But oh my god. Carriers on the board. Carriers on the board.

SPEAKER_01

She is on the board and not slowing down whatsoever. She is other than um Tampa weekend, which is the one after this one, um, she is running every single weekend to the cutoff. She's got is that four weeks straight, five weeks straight? So yeah. And she got a qu um someone asked her at the gym the other day. Um, they were like, Are you not getting tired? And she even had to remind me, it was only eight weeks of prep leading into when she started her first show.

SPEAKER_00

Wow.

SPEAKER_01

So it hasn't been a long prep. Her body's like in thriving mode right now. Because her in her past, when she had a bad coach, or even when her first very first season with James, just because she was not at a great starting point, it was 16, 20 plus weeks just to get to the first show to be ready. And this year it was eight weeks, and Toronto wasn't even planned. Um, it was the week before she sent a check into James and she was like, Hey, I'm coming to Toronto because Corey's got a bunch of athletes in it. Do you think I'm ready enough to hop on stage? And and that was her first show, it was supposed to be indie, and James was like, Let's do it. Like, we'll see, we'll see how we can peak right now. And she ends up getting yeah, and she ends up getting top five. So that that started the season. So yeah, that's so good.

SPEAKER_00

Like, honestly, when I saw her name and obviously I saw it on her story and stuff like that, I was like so happy because I feel like she's just I mean, everyone that has that is on the points in that kind of range right now is going for it. We were just speaking about it a second ago. Like, there are only a couple of people, honestly, that are coming up that are outside of the top 25 that need to get on, but obviously people are just flip-flopping around and swapping and stuff like that, but like she's there now, and like ultimately, there's not really more people that are coming up. There's a couple though, there's obviously you've got Brie Wilson, and you've got I think it's Tran from Vietnam, Tran. She's not come out of nowhere, but she's got a very, very good physique, and there's obviously a lot of other Asia shows that are yeah, she's not gonna stop, obviously, because she's right there. So it's gonna come down to a couple of things.

SPEAKER_01

You got the two of them in Eureka, and I think that's it. That's on like the names of the outside the top 25. I think I think the rest of them are are done. I think Rachel's done. I don't know if Irene is still going. We know Allison is done. So yeah.

SPEAKER_00

You've got Amanda Lee who's yeah, sorry. I was like, let's bring it up. Um we've got Amanda Lee who's obviously still going as well, who she just she's in the show. Yeah, yeah. She's on the list this weekend, right? Mm-hmm in China. I think it's China.

SPEAKER_01

So I mean about five of those ten names that are still going, but most are done.

SPEAKER_00

So and it's gonna come down to the the the case of okay, who's gonna who's gonna get onto that list? Because obviously you've got you've got people that are like at quote unquote at the bottom of the list, what it takes one person to get like who's not got a win, a win straight away on the list, which is that's that's the that's the crazy part about it now, if I'm honest.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Um so yeah, but it's exciting.

SPEAKER_01

Nice thing for Eureka being outside the list, if she just goes and knocks out a win, she's in. She's already got a win.

SPEAKER_00

This is what this is what I was saying to you before. It's crazy that there are three people outside of the top 10 with wins at top 25 that are with a win. That's crazy. Crazy, crazy. So you've got Amanda Lee. I actually don't know who this goes, Lydia.

SPEAKER_01

I'm not sure either. I don't know what she wants. I can't remember. Might have been like the Kazakhstan Pro or something. I can't remember.

SPEAKER_00

Maybe I can't remember. But yeah, I mean, there's three people outside of the top 10 that have got a win. So it's either they're I don't know if they're gonna keep going, I'm sure they are, but like it could it takes one win for for this um Triangle to knock someone off the list. It's kind of like this is like the unsettling part because I don't want at this point, I don't want anyone to be knocked off, but I also want like three more people to come up to the list, and I'm like, this is we also gotta think realistically too.

SPEAKER_01

Look at how many people in the top 25 have a win. Cass is competing this weekend in Columbia and is definitely the favorite. Um, you have Ashley Hampton, who is another favorite who's competing in Arkansas this weekend. And she's not done until she gets a second win. Like I train her, I know she's literally not gonna stop till she gets the second win. So if she doesn't win this weekend, she's gonna do Atlanta. She doesn't win Atlanta, she's gonna do Texas. So she's just gonna keep going until she gets the win. So her name will likely get off the board. I I think Cass will get off the board. So even if some people start spaces of the Sharon as well. I don't know what she's doing, but Sharon is well. She's in Columbia. Oh, is she in Columbia? Yeah. I did not see that. Okay. I swear, I swear I did. Wait, wait, I swear, I swear.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, Sharon. Oh shit.

SPEAKER_01

Well, that is a show. That's a fucking show. Okay. I'm excited for that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, you've got Sharon and then you've got Cash.

SPEAKER_01

Just front runner-wise, then, regardless, if one of them wins, they're off the list. So yeah.

SPEAKER_00

You've got a couple people that have the have a win that aren't done yet as well. Like, like you said, you've got Sharon, Ash Apnant. You got three people that potentially come off, and then that bumps three names up. Oh my god, this is the exciting but like nerve-wracking part.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, you know what's funny is we were just talking about how uh Brie's gonna keep going. If Brie only gets, like, let's say, like, worst case scenario, she gets a couple fifths and she ends up with like 11 or 12 points, she could end up at that bottom spot outside the top 25, but bump up because of all these people winning. It's like uh it's like when you're watching like college playoffs or something and you're just like waiting to see if this team loses or wins, so if this team gets in, like her season could be done, and you could and she could be like, okay, Ashley, come on, win a show and I'm in there, or come on, cast, win this and I'm in there. So it's like that could end up happening towards the cutoff date.

SPEAKER_00

So very, very true. Yeah. It's actually like this part, this part of it, like it it almost gives me my PTSD. I'm not gonna lie, because this literally was when you were in it, 20. Yeah, oh my god, it's the worst. It it honestly, it is the worst feeling. Like, it is the worst feeling, like to keep having to go and to rely on others to potentially get on the system. And that's that's generally what, like you said, what it comes down to, and it sucks having to think like that, but that's just the reality sometimes.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so I can only imagine that as you guys. Like, I'm sitting over here as like the trainer with I think I have four people in the to win category, so we're good there, but then I got like four or five more in the top 25, and I'm like, come on, guys, like stay in there.

SPEAKER_00

Let's yeah, what does it feel like as a trainer? Because obviously you've got so many people.

SPEAKER_01

What does it feel like in terms of like it I I love the so I have two sides of it. I think glass half full, or on like the like the statistical, kind of egotistical side of it. I'm like, all right, I got four people already knocked out with their wins. Like we're we're good in the Olympia. We got this many fit model, we got this many bikini. Now let's hope that these these stay in it. And then you have the other side of me where I'm like the competitive side, where I'm like, okay, Ashley, Kerrigan, Jess, um, I have I have one more in there too. Um, I'm like, all right, we gotta strategize where everyone's going. Like, if we if it needs like if there's a three-show weekend, Jess, go to Vancouver, Kerrigan, go to Arkansas. Ashley, pick what one you want to do because you're not going to Columbia. So we're like, if all three of them went to the same show, it'd be completely pointless. Because like Jess and Ashley, and now Kerrigan as well, especially after her judging feedback, are definitely likely to win shows. Now, Jess picked a show with Ashley Kay in it. Kerrigan is it a show with Ashley Hampton in it, where who where they just went one and two last week. Um, so it's like, yeah, the the cards are gonna fall like that regardless, because you're always gonna have to put people against each other. But when it comes down to the wire, um you just gotta you gotta try to be strategic with the points. You just have to. It's uh when it comes down to like even just getting a top five for that one point for fifth place is gonna matter at the end of the day.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, exactly. No, I completely I completely agree. And I think it's so hard because it's like like you said, as a trainer, like if they don't, if they don't get in, that's absolutely okay. It's your job to then be like, cool, cool. I'm I this this hurts me as much as it hurts you because I want to see you thrive, but at the same time, let's get to work. Do you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_01

So then you have a boyfriend side of me with it. Don't even get me started.

SPEAKER_00

No god, yeah, that's what I was gonna say. You've got boyfriend trainer.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I didn't go to Chicago, so Kenzie was there, and Kenzie's texting me from the audience, and I'm having her update me. And a video comes through of Kerrigan's individual. I'm like, okay, she's looking fucking on right now. Like, she hit her back pose, and I was like, this is the craziest back pose like of the fucking season. Like, not to me, like, not even just of her. Like, that's one of the best back poses I've seen this year on anyone. And I was like, okay, this can do really well today. And then I knew Alice was in it. I knew there were good names in this show, like really good people. Where going into the show, and this is how like humble Kerrigan is about it all. She straight up told me when the list came out. She goes, I want to do Chicago because Isa's there and Jess is there, and they're really fucking good. She's like, Alice is gonna be there. She's like, I don't have any expectations. If I get first call outs here, um, I'm happy with that. If I get a point for fifth place, I'm happy with that. And then she gets on stage and then Kenzie texts me and she goes, she goes, Kerrigan's right outside of center. I'm like, excuse me. Like, I but out trainer side of me fully believes it. Like, fully is just like, oh yeah, like I fucking see her every single day training. I see her check-ins, like of course she can she can be splitting center with anybody at a show. Boyfriend side of me is like nail biting. Like, come on, is she actually like did I'm like texting Kenzie, did they move her out? Is she out of set is she out of center now? Is she in top five? Like, I'm like, oh my god. So that's the word that's ends up in things.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, she looks honestly like, yeah, we'll go through we'll go through it in a sec, of course, but like it props to Kerrigan and anyone that is keeping going, like in the Olympia points is like we know one, we both know from both sides how hard it is to do that. And I think what would you say, okay? Like if anyone's that that is listening that is like either outside of the top 25 or someone who's not even on the top 25 and their dream is to either be pro and to get to this position, what would you say not tip or something that's like wise?

SPEAKER_01

My biggest advice advice biggest words of wisdom advice is listen to your body. Yeah, if you are if you just like the men do this a lot, especially the open guys. They do one show, they could get third place, which is a great placing, right? But after the show, they're like, you know, that that wasn't like I felt like that was my best ever, and I still lost to this, or like I still feel like I could be better. I'm not gonna get better through prep. Let me shut it down and maybe come back in six months. I think, me personally, I think more bikini athletes need to think that way. Um, now that doesn't mean you need a whole year off. You can come back in the same season. You can compete in the fall and be like, all right, you know what? I just did one show, two shows in October. Let me come back in like the spring and hit a few more. I don't need to keep running this entire my body out. So from a physical side of things, if you're if you're having any nagging injuries in any way, if there's anything going on in that regard, if on the mental side of things, the financial side of things, if anything is draining you in any way, or especially on the health side of things, um, if there's anything going on where even if you're close to the points, or maybe you got your first first call out ever and you're super stoked about it, it's okay to take a step back and realize that one, there's always next year, but two, even if it's in the same season, a few months can do wonders for the body. A few months of reversing and coming right back into it, you will be that 1% better and you will also feel better. So that's my biggest advice is you're always going to get better. Like most of these girls on this list, most of the girls in the pro league, everyone's got a pretty damn good coach. You're either with Fitbody Fusion, you're with Atlas, you're with Kim, you're with Cash. Like, you got good fucking coaches out there that know what to do when they pull you out and reverse you and get you going again. Um, you don't need to think so fucking hardcore, I'm gonna go until the wheels fall off. That is a horrible mentality. It's never till the wheels fall off. Like, that should not be a thing. Um I totally understand though the competitive nature where let's say you got five points on the board and it's the beginning of the season, you're like, I gotta keep running it up. Like, I get that competitive side of things, but on the flip side of it, I am always the one that takes things from a physical health, mental health, emotional, and financial perspective. Like, if anything is draining your life in any way, bodybuilding's not going anywhere unless you fuck one of those things up. Then it will go somewhere. You're gonna drain yourself in some way where you're now gonna need to push bodybuilding aside for longer than you wanted to, just because you were so blinders on in that one goal at that one time.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So that's my advice. That's the harsh reality, I think. Also, that you have to remember is like, okay, like which the point system, I it's it's hard. I do, and I do agree with the point system. I think it's a way for a lot of people to get in and whatnot. Obviously, it's the the way one of the ways to get into the Olympia, but at the same time, if you're running that many shows, are you really gonna be bringing your best to the Olympia? I don't know. So that's why that's why I do feel like when you when you feel, okay, am I bringing my best to these shows? If you're if you're doing the point system and you're like, let's keep working, let's keep going until I start to not look like my best, or until I start to not be bringing my best, and then you're gonna stop, cool. But if you'll keep running and you're not bringing your best physique, then that's the issue. Because bodybuilding isn't a case of like it's building your body, bodybuilding, like you should be building up your body to get better. If it's not bringing a better package, you shouldn't be stepping on stage. I personally feel like sometimes, sometimes you're not always gonna bring your favourite physique and it's not and you might not peak the the best or whatever, and I completely get that. And I I've been there, I've literally been there where I've turned up, I've looked my worst just to get points on the on the list, and it's not gone in my favour. And it's yeah, it makes you resent the sport even more. From a literally from me experiencing this, this is how I felt. I've resented the sport because I've not got points, or I've gotten one point, and then I'm like, I've killed myself for this one point. Is that it? And your perception of it changes. So I do feel like run until like do do what you need to do to get to the Olympia, yes, but not at the expense of all the things that Corey's listed because it's not not worth it, but it's something that should be thought about better. Because again, you're still going to the Olympia, you're still going to be up against all these people that look their best. And if you don't look your best, you're then it's gonna be make you feel even worse, you know?

SPEAKER_01

Um everything that I mentioned is like a domino effect. Like some people might be like, oh, financially, yeah. Like if I start having to rack up some credit cards, it's okay. We'll put it on this flight or put this flight on there, put this on there. But then the mental health starts taking a toll on you because of that, and then that starts to take a toll on your physique. And then on the flip side of that, you then get on stage and you start being more and more unhappy, and you start questioning why the fuck did I put myself in this debt when I'm when and all of it starts to like culminate within within itself. Like all of it, like, and so that that's one that's how I see it, just from an outsider perspective as well as an insider perspective. I've seen it happen, I watch it happen, whether it's something physical that is like a physical ailment that's hurting someone and they're not bringing their best package, um, and then they start to drop in placings, or maybe they get like one better placing and they're like, I'm gonna keep going. I got fourth place, I got second place, but really it was like was like was it just a small show? Did no one else really show up for you to beat? And now the next show that you do, you drop a bunch in placings, and you start to run that wave, and you're like, why is this happening to me? Oh, because I'm putting myself in these situations because I'm injured, my mental health, my finances, like all those things do take a toll, and some people don't think about it when you're in the moment. You just want to run more shows, you just want to keep going. To me, like you mentioning the Olympia comment, do what you can to get to the Olympia, yes, but do you want to be your worst at the Olympia? Don't you want that to be some of your best stage photos? Don't you want your photo from Gilko or from Will or whoever's taken the stage photos there to be one of your favorite photos to frame on the Olympia stage, not be you just getting to the Olympia solely to say you're an Olympian and go get last call-outs?

SPEAKER_00

Like, and that's the reality, and that's the heart, yeah. That's the heart, that's the harsh and hard reality, is that like, yeah, that that that's all it comes down to is like it's just trying to be strategic, yes, with how you get to the Olympia, but then you want to make sure that you are bringing your best to the Olympia as well, you know. So I I I think anyone that's coming up into the points, the point system is on the point system right now, or is not even a pro right now, and that's obviously going to be their reality because their goal is to be a pro at some stage in their career. Be smart with how you're picking your shows, be smart with what you're doing because yes, it's really easy to see, say, for example, Kerrigan. You see, you know, she's absolutely thriving right now, she's doing every single show. You you could look at you could someone could look at her and be like, she's absolutely fucking nuts for doing XYZ and all these shows, but she's doing it in a way because her body is thriving. Same with me. I did six shows this year. People are like, you're fucking nuts. Like, what the hell? I was better each time. Same with Isa. Why is she doing that many shows? She's already qualified. She's because her body is thriving, it's only getting better. So, like, though those examples are when your body is getting better and it's thriving, and like other areas of your life are also thriving. And don't get me wrong, not every not, it's not always gonna be a perfect scenario where your body is thriving and things are good. So I get that you have to push sometimes, and that's not always gonna, it's not gonna always be easy, but don't dig yourself a hole. That's what we're saying.

SPEAKER_01

That's what we're saying because it's understand your own body too, and be be very communicative with your coach. Um like Jazzy, for instance. I feel like Jazzy's one of those that we do that you just named. Like she does her first show, looks looks really good, looks jazzy, but then after that, it's better and better and better. And we saw it happen in the fall this last year. Olympia wasn't her best look, but obviously it was fucking amazing getting third place at the Olympia. And then after that, we were like, holy shit, show by show, like that wins the Olympia this past year. So it's like there's some people that can do that, and then there's some that just need to do one show to show up their best. Maybe there's somebody that has like a three-show season, then they need to take a break and come back five, six months later. Um, to those people, uh, my and going back to the advice comment, my advice is do what Kerrigan did this past year, do what Jess did this past year. Um, take some time off. If you're competing right now, or maybe you just stopped, take the time right now to come back in October, November, rack up some points on the list for next year in the fall, and then you're 100% fully ready to go again for an entire nother season next year in the same season. Kerrigan got four points on the board, so did Jess before before um December last year. Then we had our little winter break where there's no shows until the Arnold, um, and they were already like up on the list. Like they were already there because they had four points going into this. Like, if Kerrigan hadn't done that show where she got second, she'd only have eight points right now, wouldn't be on the list. She wouldn't even be in the top 25. So I think the bottom name is nine.

SPEAKER_00

And that's why, and that's why I think a lot of Europeans get ahead of the game with this one because a lot of our European uh our European shows are at the end of this year. Because I was having a look at at shows for after the Olympia potentially, and I saw and I was looking at the European list, and there's so many European shows. So and I think obviously there is a lot more you there's still US shows, but nothing like it is at the moment where it is like four show weekends uh in the US or like a couple shows in the US at a time, so it goes back to one show a week um for a while, to be fair, actually. So um after the Olympia, so I do feel like get ahead, like if you can in August is the perfect time to get ahead of the schedule. 100%. So then you can rest at around this point or whatever, and then be ready, you know? So anyway, let's do some assessments.

SPEAKER_01

Anyway, anyway, I know we get a shit ton of them. We got a lot of comments in the last thing, we got a lot of tags this week. People really liking them.

SPEAKER_00

Very, very happy to hear and see that there's so many people that are enjoying the assessments. Because honestly, like when we I think I can't remember who it was that messaged, I do apologize about the um if I can't remember your name, but someone messaged and I said I screenshot it to you, and she was like, Thank you so much. Like, obviously, training from Corey and then thank you so much. Like, I was you know worried about my shoes, so I'm gonna change them now. And like to hear you guys actually making these changes for your shows and it actually moving forwards and helping for you is like it's very warming for us. So thank you so much for taking on the advice and all that type of stuff. It makes it makes means the world.

SPEAKER_01

So I just sent you a picture of uh we'll get to it later, but one of Kerrigan's back posts is I had a client in Chicago. That sent me at front row. I was like, holy fuck. Because you don't really see it until you see them compared to someone like on stage. Like, obviously, I see her in person and see her check-ins, and I'm like, damn, this is a really good backpose. And then Oh my god.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yeah. I saw that on, I saw that on. Sorry, we're being all secretive now. I saw that on your story. Um you could show it on here.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it was fucking insane. Fucking insane.

SPEAKER_00

Wild. Okay. All right. Welcome to the show. I'm literally Goob's gonna come for me and he's gonna, he's gonna literally be like, copyright, this girl's a copyright. I'm like, no, please don't. So we're gonna stop saying that now. Um, okay, so we've got Lauren. Hi guys, just started listening to the podcast. I've turned bikini to fit model. I'm currently in peak week. Obviously, this was the 8th of July, so obviously she's not peak week anymore, but um, so I'm excited to kind of obviously see what she can work on. Obviously, I can have a look at her profile after and see if she did the show. This is great though.

SPEAKER_01

Stage photos, it's really good, very, very good.

SPEAKER_00

This is really good.

SPEAKER_01

Legs are a tiny, tiny, tiny bit dominant. Um, especially if this is peak weak. I was gonna say, if you if it was leaned down a bit, maybe that size would come down a tad, but not for peak weak. So um tad bit down in the leg size, like a tad. Um, just because you want that balance top to bottom, but I love that she she looks like the definition of fit model in terms of what we see with like the longer legs, um, the how she's able to sit so naturally, not needing to kick her hit back super far to create that illusion. Um, this looks really good.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I think posing change, the only thing if your quad is a little bit more dominant, I would turn this foot ever so slightly up. She's already got it diagonal anyway, but I would turn it a little bit more um forwards to try and take because she's got quite a big sweep here. That's that's what's catching my eye, and then the sweep here. So, like that's what's catching my eye. So I would turn this foot a little bit more forwards, and I mean she's got a small waist anyway, she's turning her hips quite a lot. So obviously, naturally, she's gonna get this. So potentially turning her hips ever so slightly less. Obviously, again, it depends on what her waist then looks like. So then this isn't so dominant. So sitting, not sitting into it less, but slightly less turn, um, and then the foot a bit more forwards, and then also equally, this foot is like you can see here, it's like peeled off, so that might be putting pressure on then this foot because you're stretching it out so much. So plant this foot down so it creates just less, because I don't think she needs that split there. Do you know what I mean? And I think that's just being created because the legs are so far out, so potentially planting the foot down, bringing it ever so slightly in as well, to seeing if that if that helps. Um, but overall, like this is a great front pose. Great, great front pose.

SPEAKER_01

Um I I agree. There's absolutely nothing missing here, with the exception of what you said, like a little bit too much in that sweep. Like, and it could could just be a simple posing tweak, because they're not, it's not like it's big muscular legs, it's just a little bit big in comparison. So it could be a simple posing tweak in your golden.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And then back pose looks great as well. Very good, very good. But back pose, I would say just bring the arms down ever so slightly because they're just a little too bent here, and it just creates just a little bit more taper. Because again, because she's gone from bikini to fit model, this is what you see a lot of times when people have gone from bikini to fit model. Obviously, you're used to posing for bikini, like that's literally just it. So, like having the hands up higher to create that kind of like more tapered look in the back pose for fit model, they just want a little bit more of a straighter arm, not completely dead straight, because they still want to see that a little bit of taper, but not as much. Because you could see her rear doubt straight away from here, which they don't they again want to see rear doubt, but not too much. So I would straighten the arms just ever so slightly a little bit. Um, but yeah, nothing's missing in the back pose. I don't I don't think anyway.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, since we're on the fit model topic, I'll let you have a rant really quick if you want. So I saw a video the other day of a posing coach doing a like fit model QA, fit model tips. Um, and this isn't some like big name I'm trying to talk about, guys. I don't know who they were, it just came across my page. Um and they were talking about the different ways and different styles to transition front to back in fit model, and they're showing all these like you you like push your hip out and throw your hand out and then go to the back. And I'm like, in my head, I'm like, guys, there's not really a transition in fit model. They don't want a transition. Yeah. You like step to the side, face the back. Like, you're not trying to do anything fancy there. They don't want to see that. They literally say fit model doesn't have a transition pose. It's not bikini where you step back and sit into it. You you step, you turn.

SPEAKER_00

Like, have you seen variations of that? So there's two variations that I give my fit model girls to turn around to the front um or turn uh or turn around to the back. It's usually a step forwards and round, or if you're turn if you're in your back pose, you can either step back or you can step forwards. I usually don't give too much of a big transition though, because again, like you said, that they don't want those transitions, especially for my pro girls. Pro girls usually, especially for comparisons, I'll just keep it simple and turn around. If they advise and they want something a little bit more different, a little bit more sassy, and whatever, yes, that's fine. But also equally, I will say, like, they don't care. Like you said, they don't, they don't, they don't massively care. It's for your own, like, I want to show off more personality, I want to do something different. That's completely understandable. But if it's hindering your physique and not showcasing off your physique to the full advantage, then there's no point adding it in. I I understand if you want to try and do something different. Sorry, I understand whether you want to do something different in terms of like the coaches wanting to show off like different ways and different styles. I get that. It's like dieting, there's different ways of doing it, but like ultimately there's only one way. Do you know what I mean? Really? Realistically.

SPEAKER_01

Ultimately, there's one goal and there's one thing that follows the criteria. And to me, I I can't say this is the why behind why Tyler made this the criteria, but the reason that you, to me, that you don't want like some paused transition fit model is because it's not a bikini or higher conditioned division, where if you're sitting into a transitional pose, like you're showing off those like rolls in the back, you're pushing everything together. Like you or you don't have that level of conditioning where it's like etched out tie-ins or like you don't. So it's like when you when you step back into transition pose in bikini, like it looks gnarly because you want to see that line of the glute, they want to see that like um like hip dip, that quad to ham, like slight delineation. But in fit model, you're not supposed to have any of this. And if you're conditioned enough to where you do, it can be a detriment if you're like that's gonna that's not crazy.

SPEAKER_00

That's actually so true. I didn't even think of it like that to be fair. Uh, I've not really thought about it in that sense of like again, and which is yes, they don't have transitions for a reason, but I didn't realize that would that would be the reason. If I'm gonna do it.

SPEAKER_01

To me, I feel like that's a reason at least. Like, yeah, I understand like hurrying it up a little bit, like they have their 10-second window and all that, but even in in front and back, like when they're doing call-outs and you're just doing comparisons, like I feel like that's a reason because if you were to do it, you're you're several percentage more in body fat, less conditioning, as it's meant to be. Um and so all you're doing if you're sitting into your hip, if you're holding that that transitional pose for one to two seconds, like you do in bikini and moving your arm, flipping the hair back, like all that, like you have more fat, that dispersion that you are showing in that transition pose. Go front to back, and that's that. Like, and if you're overly conditioned, it's even worse. Like if you're too conditioned, maybe in your front pose, you sit into it really well, it looks good. The judges might be like, Yeah, they're they're a little conditioned, a little bit too conditioned, but it's okay, it's good. And then you hit that transition, you hold it for too long, you know what that's gonna do? Show that glutes striation, show that quad striation that you're not supposed to have. So that's true. It's a detriment to be hitting those transitional poses like that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I come to be fair, I I from that point of view, I completely agree. I and I always say to my girls, like, look, I know you want to try and add in transitional poses. Like, that's that you can if you want to do that, that's fine, but like that's not what they're wanting to see. Like, and it's honestly pointless at this point because you're gonna be either moving too slow or showing off something that they don't want to see. So, like, that's yeah, that's something you have to kind of think about. So, um, but Lauren, great look. Great look, I mean, overall, overall, overall, you sparks you know something in Corey who he wanted to go on a little a little rant there um about fit model. But I do agree, I do agree with what you were saying, to be fair. Um, but um to end that for Lauren.

SPEAKER_01

I think that back pose is absolutely phenomenal. The little posing tweaks that Phoebe said, but muscularly shapewise structure, yeah, I have zero input. Like there's it's perfectly balanced. That is perfectly balanced. I feel like conditioning's pretty on point for what they want. Um, I'd be interested to see her stage photos.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah, 100%. So good luck for your season. Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, that's a good back and front. Holy shit. We've got Etsy. That might not be her name, but I think we're competing at USA's. Okay.

SPEAKER_00

Did we? I think we looked at her. We looked at her.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I feel like I've seen this before for some reason. Anyway, um, she looks very good. Very, very good. Very good. Very good. I mean, front pose wise, I honestly like I feel like.

SPEAKER_01

She's not being my client's class at USAs.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, no. She's good. She looks great. She looks really I I I don't personally right now from posing perspective, I can't see much that I would say, okay, yeah, really, really changes because you're very balanced from top to bottom. Like there's nothing lacking in terms of upper body, lower body.

SPEAKER_01

Like is her, I mean, is her bent leg, that toe, really far forward, or is that just the picture I'm looking at? It looks like it's even with her front foot. It looks like it's like she's pulling it across her body, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

It doesn't, yes, yes, but it's not changing like anything. It's not doing anything bad.

SPEAKER_01

I just I just noticed that it just kind of stood out. I was like, oh, that's interesting.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I mean it's not it's not hurting anything, so no, it looks like it's actually pulling her hip because her foot's forwards, it looks like it's pulling her hip round more, so she can just kind of twist into this hip a bit more. But I mean ultimately, like, yeah. I mean, I from front post perspective, I think this looks great. Obviously, there's always something to improve, but like this shot right here, I I wouldn't change anything from front post perspective. Yeah, that's great too. And then back pose is great. You can see a little yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Go ahead.

SPEAKER_00

You can see a little a little bit of the this tie-in is this light tie-in's longer than this one. And I don't know if that's a posing thing or if it's just in general, like it's a posing thing.

SPEAKER_01

Her left leg is more straight up and down, and her right leg is like this. Yeah, so that's I can see that.

SPEAKER_00

So this this leg needs to go a bit more forwards because this one's oh yeah, yeah, yeah. You can see that now. Yeah, so you just need to make sure that your footwork is a little bit more in line with each other.

SPEAKER_01

Left leg a tiny bit more out, right leg a tiny bit more in, like you want them even. So it's just throwing off that look a tiny bit. But isn't this is this from root these are from routines, right? So she probably hit it, might not have had her foot footing perfect, yeah. Probably, yeah. A lot easier to fix that when you're just doing front and back when you're doing first call-outs rather than a routine.

SPEAKER_00

Because where did she she got second? This is she got second.

SPEAKER_01

Barely missed it.

SPEAKER_00

And is this junior USA's they don't oh one point?

SPEAKER_01

So it was first place only.

SPEAKER_00

With with Brandy as well, in uh Brandy's class. Isn't that the girl that won the overall?

SPEAKER_01

No, um, my girl won the overall. Um Wow, why am I about Morgan?

SPEAKER_00

Yes, yes, yes, yes. Yeah, one point is crazy though. One point is crazy. So you know, again, to me, I'm saying just keep going. I'm pretty sure. Yeah, happy peak week. So she's doing yeah, she's doing USAs this week.

SPEAKER_01

That's why I said hopefully not like any of my clients' class. She's fucking good. Oh, got you. Yeah, she looks really good.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, this looks really good.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I wonder how long she's been competing. This looks very seasoned, very confident.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Flows really well. Sorry, we completely disregarded your uh your check-in photos. We're just gonna look at the phone. No, I know, now we're just that's Nordic. This looks way better.

SPEAKER_00

That looks way better.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

It could have just been that one one time, like on stage and stuff, which is fine. So that's that's that's okay. You're lacking nothing.

SPEAKER_01

If I was if I was betting money on it, you're going pro this weekend. So yeah, I would say I mean, yeah. I don't say that to clients, like I think it in my head, or I might say it to their coach. Um, like I was I was talking to Cameron Cheek earlier today, and I was like, she's gonna like we have a girl doing it, and I was like, like 90. If I was betting 99% sure she's got it this weekend, dude. But I would say the same thing to this girl. Like, yeah, she looks amazing.

SPEAKER_00

So the the crazy thing is, these amateurs, man, like, oh, why can't I see that?

SPEAKER_01

Um you have to use the app to view it?

SPEAKER_00

That's interesting. That's I've never seen that before. I'm sorry, Lizzie. I don't know if we're gonna be able to, but I feel like um the hard part is like I say the hard part, amateur, the amateur league, it's getting better and better and better.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah. There's girls that only see it with multiple shows now. There's girls that win, and then their next pro show, they're top five. Look at Vancouver last year. The girl that won her card there got third place with Ashley Kay in the pro show. Morgan, who got um, who won the overall at Junior Nationals, fifth place in the pro show an hour later. Like people are turning pro, pro ready. So it's not just like the best that day, but it's like they're gonna get on stage and be first call-outs.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah, quite literally. So um, sorry, I'm just literally screenshotting and then just sending this over because I don't want to miss her, but for some reason it's not letting us show on.

SPEAKER_01

But I think it's because she's looking at her page and see if she has anything. Uh private. Oh no, okay. No, no, no. Maybe the black and white one.

SPEAKER_00

If you swipe, quick intermission, Corey sing for us.

SPEAKER_01

Sing? I got another computer and I can't sing. The last thing I can do is sing. Um if any anybody is uh going to Olympia this year, make sure you come and uh find us and say hi. I'll be hanging out with Phoebe a little bit at the Meet the Olympians. I'll go booth to booth and say hi to everybody and hang out. So that'll be fun. Come come say hello.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that'll be a lot of fun. We'll be there. Right, I've got it up. We shall be there. Can you see? Awesome.

SPEAKER_01

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Good back pose. Yeah, very good back pose. Great structure, very good structure. I know the posing thing. Uh you got some posing critiques here, but structurally, this is a very good physique.

SPEAKER_00

This is, yeah, I like this a lot. I think I would say twist hips. I the weird thing is I actually wouldn't say twist hips too much more round to the side because your waist does look so like I feel like there's some people that when they don't twist their hips round to the side, it actually looks like it sometimes looks better. Issa's a great example. She doesn't have her her hips cranked round to the side because her waist looks better from like this angle, if that makes sense, and it shows off her taper more. Um, I will say for this girl though, twist the hips a little bit more, the back foot, bring it out a little further as well, because it's like it's not, it's almost like too narrow. So then her front pose, when I look at it like as a whole, it looks like this. So your footwork is a little bit more narrow. So try and be a little bit wider, so then you can balance your upper body to your lower body a little bit better. And I think you could show off your glute more in in a way, whether that be twisting the hips around a bit more, sitting into it, I feel like we're seeing really nice taper and really nice shape in the upper body, but not as much in the lower body. And I I feel like you have the glute to it, like this is you have great glutes. Yeah, so we want to.

SPEAKER_01

If you're walking out super hard on that, on that planted leg, too. That could be something.

SPEAKER_00

We want to try and twist around and see more handswing and glute, I would say. Um, yeah. So try and play around with that, I would say. Um, but this is great, like, really, really great, like you said, great structure.

SPEAKER_01

Like, how development-wise, like a couple posing tweaks, like Phoebe said, and I think we'd see a lot more like popping physique, but development-wise, like there's enough lat, there's enough delt, there is enough glute, um, the legs are balanced, like everything's in a very good spot here. I think it's just posing in the front pose.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I agree. Because like back pose, I again it's the foot positioning, or it's the hip. It might actually not even be the foot, it's more so the hips in this.

SPEAKER_01

We have we have lines now? Hell yeah. Oh, yeah, this because this is a screenshot.

SPEAKER_00

I know. I this is what I do with all my in my clients. I'm like, I'll do screenshots of their posing. I'm like, right, this is out of line, this is out of line. They're like, okay. You suck.

SPEAKER_01

I do them trading sometimes. I'll make like a red line on what they're doing. I'll make a green line, like a slightly different angle. I'm like, green line, arm to green line.

SPEAKER_00

Like, I'm gonna get my whiteboard out. This is this, this is that. So I do feel like, yeah, this this foot's a little bit more forwards than this foot. It's you very, very slight, you can't see it massively, but it you just want to make sure that you're just not doing it more on stage, of course. But back pose looks great.

SPEAKER_01

And then you need more hamstrings.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Okay, she needs more hamstrings. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Development-wise, that's all there is in this back pose, more hamstrings. There, especially when you're stage lean, you can see just um like anatomically speaking, where you have all of your muscle, where your insertions are. You have good glutes, good round glutes, um, and legs in general in the front pose are shapely and balanced. You hit the back pose, um, you're gonna have thin hamstrings, and your adductors like aren't really there. So it's gonna be very up and down in the hamstrings, a little bit more hamstring and adductor. Um, and I say adductor too because you can see where the adductor is. There's a little divot going up into the glute there that needs to be popping a tiny bit more. Because when you are stage lean, one of the big things that we've seen rewarded this year is not just simply having glute shape with like some legs, but having everything flowing. They want a little bit of like I don't want to say a ton of muscle, but fullness to the legs. But you don't get fullness without having a decent amount of muscle.

SPEAKER_00

So very true. So, right, let me We're gonna keep going with just two more because I feel like we gotta get through these because two twenty more. I mean, yeah, we could at this point, but we've also got three shows to get through as well. So we've got how do we say this name? How do I say this name? Ayana? Ayana. I'm gonna go through Ayana. Huge fan of the podcast. Thank you, girl. Love this. Um, been watching looking forward to it every episode on Thursday. Phoebe, you inspire me so much. Thank you. Would love if you could do a physique critique. Love your feedback. I was waiting for that. I was like, he's gonna be a little bit more than a little bit. It's fine. Anyway, sorry about him. But yeah, she looks tall. Yeah, she is tall. Damn. So first picks was her first season last year in November. Second is her growth phase starting in she started in January. Um right, so first picks here. Like she look overall looks really like a for first show, like you have a decent a very good amount of muscle.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, if you yeah, first show you got some legs on you. I don't yeah, I'm I don't know. So again, deciphering judging feedback, my guess would be that they either told you more glute or less leg. The answer is more glute. Um your legs, when your glutes come up, will be perfect. Um, here it looks like you have a lot of leg, but we can see that on your bent back leg, it's not too much leg. It's just that on that straight leg, it looks like it because there isn't enough glute sweep in that front pose. So more overall glute in this front pose will be a lot better. Um and then I know Phoebe has some posing here.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I think with your foot is almost like completely turned to the side. I think because she's trying to show off more glute, but I think it's making her just look a little bit awkward in the pose. I also do think that this put this isn't like her set in her pose. Um, because it does look like she's just about to take her hand off and like she's not like it been in that pose. So I do feel like that's my main thing is this foot, like figuring out this foot. This is obviously, like you said, really super locked out as well. So trying to find that kind of good area of like okay, having a little bit more of a soft bend in the knee, and then opening this arm. I for me, I would say is just a little like again, too opened up, too turned open and flared around that area. So I'd kind of relax yeah, I'd I'd say relax that a little bit. Um, but I know there's obviously changes that you've made probably in your physique that you have recently. So I don't want to go too far into that. But obviously, this is not in her shot either. So it's kind of hard to have. Let's have a look.

SPEAKER_01

She said they're from this morning, or when she sent them from this morning.

SPEAKER_00

This looks way better. Holy shit.

SPEAKER_01

That's crazy. That's crazy.

SPEAKER_00

That's a very good difference. And then I think did she last this is the last one from this morning. So that was July.

SPEAKER_01

Is that that stage shots from November to now? So we're looking at like an eight-month difference. So we've done some work. This looks amazing.

SPEAKER_00

This looks very, very good. This is for me, front pose right now, way better. Way, way, way, way, way better. Because I think because you also have that glute that you were missing, like you've already changed that foot positioning to like, okay, make sure that the foot position is where it needs to be, because you already can see again a great amount of delt uh delt, that's not your delt, um, glutes and a nice amount of balance between the quad and the glutes. So much better.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And again, one of those things where you need to do whether it be a mini-cut or you get into another prep, to see now that it looks more balanced. Now you can really indicate if you the legs need to come down a bit or if building the glutes were enough. So um I think that the glutes have come up a shit ton here, and that next time you prep, you're really gonna you're gonna seem a lot more balanced.

SPEAKER_00

So that back pose is so good as well. Yeah, that's a very good back pose. I mean, posing wise, again, not too many changes. Now I literally am always looking at the feet because I'm like, girls, foot footwork needs to be in line, but like I think this is great. So it's just consistently hitting it like this, and again, in my like at the moment, obviously, your lower body still resembles a little bit more dominance. Again, you're in your off season, so most women hold more in the lower body anyway. So as you get closer to show, then it's a case of okay, do I need to move the feet around? Do I need to change things to kind of showcase off more or less? So I think keep playing around with that now, because you can, and then also continue to keep playing around with that. It's it's the same with the in your front pose as well, going into whenever your season starts. So yeah, this is a great transformation, though, like very, very good transformation. So okay, we have Jessica. Jessica. Let's have a little look. I love how she's done it like this, so we can see everything at once. So thank you. Any any advice for anyone if we can? Some collages would be great, so we can see them all at once. It would be really that would be very helpful. I think this is a natural federation she's done, I'm pretty sure. I'm not too sure.

SPEAKER_01

I'm not sure either.

SPEAKER_00

I think she's definitely she looks fantastic, may I add. Yeah. She's gotten something here four weeks ago. N? I think I saw N NF.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know what this is. It's in Dallas. I don't know what this is. Is that in Dallas? It says Dallas on the the the little gift card thing in front of her. Oh yeah. And Los Campaneos or whatever is in Texas. I don't know how to pronounce it. And then I can see Gold's Gym sponsor it as well. I'm pretty sure. Maybe it's a NPC natural show. I don't know. Oh, click the trophy. Oh, damn it. About 16 weeks ago. Yeah, but it says it on it. Oh, I say it says the uh the name of the show on it.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god, she's you're crazy doing 11 shows in four months.

SPEAKER_01

Holy shit.

SPEAKER_00

That's actually kind of crazy. That was that's only missing three weeks.

SPEAKER_01

That's only missing three weeks.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god, look at all these trophies, girl.

SPEAKER_01

That's amazing.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely work your shit. That's so good. That's so cool. I mean, she looks incredible. We'll actually look at the photos. I just want to know what shoe it was. I don't know what shows this is. I've just completely bypassed everything else. She looks incredible. She I really love this physique. I mean, obviously, from an NPC standpoint for MPC, it becomes a little bit difficult because the criteria is obviously different. And I'm sure that this criteria, again, you show off your back because I know a lot of natural federations you do show off your back more. Um, and other federations as well, you show off your back a bit more. But this is, I like this shape a lot.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Oh, yeah, it's the Los Campaneos Natural Cup, it's a different federation.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. Yeah. I mean, overall, again, for not knowing 100% the criteria for that federation, it'll be hard for us to kind of give you feedback. But feedback wise, I mean, from what I can see from a posing standpoint and how you're holding yourself, like I feel like this is this is very, very good overall. Like, fullness in the glutes is great. You've got great upper body fullness as well. Um, I mean, from an MP, if we're gonna give her feedback from NPC standpoint, if she ever does want to do NPC moving forwards, what would you say?

SPEAKER_01

Which you should. Um, yeah. NPC has amazing natural shows as well. Yeah. Um, and a route to get pro and to Olympia natural. Um, upper outer glute in the back pose for sure, just because you have really good legs, but I don't think the legs are dominant, um, especially in the front pose. Like everything is pretty balanced in the back pose, um, just more glute, more glute depth because the hams, the adductors, the little bit of quad sweep that you can see is taking over that depth of the back pose rather than the glutes. So I want to see a little bit more glute there, specifically upper outer, as well as just a little bit more projection. And then the front pose is pretty damn spot on. Um, I think you could you have high lat insertions, um, so you kind of need to force that out to like push it with your pose, but you can develop a little bit more lat so that you don't need to force out that arm is stiff. Um, other than that, though, this is really damn good front pose. Like, I love her physique, she got some muscle on her.

SPEAKER_00

I would agree. I think upper body, I if you if you are coming into MPC just from these photos alone, I would say upper body doesn't need to develop anymore, just keep it where it is. This is like a great, like where everything where where everything is right now is pretty spot on. Um and posing wise, like I I love her posing, like from what I can see, she looks confident. Like this is a transition shot, and you can see she's moving and she's like confident about it. So I I honestly wouldn't change too much posing wise, it'll just be a case of tweaking it, coming into the NPC, which could be you know a little less lap flare. Um, because obviously you have more upper body showing in most of your front poses and stuff like that, potentially changing the front foot so it's a bit more diagonal instead of completely to the side, so it shows off a little less quad. But little things like that, again, when you come to NPC, that's then the things I would change.

SPEAKER_01

The show is in June this year, June 27th. So just passed. Uh, if you're planning on still competing, uh go and qualify in the NPC because this will compete very, very well at the Ben Wheater in November. Yeah, this would push for a natural pro card 100%. That show is in November in Ohio, I think. Um, you would fucking kill it. This this would be a very, very good physique for the Ben Wheater.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So that's us saying, come to MPC, we want you in MPC. We recruit you. Okay, one more. We're gonna do one more.

SPEAKER_01

Because I feel like I hope that our angels that come to the NPC, we recruit you and just put it on a loop. Just like we sound like a fucking cult.

SPEAKER_00

Like, my god. Anyway, right, so would love feedback, very much respect both of you. Oh look, she respects both of us.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, thank you.

SPEAKER_00

Um, I'm trying to qualify for Masters Olympia for Master's Olympia. I love that. Um, started competing July 2023, almost 51. Got pro card at second show, um, been focused on growing glutes, legs, haven't trained upper body in 16 months trying to bring it down. Looking forward to hearing your comments if I'm so lucky. Well, you're lucky today, girl. Um, above was the first show. So she did Toronto. Um she was uh she was having nerve pain, tried uh tried the right side, uh, ended up looking uh squatty, but um including here, there's a second show as well, which she did indie. So let's have a look.

SPEAKER_01

Um Dow I think um, yeah, I was at both of her shows. I swear this is uh Tara's husband's client. Ah, okay. Ash's client, yeah. Yeah, she looks amazing. I mean, you look incre yeah, you look incredible guys. Um, I mean, I think here in this photo specifically, a tad bit more conditioning, especially knowing um masters usually gets away with a tad bit more conditioning just because they usually need to get to that point for the muscle to look better once you hit. You said she's 51, right? That's typically what like they usually um are a little bit more conditioned in the 45 to 50 plus range because of just how muscle fills out and pushes against the skin. You see a tad bit more conditioning. Um, and even just from a an open perspective, not just masters, the lower body could be a little bit more conditioned here. Um, and then tiny bit more um glute roundness, but I think overall, structurally, muscle-wise, it's pretty damn good.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, yeah, front pose, I really like how like your upper body like looks and how you're like it probably. I know you said you said uh something about nerve pain, and obviously it was quite painful. It looks very comfortable how you're sitting into the pose, like from your upper body perspective, like you're just upright, hand down, and that's how a front pose needs to look. It probably was more painful than it actually looks, but it looks great. Um, and I would say, I mean, I wouldn't say much else in terms of changing much, like much apart from obviously playing around with how to sit in how much more to sit into the glute just to fill out that area, which again could be growth, or it could be more um from a posing perspective. Like you could probably sit into the hip, not by compressing too much more, but like playing around with how much you're twisting, those types of things just to fill out the area a bit more. But this looks fantastic. This looks really, really good. Yeah, and then side shot here, really good.

SPEAKER_01

Very full glute, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, very full glute. Like she you have glutes, so I feel like we want to try and see that more in that front pose, you know. Um, and then yeah, you can just see how you're sitting in the page. Yeah, so that and that's what she mentioned, and you can see you're just bending the legs just a little bit too much. So try and again, you don't want to be locked out in your back pose. So equally, no, you don't want to kind of like straighten your legs out too much, but you just want to have a soft knee. I like to call it a soft knee instead of bending the knees. Um, but everything else apart from that looks great. Yeah, trademark that soft knee, not bent knees.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and anyone else that uses soft knee in their posing has to pay Phoebe.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, you have to pay me now. Um, but yeah, I wouldn't change anything else apart from the legs, personally. The upper body looks good.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, development's very solid here. Yeah, this is great. I remember being very, very impressed. I I noticed her more at indie, I think, than I did at Toronto. She looked amazing. She can't.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, she swaps out, you can see she swapped sides. So you she swapped sides, front post sides. Um, but obviously it's hard to see because I can't fully see. I like how you're sitting in this because I think it's a camera angle. Obviously, this is more of an artistic photo, so I can't fully see like front-on perspective, but I think I kind of like the other side better. I think. I do too.

SPEAKER_01

It's more natural.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know if that's I figured I would take some advice you have competing against 40-year-olds at 54. Wait, she said she was four. She said she was 51. Oh no, she got her she got her pro card. Yeah, started competing competing at 51. Damn, that's that's crazy. That's very that's actually amazing. That's very, very impressive. Um, I don't I think I prefer this one, front pose-wise. And I don't know if that's just because of the photo angle and the way it looks, but I like it.

SPEAKER_01

I agree. I also don't know if it's time, maybe like maybe she's always posed on that other side, and so it sits more natural, she gets into it better. And between indie and Toronto was only two weeks, so three weeks. So maybe she flipped it and didn't have enough time for it to look better, but I like the Toronto um side more for her front pose for sure.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I think she said a tried right side. I don't know if she means she and tried right side. I don't know if that was um for indie or for Toronto because she was having nerve pain. I don't know if she was having nerve pain on the first show. I think was above the first show, was having some nerve pain and tried the right side, ended up being too squatty, but including here. I think she she had nerve pain and she swapped for indie. Gotcha. So yeah, that's good that this is your main side. Obviously, sorry to hear about the nerve pain and stuff like that. And it's good if I'm honest, that's very good of you for actually changing it and not pushing through that pain because that's tough, you know. Um that's really good. Yeah, she looks incredible. Um, I I mean, posing wise, I think there's just a few things like that you already kind of know in terms of like that's already improved from Toronto, you can see. Yeah, um, but yeah, overall, wherever you're gonna be.

SPEAKER_01

I feel like he kind of he went back a little bit to his like kind of older style he was doing here. I liked it a lot. It's like the the colours pop a shit ton, but there's not a whole lot going on in the picture. It's really cool. I like that shot.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, right. Well, thank you everyone for coming to our showday our our assessments critiques on stage talk. Yes, and then we're gonna be doing the run-through now of the previous shows and the upcoming. So where do we even start? Where do we start? So we've got I don't think they have is there we haven't got the photos for Taiwan, but we'll start with that. So we actually ended up having so Sarah won. So she's now on, she's now going to the Olympia, which is really, really cool. And then I don't know who I don't know what the order that everyone went in, so I don't know if it was first, second. Did she get I think this was third? I think um got third. I don't know who got second. Yeah, there's not much up here about who got what, so I do apologize about not doing as much research and stuff, but I'm gonna tell that actually click that again for me really quick.

SPEAKER_01

The Sarah Choi wins. Um yeah, John, if you're listening, um, can you put that in the captions for us too, please?

SPEAKER_02

Please.

SPEAKER_01

I know he does it on a lot of the posts. He does it where like he has the winner with 10 point, second with four point, yeah, and he does that. I just didn't see it for Taiwan, so I don't know who got what I think he does that for these photos.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, for these photos, yes, which makes sense, but these ones are just so quickly up. But um, this is exciting. Obviously, Sarah's going to the Olympia, which means obviously she's now off the points list and people have come up. So obviously that's what we're going through um today. Savannah's now on it, Kerrigan's not on it. Obviously, not just because of she's obviously gotten points. Um Jess. Jess is on it.

SPEAKER_01

Masa moved up, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Master's moved up. There's loads of people that have moved up from this weekend. So congrats, Sarah. We'll see the Olympia. Super excited. Yes. And then we've got Chicago. Chicago is actually listed. It was, it used to be listed as one of the it still is a very high-level show, but from a points perspective, it used to be one of the higher points.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it was like a tier one shows.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Um, so Chicago's up there. Um, we had Alice in sixth place, which is kind of crazy because I I was having Issa and Alice kind of battle it out, if I'm if I'm gonna be completely honest. Yeah, and I think Alice definitely looked. This is a good look for Alice. I do think there's just still a few things that she needs to kind of hit from the fullness perspective. This was a very full lineup. These girls were like Issa's full, Jess is full, like Kerrigan full, Mars is very, very full. I think she uh Alice just came in a tiny, that's a tiny little bit smaller. I think that she she also mentioned that in her um a post that she did that she just wasn't a hundred percent her fullest, but she her conditioning was Becky said her conditioning was good. So um obviously, yeah, she she whether she does another show before the Olympia or just cuts it like you know, shuts it down now, at least she has that feedback, like okay, we need to be a little bit fuller, which is good. She's way up on the list too, she's gonna be fine regardless. Yeah, 100%. And then you've got Tori, who this is her first show, which is this is also really cool for Tori because she's literally straight in there with this lineup, who they're all all these girls are going in the Olymp, going to the Olympia, and Torah's just got got right in there with all of them, you know. So that's really really cool to see. Yeah, she looks very, very good. She obviously switched to I think Cash this season. Yes, yeah. And she's transformed. I think her first pro season was only last year anyway. So this is only her second pro season, I'm pretty sure.

SPEAKER_01

Um yeah, she's one that I would uh I don't know what their plan is through August, but um, it's just my opinion, so take it for what it is if Cash or anyone's listening. Uh, she's one of those that I think could make the Olympia for 27. Um, I don't know if the plan is to keep competing through August, but she could definitely be someone that after the cutoff, September, October racks up a shit ton of points for next year. Like she could hop into shows, get a fourth, get a third, get a fifth, and go into next season with points if she's not too tired competing through August. So 100%. Um that's another just strategic move for her.

SPEAKER_00

And even win shows, you know. Like she if she's if she looked like if she looked like this at her you know first show in over a year, and she has she, you know, she's this is the first show she's done, and she's gone straight in there with all the Olympians or you know, yeah, Olympians. She, you know, she's gonna she's gonna get in there, I think, um, which is gonna be exciting to see. So yeah, she looks fantastic. And then we've got Marcer. Marcer, also again, great showing. She's got fourth place, two more points on the list. Um, Kerrigan, we've got Jess, Issa. I mean, all of these girls we've we've seen multiple times before, we've spoken about multiple times before, and honestly, I feel like these girls are just getting better. Like, I think John did a side-by-side of like all of Issa's shows to show off her bikini, but also like she's only gotten better, like every single show she's done. So, this is exactly why she wanted to do multiple shows to show off exactly this and like see if there's anything that she can do because obviously she has had a long time off stage, you know?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so James did a podcast with uh Beyond the Stage a week or two ago um and talked about that. He was like, I didn't advise Issa to do all these shows. She she like put in her contract or bought her flight like back in February for all this shit, and she just wanted to every show he says that she texts and she goes, How can I get better for the next one? How can we be better for the next one? And every show she's getting better, so it's worked to her advantage very much.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I agree, I completely agree. And then back poses, yeah. Back, I mean, her back pose has definitely, definitely gotten this. Is the best it's it's been. Um, like, yeah, the the full the fullness, the conditioning like she's gotten, I do feel like she still needs a little more fullness and more depth. But again, she's gonna probably get that through just a bit more training and time the next kind of couple of weeks going.

SPEAKER_01

She also just has a very she also has a very petite, thin frame. So it's almost one of those things where, yes, can she get more glute added for sure, but you don't want to cross the line to where it just simply becomes like too much glute in comparison to how thin the upper is, or in comparison to the legs. Like things are in a very good spot here. If she could hold this amount of glute size and fullness and just be that touch more conditioned to dig out those tines a bit more, I think she'd be golden. Um, so we'll we'll see how Olympia goes forward. I'm pretty sure she's shut down now to Olympia.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah, she is. She is from what it sounds like. Um obviously Jess is not in her backpose fully fully, but like again, glutes still look incredible. Kerrigan's, honestly, I'm gonna say it now. I feel like hers is the best back shot. And even like Tori, I like the way I I like how when you see like the end of the tie-in, that part looks full in um in your back pose. And I feel like Kerrigan and Tori kind of hit that really nicely.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. A lot of it with Kerrigan, her back pose is how much that out upper outer glute is sweeping. It is so round that you literally see it have to come back into the tie-in.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So it's yeah, she was told as well by the judges, they were like, if this was a back pose competition, this was her feedback. She was like, if this was a back pose competition, you're taking it all day. Um, and they told her, again, the typical feedback where it's front pose, just keep on bringing down the quad just a tad bit. And she is show by show, and that's why you're seeing her placings go up and stacking up really well against a lineup full of Olympians. So it's she's definitely on track every single show with what they want. So I'm I'm very, very happy just all around that the the judging feedback is extremely consistent for her. It's the same thing across the board. Um, they all tell her her back pose is phenomenal, in the front pose, her shape is amazing. Just keep like dialing down the quads that tad. Bit and it's working show by show.

SPEAKER_00

So that's good to see. That's good to see. And then I think there was a straight it was straight through, I think.

SPEAKER_01

Oh 1617. Alice and Tori.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah. Damn. Yeah, that was close. That was a close call. Yeah. So, but good showing. Very, very good. Yeah. Very good lineup. This is the this is the one I was talking about.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Like she's like more there. I like uh suit colour wise, not physique. Suit. I like the red. Jane said between the red. I really do like the two on the right.

SPEAKER_00

Dark, dark blue, and red. I really like dark blue and red. I I do think that I think I prefer dark blue as well because I feel like I do like red. I feel like it's just overused, but I just feel like it looks like this blue that this raw blue that she has on looks just ever so slightly different. Where it's like I I feel like my eyes just gets taught drawn towards that just a little bit more.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I don't know why. They both look great on her. I can't pick between the two. I commented on their red or yellow blue. Yeah, like whatever one.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, like red or ri whichever one. Whichever one, one of those two. Um okay, so now we've got five billion shows. So we've got two fit uh what uh one fit model show in Vancouver, which again the list is super long. We've got some really good names coming through.

SPEAKER_01

You've got Misty, let's get our Mr.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, you've got Brooke, Misty, Victoria. Victoria. Lindsay Martin's.

SPEAKER_01

Pardon? She was Lindsay Martins was a bikini pro. Is this her first fit model?

SPEAKER_00

Where?

SPEAKER_01

Right in the middle there. Um I don't even think John caught that and put it in his uh caption. Yeah, Lindsay Martins was a bikini pro. Let me see.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah, she was I know that that might be. I didn't even know that. I mean, I love seeing a lot of the the girls coming through and it being like people are coming back. Oh yeah, she used to be a bikini pro. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Damn, okay, that's exciting. We've been like Instagram friends for years, and I want to say that I don't even think I've ever seen her compete because it's been a while off. Um and then she suddenly was posting Fit model poses, and I was like, oh shit. Yeah, she's on the list.

SPEAKER_00

I love this diagram she's done in terms of like where everything needs to be. This is really helpful because that that is like what you want the fit for the front pose to be. Because I think a lot of girls, again, with fit model, are rotating and twisting those hips like really, really far round to show off the glute, and it's it's not about that, it's not just about that. So I feel like that's a I really like how she's done this. That's cool. Yeah, um, but yeah, that's exciting. We've got a lot of people. Is this I don't know? Wait, she's Fitmonel?

SPEAKER_01

This um this is a bikini pose up there, so another one switching to Fitmonel.

SPEAKER_00

So she she um she has gone. Why am I saying she? She Sheena. Um she's been in the bikini realm for ye like a while. So she's gone, um, she did the New York Pros.

SPEAKER_01

She got fifth place here in 23.

SPEAKER_00

I think I'm pretty sure she's done Pittsburgh. She's done multiple shows. I can't remember when her last show was, but she's been off for a minute. So the fact that her name is on this, I'm like freaking out. I'm like, oh my god. Because she's she used to obviously be she used to be bikini, uh bikini Olympian. So she's obviously doing Fit Model. She's got some glutes on her though. Yeah, you can see it. And she she was already like super she was I'm excited to see.

SPEAKER_01

You commenting uh yes on it, not realizing it's for Fit Model.

SPEAKER_00

I know, I'm like now I'm like freaking out even more. I'm like, oh my god, this is Fit Model. Okay, that's gonna be so exciting to see, to be fair. Yeah, so I'm excited for it. And then we've got awesome, yeah. We've got loads, and then you've got Victoria.

SPEAKER_01

Angie's on the list again.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, good to see her still going. Yeah, she is good.

SPEAKER_01

Good list, very good list.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, this is gonna be a cool, cool lineup.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, we've got bikini. This is a good one. Yeah, back up there again.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, we've got Rhoda, she's coming in. Has she done a bikini show since she did football? I think she has.

SPEAKER_01

One, she did one a couple weeks ago. I can't remember what one.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and then you've got you've got uh Sammy.

SPEAKER_01

Emily, Emily Beveridge had a killer pro debut get in fourth place at Toronto.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and then you've got Meg as well.

SPEAKER_01

Meg looks amazing, Ashley, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And Meg, I I posed, I posed her the other day. Um, or I had a look at her check-in the other day from Meg. She looks ink-those glutes are ridiculous.

SPEAKER_01

And it's I feel like her back pose is a lot more balanced now, too, because it used to just be a glute show. Um she's very top to bottom balanced, and I'm very, very happy with where she's at. It's gonna be a good showing for her, and she's already Olympia qualified.

SPEAKER_00

She's just getting out there to get out there right now, get warmed up for the o, which is perfect, and then you've got Sarah from Germany coming in. We've got Ashley, Jess, Jess, Brie, Marissa Woo's coming out. Marissa Woo's coming out. She she hasn't competed for a while. We've got so many, and you've got Jody as well. So this is gonna be a really competitive lineup and a lot of muscle in this lineup.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, a lot of muscle. Marissa's muscular, Jody's muscular, it's gonna be good. It's gonna be really good.

SPEAKER_00

And then you got Arkansas, complete opposite to how big.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And what do you feel like what do you feel like when it when shows are like this?

SPEAKER_01

Like, what do you so I'm happy that it's a good quality show? You got Savannah, you got Kerrigan, you got Ashley Hampton, like you got show winners in here. Um, so I'm happy that it's good quality. Um, I figure to be a little smaller. I didn't think seven. I thought maybe like 10 to 12. Um, but it's Arkansas. It's not the easy I don't think it's the easiest show to get to. Kerrigan was mapping it out, and it's a little ways from the airport. It's not there's not a lot of direct flights to get to Arkansas, so people are taking layovers to get there. So it's a little tougher. Um, but good quality lineup here. I'm excited to see this. Alesia coming back over to America for this show, so yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I think the hardest part with these types of shows is that obviously I think people not complain, but people are like, oh, why is it such a small show? It shouldn't be on. Like the thing is, like Do people say that? Yeah. Like they shouldn't, they shouldn't run the show if it's so small. Look, at the end of the day, people sign up where they sign up, and the list gets announced when the list gets announced a week before, and you can't change that. The promoters, they're not gonna go, oh, the show's small, I'm gonna cancel it. Like, that's just very unprofessional of someone to do that ever. Yeah, but I think ultimately it gives people an opportunity to be able to go to shows that are in different areas of the US or wherever, or it it's I don't think it's a bad thing. Um, it's hard when yes, when it is smaller, because yet you can get more points, you know, Kerrigan can get more points, Savannah can get more points, Ashley can get more points, all these people can get more points and stuff like that. So it's always going to be beneficial for the people doing the shows. But I do think that people get salty when they are they are smaller shows, but that no one can control that. People go where they want to go, you know. So, right, and then we've got Columbia.

SPEAKER_01

There was a Men's Physique Pro show that kicked off the year this year that had three people in it.

SPEAKER_00

So, I mean, yeah, you can't physically control how many people are in shows. They can then okay, yes, moving forwards. Okay, we had a smaller show this year, maybe we'd either run it this year or maybe we make it easier to get to. Do you know what I mean? Like, like little changes can be made after they like the show's done to kind of get feedback and stuff like that. But other than that, you can't really do much. Um, we went through this a little bit at the beginning, but obviously, this is gonna be a really cool showdown because you've got um you've got Sharon, you've got Cass, you've got um This is the wildest caption I've ever seen John make.

SPEAKER_01

This cracks me up. She's the reigning, defending, undisputed champion, known by friends and enemies as whatever the hell that says. La La Pesadia de Brasiliaris, the Brazilian nightmare. He's like this is like a full WWE caption right here.

SPEAKER_00

It's like Bob Chicarello style. It's like Bob Chicarello style in captioned version. That's actually hilarious.

SPEAKER_01

That was great. And then other than that, I'm uh Fernanda is gonna be really good here. Um uh up in the middle, for Fernanda Parales. Oh yeah. Let me see what her uh fairy tales, I believe. F-E-R-Y. If you look it up. That top one right there. She's really good.

SPEAKER_00

Oh wow. That was only eight weeks ago. That's her pro.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that's when she returned pro. I don't know if she has anything recent up. I'm not gonna share her check-ins, obviously.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, even her middle. She has no fucking waste.

SPEAKER_01

Her front pose is insane. Insane. The glutes match pretty well, especially in the back pose. Um, we only started together a couple months ago, but she looks she looks really damn good.

SPEAKER_02

She looks really good.

SPEAKER_01

She's not really known on the scene much, um, but she's she's gonna do well here, I feel like. Melissa Quartus coming back out. Um she just started working with uh with Damien a couple months ago.

SPEAKER_00

She looks great.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, this is gonna be a cool list. This is gonna be a really, really cool list to kind of see.

SPEAKER_01

Ron is on there, Sharon Robb. Yeah, this is a good line. It's a really good show.

SPEAKER_00

We've got actually quite a especially because it's Colombia. Obviously, it's yes, many people are Mexican and um people from over that way, but also you've got people from Russia, Greece, as well coming through.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So that's cool. Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And then last but not least, we've got China as well. Yeah.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Cynthia's out there, Natalia's out there, Amanda Lee's back up there again.

SPEAKER_00

Cynthia is like what already qualified, right? No, she's at the top with the point.

SPEAKER_01

She's the very top. The very fucking top.

SPEAKER_00

If she and she's got if she wins this, then she's off the list. So she's pick bringing people more people into the to the system as well. So I damn, I didn't realize that was again. She doesn't need to compete. She doesn't need to because she's qualified. Like she's at the top of the points list with 31 points. No one's gonna take over that or push her down in the next couple weeks. But if she competes and she's off the points list, like that's yeah, that's brings one more name.

SPEAKER_01

That's what honestly, that's what I was saying at the beginning of this. That's what people that are like right outside that 25 right now need to be like crossing the fingers for. Like, you don't want to get it, like it doesn't matter how you get in. Like, maybe you don't want to think like, oh, if she wins, I'm closer to it, but it's reality. You've got to think that way. Like, so you should be hoping that she wins the show. Or Amanda. Amanda has a win as well. She can win the show. Where's Natya on the point list? I think she's gonna be able to do that.

SPEAKER_00

Does she have a win or is she just got I think she's just got points, but she's got 16, yeah. So she's got 16. So again, she's gonna be going up most likely. Oh, she could be going up um most likely and stuff like that. But this is a deep list, this is a big list. So it's gonna be cool to kind of see how this all pans and then uh trans on there again, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yep, trans.

SPEAKER_00

I'm really I'm a big fan of her.

SPEAKER_01

She honestly likes we we followed each other the other day. I told her that she's fucking killing it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Looks amazing.

SPEAKER_00

Like that is crazy.

SPEAKER_01

I can see, I understand why there's some girls beating her over there, just like she has a lot of good body part. It just needs to flow a little bit better in time. Like, it just the shape needs to come together a little bit better. Like great legs, great glutes, great delts, great lats. It just needs to be like brought in, dialed in a bit more show by show, year by year. I think next year she's getting the Olympia for sure. She could this year. Um, she made a post earlier today about how tired she's getting, so I don't know how much longer she's going for. Um, but she does look really damn good. She has a bright future.

SPEAKER_00

She's 19 as well. Like, I just want to illiterate that. That's fucking insane. That's crazy.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I'm pretty sure it's not like her. It's like her in Tayana, in Gianna. Like these girls, the future of bikini. They're doing so fucking good at like 21 years old and under. Like it's crazy. It's insane to me.

SPEAKER_00

I think as well, her front pose you can see open up, like stand up. Like, because she's kind of almost like this a little bit. She she's tall as well. She's actually so tall. Um, and then she's slightly development too.

SPEAKER_01

Like when you look at the girl to her left, like, just need more, more glute. You could see that. And that could just be trainings.

SPEAKER_00

That could just be time and like aging, quite literally, because she is like not even close. Like, she's got I've got 10 years on her in terms of how old I am. Oh no, no. Yeah, yeah, I have. Yeah, I have. Oh my god, my back.

SPEAKER_01

You turned 30 this year, right?

SPEAKER_00

No, 31 this year.

SPEAKER_01

Is it next year? Oh, 31, shit.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I'm getting old. Don't fucking say shit. Oh shit. Oh shit. She's 31. I'm 31. Fuck you. Fuck you. Anyway, but yes, I think like her front pose you can just see is a lot of like upper body, like here. Yeah. She just needs to that just needs to flow more. Like, relax it. Yeah. And like, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

That's what I mean by it's just very, very impressive body parts, and yeah, like looks good, good enough to obviously get top fives. Um, but the reason that girls are beating her is just that that shape over time. Like, she just needs to come into her own.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah. But this is gonna be that I mean, this season this year, this weekend, we're gonna see probably a chop and change on a lot more movement, yeah. Yeah, of this. So this is gonna be really cool to kind of see where everyone's then falling after this, you know? So there could be a couple people up, there could be a couple people pushed down.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I mean, half of that, half of that bottom half of the 25 is all competing this weekend. You got Cass, you got Ashley, you got Sharon, you got Jess, you got Kerrigan, and you got Savannah all competing.

SPEAKER_00

You could we could literally quite literally see one, two, three.

SPEAKER_01

Cass or Sharon. Oh, and Ashley, yeah, and Ashley, yeah. Yeah, the chances are very high for Columbia to knock off the list because Cass and Sharon are both very, very good. One of them, I think, will win the show. So they'll be off. Cynthia's got a great shot at winning. Ashley has a great shot at winning. You can see you can see three open spots, yeah. You're right. Holy shit. Three people moving up, which is kind of crazy.

SPEAKER_00

And imagine, imagine this. So obviously you've got three names moving up, potentially. Alison said she's done. She's not gonna do the she's not gonna do the Olympia if she well, if she doesn't make it, she could be brought back up onto the list. Yeah, how crazy is that?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So yeah. Well, Tran could get some points too and hop everybody right up onto the list with three open spots and she's only three points out of it. Yeah. She can move right on.

SPEAKER_00

Exciting stuff, people. Exciting stuff. So you wanted a longer podcast, you got one. I feel like this has literally been like an hour and almost two hours at this point.

SPEAKER_01

So I don't know how I'm gonna complain to you in a funny way. Um, like we ask for this, right? This is what we're passionate about. USA's this weekend, Vancouver this weekend, Columbia this weekend, and um Arkansas. I have a total of 28 people going this weekend across all the shows.

SPEAKER_00

That's a lot.

SPEAKER_01

16 of which at USA's. Like, it's it's gonna be it's a fun weekend. I'm I'm going to USA's this weekend. So Kerrigan and Ashley are going off on their own, and then Jess and Meg are going up to Vancouver, and then I have three people in Columbia. It's a I I love like I've already texted everyone and like, hey, what family members do you have going to the show? Like, I need text during call-outs. Like, I need like give them my numbers so you can update me. Like, it's gonna be I'm gonna be sitting at USA's, there's gonna be some division going on that I have nobody in, was gonna go crazy on my phone. Be like, fuck yes!

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, you'd be like, right, replying to everyone, getting back to everyone. And that's always the fun part about it all. Like, obviously, being a posing coach, being a trainer, like it's it just brings so much more joy. And this is why I think I said at the beginning, I why I love doing this as well, because it we're not only helping out just our clients, but obviously other people that can that are part of the bodybuilding community as a whole. So it I'm really I'm excited for just bodybuilding in a general. I feel like it's gonna be a really good direction.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, even when someone's not my athlete, I love seeing someone like um like Tran, for instance. I love seeing someone come up. Like, I may never work with her a day in my life, but I love seeing that's what's coming, like seeing people do so well. Kerrigan said the same thing this weekend about Arkansas. She's like, she's like awesome. Like, hopefully, I can beat a couple, like this is her humbleness again. She's like, hopefully I can beat a couple people and and get more points on the board. And she's like, but the competitor in me like wishes it was like 15 people. Like, I want more people up there to be against. So yeah, it's like regardless, I feel like most people should be like that. Like, you want more people to show up, you want, you want awesome comparisons, you don't want just one call out out there, but regardless, it's how the cards fall. So it'll be a fun weekend.

SPEAKER_00

Comment down below if we uh got hold of your physique assessment and obviously gave you know gave you some feedback. We love seeing obviously you guys comment and stuff like that saying thank you. Um, but yeah, we'll see you in the in the next one. See you guys.
