Sewing seeds of God's love

The world is full of pain and anger. Christians are carrying around the cure to this. Simply talking to people about what Christ has done for us is sewing the seeds of God's love. The world needs God. Let's show God through ourselves.

God has a super huge plan. We all have to do our part as He assigns to us.

Hello, brothers and sisters in the Lord. This is Brother Rick, and I hope you all are doing well, and I also hope that there are people listening that don't know the Lord and want to come to know him. That's the whole reason we're here as Christians is to bring others to know him. It's actually not to raise families, it's not to do this or that. That's the main reason that Christians are left to spread the word and spread the love of God. I hope you all are having a good week and good day, and that's all we can do is take it one day at a time, and sometimes one uh one moment at a time. And uh sometimes we're uh in a valley and it just seems so hard to look up, and we just live one moment at a time. Sometimes that's what it is, but God is good, and he is right there with you, especially in the valley. He's right there saying, Come on, you've got this. He is our biggest cheerleader. And we're to be cheerleaders for each other to help each other. And we're to be sowing seeds of love in these seems like fields of hate. You can walk into any city, large city, or any city of any kind, and you're gonna see so much hate and anger. You're gonna run into it, grouchy, nasty people. They're just full of some kind of hate or hurt or pain. We need to be sowing seeds of love in these fields. Each place is a field that needs the love of God. And the seeds of God just spread all over the place. And we've got to be showing the love of God, the love of Christ, the love that God showed by sending Christ into the world to help us. In John 3.16, uh, for God so loved the world, the entire world, cities, country, everything. He loves everybody. And he wants us to talk to people, to show them that, show them what Christ has done for us. Not through religion, but through true love, through Christ true Christianity. The world is full of different religions and trying to patch things and make you feel better, and oh, you'll if you do this or do that, you'll be fine, you'll go ahead, you'd be a good person and all that. Well, God does want us to be good people and to help others, but the most important thing he wants us to do is have a relationship with him through Jesus Christ. Each and every person, and we have to do it ourselves. Each person has to do it for themselves. No one can do it for you. No one else. Your grandmother, your kids, your wife, nobody. Everybody has to do it for yourself. And there's going to be a little bit of trouble because of it, because the world, which is really is run by Satan, it's full of hate and anger. That's he's the God of hate. We've got the God of love in our in our hearts, and that is much more powerful. In 1 John 4, 4 is where you'll find that, and it's so true. We have the Creator of the universe residing inside of us if we are believers, right inside of us. His soul is with us, his soul, his spirit is with our soul, I should say, and he we are the temples of God. And that can be found in uh 1 Corinthians 3, 16 and 17, that he actually dwells in us. We are temples. Each believer is a temple of God. And we talk to people and tell them what he's done for us and what he can do for them. So many folks think that they've done too much or uh that it's not that easy, but you speak it with your lips, you believe it in your heart, you take up your cross daily, and you stand firm to the end. That's what Christ wants us to do. And by taking up our cross is where we help people, we talk to other people, we we show them love, show them the love of God. We don't show them our own love because our own love is puny. You know, we have uh a lot of false love and uh fragile love inside of us that is our own. Because you get your feelings hurt, you can stop loving somebody, or at least what you think. We show them the love of God that doesn't end, and he is full of, and because he is full of it, we are full of it. We are full of God's love with his Holy Spirit. And we tell people it is that easy. Anybody can join the family. And everybody that is has been born is on the highway to hell and needs to hear that Christ is ready to accept them. God is ready to accept them through Jesus Christ, the only way to the Father. And this is found in John 14 and 6. It says that He is the only way, no other way, no other so-called religion. Christianity is not a religion, it's a lifestyle. It really is. It's a relationship with God. That's what he wants. He wants a relationship with each one of us. And with God living inside of you, talk about a relationship. You can't get any closer. God truly wants to be your best friend, and he will be if you let him. He is my best friend. I have friends here on the earth, but God is my best friend. And by sowing these seeds, we are curing hate and anger. Even though it's going to spew out and spew at us, we still sow the seeds because Christ is the cure for it. He is what ails the world. He is the cure for what ails the world. Sin and hate, anger, all of this stuff, it comes because of hurt and pain and being done wrong. And uh we have to show people that Christ is the only way out of this world. That's our main job as Christians. And the Lord will give you the words, just ask him. And when you go to talk to somebody about it, you just get prayed up before it, he'll give you the words. He really will. And don't be hurt, don't let it get personal. When people get angry at you for talking about God, don't let it be personal because the world hates God. And we've got to show people the love of God. We've got to help them see that that's not the way to go, because that will end up in hell. Everyone that doesn't know the Lord, sad to say, will end up in hell. There will be different degrees of punishment, but everyone will. We are servants of the Most High God. The Most High God. That's an awesome deal, man. Talk about a responsibility that we have to speak to others. Don't take our talent and bury it like the one servant did in the book of Matthew. Uh you'll get in trouble for it. If we're a Christian and we know the Lord and we love the Lord, we follow the Lord. We take up our cross daily and we follow the Lord. That's part of just talking to people, letting them know how Christ can change their life. We just set up the introduction. We can't save anybody. We can't save, we couldn't save ourselves. So there's no way we could save anybody else, but we can take them to the one that does. And that's Christ. And maybe you'll be fortunate enough to help lead somebody to the Lord. Oh boy, there's no higher feeling you get in the world than leading someone to the Lord. Just others have sown. You be the reaper, that's fine, or you just be the sower, that's fine too. But just let people know what's going on and how that this is not the end. And piling up and heaping up a pile of money, getting a fat bank account. There are all kinds of people that have fat bank accounts on their way to hell, and have landed in hell, sad to say. And great wealth will pull you away from the Lord. Where your treasure is, that's where your heart will be. And that can be found in Matthew chapter 6, verse 21. It's all in there. We have the roadmap to life. We have the GPS, the God positioning system, right here in the Bible. And you can get whatever kind of Bible you want. Just start reading it. Start looking at it. And start in the book of John. If you're one that likes the King James, New King James, NIV, the message, there are so many different ones out there. Start reading and see the message that the Lord has for each person. He has a message for each individual. And start small. Start small. Start talking to your own family just a little bit. And see how it goes. It's a little hard to talk to your family, but talk to them. Then go out and talk to others as an opportunity opens itself up. You don't have to jam it in their face, but let them know the joy that you found in the Lord. But we have to let them know that time is short and everybody just has a certain amount of time. And hopefully they will come to know the Lord. Because eternity has already started for everybody. I've talked about it a few different times. But in one way or another, eternal damnation or eternal life. And I wish everybody would come to the Lord. I really do. Everybody, everybody, everybody. That's what the Lord wants. He's got a big house and he would make it bigger if everybody would jump on in. But we just need to be busy sowing the seeds of God's love. God's love. And just let them know that Christ has come and made it possible to come to God. It is that easy. And anyone can do it. Anyone. No matter what you've done, what you've experienced, what you've been through, God is right there and ready to forgive. Even if you're a Christian and you've fallen away. Come on back. He loves prodigals. I've been a prodigal. Oh, I stumbled and fell and acted like an idiot. You know what? I'm back now, and I feel real good about myself. Only because God has done it for me. Seriously. Come on back. Well, brothers and sisters, I'm going to get off of here. I pray the good Lord's face shine down upon you and He save your souls. And let's all be sowing the seeds of God's love wherever we go in whatever way we can. And until next time, I love you in the name of Jesus Christ.
