Gunsmoke: The Juniper Tree – Justice Where Guns Can't Reach

When soft-spoken horse rancher Jim Stanley is framed by the ruthless gambler Mingo and his scheming dance-hall girl Dixie, Marshal Matt Dillon faces a challenge that no six-shooter can solve. Bought witnesses and a corrupt legal system are stacked against an innocent man, and Dillon must find a way to fight back using every tool at his disposal — including a creative wielding of obscure law books to pressure reluctant witnesses into telling the truth. 

But when Dixie slips Jim hacksaw blades and convinces him to escape, the situation takes a desperate turn. "The Juniper Tree" is old-time radio storytelling at its finest, rich with moral complexity, sharp dialogue, and characters who stay with you long after the credits roll.
