In this episode, we'll explore how your thoughts shape your reality and how positive thinking helps your reticular activating system, your mind's internal filter, to help you notice more of the beauty, opportunities, and goodness that already surrounds you. For the best results, find a quiet space where you can relax completely, somewhere you won't be interrupted. Allow yourself to settle in, close your eyes, and simply let go. Enjoy. Let's begin by taking in a slow, gentle breath, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax, just letting go, feeling so calm, so peaceful, so relaxed. And now I invite you to settle gently into this moment. With each breath, imagine a warm golden light traveling through your body. Imagine the light relaxing your feet now, moving up into your ankles, releasing any tension, helping you relax deeper and deeper. The warm light rises into your calves, melting any tension, flowing into your knees, soothing, softening, flowing into your thighs, becoming heavy, warm, relaxed. Now the light is flowing into your hips, lower back, releasing all of the stress, all of the burdens, and you allow yourself to relax even more, going deeper and deeper, and the relaxation flows into your stomach, softening, relaxing as it flows into your chest, expanding gently with each peaceful breath. Your shoulders drop and release. Warmth flows down into your arms, relaxing your hands, feeling so calm, so peaceful, so relaxed, and the warm light moves up into your neck, your jaw relaxing the tiny muscles of your face, your eyes, your forehead, even the space between your eyebrows smooth and softened. Your whole body now feels supported as if wrapped in gentle cosmic light. Before we go deeper, surround yourself in a beautiful sphere of light, a radiant shield of love, guidance and protection. This light keeps you safe, centered, grounded, allowing only what is for your highest good to enter this experience. Your subconscious mind hears this and accepts it fully. In a moment I am going to guide you deeper, relaxing deeper and deeper. Imagine you are standing on a peaceful beach at sunrise, the sky painted in soft pinks and golds the ocean calm and rhythmic. Feel the warm sand beneath your feet, warm, soft, grounding. Each step you take helps you to drift deeper, deeper into peace, deeper into the vast wisdom of your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is powerful. It listens, absorbs, and responds to suggestions. It shapes your perception, your patterns, your habits. It creates the lens through which you experience your life. And right now you are opening that lens, aligning it with positivity, love and light. As you walk along the beach now with every step you sink one level deeper, stepping into the soft sand and relaxing deeper and deeper. The sounds of the waves calm your mind, drifting inward, going even deeper, opening the subconscious mind, deeply connected, peaceful open. Allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper. In this peaceful state, your mind becomes receptive, open, expansive, and now your particular activating system, your RAS, the filter in your brain that determines what you notice, what you focus on, what becomes real for you. The RAS is the guardian of your perception. Its purpose is to filter millions of bits of information every second, showing you only what it believes is important for you. And here is the beautiful truth. Positive thinking programs the RAS to notice more positivity, more opportunities, more beauty, more alignment, more reasons to feel grateful, supported, inspired. When you choose positive thoughts, your brain becomes trained to find matching experiences in your world. You think differently, you notice differently, you live differently, and today you are priming your subconscious mind and your RAS to create a life aligned with light and love. As you hear these affirmations, imagine them imprinting like soft ripples of light upon your mind. Let each word become a seed planted deep in the subconscious. If it helps imagine gently nodding your head yes internally as if signaling your mind Yes I receive this. Yes this is mine. Let each affirmation move through you and become a part of you. I naturally see the good in myself and in my life. My mind chooses thoughts that uplift and support me. Positive energy flows through me with ease. I am open to seeing beauty and possibility everywhere. My RAS is guided towards positivity, joy, and clarity. Good things come to me effortlessly and often. I trust the goodness of life and my path. Positive opportunities reveal themselves to me constantly. I am aligned with clarity, purpose, and abundance. I choose thoughts that make my soul feel light and free. Feeling calm, peaceful and relaxed, let these affirmations settle into the deepest part of your mind. Imagine yourself tomorrow naturally noticing more positive thoughts, feeling lighter, clearer. Your RAS fully aligned with optimism and truth. See yourself choosing empowering thoughts, see yourself speaking with compassion. See yourself feeling in control of your inner world.
