So I can't right.
SPEAKER_00So so one of the so one of the phrases is the it's what it's supposed to be that some people have changed is woe, look at you. And you and then you have to say it in a supportive way, a disappointed way, sarcastic and flirty.
SPEAKER_03Oh my god. I can't so Corey's making basically making me do a viral trend, and I'm like, what it's 6 30 in the morning for me right now. Like, what the fuck?
SPEAKER_00It's 9 p.m. for me. You guys are getting nighttime me now that she's back in Dubai, so okay.
SPEAKER_03So what is it? It's wow, look at you.
SPEAKER_00It says it's wow look at you, and you have to say it like you're supportive.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Oh god, I can't fucking take myself seriously right now. Supportive. Okay. Wow, look at you. That sounded way too that sounded really sarcastic.
SPEAKER_00That was good. That was good. Wow, look at you.
SPEAKER_03Why do I that sounds like sarcastic to me?
SPEAKER_00Maybe like we'll see what sarcastic sounds like. You got disappointed now. You're disappointed.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Wow, look at you. Fuck's sake.
SPEAKER_00Okay. Wow. Look at you.
SPEAKER_03Oh, that wow was that was uh that was like apparent, like wow, like that, wow.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Any clients when I respond to your check-ins, you know what the disappointed tone is now.
SPEAKER_03That's fucking harsh. Okay, what's the next one?
SPEAKER_00Sarcastic.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_03I should be good at this because I'm fucking from the UK, so this is true. Wow, look at you. That was good. This is weird.
SPEAKER_00Like there's no one else to laugh with us, so it's just nice.
SPEAKER_03I know. I'm like, this is just so nice.
SPEAKER_00We think we're hilarious. Everyone's gonna be listening to this and being like, where's this end? Skip.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Alright. Wow, look at you. It's the face for me is the face is the facial expression.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, your eyebrows just go up.
SPEAKER_00My face has subtitles. You know if I'm irritated with you in person. Alright, last one's flirty.
SPEAKER_03Oh god. I'm like the thing is I haven't flirted in fucking 10 years because I've literally been in the relationship.
SPEAKER_00Pretend that Max just walked in right now, and he's looking good, like glistening from the sun, and you want to like tell him, wow, look at you.
SPEAKER_03Oh my fucking god. Right, okay. Alright, let me let me just click the net, get ready. Okay. Wow, look at you. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_00Okay, that was that was okay. Alright, you ready, guys? Oh, here we go. Oh, I don't know if I can do this one. Shit. I thought this was gonna be a lot easier. This is a lot easier in my head. Damn.
SPEAKER_02It was gonna sound like you're like what you're blurry.
SPEAKER_00I want to say like damn instead of wow.
SPEAKER_02This is a fucking joke.
SPEAKER_00Wow, look at you. Staring at the wall over here. Oh my god. I'm actually crying. That one was fucking shit. What a start. Oh my god. What a start. Hello everyone, we're back.
SPEAKER_03Oh my god, I can't even that was so I couldn't take that seriously. Oh, that was hilarious.
unknownWhat the fuck?
SPEAKER_00Oh, my like neck and jaw hurt from laughing, but not letting these headphones fall off. Shit.
SPEAKER_03That was funny. That one was probably the best one. That was because I couldn't take you seriously.
SPEAKER_00That was shit.
SPEAKER_01That was good.
SPEAKER_03That was good. I mean, what because I've seen ones with that one, like um, how to say okay. I've seen ones like that. Like, I've not seen the the look at you one to be fair. So that was that was funny.
SPEAKER_00Oh, Mary and Margaret just did one if anyone wants to watch on toxic. They did uh they did that's so cute, and it's hilarious.
SPEAKER_03That is that was great. That was a great intro to start off doing it. Good intro. Fuck, that's hilarious.
SPEAKER_00All right, that that by itself is gonna be a clip.
SPEAKER_03So wow, look at you.
SPEAKER_00What did this podcast turn into?
SPEAKER_03I want people to rate our our look at you. So I want you to do the the one through four, rate them. Like comment down below, rate them from from one to ten, one being the worst, ten being the best. Rate, rate them as one's the best.
SPEAKER_00So and on to your guys' physiques.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, welcome back.
SPEAKER_00Um, we're only doing for everyone that made it this far, we're we're only doing um one rate your physique today because we got a good amount of QA's, and we want to kind of bring that back to the end of the like the last 15, 20 of the podcast. So one um one physique today. We'll talk about Tampa, we'll talk about this weekend shows, and then we'll get to some QA's.
SPEAKER_03So because I haven't even actually to be fair, I've been a bit silent on Instagram for the last like couple of days because I literally mean you just got back to Dubai, you're in Olympia prep.
SPEAKER_00I mean, yeah, it's a lot going on.
SPEAKER_03Jet lag has been killing me, but like I haven't actually even looked at what the shows are this weekend, to be fair. So I'm actually kind of excited to huh.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, some good ones, really good ones. Tahoe's gonna be a really cool show to watch. I'm excited.
SPEAKER_03Okay, I'm excited for that. So let's go through physiques first.
SPEAKER_00Actually, it's funny you mentioned that every week you usually send me the list. And this week you didn't. So yeah, you're totally.
SPEAKER_03To be fair though, I think it's sometimes nice and it's important to be off social media just for a little bit sometimes, because it's so easy to just kind of get sucked into you know looking at loads of things online. And if I'm honest, I've been like really finding myself like scrolling a lot, which I don't like doing. Like, I don't like when I do it. I feel I don't feel great when I constantly like just scroll on my phone because it just feels like I'm wasting time. So I was like, right, I'm just gonna give myself a little bit of a ban. So I've just kind of just been off social media, which has been kind of nice, if I'm honest. Um, do you ever get that?
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, all the time. All the time. There's some times where uh I'll message a couple clients that I see that like tag me in something, like a notification pops up, and I'm just like, hey guys, I'm not on Instagram today. Like I'm not, I'm not getting on today. Don't don't take it personal. Like if I if it goes away before I can repost it the next day, usually it's like a day after a show. It's a travel day, or it's a day where maybe Kerrigan and I stayed an extra day before going home, just not on my phone that day, not staring at social media. So yeah, yeah, because it's every one Sunday a month, I usually do that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's really easy on prep or when it's showday season to like be really focused on social media and not on your phone and stuff like that. And like I think it's hard, especially when you are obviously wanting to keep everyone up to date and stuff like that. And I know Kerrigan's spoken about this quite a lot as well. Like, doing social media and competing are two very like not different things, but it's hard to handle both sometimes.
SPEAKER_00Like, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Specific things that you obviously want to put out there, you want to try and make sure everyone's updated, but then like it sometimes is very easy to get in your head about a lot of stuff about what to post and what we need to keep putting out there and making sure that everyone's like staying updated and stuff, but also equally like just use it as your your own it's your own platform, like you don't have to you don't owe anyone anything, like you don't have to be posting XYZ all the time, like you can just literally post what you want to post. So that's what I'm gonna do.
SPEAKER_00That goes for that goes for a lot of things too. Like someone leaves a coach, someone switches to another supplement sponsor. Like, you don't owe anyone an explanation if it's your personal choice. Like, don't think you have to make a post, you have to explain. Reddit goes crazy about that sometimes. Like, I want to know why they left. And I get it, like it Reddit's kind of like the TMZ of bodybuilding, like they want to know what happened and why it went on. It's human nature, but you don't really know anything when it comes to that stuff.
SPEAKER_03I forgot Reddit existed if I'm honest. Like, since I just when you said it, I was like, oh my god, I forgot that that thing even existed. To be fair, I've really since 2024, I've banned myself from going on Reddit anyway because it's hilarious. It's just like it's it's a great, it sometimes is a great place, but most of the time it's not. It's basically anything that to do with like a lot of the athletes is usually just talking about others, and not in a bad way sometimes, but like most of the time it's just for the athlete looking at it, it's not useful.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you know, it's usually there's usually the same few accounts or like anonymous accounts that are the drama, but I like I do like the majority that are trying like someone posts their check-in photos and they're like, It's my first show on five weeks out. How do you guys think I look? And 99% of the time, all the comments are supportive. Like whether they look great or not, they're supportive. So it can be a very good like tool, especially mentally for new people, but um sometimes it's sometimes it's not.
SPEAKER_03So God, imagine like having like I don't know, I don't know actually how long Reddit has been about, but imagine having Reddit back in like 10 years ago, like back in the day when like I mean we kind of did when you think about like the bodybuilding forums.
SPEAKER_00Like there wasn't as much in terms of like, did you see this person's Instagram post? Like they couldn't talk about people's social media, but they could talk about it was more so bagging on people on stage at that point. It was more, yeah, it was almost more like critiqueful and hurtful of people on stage, but it wasn't as personal because there wasn't like their life on social media.
SPEAKER_03No, but I think it's it's interesting because it's like we had like bodybuilding.com. For example, like me, the only the main source of like any form of like thing back when I started in 2016 was literally bodybuilding.com and and YouTube, and that was literally it, but like there was nothing, honestly, there was nothing else, like from from my point of view, from what I saw.
SPEAKER_00Did you ever order from bodybuilding.com?
SPEAKER_03Well, because it's from I was from the UK, so I I we could I mean they didn't know. I don't know if they shipped.
SPEAKER_00I I was in the military, and I remember you would have to call in for like because they had a military discount and it was like ten dollars off or something. But call in to place my order. Like, think about calling in somewhere to place a protein order. And what all what I will remember for the rest of my life is that they gave all of their sales reps nicknames. Like, if there was someone named like um like Paul that answered the phone, he'd be like, This is pump up Paul. Like, it's yeah, like crazy. If it was Eric, like this is this is Eric the electric, like ran and answered the phone with their nickname. It was hilarious. Like looking back on it. But I remember when I was like 19 years old in the military calling, I thought it was the coolest thing. I'd be like, Oh, is it is this guy in the bodybuilding.com forums? Like, who is this guy?
SPEAKER_03Oh my god, that's jokes. Hilarious to think back on. That's crazy, like how that's evolved now. Like, that's not even I mean, but bodybuilding.com is it even is it even a thing anymore?
SPEAKER_00It's here. Their their headquarters was here in Boise. Um, this is where the yeah, I and I don't know if there's still I'm sure it's still a website, but I mean, when you were I I competed when you came up too. Like that's when I first started, and bodybuilding.com was all the sponsor logos. Every show is bodybuilding.com, yeah, and now it's nowhere to be found.
SPEAKER_03So yeah, that's kind of crazy. That is actually crazy. Right, let's pick a so we're gonna go with the one. Let's go with the most recent. So I don't think that was the most recent. This was literally, and we do apologize because like we have so many sent in, but we because we can't get to all of them, these are from like three weeks ago. So if you are she said four weeks, she's four weeks out, so she technically probably right now is peak week. So hopefully we can help you some in some way, shape, or form with your next show. Um, huge fan. Um, one of my uh two of my friends who competed subsmitted there um and got some great feedback. So she's four weeks out. Last year she competed in Fit Mono, but because bikini felt rather far, but I decided to leap, take a leap and compete in the bikini division this year. So four weeks out, feel behind with conditioning. Um but you can't a lot can, yes, you are. I I completely agree. Loads can happen in four weeks. I feel like people feel like I feel like people feel like they need to be ready at four weeks out.
SPEAKER_00Like they feel like it's a big stigma around, and I understand a lot of coaches do preach like I want you ready a couple weeks before so we can reverse into the show or do a mock peak week or whatever. I totally get that. Um, but four weeks out, you you should, especially bikini, you shouldn't be ready to go. Like you shouldn't be ready to hop on stage the next day at four weeks out. There should still be some things that need to need to move around. Um, I wouldn't say, I mean, you could pull these up bigger, but from what I see here, you're not that far out for four weeks, definitely behind a little bit, but you're not that far out where I'd be I'd be concerned about it. So this is a lot can happen in these four weeks.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, 100%. And I mean, like from a physique standpoint, like everything looks really nicely balanced from top to bottom. I do feel like you could probably sit into that glute a little more so we just see a bit more projection. I like how your waistline looks though, so don't compromise how your waist looks. So when I say sit into the glute, play around with hinging into the hip a little bit, like obviously compressing down a little bit, not too much then when, like I said, that we change the way the the waistline looks and stuff. Um, and then pull back that elbow ever so slightly and then just bring around the shoulder, just so it's less elbow being brought around um for the front pose. But I mean, shape's really, really nice, like really, really lovely here. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So muscularly uh I'd bring up a tad bit of it's in time, tad bit of leg and a little bit of front delt. That bent arm is really thin going up into the delt. You have good lateral delt, which you can see in the arm that's like hanging. And that bent arm, you could use a little bit more pop right there, because it looks really shallow compared to the chest and the front delt um on this side, and then a little bit more leg, but that's in time. Like you look, you do look really balanced. That's me being like super critiqueful. It's it's like me zeroing in on something to be able to pick out, but you look good.
SPEAKER_03But back pose is backpose looks really good.
SPEAKER_00This is really good. Yeah, I'm posing wise.
SPEAKER_03I would say you could probably go ever so slightly like the tiniest, tiniest, tiny little bit closer together with the footwork, just a little bit, but everything else, like I'm actually super like this is really, really nice. Like hand placement, I'm really a big sucker for I want your hands placement to be right above that kind of like upper glute area because it helps line up your upper glutes and show them off more, in my opinion. So I like it when the the this portion of your forearm is like literally in line with that upper glute, so it comes out like this. Because sometimes people will like have them lower, it'll kind of come out the side, but I love it when it comes out like this positioning because it really highlights it a little bit more. Um upper body looks nice and balanced and stuff like that as well.
SPEAKER_00I think I got nothing to critique on your back post muscularly. Like if this is four weeks out, like you said, maybe like obviously be conditioned enough, but yeah, this looks very, very good from the back. Yeah, I agree. So are we just doing one? Yeah, just do uh that was really fast. We could do one more. That took us like two minutes.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Knock out one more. And we only have one show to review from last weekend, so Tampa and I think one overseas.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and then we've got Bella. Uh love the podcast. Um part of the physique assessments, she's currently in a mini cut. This was obviously a couple weeks ago, so she's currently in a mini cut. Um, also eight months post-show, she's 10 kilos up. So I think these are what she's is now, and then I'm guessing these are physique post-show. So this is what she looked like post-show. Um and yeah, I think obviously it's good that obviously you know you're 10 kilos up because you I think just overall size-wise, you just need to grow everywhere. Just looking at these photos in general. Um, but what I will say is in your front pose, which I'll have a look at your other ones in in a minute, a lot of overarching in your core, in my opinion. So you want to try and stand up through your your waistline a little bit more instead of arching so much, because it looks like you're hinging quite a large amount. And this is almost like, you know, when we want the S curve to be showing, I think the S curves look a little bit too deep here. So, and I think it's because of lack of muscle that you're trying to create that shape a little bit too much. So then it we kind of have this distorted look of like arching the back. So obviously, I'm gonna have a look at the front pose from 10 kilos up to see what that looks like, but I think you're over overposing just a little bit. Um, just because you have to, just because of size. Um, but yeah, what do you what do you think?
SPEAKER_00Uh just more, it's more muscle density all over. Um, she's one of my clients.
SPEAKER_03Um, nice.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, she's she's young and she's tall, so we got a lot to fill in. She's almost 5'8. Um, I think she's 5'7 and a half, and she's only like 24, 25 years old. So just more, it's more muscle over time. That's all it is. It's everywhere, a little bit added on. Her back pose, her glutes look amazing. Yeah, that's a little bit more. But still, yeah, still, I don't like straight up and down everything is like rear delt down to glute. I want a little bit more of that hourglass shape everywhere. So it's a little bit more shoulder, a little bit more lat, a little bit more thickness to the overall lower body.
SPEAKER_03So yeah. And I also think that when it comes to posing, especially as a taller girl, if we if we are too straight up and down, like posing straight and up and down, like you can see her arms are completely straight here. Her footwork is, I'd say, a little close together. Everything will make you look like really just up and down, like you said. So I think if you can have your hand placement like a little bit more bent, um, not super bent, but like enough where it we can see that nice diamond in between the waist and the elbows, that's gonna look so much more better and show off your shape more. I just want to see what she looks like. Yeah, you can even see like this is obviously what she looks like now. Yeah, this is so much better in terms of how you're posing. Like you can see, obviously, I would say from the arm perspective, just trying to allow this shoulder to be in line with the glute a little bit more. So at the moment, because it's still a little bit forwards. So I want you to kind of like almost like stand up so your shoulders like here, so then that hand can hang down, like straighten it. But because your shoulders here, you have to kind of poke it out this way, if that makes sense. So it's more diagonal. Um, so stand up a little bit more and allow it to kind of go back. But you can see the this looks way better, like the the torso is more upright, which looks a lot better. Um and then even back pose looks a lot better, still a bit too narrow, though. So you could probably be a little bit like because again, you're taller, you have longer legs, you could go a little bit wider for sure. Um so yeah, but really, really good for really, really good development from November to now is crazy. Like that's so, so crazy. Really, really good um development and stuff like that. So, okay. So those are our two assessments done. We will try and get through a lot more over time, but yeah, we've got a lot to get through.
SPEAKER_02Um we got Tampa, and was there was there an overseas show this past weekend? Yes, there was Japan, I wanna say.
SPEAKER_03So um let's have a look at Tampa first. Okay.
SPEAKER_00Oh, and I'm gonna answer this for everyone that because I have been getting so many DMs asking if I was gonna do this on the podcast with you in the future. Um, I will do my Olympia predictions for you guys, by the way. So when the time when it comes post post-cutoff date, like first, second week of September, I will do them. Obviously, um, like Phoebe's not gonna give hers, but um I will give my um top 10 predictions, top 15 predictions. So we will uh we will do that. Yes.
SPEAKER_03And I I'll just I'll what I'll do is obviously whilst you're doing that, definitely do it on. I mean, you could do it on the podcast if you want, I don't mind. I would love to ask questions as well. And I can also get people's questions. So if anyone has any questions for it, obviously comment down below on on on and you know any podcasts or any any um YouTube.
SPEAKER_00We I was getting asked that because you and I started this like a couple weeks after last year's Olympia. Every Olympia, I always do my top 10. And I usually do it. I do it as a I do it as a clip or a story. Um, I've done it with Lexi Live on uh on Paul Ravella's team, Lexi. I've done it live on Instagram live and we turn it into a re and it does really, really well. We get like 30, 40, 50k views on it. So I would that everyone was asking if I was gonna do it this year because you're competing in it, and I'm like, yeah, of course.
SPEAKER_03So yeah, a hundred percent.
SPEAKER_00Right, so this was a great great first call out.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, this was well, let's go to the actual call outs and see if there's because I didn't see so the call out was that everyone in top six, five, six, seven, eight, and then you've got you had Tori as an extra. I do agree that the back someone's commented here that background has a lot going on. I kind of do agree, it's it's like there's a lot, and like I can't. See from my perspective, obviously, just from photos and stuff, it's a lot, and even in the in the um background, you can see that there's just a lot going on. It's a really cool background.
SPEAKER_00I was gonna say, I see it both ways because like Tampa Pro is like one of those tier one pinnacle shows that everyone wants the title of, and Tim Gardner's always used like badass images and the color schemes, and I love it, but does it take away a bit from the physiques on stage? Yes, it does.
SPEAKER_03So it's like it's a double-edged sword there because I love it, but at the same time, I'd like it to be a little less so because I think if you yeah, I mean, even if you you can just from the fit model, you can see I thought it would be better than it's a bit more than a bit more. Yeah, I do agree. Unfortunately, like that's not that's the hard part, and like that's not us saying, like, oh, like being massively critical, but like to make the judges' jobs easier and also for the for the athletes to obviously, you know, appreciate and like the their photos better, because sometimes sounds silly, but like things like this in terms of advertising, for example, if if they don't like how this looks, they won't post about it, for example. So that then takes away like a large amount of you know promotion for this show because the girls don't like their photos, you know, even though it's cool, like as a cool backdrop, but if they don't like their photos and they're not gonna post about it moving forward, so it just becomes yeah, hard to I will say a little caveat is in person um that those backdrops I feel like never matter as much in person.
SPEAKER_00As long as the lighting is good, you see in person just fine. It's when it comes across in pictures and stage videos, you're like, whoa, but in person, and it was a fucking packed house. Tampa was nuts. So um but regardless, here's our first call-out, guys.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so we've got I think Tori. I was I so I definitely want to go through I think who got third or fourth because I don't think I've seen her. Is it someone called Danny? I think she's I'm not sure who she is, but yeah, she's no, so that's that and this is what I love about like kind of like people kind of coming in and like making their mark. Again, I'm not too sure what her previous you know ratings are or whatever with where she's gotten in um other shows and stuff. So I want to dive into it deeper for sure. Um, and you got Cass, Marcer, Jordan, Brittany, Jess, and then I don't know who this is on the show.
SPEAKER_00I think that's Raven.
SPEAKER_03Okay, Raven. Nice. Okay, cool. So that was and then that was top four. Who Marsa Marsa definitely brought this is probably one of the best looks. Same with Jordan. Like Jordan always looks really, really good, in my in my opinion, anyway. So, but I was I was really shocked with Masa and like I mean Marza always looks great as well, but this was definitely the best that she had brought because she struggles as a taller girl to bring the fullness, the conditioning, not looking stringy, all that type of thing. So she didn't know.
SPEAKER_00I think it helps Masa a lot. I've known in the past, and you and I have talked about this, where when you're taller and bigger structurally on stage, you might have like a Jess next to you or like someone smaller, more petite next to you. So you kind of pose yourself down. Just own your fucking physique up there because the judges are good enough to differentiate that and understand what bikini looks like on you. And I think Moss has really come into that this season and she's looking really good.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I think that's that's it, it's it's it's something that I think is is hard, and it's even the same with like being shorter and stuff like that as well. Like you always want to try and be like taller, or like when you're you know, taller, you want to be shorter. Like it's it's trying to not change too much and just own what you have. So I think she's she is definitely doing that the more and more shows she's doing. But Jordan, this was the best Jordan, I think we've ever seen. Like, this was 100% good. And I think the I want to say the scorecards represent like showed that off because I think there was a huge gap between her and Marcer. I'm pretty sure.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think it was.
SPEAKER_03I want to say it was literally like yeah, five ten.
SPEAKER_00Five, ten, fifteen, twenty. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03What's the difference with it being three six?
SPEAKER_00There's less judges.
SPEAKER_03Judges, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, okay. Five judges versus seven judges here. Got you. Perfect.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I feel like um this was a really, really good, um, really good look from everyone, if I'm honest. Cass looks really, really good as well.
SPEAKER_00I like Cass's look a lot. I I like Cass's, it works on her where she's a little harder than everyone because I think that it accentuates her more. Now I understand like if she got critiqued that maybe the quads were too hard or something was too hard in comparison to someone like Jordan being in first, I get it. But that look on Casp still, regardless, places her very well.
SPEAKER_03So yeah. Um, and then Danny, I wanna look at this girl called.
SPEAKER_00I wanna don't quote me, I want to say Shelby Pierce coaches her. I think. Think think think. I could be wrong.
SPEAKER_03Let's see. She is football effusion. Yes, you are correct. Well done. Hell yes. Yes, part on the back. Where did she win her pro card? She must have won her pro card last year.
SPEAKER_00Um was this her debut?
SPEAKER_03No, surely not. This would be a really good debut. I don't think it is.
SPEAKER_00It'd be an amazing debut. Uh I just haven't seen anything of her. I don't know who she is. Uh Republic. Did she do Republic? Because that was the last year.
SPEAKER_03She got fifth, she got fifth in 2025. IPv Pro.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_03No, she's she's done she's done other shows before.
SPEAKER_00She got fifth at the uh what show is that? The Gomasia, the one that just passed, Becky had judged it. Argentina, I think. Something like that. Puerto Rico, maybe one of those. But yeah. Yeah. No, she looks good though. Um, she has a physique where, and if she's listening to this, this is my advice is you know that I don't think, don't quote me, I don't think you have a lot of points right now, but you know how you're placing in really good lineups. I would rest a few weeks and nail those September shows to get points immediately. Like that's what I would do. Because you're likely not gonna go win a show with three shows left or suddenly jump all the way into the list where you need like minimum 15 to get on there. Um, but can you take this physique, reverse a little and refine and come back for all the September shows? Uh fuck yeah, and get early points. Even if you're getting fourths and fifths, whatever it may be, you're racking it up early, and that's gonna be a major benefit to you going into the next qualification year.
SPEAKER_03So last year she won her pro card at USA's, and then she did is that the same show, the World Clash?
SPEAKER_00No, so she did junior USA's, and then two weeks later is World Clash.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, well, it in Gilko's post it says uh top placing at her pro debut. So her pro debut. She got fifth at her debut, and she's been placing, she's been placing from what it looks like, obviously the things, fifth at a lot of shows. Like she's not in that kind of top range, which was really, really cool.
SPEAKER_00Like, yeah, like I said, come back in September if you're already a top five in pro shows. Like, go get those early points.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I definitely, definitely would because you can see what's her back pose looking like. Back pose is really good, good.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, there's not a whole lot that needs to be like built. She just take whatever the judge's feedback was, refine it, come back in four weeks and run two, three, four shows and rack up points. You'll be one of the first names on the list.
SPEAKER_03And that's all and that's honestly, I think, how a lot of the European girls did it this year because all of the European shows are at the end of the year, most of them. So, and then obviously you guys in the US have a lot less shows the end of the year. Like in you'll have like one show weekend, whereas you usually have four show weekends. Yeah. So, but then obviously for Europe, every kind of every week, there's like a France show or Spain show or you know, Romania.
SPEAKER_00The European schedule lends to them really well with this qualification system because they can easily do two seasons in one. Because you have all of the immediate post-Olimpia shows where a ton of the not just European, but a ton of the international shows, Asia, Europe, are in that October, November, December timeline. And then they pick up a lot more again, closer to Olympia. So you get a second half of the season in like July and August. Yeah. So completely agree.
SPEAKER_03Um, talk to me about Jess, how has she been getting on? Because I feel like she's definitely she's getting better. I know I saw on her feedback was she needs a little bit more full.
SPEAKER_00She needs to be fuller. She came, but she, yeah. She the feedback was like more glute, which we know that she has crazy glutes, and that she came into this. Oh, it wasn't flat, it was overly lean. That girl had like piano wire hamstrings on stage. So it was just too much. Um, James even told her, he's like, I I could have fed you a bit more into this one. Um we played the the tightness game here, and she came in great, super tight, but in comparison to everyone, obviously much fuller. So that mistake won't be made um into Atlanta this weekend. She's looking her check-ins this morning. I was like, holy shit, if the show was tomorrow, this is insane.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. And I think that's actually, I will give James props because I do feel like people, and not saying he got it quote unquote wrong by any means, but like sometimes you shoot for something and it might be not exactly what they're looking for. And that's okay, but I think it's really good for either a coach or both coach and clients to both say, okay, this wasn't the look. That's okay, let's reevaluate and go forwards. Like, I don't think it's I think that's actually very, that's very good and very important for the client to hear the coach obviously also do that as well, you know, because they're not always gonna get it 100% right, or like, you know, I I wish I fed you a little bit more. That's okay, we're gonna do this now moving forwards. Like, I think that's super important because that's not hard enough. Because sometimes coaches will be like, well, yeah, I I did this, this, this, or like, you know, I got it right and the judges got it wrong.
SPEAKER_00No, like the judges There's also several coaches out there that have like their method that they do. And like, I know that Jamie is different, James is different. They're all very smart when it comes to understanding each athlete's an individual. And when I'm with you, and it's a huge like to to speak for Jess, when James is in person with her at a show, it's every two hours come to my room because I need to see if things need to be different, if I need to change things, because it's never a rinse and repeat, no matter what. Even if the week before was an absolutely nailed the look, it's still not a rinse and repeat because you're rebounding a little bit differently, you're coming out of the show a little bit differently. Peak week, you're looking a little bit differently, different time of the month, etc. So um being very on top of that and understanding that things need to change by the day is is huge. And um, he's in person with her and Ashley this weekend. So Atlanta will be cool. Big for them both, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I think like I said, that's important for the client to like know that okay, sometimes we're gonna sometimes we're gonna hit it, sometimes we're not like we're not. It's not like they've not brought the a great physique because they did, but it's like cool, the judges want something different, and that's literally bodybuilding in a nutshell. Each week it could be slightly different depending on what is in front of them. So and I think it's good that you, you know, people know that. So but back pose is here, like everyone's like everyone's back pose look great here.
SPEAKER_00Britney's super full. Cass is like her glutes are just etched. Like I said, yeah, I like the harder look on Cass. I like it, I love that look. Again, would that win just about any other show? Probably, but when you have Massa and Jordan next to you where they came in a little bit softer than Cass in full, that's what they gave it to.
SPEAKER_03So yeah, and you can see that. So um, and then I'm pretty sure the difference between Danny and Jess, and then Jess and Britney were just at one point, and then I think everyone else was a straight five five five.
SPEAKER_00Apart from the table blast, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so it was pretty good. So that was Tampa. Um oh, let's have a quick look at Fit Model.
SPEAKER_00Oh yeah, congrats to Emma on third. Emma looked, Emma's coming up and up and up. Good friend.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, which is cool because I think she wasn't doing not saying she wasn't doing as great because she was doing very, very well at the beginning of the year, but I think she um I thought she'd be in kind of like that top five range straight away because I I like her physique. I think she looks really good, but I think she wasn't quite hitting that 100%. Now she's taken time off, obviously, need you know, needed to, and then come back in third, which is really, really good. So yeah, um I'm not know I don't know who this girl is. Is this James's girl?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, first and second were both James's girls. I don't know who they are. Nice, yeah. They look great. Yeah, yeah, very, very good. He has he told me this like a month ago, um, because to me, and I think to the public, Gabby and Faithlin and Carla were like James's like big hitters in Fit Model. And he told me a month ago, he's like, you just wait, I got a whole nother group coming out for the second half of the year. Oh my god. Sure enough, almost every single show, first, second, third, first, second, fourth, like yeah, he's got he's he's got him. He's got Fit Model on lock right now.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he really does. He really does. So yeah, congrats. And then we've got Misty in fourth.
SPEAKER_00She's Misty's always in there.
SPEAKER_03She's consistently getting in that top five, which is really, really cool. I think it's just a case, it's hard because I do feel like Fit Model is definitely that one where it's just like just keep running it. It's actually, no, it's not even just Fit Model, it's literally the same with bikini as well. It is literally just keep running it, you know, like just keep running it. Like you just have to keep keep going. If there's no specific feedback of like, okay, yes, this really needs to be completely changed, then it's just keep going until you feel like you can't anymore.
SPEAKER_00Which I feel like is Misty's feedback is just a bit more everywhere, especially to the upper. They wanted to see a bit more front dealt through chest, like just fullness in her front pose. And so her and her coach worked on a little bit different of a front pose this for this upcoming weekend. And like two weeks ago, I changed up her training a bit just to give her a little bit more volume to hopefully just push a little bit more fullness. So yeah, yeah, she's looking great.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and then we had is it Japan? Japan.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, didn't Sally win, right? She looked fucking.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, Sally won, which is really, really good. I think she was she was she already qualified.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, she's already qualified. She's just warming up for the Olympia.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, she looks really, really good though. I mean, again, it's another background where I'm like, I can't it I could see the physiques, they're definitely like standing out to me, but I feel like it's still like I don't know why. I still like feel like it's a bit distracting. Um but everyone looks really, really like there were some gloats in this show.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, definitely, definitely. There's nothing lacking here, really. I mean, everyone's back poses look very good for their frame. I really front poses all look really good. Some poses themselves are a little off, but yeah, physique-wise, looks great. I mean, third place, yeah.
SPEAKER_03I really like third place front pose a lot. Like this is really nicely shown, like a really nice amount of like S-curve, really nice top line. Like, I really like how she's hitting it here. Um, I yeah, I agree. Some people are they're not 100% hitting poses exactly where they need to be. Um, but everyone looks fantastic. Um, back pose is like so full in the glutes, super full, super projecting, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Very good. First, second, third, fourth, like amazing back poses.
SPEAKER_03So second and third were like one point apart as well. So it was close.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03It was close.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, Sally ran away with that show. She looked insane. I mean, I know a big goal of hers is top ten at the Olympia this year, which it's not too far fetched. I mean, she's been right there several times.
SPEAKER_03So she has. She has been. So um okay, and then that's everyone, right?
SPEAKER_00Uh Maureen posted an update too. Scroll up if you uh um that photo. I think there's a photo scroll over, she poses. What the fuck?
SPEAKER_03She looks amazing. Really, really good. This is I think if I'm not mistaken, she's literally only like a kilo up from her previous Olympia stage weight, if I'm if if I think. So she's she's really not far off. Like, this is a really good Maureen as well. Because I know that was obviously I know she's a slightly, would you say she's a slightly smaller competitor compared to like, for example, you've got Jazzy, Amy, yeah, Ashlyn. Like she's smaller. So her feet was her feedback she needed more. I don't I don't know what her feedback actually specifically was.
SPEAKER_00I mean, I remember Tyler's um critique of everybody was that nobody was a hundred percent. Okay. Like nobody in the top five was a hundred percent on to what he has seen them at their best. Um, and I think everybody had their little bits of feedback. Ashland's was um a little bit fuller in the legs, and Jazzy's was don't flare your lat so hard, and Maureen's, I'm assuming, was just come in that touch bit more conditioned. I don't know what it was, but I'm assuming because that's what I would say about it. Um, but I mean, this shape looks insane. Like, this looks really damn good.
SPEAKER_03This is a really good shape. I think she's definitely she's always been a slightly smaller competitor in terms of just size in general, but I think this is a new level of like how she's bringing that shape. She's always had shape, she's not never not had shape, but I think this is the most shapely I've seen her front pose, basically, is what I'm saying. Um, for sure. And I always think her back pose is like ridiculous like killer, ridiculous. Oh, yeah. So I feel like her front pose is really now matching that wow factor of her back pose. If that makes sense. Yeah. Because I feel like her back pose has always been that wow factor. Her front pose has always been good, but it's never been the same as her back. I personally think. Now this is like matching it massively.
SPEAKER_00100%. 100%. It's cool to see. This will, I think this will be her best ever for sure. So we'll see how it uh I think. I mean, I've seen a lot of check-ins of a lot of people, and this is gonna be like everyone pretty much, and everyone's fucking bringing it. You're bringing it, Jazzy's fucking bringing it, Ashlyn's bringing it. It's gonna be so good. It's so good. Laura Lee looks incredible, it's gonna be a really technical.
SPEAKER_03It's gonna be an incredible, it's gonna be an incredible run, if I'm honest.
SPEAKER_00So I think the only the I feel like the only check-ins I haven't seen of people that immediately come to mind in that first call out is Maria. And I know that Maria always fucking brings it too. So it's gonna be.
SPEAKER_03Um, because I remember I don't know, I don't was last year a nine?
SPEAKER_00I think so.
SPEAKER_03I think it was an eight.
SPEAKER_00Well, it could have been eight. I remember thinking that when the second call-out came out, I was like, This is um, this is outside of top ten. So maybe it was 10th place in on. I think. I think. Uh don't quote me on that, but I think I remember thinking that.
SPEAKER_03Well, I also feel like there's l obviously there's less competitors, so I feel like this year, so I feel like they'll definitely do potentially a shorter call-out thing. So they don't want to see they don't want to see so many people in one lineup, especially the first call out. They maybe want to try and take a little bit more time to like be like, right, this is this is what we wanting to see, you know? So definitely yeah, okay. So now we've got Tahoe.
SPEAKER_02So this is a good show. This is such a good show.
SPEAKER_03We've got Jordan, we've got Meg, which is cool, Ellie Fernandez, Peyton, Peyton Hunton's coming back out, Irene, who she's been competing a lot in the Asia shows and stuff like that. Um Gemma, who I want to say this is her pro debut.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, it's a Drew's girl pro debut.
SPEAKER_03Oh, we've got Danny actually. I've just noticed that. Danny, who just plays fourth in Oh shit, I didn't even see that.
SPEAKER_00Nice.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I didn't realize that that was is she from Puerto Rico?
SPEAKER_00That would make sense why she did that. She's from a major show last time.
SPEAKER_03So yeah, so she's she's coming out again, which is cool because she's just got top four. Yeah. So that's really and she was close to was she close to top? No, she wasn't close to top three. No, it's three all the way down. Yeah, she could definitely get in there in that top three. No, um you've got Emmy, you've got Sarah from Germany.
SPEAKER_00Emmy's looking better and better too.
SPEAKER_03I just got Savannah as well. Savannah's obviously already like solidified her points, I would say, in um for Olympia, but it's a case of who's winning this one, you know? Because Jordan Brown has just won. You've got Ellie, who's still not qualified for Olympia.
SPEAKER_01Uh-uh.
SPEAKER_03So if she was to win this potentially, I don't know if that would give her enough. Because how many points has she got?
SPEAKER_00She started late, and I don't think she got top five. And then she called it for a bit and came back.
SPEAKER_03So because I don't know if she's gotten maybe like a couple points. Because I'm pretty sure she's she's maybe gotten like I think maybe like four or three or something like that. If she wins, for example, that could best definitely push her up into the point system, potentially, like, or in the under that top 25. So that this is why it's so that this part is like really exciting because it's like now you've got people coming in slightly later, like Jordan, and yeah, either you know, taking the wins or Ellie fighting for the wins. Same with Meg, like she's already qualified, but she's coming up as well. So it's like It's cool to see. It's very cool to see. I'm I'm surprised there's no master on this, to be fair. But I I'm I think she kind of likes she likes to take breaks in between, which is no, she's doing um no wait.
SPEAKER_00Is she on the Atlanta list? I think she's doing Atlanta.
SPEAKER_03Oh, is she? Okay, that makes sense.
SPEAKER_00I think. I think, yeah.
SPEAKER_03So this is gonna be a good lineup. I think this will be a cool match between Jordan and Savannah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I 100%. 100% agree. Um, I think Ellie's not far either. No, Ellie's not far either. Um, I think Emmy's gonna be first call out as well. I think Meg will um will round out that first call out. Her back pose is very, very, very good. And she's still, as you know, because she does some sessions with you, making tweets to her front pose. Um so just trying to find find that front pose nailed for Olympia. So it's gonna be a good show.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's gonna be a very good show. And then we've got Florida State, which we've got our girl Kerrigan.
SPEAKER_00I'm I'm I'm this one go ahead.
SPEAKER_03Betting for her to want to win this one. It'll be her and Brie. I really want either her or Brie.
SPEAKER_00Her and Brie should be, should be just statistically, guys. I'm not taking anything away from anyone else, but should be the top two. Um, the two of them have uh gone head to head two or three times this year, and um Kerrigan is beat her each time by like one placing, so they're right there with each other, right there with each other. So it's gonna be a good one. Uh Marissa Wu making her debut this season because she got sick at Vancouver and had to pull out of the show the day before.
SPEAKER_03Oh, really? I didn't realize that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, she had a temperature of like 104 degrees. She's texting me and she's like, Do you have the promoter's number? I'm not gonna be able to do the show. I was like, Oh shit. Yeah, she was like on her deathbed the day before the show, just sick, like just a huge fever.
SPEAKER_03So damn, that sucks. Well, hopefully, obviously, I'm happy to see her for this one.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I'm happy to see her coming out for this one.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Because then you've got have we got Atlanta for the uh another show in Atlanta as well?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, Atlanta's an enormous list and an enormous fit model list. It's stupid how big that show is.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, okay, we'll have a look at that in a second. It again, interesting to see that there's less on here, but I also feel like again, because there's three shows going on this weekend, people have picked from those three shows.
SPEAKER_00Like this is also a huge master show. There's masters 35, 40, 45, and 50 at Florida State. So it's it's kind of known to be a heavier masters pro and get your um masters Olympia qualification there. I think Gina Switzenny as well as Christina are both masters. Um, so yeah, definitely on the smaller side for open, but a very, very big bikini masters show.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Okay. And then where is the Atlanta list though? Oh, here. There he's up there, enormous. Oh wow, it is big. Yeah, you've got Masa. Masa's doing it, and then you've got Masa, Verushka.
SPEAKER_00Verushka just got fifth or sixth at uh Vancouver. Oh, cool. Yep. Then you've got Lily Brincon from New Zealand. She uh she got second, I think, at the New Zealand Pro next to Kate. Yeah. So she's she's trying to get some last-minute points, I feel like.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, because I think she's got like seven points, maybe. I think she's just out of that top 25, like outside the top 25 now.
SPEAKER_00Um there was a you see the name on here that there it is. Yep. Rachel is coming out, and she's like, everyone, we all were talking about me and all the coaches. You and I were talking about how there's not many names outside of the top 25, other than like Bree, that's still trying to get up in there, and then Rachel comes out of nowhere. And she got second to Issa. She got second to Issa twice, I think. So like she's she's someone to fucking push everybody at Atlanta.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, she's now coming, and this is what she's is this what she looks like. Yeah, two two days ago. She looks very good.
SPEAKER_00She has an insane front pose. It's very, very good. Her her side glue pro that profile is crazy, her waist is tight, her back pose is good. I mean, she's she's gonna be in contention.
SPEAKER_03So yeah, and I mean this is gonna be cool to see because again, she's not because what are we points this wise? What are we looking at?
SPEAKER_00She's like right off the list. She's like eight or nine, I think. Okay. So she's clock, but she could, if she gets a win, she if she even gets a second, she's like two points out of the top 25.
SPEAKER_03So then it's like, okay, do another one. Oh my god, and then you've got Lexi as well. And then you've got either. Oh, yeah, Lexus.
SPEAKER_00Yep.
SPEAKER_03Ray, right. Uh I can't, I can never put it on. Yeah, Rainia.
SPEAKER_00Of course she's doing this with 50 points to her name. She's already got 50. I think it's not. I was cracking up when I saw her doing it.
SPEAKER_03Like, from what it sounds like, she wants to, she wants to get the wins, the double wins, instead of having all the points, which I mean completely makes sense. Like she's just won a show. So that makes complete sense. And then you've got Jessica. And Ashley Hampton.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, Ashley's looking for a second win to get herself off the list, too.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. So many. So this is gonna be this is gonna be a really, really good show.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, this is a really damn good show. This is a very tough first call-out. Um, off the top of my head. People asked me to start doing predictions on these, so I'm gonna do them on the bigger shows. First call out, guys, and you guys like we'll see how close I am. I got Massa, um Ashley, uh, Rachel, Jess, Lexus, and Ronya, and Ranya. Yeah, that's my top six. That's my top six. I think Verushika is gonna be right there. She could edge out um Rainia. Um, I feel like the two of them will be vying for that, like getting into that first call-out right there. I also love, I don't even know who coaches her, Megan Lacosse. I love her look. I think she just needs a little bit more time, and she's gonna be very, very good. What's her Instagram? Where is she? I think it's just her name. I don't know why she's not tagged on there. She's done a couple shows where she's been like right in that top 10. Um, I think she did uh she did indie where she was like right on that cusp, but um, I like her look a lot. Who is she? Oh, I didn't even see uh fuck. That might mix up my top 10. Patricia's doing it too, Vicaro. Oh my god, are you saying all these names and I'm like, I don't know. Patricia is like like number 10 on the points list right now.
SPEAKER_03Wait, wait, wait. I I need to focus on one.
SPEAKER_00Oh, this is yeah, this is Megan. That's her look at Indy right there at the top left, and she did Chicago too. I like her look a lot. Like she has crazy shape in her front pose. I think she just needs more density to bring in the conditioning better. Uh, but she'll be she'll be golden. She's really, really good. I like her look a lot.
SPEAKER_03Who coaches her?
SPEAKER_00I have no idea. I don't think she like tags them like T Pickly in the caption or something, you'd see it, but it's not there.
SPEAKER_03No. Yeah, I'm not sure.
SPEAKER_00I'm literally we're such stalkers. This is so funny. Like, I know who's actually stalking people on live.
SPEAKER_03Literally live in action. Sorry guys.
SPEAKER_00Megan, comment and tell us who coaches you. Oh, right there, Christy. This Christmas.
SPEAKER_03I don't know who that is, but I'm not gonna I'm not gonna go further and be like, right, Christy, you've done a great job with her.
SPEAKER_00Keep it up.
SPEAKER_03So she looks great. She looks really, really good. Okay, so who are you? So then you've got Rachel, but then who are you? Rachel looks amazing.
SPEAKER_00Oh, um, at the bottom, uh uh Patta. You know who this is.
SPEAKER_03Oh yes. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Oh, she's on the she's yeah, she's really good. I didn't even see her name, so that might mix up my top six because she's really damn good too, and she's getting more points to keep herself in that list.
SPEAKER_03So is she in the points list already?
SPEAKER_00Uh-huh. Yo, she's way up there. I want to say, I want to say she's like right in the middle.
SPEAKER_03Damn, she looks really good. Coach Cash as well.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03She looks really, really good. This was four weeks ago as well.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03So this is a while ago.
SPEAKER_02Very solid.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, she's got very, very good, like, very, very good, like bubbly shape. Very, very good.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, that'll that'll mix up that first call out for sure. Okay, so then we've got uh oh, right there at 17, and she has a win too.
SPEAKER_03Oh damn.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So that whole chunk right there is moving up this weekend. Yeah, you got Ashley, you got Kerrigan, you got Patricia, um, you've got Alesia on there, who's also in that Florida show. It's a smaller lineup. Um, you got Jess on there, you got Massa on there. Like half this top 25 is competing this weekend. Ranya at the very top.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and Savannah as well.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03It literally are actually competing. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and then right outside the top 25, you got Bree competing, you got Irene competing, you got Rachel competing. Like, people are moving.
SPEAKER_03So Yeah, they are moving.
SPEAKER_00It's gonna be it's it's looking tougher and tougher when you think about it to get into that top 25 right now because Alessia's still going and she's doing a smaller show this weekend, too. So obviously, statistically, she can get in there. Um, you got um Kerrigan going, Patricia going, Ashley going, Bree is going right outside that top 25, and then you got Rachel, who's only three points away from getting into the top 25. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So it's like it's it's actually kind of crazy because I do think so. Like now looking at everyone, so we've got 48 girls qualified, we've got what three, four, four weekends. Yeah. I honestly think that we might get I'm gonna say like maximum is gonna be like 55. Because before, remember we were saying like, oh, it's gonna be like near 60s, like the higher end of 55. And honestly, I think like random, like random number, I feel like we're gonna get like 53.
SPEAKER_00What are we at right now? Does it say on here? 45. Yeah, I think 55. Oh, I don't know. I think seven more two show winners. Because no more names are getting added. No more names are getting added unless someone gets off the list. So, like, realistically.
SPEAKER_03I honestly like 51.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, if I'm thinking like statistically and realistically, um, I have Jordan winning Tahoe, and I know Savannah's done after Tahoe. So Savannah's not coming off that list. She'll be like one of the top names on the points, but um, so Cass, I think, will do Mexico and could win that. Um, Ashley Hampton could win Atlanta this weekend. And what other winners are there already? Uh well, there's also I don't know what Alice Marquisio's doing.
SPEAKER_03There's also two names that aren't actually on that are on this list that aren't doing the Olympia. So you've got um Zophia. She's just obviously, I sent that to you. She's um obviously not doing Don't say the other one because I don't think that's a good one.
SPEAKER_00No, no, no, no, no, no, no, not her, not her, Sarah. Oh, yes. Oh, is Sarah not doing it?
SPEAKER_03I don't think so. I'm pretty sure she's in.
SPEAKER_00I think I think she's in I know she stopped competing, so she was just gonna let her name fall off. So yeah.
SPEAKER_03That's what I'm thinking, and I think that's what I'm thinking. I know Sarah's at the moment not competing. So I do know that um Zophia, though those two names, I I know they're not competing. So if if obviously Sarah is still on there and you know, in four weeks, I know she's not competing, and Zophia's they're not competing as well. So potentially that's at least one point uh one person off. So you've got 47 technically, if we think about it, Zophia, now so yeah, those are.
SPEAKER_00And when we think about the people that will win a second show to get more names in there, there's maybe like three more on here. So we might be like 51.
SPEAKER_03I remember I think I think 50 or 51.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03I think so. 100%.
SPEAKER_00When you think about knowing that people have to win a second show to get on there and who's still going, like um we I don't know what Britney Gillespie's doing. I think she's done because she's very solid at 23 points. No one's passing.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Um, so she's probably not gonna win another. Um Chantal Hill, I think, is done. She's not gonna win another. I don't know what Alice Marquisio's doing. Um, and then you have Massa and Jess who haven't won a show yet, but are nearing the top of the list, so they're just gonna keep going. And the chances of winning two shows for them, probably not. Um, like if each of them, if each of them gets two, three, four more points like this weekend, if they get a second and third this weekend, they're qualified. Like 20, 20 points isn't gonna drop off the list. No, so there'll be a lot of things.
SPEAKER_03I feel like it's gonna be a battle between these three names, Rachel, Irene, and Brie, to get onto this list. Yeah, because ultimately everyone on this list, I feel like from here onwards is probably staying. But then you've got people around this area at the moment, which again, Ashley could win another show, so she could come off. Um, Kerrigan could obviously win a show and go up a lot higher.
SPEAKER_00Um if we think about what we just said about Florida, she if she if we think about top two, she wins or gets second. If she gets second, she's at 20 points, she moves to the top of the left side of that list.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and then you it's a big jump. You've also got this name, it's Nick. Natalia Natya, she has been competing, but she's not been getting in that top five. So that's also something that potentially competing.
SPEAKER_00Who one that shocked me was that Tran isn't still going.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I know.
SPEAKER_00I mean she looked fucking insane. She was top three every show.
SPEAKER_03She's and she's got she's got um nine points. So she could do one more show and like get a little bit more.
SPEAKER_00There's still two more Asia so Asia so. So she could, like, let's say she wins one. Yeah, she just hopped everybody and she's in. She was doing that.
SPEAKER_03This is the exciting part, and then you've got Anna, who I don't know what she's doing, but she's close.
SPEAKER_00She's doing something. She posted a check-in the other day that looked fucking insane. So she's doing something.
SPEAKER_03Because she's she's close to close to the like the bottom end. I mean, obviously she's close, but she's still got 16 points, so there's a bit of a gap in between these two, but like it's just kind of it's just close, that's all.
SPEAKER_00So it's one of those things where unless, like, other than Sarah not competing, but like if Anna, Kerrigan, Patricia, Ashley, if all of them go and knock out a second or third, they're gonna be pretty solidified. And it's literally gonna be a battle of who is taking like that 25th, 24th spot. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. And this is the part I hate because I'm like, I just want everyone, I just want everyone to get on the list that they can, but it's also like genuinely just the reality. Like, they're not like not everyone's gonna get on it, and that's just something, and you never know. Rainier could win another show and be off with her 34 points, you know.
SPEAKER_00So I think it's like Cash could pull Alice and Testu out of his pocket and be like, hey, we're still looking good. Let's go do that one last let's do that one last European show. She wins it and she's it, she's on the list now. So it's like you never know. You never know.
SPEAKER_03And also we could be seeing Nate, because who's who's this girl? I have no idea. Because she went to come up.
SPEAKER_00She just placed, it says. So she's just come up. So interesting. Yeah. Right. I mean, there's still two two Asia shows and one European show, I believe. And then there's six US shows. So left. It's gonna be good. Yeah, left. Oh damn. Not not counting this upcoming weekend, but this upcoming weekend that makes like eight or nine.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03That's come round so quickly. So quickly. Damn. Yeah. Okay. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. I feel like and then they and you've got quite yeah, you've got quite a few shows. It's there's still enough shows left though, but I do agree. I genuinely think like random number, I literally think we're gonna get 51 pros. Yeah, I think so. 51 for sure. Um for Olympia, which I they that that's a good number, if I'm honest. Like it's still high, but that's obviously a lot less than what we previously had, which I do think.
SPEAKER_00It's 20 less, that's a lot.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that was that was exactly what they wanted. They wanted well, they actually had 73 last year, so it's like 20 names less if they get that amount, you know.
SPEAKER_00I think someone was asking about this the other day, and I think you and I kind of talked about it. I think that if they revamp it again for this next year, um, it will end up being something along the lines of a prerequisite of winning one show. And then if you win a second, you're on, but you need to at least win one to start accumulating points. Oh. Do you think that they'll do that? I think so. I think that's that's the route that it'll end up going. Um it makes it so that it's the cream of the crop of having to win a show. Um which when you look at the list this year for statistic purposes, you have all the people that won two shows and then look at all the people with an asterisk next to their name.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00That would put so then all of them would be the one that are in the points. Yeah. I think that that's one way to go. I still like my other way too, where you just like cap it at a certain amount. Yeah. Where you just say, hey, we're only putting 40 people in the Olympia. Um, if you win two shows, you're in. And after that, however many people are left, we're capping it at 40. I think that that's another way to go. But I think leaning to the other one would be a better way to go.
SPEAKER_03Because currently at the moment, the people that have won the on the list that have one win is there's only eight people that haven't won a show.
SPEAKER_00And how many eight that haven't?
SPEAKER_03Haven't won a show.
SPEAKER_00Eight. There's only eight. So that puts us so that puts us at 40 total then. 40 total people that are either on the two win or have won one. So you have 40 qualified for the Olympia right now. So that would be a way to go about it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03That would be interesting. So it's like you have to win a show, which ultimately that's what it was previously before, anyway.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, no, true. That is what it was, but it doesn't allow, but it's the it's still a point system, but you have to win a show. Yeah, yeah. So like getting two show wins automatically puts you in, and then you win one, and then that's the prerequisite to start accumulating points from there.
SPEAKER_03So maybe they make anything and then your points start from there.
SPEAKER_00Yes. So technically on this points list, there'd only be 17 people in the top 25, because only 17 people have won one show. Eight people haven't won yet.
SPEAKER_03But I mean, again, that's the point. Like, that's the point of it. I keep saying, oh, that'd be hard, but like that's the point. I I'm waiting. I know when's the cut-off? The last August 29th. I'm betting on like the 31st of August. I'm gonna say this now. I have no doubt that Tyler Manning's gonna come out with something on the 31st of August. That's the Monday after the cutoff point. I feel like this happened, this happened so many times. So I'm waiting for the hi, it's Tyler Manny here. I've got some breaking news. I know he's coming out with a video on the 31st of August.
SPEAKER_00NPC and IFB pro league vice president.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, there he is. Or like the 1st of September or something like that. They'll make it like 31st of the month. I know something's gonna come out and some it's because they have to do it quickly, because they can't then like let shows.
SPEAKER_00Well, yeah, the very next week is another, is a new system. So exactly.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so they would need to say it straight away to the state.
SPEAKER_00Potentially, potentially a new system.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, they might not change it. Like we're they're we're thinking that they are.
SPEAKER_00I honestly think they will because I think they make it more and more strict until they narrow down a number they're comfortable with.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I think they're happy, they're probably gonna be happier with the amount that are coming to light this season, but I do think that something's gonna happen. We're gonna get the vice president on on call on the Monday or Tuesday. I'm calling it right now.
SPEAKER_00And then you have Jordan Brandon going and winning all the shows in September, and she's retiring anyway. She'll win every single one and block everyone. Block everybody, and she's like, by the way, I'm not even competing next year.
SPEAKER_03So yeah, so but again, I think the because there's not who's competing before the Olympia that's doing the Olympia because there's ultimately quite Jazzy. Yeah, oh yeah, she is Oklahoma, Jazzy, Jordan.
SPEAKER_00Um, we just saw Sally. Um, I think that's about it. That off the top of my head, that's it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so I mean that again, anyone that's missing that is a new pro that is kind of either competing or like thinking about competing, honestly, wait until September. Like, that will be your perfect opportunity to get a win or to get some points in right before the Olympia. Because it's not many.
SPEAKER_02Are you still thinking of hopping into that show before Olympia? No comment.
SPEAKER_03Okay, no comment. I don't know. At this point, I think it it's hard because sometimes you know when you're like, yeah, we have a plan, this is what we're gonna do. Yeah. And I think sometimes that plan changes. And if I'm honest, I'm more leaning towards focusing on just the Olympia at the moment and maybe doing the show after. So I think that would be good, but also we never know, you know.
SPEAKER_00So there's also a good amount of shows for you to go, like, because I know that you're like always you you want to get back to your home. And so there's a good amount of shows post-Olympia that are Europe and Asia too. So you don't need to go too far.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's very true. So we'll see. So okay, to finish this off, we've got questions. Do you questions? So we've got the questions. So you said the first one, I haven't even read these because I literally woke up to these questions.
SPEAKER_00These are the DMs I get from you guys.
SPEAKER_03So okay. So you said, Do you feel some people need to work harder than others to reach the same level? That's actually a very good question. That was a good question.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I like that. Um go ahead.
SPEAKER_03I think yes, because ultimately, I hate to say it, and people uh can think what they think. Genetics do obviously come into play. So some people genetically from a standpoint will have fuller muscle, denser muscle. Like for me, for example, it's easy for me to put on muscle. Like it's never been an issue for me to build muscle, like bringing it down, different story. But like if we need to build, we can build. Like it's not that's not a hard thing for me. And I think that from a genetic standpoint is probably easier for me. Some people find it fucking hard to put on muscle, like really hard to put on a decent amount of muscle. Same with conditioning standpoint, some people Are just more conditioned, like not from I don't know if that's like from a genetic standpoint, but just from their their body in general, they they come in more conditioned and they hardly find it harder to put on more muscle. Like everyone has their thing that is a little bit more easier for them. Now, I'm not saying it's people have to work like ridiculously harder and say, like, oh, my, you know, my struggle is harder than yours, but ultimately there's different ways of some people are gonna have to work harder to get more muscle because of that, you know, that issue, or some people are gonna have to work a little bit harder to get more conditioning. It's just how it is, but I don't think that's in any way, shape, or form a bad thing.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00No, I agree completely. I mean, there's there's different genetic dispositions, right? So I'll tell I have two trains of thought with this where one, some people need to work harder in certain aspects than others, some people can get conditioned way more easily than others. Like Dexter Jackson talked about how all he did was like hop on the bike and cycle, like a stationary bike and do cycling for cardio. And some people need to do two plus hours of cardio to even come in close to his conditioning. Um, so there's that side of things. And then there's also the side of things, and come at me with your pitchforks for this, but when it comes to athleticism and genetics, people are not created equally. Some people need to work their fucking ass off to get to a level that they might not ever even reach, that someone else can reach a lot more simple. Um, think of Michael Phelps, the swimmer, the Olympic swimmer. That man held a national record at 10 years old. Yeah, that's crazy. Like, and you can train your entire life, get to the highest level you possibly can, you will not be as good as him.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So it's like, there's just some people like that. There are just some people that use same bolt in track and field. You can train forever. You were not going to beat him when he was racing. You just won't. Like, no matter how hard you train, no matter what you do, he's gonna be better. So there's just some instances like that when genetics come into play. That doesn't mean that you can't work your ass off and get your pro card, get yourself to the Olympia. There's always opportunities for it, but there can be that one person that they worked hard for what they needed to do, but they just surpassed the normal level of what everyone else works to get to.
SPEAKER_03So and I think at from a and I know like amateurs or pros hearing that must be like, okay, cool, like that's kind of a bit demotivating. But the whole point of bodybuilding isn't to beat someone else, it's to be your best self. And that's something that I think then you then relay back to and remember constantly because I do think that then some people are like, you know, for example, because you know, you got Amy, Laura Lee, Maureen, I want to, I they're my inspiration. I want to look at them, I want to be like them. You could look at them all you want, you will never be like them in terms of how they are structurally, how you know, how fullness, fullness, conditioning, all that type of thing. You might not ever reach that level, but you can use that as motivation to build your glutes and to get your best potential versus being like, I want her glutes. Like it's not, and I think also people do look at motivation in a very different stance now. They're not like, oh, I want Laurelie's glutes. No, I want Laurelie as motivation because she has great glutes to build my glutes. Yes, that's how it should be perceived, if that makes sense. Um because I do think that it's very easy to be like, oh, body goals, I want what she has. Yes, but like genetic standpoints, you're not gonna get that. You know, ultimately you're not.
SPEAKER_00But if you guys want to use somebody's somebody's person as motivation, use who they are as motivation. Look at Phoebe and look at Laura Lee and who they are in this industry and how they impact people as ambassadors and use that as your motivation to be like, that's what I want to be like. It's not a physical representation because you're never gonna have like the glutes of this person because your tie-ins could be different. You're just something is different about you than them. You're not gonna look just like that. Can you have a goal in mind that is get to the Olympia one day? Of course. Like that's motivating, that's inspiration. Um, and if you like to follow Phoebe or like to follow Laurelie because you see all the ambassador stuff they do, the retreats that go on Laurelie's at every single seminar you can imagine, be like, wow, that motivates me. I want to be like that. Develop your physique to be someone one day that's a pro that other people want to emulate so you can then be that person for them. So you can be that person that does the seminars and does all these travels everywhere and represents for people. That's what you should be looking for. Like, that's what you should be looking up to. You shouldn't be looking up to someone and going, God, I want those glutes or I want those delts. Like, you want them for you. You want them in the sense of I want really good glutes and delts like that, but you don't want to look like them. That's the thing. You're not going to look like them. You can look in, like, Laura Lee is Miss Olympia. We don't even know who Miss Olympia is five years from now. Yeah. That can be someone who's an amateur right now. Yeah. And they might be looking at Laura Lee or Amy as their inspiration, and they might not look anything like them when they become a pro in Miss Olympia one day. But that was still their inspiration to get to that point.
SPEAKER_03So Yeah, completely agree. Okay, next question. You said if you could change anything about bodybuilding, what would it be?
SPEAKER_00Ooh.
SPEAKER_03I don't know. That's really awful. That's really yeah, new revival. I needed a I need a second to think about that one because all right, two trains of thought here.
SPEAKER_00First one goes to the amateurs and competitors that want to know what others are doing so that they can do it themselves. It's different for everyone. You're looking at Phil Heath and wondering what PEDs he took coming up. What the fuck does that have to do with you? You want to know what the macros are that Phoebe's eating. What does that have to do with you? You just gonna follow it blindly? Like, don't have that mindset. I would change that. I would change the mindset of people coming up and that are looking for ways to like copy and realize, like, hey, just get a coach or go on YouTube and learn what works best for you and get yourself to a certain point. So that type of mindset.
SPEAKER_03I I agree with that one. I honestly I'm stumped with that question because I kind of and don't get me wrong, I'm not saying bodybuilding is perfect or anything like that, because it's not. And there's always things to change. But I think I'm like, I don't know what I would actually physically change. I mean, I like the process of bodybuilding. I wouldn't change anything about the process of bodybuilding, the sport in general, and what I mean it's hard. Honestly, it's it's hard. Like I wouldn't, I think the one thing I would change is probably the mindset to behind the pressure people put on themselves. But then also I don't think that's a bad thing having pressure, because I do think that pressure is needed in the sport, but when it comes to a body standpoint, because I think when people the difference between, I still get this now with like a lot of my girls in off-season, for example, they don't like posing or they don't like how they look in off-season, but they blind, they kind of like, oh, it's fine because you know it's for a better purpose. I don't like that mindset because your off-season, Kenzie, Kenzie says it best, your off-season body is your normal body. You should like your normal body. You shouldn't just blindly but like blindside it and be like, oh, it's fine because it's just preparing me for stage. No, because what happens if like in a couple years' time where you are just sat and your off-season body, off-season body is just your normal body every day, you're just gonna be happy, you're just gonna accept that you hate your normal body every day. Like, what do what do you what are you talking about? You should enjoy and like what your off-season body looks like. And I think that's something that still is like people like it, but still, still people are like they people love being lean. Still people love being lean. And I get, I do get it. I'm the opposite. Well, I love being full, I love being curvy, I want like fullness to my to my muscle, but I think still people don't 100% always like that as much because they like the definition, the abs. And I don't know if that comes down to again, where you can go back into like societal, like society, like when you're leaner, when you're in more shape, you are more respected, blah, blah, blah. Like all these things. So I don't know if that's the reason why people like it. I would change that. The outview of what leanness means actually means, if that makes sense in bodybuilding. I like that a lot. I like that. So I think that that's that's a hard thing to change, obviously, because I do think that like that's just in in general, like when you think of fitness, for example, like I know full well when I'm leaner and I'm walking around like the mall or like randomly, whatever, or if I'm at like one of my commercial gyms or something like that, someone will come up to me and be like, oh my god, you're so in shape, like you're so strong. And I'm like, you don't even know the half of it where I'm like my weakest I am right now. But but just because I'm leaner and my muscles are showing more, you think I'm like strong. Like I am strong, but like strong bodybuilding is very, very different to what it is now, you know? So um, yeah, I would change that a little bit. So but anything else is pretty is pretty much the same.
SPEAKER_00It's just me and Finlay here. Kerrigan went to Florida already, so I leave to my.
SPEAKER_03Oh no, no, you're good. Okay, well, we'll do we'll do one more question. Um, or the last question.
SPEAKER_00I was gonna I was gonna say uh touching on that very briefly. Um the first person or team or whoever that comes out with a uh or has a coaching opportunity or someone has like a background in psychology and someone becomes a coach for transitioning from bodybuilding into normal life, will make an absolute killing if they're good at it. Oh um, think about so like in the military, we have something called the TAPS program, the transition assistance program. Um, and oh yeah, here's me comparing the military to bodybuilding, guys. I can do it. I was in. Um so um, but it it's real, it's a real thing where you're doing something one way for so long. You know you're being told what to do. Here's your macros, here's this, here's this, here's we're starting prep, here's your reverse plan, here's your health, your we're in health phase now. And then all of a sudden, one day that is done. One day for every single one of you listening, that will be done. You're not gonna compete anymore. And that next day, it's like, I need to transition back into like normality. Now, that doesn't mean like I can't see myself and I don't know how some people do it. Like, I think back 15 years ago, waking up and just having a bowl of cereal for breakfast. I'm not saying transitioning back to that. Like, I can't even picture ever doing that again. But I mean in the sense of being able to not like being able to be more um like just thinking consciously about what you're eating rather than tracking everything, like being able to not have to care how many steps I got this day. If I want to have a lazy day at home, I'm not gonna beat myself up over it. That type of thinking to get back to normality, get back to a normal lifestyle while obviously still taking your care of care of yourself. You're not gonna transition and go order a pizza every night and stop going to the gym. That's that's the basics. But the deeper inner, like the deeper psychology behind that is that people have like an identity crisis when this has been what you have done for so long. And most people aren't a janet where they're gonna be done competing and they're gonna promote a really cool show. They're still gonna be a part of bodybuilding in some way. That's not gonna be most people. And so having something that like transitions you into your next hobby, your next space, like what you want to do after is huge. So someone with a psychology degree wants to come into the bodybuilding space and become that coach for people. I guarantee you that it is needed.
SPEAKER_03It's very true, and I I do think that that that's so cool that you mentioned that because I do think that people don't actually realize how hard it is when you when you actually aren't like not just off season, but when you're actually physically done competing. It will be. Like, yeah, they'll be done with bodybuilding, but like there's still gonna be always something like missing. Like, I even speak to like a lot of my friends that don't compete anymore or like don't do any competing and stuff like that. And they still they still struggle with like setting themselves a goal, but like not taking the goal, not not taking the goal too seriously, but because competing is like it's a serious, it's you take it very seriously, you're making sure that everything is on it. Sometimes they want a goal that's not so aggressive, and they find it hard to not take it aggressive, if that makes sense. Like they they want to lock in and they want to like do this, but they're like, I'm not in that area anymore. Like I don't need to be in that area anymore. So they find it hard to differentiate that. So it's tough.
SPEAKER_00It's one of the tough. It's like those. I've seen like one of those, like, I don't want to call it a meme, but one of those memes where you see um it's like the front yard of someone's house with all the bicycles laying around, and the words on the screen say, uh, one day, you didn't know it then, but one day was the last day you ever went outside to play with your friends. And like that's when you think about like it's the same thing in adulthood. One day you will not get on that stage again. One day you won't even go to a bodybuilding show again. One day you're not even gonna keep up with bodybuilding anymore. One day we're gonna, one day will be our last episode doing this. Like, yeah, there's things, there's things like that where there's like some people like it can be dealt with very well. We'll always stay in touch, we'll always be friends, right? But yeah, there's the deeper meaning behind that of like, this is what you do on a daily basis. This is your schedule. There, there's like mental, like mental things that come up from that. Yeah, there's habits, yeah. Like mentally, I'm waking up knowing that I'm opening up my app to track my meal one. Like you don't need to always live like that. There's gonna be a time where it's okay to just be conscious, like just be health conscious and not necessarily need to track everything. And having those transitions are gonna be very, very good. Um, if there's like someone that coaches it or someone that just like understands that at a deeper level, um, when you have that deeper thinking about that, you're gonna transition out of things a lot better.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I do think that also bodybuilding does help. I personally feel like they do help with just staying overall fit in general. Like all my friends that used to do bodybuilding, they still like track their, like just they're aware that they don't need to track their steps, but they're like, oh, let's go for a walk in the morning. Like they they picked up good habits of like, I want to keep this because this helps me keeping like keeping myself healthy. And like it's kit it's it's like the small disciplines that you people like normal people will just be like, Oh, I don't want to go for a walk. Like, yeah, and you're like, Well, it's a priority for me, like I want to make sure I'm going for a walk for like getting in, just movement and stuff like that, you know? So 100%. Um, okay, what the final one, how come we don't see more people doing just posing or just training? They're always oh, they're always prep coaches too.
SPEAKER_00I mean I think because a big part of it, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I feel like the the transition usually is like a lot of people I don't know, I I don't know. I used to, I when I first started bodybuilding, I went straight into um online coaching. I did online coaching for a very long time. And then I and it wasn't super big or anything like that, but on like I was doing online coaching and posing at the same time. And then there came a point where I was like, cool, which one do I want to choose to do more? Um, and that was posing for me. So I find it I think it's just what people are drawn to. Like people like helping people. And I do feel like online coaching, if you've done a bodybuilding show, I think people think is an easy avenue to go, oh, I I know how to do this, you know, which isn't the case. Educate yourselves more and make sure that you're not like just doing one show and being like, oh, I can be an online coach, because that's not the case. Um, but I feel like it's an easier avenue, I think, for people to be like, oh, I've experienced this. I feel like the knowledge I have from doing a show or a knowledge from getting conditioned can help other people or can you know move forwards from that. I feel I I think that's why people go to coaching, if I'm honest.
SPEAKER_00Um I think there's two reasons, honestly. What three reasons? One, money. Yeah, you need a lot more clients when you're a posing coach or a training uh or a trainer um to equal the same amount of someone paying $400 a month for a prep coach, right? Um, so that's one reason.
SPEAKER_03It's wild that people, some some people that don't have nearly as much experience will charge that much.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Um, second reason is because a lot of people have too much of an ego and too much of a do-it-my mentality or a poaching in a sense mentality than someone like myself or Phoebe. We can stay in our lane. Phoebe's not getting someone in a posing session and going, how much cardio are you doing right now? What are you taking right now? I don't have anyone that I'm training um in person or online where I give a fuck what their coach is having them do with anything. Like on the training side of things, like I literally specify when I when I onboard people, all I care about is you update me on what transitions you're in. Are you going into up off season? Are you in a health phase? Are you post-show at when when's your show date? That's all I care about. I don't care what PEDs you're taking, I don't care if you're how your calories are, I don't care what your coach is doing with any of that. It does not affect my side of things. Um, so a lot of people can't put themselves in the position of not being able to have a say in those things because someone like myself and Phoebe are the extra, right? You're like you get your prep coach. Some prep coaches think they can do it all. They can't. Um, there's going to be specialists out there with training, with posing. Can your prep coach likely do it? Yes, but at the same level of someone who does it 24-7? Likely not. Yeah. So there's that side of things. And a lot of people don't put themselves in the position of only doing training or only doing posing because they want that extra say. Or a big thing with that too is I personally don't, and I tell coaches I work with that I don't like this either. Um, I don't like people using a posing coach or a trainer that is a prep coach, also, because there can be an ulterior motive there. So I never ever allow it.
SPEAKER_03I find a lot of people like um a lot of coaches that I work with as well, they obviously like working with me because I'm not a prep coach because they know, okay, cool. Firstly, she's great at what she does, posing aspect, but I know she's not gonna steal my clients.
SPEAKER_00Like that's yeah, we have no we have no care at all who your coach is, not one bit. I don't care at all. I have a referral list if a if someone asks me for a coach. Like I have people that sign on with me that are like, yeah, I'm self-coach right now, thinking about getting a coach, or uh, I like I swear, 85% of the people I work with eventually get another coach. Like I've had some clients for three years, they've moved on to another prep coach. They keep me around and they ask me who they should go to. That's when I'll be like, oh yeah, if you're you're leaving your coach, here's my referral list. Like, this is why I like this person, this person, this person, and they always pick one of them. Always. Uh, but outside of that, I don't care one bit who you work with. If you come to me and you have a coach, I don't care who they are. It doesn't affect what I do one bit.
SPEAKER_03So and that's how it should be, if I'm honest. Yeah. So I mean, um, and that's pretty much it. So great, great podcast as always. Good ones. Yeah, very good podcast as always. Um, next one, we'll go through a little bit more assessments. Um, I think what we'll try and do to bash out a lot of assessments is like one, we'll just do a ton, hopefully one, and then we can just get rid of all of them. Um, so then we can obviously move on. I think get rid of all the. Yeah, we're just gonna do 30 assessments just straight off the bat. But I think the next one we'll probably will do a large amount of them. So we do apologize if we are taking a long time, but also equally, we are the main part of this podcast is obviously to review shows and like get away.
SPEAKER_00We are the podcast that brings you the show reviews.
SPEAKER_03Yes. Exactly.
SPEAKER_00So if you want to hear an in-depth analysis, you know where to come.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, exactly. And it's coming up to like like we said, it's coming up to the Olympia points, uh the Olympia cutoff point. So it's gonna be this is gonna be this is exciting season right now. So yeah. Right. We will see you in the next one.
SPEAKER_02Thank you so much for not you.
SPEAKER_00That was I was I just realized that I didn't mute it. It was like my instant reaction. He was like, I'm gonna go lay down, I love you.
SPEAKER_03You're like, okay. I was like, okay, bye guys, bye Finley. Yeah, love you guys, bye Finley. Right, we'll see you guys. I love that.
