I've never said I've never said that. No one's ever said that. And they're like, I which again is opinion-based, but like at least get your facts right because I can I we could name most of the bikini pros, and not even bikini pros, like just general bikini athletes will call themselves bodybuilders. Like, you're building your body, it's in the name. And at the end of the day, it's not an opinion.

SPEAKER_00

Like, IFBB stands for International Federation of Bodybuilding, like it's a bodybuilding stage, it's a bodybuilding show. Like, I don't care if you're fit model or if you're Samson, like you're a bot, you're on a bodybuilding stage. It doesn't matter.

SPEAKER_03

You're building your body, like you're building your body, bodybuilding. It doesn't need to be any fucking clearer than that. Like, it's wild.

SPEAKER_00

Like, I it's and it goes back to exactly what I said a handful of weeks ago that fucking went off on one of our clips was like the the gatekeeping of the word bodybuilding. Like, sorry that it hurts all your open bodybuilding egos and all of you 60-year-olds that used to compete and all of the current people just being hardcore fucking bodybuilders, chicken and rice every day, like fuck that birthday party, I can't go to that, I have to sit on my couch and eat. Like, sorry if it hurts your egos and because you want to gatekeep the term bodybuilding. Like, everyone on that stage is a bodybuilder. I don't care if it is a true novice fit model competitor or if it is like Derek Lunsford on the Olympia stage, everyone in between is a bodybuilder. Like, it might not be the division of open bodybuilding, but bodybuilder is all encompassing of everyone that steps on that stage. And IFBB literally stands for bodybuilding. So, like, it's just a fact, it's not an opinion. So yeah, rant for the day.

SPEAKER_02

Anyway, rant for the day, done.

SPEAKER_00

Did we want to hit one question?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I kept that running list. Let me um open it up. Where are we? Uh I have a lot of notes in here, a lot on that toxic giveaway. Oh, let's do that actually. We'll do that instead of let me put it in this generator really quick on here. Uh entertain the people while I do this. Do you want me to entertain?

SPEAKER_03

Do you want me to do you want me to put up the or do you are you on your laptop? Because you can share your screen if you wanted to.

SPEAKER_00

I'm on my phone. I have it. It was easy to load all the comments and then um copy paste it all into a generator. Like it was just the easiest way to go about it.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, well do that, show it to the screen, and then I'm gonna put the winner's name and I'll put it on the screen so we can say this is who the winner is.

unknown

Perfect.

SPEAKER_03

And if you listen to this, I'm sorry you missed the giveaway, but yeah, so it was up for a while.

SPEAKER_00

Thurs since Thursday and today's Tuesday, it was up for five days. Like, you guys should have been on that. So six thousand comments. There were almost a thousand different people, there were like nine hundred and sixty something different people, like where it says like X amount of people commented. It was like 960. Um, and then the total comments was like right at 6,000. It was actually insane. So all right. Let me put it into this. And drumroll, everybody. We have uh and we're doing it for the her, yeah, we're doing it for the name that commented, not the people they're tagging. Because I saw um Jody Yunker commented, and I think she tagged one of her clients, and she was like, she needs a new suit. But we're doing it for the people that commented, because that's the only names that I can get. And Regine underscore Monet. Send me Oh, I know Regine.

SPEAKER_03

Send me the names like I don't know how to spell that. Send that over.

SPEAKER_00

Send it over.

SPEAKER_03

What on Instagram?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I'm sending you on Instagram. I just sent it to you. Oh, I just recently started training Regine. Yes. I don't know, I can't know what show she's doing next, but she did the Arnold amateur, and then we started working together.

SPEAKER_03

Um my god, she's my posing client.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, really? Yeah, awesome. Guys, this is not rigged, I swear.

SPEAKER_03

I promise you, I promise. So you've won a brand new suit. Yeah, she just she competed at the Arnold, didn't she? Yeah, she competed at the Arnold.

SPEAKER_00

And she looks fabulous. Yeah, she looks great. She just started working with um Ben as her coach. I think she went into the Arnold amateur, I believe, by herself. I had just started training her. Um, and now we're kind of shutting it down, quote unquote, and gearing up again for a little national run. But I think she just hired Ben as her coach and we're uh full steam ahead. So good for her to win this. Awesome.

SPEAKER_03

Well, congrats. Well, this is gonna come out in literally like two days now, because it's Tuesday, so it's gonna come out on Thursday. But congratulations, you've just won a new suit for whatever your next show is. So um we'll send over all that stuff probably like Thursday, Friday. Yeah. Um, so we'll go through all of that.

SPEAKER_00

But thank you guys for, tag toxic, and then I'll get her in contact with Mary and they can take it from there.

SPEAKER_03

Thank you guys for like voting, commenting, all that type of thing. Like I we're literally, I was I literally texted Corey and was like, you need to turn off these comments. Like these it's getting out of hand. It was really cool.

SPEAKER_00

So I think I was missing so many posts that I got tagged in. It's like you know, where it like does a notification and there's yeah, likes and comments and things you're tagged in. I'd have to scroll through these comments to find the rest of the rest of the notifications. I was like, holy shit, guys.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, so thank you for obviously tagging and stuff like that. We're definitely gonna try and hopefully do an another one, maybe the end of the year, different giveaway or something like that. That'll be really, really cool. So, but we love being able to do stuff like this. So keep it.

SPEAKER_00

No, we're gonna do one again next week so that going into Phoebe's next peak week, she can be overloaded with comments again.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and I can win again.

unknown

Woo!

SPEAKER_00

She's like, I'm not collabbing that again. Sorry.

SPEAKER_03

I know. Um, but yeah, thank you guys for watching, listening, all that fun stuff. Please make sure you likes, comments, subscribe because we're so close to a thousand now, which is really cool. So make sure you subscribe if you aren't already. And yeah, we'll see you on the video.

SPEAKER_00

And go follow the Sage Talk Instagram if you're not, because we post funny clips. Yes.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, we post fun clips all the time, you know? See you soon.
