SPEAKER_03

We've about like I want to say 20 right now, pending. So I'm like, we're gonna get so three random. We're just gonna be backed up so much with how many we do because we've it's kind of like we've started something here, now it's kind of like unstoppable in a way.

SPEAKER_01

So I don't think anyone else does this, especially for bikini.

SPEAKER_03

So no, we'll get to everyone as much as we can throughout this all, but like honestly, like and I we I've in my request, so I've obviously got the three that I want in here, but then we've got like however many in requests and stuff. So I do apologize if it's gonna take a while to get through all of these these submissions, guys.

SPEAKER_01

But what could you get to you eventually? They might be eight months old by the time we get to it, but we'll get to it.

SPEAKER_03

I know this is what I'm thinking. I'm like, oh fuck, is it even is it even worth just doing three? So but how have you been this week?

SPEAKER_01

It was a good weekend, really good weekend. Busy, but very, very good. Yeah, yeah, because Yeah, Vegas is fun. I always love Vegas.

SPEAKER_03

I mean, Vegas is great.

SPEAKER_01

Like, I I enjoy Vegas a lot, so I feel like oh, yeah, I feel like I like I never want the Olympia to leave Vegas selfishly because and I think a lot of people agree with this because when it was in Orlando, there wasn't shit to do after. Like, it's nice to get out of a show and know that any time of night you can get food from any type of restaurant, you can get sushi, you can get pizza, you can get burgers, you can get steak all the way till 3 a.m. Um, you got shows to go do, you got clubs to go do, like whatever you like to do is available to you. Um, I don't think there's many other places where you can move the Olympia in the states that would match maybe LA um that would match that. So I I love being in Vegas for really any show. It's fun.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I think do you that's actually gonna start off our podcast. Do you think that it's a good like there's been speculation that the the Olympia is gonna move every five years? If it was gonna move anywhere, where do you think it would it could go?

SPEAKER_01

I would think it'd be like hotspot states like cities like Dallas, Los Angeles.

SPEAKER_03

It's not moving, as in like moving country.

SPEAKER_01

I I don't think, see, I okay, I think it'd be cool, but from a business perspective, um, think of how many p how many flights and hotels the Olympia covers. Like that would be the worst move that they could do. Like you're you have 75 plus percent of the entire Olympia across all divisions from America and Canada, um, and you're gonna go and have to send them all to Japan on flights. Like, that's not that's not viable. And then and then it gets to a point where it's like if it's not viable, but they do it anyway, do the athletes now have to pay part of their own way to get to the Olympia that they qualified for? They don't want to have to do that to them either. So I don't see the speculation of it moving to another country. If it did, there's a lot of places that would be awesome for it to go to. Um there, I mean, God, I think France would be cool, Greece would be cool, Japan would be really cool.

SPEAKER_03

There's there's a lot of places that would be fun for it to go, but it'd be hard, it'd be a hard thing to kind of figure out though.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, I think real also, yeah, I think realistically too. Um keeping it in North America, um, going maybe Toronto, Dallas, uh, Miami, Los Angeles. There's some cool hotspot cities you could you can move the Olympia to. Um, it's just a matter of what venues are available in those cities um in accommodations to make sure it can host the Olympia of all things.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, 100%. So I mean, I would say I think obviously, like you said, it's not really accommodating, but Japan would be Japan would be really cool. Unreal. I feel like the production would be out of this world, like it'd be so so cool. So I feel like that would be such a good place. A bit obviously to get everyone over there and to accommodate for everyone would be rather difficult. It would be very, very hard. Although they have done it for masters and PS, have they not? Already, yeah. So if they've already done it there, who's to say they can do it again? So I thought that would be good.

SPEAKER_01

Um, I just I mean another thing I've thought of in the past, I know that I don't think it is. I might be nationwide. Um, but if anywhere in the Middle East, if they allowed women to compete, yeah, um, which I don't know if it's every country in the Middle East that doesn't, but um, like think of Dubai and how insane the Dubai pro is.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And the amount of money that the Middle East throws at bodybuilding and loves in bodybuilding. Like they go crazy for the production, hundred thousand dollar prize money for a regular pro show. Like, they go crazy. I guarantee you that the Olympia, um, the Olympia committee, the crew, would cut probably half their costs in half if they went to somewhere like Dubai because they the country itself would want to give money to the Olympia. You wouldn't be paying X amount of money for this insane venue, they'd be like welcoming you there. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

I 100% agree. And I do feel like, yeah, it would that would be because the Jabai Pro last year, even like the pre-judging stage, like the stage in general was like final stage Olympia. It was crazy, like how big it was. Like it, yeah, it was it was really, really good. So yeah, I think that would be a great show showing there for sure. Um, I just got a question from well, I just because I was going through the physique analysis, which we've got quite a few to get through, but um someone asked, said, What do you because I think we kind of mentioned this last week anyway, but someone said um obviously Lauren Dallamella is returning this year as um fit model instead of bikini. What are your guys' thoughts on there's quite a large amount of people now coming back, like almost like you know, pros that have taken time a lot of time off. I even know a few girls in Europe that haven't competed for years that are coming back and now as fit model. What are your guys' thoughts on now girls kind of coming almost like coming out of retirement? Because you've seen quite a few people actually coming out of retirement now to actually come back to competing. What do you think?

SPEAKER_01

I think it's great. Um, I think that especially when they're like quote unquote retired or just haven't competed in two, three, four years, um, the unless you keep up with it, the division passes you up. And if Lauren wanted to be competitive today, does she have insane shape and always like commanded the stage? 100%. But is her physique up to par with the muscle density and what's needed in bikini today? Likely not. If she wanted to get back into bikini, but knowing that she was so good at posing, such such good shape, yeah, if she has that same, that similar physique to four or five years ago and has like geared it more towards fit model, I think she's gonna kill it. Um, I don't think it's meant for everyone, though. I think it's cool seeing that there's a lot of um like ex-bikini pros, if you will, or retired bikini pros wanting to come back and do fit model, but it's not for everybody. Like it's not it like we've said this for months now, it's a very genetically driven division. There's specific things that you don't really train for fit model, you either have it or you don't. Yes, there's training involved to bring the proper physique, there's coaching involved to bring the proper conditioning and the proper look. But if you don't, if if you have like more of a stubby lower body, if you will, if you have a blocky waist, if you have overpowering obliques, it's not me, it's not a division meant for you.

SPEAKER_03

No, and I think that's the hard part. I think that there is sometimes like there's a I've seen a few people obviously do Fit Model that I'm like, you you know, you can try it and see how it goes. Like it's not a bad thing to try, but then there's certain aspects, like you said, like genetics-wise, that you just can't bypass. Um, so I do feel like it's easy to want to just go to Fit Model because you feel like now that's the entry level, it's the easier one. I feel like that was bikini, whereas now that's kind of grown up to be like a harder level division. And don't get me wrong, Fit Model's not easy either. Like, I think that people are thinking that it's easy, so they're like, oh okay, cool, I'll just try that out. And it's just it'll just be I'll be straight in top 10 or top top five, easy, no problem. But it's it's a very specific category that's harder than bikini. I feel like there's smaller, there's smaller lines and finer lines here that you have to just got you just got to be careful of for sure.

SPEAKER_01

Um I mean just to a quick note on that is I know that people see fit model as more entry level, which yes, the the standard of the amount of muscle you need is more entry level. Can you train for a little bit lesser amount of time than you would for bikini, wellness, etc. And diet properly and do fit model for sure. But guys, depending on your genetics, how long you've been training for in what division you want to do, novice is there for a fucking reason.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Like you can do women's physique novice, you can do bikini novice, like all of those that is entry level. Fit model, once you go to open, nothing's entry level. Once you go to open, you are going up against people that are there going for their national qualification, or maybe people that have been continuously doing well at nationals and they're like, all right, I gotta get a warm-up show in. And you're going against those people before they get on the national stage. So open in every division is not entry level. That is what novice is for. You can run novice as many times as you want until you feel like you are ready to um be competitive in the open. So don't think that like you do novice one time and oh, I'm never, I can't do that again. No, that's true, novice. Novice, you can keep on running until you feel you are ready to go and push people in the open. So that is your actual entry level.

SPEAKER_03

Completely agree. Completely agree. Okay, let's get started on these. On the long list we have.

SPEAKER_01

I'm so happy it didn't happen. On actually, it probably would have made for great entertainment, but my chair completely broke on me like two hours ago. I fell straight back. Entire thing snapped. Yeah, entire thing snapped.

SPEAKER_03

Love that. That would have been great on camera. Oh, actually, before we get started, um, you need to come to Bali because all the girls on the trip would want to see you on one of those scooters. Because we got on the conversation of obviously, like, you know, there's transport. Also, Brion Amesy is out here, Chris Cormy is out here, which is really cool. Um, and we were we were kind of like, oh, imagining like Brion on the back of a scooter, like on Chris Cormy on the back of a scooter. They're big people, and then I think someone goes, I think it must have been Nicole. Imagine Corey on the back of one of those scooters, and we all burst out laughing. We were like, right, next year is the year we're gonna try and get Corinne Kerrigan to come to Barley so we could just see Corey on the back of one of these scooters. Because it wasn't a case of like obviously it's your height, but also obviously the size of you as well. It's the scooters here, they're not the biggest scooters. So we were like, that would be actually hilarious to see. So that's our mission next year is to get you to barley in April.

SPEAKER_00

Me and Max will write it together.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, please do, please do. It'd be absolutely hilarious. Every because every time it's like before he rents his own scooter, he obviously has to use that their scooters, and it's just so comical watching him on the back of them. That's amazing, it's crazy. So, yeah, that's what we that's what we would like to see next year.

SPEAKER_01

Anyway, perfect when we can happen.

SPEAKER_03

So we got the first one. Okay, hey guys, would love to hear some feedback on my package. I have a wonderful coach and have plans on moving forwards. I actually am taking some time off to get my bachelor's degree, which is really fucking cool. Um, then come back. However, I don't think it hurts to get an unbiased opinion feedback wise. Sandy said I needed uh more chest development. I think it may be to balance out my shoulders and density. First set of photos, I was one day out from Pittsburgh. Uh, I got third to the overall winner. Second set of photos were me on stage, third are seven weeks post-show. So, first set of photos is one day out. Okay, yeah, you got great shape, and she did Pittsburgh.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, was that Pittsburgh?

SPEAKER_03

The the natural phone.

SPEAKER_01

It's a natural national qualifier or a uh pro qualifier.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, she looks great.

SPEAKER_01

I mean This is a very, very good physique, very good.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, really nice, good, right, great shape. I mean, I can understand what Sandy's saying in terms of a little bit more chest development. Um, you could probably also like you already have a really nice natural shape anyway. I don't think you need to flare your arm like too much out like to the side here. You could probably relax it ever so slightly. Um, just so it again, it's just doing the work for you versus trying to force it out because it looks like you're forcing it out. Um, and you can see that this back shoulder is just a little bit unbalanced to the other shoulder as well. So, like I was saying in the previous um video, it's really easy to just focus on this side of your front pose and like obviously be obsessed with the S-curve and all that type of thing, but we want to be balanced from both sets of shoulders, you know? So I would say try and relax this a little bit more and then make sure this is even and round that off. You actually might have an imbalance because you can see it slightly in your back pose at this shoulders drop, which is this one, I think. So you might have a bit of an imbalance in your upper body, like to just make sure that you kind of either figure out where your shoulders need to be set or anything like that, or try and practice posing on the other side so you can kind of get used to kind of connecting with the other shoulder and stuff like that as well. Um but I mean this is good. Um, and then stage photos were here.

SPEAKER_01

Here we go.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, you do it better here to be fair.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I was gonna say, not as bad there.

SPEAKER_03

This is way better.

SPEAKER_01

I can definitely understand what Sandy said about the the like just upper chest shoulder to shoulder development right here, 100%. Um, nothing crazy, just something where maybe on like your your shoulder day you have some sort of like incline press or fly motion just added in um just to slowly build up that density over time. Doesn't it never needs to be a lot for bikini? Um, but I can definitely see where like your front delt and lateral delt head are pretty dominant in comparison, and then it kind of goes flat at that upper part right here. Um, so totally can see that. Um back pose, this looks very good.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, very good. It might have just been the camera from the previous photos and stuff, like but these straight on looks, like now you've got none of that going on. So it could have just been that one photo. But again, like these types of things can make a difference. Then on stage, obviously, if you practice it, like you know, sometimes it's inconsistent, it's fine, but if it's inconsistent constantly, then obviously that's gonna replicate the stage. So just make sure that you're keeping that consistent the whole time.

SPEAKER_01

Go back to her one day out back pose. I'll show you what she was doing in her hips and legs, too. So, two things here one, your left leg is almost straight up and down, your right leg is like this. Another reason that's happening is because your right foot is pushed way more towards the camera. We can't even see the bottom of your heel, your left foot is in front of the camera. So there's a big difference there with not only your hips but your feet. So you're throwing off the entire angle top to bottom.

SPEAKER_03

Mm-hmm. Yeah, I agree. So, but and then this. You didn't do it on stage though. On stage looked great. Oh, on stage you didn't. But then can you see here? Then you've done it again here. So it's it's trying to make sure that we like again make it consistent. It's it's great that it's not happening on stage, to be fair. So that that's what part part that is important. Um, but you want to try and make sure that obviously when you are practicing, it's like something that you've you know mainly focus on. Um, and I do feel like you've since obviously this is since you've um did the show, this is post-show, you have calmed down this shoulder a little bit. I still feel like you could probably calm it down a little more because it's a little far away. So I'd still want this forearm part to be like down here, and make sure you don't turn your wrist and your hand towards the front, make sure it's neutral towards you. Um, yes, but ultimately this is great. This is really, really good.

SPEAKER_01

While you are in pursuit of the the upper body growth, do not lose the legs. Your legs are very, very good. Your quad, your hamstring. Um, the glute needs a little bit more upper outer glute, but every single amateur in history is gonna be told that. So just focus on that a bit too.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, perfect. Well, thank you, Hannah, Hannah. Yeah, it's so funny. Do you know what just popped into my head when I said that? I was like, welcome to the show. Who says that?

SPEAKER_01

We goob now.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I'm gonna check. Are we goob? Are we goobing everyone now? It's like welcome to the show, welcome to the show, Bray. I'm like, oh my god. So, okay.

SPEAKER_02

Alright.

SPEAKER_03

Um, so this is uh I just wanted to submit a my physique check-in, love the podcast. These are current check-ins from 12 weeks out from my first MPC show. Current weight is 131, waist measurements, glute measurements. I competed in OCB wellness last year, and my weight was 127. So these are our this is our wellness.

SPEAKER_00

Those are wellness.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, these are for the wellness ones. So let's see what she looks like right now. She looks good, you look good.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, very good. She actually has a very, very similar um stature and look to Sarah that just turned pro at Toronto. Like same type of front pose, same stature of the front pose. Everything looks looks very similar. It's very good look.

SPEAKER_03

I mean, I like this look a lot. I think the way that I can see everything kind of showing off. I mean, again, similar to what I was saying with the other girl, trying to make sure that just open you could she could probably actually open up a little more, I would say. So I like so can you see how this arm is like nice and down? That's what I would like the other girl to do because naturally she has that really nice um uh taper. I think this one you could just open Brie, you could open up ever so slightly a little bit more, and then just drop the shoulder down ever so slightly, so then this shoulder's in line. Because I feel like you just need a tiny bit more width and then down with the shoulder. So it's just not you might just also just be tight with the traps, to be fair, because you can just see right there that that's just raised, and it could just be the traps if I'm honest. But I mean front pose looks great, it's really good too. Yeah, back pose you could open up a little more. I think you're probably used to kind of like not opening up as much brush just because of wellness from wellness doing it in OCB last year, but you can open up and show off a little bit more of your taper because I feel like you have that width, but you're pulling back just slightly. So just open up a little a little bit more um in the back pose so you can see more taper. But this is great, this is good for 12 weeks out.

SPEAKER_01

Development wise, yeah, it looks really good for 12 weeks out.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and then glute shot here. This is perfect. I don't think I would change this because I really like how this is uh showing off like footwork and stuff like that. This looks great. I mean, from a posing standpoint, I'd say not much really needs to be changed right now. Obviously, photos are always hard, videos obviously better, but obviously, do not guys do not send us videos because we won't be able to watch them through. But photos are better to just look at the physique and stuff. But um, when it comes to a posing standpoint, sometimes obviously that's easier to just see stuff. But from the shots are looking good, like this is what you want to try and be sending to your coach so they can fully, fully see everything correctly done, you know. So yeah, good job. Happy with this. It looks great.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that was great. Kristen.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, Crystal. I wanted to submit my photos, my physique assessment. I love uh I actually posed with Phoebe ages ago in 2021. I was gonna say I recognize the name. Um I've recently reached out to Corey doing my uh posing, possibly. Um, this is check-ins from home before my show, my stage shots. They unfortunately didn't get a good back shot. Okay. Oh, feedback from Sam we Sandy was to be more full. So what was this photo? This was from show day. Before my show. Yeah, this is before my show. Okay. Nice. I mean you're all good. This is really good. Hamstring and quad focus, would you say?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah. Look at just my immediate impression of scene. This is the lat need. So the S curve is very minimal here. Little bit can change in posing as well. Development-wise, um, I mean, I I like the a more like muscular-looking lower body. I like her quads, I like her hands, but we need more glute, more glute side profile here, um, and a bit more lat uh just because like you have good shoulders, it looks like. Um, and the lat is very, very minimal there, and it's almost like straight high lat insertion straight in. So the more that you can build up that lat a bit, the more that arm is gonna naturally hang down, creating that proper S curve. And you obviously want more overall glute, but especially upper glute to come off the hip right there. And it'll I would say that I I would like to see her with her legs maintained where they're at and just grow the lat and glute. And I think that that would present a really beautiful shape.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I was gonna say from a posing standpoint to kind of balance off your physique because that's where my eyes kind of went to straight away, was like the hamstring and quad. So then I'm like, oh, okay, she looks a little bit more dominant in those areas, change the posing to match what her physique is at the moment. But yeah, from a from a progression long term standpoint, yeah, you could probably open up a little bit more, grow more in those areas to just get more development shape wise. Um I think this looks fantastic. Again, if you're looking, play around with your front foot. Because I feel like you could show off more glute. Because at the moment your foot is kind of it looks like it's mainly profile, like a little bit diagonal, but not completely profiled, like here. So play around with the foot being more like a little bit more to the front and sit into that glute more. Because I feel like you're stood up quite a lot, which is good, but we could just probably showcase off more glute versus it just being the lower body. Um and then yeah, probably it could it's probably a growth thing, but obviously bringing out your lats a little bit more, turn the hand in towards you, just kind of pull from the elbow a little bit more, just to create that shape a bit more in the front pose. And then that was the back pose. Back pose is good.

SPEAKER_01

Do you think she's standing too wide?

SPEAKER_03

I was just about to say a little wide, tiny bit wider. Uh wide, yeah. Tiny little bit um more narrow, so be more shoulder width apart. You're just a little bit over your shoulders right now. So, or obviously, no, I think equally bring in your footwork, but then open up your back ever so slightly a tiny bit more, I would say. Um just so the shoulders are also even as well. Yeah. But no, this is this looks very, very good.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah, this is the same as the game. Yeah, this is the main thing. Same same thing with the glute here. The legs are in a good spot where you don't want to downsize them, you want the glute to come up.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, I agree. So, and you can also see here, like you aren't fully like rotating round like more. You could definitely just rotate around a little more in some areas, even in like the model pose and stuff, like you've got a lot of the leg showing here, which then doesn't kind of show off that kind of like shape that you want to see um in that model pose kind of area, you know. So good, nice. Should we do one more?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, we went through those quick, that was only like 20 minutes, 15 minutes.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, so physique analysis, context, three weeks out from my first fit model show. Um, it's a regional show. At first, I wanted to compete um as a regional as a challenge, but don't see myself stopping there. It's so much fun.

SPEAKER_01

I'm gonna answer this already. You're gonna go pro eventually. This looks insane.

SPEAKER_03

She just literally said, she just literally said, could you do you guys think I could go pro? Sorry for the messy background. She looks great. Wow.

SPEAKER_00

This is really fucking good. Really good.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, that waist is crazy.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Who coaches you? Message me for training, because holy shit.

SPEAKER_03

She's like, let's go. Yeah, you look really, she looks really, really good. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, the everything's where it should be. Everything's super, super balanced. The the quads are right in line with how Fit Model's been rewarded. Like it's like that. I think they could be a little softer coming into the stage, just a tiny software.

SPEAKER_03

This is three weeks out.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. As far as development goes, there is absolutely nothing lacking in this front pose.

SPEAKER_03

No, this looks really, really nice. My only thing, make your back hand look more natural. Cause you can see here, I can't, I don't can I zoom in? No. Oh, I can zoom in. Here it's like rounded towards the front, so it looks like you're pulling this elbow like through versus let me get you want to be like more here, so it's just like relaxed versus pull through. So then you can see this elbow is like looking like quite rounded, so just relax it a little bit more, especially it's the same with bikini, like you don't want to kind of look like that back elbow looks like really forced, and it's it's weird. I was talking to someone about this the other day. Like, sometimes posing could be there's nothing off, like the judges, these types of things, the judges aren't gonna be like, Oh make your hand look soft. Well, they might do, but like make your hand look softer. There's nothing that when they look at it, they're like, Oh, something's off. Like something looks like everything looks good, but something's off. Like, what I don't know what it is sometimes, everything looks great. So sometimes you just need to make sure that it's just these small little things, make sure that they you don't even show the judges for them to even question something about it, you know? Because because they're moving you so fast, sometimes they might not not notice um little things like that. Um, so yeah, just relax the hand, and then I think it's perfect. It looks great.

SPEAKER_01

Did she send a back post?

SPEAKER_03

I don't think so, no.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

She just looks amazing. Amazing, so yeah, really, really good. Oh, my screen might go in again. There we go. Um, any more?

SPEAKER_01

Uh do one more. Do one more and knock it out. That was really quick.

SPEAKER_03

Let's go, let's go, let's go. We can do more. Okay. And then we've got 13 weeks out. 13 weeks out. She's I don't know if you guys are gonna see.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know what 150 centimeters tall is. Why are you guys doing that?

SPEAKER_03

Oh, she's is she European? I think she might be European. Um, I think that's like because my height classes.

SPEAKER_01

59 inches.

SPEAKER_03

That was um my height class was uh 172 and above previously.

SPEAKER_01

She's four she's 411.

SPEAKER_03

Oh my goodness, that's short. I was gonna say she's short girl, so short girl here. Um, I have some body fat to shred. Um, taking the time to practice, practice my posing. I'm at a point where I don't know how the physique is gonna look, but my coach is happy. We started working together 13 weeks ago. I'm under a very male um uh da da da. What do you guys think basically? Okay, let's do front pose first.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, I mean pretty good. That's a good, like it's a very good pose front pose. Um development-wise, more upper glute, a little bit more dealt. Um, and I think your legs are in a good spot. I would maintain where they're at, but glute needs to come up, delt needs to come up a bit. Um, I'm sure that as you lean out, your core will get tighter, but don't neglect any core work. Um, definitely add a little bit in once or twice a week. Um, and I think you're you're gonna be cruising on in.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. I mean, posing wise, I would say again, hand placement, just move it to the hip, twist the waist around to get get you know more mobile, able to kind of twist it. Because I feel like that your waist is nice and like is tight for obviously where you are at the moment, but we could showcase off this more and showcase off a little less of this at the front. So twist like it's gonna hurt like a lot, but like crank it round a little bit more so we can see less of the front of the midsection, just a tiny bit more. So we all the attention is gonna be a bit more here. Um, hand placement on the hip versus the waistline, but I mean everything else like looks really good. I I've just noticed that she's got really, really tall heels. I don't know if that's because she's shorter, oh wow, yeah, so she wants to be longer. One, I feel like that. I feel like that's like these shoes, I think they're okay, but I just don't know how they'll be posing-wise, like if they feel comfortable to pose in. Because I know some girls have posed now it or started posing in like four and a half, four inches heels, and they find it more comfortable because it's easier to like move around in. So if you are struggling with posing and you feel like I can't find my balance or I can't find this, maybe heels, it could be the heels, because those those heels are hard to pose in as well. So um that was just a tip. If you find posing really, really easy and you're okay with it, then you know, ignore me and that's absolutely fine. But potentially just give that a um think about and stuff like that.

SPEAKER_01

Back in my day, I stuck with the four-inch heels all the time.

SPEAKER_03

Back in my day, I stuck with the four, you know. I didn't didn't need more height or anything like that.

SPEAKER_01

Um, back pose looks great here, though. Really good posed back pose, too. Like this is very good. I mean, no, um, same same thing here. I I want to see more delt. Um, it's very flat on the lateral delt head. Yeah, um, rear delt, lateral delt can come up. Um, and I think a little bit leaner. I think that your lower body's in a good spot, but um I can kind of see where that uh where the lines are falling down into the tie-in and the lower glute adductor region, that there's gonna be that slight upper outer glute slant to it. So really nail your upper glutes hard.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. And then posing wise, like this is this is so nice to like look at because like this is really nicely even. So like I'm happy with where this is. I'd say again, just like you said, just a little bit more delt, which sometimes I feel like delts for me. Sometimes my delts don't start to show until I am a little bit leaner, so you can kind of connect with them a little bit more, but I feel like you could probably open up your back a little bit more as well, tiny, tiny bit. Um, but this is also something to play around with because obviously you do have time and obviously you're getting closer to stage, so obviously you are losing body at fat and stuff. Most of the time, like obviously, as women, we hold a lot of body in uh lot of body fat in our lower bodies, so sometimes the upper body balance could be can be off for a little bit until we start to lose that lower body. So I would say don't over like me saying okay, a little bit more upper body like width, don't like go crazy and be like, okay, I really need to like open it up because obviously your body is going to change, like, and that's why it's always good to one keep up with posing and training over this period because your body's changing, so your posing and your training is probably gonna change as well, you know? Um but yeah, fantastic group. And we did five, so smashed them out.

SPEAKER_01

We caught up a little bit.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, we caught up a little bit, not much, but no one's gonna be able to do that.

SPEAKER_01

Not much, only 60 left.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, we've got to catch up a lot, so it's fine. Um, okay. Let's go through Let's go through our weekend this week of the shows. Because what is it?

SPEAKER_01

This was a very, very good weekend.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I think my I think Van um Vancouver USA's Arkansas weekend in two weeks might top it for me, but this weekend was a very fun, good weekend. Um It was a good one from a training perspective, a client perspective, and just good shows in general.

SPEAKER_03

So we'll have to look at it.

SPEAKER_01

Republic is always such a good show. Like it's Texas goes all out at their NPC shows. Those amateurs show the fuck up. They're so good.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, they really do. Okay, we'll go through we'll go through this one first, because obviously this was the this was the one because I want to know like how it all went. How like how did it feel? Like, because you had really good you guys had a really good successful weekend and stuff like that as well. And you obviously were there at this show. So how was this show? Also, I this was the show, this was my first pro win in 2019.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, really?

SPEAKER_03

2019, no, 2019, yeah, it was 2019. I won this show in 2019. So nice. I love the Patreon show.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that was a good show. This was a very, very, very well-ran show. Um, it was a little bit smaller on the amateur side of things. I think that might have helped the flow of it a bit, but it was a very well-ran show. Um, Patrick Folgen was the head judge. Um, I want a petition to start for him to be on the Olympia panel because that man is an amazing, amazing head judge. Like, not just from the perspective of like just a good judge, like he understands bikini because he does very well, but the dude speaks eight different languages. Have you heard have you been around him head judging? Oh, yeah, when he knows when he sees the name of someone that's like international from somewhere else, he'll like like welcome them to the stage in their language. It's the coolest thing in the world. Yeah, he does it all the time. Uh, it's really, really cool. Um, he was talking to people in their language at check-ins. It was it was really cool to see. So um, I can't even remember all the languages he speaks, but everything from like Japanese, Spanish, French, like everything. Um, yeah. Uh, but the show itself, Ashley was fucking lights out. Like when she came on stage, there were I'm saying this unbiased, the people that were sitting around me that I didn't even know when she walked out, they went, Holy shit, who's that? Like, she just stood out. The glutes stood out, the balance stood out. Um, she was a little hard, um, which I know James was playing on the more conservative side of it being their very first peak together, their first show together. He didn't he didn't want to load her too heavily. They want he wanted to test the waters with that. Um, so it came in a little hard. Um, and if this this is like semi-flat and hard for her, it wait till she's like full in a couple weeks at her show. It's gonna be crazy. Um, and I think I said on, I was texting Drew about this yesterday. I think I said on our podcast last week that top 10 at the Olympia this year. I have Jordan Brandon and Ashley Hampton sneaking in there this year.

SPEAKER_02

So yeah, um she showed it right there.

SPEAKER_01

She looked insane. Um, Kerrigan looks awesome. Um, best posing that she has out on stage by a fucking mile. Yeah, that's she felt so confident, everything flowed well. Um, her waist came in snatched, um, her legs, which her quads are always her like feedback, like um, not size-wise, but just hardness-wise. And she brought it right in line with everyone else here. Um, she nailed the conditioning they wanted. Um, her glutes stole the show. Her back pose wins the show from the back. Um, Brie looked awesome as well. Yeah, there you go. Yeah, Kerrigan's back pose is nutty. I've had Bill tell me that Kerrigan's back pose just from another fucking planet at this point. Yeah, and that the the front pose competes with everybody, like as a good pro front pose, but her back pose absolutely fucking kills it. So that makes up a lot of ground for her. You can see that here next to um next to Brie, just from a size and conditioning standpoint. Like Kerrigan's glutes are just in your face and balance top to bottom because she has good hamstrings. Um, Rookie, uh Rookie looked amazing as well in fifth place. I really, really liked how she showed up at this show. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Rookie looks really good, actually.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, really good.

SPEAKER_03

This is definitely one of the best that I've seen her.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. Her husband was sitting behind me and asked what I thought, and I told him, and I was like, You guys fucking killed it. Like, just keep showing up. Just a little bit more density here, and they killed it. Um, Ashley was definitely the most balanced front pose, top to bottom. Like, there's it's waist is gone, beautiful balance, like everything is as it should be. Um, this was probably one of Brie's best looks as well. I think I've I've been at almost all of Brie shows this year, um, and I think this was probably her best look. Um, and it landed her third, so that's awesome for her. Um, and then Carla, um, she's one of my clients. That was her pro debut. She snuck into the sixth place spot, so yeah, I was super stoked for her. Yeah, she looked great.

SPEAKER_03

She looks really, really good. I mean, all of these girls look expensive.

SPEAKER_01

He's a good coach, or Dallas, Houston, I'm not sure, but yeah, good coach out of Texas is her coach. And yeah, just everyone looked. This was a very good top six. It was a very good show in general. Like Daria was in the show. I think she got seventh or eighth, and she just got um fifth in her pro debut a few weeks ago. So very smaller show. I think there were 16. Um, but the first call-out was all really good. Like this top three right here has been. I mean, you have Ashley, who's like a three-time Olympian, you have Rookie, who's a two-time Olympian, you have Kerrigan and Bree who are on the points list. Like, they're this is a very, very good show. I was I I was impressed.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, it was fantastic.

SPEAKER_01

I think there was Bree and Kerrigan were a point, and then there was um Carla and Daria.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Yeah, so Dario was very, very close as well. Oh, and another one too. And then another one here.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And then the and then 12 of uh 14 and 15 as well.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

So like again, when people say, like, oh, you know, it literally the judges are literally like it's points apart at this point, like three, three points apart, which is crazy.

SPEAKER_01

So I will say too, one of the coolest things at this show is and I understand that some people are on the same team as each other, that doesn't mean that you're friends, right? Like you you support each other from a perspective of like like supporting other women and wanting to see people do well, but at the end of the day, it's a competition. You want to win. Um, Ashley and Kerrigan, like they're like best friends. I think everyone knows that. But um, seeing like seeing when first place was announced in like Kerrigan running across the stage and hugging Ashley and like they just like held each other and embraced each other. I wish that there was a photographer there, like Will or Gilko or one of the battle-up photographers that like gets those candids because they didn't have like a candid photographer there. Um, it was one of those moments where it's like you can tell she was so genuinely happy for her friend to win. Like, regardless, like Kerrigan knew if if I hadn't put Ashley in this show, Kerrigan just qualified for the Olympia pretty much. That would put her at like 17 points. Um, but I put Ashley in the show, and regardless, um, Kerrigan was so happy for her. We all went out to dinner after and celebrated, and um, it was really cool to see that camaraderie, like, regardless of having the same coach, the same trainer, doesn't matter. Like, it was one of those things where you you can see the jet, like the genuine care in the genuine, like, I'm so happy for you that you just won your first show of the season, and um, no animosity, no anything. Like, it was just really cool to see because we don't get that a lot. Like, you get like the clap for the person that won and the like I'm happy for you, but literally seeing like her run across the stage and hug her and them like jumping up and down together. It was like it was like that scene when um when Samson won the Arnold and Fuwad got on stage with him and they jumped in a circle together. It was like that type of thing. It was so cool to see. Like that's not and that's why I'm very biased in saying this, but that's why I feel Kerrigan's such a good ambassador for this sport because she's like it like competing is literally a passion for her. It's not her livelihood, it's not her like this is my end all be all. She's genuinely there because she's passionate about it and she's passionate about her friends that are on that stage. Yeah, so and I think that's cool.

SPEAKER_03

And then that's that's honestly how people I again. Not everyone has to be like that, everyone has their reasons to why they get on stage, but I think it's important to have even a small percentage of that because at the end of the day, the girls that you're getting up on stage with, they're not like it doesn't matter who you're competing against, like it's the judge's job to place you where you place, and it's not like the Ashley's fault that she beat Kerrigan or like Kerrigan's fault that he she beat Bree. Do you know what I mean? Like it's not it's not anyone's fault that you're competing against, so you don't need to have any, you know, beef against them or upset to them or anything like that. You can be upset with the placing, but that doesn't then mean the person, you know?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Um hundred percent. So yeah, I agree. And then we had Texas.

SPEAKER_01

I'm gonna say this. I know that I think I think Mo head judged this, I think. Um, and I think she said it herself. This was one of the best bikini front poses of all time in the history of bikini. This was like the best Issa that has ever stepped on stage. This was this front pose, this this still photo right here, I don't think does it does it justice. Um, like actually, this one right here with James and her.

SPEAKER_03

I know, I'm sure that's the exact video on photo find.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, because I flow like that backstage video with like the just the silhouette of her because it's dark behind her, so you can see it more. You can see that one. That is the best bikini front front pose in the fucking history, bikini. That is insane. Insane. Wild. Like nothing lacking in it. Yes, obviously, it's the genetic waste is part of it, but everything around it is built and balanced how it should be. The lat, the delt, the the quads, the hams, the glute, like everything is flawless on her physique. And she's brought up her back pose a good amount too. Um, I listened to a podcast that uh James just did with Suki where he was like, Yeah, I told, or I thought going into it, like Britney Gillespie is a very good back pose, and I think that Isa actually like like split with her in the back pose, and then obviously Issa's front pose is fucking unreal. So yeah, this was such crazy physique. Insane physique.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, she looks absolutely incredible. So I feel like this is this is gonna be insane to watch this on the Olympia stage with like everyone else because every like everyone's coming like we've seen the best Amy this year, we've seen the best Laurelie this year, we've seen the best Isaac we've seen the best actors previously.

SPEAKER_01

We saw the best jazzy after post-Olympia in those overseas shows. Yep.

SPEAKER_03

Like best Maria Acosta, like there's so many people that are gunning for that top ten. It's gonna be insane.

SPEAKER_00

The best Phoebe, I'll say it for you.

SPEAKER_03

Thanks.

SPEAKER_01

No, she this is such like this is this is where it's hard to do. I keep watching it like what the fuck? Oh yeah. This is where it's so hard to be a judge because there's no there's no rule book, there's no set standard for the scaling of how you place somebody with the front and back pose. So when you have someone that comes out with a literal 11 out of 10 front pose, and maybe their back pose is like, let's say, an eight out of 10 next to Jazzy. Um, so Jazzy has a nine out of 10 front pose, and Issa has an 11 out of 10, but they turn around and Jazzy wins the back. How do you scale that? And that's where it comes down to judging preference. Like it's gonna that's it, that's where it's gonna be a very interesting Olympia. There's no right or wrong answer there. There really isn't. It's just who's going to be the preference and better on that day. So I'm very, very excited to see it.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, her back pose really has come up a lot. Come up, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

She's growing through prep. I mean, she's James said that he he did not advise her to do all the shows that she's doing. She wanted to because she wanted that confidence and she wanted to continue to grow through prep and show it on stage. And um, I think their ending was. Chicago this weekend, which I think is smart. You're we're gonna only gonna be like 10 weeks from the Olympia at that point. So, um, regardless, though, she's proven like if this physique, this Texas physique showed up at Miami, it would have been a very interesting top three with Amy and Lorley. Like it would have been very close and competitive.

SPEAKER_03

So, yeah, it's crazy, honestly. And then we have Britney.

SPEAKER_01

Britney's back pose is always fucking unreal. Front pose looks good here, too. Back pose is crazy, always great screen backpack. Would you say there's something that do you threw off her front pose for me again this week? I think it was two shows ago. It was great. I remember saying on here, it was like, oh shit, her front pose looks a lot better, and now she's back to doing what I can't put my finger on it, but something with overarching or leaning, I'm not sure what it is.

SPEAKER_03

But if you see, like from what I see, like you can see all of the girls have like this tiniest bit of like the so the hip that's closest to the judge, like a little bit of that waistline is like showing towards the front, like tiny bit, like here, here, here, here. Brittany's is cranked the all the way. Cranked to the side, like really, really far. And I think that's what looks like off about it. If I'm saying, yeah, it definitely could be. And she doesn't need to do that because she has like she's got the biggest glute profile.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Here, same with the colour. She has great legs, she has great glute, she has great delts and lats, she doesn't need to crank it like that. Like she can naturally sit in that front pose and it's gonna look way better for her.

SPEAKER_03

I think, and because she's got such a tiny waist as well, like she doesn't need to not not like she can still crank it round, but she doesn't need to crank it around as much. I think that's what's throwing it off because the upper body looks good, but then the lower body looks, it looks like this is really, really profile and it looks uncomfortable almost. Um, yeah, I think that's the only thing. Back pose, perfect, like spot on.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, spot on, spot on.

SPEAKER_03

So nice for the back pose. So and then yeah, Lexus.

SPEAKER_01

Lexus brought her back pose up a lot here. Her Lexus's front pose throws me off just a tad bit. And I I told her this um in Indie. Um, I was like, the the hams need to almost come down a little bit because it's so much ham into glute. There's not much side glute profile there, but you know she has glutes, so I don't know how much it is. That's why I said the hams need to come down, not the glutes need to come up. Because when she hits her back pose, it's really damn good. Like very good back pose. Um, the front pose is just imbalanced.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Yeah, that's true. And then we've got Savannah. Yeah, she looks like.

SPEAKER_01

Yep, Savannah looks yeah, she looks really good as well. Um, I I don't know what it is with Savannah. There's sometime like um what show? Indy. Like, I had her winning the show, and her everything looks so fucking spot on. I don't know if Savannah's like a hyper responder to um to flying or to lack of sleep or whatever it may be, but sometimes her core isn't the tightest. And then sometimes it's fucking vanished. Like it's like, holy fuck, that's top 10 Olympia. And then sometimes, like here, I see a little bit more in her core. Like I don't want to say distended, just a little thicker than what I sometimes see. So I I don't know what that is, but that's just what I see here in the reason that she's not in second place here.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, I agree. I agree. Um, and then Master, Master's improved. Master's still getting up, getting up there, getting up there, getting up there. She's climbing, like she's still in that top five every single time. Um, so I think it's just a case for her. She's on and she's on the points list as well. So I think with any of these girls, again, it's one win and then it's you're up there and you can probably stop competing. Do you know what I mean? Like 100%.

SPEAKER_01

So if you're like right on the cusp, whether you're right below it or you're right above it, one win's gonna get you in the Olympic at this point. We only have six weeks left.

SPEAKER_03

So six weeks? Oh my god.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, six weeks to the cutoff.

SPEAKER_03

How many shows are left?

SPEAKER_01

A lot because there's a lot of two and three show weekends. Actually, there's like the cutoff dates, like a five-show weekend because of international in the week before as well. The week before is San Diego, Arizona, South Korea, um, Austria, and one other show, a five-show weekend two weeks before the cutoff. So it's points are gonna points are gonna go everywhere.

SPEAKER_03

So that's so wild. Yeah. I do think that I will say Britney Gillespie does have the bet have the best back pose here out of them. Um so yeah, like you said before, it's so hard when your front pose is that good, and then back pose lacks like still a little bit. Like, how do you kind of like figure that out? It's hard. It's really hard.

SPEAKER_01

I will say too, go to that photo, just so people when they're looking at photos understand. Because the same thing happened with Ashley Hampton's back pose in photos. Issa looks a doesn't look as big in the glutes here because look at where the photo's being taken where Issa's on the line and where Britney is like two feet in front of the line. So that's a difference in the angle that you're looking at. Yes, Britney has the better back pose here, but as far as density goes, this picture is not doing Issa justice because she's like two feet further from the camera. Yeah. So yeah, this was all in all very good. I didn't know who this re Rina Rina is in sixth place.

SPEAKER_03

I'm not too sure. Let's have a look. Let's have a look. Let's have a look. She's been is that the Olympia or is that the Master's Olympia?

SPEAKER_01

I'm not sure. There were a lot of Masters in this show. I think that's a good one. No, no, no.

SPEAKER_03

Because in like the background of this.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's what I mean. Like that could be a Master's Olympia. There it is, right there, that second photo.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I think that's the Master's Olympia. I can't read that, so like I'm not too sure what this is. It won't load it so it doesn't want to translate. I think it says Japan's great though. So I think that's Japan Pro.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Well, it's either Japan Pro or Masters Olympia, because Master's Olympia was just in Japan. So one of the two.

SPEAKER_03

Oh my god, she's got some glutes on her.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, crazy glutes. Crazy glutes.

SPEAKER_03

That did not replicate, and this is the thing. This is why I kind of don't always like. I mean, sage shots are good, obviously, but it doesn't like showcase off the physique as much.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

That's crazy.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, she's got a good back pose.

SPEAKER_00

Those glutes are mad.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Very, very good back pose. Okay. So let's have a look at the sister now. So who came up?

SPEAKER_00

So we had Savannah went up two points.

SPEAKER_03

Masa came up.

SPEAKER_01

Ashley Hampton jumped right up in there from not being on the list. Up at 14. Up in the middle of the list.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, I didn't realize she had four already. What show did she get four from?

SPEAKER_01

Uh East Coast Pro.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so she's right up there. Uh Brittany Gillespie, you can shut it down, Brittany. You're done. I know. Get out of the way. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. You're way up there. You're in 2015. I promise. I promise you're not going to miss the Olympia.

SPEAKER_03

31 though. We've got 31 now.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah. This weekend, um, two it I want to say Cynthia's one of them, but I might be mistaken. But there's um the overseas show this weekend, the projected top two both have one win already. So we'll look at that in a second. So that'll knock someone off the list.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So I think Sarah Choi is one of them, and I can't remember who the other one is.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Sarah's right there at uh 13 points.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yep.

SPEAKER_03

Because there's actually, yeah, there's less and less, to be fair, getting like there's more, there's more people with less, there's less, there's more wins now here over this side with one win.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And then we go for a hot minute. So I feel like any if anyone below like 18, if I'm honest, even like 17 at this point could probably just stop, but it's just a risk like being under 15 at this point because obviously we've still got so many shows, and like these people, Kerriga's still competing, Jess is still competing, Jess Lou is still competing. Like there's more people that aren't even on this list that are still competing and pushing up as well. So it's like, yeah, I feel like you just gotta keep going if you're in that below 15 range.

SPEAKER_01

I will say, I don't think that um, because I said this last weekend, I think that Ashley Hampton was the only name left to come out that is like a big Olympian, like expected to go out and win a show. So the people we don't see on this list right now, um, unless like I don't I don't think there's anyone projected to get a win. So I think the names that we're seeing here, um, just my opinion, the names we're seeing here are the names fighting to get in the Olympia. There might be people on that cusp of like seven, six points that we don't see that maybe they go get a second and they hop right up. But these are the consistent girls with um Kerrigan and Bree and Jess, um Eureka, I think is still going. Yeah, Eurica is. And then you have the people that the people that just got in there with Savannah still going, Massa's still going. So that middle of that like bottom end of the list is all still working it. So you can expect none of them to slow down. So they're gonna keep pushing. Um, like we said at the I think we said earlier this year, I think that like the mid to upper teens is gonna be the bottom of the list come cutoff date. Yeah, I think that like the the people that have 16 plus are probably safe, um, especially knowing that like Sarah Choi might hop off this list, Ashley Hampton can hop off this list, Cass can hop off this list.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, I was gonna say, is there anyone that's gonna so you've got Sharon? Is she gonna compete still? Because she hasn't competed in a while.

SPEAKER_01

I want to assume she was gonna do the Columbia Pro, but I haven't seen anything of her. I don't know if she's in prep or what's going on.

SPEAKER_03

So and then you've got Sarah here from Italy, obviously, with 13. I haven't seen her compete since Arnold UK, I think I'm pretty sure.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

So she's a potential, like, if she doesn't compete, obviously soon, she could be knocked off. So it's like, yeah, is she gonna compete last minute? Like these these are the things that we obviously then look at, and that's then when it this gets tough, where you then look at like all the small little like movements, like people like Kerrigan trying to get up into the points, like she's like, Okay, I've got to get this, I've got to get that, I've got to try and do that. And it's like a game of checkers, quite honestly.

SPEAKER_01

So yeah, it does become pretty overwhelming, but it's very strategic too, on a coaching and athlete perspective, looking ahead and being like, Okay, Alice Rosha has 20 points. She's doing Chicago this weekend, and Issa's doing it. So typically, I'd say Alice should win, but I mean she can push Issa, but let's give Alice second place, right? Four more points. Alice is at 24. You can expect her to probably be done till the Olympia now. So to people like that, you can just expect them to, they're gonna chill there. She might not do another show to get a second win, so expect her to be there the entire time, not getting off the list. Um, and then you have like Britney Gillespie, maybe she does another show and wins it. She's off the list. So people like it's it's gonna be constantly moving. Um after this upcoming weekend, one of these bottom top 10 names are gonna hop up one because one of the South Korea pro girls that wins is gonna have her second win and be done. So it's it's all over the place.

SPEAKER_03

Fuck, there's there's so much, there's so much, so much going on here. But it's it's exciting. Honestly, it is very exciting as well. So it's gonna be cool. So we've got it's weird only two.

SPEAKER_01

Sarah versus Amanda Taiwan. That's what I was talking about.

SPEAKER_03

This one. Oh, so Amanda is competing. So she needs she, yeah. So I didn't realize it was this girl. So Amanda's competing, she's got 10 points already. So even if she gets second, say for example, she's back on the points this potentially with 14.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

So, oh my god. And it's the same with it's did you say I literally I know we just let you look.

SPEAKER_01

She's Sarah Choi, I think it is. Yeah, they both have a win. So one of them wins, they're off the list, the other one moves up more.

SPEAKER_03

So okay. And also equally, we're saying it's just them two, but it also could be, you know, someone else. Yeah, it could be someone else too coming in and taking the other thing.

SPEAKER_01

I'm just going off the post that John just made with that being the projected top two.

SPEAKER_03

Exactly. Um right. Okay, let's do Taiwan first. So we've got, yeah, Sophie Troy, Amanda Lee, and then I'm not too sure who else. We've got oh we've got um Natya. She's good. She's very consistent. She's right up there with the points already. So she's got a lot of points as well. I'm pretty sure she's got 16 points already. So she could she could um win take the win.

SPEAKER_01

She could go win and mess up this entire thing for us.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, yeah. A hundred percent. And then this girl who just got, I think I remember seeing this girl's name, the girl that got third, who's the nine.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, I remember seeing her name, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

So this is Nik the Nikita. Oh shit, yeah. Where is it? Like a good photo. Here so this was obviously Japan whenever this was her last show, maybe.

SPEAKER_00

It was the Tokyo one, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

She's got great shape. So I feel and she's always she's you know, she's gone to the Olympia multiple times and she's already on the list to go to the Olympia. Like so we never know. Yeah, we never know.

SPEAKER_01

And then we've got I mean regardless, they're regardless when you think about how all of them already have points, no matter who wins, all of them are getting more points and moving up in the list again.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, exactly. So she's she's like ridiculous for what was it 19 or 20?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Something like that. Crazy, and she got she got four. So she's got points. You know, she could win and be on the points. We never know. Um so we just never know. And then Amanda Lee. Is that for Troy? Is that a Troy? Yeah, because Amanda hasn't competed now since Pittsburgh was her last one. So goddamn it, yeah. So I feel like again, we can see I know I'm so sorry. We might not be able to look at it. Um but she we can see her hair. This was the last this wasn't obviously the last time she did, this is obviously the last time where has Sarah competed since um when was the last time Sarah competed?

SPEAKER_01

I don't remember.

SPEAKER_03

I think she competed 2024 Olympia. But since then I actually don't know when she last competed, to be fair. I'm not too sure. So it'll be interesting. She won something, so yeah, she won something. I think it was last year. I think it might have been last year. But yeah, and then we've got we'll just put pick this one up first. This was obviously bikini favourites for 2026 Chicago Pro. So you've got Tori, who Tori is a newer pro anyway. She had her first season last season and she did pretty well. Um, she got second to Tyana, I think, last year at one of the Vegas shows. Um, she looks crazy already. She, I think she switched coaches, she's now with Cash. Cash is really killing it with the bikini girls now right now as well, which is cool. Um, so yeah, it'd be cool to kind of see her on stage again because this is the first show of the year. Um, and then you've got Marza, Isa, Alice, and then Kiergan.

SPEAKER_01

So it's gonna be and he left her off, but Jess is in the show too.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, yeah, we've got Jess as well.

SPEAKER_01

So let's literally look at all of this because likely the projected top six there, but obviously, bikini anything can happen.

SPEAKER_03

What do you think?

SPEAKER_01

Um, I like Megan a lot too. Megan LaCosse. Um, she has a very good shapely physique, she just needs to add more density, but she's a she could be a projected first call-out girl. Um, but honestly, the John nailed it there with the projections and then add Jess into that. And I think you have your top five, top six, and then Jody can be in there as well. Jody's always a wild card to get anywhere, anywhere in a top call-out.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah. Yeah, this is a really this is a good lineup as well. Chicago Pro is um also a very good show in general. No, you I was gonna say uh Chicago Pro is always a really good show in general. Jessica, is this the same Jess, uh not Jess, um Rachel that has points on the show? No, it's Rachel Lenaris. I keep doing that. I'm like, is that the same girl? Because I'm pretty sure she's in just below 225.

SPEAKER_01

I think Rachel Lenares is done for the season. I think. I think, I think. I'm not positive. I train a handful of people on her husband's for coach, and I train a handful of people for him, and I haven't seen anything from Rachel.

SPEAKER_03

So uh this Rachel just did qualify for Masters Olympia though recently. Oh no. The last show she just did. I think that was actually her. It might not have been her pro debut, but I feel like it might have been like this is her first season, because obviously she was the girl that broke her foot in when she won her pro card. So she just got qualified for the Masters Olympia at the show she just hit. That's awesome. Indie. The indie. So what were you gonna say, sorry?

SPEAKER_01

Um John doesn't know her, that's why he didn't tag her. But Anetta from Poland, um, I train her, and her back pose is absolutely unfucking real.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I'm trying to see what her uh I'm finding her handle. Just type in Anetta, it'll come up. A-N-E-T-A.

SPEAKER_03

A N T E right there, that top one.

SPEAKER_01

Nope, nope. A-N-E-T. It came up when you had A-N in there. Go back one. Nope, go back one. Get rid of the T. There you go. That second one right there. Anetta Solzia. Scroll down like one little scroll. Yeah, she's good. Her front pose needs a little work. We recently started together. That back pose is insane.

SPEAKER_03

Wow, yeah, that is crazy. Yeah, that's a good back pose. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I'm trying to what one of the main things is evening out her uh her glutes to her hams is a big one. She has good dominant legs. Um, the glutes will come up a bit in time, and then her front pose really balancing that out and dialing it in. But she's going to be good.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. That is, I mean, already she's pretty good, so yes, it's just a small improvement from there. Um, okay. And then was there anyone else from Chicago? Oh, we've got someone from the UK, Jessica. She um she I used to pose her years ago, even before she was pro. It's just nice seeing a little uh a UK representing and stuff like that. She just did Texas, so I think she's just doing a US round, which is cool to see. Obviously, people come to the US often.

SPEAKER_01

So yeah, it's John's right in his caption. This is a tall lineup. Karen and Jess are gonna be midgets up there.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Is Issa's quite a um Issa's not the shortest, obviously, but not that no Issa's, I want to say she's like 5'5. Yeah, she's taller for bikini. Um, but then you also have Alice in there, and you have Tori Brayley in there, and you have Massa in there. Uh like there's some tall girls in here.

SPEAKER_03

Damn, this is gonna be.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, the entire the entire projected first call out minus Kerrikin and Chess are are like 5'10 plus in heels, so it's gonna be crazy.

SPEAKER_03

Quite literally. Okay, do we have any questions this week?

SPEAKER_01

Um, I didn't go through my message requests this week. I was acting yeah, I had a lot of stories I was posting and I didn't go through requests. Yeah, I have a lot in there, but I just haven't scrolled through them. Let me do a quick scroll and see if there's a good one in there.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I was feeling like I didn't see any that kind of came up. The main one was the um the one that I mentioned to you before about uh Lauren Delamina. So was there anything that anyone like mentioned or anything like that at all? People loved your Olympia qualification idea for last last week.

SPEAKER_01

I saw that, yeah. And oh, let me comment on that because there's a lot of people, there are like three or four comments in there that said um a prerequisite should be that you have to win a show. Um, I don't totally disagree, but the thing is, is some people like when it comes down to it, and I'm not trying to say this to take away wins from anybody ever, but there's some shows that are a hell of a lot easier to win than others. There's people that will win a show, and then they might not be top five again, like for who knows how fucking long. Um there's some people like Jess or like Bree who don't have a win but are never not a top five.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Like, do you it is way it I I don't know if we could put this into perspective for people that aren't competing like at a pro level, but it is so fucking hard to get top five. And to do that every show, that's crazy. So to be able to get an and again, this is where I think it balances out what I was saying, what I think it should be, is it's not gonna be a massive points list. It would be what's left over at the cap. So if 30 people win two shows, only 10 people make it on points if the cap is 40. So you need a hell of a lot of top fives to be the top 10 in points.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So that's why I don't think winning a show needs to be a prerequisite because if you get six seconds, that's huge. Like that is not easy to do whatsoever. Um, so yeah, that yeah. So that's my reasoning for that. But I totally understand the people that are saying winning a show should be a prerequisite. But um, to me, it it can be harder to get second place at five shows than it could be to win a show. Like someone can get there could be a small nine-person lineup internationally, and that person now gets a win, versus someone getting second place five times at 20 plus person shows. So just like ratio that a bit. But yeah, what was I? I was up just oh fuck, I was just looking. Oh, um, happy birthday, Yulia. It's Yulia's birthday today.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, happy birthday, girl.

SPEAKER_01

I was just texting her.

SPEAKER_03

Happy birthday.

SPEAKER_01

I don't think Let me see if I have any questions in here.

SPEAKER_03

No, there's nothing from like the Instagram. It's literally mainly all the Instagrams now are Hey, can you look at my physique?

SPEAKER_01

I have one in my I have one of my requests that says uh let me click it. I know Phoebe probably won't answer this, but where does she think she'll place at the Olympia?

SPEAKER_03

Oh my god, no, I'm not answering that.

SPEAKER_01

I'll answer that when it gets closer, guys. I'll answer that when we have the Olympia list.

SPEAKER_03

Do you know what though? I was speaking to obviously, you know, had a lot of really cool conversations over the retreat that I just obviously did in Bali. And like there was one girl, obviously, um Amy, she just won her pro card and she was asking me questions just like about like you know, okay, I'm gonna take obviously the rest of the year off. I'm not gonna compete, probably till like like 2027. Like, what would you not she wasn't saying what would you advise, but like it was more so a case of like what can I expect going like going there as a pro and and all that type of thing. And I was like, the thing is like it's kind of nice. I I think now it's nice going in there. Obviously, yes, you're gonna take time off and you want to come back competitive, of course. That's everyone's that's always everyone's goal. It's never not someone's goal to go up on stage and be like, look like an amateur, do you know what I mean? For your pro debut. But I kind of just said expect nothing, but also like bring your best. That's all I kind of like told her because I kind of was yes, you want to win, and yes, you want to do well and place and all that type of thing, but I don't think that should be the forefront of you thinking about things, it should always be bring your best to stage. And she also was obviously mentioned like what how is it, you know, um, what should I do to try and pick shows? Like, I want to come to the US. Obviously, she's based in Australia, but there's no pro shows um at the moment, so she was kind of like, obviously, I'm I'm I'm saving up as well to kind of like either do go to the US or go to elsewhere and stuff like that. So, like, what would you suggest show-wise I should do? And I was like, do if you want to do all the big shows, but do multiple different shows so you can be in front of different panels, but also it's hard because I feel like I would prefer to get multiple different opinions from different judges so you can get a collective amount of information, so you can figure out okay, cool, this is what I need to do. Some people might say just go in front of XYZ judges so you can get consistent feedback or they can see you consistently change. Um, and then my thing was what would you think is I say better, there's not a better one, if I'm honest, because you it overall you're not always gonna be able to line up where Tyler goes or Sandy goes or Becky goes or whatever. But what would you say is the better strategic way, if that makes sense? Because that's what I thought anyway.

SPEAKER_01

I think you want a mix of judges always. Um I've I did this with um with Kerrigan this year. I told her I was like, hey, we don't know who's gonna be where all the time. Like some like Arkansas hasn't announced who's judging their show, but she's doing it. Um but then like Becky went on her story yesterday and told everybody where she's gonna be the rest of the season. So it's like sometimes you know, sometimes you don't. Um and Kerrigan's actually ending her season at a show that Becky is um head judging, and she has Becky head judging this weekend at Chicago. So that lined up really nicely because Becky's gonna be able to give Kerrigan feedback. Um, and then Kerrigan can improve on that with like a six-week window and really deliver it for her to end the season. Um, so I think a good mixture is good. We're not just gonna I I actually think it's almost a disadvantage to try to be in front of only the same one and two judges because you are not going to be able to make improvements in such short periods of time. And when you get in front of uh the same judge or same two judges so consistently, they know the weaknesses and what they're looking for right when you come out.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So, like if Kerrigan's in front of Bill five shows in a row and his feedback is X, Y, and Z, and it looks the same the next show, that's what he's gonna see right when she walks out. So give yourself a gap in there if you do want to like improve on the judging feedback and you want that same judge again, try to find out what show they're at like a month later so you can deliver that. But don't just let that be like nothing in between. Go get in front of another judge. Don't think you get to chase judges. Um get in front of there. I think for the most part, almost every single bikini, bikini pro show is an Olympia head judge for the most part. From Rich Palmer to Bill to Sandy to Tyler to Becky, um to Steve DeVore to Serge, all of them are Olympia judges. Um, there's a couple here and there that don't have, but they're still a season pro league judge. So you're going to get good feedback, um, especially in the States, um, no matter what shows you're picking.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, 100%. And I think same with what how my season went in the beginning of the year. Obviously, Tyler was the judge for the first two shows. Obviously, they were three weeks apart. So obviously, Arnold US, first show, gave me feedback. Arnold UK three weeks later, same judge, but then I didn't see him until um Pittsburgh. Uh no, New York. Did he do New York? Yeah, he did New York. He did New York, so I didn't see him until you know New York. So that was like two months later, or like a month and a half later. So like he would then said, Okay, yeah, I've seen all the changes that you've obviously made, and now you now you don't have to do XYZ, you can do this, this, this. Like it and all the judges in between that obviously I got good feedback, was able to kind of replicate that for where I can get to, like to then for then Tyler to then see me. So I do feel like also for any pros, if if you're obviously listening, um, and that's just kind of from what Amy was mentioning to me. Obviously, should I go in front of just the same person or should I obviously have a mix? When you get to the Olympia, there's a whole judging panel, there's like multiple judges. So if you've only been in front of Tyler, or only been in front of Sandy, or only been in front of whoever the whole season, somehow you get to the Olympia. No judge kind of has a prerequisite on what your physique is. So like they don't have, oh, you know, this time she looked like this, and we want to improve her on this. So like they don't see that kind of like back and forth, they'll just see either the flaws or just see your physique straight away. So you want to try and at least give them something to kind of see, okay. Yes, I recognize her, it's good to I would like to see her with XYZ, if that makes sense. Yeah, I personally feel like anyway.

SPEAKER_01

Consistency matters too, I feel like, because the more you show up, as long as you're like working your way into a first call out, if we're talking about the Olympia, yeah, the more that you're doing regular season pro shows and you're getting top fives, top sixes, the more you're gonna be remembered when you do get to the Olympia. Um, and not that it's like political in the sense of like, oh yeah, I judged her and she did good, so I gotta give her a good placing. That's not how it works, but they remember what they saw last time they saw you. They go, Oh, I remember her. It's human nature. Like, that's a part of judging. It's like it, like you just said, if you've only been in front of one or two judges and you have 15 judges on the Olympia panel, it's a giant ass table that goes the entire length of the stage for everyone that hasn't been to the Olympia. Um, like if if 90% of them have never even seen you before and you're not that like holy shit, wow factor issa front pose, you might get lost in the mix. So it's good to get in front of different judges because they will all give you feedback. Um, it's good to get feedback from multiple judges at shows as well, not just the head judge. Um, and then when you make it to the Olympia or you're at a bigger pro show um and there might be like a seven judge panel, like you stand out a bit because oh, they showed up at that last show that I judged, and let me look and see if they improved on the feedback. And then if you did, now they're comparing you to in comparisons to see if that feedback holds up to make top five.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, I agree. I think it's hard, obviously, it's hard to compete that much, especially if you are from you know the other side of the world. So obviously coming over to the US sometimes is harder, but it's worth it in the long run for your competitive career as a pro moving forwards. So yeah, um, but yeah, that's the feedback I kind of gave her, and I think that's obviously important. And I literally just got I had a girl yesterday, um, she's doing her pro debut next year or the year after that or whatever, and um, she said kind of similar answer like, what should you do picking shows? Like, is there a strategic way to pick shows? Um and if I'm honest, like as a new pro, I would kind of go in a sense of like in my head, sometimes people are like, you know, I want to do Pittsburgh Pro as my first show, or I want to do New York Pro as like my first pro debut because it's like a big show, and I think that's that's good. I think you should go with what your heart wants and then strategize from there personally. Obviously, yes, you can strategize and kind of like, but regardless, strategizing, and there's no way you're gonna you're for your first pro debut, you're gonna try and figure out which show is the smallest or which show is the to try and get you points. Because honestly, at this point, none of the shows are small anymore. Like all the shows are at least 15 girls.

SPEAKER_01

So it is on top of that too, you don't want a small show. This is the thing with this.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

The hard part about a small show, if you think it's strategy to find a small show, especially when you're a newer pro, yeah, you will have a disadvantage because how do I put this? If you are doing a small show, there is less of a pool of people to be compared to. And what if more people don't have a similar look to you? You're the negative standout. Whereas when you have 20 plus people in a show, the chances are higher that there's a good mixture of physiques. There's a good mixture of conditioning, good mixture of softness, good mixture of fuller, good mixture of shape, more muscular. There's more in the pool to pick from where you won't stand out in any like severe lacking areas. You might not, you might not place how you want. There's 25 people you might get 15, 16, whatever, but you will have more to get judges' feedback from because there'll be more to compare you to. Because you can't get very good feedback. It's not the judge's fault. You can't get very good feedback in a nine-person show because what are they comparing you next to? Well, next to these couple people that were in the show, this is what I think you need. But is that what you really need if you were against 25 others to be compared to?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So that's why I say just have at it. Like, I think doing Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh or um New York or uh Losatch, like the historically bigger shows, is great to go and debut at. Like get out there, like Phoebe's in this show, Laura Lee's in this show. Like, you might not be standing next to them in first call-outs, but guess what? You got stage photos and comparisons, you can see your routine on the exact same stage as them, um, and you can see what you need to work on.

SPEAKER_03

So, yeah, I do think that's it's it's hard as a like coming into the pro league, like figuring out your timeline and figuring out like, okay, what show should I do? Um, and that's why I kind of said to her, like, honestly, it it doesn't really matter which ones you pick, but you can kind of just go with whichever shows you want to do and then strategize from there in terms of what you get from feedback wise. Because obviously, yeah, they've gotten she's gotten feedback from her pro uh her um uh where she got went pro at. But then ultimately that that feedback is gonna be completely different to when you then get to stage in Nexus Stan, Nexa Pros, and stuff like that. So it try and do a show that you what you're wanting to do, pick a good production, pick somewhere that's like maybe a hometown so your family can come, like pick something that your heart desires, and then use that as okay, then we can strategize and figure out where we want to go. That's what I always feel like anyway.

SPEAKER_01

No, 100%. I definitely agree with that.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, right. We have no other questions because I feel like we've just randomly talked for god knows how long. Do you want to see my um new background screen?

SPEAKER_00

Oh boy, let's see it.

SPEAKER_03

Can you see it?

SPEAKER_01

That is so sick. Oh, it went away. That is amazing.

SPEAKER_03

It's Max because we did a Yeah, it's Max and Who? So we did a yo we did went to Ubud, which is up in the rainforest, um, for the uh for the retreat this weekend, and we did a yoga session like in the jungle. It was really, really cool. And at the end, the cheat teacher was like, Does anyone want to do like some acrobatics? Or like I can hold you up against you get we can all get good photos and stuff. And all the girls was like, Yeah, yeah, yeah. Some of them did it, some of them didn't. And then Max all of a sudden's like, Can I do it? And he's like, Yeah, and I was like, Oh my god, this is going to be my new background tree. I can already tell. I was like, I need something new, but every time I look at it, I can't not laugh. That's true. And so many times I just look and I'm like, who's that? And I'm like, oh my god. So, but anyway, um, thank you.

SPEAKER_01

Hang on, take like take like 30 seconds. Tell us how the retreat was as a whole. We didn't even touch on it like at all.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I know. Um, it was incredible. Like it was, I think it and do you know what? I've actually spoken to Amy a little bit this week as well because she's in Korea at the moment, um, and she's doing kind of like a seminar and stuff like that, so we're in the same time zone, which is cool. But it's really cool to be that person to go international and like bring people either together or like connect with people from literally all over, even though honestly, like half of the retreat were people from the US who traveled. Like, there was like a good five people that are from the US, but there was someone from Canada, there was someone from um the UK, there was another girl from uh there were two girls from Australia. So like it was really cool like to see, you know, the first day on Thursday, everyone's a little bit timid, everyone's a bit shy, and then by the end of it, everyone they're planning to go to the Olympia together, all of them go to the Olympiad together. So, like it's so cool to like be that person to bring connection to get like get everyone connected together from different parts of the world, and like yeah, that would have never happened elsewhere. Um, and for me, I really sat down and kind of thought like that's such a cool thing to be able to do worldwide. So I I've I've definitely one, we've already planned um the next one, which we'll hopefully be announcing in August, so very soon. So that's why I'm like you need to come to this one. Um, but then also yeah, it's just it's just really, really cool to be able to kind of connect with people. I don't know, like I feel like there's a lot of seminars in the US, there's a lot of you know posing things, but there's nothing like there's nothing retreat-esque where you can just it just actually enjoy where you are as well.

SPEAKER_01

100% um like it's actually it's not like a it's not filled with solely like fitness stuff the entire time. It's not it's not a it's not an itinerary of posing, gym, judging criteria, which is great to have. Like that stuff's cool to do. But like you literally went on vacation and dabbled in the posing, the training. Let's go to the beach, let's go to dinner. Like it's really, really cool.

SPEAKER_03

It was just more so a sense of like I want to show people, like, and those conversations, like so many conversations we would have are honestly like most of the time we were talking about bodybuilding 24-7. But those types of conversations, like like you hit, like it's like talking like as if we were talking in a podcast, you know what I mean? Like we were having those deep conversations about you know the criteria about what we're doing, but it's not structured in in the the actual retreat itself, but it's naturally happening and like everyone's discussing things and stuff like that, which is it was just really, really cool to have those conversations. So I'm excited for the next one.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I mean, that's stuff that people will like it makes it so worth it to go on those because they're gonna take that for the rest of their career now. The the tips that you gave them, the education, along with just the conversations that were fun, but like intriguing and educational at the same time. Like, you don't get a lot of one-on-one time with a top Olympian for three, four days straight, where they're not just teaching you their specialty of posing, but let's also talk about whatever you guys want that has to do with things. Like, yeah, ask me about my past and when I turned pro and how many shows I did and the criteria at this show, and why do you think that Amy beat Lorely here and Lorely beat Amy here? And you can just like get into like cool conversation like that, like everyone's just human.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and that's what I I really liked. And even like business and stuff, they were asking me about like how did you start business? Because some of them want to go like more online and stuff like that. Like, it's just it's just those types of conversations that you wouldn't really have just at seminar, you know. So I feel like I definitely want to try and create more of those for sure. Yeah, so maybe we should do one one time.

SPEAKER_01

Always down.

SPEAKER_03

We could always do a a stage talk goes international, you know?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that'd be fun. Oh god, more flights.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, you on a you would be that would be you on a 24-hour flight. So buckle up. Yeah, buckle up.

SPEAKER_01

Anyway, the longest I've gone for bodybuilding is Amsterdam, which I think was like 14 hours. So that's like the longest I've done so far.

SPEAKER_03

To be fair, so like one of the girls said it was literally because it's only I say only, but it's like you fly a lot, like one long flight, a stopover, and then you fly again. So it is it's not that crazy, yeah, but it is just long. And if you try and stretch it out a little bit, you could or try and uh make it easier, try and obviously get a flight that's like either in the evening or like figure it out so then you can literally just go to bed like straight away, like sleep on the plane or whatever. So anyway. So but thank you guys for watching. I hope you guys enjoyed this one, and we'll see you in the next.
