Sometime, the best teachers are our own kids 🤔

It's true, there have been many moments in my parenting life when my own children have held the mirror up so I can see them more clearly.🌿

Times when I have been totally disconnected and only focusing on my needs.

This is just a small chat on some of these moments, to remind us all, that we are not perfect, or always right, just human and have space to learn from our own.
