Welcome to Season 2 of School of Shamanism: Many Paths, One Mountain.
After spending the first season exploring what it means to walk between the visible and invisible worlds, Giada opens the conversation to a wider community of healers, teachers and practitioners from a diverse range of traditions.
In Many Paths, One Mountain, we'll discover the wisdom that connects seemingly different approaches to healing, spirituality and personal transformation. Through honest conversations, we'll uncover the unique gifts each path offers, the truths they share, and why there is no single route to wholeness.
Whether you're just beginning your journey or have been walking your own path for years, this season invites you to listen with curiosity, trust your own inner knowing, and discover the medicine that resonates most deeply with you.
The paths may be different, but the mountain is the same.

About the Host
Originally hailing from the vibrant city of Milan, I’ve spent the past two decades traversing the globe in a quest for spiritual and personal growth and combined with 25 years of international corporate work experience. From navigating the vast landscapes of Australia in a campervan to finding tranquility living in a Buddhist monastery in Nepal, my journey is nothing short of extraordinary. Along the way, I’ve delved deep into Buddhist teachings, yoga, and shamanism, becoming Shamanic Teacher, Forest Therapy Guide, Esoteric Numerologist, Shamanic and Integral Yoga Teacher and Ikigai Coach. In 2013 I settled in Edinburgh, where I founded the Art and Spirituality Centre, a social enterprise and the School of Shamanism, where I passionately help others on their own transformative journeys.

And when you go deep enough into any authentic tradition, you start to find the same things, the same truth, the same medicines, just wrapped in a different language, different practices, different culture. So if you were here with me for season one, Walking Between Worlds, thank you so much, of course, for having been here. We went deep together, we explored what it means to live between two realities, to hold the practical life and soul alive at the same time, to navigate the visible and invisible. We talked about fear, guilt, relationships, intuition, dreams, death, the body, and it was also a personal journey, of course, and all the people that were part of that, sharing what they have experienced and all that they went through. And now I want to open the conversation up because, as much as I love sharing my own perspective, I'm also curious about others, about how different people from different traditions find their way uh to the same place. And that's what the season two is about. Many paths, one mountain. What does it mean? Um, many paths, one mountain. It's an old it's an old idea, really. The image of a mountain with many trails leading to the summit. Each path looks different, each has its own terrain, its own challenges, its own beauty, but they all lead to the same place: healing, transformation, wholeness, connection to something greater than ourselves. And I've spent most of my life walking the shamanic path, but not only that, through the Japanese and the Tolic traditions, and also 20 years of practice through other different things, different waves, yoga, numerology, energy healing, uh, forest therapy, kigai coaching, uh, meditation, creativity, and spiritual practice, uh, somatic work as well, uh, ancestral uh traditions. And when you go deep enough into any authentic tradition, you start to find the same things, the same truth, the same medicines, just uh wrapped in a different language, different practices, different cultural containers. But we are all uh working with energy, even if we call it in different names, we are all addressing uh what's out of balance, we are all trying to reconnect people to themselves, to teach uh um each other what we have learned along the way, and the past looks different, but the mountain is the same. Um, so why um am I doing this season? Partially, I think it's curiosity because I really genuinely want to learn from other people. I want to sit with practitioners from other traditions and understand how they see the world, how they work, what they have discovered. And every conversation is a chance to expand my own understanding. Uh, partially it's service because I know that many of you listening are exploring different paths. Maybe you're drawn to shamanism, but also curious about somatic work, for example. Maybe you are practicing yoga, but feeling called to something more earth-based. Um, or maybe you're not sure about which path is yours, and you would just want to hear what's what's out there. So this season is for you. It's a chance to hear directly from people who have dedicated their lives to different forms of healing and transformation to get a taste of what each path offers, to find something that is mirroring you back or not, and trust your own inner knowing about where you belong. And also partially this connection. I believe we are stronger together. The different healing traditions aren't in competitions, they are all we are all working towards the same thing. When we can learn from each other, just respect each other, collaborate, we are all feeling better. The people uh we serve just get better care. So this season is also about building bridges, not just between the visible and invisible world, like season one, but between different paths, different practitioners, different ways of walking towards the summit. Um, so what can you expect from this season's conversations, real ones, as usual, as it's been in season one? I'll be talking with healers, teachers, practitioners from a range of traditions and practices. Uh, maybe some you may have heard of, some might be new to you, and each one brings their own past, their own story, their own medicine. Um, we'll go through questions like how did you find your past? What called you to do this work? What does healing actually mean in your tradition? And how does transformation happen? What are the core practices? What do people experience when they work with you? What do they what do you see? Uh the overlaps from other traditions, what are the differences and what does the world need right now? What medicine are you offering in these times? And of course, everything will flow because we don't predecide questions in advance, even if sometimes I've been asked, can you let me know some questions in advance? Yes, I did that, but then I always change them. I always say, be prepared when we sit down together, I'll just be inspired by your words and change the conversation. So the mountain has many paths for a reason, and this is something uh that uh uh still has not unfolded because I haven't recorded only a couple of conversations, all the others will unfold uh the way we are uh moving uh uh forward, the way we are uh uh going uh towards uh what is expecting, and so also you that you are listening. If you think that this is for you, this is calling you, it doesn't mean necessarily that it has to be a spiritual practice, because many paths can be. I learned uh, I have to say that the way of healing also when I was in the corporate life, because each way teaches teaches you something. So if you think that you've got something to share, just uh comment below, just uh drop me an email info at the schoolofshamanism.co.uk and just let me know, and you can come on uh on a podcast uh together and we can have a conversation that actually will be really natural and really beautiful. And I'm open to welcome uh uh whoever feels uh called uh to share their own life experience. Even if you think I don't have anything to say, you have you have lived till this point, so you've got a lot to share.
