So many people.
SPEAKER_00That's gonna be crazy. I didn't realize it was only one show to be fair this weekend. There's a lot of people.
SPEAKER_01And it's one of those like Tampa goes all out. Tim Garner, I think it's a Tim Gardner show. He puts on a crazy show for Tampa. They do uh it's like every division. They got um, I mean, Nick Walker's coming out making his first show um since Arnold, I think it was. And then you got Yeah, you got Bikini in there, you got a big fit model lineup in there. It's a good show, it's gonna be really good.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's kind of crazy. How many shows there was last last week and how many there are this week. I mean, this is last week was nuts. This is yeah, we're gonna discuss all of that because honestly, it was a great showing, and to be fair, I think what we what did we mention? We were like, there could be three people off the list this weekend. Um, and obviously there's only one, but this is this is like it it's typical bikini where like you know, we can try and you know figure it out or be like, oh yeah, so and so's doing this and so and so is doing that, oh yeah, that they'll probably do that. No, absolutely not. Like it's that's how bikini goes. It's like yeah, any man's game and who looks best on the day versus just anyone, you know?
SPEAKER_01So that's why uh that's why bodybuilder math doesn't make sense. I was telling Kerrigan that the other day we were laughing about it because of the uh the Columbia show. Um, who what was the winner's name? Um blank it. Ray Rain Raina, right? Raina, yeah. Um, she won and um she ended up beating Sharon and Cass, but Kerrigan beat Raina at Toronto. And I'm like, that would have made you win this show, but that's not how it works. Like that's not bodybuild, that's that's bodybuilder math, but it really is just any given judging panel, any given weekend, right?
SPEAKER_00So and any given girl, like Rain Raina looked really good. Um absolutely smashed it if I'm honest, like how she looked and everything like that. So it was cool to come see us. Yeah. Guess who is going to Kanye West in October?
SPEAKER_01Where at?
SPEAKER_00It's it in um in Bali or in Jakarta, sorry. So in Indonesia. He's very, very random. Um, so it's gonna be a post-Olympia relaxing time. We're coming back to Bali. Um, I actually leave Bali tomorrow, to be fair, and I was just complaining to you because I was like, I'm ready to go home and like lock it in. Um, yeah, because I think I've traveled for a little bit too long now, so I'm just a bit like we need to we need to kind of like lock in. We're eight and a half weeks out.
SPEAKER_01I know, time flew, time fucking flew by.
SPEAKER_00Where the time went, I competed, I think, 10 weeks ago. Yeah, like that's two and a half months has just gone by so quickly, so so so quickly. So kind of crazy. Um, but obviously, I'm excited for it. I'm excited for the Olympia. I think I just want to make sure that I'm focused and like locked in. I think at the moment with where I'm at, like obviously I don't feel settled. I'm not gonna lie. So it should be a bit like uh down bat or whatever, but I think it's important for people to realize like sometimes it's not always gonna be perfect, like prepping and stuff, but you make do, of course, and you can just go from there. So, but yeah, I'm excited regardless. Like, I think it's gonna be a really, really good season, and I'm excited to kind of keep pushing and stuff. So, but how was your are you plan?
SPEAKER_01You don't need to tell anyone specifics, but are you planning on doing some fall shows post-Olympia? Are you gonna chill till spring?
SPEAKER_00I think there will be one or two. I don't think I'll do a lot though, because I think I realize that I do need a bit more time. Like, obviously, we only what competed 10 weeks ago, six shows, not back to back, but obviously it was quite a big season the first half of the year, and obviously not much time in between here and Olympia, in my opinion, for me anyway. So I just think I need a bit of downtime because I've been, and not even just from a competing perspective, but like I've been doing a lot, like I've been here, there, and everywhere, which I also have loved, like it's not a complaining at all, but I think I just need more time, like more downtime. Um makes sense, so but I think I'll then definitely come back. I can want to do similar shows to what I did last year, if I'm honest, because I love the shows that I did, so it'll then be kind of really so put nobody in any of those, got it. Yeah, it'll be pretty good. I really liked the ones that they I think they were really good shows. Like those were really like I've never done like WildSarch, for example, great show. Like, I honestly loved that show. I really liked it. And is it Robin who runs those shows? Yeah, yeah, like I loved her like production, how she ran it. Like I just felt so like like welcomed and like I don't know, I felt really good that whole weekend, like from check-ins all the way through till yeah, the the end of the day after time.
SPEAKER_01So I haven't missed Wasatch in probably five years now. It's one of my favourite shows to go to every year. I love that show.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I've I've actually said to a lot of people, like, if they're because I think a lot of girls, um, a lot of my pro girls posing wise, they were like, I'm not too sure what to do um for next year and their fit model. Um, and I was like, go to Walsarch. Like Walsarch was probably one of my favourite shows last week, uh last season. So I really enjoyed it a lot. And Pittsburgh. I was very, very surprised how good Pittsburgh was. Um, well, I mean, not surprised actually, to be fair, but like because it's a new production with how they run it. I was just interested to see how it was run, and yeah, it was incredible. So those two shows.
SPEAKER_01I love the venue they chose, the the little like mini expo-ish. And I think uh J JM was telling me that they want to open up the second half of that convention center for next year to make it like a slightly bigger expo, and then still have like the stage production. Like, I really liked how like Olympia's amazing, obviously, but you know how it's just so packed because it's Olympia, like there's so many fucking people. You have crowds of like 10 rows of people standing trying to watch the pre-judging stage. Pittsburgh was very like sectioned off. Like, if you were competing, it didn't seem like it was super crowded, even though the the all the seats were filled and packed full, it didn't seem like it was shoulder to shoulder. And then the expo was the same way, like it was spacious, the hallways you could walk through, even though they brought in some badass booths and names. So it was I really, really liked that show. That was really fun.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I thought it was a good show, really, really good show. So I think I'm I mean, honestly, the fact that I'm even like thinking about like shows for next year, like what should I do without even doing Olympia yet? Like, Jamie's already been like, let's let's just pump the brakes. Because I even said that on uh I had a call with her uh a couple days ago, and I was like, okay, so what show shall I do after? Da da da. She was like, You're not thinking about that yet. We'll do that later on. We don't need to think about next year, we don't need to think about just just focus on Olympia. And I was like, okay. I was like, I need to plan my first half of the year.
SPEAKER_01Like Jamie, I'm putting you and Phoebe on the spot right now. If Phoebe gets top three at the Olympia this year, is she taking off until next Olympia? Or is she gonna compete right after?
SPEAKER_00Are we competing straight away? What are we doing? What are we doing? So um, okay, right, let's go through some physique assessments because Yes. Yeah, we're getting a lot of those. You guys are awesome. So many messages. I think we actually had quite a few people turn pro that they messaged them to.
SPEAKER_01Two of them came up to me at USA's. Yeah, they came up and found me after the fact. Um, and they were like, Corey, you know, I was like, hey, good to see you. Like I couldn't remember who it was on the spot. Like they looked familiar, and I was like, was it a physique assessment? Was it someone that's DM'd recently? And then they're like, you and Phoebe did my physique assessment a few weeks ago. I just got my pro card. I was like, oh shit, congrats. It's fucking awesome. Yeah, that's so it was so cool, so cool.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I we love seeing we love being able to see kind of like everyone like in that in that element almost. Like it's just cool being able to be like a very, very small part of that in general. So, okay.
SPEAKER_01These next like four on my clients.
SPEAKER_00Are they one, two, three, four? Okay, cool. We're gonna we're gonna blast through quite a few. So we've got Rachel, and she got fifth in her open class at Junior Nationals. Feedback was more density, upper glutes, excited to work for that. She's five foot two and a quarter. That quarter is a little bit more.
SPEAKER_01She looks so much taller by herself. She has one of those physiques that looks taller.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and then she's 122, 123 on stage. Okay, so this is what she looked like on stage. Back pose looks great. I can see what they mean about density though, for sure.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it needs more density. Looks like a lot of legs.
SPEAKER_00Really good structure, really nice structure, actually. Really nice structure for it. It's just a case of yeah, literally just coming in a little bit more denser.
SPEAKER_01I mean 100%.
SPEAKER_00What I see from posing aspect, like, I don't see I mean much that would need to change. Like overall, this looks where it needs to be. Like everything's kind of where it needs to be. I'd say you probably twist the hips a little bit more so there's a less, just less surface area showing here and just more here. And then that will show off a little bit more glute just in general. Like twist the hip towards us, twist the hip to the side, yeah. To the uh to the left, so this is showing less. But everything else, like, looked fantastic. This was fifth my sh first ever show. So that's really cool to see because that's so and you can see she kind of still has this part here where she could twist that hips more to the side again.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Did she send something else below that? I was gonna have you click her page really quick because you're gonna jaw drop at this. Okay. No, go this is I think this is yeah. Go to uh go click her page up top really quick. I it's a recent post that she collabed me in. Look at that. Look at that. And the second one pinned. Yeah. That was her to this season. Isn't that crazy?
SPEAKER_00When was this? What's the timeline?
SPEAKER_01I can't um that 10 years on the dot, I think. Yeah, yeah. It's crazy.
SPEAKER_00Damn, that's crazy.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that's what I'm saying. It's like I was talking to her about that. I was like, ten years ago, like when you look like this, bad eating habits, drinking, etc. Like, did you even think in the future you'd be pushing for a pro card in bikini? Like, literally, it's crazy to think about. It's crazy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's actually crazy. Yeah, really. Yeah, 10 years as well is is nuts. Like, that's another consistency. That's what I was literally about to say. It's consistency over time. Like, you do uh do something over and over and over again, and you see these results. Like, regardless whether that be anything to do with bikini pro or whatever, like it's yeah, it's kind of crazy. Kind of crazy. Yeah, this looks incredible as well.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so good. Her and her uh her and her husband own that um that nose strip company, the magnetic one.
SPEAKER_00Ah, that's a very good. I see so many people wearing that. Yeah, yeah. I mean, for me, from what I can see, I would say mainly on uh she's already made that change from front pose, if I'm honest. Like when she was in a front pose on just both of those stage shots, just twisting those hips a little bit more to the side, everything else I can see looks just where it needs to be. So I I honestly wouldn't change anything from this point now.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, muscularly, for everyone listening, this is one of those physiques where it's like one of those things, and how I like to kind of teach this is when you when someone turns to the back and they hit their back pose, what draws your attention first? And here, it immediately goes to the hamstrings. That's where I go, yeah, we do need a little bit more glute density, regardless of how great the glute shape is, the tie-ins come out well, conditioning was on point on stage. Um, if you're not, you don't necessarily want to be drawn to any singular body part, but if it's not the glutes, um, or it's not the entire back pose itself, then something improper is definitely taking over. And we know that she just needs more glute projection overall, so yeah.
SPEAKER_00She looks, I mean, overall, like from that, from this, like here, to this already, like huge changes. Huge, huge changes. So this is that's really, really cool to see. Okay. We've got Joe.
SPEAKER_01So she missed her pro card by one spot at junior USA's, I believe. And then she got and then she went to junior nats and got uh fifth, I think.
SPEAKER_00Okay. What was what was fe what was feedback for that, you know?
SPEAKER_01Um, I just picked her up like at that time, and I immediately Kenzie's her coach. Um, and I I told them going into it, I was like, it's just density everywhere. Like when you look at her check-in photo right there, you're gonna be like, holy shit, what shape is that? That is insane. But then you go, it's body parts that look really good, and it needs to all come together better. Crazy glute, crazy leg, great delts, but why doesn't it look like it's flowing? And it's because she needs to build that shape up over time to where it's not just wow, look at her legs, wow, look at her glutes. It's oh, that's a complete structure now. Like that's a complete frame. And um, so we changed up some exercise selection, whatnot, but regardless, she's she's on a track to progress well. Um I I've been a fan of her shape since like I I knew Kenzie was coaching her like two years ago. I've always liked her look.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, she looks really I I mean she this this check info in general, very, very good. Like insane physique. Um and considering she's not turned pro yet is actually kind of wild, to be fair.
SPEAKER_01Um legs a little wide there for you or no?
SPEAKER_00Yes. Like she could probably be a smidge closer together, yes, and then bring her hands down just to relax the hands too, yeah. I think that's why the legs look wider, because the hands are a little bit wider as well.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that could be.
SPEAKER_00And then front pose, I mean, I wouldn't change much from from that. I think it's just like her physique needs to come together to fit the front pose more. Because in my eyes, I'm like, she could use more upper body. Um just because her glute is so like so nice and round, she could use more upper body, just boleness in general. Um, but I don't think you could pose that. I think it would just be a case of like growing a little bit more into that for sure.
SPEAKER_01100%. Um big thing too is she needs core, she needs core work, like not control, but abs. Like she just needs everything else looks properly conditioned, and then the core is washed out on stage. So that's it's something that just needs a little bit of detail work.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I also would say, like, I know this is so random, but like potentially different suit colour. Because like that for me, I mean, I don't know if that's like something that really matters like hugely right now, but like I feel like this doesn't pop that much, and especially because she's blonde, like having something that just pops a little bit more. Um, and then again, I don't know if it's me and straight hair, but I've seen a lot of girls with straight hair, and I just for some reason I just think it sometimes just looks flat, and like adding just a little bit more volume, just especially at like the roots, whether that be curls or something else, I feel like just something needs like something needs to pop more. Do you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, um yeah, yeah. Joe, I know you're gonna listen to this. Someone that you should like look at to see how you want to um like suit color, especially, is look at Kate Carroll. You guys have identical skin tone, hair color, straight hair, yeah, all the above. If you want to see how you might look in like the blue suit that Kate wears, or a red suit, like go look, go look at her photos and see. And I think it would be a very good that's uh that I think there's teal on there.
SPEAKER_00That was a very, very long time ago. 2025. That's a really nice colour though. But do you know what I mean? Like it just pops on her more, like red. This red, obviously that's a bit of a darker red, but like a red would look so nice on a on a on a blonde for sure. So yeah, I feel like it just needs to pop a little bit more. I don't know if that's just me being like picky or whatnot, but like that colour's really nice.
SPEAKER_01Love that blue. Love that blue. That was the one where she missed the pro carb at one spot.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, I really the two colours that did it. No, no, but I mean it could be, you never know. But I I like that blue. That that blue pops so much more. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I mean, there there is that visual I don't even know what you would call it, like visual critique of what someone's wearing for suit color, where aesthetically it will change someone's look in a sense.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like the reds make someone look a little bit harder, blues can make people look a little bit more shapely and softer just because of how it looks aesthetically on their physique, and it it truly does. Like, if someone wants to buy three different colored suits and take check-in photos back to back to back at the exact same time, you will see how your overall complexion looks a little bit different. So 100%.
SPEAKER_00Okay, then we've got Jay. She's currently 13 weeks out from her first well, not her first, from MPC natural show in October, and it will be her second show.
SPEAKER_01Nice. And then Ben Weaders the next month if you do well there.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Can I zoom in? There you go.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_01She looks tall. Say she looks tall.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. She does, because the light switch is here, so I feel like that's quite a like a higher-up way. Look at the little doggo in the background, it's like I always love seeing pets in like people's check-ins and stuff. It's the cutest thing. Um, okay, so I would say I think she just needs to get more comfortable in this front post because I feel like there's nothing that's like properly off in a such, but I think she just needs to feel comfortable in it. Like, for me, my eyes are getting drawn to like the upper body, could be hit better, where that be, whether that be flaring it more or you know, bending this elbow, um, bending this wrist a little bit more just to show off this back shoulder a little bit more. I actually now looking at it more, I think your elbow is brought around too much. So she could probably bring that back just a little bit and just bring round the shoulder versus the elbow. Because that's a common mistake a lot of people always make is bringing around the elbow to bring round too much of like more upper body width when we don't need to see too much. Um I think getting more upper body flare, yeah. I feel like a little bit more. I feel like this is a good amount, but I feel like I want to see tiny bit more.
SPEAKER_01Tiny bit, tiny bit.
SPEAKER_00I think tiny bit.
SPEAKER_01But two most important things that I see here. Two most important, immediately controllable things. You need lighting and you need a black backdrop. Because if you get only lighting, the paint that's behind you is gonna reflect off that gray and white wall like crazy, and it's gonna look horrible in a check-in photo. So you need a black backdrop. You can go and get a black sheet and thumbtack it to your wall if you don't want to go on Amazon and pay 30, 40 bucks for one, um, and then get a light stand. Doesn't need to be a crazy one. There's there's light. If anybody is listening to this and wants like a recommendation for a lighting setup, I have it saved in my notes from Amazon. It's like $45. It's a tripod with a pretty good light. It's very, very good for check and setup. Um, I'll send it to you if you DM me. Um, but that's what you need in this because this is your physique is we would see a lot more if there was lighting on you. Um detail-wise, shape-wise, the shadows that are behind you. I'm not able to differentiate how much of that is lat in how much is shadow, like with how deep it is, because you can see, like, on my screen here, there's like a whole like finger length of shadow on your lat. And so, like, I want to I want to be able to see more of your physique without the shadow casted behind you, like that. Like, all the way down, your glute and your hamstring is a shadow. So that's the number one thing there. Um, number two is or three, because I completely agree with Phoebe, a little bit more um through everything S-curve related. Your legs look like they're a good size. Um, I think she said she's 13 weeks out, October. Um, legs look like they're a good size. I think as you get a little bit leaner, a little bit leaner, the glutes might be a little bit not enough to um uh be equal to the legs. So make sure that you're really um frequency on the glute training and definitely on the lat training. Um, because you don't want to end up being close to stage ready, and then you have to start popping out your shoulder and flaring your lat more. Because this looks pretty, like Phoebe said, get more comfortable in it. But regardless, the the front pose looks a little bit relaxed with that arm, which I like. You don't want to have to force anything out, yeah. But the deeper you get in prep, you might lose that bit of muscle you have on your lat, get a little bit tighter and have to start flaring it. So really focus on a lot of lat and a lot of glute.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I agree. And then where's back pose?
SPEAKER_01I'd say front delts too. That back arm that's very thin through the delt.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's what I mean. I think she could probably change that from a posing perspective, but also equally, it probably just uh more of a growth thing as well.
SPEAKER_01Um another thing here with the lighting. This is the big one because your feet are. Even. So the my immediate eyes went to why does the left glute look so much bigger than the right? Everything is even and symmetrical in your posing. Like I'm looking at your heels, they're on the exact same space, like just behind that line of the tile. Your upper body looks even. And so again, don't know if it's shadowing, don't know if it's the depth being thrown off with lighting, or if there's an imbalance in the glutes. Um, also, also, always make sure that your bottoms are even. You can see immediately that the left bottom, left part of your bottoms, is going way higher of an arch in the right is like this. So it's making your glutes look like they're two different sizes.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Interesting. That's always something that I like. It's crazy. Like those, like those little things that you we always forget about. And don't get me wrong, I know all of these things at like whatever time in the morning it is to do. Like I just did my check-in at half six in the morning and I'm half asleep.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I'm not thinking about like XYZ things, but at the same time, it's things which is just keep reminder of. And like once you get used to doing it like over and over again, just all those small things will all actually matter, and then your coach can see your physique for 100% what it needs to be.
SPEAKER_01Yep.
SPEAKER_00And that's what you want. 100%.
SPEAKER_01Your your coach, your trainer, your posing coach, everyone will thank you. I'm talking to everyone for this. I harp on the foot placement all the time being even, the bottoms being even. Because we won't know what's an imbalance and what isn't unless you see everything how it's supposed to be 100%. So yeah, very true.
SPEAKER_00Right now we have Ashley. I have a question as a national and natural athlete. I've enjoyed seeing an additional more natural shows available in MPC. Now that more natural shows are being added to the calendar, are you seeing increased in natural athletes staying in bikini, or do you see more moving to fit model?
SPEAKER_01Uh I feel like this kind of goes in line with what we how we talked about like open versus novice last week. Um if you fit bikini, you fit bikini. Yeah. Like natural bikini is not like open fit model. Like natural bikini is natural bikini, and you have a route to a pro card, and then getting that pro card has a route to the Olympia naturally. So if you like bikini and you're fitting bikini, which you have good legs and glutes here, I would not call this look fit model at all from what I'm seeing. Um, I would uh I would stay natural bikini and work work towards that goal. If you end up getting on stage once you're stage lean and maybe that muscle's not how you thought it was, get the judging feedback and be like, hey, do you think I should be fit model? Take the judge's criticism and maybe do a show in fit model. Compare the compare the uh the photos and the feedback side by side and then pick from there. But i I to answer the question, um, I haven't seen an increase in either direction. I feel like people that are pretty set on bikini and like bikini but are natural want to stay that route. And then some people are like, oh, fit model came out. I fucking love this look. Like, and they just they they don't want to, even if they are natural, they may not want to do natural shows and they want to challenge themselves and they end up going to fit model so they can compete in the open there.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, I agree. I think it's hard as well because obviously, yes, the fit model has been brought in to at like as an entry level to kind of allow people to potentially, you know, do the class naturally and stuff as well, but it's also a completely different criteria. So, like, if you like bikini and you like you said, like it not it doesn't even have to be a if you fit bikini, if you like the look of bikini, stay in bikini because like I think the hard part is I had a couple um people say this this week um in posing, and people are like, you know, I think I would fit fit model better, but I don't want to move. And I'm like, don't move it because ultimately stay in it. Yeah, ultimately, you don't have to move. Yes, it might take a little bit longer to get to bikini, but no one's forcing you to have to go to fit model. Yes, criteria-wise, you might fit it a little bit better, but if you don't want to do it, because I think I had one girl and she um we did like fit model poses and bikini poses, and I was like, if I'm gonna be completely honest, you probably have room to grow and like obviously you know evolve in bikini, right? Which that's normal, that's fine, that's okay. But fit model, you're capped already. Like, you don't there's no room for you to grow in my opinion because her upper body is already a little bit more like dominant. Front pose looks great, but you cannot like this means you probably won't be able to train much more of what you are right now, or like if you like training a lot, you probably have to bring that down a little bit more. Do you want to do that? Do you want to sacrifice that? She was like, No, and I was like, Stay bikini then, like it's not a bad thing at all. Um, so okay, and then and then she wants her physique assessment. Stage photos. Oh, because when was this? I'll be competing towards the end of the year.
SPEAKER_01Assuming now, and then that's probably her last show down there. Last June. Yeah, last June.
SPEAKER_00Nice. And then here. I think from what I see here, can you see how this arm is like super scooped? Like, yes, we want to have the arm scooped to kind of like show off obviously the upper body, you know, density more, that type of thing, but it needs like we said earlier, it needs to look natural. So I'd I would say try and find a way where you can bring that arm just a little lower so it doesn't look like you're forcing that scoop. But obviously, this was also last year, so that also I could already see that that looks different for you, which is good.
SPEAKER_01Um, no, I agree. I I would give like a muscular uh structural critique here, but it's really hard from this angle. Like from this angle, um, especially with your bikini versus fit model talk, from that angle, your delts look already too much for fit model. But is it the angle of the photo? I don't know. Um, in this pose, you look like you have good glutes, could use a little bit more upper outer gluten overall projection, and you need to be a little bit leaner.
SPEAKER_00So yeah. And then this is what she's looking like now. So still like a little bit of a curve. I think you could probably get I actually probably would say she could probably turn to also a bit more to the side and chest a little bit more diagonal to the front, because it's almost like to the front, and I feel like that's then like making her flare or this arm then looks more like flared out to the side, if that makes sense. So turning it just a bit more like diagonal versus this way, because I think actually a lot of people think obviously, yes, we need to turn towards the front, but people like nowadays kind of try and really rotate a lot more to the like to the front front, and it throws off this, I think, um, or the outside arm.
SPEAKER_01Contortionism, guys, literally. Yeah, quite literally.
SPEAKER_00It's hard, it's hard as fuck. So, um, but yeah, I mean, from what I can see here, that's my main thing for front pose, I would say. And then back pose, again, back pose is pretty is pretty the thing is, I feel like back pose, especially when you're kind of coming into season, um, is always difficult to kind of see, okay, what do you need to change because your body's gonna be consistently changing, like from like a lot from now until whenever. So I do think that it just takes time to kind of see okay, what do you need to do? Because you're hitting all the factors here. You might be a little bit wide here, in my opinion, so just a little bit closer together, but then overall, like hand placement is where it needs to be. You've got that nice amount of gap showing in between the waist and the elbows. So it now is okay, let's see what your physique does to then make the changes towards the pose.
SPEAKER_01I say she's done her, she's done her practice and her homework. That's a very good back pose in terms of posing. Um, and suit, like you could see structurally how good the hourglass is. Like what you just said, that gap between the elbow and the sides there, like beautiful hourglass frame for where your body composition is at. Obviously, in off-season, like that will come leaner down and really really fill in some of those gaps as you get leaner. Um, but from a structural standpoint, this is a very good back pose. So I agree.
SPEAKER_00Okay. I posed this guy. I don't know who this is.
SPEAKER_01She looks amazing though.
SPEAKER_00Mia, I posed her into what uh a couple of her shows previously before. I can't remember. Would love a physique assessment. This is too Does she not win? No.
unknownDamn.
SPEAKER_00Is she pro now?
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_01No, NPC biking.
SPEAKER_00She's just recently done. So she got fourth place. Susan is not owned over. See you again soon. Fourth place last night, which was at what's this background?
SPEAKER_01Oh, it's USA's. Yeah. Oh yeah, I saw her there.
SPEAKER_00USA's. So she got fourth at USA's. I think she did get I wonder if she did get a second, I swear. A third. So she got third at Junior Nats.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00So it's close, very, very close. Black hole shape is amazing. Yeah. So that was obviously right before. And again, I would actually say bringing that on top of the. You can say too much there, yeah. A little bit still. But other than that.
SPEAKER_01All in all, muscularly, honestly, it's like tiny little bits, like tiny little bits. This is very, very good. Especially for class E. Class D, class E are some deep lineups at national shows. Um, that's where you're getting that mixture of like the quote unquote good height, where like you're not fighting being too tall or being too short, everything flows really well. Those are deep, deep classes. Um, you look great though. Like all in all, looking at this front pose, I'd I'd want a little bit more upper glute shelf there, just to have that sweep that comes off. Um, but nothing's really lacking muscularly, minus that. Like you have good legs, they're full, you have good delts, maybe a little bit more lat. Um, if you're relaxing that arm a bit. Yeah, it could be a little bit more lately tighter through the core. So yeah.
SPEAKER_00She looks really good though. I think that would be.
SPEAKER_01I really like her back pose.
SPEAKER_00Was that different?
SPEAKER_01Oh, it's not pretty.
SPEAKER_00Oh, great, you got you. Was that the same show though?
SPEAKER_01That looks like the same. Yeah, it's the same show. Oh unless she said something differently in there, but it's the same, it's the same backdrop.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, backdrop.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, very good backpose. Very good backpose.
SPEAKER_00Really, really good. Yeah, I think honestly, when it comes to this, it literally just comes out to time, which is the most annoying thing, like hearing, if I'm honest, because I know like it's like okay, yeah, I'm gonna keep competing until I turn pro, but also how many shows is that gonna be like me deep in, you know? Yeah, but yeah, ultimately, that's that's what it comes down to. Um, I think she looks really good and it's just a matter of time now, but I know that bec can become you know frustrating for people to hit, but honestly, that's all it for me, that's what I think it is right now.
SPEAKER_01For her, it's just I mean, honestly, looking at where your back pose is at, I would as long as health is there, keep running. Like you're getting top five at national shows, keep doing them. You got junior gnats or you got uh North Americans and amateur Olympia both in September, hit them. Um, your front pose, you can definitely make the progress needed in that time with um a bit more frequency to your upper glutes and coming in a bit tighter in your golden.
SPEAKER_00So I think as well, like I always want to remind people that like just because you don't get into because where where did Allie get Allie Prince Price or Prince?
SPEAKER_01She went from sixth to first in four weeks.
SPEAKER_00That's that's that's the story I always say. I'm like, she literally went from sixth place to first and got a pro card immediately, like not immediately, but like within from show to show. So sometimes like people are oh, I got fourth, or oh, I got third. That's very, very good, but you could that can all change in the next show that you do, you know.
SPEAKER_01And let me put this out there too. Obviously, posing can almost always use some tweaks, but from a training perspective, guys, sometimes things don't need to change. You don't need to fix what's not broken. Um, we change nothing on Ali's training in between shows, she just came in a little bit tighter. Like, that's it. So sometimes it's the smallest of tweaks, and just yeah, 100%.
SPEAKER_00That's all it comes down to. So Cammie. Right. Just signed up to the posing portal. I was gonna say, I was like, I she looks familiar. I was like, I know her, I know her from somewhere. She just signed up to the posing portal, exactly work with Phoebe. Last show was 2024, where it was my first ever show and took a break as I got married and drove into first ever show, damn. Yeah, dove into my first off true off season beginning of 2026.
SPEAKER_01Yes, this is insane thinking that this is only her second season and she looks this way.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's wild. That's crazy. I think is this? I don't know, because there's a two couple different check-in. So I'm guessing this is like the first photo is maybe her in season, obviously, and then the photo after that was like, but this is crazy. That was that did you say this is her first season? First season.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, she did her first season, and so this is her second season after she took off.
SPEAKER_00So I'm guessing this is her first, like, first show.
SPEAKER_01Um that'd be my guess. That's insane if that's her first show.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, crazy, crazy, crazy physique for first gym.
SPEAKER_01It's gonna bug me so much. I know where this photo is.
SPEAKER_00Are you I know it looks familiar?
SPEAKER_01Callie, comment on the YouTube comments. Are you at a gym in Tampa? And I can't think of the name of it, but I swear this is in Tampa. I've been.
SPEAKER_00It looks like where Al we just spoke about Allie. I feel like this is where Ali's checked in before.
SPEAKER_01Right?
SPEAKER_00Because she sent me check-ins as well. And I'm like, this looks familiar. Um, this looks incredible. Like this is for your first ever season, honestly, like this is really, really this is great. And I think it's now just a case of like again, time like time to grow into into shows, like in like grow everywhere from what you've done off-season-wise, kind of get to know the sport more, because obviously, as your first season, like not everyone knows everything their first season. Like, you learn, you get experiences from what you've actually done, like yourself. So, yeah, this is pretty unsafe for first season.
SPEAKER_01And sometimes there aren't really this is a hard way to say this, but there's not really changes that need to be made. It's just consistency and time. Like, you're not lacking anything in your front and back pose, really, that that's going to change quickly. It's one of those things where it's like, yeah, a little bit more glute depth in comparison to the legs and in your front pose, a little bit more of that upper glute in comparison to this. But that's one of those things where it was your first season. So just take your year off and come back. I mean, your shape's there, your structure's there, like every your posing looks amazing here. Um, like just take that time and come back, and you're gonna absolutely kill it. Yeah, I agree.
SPEAKER_00I very much agree. Um, and then obviously, this is where she is at. I'm guessing now. I'm guessing now that I like I can't see.
SPEAKER_01I'm assuming that's now. I'm assuming that's off season now, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I'm guessing that's now, or like maybe a little bit after or wherever, but this looks yeah, this looks great. Very, very good. Nothing, I mean, again, nothing like massively lacking from my end in terms of posing and stuff, and obviously we'll work on like poses as time goes on anyway, but I can't see anything that needs to kind of be completely changed. I mean, right here, she might be twisting her upper body a little bit too much to the front, same as what we were saying before, like a smidge. So just try and be more diagonal with the chest versus completely front on. Because it looks like she's bringing this arm, like trying to force this arm around just a little too much. Um so yeah.
SPEAKER_01This is really good.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, back pose open up your back a tad more in this photo. If we haven't already covered this, obviously, but it looks like you're just pinching a little bit, and we can definitely open up and just show a bit more taper for sure. So, but I'm excited to work with you and I'm excited to kind of keep moving forwards with things. So, right, should we do any more? Should we do USAs?
SPEAKER_01We got a few show recaps. Yeah, we got USAs plus the three other pro shows. Yeah, yeah. Hit USAs first. Actually, Kerrigan just texted me, she goes, This post is going crazy, and she's like, girls need to be girls. And I'm like, What did you post? Go to her page. I don't I didn't read it or anything yet.
SPEAKER_00John's um uh collabed with it as well. Oh, okay. It's this post. So this post, I mean, I love this because I think I've experienced so many of these moments where it's like you want to see someone win, but you also want to win yourself, and like Savannah also is like an amazing person in general, and I've had this moment with her when in Wasatch, actually, when obviously that was where I got my Olympia qualification for the second win, and I was like, it's so hard because I want I want to see Savannah win, but I'm also like I need to I need to get this win too. So it's like it's so hard, but I love it because ultimately we both know that we're in a situation where it's like either one of us could win. Whoever wins is the better is the better person that day, physique-wise, and you support that and you keep going forward to that, and that that's it. It's not like oh she got like she got second or she won. That wasn't deserved, I should have got that. Like that you regardless, you it doesn't matter to who gets the win, who doesn't. You support whoever wins and then you move forward from that. I personally feel like anyway, like you can't. I don't think you can no one can ever like know who's gonna win and know 100% the the judge's reasonings as to why who got where and whatever. But yeah, I think you should just support girls regardless, you know.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah. Savannah's comment back to her is amazing too. This is so cool. Like seeing, I love the whole like rising by lifting each other up type of thing. And yeah, it was this show is the epitome of this. The Rich and Tim Gardner told both of them after we actually had to do a finals confirmation because we had absolutely no clue who this was going to.
SPEAKER_00Damn. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01And the reason and it went to Savannah, like like you just said, like, whoever was better that day, um, they they told her, like Becky's told her, like Jack told her, Kerrigan, your back pose is one of the fucking best right now. And Savannah stands her own in the back pose too, and then they both improved their front a ton. And Tim told Kerrigan it was literally like the flicker of her quad while they made them hold the front pose. Like I mean, they posed them down. Yeah, yep. They had to, they just held them there and held them there and held them there until something broke because they had to give it to somebody. So badass showing, amazing show. Um and Emmy looked fucking on too. That was really, really good. Yeah, great show. Ashley looked amazing. There's a really good lineup, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Very, very good lineup. Obviously, there was a small thing.
SPEAKER_01One of those, one of those, yeah, say one of those small ones where the top four, top five were like quality. So that's good to see.
SPEAKER_00And you can see it was close just by the scorecards, too to be fair as well.
SPEAKER_01Yep.
SPEAKER_00So, but good job. Savannah's going to the Olympia. I mean, she's not she's qualified three points. She she ain't she ain't gonna be. She's so far.
SPEAKER_01She's not leaving the points list, she's so far up, she's like 30 now.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, I was like, you don't need to do anything anymore. Like, really, you don't. She's 22.
SPEAKER_01She's like fifth on the list, so yeah, that's crazy. Yeah, she's up. That's crazy. And then Rainy after winning Columbia, 34 points is wild. 34? I didn't even look. 34 is a lot, yeah. Insane.
SPEAKER_00That's actually crazy.
SPEAKER_01Because that was her first win. She got that high up with just getting top fives.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like crazy.
SPEAKER_00That's actually crazy. That's actually very impressive, if I'm honest. Very impressive.
SPEAKER_01Very, very super consistent.
SPEAKER_00But yeah, Rainier looks incredible as well. Like, I think both of them, Sharon and Rainier, I didn't know who it would kind of go to. Um, but then when I think I saw the back poses, and I I thought Rainier just took it, if I'm honest. Um, out of those two, anyway. I mean, Cass looks really, really good. Um it's too big in this lineup. I was gonna say, she is she quite etched in.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think I think in this lineup, I think if Cass was at Arkansas against Kerrigan and Savannah's back pose, it stands with them and doesn't look like it. I don't want to say that in a negative way, but like I I think Cass's physique is fucking phenomenal. Um, and this is more of my preference of look. Now, when I'm looking at it in comparison here, I think the legs may be a little bit too etched out and full. Because I think the glutes put her next to Savannah very equal in like depth in shape there, and Savannah won the show with that. Now, is is Cass a little too etched out where it's making the adductors pop a little much, the hams are a little tight? Maybe. But also maybe just because of who she's standing next to.
SPEAKER_00So Yeah. That's true. That's true. What was the scorecard on this? Was it close? I think it was straight through. It was actually thirteenth and fourteenth was just a one point apart.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00But yeah, I mean this was a great showing as well. And I I think both of them were already solidified on the list. Well, Rainier was definitely solidified on the list. So was I think now Sharon Where's Sharon?
SPEAKER_01Bass is bottom left, 18. There she is. And Sharon is top right. So both of them are up there a good amount. I'm sure Sharon will do another show. I feel like I feel like Sharon's gonna be safe. I don't see like anything. I don't feel like 17 is gonna drop out of the top 25. Like it might end up in the 24-25 spot, but when you look off the list, um Brie can get her way up on there. And after that, I don't think anyone else is even still going that's off the list. So it's like I don't think anyone's passing up the I'd say probably 15-16 might be the bottom. I think there are still a handful of shows, but there's also a handful of people going that um that are winning shows. Like we already had um who's competing? Is it this weekend or last weekend? Cynthia. Cynthia's competing and she's already got two wins. Or like she's doing another show with the wins, so it's like they're already there are or Sarah Choi, I think is another one. They're competing and they're already in the like two wins, so yeah, that's not gonna affect a single thing. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Okay, and then what else did we have? We had then Vancouver.
SPEAKER_01Yes, great show. Ashley looked good, she looked revived, in my opinion. Like, yeah, I mean Ashley's Ashley, she she looks good no matter what, but this was a very revitalized look of hers. She had a great front pose, glutes were full in the back pose. Um, I was not upset about Jess getting second here at all. I wasn't like, fuck, Jess couldn't win this one, like what? But no, like Ashley looked very, very good here.
SPEAKER_00Cause what um what did what was uh Ashley's last show she did before this? Because she got third, and I can't remember Indy. Okay. And what would what would you say because what was the difference with that in Indie?
SPEAKER_01Because I know A lot looked like it went went wrong in Indy that were uncontrollable controllables. Her tan was off, her glutes were literally two different shades of color. Um and she did not look full, like she didn't pop at all in her back pose in Indy. I was literally front row. She didn't have any pop next to Marie Eve, next to Savannah, next to Massa. Um, and then here, completely revamped, complete like looks amazing.
SPEAKER_00So okay, that's good then. Yeah, you can see, you can actually see as well, like it just pops a bit more.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yep. And guys, Ashley's glutes, I they they're so fucking 4D, you don't you don't get it unless you're in person. Like you don't it's hard to come across in a picture because she doesn't have those like aesthetically pleasing long tie-ins and glute shape, but in person her glutes are just in your fucking face. Like she has glute density, like she's won like what 60 shows for a reason. So she's got fucking glutes on her. So it's just a matter of is it nailed that day for being full enough or not? And here 100%.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And then last but not least, we have China. The China show?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yep, yep.
SPEAKER_00This was a good lineup overall here, but then I also watched like men's bodybuilding. Oh my god, James and Vay Ruse at the China Show. Wow. Wow, wow, wow. Like that was the best James I think we've ever seen in our entire life. And I also feel like obviously this is bodybuilding, but I also feel like there was actually a lot of talk whether or not James actually should have won. 100% he looked so good.
SPEAKER_01Yep. So I'm not saying 100% he should have won, but 100% there's talk about that. Like could have gone either way. I saw a couple people break it down very, very well. For I there's a lot of people that listen to us that listen to bot that watch bodybuilding too. They're all fans. So it was one of those things where it comes to crazy like muscle and size and density of James that's just so overpowering on stage, versus Baruse, who has crazy shape, crazy taper. He opens up in that back pose and it just like commands the stage because you look at it and you go, Whoa, that's crazy shape. And I feel like they're both pretty equal in conditioning. So if Tyler was head judging there, um, he's very, very good at judging every division, but especially open bodybuilding. And he went with more of the shape guy that day. So I didn't I didn't have an issue with it at all. Um and now James has come to Tampa this week to go and push Nick.
SPEAKER_00That's gonna be fun though. That's gonna be very, very cool to see. Because like that's what I was thinking. I was like, yeah, like there's been some interesting, like, you know, side by sides with bodybuilding, but there's not really been that many exciting, like, oh, kind of obvious he's probably gonna win. Oh, yeah, he's gonna win. And it's not like exciting. I feel like I don't know if that's just me, like, because obviously I'm not a body like men's bodybuilder and always. No, you're 100% right. I don't, I feel like this season hasn't been that exciting for men's bodybuilding.
SPEAKER_01I don't know if that's me, but it's been a lot of it's been a lot of following the updates rather than people actually competing. Yeah. Because we haven't had much since the Arnold. And now I love that Nick is coming out, Tampa in Texas. I think he's doing Texas no matter what, even if he wins Tampa, or when he wins Tampa, I should say. Um, but I think that the big talk of it is whenever you got someone like Nick or Samson, or think of it in bikini terms, when you have Amy or Lorelie doing like a regular season show, regardless of going into it being like, oh yeah, that's that's Lorelee's show. That's Nick's show. You want someone to come in and push them a bit. Like, do I think James can beat Nick? I don't think so, but with how James looked, I don't think it's gonna be a walk away.
SPEAKER_00It's never been this good though, either.
SPEAKER_01So good, it's like so good.
SPEAKER_00It's like you know, and we haven't seen James and Nick like side by side next to each other really ever. So it's like, how do you know? And that's why that's this that's the exciting part about it when there's like matches like this, you know? Yeah, it's just more fun. Um but anyway, back to bikini. Um Cynthia is now on the point, she's now qualified, fully qualified with two wins, amazing work. Like, honestly, I think I watched the show, and she you could just tell she was she looks really good. Like, really, really dense.
SPEAKER_01She's so good.
SPEAKER_00Um very like crazy, crazy glutes from the back and stuff like that as well. This overall, this whole lineup was so dense.
SPEAKER_01So this whole lineup got glutes, very good, very dense. So dense.
SPEAKER_00I think there was like I want to say there was it was like a call out of nine girls because I watched the actual live stream because it was free on YouTube, which is quite cool. Um, and it was there was I think there was nine goals overall in the first call out.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that taper on second, third, and fourth from shoulder down to glute is nuts. All three of them. Holy shit.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. This looks incredible, very dense, and like even the back poses, like they're all in in a sense similar density wide.
SPEAKER_01Something is back pose is like damn near picture perfect. Like, that's that's what you want to see. For anyone like that, wants to my mind of a picture-perfect back pose. She has the sweeping outer glutes that don't have any angle after. It's not like it's missing anything and coming back in and lacking development. It sweeps out and it goes straight down. Perfect conditioning where you literally see the full glute like that. There's nothing where you're like, it's not like leaving anything to desire, where like, oh, that upper glute right there, that tie-in right there, it's just like it's right there, it's perfect. So very, very good, very strong.
SPEAKER_00I don't think that was, yeah, it was a three, six, and twelve.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, straight through.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Very, very good. Right. Very good.
SPEAKER_01Where are we USA's is down there a bit?
SPEAKER_00Here.
SPEAKER_01There you go. Yeah. Fit model and uh bikini.
SPEAKER_00I think these are all the yeah, these are all the first.
SPEAKER_01There's all the first place pro cards, yes.
SPEAKER_00Because was it second as well? Was it just first that won't be?
SPEAKER_01First and second, yeah. And which it's one of those shows where I don't fully agree with there being like a second place pro card, but I also understand from a statistic standpoint how many fucking people are in this show.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like USAs and nationals in December, unreal. Like nationals, was it last year, maybe the year before? 35 plus girls in every single bikini class. Like, makes sense, top two, right? So I totally get it. And these girls looked amazing.
SPEAKER_00The hard thing is, I do agree, but then I also kind of am like it if you look at it from like a pro pro show perspective, like there's less pro girls in a pro, or sometimes there's actually more girls in a pro show, and there's only one winner, there's only one person that gets a card. So I feel like it is hard, and I do think that that's there's a lot of controversy, uh, a lot of controversy, and people always saying like there's too many pro cards get being given out. I don't think there is, like, like you said, from a statistics standpoint, but I think it's hard. I don't know. I like how many pro cards were given out this weekend, 120?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, across all divisions. Yeah, I think it was top two in every every division except for women's and men's bodybuilding.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think it's hard because I think, like you said, I agree and I disagree because I'm like, I think it should only be first or the overall winner, but at the same time, I'm like, but there's so many people, so it's like I understand that, but then it I then I go back to, but that's the that's the point. It's supposed to be you know, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I see it both ways, 100%. 100%.
SPEAKER_00So but these girls look incredible.
SPEAKER_01I've also I will say too, when we think about the pro league and you think about a show like Arkansas that just had eight people, is it helping the pro league in a sense to get more numbers out there? And it it will in the long in the long haul. Like five years from now, hopefully we don't ever see a show with less than 20 to 25 people in it. And every show, every every promoter is happy because like the sponsors that paid to be there are getting their money's worth because look how many people came through that door. So that's true. I totally get it, I get it both ways. Um, class G, I think is who we did the um physique assessment, XC.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it was. Yeah, she's actually um Tiana's posing client as well. Oh awesome. So she posed on she poses on the posing portal anyway, which is really, really good. So I mean, yeah, like this all of these girls, they all have like really they have different physiques. Like all of them have very, very different physiques, but they all look very good for weather. Obviously, we can't see them fully, but and then who was it that won the overall? This is back pose.
SPEAKER_01I was doing an interview during the overall. I really don't know who won it. Oh, right there. Class C overall winner. Yeah, so third one in blonde, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Damn.
SPEAKER_01Go back to the front pose. That's a I'm not taking anything away from her. That's a toss-up for me between her and Xie. The two of them look amazing. Amazing, amazing. I bet that was tight. I bet that was tight. Xie is a great back pose, too, right there. That's tight. So I didn't watch the overall, but if they weren't the center two with each other, I'd be surprised.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I won't lie as well. I like the way that Xie's hitting her front pose more. I think C, I again, this could just be completely just a shot in the moment. Like probably standing up a little bit more, bringing the footwork a little closer together, because she is C, so she's not super tall, so she could probably stand up a little more, and she looks just a little wide in her footwork for front pose. Um, but this is a great lineup. Our new pros welcome to the welcome to the welcome to the pro league.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, someone made a joke to me that I've been like pondering now. Uh USA is the overall winner of this. Technically, they're all pro here. I know it's not considered a pro debut because they're not going to the Olympia for it, but this was like your first pro show when you do the overall. Oh, all of them won their class. All of them won the class, and they're pro when they're in the overall. They're all pro now. That's kind of funny. So you just beat out of eight people, you just won your pro debut that second. Like, it's kind of funny to think about it that way. That's that made me like I that's one of those things where like I'm laying in bed at night after they said that, and I'm like, oh shit, like they're right. Like, in a sense, like yeah.
SPEAKER_00That's hilarious. I kind of like that. I like that analogy though. That's cool.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Okay. And then last year.
SPEAKER_01Fit model looked insane at USAs, by the way, if you want to click it really quick. Insane. They were so good. Yeah, these are good. A and D, unreal in person. Unreal. Um, overall could have gone to A or D, in my opinion, but they both looked insane. That is what fit model back poses should look like, guys. That is what front poses, back poses, glutes. That is fucking fit model. Spot on. Spot on. All four of them looked amazing, though. Really, really good. Yeah, I loved A. Min Min Minthy, I think her name is. She's with uh Adam. See you later, Leaner.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I really like uh front pose and how her waist looks here. So, okay. Last but not least. What do we got? Am I forgetting?
SPEAKER_01Oh, Tampa.
SPEAKER_00Tampa. Oh, we've also got Japan as well.
SPEAKER_01Oh yes. Also, shout out Victoria winning Vancouver.
SPEAKER_00Um my god.
SPEAKER_01Super stoked for her. Is that the is that the first switch from bikini to win? But did she ever teach you a pro show? She never pro-debuted, but she turned pro in bikini. I think that might be the first. Yeah. I don't think anyone else in the Olympia right now is ever a bikini pro. Damn. Cool. I just thought that's sick. Yeah. Alright, we got a list here for Tampa, guys. We got a fucking list.
SPEAKER_00This is gonna be really, really good. First, straight off the bat, we've got Jordan.
SPEAKER_01Yep. Coming out. And she's coming. Running the gauntlet into the Olympia.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, she really is. She's doing so many shows, which is cool to see. And then you've got Cass, you've then got Jess, Marza, Tori, all these girls, apart from Tori, like those all those names, they're all Olympians are going to this Olympia. So one, two, three, four, five. Five there already.
SPEAKER_01I know. I'm so side note, I'm so fucking happy for Masa. Like, I know she hasn't won a show yet, but she's way up in the points list, and she'll get her first of the beer this year, and it makes me really happy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I'm excited for that. And then you've got Neji as well.
SPEAKER_01Yep.
SPEAKER_00We've got uh, I think it's Lily Kate, who has yeah, she has points on the board, and she's actually someone who could probably potentially like I don't know, I mean I don't know, maybe at this show, but like I don't know how many shows she's running if she's doing more shows in the US and stuff like that after, I'm sure she is. But she's someone that could potentially sneak in if she obviously gets you know a couple of things.
SPEAKER_01She gets a handful of seconds, thirds, fourths, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, she could sneak in, you know. Um yeah, we've got a decent amount of people.
SPEAKER_01How do you pronounce her name, the next one? Um Damien's co-coach. Yeah. I don't know how to pronounce it. She always looks like. Yeah, Aisha? Ace? Ace, I don't know, but Aisha! I like her shape. Aisha. I like her shape.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I like her shape as well. She's got a good shape.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I think long term she just needs a little bit more density in the back pose, if I'm not mistaken, from what I remember, but regardless, um I think uh I just love her shape. She has a bright future.
SPEAKER_00I agree.
SPEAKER_01And then we've got Oh, a pro debut from USA's last week. Oh shit.
SPEAKER_00Maddie. Was this the girl Noah? I don't think I thought this was the girl, yeah. I thought that was the overall girl that won then. This looks good.
SPEAKER_01Wait, was it?
SPEAKER_00No. Because this is this is her, this is her hair, and then this is the girl that won.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that one, yeah, yeah. This is really good. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00I mean again, you know, out there, and you just see what you need to work on, and you run it until that's it. That's literally all it comes down to. So I think that's that's good that it's like that's what you gotta do ultimately.
SPEAKER_01I had one of my girls, um, Jasmine, get uh, he showed her pro card in tall class, class eight.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I saw!
SPEAKER_01And yeah, she's been at it for a minute. It was it was her time for it too. She won the she won her class at the Arnold, but you gotta get top two at the overall there. So she didn't get it there. So it was her time to win another class and get the pro card. Um, but regardless, um, she's gonna likely do her pro debut next month because there's a show in her in her hometown where she lives. And me and her coach both told her, like, hey, get out there and get feedback. Like, we're not going in with a top five expectation. If you get it, awesome. But if you don't, we know that you just turned pro and let's get some stage photos next to other seasoned pros. Let's get some top-level Olympia. Like, um, I think Sandy and Patrick are on the panel. Let's get some Olympia judge feedback. And yeah, so that's like when you're going to your pro debut, guys, that's what it's about. Like, get up there, see how you stack up. If you're like, yep, I got a year of growing to do, then you know. So, yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. And then last week, really excited for this list. We have um Japan. So I think it's uh very similar to the girls that were competing.
SPEAKER_01That's what I was talking about. Sally. Sally's already qualified in Japan. Sally, got you, got you, got you. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So I don't think there's any names that I massively recognize from the previous show that obviously just happened. So, but regardless, we've got a lot of people like Sally is smart coming out if she's already over that way. She's obviously from Japan as well, so it makes sense obviously doing it in her hometown, and if she's ready, get some feedback before Olympia. Perfect timing. 100% Yeah, excited for it. This is a good thing.
SPEAKER_01Sally's very, very good too. I think she's been second call-outs at the Olympia twice, which is not an easy thing to do, guys. I mean you're talking typically 60, 70 plus people in the Olympia, and she's getting like 13th, 14th. Really damn good. She is gonna come out swinging, so excited to see that.
SPEAKER_00Well, that was a shorter episode than normal, but one that was packed with everything we needed. So, but really good, really good podcast. If there is anything else you guys are wanting to hear, let us know. I had a few questions this week about how to do the assessments. All you need to do is um message us on Instagram, not us personally, but the Stage Talk podcast Instagram. So if you send over pictures a little bit about yourself, and we can get to it when we can, that would be perfect if you're wanting any more. We're gonna keep going until we literally run out because honestly, I mean we're not gonna run out at this point because we literally have so many, but if we do get to yours and it's a little bit too late, obviously just know that we have so many to get through. So we apologise, but thank you for showing you guys.
SPEAKER_01Should we should I record it myself or should we just do it right now and clip it for a thousand subscriber giveaway?
SPEAKER_00Oh, we're gonna do that later. We'll do that later because we'll do it, we'll do it off the air. And um, we've got some really like we've got a really good something that's really, really cool. Really good one. And it's actually something that someone suggested as well. So, but yeah, right. Thank you guys so much for watching. Please make sure you like and subscribe and all that fun stuff, and we'll see you in the next one.
