I just know that someone out there needs to hear this video, ASAP, because this training will literally save your business and will completely rewire your mindset. I just know that one person today needs to hear this, and everything in your business will literally shift as soon as you apply this. And it's insane how it's such a small thing, yet we downplay it so much. Yet we neglected so much, right? I just did the math and I just realized that my $11 offer initially that I've launched October 14th, 2025, my micro offer $11, my first ever micro offer, my baby, has generated me over $36,000 in sales. Can you believe it? And the question I get asked the most by everyone is how did you do it? How did you pull it off? What strategy? What framework did you use? And I've had other micro offers which also generated me multi five figures as well. Had dream clients signing up directly from those offers alone. People constantly ask, like, whoa, like you must have like a really good sales system. Of course I do. Of course I have a great sales system at the back. Of course, I have frameworks that's designed to do the converting for me. Of course, I have messaging that's designed to target their subconscious buying triggers and get them from being cold to sold within seconds of listening to my audio. But there's also one thing that not a lot of people talk about. And there's also one thing that I have not mentioned yet that is entirely responsible for how fast it scaled. And it's the fact I did not care about the number at all. When I launched Magnetize and Scale, I had completely detached myself from the entire external circumstances, the entire external results. I didn't care about how much money I'm going to generate. I don't care how many people are going to come into this offer. In fact, I did not care about any of that. I solely had the intention of launching this offer just to help someone. Like literally just to shift the perspective of someone and just to make sure that I'm able to, even if it's one woman, make her feel so seen and understood and literally change the entire trajectory of her business. When I launched Magnetized and Skill, I saw a gap in the market. I was constantly, you know, investing in coaching programs. And these coaching programs were very male-dominated. It was very male-dominated in a sense where they used a lot of masculine sales tactics. They used a lot of FOMO, a lot of like hard selling. And me as someone who's super empathetic and someone who is super soft-spoken, and I don't speak in a tone where it's like very forced, right? I never aligned with it. And I found like, hey, like, you know, we're constantly taught these like very pushy, very masculine sales tactics. But as women, we don't buy through pain. Sure, this works on men, sure. This is proven to work for years and years in B2B or whatever you're selling. But truthfully, now it's 2026. Women do not buy when you push her back to the bushes when she's already feeling insecure or when she's already in some sort of pain. She buys when she feels activated. She buys when you call her out in terms of her potential. She buys when you highlight her desire. She buys through identity. And that's what the market fails to highlight on. We're so focused on pain point. We're so focused on just pushing that we neglect that, hey, like actually, women buy what we're actually selling to their subconscious. So I was like, oh my gosh, like, why do I not just create an entire program around this? I don't care about how many people are gonna sign up. I don't care if I'm in my sales or not, but I just want to make sure that I can shift something in this industry and I can trailblaze and I can make women come to a realization that it doesn't only have to be the only way to scale their business. You can scale your business through leveraging your feminine side. You can scale your business through leveraging your empathetic side. You don't have to constantly be on sales calls in order to convert high-ticket clients. You can do it directly from your messaging, your content, your stories. The possibilities are endless. That was my sole intention. And I did it. Now we have almost 70 members inside of the community. Now it's generating me multi-five figures in sales, and it's still generating me stacked MRR. Like I still have people signing up to this offer, even when I'm not actively promoting it. And I really wanted to record this podcast episode because I was talking to one of my clients the other day, and this really gave my client a huge epiphany, and it gave her such a breakthrough moment. My client had one of her highest cash months during the month of December. She was doing super well. Clients came to her, she was basically cashing out sales effortlessly, and everything was going well. She was like, Yes, like I'm so excited. December is my month. I'm gonna enter 2026 with a bang. Let's freaking go. January comes around, February comes around, March comes around, and April, now it's April other than recording this, comes around. She's like, wait, hold on a second. Like, I just don't get why I'm not seeing the same results as I was seeing in December when people came to me, when my content was literally so magnetic, you know, when I didn't have to constantly be sending a bunch of cold outreaches in order to get a client interested. I don't get it. You know, I'm posting content, you know, I'm um staying consistent, right? I'm investing in myself, but I just don't get why exactly I'm staying stagnant. So I kind of dug deeper because I knew this was not a messaging thing. I knew this was not a branding thing. My client is a genius at what she's doing, she's incredible in her body of work. I knew it was nothing to do with the strategy. So we dove deeper, really peeling back beneath all those layers of like, okay, what is actually going wrong here? Lo and behold, it had nothing to do with actual strategy. It had nothing to do with messaging or her content or anything like that. She did not need to work harder in order to see the results. It was simply because she was so attached to the external outcome. Back in December, she had one of her best months ever. She was on a high, she was on Cloud9, results came to her effortlessly. And she was trying so hard. And I want you to put a finger down if you've tried this before and you've tried doing this before, you try so hard to match the results that you've had previously in your highest cash month. That all you do, every single content you put out, every time you talk to a potential client, all you think about is matching back to the standard that you had in your highest cash month in the past. Because that's exactly what she did. Every content she posts, she had the intention of I need to make as much as I did in December. Every time she talked to someone, I need to make this sale because I need to match up to what I saw in December. I need to have high cash months just like I did then. What happens when you start posting, putting content out there, launching, talking to clients because you want to do it for yourself, because you're so caught up with the external circumstances, because you're trying to get to 10K a month, 20K a month, you repel it away because you're so attached to the external outcome, you end up pushing away further, right? I want you to ask this question, right? Do you make sales when you do this for yourself, for your own benefit, for the sake of you hitting 10K months consistently? Or do you make sales when you genuinely have the passion and the fuel and the fire to help other people in the industry to create a mass impact, to have your body of work change the lives of so many women when you genuinely want to serve, when you genuinely want to see someone tell you, hey, whatever your name is, Kelly, Sarah, Ella, because of you, because I've worked with you, you have literally changed not only my entire business, but also my entire life. Who do you think is going to sell? Who do you think is going to effortlessly hit their highest cash funds? Of course, the person who's trying to serve, of course, the person who is detaching themselves away from the external results, the one who genuinely has this burning passion of creating an impact, of doing this more than just the money. Because if you're just doing this for the money, straight up I'll tell you you're never going to see that. Because you're just doing it straight because of the money. Because you're so attached to that number. Right? It's very similar to when you are having a breakup with, let's say, a boyfriend, right? When we get so attached to him, we end up not getting a reply back. Right? We realize whenever it comes to breakup, as soon as we stop getting attached, we stop thinking about him, we stop crying about him, we stop sleeping in bed, recalling all the old memories that you guys have together, and you start finally moving on, you start finally finding yourself and you find peace again. That is when he starts reaching out to you again. Same thing happens when it comes to your business. Right? At the end of the day, if you're so focused on chasing that number, you are never going to get to that number. And that was when the epiphany hit. And I told her, I was like, every single product that I've launched, yes, I have strategy, yes, I have frameworks I followed. But it was never because of the intention of, oh, I need to hit 20K months or I need to hit this certain income goal. It was like, how can I make sure that I deliver the best experience possible that this literally changes their entire life? That one day they'll come to me and they'll tell me, Kelly, your $11 offer is the reason why my business took a complete pivot. I started signing in my dream clients, I started speaking on stages, I start effortlessly hitting my highest cash months. My intention is to make sure that they walk out of the experience feeling as if they walked out of a $5,000 mastermind. As if it's the best investment that they've made in their business, as if they felt as if this experience was designed specifically for them. That is literally my intention with every single one of the content I post, the stories I post, the emails that I send, the things I launch, even if you're a client of mine. Okay, that's why I have a high resign rate. That's why clients buy one offer, buy the next, upsell themselves into my next offer. I have mastered the art of detachment. And you really need to detach yourself away from the situation, but also learning to understand when you are starting to attach yourself to that, learning to understand your patterns, learning to unlearn those patterns and shifting a new belief system. That is when your business is going to start to shift, right? Hopefully, this makes sense. And thank you so much for listening to my rant. And hopefully this gave you some sort of epiphany because I see so many incredibly talented women who are so genius at what they do, who are so brilliant in their body of work, get so caught up with the external results that they don't end up seeing those external results. If you truly want to scale your business, you have to want this more than the money. You have to want this more than what you see on your stripe. If it's not that, there may be misalignment. If it's not that, then chances are you may need to pivot. But it has to come from I'm waking up every single day because I'm so passionate about what I'm doing. I cannot shut up about my work, and I cannot shut up about how my work is going to change so many lives. Right? That is the most important thing. Hopefully, this training is super, super impactful.
