Most people somewhat agreeing, um, but there's a lot, there's some arguments in there for sure.

Yeah, well, I just did a podcast today um with BTS TV, and we said the exact same thing. I was like, I was on there with another competitor, mental physique competitor called George, and he said the exact same. I was like bikini and men's physique, the hardest two divisions, period. Yeah, just because it's there's so many people, so there's more bodies, meaning there's more competitiveness within that sport. Do you know what I mean? Like, you don't see a bodybuilding show with furnace.

It leaves much less room for error. Because if you have an open bodybuilder, in like there's usually other than like Olympia, a regular pro show, there's a pretty fucking big delineation between like first and fifth place. Like I you can tell you could tell it apart pretty well. Um, there's either a majorly lacking area, someone's off in conditioning, they turn to the back, and you're like, oh, huge difference between this guy and this guy. In bikini, first and fifth could be like, oh shit, like that could have gone either way, and everyone in between. So men's speaking the same way. There's so fucking many of them, too.

So agreed, agreed. And there's so they're getting everyone's just getting better and better as well. Yeah, not saying the bodybuilders aren't, but like everyone in general in bodybuilding is getting better.

Well, it's because you you typically see like I don't want to call it like an entry-level type of thing, but like people take a while to get to open bodybuilding. Like, yes, you have you have your middleweight and your light heavies and all that, but regardless, there isn't that at the at the pro level. Um, you have 212 and you've got open. So, regardless, if you're not a guy that's shorter and fits into 212 better, you got a while if you turn pro in the light heavies or in middle weights or whatever it may be to become a good open pro. Whereas men's physique, you see some of these guys that you're at the national level, you're like, holy shit, they're gonna be competitive right away. And you see that in bikini as well. There's some girls we see where we're like, oh, she's put in the years in the work and she's gonna be competitive immediately. Um, but when you're looking at some of the open bodybuilders, there's that not to say that other divisions don't have this for time, but there's the time that it takes to get there. Where if you're not a heavyweight or a super heavy bodybuilder, like there's a lot of years there to pack on that tissue to be where you need to be. Whereas in men's physique and in um bikini, you see like a lot more immediate competitive. Uh Martina, for example, turned pro last year and just came out swinging and got first call-outs in her pro debut this past weekend. And she's in the show this weekend too with you. Um, like that's an example right there of someone just coming out swinging out the gate. Where when she turned pro, I was like, that's gonna be like a close-to-rookie of the year when she comes out for her pro debut. That's gonna be cool. Yeah. Um, but yeah, they're men's physique and bikini definitely very competitive numbers-wise, but it's also because the numbers are high quality too.

So I feel like she had small waist, knife taper in the upper body, great glutes, like everything was just very, very like top to bottom, balanced bikini, that type of thing. But that little 1% off, it's like it throws off the waist and core a bit. She can be a little bit too muscular if she's too conditioned, like it pop the the um strietions pop really easily on her.

So I think that's always the hardest part, and you just have to get it, and especially now more than anything, it's getting smaller. So it's like if there's even like the smallest little part of like striations or too much cap or too much like you know, depth in the conditioning, like it just throws things off. So she it's not too much too quickly, because otherwise then she gets too straighted, and blah blah blah. So um, because she has the size there, she has the muscle mask and density there. It's just making sure that we have both and not too much of either, like we were just mentioning. So, but this is such a good look for her. Really, really good look. This is giving like um when was it that she her best? I think was like 20. It was even like 2022 or 2021, or around that era, she looks a lot more like balanced, and then I think she kind of you know, a little was a little bit not inconsistent, but like had a few dips in in the road and stuff like that, in terms of like getting too muscular or too conditioned, blah blah blah. So I think her first Olympia she brought, she got like 12, I think, or second Olympia, she got 12. So she did very well. Um so it's just going getting it back, that's all. So, and then there's no one else that's tagged that I know of. I think is this girl?

Overall density and um little, little, little bit of um balancing out the proportion in her back pose. One glute is a little bit denser than the other side. One tie-in is a little bit more pronounced than the other. Not noticeable just to like watching her routine, but when you're sitting there in your back pose next to everybody, noticeable. Um that's something actually that recently, I mean, there's so much um perpetual bullshit that goes around, but people talk about like the tie-in's not a muscle, you can't work that area. But the more that you stretch fascia and the more that you pump blood to an area, the more that you can end up projecting it and pronouncing it over time. And it it helps in like mind muscle connection when it comes to backstage pumping up and um really getting a certain area pronounced. It's actually one of the things that I have prided myself on in the last like year or two of really being able to bring out tie-ins, regardless of obviously conditioning playing a major fucking role in that. But yeah, exactly. Uh she she looks really good though. China's gonna be a good show, too. Damn, what a weekend.

That is one of the number one thing that will like draw the eye immediately to whether you're gonna make first call out or not, is are the delts too capped? Um, he's gonna come to um I'm talking to Dan about having him come down to the Olympia. Um, and so I'm gonna try to get him around to more shows, not to shoot the shows, but anyone that wants photo shoots around the show during your peak week. If you want some hotel room shots, some gym shots, some model shots, some like wherever, he will be around at a good handful of shows to be doing stuff. So he's badass, great photographer, great videographer, can put together whatever you want.

Um, let's do this one. Let's do this one really quick. It said, where do you see Fit Model in three years? We'll end with this. And I got asked this, I feel like, because a couple people sent me clips of people talking about um divisions like becoming more and more popular and what appeals more to the mass. And I personally think Fit Model is going to rival bikini um for being the most popular divisions. Um, they're gonna get more sponsors, more sponsor eyes on the industry. Um, like I've said before, they're the sports illustrated model look, right? So you're gonna get more eyes on the industry because of that. Um, you're gonna have more packed NPC shows with Fit Model, which is going to lead to more people turning pro and more people making to the Olympia. Um, I think that in two years, Fit Model is gonna end up having a top 25 um for the Olympia, just like just like the more popular divisions do. So that's where I see it going. I see it rivaling bikini in the women's divisions for popularity.

I agree. I do think that there's more to it, and it's only just getting started. So I do think that people just have to give it time. I know there was a lot of people that were upset about it not being at the final stage for the Olympia this year, but I do think give it time. It's gonna, I do think it's gonna be one of the biggest divisions coming up for sure.

I mean, honestly, there's I've heard a couple coaches say it, I've heard a couple athletes say it, where they're like, yeah, fit model is just uh, and it's one of the it's one of those divisions where, again, just like bikini, you have to have an eye for it. It is not, it's gonna it's gonna be very, very hard to come into this. Like, let's say you're a well-rounded coach or you're more of a men's coach and you get a fit model athlete, it's it's likely not your ballgame to be in. Like, it's not your lane to be in because fit model is a very, just like bikini coaching, a very trained eye, a very experienced eye. I've heard a couple coaches say it's not fun because it's not challenging. Like, what? You mean challenging as in what? Like it's gonna be it's gotta be the most fucking challenging person to get on stage right now.

Like, forget, forget trying to bring someone on stage for that, because that is detail oriented through the roof.
