We all need to be repentant to have a revival. Our country has fallen so so far from God. Let's help some people find true peace in Christ.

God has a super huge plan. We all have to do our part as He assigns to us.
Hello, brothers and sisters in the Lord. This is Brother Rick, and I hope you all are having a good day. And I actually hope there's some folks that don't know the Lord that are listening and maybe want to find out more about him. And being curious is a good thing with God. He wants us to seek him out. As a matter of fact, we need more people seeking. And there's a bit of a revival going on now, and I'm I'm glad to see it, and I just pray it grows more and more. Poor Charlie Kirk got murdered like he did, and uh uh what's the saying? Uh blood of the martyrs is seed of the gospel? Well the perverts wanted to shut him up and it did not work. All it did is start bringing out more moral people, godly people, people that want the Lord's will to be done, not Satan's will. But a revival can't happen without repentance. Just we have to change our mind as a nation. We have to see what's truly important. And this few minutes, few days that we all are blessed with to live on this planet aren't where it's at. Eternity is where everybody's going to finally go, one direction or the other. There's only two directions. There's no purgatory, there's no in-between, there's no waiting period, it's one or the other. And we have to make a choice now. And not making a choice is making a choice for destruction. Having a nice house and a nice car and a barrel full of money, it's nice for a while, but after just a little while, you're wanting more stuff, you're wanting newer stuff. Look at the commercials that are on TV. They're always saying, you'll be a real man or you'll be a real woman if you own this or if you do that. What they're selling is lies. Don't get caught up in it, brothers and sisters. I did for a while, and the Lord had to pop me in the backside and got me straightened out. People are looking for contentment. They're looking for a way to fill that God-shaped hole in their heart. They don't realize that's exactly what it is. And we just have to tell people, as Christians, that's the only true contentment is in Christ. All this other stuff is so momentary from drugs, sex, money, whatever. It's all temporary. And come to find out, you want more and more and more, it's never satisfied. But as Christians, it's our job to help others find Christ. We can't save them. Christ can save them. We we just set up the introduction and we tell them that what He's done for us, and let them know the peace in your heart. And that like Christ said in Matthew chapter 3, verse 8, Christ is saying that repentance is the way, and we have to tell folks that we all have to repent. Even Christians have to repent. Sometimes we get sideways. But those that don't know the Lord, they have to start with forgiveness and repentance. And Christ is always wanting more and more people to come to Him. He came into the world to save the entire world. In John, the book of John, chapter 3, verse 16, it says that. He came into the world to save the world. Not to condemn the world, as it goes on to say. God does not want to judge the world. He does not. He wants to save the world. That's why he sent his only son here to help us. And now that he's helped us, we need to help others. For this is just the beginning of life for Christians. The beginning of eternal life for Christians. We have one big sleep at the end, but it's a continuation, and it just gets better for us. On the other hand, for folks that don't know the Lord, it's going to get much worse, much, much, much worse. And it's up to us to talk to them about it. Tell them that they have to make a choice one way or the other. And again, we tell them say by not making a choice, you are making a choice. And yes, we're going to catch some resistance, especially you get around college campuses where the kids think they're so educated and the professors think they're so educated. You have to let the Lord do the talking. You just show up and the Lord will give you the words. He surely will. And again, my favorite, one of my favorite verses is 1 Thessalonians 5.17, just praying continually, just keeping that open line of communication with straight to the good Lord. And when you go before people, He loves that. When you have the courage to do that, He'll definitely use you. And for anybody who wants an exciting life, right here it is. You go in like this, talk about excitement. That's better than any rapids you could ride or any big hunt you could go on or big fishing trip. And again in 1 Thessalonians 3, chapter 3, verses 3 and 4, it talks about there will be trials and persecutions. They're destined to come. And we stand firm on the Lord, and He will give us the words we need, and some people will be reached. Not everybody. In Matthew chapter 7, verses 13 and 14. It talks about it's hard, it's very difficult. Narrow is the way, and small is the gate, few find eternal life. Few. And we need to help as many as we can to find that because we don't want loved ones or friends to be dropping off into hell, and that's the choice. Right there it is. And the world is marching toward the cliff of damnation without us telling anybody about it? I don't think so. We need to be talking to people, show we care. We can pray to the Lord and ask him for a burden like that. Burden for lost souls. And it's it's a little difficult at first. It's kind of scary. But I tell you what, it's exciting. And just watching what the Lord does and the words he gives you, he'll give you words you never thought you could come up with. And actually, you don't come up with them. He does. And when we see brothers and sisters in trouble or having trouble, like it says in 1 Thessalonians 2.12, we encourage one another, we comfort each other as we ourselves live a life worthy of God. Christ has made us worthy, and we use the gifts He's given us to be able to talk to people, the experiences we've gone through to let them know that they can come through it. Like some of the best counselors are ex-drug addic or drug addicts that are on the wagon. They help people see that there's a way out. Same with Christians. We show people that there's a way out. If we know people caught up in homosexuality or on drugs or alcoholism, any of that, it's problematic. It'll drag them to the grave. We've got to help talk to them and show them that the Lord is where it's at, not in the ways of the world. The world will drag everybody to hell. And the world, I mean, Satan. He wants to drag as many people as he can to hell. He wants to try to hurt God like that. Because he himself and his buddy angels, and they are angels, they're demons, but they're they're fallen angels. They're still angels. They'll be condemned to hell and the lake of fire eventually, forever. And they want to drag as many people in there with them as they can. I guess the old adage of misery loves company is true. And in this revival and repentance stage we need to get to, it's not about religion, because religion is what Christ, part of why Christ came in to get rid of it, because people were getting laden down with uh loaded down with things they had to do to try to please God and do right before God is what the preachers were saying, what the Pharisees were saying, and they were wrong. They had perverted it so much that nobody could get into heaven. Relationship is what God wants. Repentance, revival, relationship, the three R's. Christ came to the world to find people and to bring them into the fold, into his fold, into eternal life. He didn't go into churches, he didn't to the synagogue. He went there eventually, and all he met, he met resistance. And like anyone that truly loves God will meet a lot of resistance in a church that's not led by the Holy Spirit. So many folks think that church buildings are sacred ground. The only thing that makes them sacred is the Spirit of the Lord that's in believers. When believers fill the church, it's not the church is just a building. But it sets up a place for people to come together. Like-minded believers, and we learn to trust the Lord more, and we grow get strength from each other and grow stronger together, and we share our stories with each other. But we as Christians, and me like me also, we've become laxadaisical. We really have. And I'm afraid we're going to be like the church of Laodicea in Revelation that the Lord's going to spew out of his mouth. He threatens it anyway. We need to stand against what's wrong. Homosexuality is spreading like a cancer across our country and across the world, it actually is. And with it brings all kinds of perversion. We've got to stand up for the Lord. Each and every Christian that is alive and walking around needs to be busy doing something for the Lord. In one degree or another. And we need to be stoking the fire hotter. Don't let it go out. In the book of Luke, chapter 12, 35 to 48, it talks about that. The servants got whipped and beaten. We're God's servants, and we need to be about his business, helping others, because we're being selfish with our own gift by not telling others about Christ. I spent years holding on to mine and just hammering in my pocket, and not anymore. I'm telling it, and who's willing to listen? I'm saying it. God is good, the Lord is good. Jesus Christ is returning, and we need to be ready, each and every one of us. We need to get a revival and a revival of repentance because America is in trouble, and we have fallen so far. The big colleges, Yale, Harvard, started off as Christian schools. Now you can't even talk about Christ on there without somebody wanting to beat you up. How far have we fallen? So let's be about the Lord's business. What do you think, brothers and sisters? Let's do it. I pray the good Lord's face shine down upon you. He saves your souls, and he gives us all a good repentant and heart looking for revival, and let's all get motivated and moving for the Lord. Well, this is Brother Rick signing off, and I love you in the name of Jesus Christ.
