Hey guys, welcome to a little trailer for the next course that is going to be on the Understanding Calling Patreon. Now, all of the material on Understanding Calling on the Patreon is free. You can sign up, you can access it all. There's no paywall to anything. You can be a supporting member and support monthly if you want financially, that would be so appreciated. But I wanted to make sure everything was available because this is discipleship, this is our calling, and I don't think you should be putting a paywall in front of somebody's growth to calling. So, with all of that said, I want to introduce the calling quadrant. Now, this is an idea that I got from Paul Manwaring from Bethel a few years ago, and the purpose of this um mini course is to ask four specific questions that the answers of which will give you as close to a real-time location, a sort of a spiritual GPS about where you are right now in your journey. Because we've all come through lots of different experiences. Many of us have come through different church experiences, times when we're in a community, and ways in which we saw God, or we saw ourselves, or we saw our calling, or we saw our gifting in a very specific light. And now that light may have been through the light of the job that we were doing at that time, or the type of beliefs the church community had, or perhaps what influential people said about our lives and what we were good at, or what we might be one day. Now, all of that can be good, it can be difficult and hard as well, but also it is very contextual to the time that it happens. Where are you right now? Who are you right now? Who is God in your walk right now? How do you experience Him now? What is it that you're carrying in your heart? What's in your hands right now? And why is it so important that you do your calling? These are all really important questions, and this calling quadrant is a mini course to help you find some sense of real-time positioning. Send, send my position now, send my location, you know, in those apps. That's what we're looking at. Where is your location right now? And as a result of all of those things, what is the culture? What is the lifestyle? What is the practices, the processes, the the internal values that are most important right now as you either take giant leaps and purposeful steps into your calling, or as you you hold back under the instruction of the Lord and you you work on the inner life, whatever it is that he has for you right now, it's so important to know who you are, to know who he is, to know what he's put in your hands, why that's so important, and what heaven's culture looks like in your life at this time.
