SPEAKER_00

Hey Craig. Let's get into some coffee talk. Hey, I love it. I love doing some coffee talk. Uh you know, talk about what? Dogs, daughters, whatever. It's coffee talk. Coffee talk. Look at the mindset.

SPEAKER_01

Micro mindset, resets, micro, mindset, resets. So here we are in Craig's corner, and it's like my coffee's cold, Mr. Jason. Are we recording, Mr. Craig? Oh yeah. We're just we're just can you hear my chair when it's weakling? Yeah, it doesn't sound sounds like you're at the no-tel motel.

SPEAKER_03

No, no, I am not, Mr. Craig. Okay, good. Are you out of time?

SPEAKER_04

Do you see that? So this is my new back. I'm trying to trying to.

SPEAKER_01

I can see the license plate. That's it. Yeah. There's something above your who's that? Is that striper up there? I can't see it. No, that's ET.

SPEAKER_03

There's barely anything in the background. Oh, I see. It is ET. I may work on this. Yeah. Looks like he's phoning home. I you know what he tends to do that.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Reese's.

SPEAKER_03

Yep. So the daily mindset reset.

SPEAKER_04

Now Craig's crazy uh coronary corner.

SPEAKER_01

Only when monster is involved. So the mind is a very powerful machine. It's a very powerful machine. And all of the little all of the little things that we do, just the little details, all add up to push us in a direction one way or the other. Like those little microtransactions that we have, whether it's with our loved ones or it's or it's with the team, it's um, you know, uh managing the emotions because sometimes they get the best of us, especially if it involves technology with me. But being aware of how those things are handled, and then reactions to things is really important because you can check yourself on those on all of those interactions, and those interactions that you have are going to have an impact on future interactions, right? And believe it or not, everything that you do in your agency, everything you do, everything you say, and everything you do can be held against you in a court of law. Now, everything that you do is seen, right? You're under you're in a fish tank when you're the owner. They're all looking at you, whether they act like they're looking at you or not, that they're watching what you do and the behaviors that you engage in. So if you come in and you're always blowing up and complaining about the the carrier that you're with or or whatever, or you complain about rates, like that's gonna roll down, and and that's gonna become the way that they think, right? If if these uh all these customers are terrible, all they do is complain. Guess what? Now you're training yourself. You're training you're training yourself and you're training your team to think that way. And yeah, maybe they do, but it doesn't do any good to shine the shine the spotlight on it and and just focus on that. Focus on the opportunities. If they're all upset, maybe something isn't being done well by the service team. Maybe there's an opportunity to improve, maybe there's there's something that can be done that can create a positive outcome. Because running in that negative tank there is not going to get you to the results.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_03

Love it. You're so deep, Mr. Craig. We how'd you get so deep today? That hurt my that hurt my brain.

SPEAKER_01

What do you think of that? Those handling those microtransactions, Mr.

unknown

Mr.

SPEAKER_04

Jason. No, it's it's so true. I what was it? The every once in a while I'll get in this mode and I'll catch myself where it's like all I can see is the negative. Oh, this look at this and this. And I almost have like I almost have like a permanent scowl on my face. And uh all I'm thinking about is the negative.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

But it's like it's like addicting, you know what I mean? And it's kind of like when we when we start, it is addicting. Like whatever you do, it's if you start thinking about like that's why what was it? Tony Robbins has that three to thrive morning where it's like three things that he's grateful for, or three whatever. Yeah, but he like trains his mind to think in that fashion, like put yourself in that spot where you were super excited about something, or like when your business was doing well, or or like the time that your son was born, or or whatever it may be. And it just gets it gets the bowl, the the bowl, the ball rolling in that direction, right? Yeah. But it's key because I I catch myself doing that, and it's kind of like, yeah, like the technology thing or or whatever, but we just start getting on this oh, that sucks. Oh, this, oh, this, and then then the next thing you know, you're not even something good can happen, but it's just gonna fly by you because you're looking at the negative thing. Yeah, so yeah, micro, the micro transact, even the way you have your face, like I've noticed. Like I've noticed that if I kind of have a scowly kind of look on my face, it takes a lot of energy. But if I like consciously like kind of smile, I'm like happier. So weird.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Every little thing affects it.

SPEAKER_04

It does.

SPEAKER_01

So now I'm gonna every little thing you do is magic, Mr. Jason.

SPEAKER_03

Everything wait, how does it go?

SPEAKER_01

I'm not doing sting, it's magic. I need to do some voice exercises before I do that.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yeah, I gotta warm up the pipes. You can't just you can't just go straight into it. No, you can't just go into it.

SPEAKER_03

No. I mean, if Mariah taught us anything.

SPEAKER_01

But but even this, like I look forward to the days that we're recording and we're we're in the studios or living rooms, in order because because I mean I leave pumped, uh exhausted a little bit, right? Because we lay it all out there, we we put a lot into it, but at the same time, um, really pumped and really positive um from a mindset standpoint. Because I mean, it's it's what we love to do. We'd love to help to have the agents listen and and and hopefully pull extract some juicy nugget out of all this this rabble babble that that comes out.

SPEAKER_04

Chew on that juicy nugget, my friends.

SPEAKER_01

Oh chew on it and put a bow tie on it.

SPEAKER_04

Bursting with flavor.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

No, it's true. The the um all the little micro mindset resets, just keep yourself in check. Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So what's the how? How could they how could somebody implement? You know, I I th I mean I I'm a big proponent of of meditation, although I'm not as um awesome and consistent as I need to be. But when was the last time? But it uh Truth Corner. We're in the truth tree. Day before yesterday. I did not yesterday.

SPEAKER_03

Oh wow, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And you said like I didn't even think that I was uh negative Nancy yesterday, but you seem to think so. But that's good, right? It's like I okay, well, thank you. Thanks for helping me become aware of that. So then I had to think about what's going on here. You know, what's going on? Why am I poo-pooing everything? And so uh it is helpful. But but it's important to also be self-aware and and notice when these things happen. Meditation helps with that because you defrag that hard drive, you you start to notice things um around you, and you notice how much of a monkey mind you have because it's very hard to not think of anything. Very hard.

SPEAKER_04

What did you call me, Mr. Craig?

SPEAKER_01

Monkey brain. Yeah, no, it's just so so just be aware, be aware, just be.

SPEAKER_04

Set a couple couple times throughout the day that you just check yourself. Like just set a timer, let that timer, when it goes off, see where your head's at. And if it's not in a good spot, reset. Make the micro reset. And I think that's a coffee talk.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, that is boom, boom, cool, coffee, coffee talk.

SPEAKER_05

Hey Jason. Yes, Mr. Craig. That was another awesome episode, wasn't it?

SPEAKER_00

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_05

Well, if people want to get a little bit more action and learn how to do uh write 100,000 in premium, yes. Even the worst internet leads, where could they go?

SPEAKER_02

They can go to live.teledudes.com. Ooh, that sounds exciting. Are we gonna be there? Yes. It's a weekly call that we're doing right now that will, it's live and it will show you the process. The entire process is super awesome.

SPEAKER_02

SPEAKER_01
