Reality isn't something you create out there. It's a projection of your inner alignment. Stop trying to manifest externally. Stop visualizing. Stop forcing good vibrations. That's still you negotiating with the outside world. The ones who see miracles every single day? They live in alignment. Not alignment so that something happens. Just alignment. Period. Your emotions aren't problems to fix—they're notifications of how aligned you are right now. That person feels off? You're not in alignment with them. That opportunity feels good? You're in alignment. Everything is feedback. Everything is an omen. Daryl followed a pull to sing karaoke. Met someone who changed his life. Explored buying a business that didn't work out, but met an investor and built relationships he never would have found logically. Why? Because he didn't know. He just followed the peace. And miracles stacked. That's your life too when you embrace "I don't know" and live in alignment. You are the creator. Not because you're out there pushing. Because your alignment automatically creates the reflections you experience.

Welcome to Teachings from the Masters with Daryl Sean Price. Okay, thank you for being here today. I really, really, really want to talk to you about how you create reality. And I want to put a little caveat on that because I know there's a lot of people out there talking about how you create reality and you know what you put out, you get back, and the laws of karma and things like that, and that's fine. But there's a deeper truth behind that. You create reality because what you experience as reality that your mind thinks is reality is just a projection of your alignment. And that's it. And I know you've heard me say that before, and like, okay, yeah, same message. No, no, no. I want you to really think about that. If reality is just a projection of your inner alignment, why are you ever putting anything into creating externally rather than being in alignment, rather than being at peace, rather than making sure your spirit, your heart, your mind, and your body are in sync no matter what? Because the reality is this. If everything out there is a projection, all you do is the inner work. I want to repeat that. If everything outside of you is a projection, all you do is the inner work, and you will have your happiest life. And you deserve your happiest life. So let's kind of debunk some of the old ways of thinking. So manifestation is not bringing something to you from external to meet you. It is not creating something out of the matter that exists outside of you. It is not arranging outside circumstances to meet you. All manifestation is, is you living in alignment no matter what is happening out there. Let's talk about that no matter what is happening out there, thing. Because that is really where the power comes in. And I've worked with a lot of people who go through the same process, you know, they'll probably start with the idea of, oh, I just need to think happy thoughts all the time, and I need to be in good vibrations all the time, and I need to feel good. And when I feel good, then things will happen. So they're so focused on all the thoughts, all the emotions, all the things that happen and not responding to them. It's really still an interchange with the external. And then maybe they get to that next level where, okay, well, now they're visualizing and they're and they stay in that vibration as long as they can visualize and they can imagine and they can just ignore the rest of the world, it'll happen. Again, there's still this expectation of me do this, I get that. I'm living in alignment so that this can happen. But the ones who see the miracles, those who have miracles happen every day of their life, at every moment, are the ones who just live in alignment. Not live in alignment so that I can have this experience. Okay, so let's talk about it. Then what's the point of having the experiences at all? The experiences are the feedback. Something happens. You meet someone, it feels good. Oh wow, this feels good. This feels like peace. I'm gonna keep interacting with that person. That doesn't mean anything. That doesn't mean that, oh, that's your person, that's your significant other. That doesn't mean that this person's gonna be this specific role for you. That just means this experience is in alignment. This is a projection that is showing you you in alignment are projecting this currently. It's just feedback. And in fact, anything besides inner alignment of spirit, heart, mind, body is just feedback on how aligned you are. And you know, to kind of spread that idea a little bit further, a lot of times I talk about how everything in your life is an omen. When I say an omen, it's a sign, it's a signal, it's a symbol, whatever you want to call it. But it's meant to tell you, are you currently with what you're thinking, doing, experiencing, feeling in alignment or not? And if whatever you're currently thinking about, speaking about, experiencing feels like peace, okay, in alignment. If it doesn't, oh, you're not. Now, I work with a lot of people who come from a lot of pain. They've been lost, they've been confused, they've been stuck, they felt like they've done all the work and could not make it. Here's the one thing that I tell them to do, especially when they get in that really lost, stuck, confused mode. Go hit that reset button. Go back inside, get into alignment. No matter what's happening outside of you, don't pay attention to it anymore. Stop. You're so stuck in this loop with responding to and reacting to the external world that you're not internally aligned. That's all you gotta do. Get into internal alignment. So, what does that look like? Let's break it down. First, you calm your body. Your body is the part of you that interacts with the feedback, with the external circumstances. That's how you see and taste and smell and touch and everything that you do physically is with your body in some way. So calm your body. Get it to the point where the nervous system isn't overactive, where you're not reacting to the experiences you're having. But your body is just at peace in this moment. Take some deep breaths, in through the nose, out through the mouth. Breathe in shorter than the amount of time you breathe out. You're telling your body you're safe. It's okay to be calm. Then your mind. The mind is the tricky player in this one. So we love, love, love to respond to our thoughts. And in fact, anything you're experiencing probably doesn't last as long as your mind makes it last. Oh, that person said that thing to me. Oh my gosh, they said I was being selfish. Well, am I selfish? What did I do that made them think I was selfish? I'm not a selfish person. I don't think I'm a selfish person. The thoughts, the thoughts, the thoughts, the thoughts. All they did was say a word. It's your thoughts that took it and ran with it. And it's your thoughts that give meaning to everything. But here's the kicker. Your mind is not an objective observer. Your mind is a biased narrator that is narrating based on your current beliefs that are upholding the current identity you have. So if you're trying to step into a new belief, a new identity, and shift who you are, yeah, your mind kind of fights you on that. This is why we don't listen to the thoughts. This is why the thoughts don't drive the bus. We're aware of them. So as you're getting into alignment, you give your mind one role. Watch and observe the feedback. I want you to use some powerful words here. First phrase I want you to use, one of the most powerful phrases I use to stay in alignment in my life is I don't know. And I know you're gonna say, well, that's not powerful. That's frustrating. I want to know. No, your mind wants to know. You don't need to know. You're a creator. You don't need to know what the creation is going to feel like after you've created it because you haven't created it yet. Go ahead and create it, then experience it. And then let the mind get some input. You don't know. You're in alignment. You will be led on the easiest path to your happiest life. Well, what does that step look like? I don't know. And what does the step after that look like? I don't know. And where does it end me on this Friday? I don't know. And it doesn't matter. You know, I've had some interesting conversations with people I've met ever since I moved here to Maine. And of course, it's the typical conversation you would expect, like, oh hi, my name is this and my name is that. And what do you do? Really, if I'm being 100% honest, it would be, I don't know. Whatever feels like peace right now. And those conversations have come up over and over again. And people are like, well, what do you mean? Like, what do you actually do? Well, right now, I'm sitting here doing this because it feels like peace. Right now, I'm recording a podcast because it feels like peace. Well, yeah, but that's not your title and that's not your role, and that's not your job. No. I'm not defined by any of those. I follow the peace because I am very comfortable with I don't know. I don't know if what I do today is what I'm gonna do tomorrow. I don't know if I will ever record another podcast again. My mind says, oh, of course you will. You've been doing this now for this many years, and you're gonna be consistent, and we have to be consistent, or else like, I don't know. If it feels out of alignment to record another podcast, I won't. If it feels in alignment to record another podcast, I will. There is a relief that you will feel from all the anxiety, from all the pressure, from all of the other things that you think you have to take care of and control the moment you embrace how powerful the phrase, I don't know, is. If I feel this and those things are happening, then I am either in alignment or not in alignment because of the way I feel. Okay, these things that are happening are in alignment because it felt like peace. Oh, that didn't feel like peace, they're not in alignment. And then you watch the emotion. Oh, it's fear. Okay, that's great feedback. So I feel fear when this happens. Got it. Let me just let that fear play out. And when it's done, ask myself what feels like peace. Now you're starting to live in alignment because everything goes back internal and everything goes to that same filter. And I want you to be aware of this. Your emotions, by the way, are not things to be dealt with, they're just notifications of how aligned you are in this experience. You're meeting with someone, you're hanging out, you're having a good time, oh, starting to feel really weird. Oh, you're not in alignment in this experience. Okay. And you don't have to rush to fix it. Great, I gotta go get an alignment so I can either have this experience or I gotta run away from it. No, you go back internal. Okay, let me get myself in alignment. Now that I'm in alignment and I feel at peace, does it feel like peace to stay here with this person? No, okay, well, I'm leaving. Hey, it was nice to meet you. I gotta go. Bye. Well, does it feel like peace to stay with this person? Yeah, it does. Okay, I must have had some old programming that was putting old me stuff and beliefs onto this experience. Let me approach it with a blank slate and just be here with this person as they are without any expectations. Because I don't know. And really, it's the meanings that you give based on the narrator of your mind that is not unbiased, the narrator of your mind that is a 100% biased narrator of what your current beliefs are that support your current identity, that actually make things more complicated than they are. Everything is an omen of how aligned you are right now. Anything beyond that is your biased narrator mind trying to defend current beliefs to uphold current identity, telling you what something means. That person said this, it must mean that, it must mean I have to do this to fix that to have this result. Within the current beliefs, you probably do, if that's what you're trying to maintain. But something magical happens when you don't know anything, but I'm having this experience right now. It feels in alignment or it doesn't. And your focus is on living in alignment. Because now you're not negotiating with the outside world to create. You're creating from within. Now you're not out there trying to attract things to you that you want, because it's already here. Now you're not out there trying to force yourself into good vibrations all the time because you're allowing yourself to experience whatever you're experiencing as the feedback of how aligned you truly are. I'm going to give you some experiences from my life recently that show how this worked. So we got here to Maine, and this was a move that didn't have a lot of planning. It just felt good. Things fell into place, it flowed naturally, it felt like the right thing to do, so we're here. Beautiful, beautiful property. This is my yard, by the way. Well, part of my yard. You've seen other pieces of it in other episodes. So we're here in Maine, and I felt this pool to go see karaoke. Now we're not here to do anything with karaoke. We were here, logically, to help one of my roommates and friends start a daycare business. And another one to start a game development business. But as soon as we got here, I just had this pool. I got to go see karaoke. I gotta go see karaoke. And of course, my mind is like, well, that's a waste of time, and you shouldn't do that, and you need to be more productive, and that. Why would you do that? And hanging out at a bar is not really a great place. But I didn't listen to my mind. Like, okay, I hear you, narrator. Those old beliefs are all there trying to say, what does this mean? Is it me trying to be lazy and avoid work? Is it me trying to get something out of a situation? Is it me? It doesn't matter. I quieted the mind and said, hmm, feels like peace to go seeing karaoke. I'm gonna do it. We found one place nearby that has karaoke. It was a pretty good experience. Then a couple weeks later, felt the same prompt. Go see karaoke again. Walk into the same place because couldn't find any other. I wanted to see if I could get a new experience, and I looked around and it wasn't there, but it felt good. We went. Actually, I should say I went. That time I went by myself. Met somebody who has already added so much bliss and magic to my life that I wouldn't have met had I not gone that night. Started to talk to the owners of the business, have been in negotiations with possibly buying their business. Which again, nothing that I had planned. But had I not been there, wouldn't have met this person, wouldn't have been in those negotiations. But now let's keep going further. Because you know what your mind has, right? Oh, well, you met that person, they must be very significant to you. There, you've got to now define what that is and who are they and what are the expectations. Nope. I'm enjoying this person's company every moment I get. And we live so far away, that's not as frequent as probably either of us would like. But who cares? It's about the experience for what it is. Now, what about buying the business? We're not gonna buy the business. We did all the exploration for it, and in exploring how to buy that business, got somebody here who was potentially going to be an investor that is now a trusted contact that's providing us resources for other things that we are doing that we wouldn't have met otherwise. And going back to go and look at the business with my partners that one more time solidified those relationships. Now let's take the logic of this. You go in and you see that notification, and it feels good to say, hey, go ask them about buying this business. Well, your mind says, okay, well, if you don't actually buy the business, you didn't succeed, and that was a waste of time. No, it wasn't. I met a very important person to my life right now that has given me a chance to have experiences that feel very aligned with who I am that I wouldn't have had otherwise. I've met other people that are providing resources that there's no way we would have found logically trying to search for them if we hadn't stepped into that experience. And it all started with, I want to sing karaoke. Why? I don't know. Feels good, feels like the right thing to do. Okay. And now opportunities, and now relationships, and now more and more is happening so that my happiest life is being created without resistance. Not because I figured out some secret, not because I am out there trying to push and manifest and visualize every day, but because I chose to live in alignment. Chose to embrace that I am the master and create everything in my life. And the philosophy that the master does nothing. Yet through the master, nothing is left undone. And we can dig even deeper in that story and say, well, yeah, but you have a history of singing and you've done karaoke before, so it's the easy way the universe could get you in the right place. Well, yeah, of course it is. Will I ever be prompted to go sing karaoke again? I don't know. Maybe I never will. Maybe I will tomorrow. Doesn't matter. So, yes, you will lead yourself on what is the easiest path to your happiest life when all you do is live in alignment. That's it. When you are living in alignment internally, things will happen that make no sense. The miracles will stack and stack and stack that take you on the easiest path to your happiest life. And it's not the path that your brain figures out because it's gonna go, what the heck? That doesn't make any sense. I there's no way my brain could have figured out. Go see karaoke, meet someone who's gonna be a great, wonderful personal friend of yours, go and try to buy a business, but then fail at it, and then you'll meet all these other people. No. But I was living in alignment and I followed the piece. So I was in the right place at the right time that was the easiest for me to naturally stay in alignment and therefore have my entire physical reality match that. And because everything outside of me is a projection, it did it in the way that was easiest for me, where I got to have the most fun along the way. That's the same for you. You are the creator. You are the creator. Not because you're out there changing the external world, but because your level of alignment automatically creates the reflections and projections that you get to experience in everything. Because there's nothing greater than the power of you. When you live in alignment, you will naturally create all the circumstances that will lead you on the easiest path to your happiest life. So embrace that phrase of, I don't know. I don't know why this is happening. Doesn't matter. I don't know why that bird came and made noise in the middle of our video here. It doesn't matter. Stay in alignment and follow the peace and embrace the I don't know for everything else so that you can be led in the easiest way possible. Thank you guys. See you next time.
