We record a late-night, straight-to-the-point pep talk for the boys built around one idea: you can win if you stop letting the internet shape your mindset. We lay out a five-part strategy that cuts through ragebait, rebuilds discipline, and gets you moving towards a stronger body, stronger future, and better relationships.
• refusing to get pulled into gender-war content and comment-section fights
• noticing how algorithms reward outrage and feed you extreme takes
• getting jacked and healthier through consistent training and better food
• building net worth by choosing a plan and improving your trajectory
• building yourself up with reading, learning, and social skills
• using “conversation threads” to make chats easy and natural
• putting yourself in environments where meeting people is normal, like church and community events
Do it with me now. Do it with me.

A Late-Night Message For Boys

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Episode 33 of the Ministry of Man podcast. Now, let me start by saying this, okay? I'm filming this right now. I'm recording this at 10 past 12 in the morning. And I wasn't gonna do it. I um I wasn't gonna do it. I thought to myself, I have to do it. I have to do it because this one, this is a special episode. This this one's specifically for the boys. Okay? I had to make this for the boys. And this is why I realized something tonight. I realize that we can win. Boys. We can win. And what I mean by that is basically whatever it is that you want to be winning at. We can we can do it. We can all win. And we're all gonna win. Because we're not gonna let we're not gonna let anyone stop us. And that's the mindset. Okay? That's the mindset we're gonna keep. And so with that being said, I'm gonna go through a a strategy. I'm gonna I'm gonna lay out a strategy specifically for the boys to see the boys win. I want to see you win, boys. Now ideally or typically, this particular this podcast, I wanted it to be kind of j gender newch. You know, I I didn't want to speak too much to the boys. And I've done a few episodes now that are probably more tailored to the lads. Um, and that's okay. It's probably just because I am a I am male that I'm able to speak on these things. So but I'm throwing that out the door. This this particular episode isn't gonna be gender new. It's gonna be specifically tailored, fine-tuned to help the boys to win. Because they're out, they've been out to get us. They've been out to get us. I mean, I've done things on like masculinity. I'm not talking about that today. I've done things on virtue, I've done things on, you know, whatever. Different male episodes. This is this is not a masculinity episode. This is this is literally just like even the other week I did an episode that was like good advice for men, which you should listen to because it's genuinely like the best advice you'll ever get for men. This is different than that. There's a little bit different. This is just like this is just for the boys to help see the boys win. You just want to see the boys win sometimes. You've got to get a win for the

Why The Gender War Hooks You

SPEAKER_00

lads. Because here's the thing there's there's a gender war going on, and and everyone wants you to hate the other gender. Like there are there are girls out there that want other girls to hate men as much as they hate men, and there are guys that hate women, and they want other guys to also hate women. Like you you've heard these stories, right, where like there'll be an incel and he's part of the forums, he's doing the thing, he's like in the group of like the incel group, and then he gets a girlfriend and thinking like, yeah, sweet, like I'm not an incel, and then like the whole group turns on him because they're like, Oh, you're not one of us anymore. And so, but they turn on him, they're like, they're not happy for him. Like, misery loves company. And so what we got to do is like we got to rise above it, we've got to walk around it, we've got to ignore it, got to push it to the side, and we're not, we can't get sucked into it. Because here's the thing your algorithm, it's gonna show you the the craziest stuff because you're way more likely to comment on a video that's got some unhinged take. Like, let's say if there's a girl and she's talking about some like I don't know, some weird thing about, oh yeah, I would never let a guy do this, and then uh if he ever did that, I just cheat on him straight away. And then you've got a thousand guys in the comments saying, like, oh, she's just defoid. See, they're admitting it now. She would, she's a cheater and all this stuff. Like, you're just getting drawn into this, like some random person that shouldn't have even been listened to. And the fact it just went viral because you're all commenting on it a million times, like hating on the girl. Normally, a video like that should get like three views, and no one should even pay attention to it because it's dumb, but it gets so many views and so much attention, and then you got the like the other side of that as well, is that content creators will take the clip, like some unhinged, deranged take. They'll take a clip as a content creator and they'll react to it, and then it will go even more viral. And then the content creators, they want to do that because well, they want their clips to go do well. You know, I'm I'm out here posting clips, getting, you know, some some do okay, but sometimes you just post one, you're like, yeah, no one saw that. Like, literally, no one saw that clip. And so you're like, you can see why people want to, but it's like it's like the algorithm is their god. It's like, what does the algorithm want from me? Oh, I'm I must please the algorithm. And it's just crazy. You don't need to be doing that. Like, just post good content, and then like like the thing is, I asked this question to my brother the other day. We saw it, this guy who has like hundreds of hundreds of thousands of followers, and the content that he creates, it's just the same joke over and over again, and it's basically just like him. It's basically, oh let's just say it's just like crude humor, you know. And I posed this question to my brother, and I said, Would you would you rather

Ragebait Algorithms And Viral Clout

SPEAKER_00

have this person's level of fame, like, you know, you've got 500,000 followers, and like from this type of content, from this kind of kind of like, you know, sexual crude, kind of lowbrow, lowest common denominator type of content, or not. And just not be that because like because you basically it's basically saying, like, would you like, would you rather be a famous clown or just like be a regular person and and not be famous? And it's like, like, do you would you would you want to be famous for just being a silly person? Or just like, you know, there's just no, is there any real respect in that? And then and then can you ever really get your respect back? Like, that's the question. Um, and so anyway, these content creators, man, I feel like they're sell out that it's like they care, they worship the algorithm, they just want to post whatever is the viral thing because that's what you know gets the views and gets the clicks, and then they get more followers that you see. I you can see why people do it. It's not it's not um stupid entirely, like it works. That's the thing, it works, but at but at what cost, I suppose. But that's that's the thing. The whole point that I'm talking about is that like the gender war stuff is just fueled even more. Like, if you see a guy, like okay, this is what the the guys will get content fed to them, and it will be girls just saying like the worst, most probably like the most illogical stuff, like it'll be some girl that'll be like, you know, yeah, I um uh I would never let my boyfriend do that, and then the person will ask them, okay, what if he didn't want you to do it? Oh no, that wouldn't be fair. Like I would I would do it. Like it'll just be like some girl with like double standards, and then like guys will be like, see, she's got double standards, that's so bad. Uh, and that's what the guys will get fed, and then they go, all women are the same, and then the girls, they get like maybe they'll get like narcissist content, and it'll be like a guy lying or something, or it'll be like a guy gaslighting the girl, and they'll be like, Oh, guys are the same, and same sort of thing. And so, but people watch that gender content as if they're on crack, it's like crack to these people. You can't and the here's the thing as well, you do got to be careful because it it can it can wrap you up, it can wrap you up. You start looking at it, you start seeing it's got a million views, it's got hundreds of thousands of comments, and everyone's arguing in that comment section, and then you go and have a look at it and you want to get involved. It's hard to to stay out of it. But the but the point is, and this is one this is for the boys, you can't get wrapped into it, okay. But you have to you have to rise above and you have to scroll, scroll. Whenever you see the women hating content, scroll, boys. It's not good for the brain, it's not reality either. Because I I'm willing to bet, like 90% of the time, you're not seeing that stuff in the women in your own life. The women in your own life, I bet you, are completely fine. Like you're not finding these, you might there might be a crazy here and there. Not saying that. But here's the other thing as well men and women are different, men and women think differently. Yes. Men are probably more emotionally stunted, and women are probably more emotionally inclined. And then you can flip that. Maybe men think more logically, and and women don't uh logic isn't the priority or isn't the you know the front runner of their decision making. Maybe they they decide with emotions and feelings, and that's not that's not a bad thing all the time. Sometimes you need to have compassion and emotion. Sometimes only using logic makes you a robot, and you don't want that. And to be honest, even guys, they think guys always think that we're the the most logical, you don't realize how much emotion plays into what you believe is logical. Like it's a it's obviously like when it comes to something like math, like that you can't have that there isn't a place for emotion in certain things. But in dealing with circumstances that that involve human beings, sometimes emotion impacts that. And I've done episodes, Antonio R. Damasio, he does a lot of work on how decision making and emotions are directly linked together and like certain decisions that you make that you might be thinking is the logical decision could be placed into, you know, or could it could come down to the fact that you're actually a little bit more emotionally invested than you than you realize for your decision making. But the point that I'm making is don't buy into it because we can do it, boys. We can do it. You can find a wife. You can if you want. Okay. So with that being

Rule One: Don’t Buy In

SPEAKER_00

said, here's rule number one. So rule number one, I suppose, is don't buy into the gender war. Rule number two, and this is this is what we have to do.

Get Shredded With Simple Discipline

SPEAKER_00

I'm talking about we here. We can't buy into the gender war. Rule number two is we gotta get jacked, bro. We gotta get jacked. Like unreasonably jacked and just shredded. That's what we gotta do. We've got to train twice a day. We've got to, we gotta, our eating's gotta be on point. Okay? Like, we can't be having this goislop food anymore. We can't be having the seed oils. We can't be having like little chockies from the gas station or from the servo. We can't be, you know, we can't be upsizing every meal. Reduce the portion size, reduce those cows. If we're training twice a day, we're gonna be shredded, bro. I've been training twice a day, and I can tell you this right now, I've never felt better in my life. People think I was told when I was younger, oh yeah, you only need to go to the gym five times a week, and then and then that's enough to get shredded. No, it isn't, bro. No, it isn't. No, because I want I want to get unreasonably shredded. I want to get like just like and I and I don't I don't mean like, you know, 200 kilos lean. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about like ziz, bro. I'm talking about like full aesthetics. OGs, no ziz. But but this is the thing, is it's not actually that hard to train twice a day. Train in the morning, train in the evening, or back it up. Like go for a run, give yourself two hours, and then hit the gym. And you'll literally be fine. Just take a pre-workout. I that's the other thing as well. I started taking pre-workout recently, I haven't taken it for years. Started taking pre-workout, and I can tell you what, it gets you through. You can you can smash some solid workouts if you take a little bit of pre. Take a little bit of pre. That's all you need to do. Just get jacked. Because here's the thing as well. Okay, this is why it's it's obviously like if you meet someone, if you meet a girl, you don't want the reason to be like the reason you don't want the reason to be that you don't get together, that you didn't look good enough. That you weren't like that that that shouldn't be the reason. Is it like I mean, if you look as good as you can look, that's all you that's all you can do. So like, but you don't want to be like, oh, if maybe if I if I wasn't fat, then she would have liked me. Or maybe I don't, dude, it's crazy because I used to be fat, and like it does not matter. It uh let me tell you this right now. It does not matter how charismatic you are if you are not attractive, and this is not even the looks maxing philosophy. It okay, it's kind of a little bit the looks maxing philosophy, but like they're not wrong about everything, okay? I'm not talking about looks maxing though, because they do some like crazy stuff. I'm not into taking drugs, I'm not into taking, you know, peptides or uh whatever. Just smash it out healthy style. That's what I'm talking about. Um so you don't need to go to like to the extremities, but you just don't you want to like mitigate the potential like things that that might impair or might impact. And so I know for me, I haven't been doing, I haven't been like I haven't been eating well and I've not been training well until like the last like maybe week and a half, maybe like the last, maybe like last two weeks, I've started to to up the training, started to eat a little bit healthier. And I I I think that well, I can I can definitely compare. I can I can definitely compare when I was like 25 and I would say probably obese. I think I probably would have fit the obese category to now is is starkly different as far as let's say attention that you might get. But I remember going out, like I don't go out to nightclubs and stuff anymore now, but when I did, when I was overweight, I can tell you what, charisma didn't mean a thing, it got me absolutely nowhere. And so that's the that's one thing. You don't you want to make sure that you are um fit, and this is the thing because obviously that there's physical attraction is an important thing for everyone, and if you're a guy that has high standards as well, you have to make sure that you are like you can't be a troglodyte and expect to get some sort of you know princess. You have to be realistic. Uh, but but there's certain indicators, right? So what it means when you are insanely jacked and shredded, what that means, what that signals is that you're competent and you've got good self-discipline and that you've got good genes to pass on for a trial. So like it's um it's a biological marker. It's it's a it's maybe it's it's a psychological mating marker that people can identify in that person. Okay, this person looks after themselves, so like they've got good self-control. They're they're not gonna they're more reliable, like you're more reliable. So it's uh it's simple biology. So that's one thing is to do that. So like that's what we're gonna do, boys. We're gonna get insanely jacked, and um, and we're gonna be healthy as well because of it. So here's the thing health is a big part of this because if you're training a lot and you're eating really well, you are going to feel better, you are going to look better, and then you're also going to have a lot more confidence because you put the work in. I think it was, I think it was LeBron that said the biggest killer of self-doubt is knowing that you put the work in. Like, that's a phenomenal quote. Like, come on. Like, I didn't think Bronn had it in him for that. Like, he's probably probably one of the he might be the best athlete like across the board to like ever live. Like, most like just what he's doing is just like insane for like how long he's been doing it. He might be the best athlete. I didn't think he had wisdom like that. And you know what? I don't even know if he if he really did say this, but if he did, it's so true. Like you you're not gonna have self-doubt if you know you put the work in. So I mean, look good, feel good, brother. Look good, feel good. That's what they say.

Build Net Worth With A Plan

SPEAKER_00

Next one build up your net worth. This is the this is the thing. You gotta have you gotta have at least something that you're working towards. Like if you're just working like a dead end job, and there isn't a plan in place for you to improve and increase, like that's not an attractive trait. You have to be able to signal either wealth or signal your ability to be able to garner resources or to signal that like that is the the trajectory that you're going on, is that you're going to be able to garner more resources. Now, unfortunately, to the married bros that are listening to this, to the to the married boys, like this information probably isn't gonna help a lot. But so maybe I should say it's for it's for it's for the single boys. I mean, this is good advice, by the way, for just any of the boys, like regardless, straight up, like can't deny it. It's amazing advice. Uh if I do so so myself. But um, but yeah, you you gotta have a plan. Like if a if a it's not a bad thing. Like the reason that men are so attracted to the visual thing of girls is like that's the thing. Like that is the um a guy accumulating things is like a flex. So the the guy that's walking with the hottest girl, that's like the biggest flex ever. It's like, oh man, that's the guy that's with the hottest girl. Like that's that's the biggest flex. The girl, the the women world don't look like that. The women, they're scanning around. Yes, like attractiveness is like a big part of it, but we all know that it's not the the number one thing. You just like the getting jacked and shredded and looking good, you just don't want to, you just don't want the reason that they don't like you to be that you don't look good. So you just want to eliminate that out of the equation altogether. But the the higher value there is the resources. So the girl that's like, oh yeah, the guy, that guy's a billionaire. Like that's the that's a big thing. It's a big thing. And so if you want to be attractive in some sense, building up your net worth, and also let's be honest, it is it is a valuable way to spend your time if you're doing it for the right reason. So obviously, as a like I I'm a Christian, have Christian beliefs. The reason that I would ultimately want to stack up resources is that I would be able to serve the community better, serve people better, to be able to like do more uh for my surroundings, I suppose. Like it isn't, it isn't the goal. I ultimately shouldn't be that I just want to be rolling in money and just be filthy, stinking rich. And then you just get a hot chick, and that's like that is not the goal. Let me be let me be abundantly clear. For the this is and this is for the boys as well. Like, listen to this boys. It's I'm not talking about hedonism. If you've listened to this podcast, you know that I'm Christian. So everything is like going back to God, everything is for the purpose of loving other people and serving other people, but um, but ultimately, I like a man who finds a wife finds a good thing. That's a Bible verse. And so uh I part of like winning and trying to find a wife is is are these things. Like we can't just pretend that attraction doesn't exist. So these are ways to to improve in those areas. So you like start a business, have something that you're looking towards that you can potentially grow and develop and like have. Have a plan in place of like what are you gonna do? I mean, maybe you want to climb the corporate ladder, like do that too. That's fine. Maybe you want to start a business, maybe you want to I don't know. Um, maybe you want to start a insanely good podcast. Uh, and and help more boys. Because this is the thing, it's boys helping boys. This is what this potty this well, at least this is what this episode is about. It's boys helping boys, boys. So that's another thing. The

Sharpen Your Mind And Charisma

SPEAKER_00

next one is like build yourself up as well. So obviously, like you can be the best-looking guy and you can be rich as there are plenty of guys that are decent looking and rich and that are single because they don't know how to talk to people, they're awkward, and like and they have nothing really to contribute to say. So like you really need to build yourself up. So there's a couple of things here. So in you want to have some form of intelligence, you want to be you want to be able to contribute in a conversation. You can't just be sitting back, like, no girl wants like to be in conversation and then their man just look like an idiot. Because like that'll lower your your status in social standings if you just like say dumb things, or if you're just like overly awkward and shaky and not confident, like those sorts of things, like they're not good traits to have. So, I mean, there are a number of different ways you you can build your yourself up. So I'm a big fan and advocate now of recently of reading books. I love reading fiction, I love reading nonfiction, I love reading pretty much anything that I can learn from because then I'm able to be of more value, I suppose, in conversation. I know more, you're more learned. You uh you I guess yeah, like you you want to sharpen your mind. You want to have a sharp mind. And reading is one of the best ways to do that. So I guess you're maybe, maybe you're increasing your intelligence in some sense. But I guess it's reading is just is just making maybe maybe you'll just be more versatile and you'll just have a wider range of knowledge to be able to draw from and to be more competent in life as well. So that's that's one thing. Maybe you could, if you don't particularly like to read, you could try learning a language or something. And uh I guess you're you're you're developing skills so that you're more competent. And I think those skills they they serve you in social scenarios. Also, by the way, there are some genuine resources that you can look at for this sort of stuff as well. You are currently listening to a graduate of Charisma University. Yes, I did complete an online course that was called Charisma University. And you know what? It was honestly probably one of the most valuable online courses that I've ever done. Like all of the courses that I've ever done, I've only ever done things that are uncredited. I've never done any formal study, but I've done a bunch of online courses. I've gone onto Khan Academy, which is just a free thing and studied philosophy on there. It's a free uh like thing that they get they get university uh teachers from random universities around America, and they teach you the basic principles of philosophy. Like it's obviously not, you know, an insanely intense class, but you're learning things that you that I think are really valuable. I mean, a lot of the things that I know in in philosophy are learned from free sources of education. So Khan Academy, Charisma University, Charisma University is great just because that actually teaches you how to speak to people from like the very basics. Like, I mean, introducing yourself to people, to holding conversation, to how do I speak in group conversations? How do I leave a conversation without making it feel awkward or weird? Or okay, why do people keep talking over the top of me? How do I stop that from happening? You know, all of these things uh that that it can help you. Like these are the sorts of tools that guy, the well, that the boys could be using to get one up in the world. Because there's nothing worth, like there must be nothing worth to be like, okay, I've got all the things. They they find me attractive, I've got the good job, they like that. And then we go on the date, and there's just no banter. We just do not click, and it's just an awkward date. Like, that's the other thing as well. Like, you can get all your ducks in a row as far as like your life set up in a particular way, but if you haven't got it, then you ain't got it. If you ain't got it, you ain't got it. The theory is crucial. If you don't want to soul be honest, the feeling is mutual. Okay, so you have to you have to work on those things. And here's the thing: you can work on these those things and you can actually improve. Boys, listen to me. You can become more charismatic, you can hold conversations well. You ever heard about conversation threads? Let me throw this one in for free. This is called this is called conversation threads. And what it means is when someone tells you, you know, when someone asks you, how was your day? How is your weekend? For don't say like, yeah, it was fine. How about you? No one really cares. When someone's asking you that question, they don't want to know how your feelings were about the weekend that you had. They want to know, like they're trying to start a conversation with you. Like, I'm not talking about those ones in passing. I'm talking about when someone's there, I was like, Yeah, hey man, how you doing? Like, how's your weekend? Yeah, yeah, good. Yeah, how about you? Like, no, no, no, no, no, no. You're missing the whole point. The reason that they're saying how's the so you go, yeah, yeah, it was good. I did, I went to the beach, I spent a little bit of time reading, and then I caught up with a friend. Okay. So now what you've done is you've presented them with three threads. You said beach, you said read, you said caught up with a friend. And so what you can do, you're allowing someone to pull on one of those threads. By the way, this works the same on the opposite. If someone said this to you, you can pull on one of these threads. So you go, oh, okay, they said beach. Okay, oh, nice. You you like going to the beach. You know, which beach did you go to? And so you you're then talking about, you know, you're starting up a conversation around that. Or you could they you could, you know, pull on the reading one. Oh, you read a bit. What book are you reading? Or then, and obviously the last one, oh yeah, caught up with some friends. Oh, what you know, what did you guys do? Oh, you know, yeah, we just went out for some dinner. Oh, nice. Like, where'd you go? Oh, you know, went to this place and it was nice. You know, so you're you're you're either wanting to present conversational threads if you're being if someone's asked you a question, or if you've asked them a question and they are showing you some threads, you just want to pull on one of those threads. Like that's how that's how it works. I don't care if I go, how is your weekend? And you just go, Yeah, it was good. How about you? Like, I don't care that you thought your weekend was good, really. I want to talk to you. I want to talk, I want to have a conversation with you. That's what I'm trying to do. And so you should do that's what you should do. It's like it's just one of those things, man. It's like if you don't know that that's that's what's happening, like that's a valuable thing to have, that's a valuable thing to know in conversation. I mean, the other thing is as well, another one, I'll throw this one in as well. If if you genuinely didn't do anything, let's say you genuinely didn't do anything, flipping the question, how about you, is actually really good thing to do as well. So, like just say if someone's like, you know, hey, how you going? And you go, Yeah, yeah, not going. Um, yeah, I'm going all right. And they go, Oh, that's good. And like so you should flip it back if you've got nothing else to say. So, like, let's say a conversation might be dying, and someone, you know, they then maybe they asked you what you do for work, and then you told them, and then they start asking you questions because you gave a thread, and then you know, you go, Oh, yeah, I'm a builder, and you go, Oh, cool. Uh like how long you've been doing that? And yeah, you know, four years and this and that. And you have this conversation. When that conversation dips down, you can like the the next thing is go, well, how about you? What do you do for work? By the way, this might be obvious to some people, but let me tell you, it is not obvious to everyone. These are things that I did not know. I remember having conversations, I remember things getting awkward, I remember not knowing what to do, and then I also remember learning these little tips. And so they don't teach you that in school. You you you have to be attentive in like learning it by being watchful, or you can do an online course like charisma university, and you'll probably get some. I don't even know if those things are on there, but regardless, that is a you need to be doing that, boys. You need to be leveling up your charisma. I mean, I I mean, maybe the the appropriate thing to say is your Riz, but I don't know. I'm 35. I'm too old to be, I'm probably too old to be saying Riz. So, okay, next thing. What's the next thing? Okay, well, yeah, okay.

Go Where Good People Are

SPEAKER_00

The next thing is put yourself into environments where you're actually going to meet people and then meet people. So you're not gonna meet anyone if you just stay at home all the time and just go and hang out with your friends and then that and then go to work, and that's all you do. You go to work, go to the gym, hang out with your friends, and then then you go home. How are you gonna meet anyone? Like you're not gonna you're not going to meet anyone, especially if you're like, I don't know, if you want to meet someone of substance, someone of quality, like literally go to church. That's probably the best place, go to church. Uh, but go to social events. Put yourself out there a little bit. Like this, like join a gym that had that does community events. So you you can put yourself in these environments where you're going to run into people and it's going to be, you know, appropriate for you to talk. It's so hard to just randomly strike up a conversation with a random person on the street. I don't know how people do it. I've never really been able to do it. I've always felt uncomfortable doing that. But you know what? I don't feel uncomfortable when I talk to someone at church that I when I go to church because we're in the same environment already. That's where you would you everyone's talking to everyone. And so it's normal. Same as at a social gym. People don't go to social events at a gym from a gym and not want to meet people. They want to talk to people, they want you to talk to them too. So that's the other thing is um you have to get used to that and you have to get familiar with it. Just talking to rant like people you don't know, introducing yourself so easy. You say, Hi, I don't think we've met. My name's Bubba. That's perfect, by the way. I mean, even in a group, when you you know, say if you know four people in a group of five, turn to the fifth person that you don't know and say, Hi, I don't think we've met. My name's Bubba. Very easy, very easy to do. And um it's that's actually the not only is that easy to do, that's actually the polite thing to do as well. So that is like a good social thing to do, not even like that's just for literally anyone, guys and girls, of like you just being a likable person. It's just introducing yourself. It's a powerful thing to do because you are basically holding frame when you're the one that takes the initiative there. So you want to you want to be doing that too. But ultimately, like, so I guess that's probably it. I mean, the let me recap. So, like, don't buy into the gender war, get insanely fit and shredded, build your net worth, build yourself up, and put yourself into environments where you're going to be able to meet people. So that's five, five things that I think if you nail down on those five things, like you can win, boys. Listen to me. Listen to me. You can win. You can do this. Don't let the internet tell you that all girls are going to cheat on you. It's not true. It's not true. That the internet wants you to believe that. They're trying to break down the family unit, guys. This is a thing. It's goy slob. Stop listening to Benjamin Netanyahu. That's his doing. This is all his doing, okay? We can win regardless of Netanyahu. We can win in spite of Netanyahu, okay? Alright, guys. He doesn't want you to get a girl. He doesn't want you to get a girlfriend. This is the sinister plan of Israel. Is that Israel does not want you to get a girlfriend, okay? So guys, we have to rebel. We have to. You have to max up. You have to be a hybrid human. You have to you have to like you have to do it all. And you can, here's the thing, you can do it all. Just put down the video games for a little bit. Stop eating the the bad, you know, low testosterone foods. And and and stop watching Netflix and movies and stuff and do a course. Come on, boys. Like, we can do this together. We can win. And I want to see you all win. If you're a fan of the Ministry Man podcast, I I want to see you win. And I believe that you can. I truly, truly, truly do. So that's pretty much it.

Recap, Momentum, And Closing Thoughts

Like, I just wanted to do this one for the boys. To see you, to see you thrive, to see you win. And here's the thing as well. Even if like it's not about getting a girl and getting getting a wife, you're still gonna be a legend. Like doing all of these things, you're still gonna be a legend. Like, how are you not? You you're gonna be the jack dude that is also has like business plans and has a great future in front of him, and is a great communicator because he's charismatic and he's actually like social and can do things. By the way, if you're an introvert, you don't have to be either. I am an introvert. But there have been seasons in my life where I've been an extrovert because apparently it's fluid and it can adapt and change depending on the environments that you're in. Like there's always going to be a little bit of it, but like there were times where like I couldn't. I would I remember specifically going to parties and putting myself outside for 20 minutes to take a break and go back into the party. So there's moments where I've been like mad introverted, and then there's times where I literally go out every night of the week and I'm fine. Like you can uh you can increase your battery. Let's say uh, you know, everyone if you're an introvert, you've you've got a social battery that dies. You can increase the time, like the length that that battery lasts for through practice. So you can do it. You can do it. I believe you can do it. And um yeah. Now it's um it's nearly 1 a.m. So I am going to have to to close this up. But believe me when I say, boys, like we got we gotta stop wasting time. We gotta we like the time is now. Like we gotta we've got to make a move. I'm I'm telling you right now, I'm I'm gonna speed run getting shredded. Take a look. Take a look at the jawline and the face. I mean, if you're listening to this, you can't. But I'm I've I've decided I'm gonna speed run getting shredded, just to see how fast I can do it. And what that looks like is like not eating much and training twice a day. And also just eating way better food because I don't eat that well. I at least I didn't eat that well, you know, up until now. So I'm gonna see. I'm gonna see just how quickly I can get absolutely insanely shredded. So pray for me. Let's pray that I don't get injured because injuries might slow me down. But with a good diet and good, you know, things I might be okay. Uh anyway. So that's it. And I'm also I'm launching a business soon. So that's on the on a roll. I've done the careers stuff, I've done the courses, I'm I'm still reading, I'm getting it there. So I'm I'm doing it with you, boys. I'm doing it with you. You need to do it with me now. Do it with me. And um, and we can do it together. We can take over, boys. I'm telling you right now, we can um we're we're we're gonna ignore the gender war stuff. I think I've mentioned this before, but by the way, they push certain comments as well. Like on girls' comments on Instagram, I know I think it might be TikTok as well. It's definitely on Instagram, they do this. They will show the women certain comments that they don't show the men. And the men, they show certain comments that they don't show the women. The comments are also feeding in from an algorithm too. As you'll notice, the comments, and you can go and you can check right now, the comments are not in order of time. They're different. Sometimes there'll be a lot of likes and there'll be an order of like likes, but that that's not even consistent. It's random there too. And so the the reason that you're seeing those particular comments is that those are the comments that you normally react to and respond to as well. It isn't just the video, they will show you the comments first as the ones that you would normally react to the most as well. And they they did a test, it was a guy and a girl, they both had the same video, they showed it. The girls' comments were all supportive of the girl, the guy's comments were all supportive of the guy, and it was the same video. That's crazy. We need to get ahead of this guy, we can't be beaten down by them. All right. Anyway, I love you guys. You're amazing, and Jesus loves you. And guess what? Christ is King, Jesus loves you, and he's coming back soon. Go get him, boys. Let's give him, let's give him heck. I believe in you. Let's go.
