Go with the room on the inside of you that can make all things new. Praise God. The reason why there was such oppression and opposition against delivered. The enemy does not want your family to be delivered. The enemy does not want your niece to be delivered, sister Tina. So he is going to try to suppress the power that is in you. He's going to try to keep you as a baby in Christ. But David says, when I was as a child, I thought as a child, but now that I'm a man, I put away childish things. At some time and some point, I've got to pull up myself by my bootstraps. I'm not the same Christian that I was in 25. Why? Because my family needs me to grow in grace, in the knowledge of Christ Jesus. I don't have an option to be the person I used to be. I don't have the option to talk the way I used to talk. I don't have the option to go to the places that I used to go because I got to grow into a full-grown promise of God. The things that I used to do, the way I used to dress, the places I used to go, I can't do them anymore because my family needs me to grow into a full-grown promise. Praise God. A full-grown Moses led two million Hebrews through 300 miles of wilderness. A full-grown Moses parted the Red Sea. A full grown Moses went up into a mountain with the lightning and the thunder and received the Ten Commandments. A full-grown Moses struck the rock and water came out. A full-grown Moses led the people for 40 years. What would happen if you allow God to take you through your growth and development change? What lives would be changed if you will let God grow you up? You can stay as an infant if you want to, but there are souls that are waiting for you and me to grow up. You don't gotta change anything. You can just go and just do what you were doing for God in 2021. That's enough. Be comfortable in the car seat, be comfortable in the stroller. Hallelujah. We have full-grown people being pushed around in a stroller where our families are going to hell. I'm here to talk about full-grown promises. The time is now for us to fulfill our purpose. It does not matter how many songs elder comes and sings. If we refuse to grow, we will die. We have got to grow internally. And the Bible lets us know that Moses brought the children of Israel to the banks of the Jordan River, and then Moses died. Moses fulfilled his purpose, and then he was gone. Praise God. So that's where we pick up our reading today, our story today. The Bible lets us know that in Numbers chapter 32, the children of Israel had gotten to the banks of the Jordan River. And if you did not know, the Jordan River was the gateway or the doorway for the promised land. You see that they were on the east side of the Jordan River, and the Promised Land was on the west side of the Jordan River. So Moses, who grew up and became mature, he took them through the wilderness, he took them past the mountain, and he brought them to the Jordan River. And in Numbers chapter 32, it says that the 12 tribes of Israel gathered together to have a meeting about how they were going to take the promised land. And the Bible says that the majority of the tribes came and with the mindset that we have got to cross the Jordan and possess the land because that was a promise. That was the covenant that God spoke to Abraham that she will take over the promised land. But the Bible lets us know that there were two and a half tribes that made up in their mind we don't want to cross the Jordan River. The Bible says that the tribe of Gad and the tribe of Reuben and half the tribe of Manasseh decided that the grass was greener on this side of Jordan. Praise God. So while the other tribes were ready to go, these tribes made up in their mind that we're not going to step into the promised land and possess it. We're going to be satisfied because they were uh they had livestock, and so the green grass looked good to them. They could cater to their natural needs if they just stayed on this side. How many of us want a relationship with God that caters to our natural needs, but it does not take us into the promise that God wants us to get to? Hallelujah. I'm looking for a group of people that are not satisfied with this side of Jordan. Yes, there might be tears, yes, there is might be frustration, but I want everything that God has for me. So they stood and they stood at the banks of the Jordan River, and yes, they were intimidated, but I know I serve a God that can split waters. So they went through the Jordan River. Hallelujah! The Bible says, wherever the sole of your feet will tread, God will give it to you. The problem is, so many of us don't want to put our feet on the promises of God. So many of us are satisfied with the east side of Jordan. Hallelujah. So many people are satisfied with just making it out of Egypt without really fulfilling their purpose in life. Help us, God, to not put down roots on the east side of Jordan. But God, if you tell me to go, hallelujah, I am going all the way with the Lord. 99 and a half just won't do. And so they said that there is one more river to cross. I did not go through all that I went through. Hallelujah! To stop at the doorway of my promise. Praise God. My husband sent my mom and me a picture this week. He picked up the boys from school, and I don't know, I guess ABC's was particularly tiring that day. He sent me a picture of Jonathan with his shoes on in a ball with his butt sticking up in the air, sleeping at our front door. He couldn't even make it inside the house to take off his shoes and find a bed. He fell asleep right at the front door of the house. And I laugh and we see that, but how many of us are sleeping on the doorstep of our promise? How many of us are right at the cusp of getting to where we need to be? But because we're tired, because we're frustrated, because they were mean to us, we go to sleep on the doorstep of our promise. I want everything that God has for me, and I'm not gonna stop until I reach my destination. Hallelujah. The Bible says that he has called us out of darkness, and we stop at that, but he's called us out to bring us into his marvelous light. There is an into that needs to happen to each of us. We cannot just be satisfied with being out of darkness, we need to learn how to walk in light. That's why he says, Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. That is an indication that I need to be moving forward. If I'm not moving with the light, I'm gonna be left behind. If I'm not following that pillar of fire, I'm gonna be left behind, and that is the assignment of hell to get you staying in darkness because we failed to keep on walking. Praise God, and so we see as it was with Moses, so it was with the baby Jesus, and we know the story, and it's not Christmas time, hallelujah! But there was a baby that was born, and in that baby was the deliverance, not just of the Hebrews, not just of the Israelites, but the salvation of the world was in that baby, and the same assignment that he had back with Moses, Herod tried to suppress that baby from fulfilling that purpose. He tried to suppress that baby becoming the lamb for sinner slain. But I'm so glad that Jesus did not stop as a baby, he did not stop as a 12-year-old in the temple. But the song says, all the way to Calvary, he went for me. He did not stop short of his purpose, even though he knew what lies on tomorrow, and he had the power to change tomorrow. He fulfilled his purpose, he fulfilled his destiny, he became a full-grown promise that I might have life and pursue the promises that he has set before me. He walked into hell and took the keys of death, hell, and the grave. Therefore, I have an obligation to follow through the footsteps of Christ. And if I make my bed in hell, the Bible says that Jesus has already tread through that territory. There is no place that my foot can go, that the footprints of Jesus Christ have not already made a way. There have been nail-scarred feet going through whatever situation you're going through. I'm so thankful. There is a scripture that came into my heart this week. I had a little bit of a challenging week at work, and I was saying, God, this is this is not it. Praise God. This is this is not what I was expecting. And it's not because of pure uh about performance, but it was more of just people just not being nice. Praise God. And he put that scripture in my heart that he said, I will make thy feet like hinds feet. And if you've ever seen a goat that lives and they have an ability to climb up a mountain with these little tiny ledges, every time you see the video, I have anxiety because you're thinking that they're getting ready to, they're getting ready to fall because I'm trying to see and zooming in on my phone to figure out what they're standing on. And these little goats are just climbing up higher and higher, and they don't fall. And I can't even walk up the steps without dropping. And the Bible says that he's gonna make your feet like hindsfeet, he's gonna equip you to walk in difficult places. Sometimes God wants to elevate you, and you say, God, I don't know how I'm gonna walk there. I'm here to tell you, climb anyway. He's gonna let you walk like hindsfeet, and you say, God, I don't know how I'm gonna do it, and I am incapable, but I'm telling you, go on to your destiny destiny. If he said that I'm gonna give you this mountain, climb the mountain anyway, don't be intimidated about the mountain, he's gonna make your feet like Heinz's feet if you just begin to walk. Praise God, it's time for the church to walk. Hallelujah! Thank you, and so it is our desire to not be like the tribe of Gad or the tribe of Reuben or the half-tribe of Manasseh, I want to walk through the Jordan River, I want to put my feet on the promised land, when I go to market basket in Brockton, I'm not just trying to get fruits for my kids, I'm not just trying to get a good deal on meat, but when I go into market basket in Brockton, and when I go into the Westgate mall, I'm putting my feet on territory that belongs to us. The reason that I go and I hang my head high is because I'm taking possession of what God promised me. I'm thankful for what God's doing, I'm thankful for each and every one of you, but I'm looking for a full grown promise. Hallelujah. I'm thankful for 805 North Main Street, but I'm looking for a full-grown promise. Hallelujah. We're looking for it, we're putting our feet on it, we're putting our feet on Father Bill and Main Street, we're putting our feet on North Montello. Yes, are there things below our feet that are weary? Hallelujah, but he promised to make brother Philip's feet like Hyde's feet. It does not matter the terrain, we're gonna put our feet in the hard places, we're gonna put our feet in the high places, the feet of brother Philip are gonna walk into the city hall of Brockton. Why? Because we believe in a full grown promise, full grown, full grown, full grown, hallelujah. I believe the elder Libird is gonna be teaching hallelujah to the drug addicts. Why? Because that's a full-grown promise. I believe hallelujah, that sister Jen is going to be counseling, hallelujah, those in this city, because we're believing God in a full-grown promise. Oh, I believe it, hallelujah. Someday, Sister Carla, you're gonna be cooking and they're gonna be calling you to help run the dinners because I see a full-grown promise in you. Yes, I believe it, hallelujah, sister Sandra. The SUV will not be big enough for the souls that you're gonna bring to church. Why? Because you have been tested, and the enemies try to suppress your walk with God by touching your children, but look at the amount of children that you have brought into this church. You are a full-grown promise in Jesus' name, full grown, not baby promises, but full grown. Every time I drive into the Boston campus, there is a building there that used to be a school, it was a Catholic church, and then it was a school, and it's for sale. And I'm over here minding my business because that's what I do. But every time I walk past that school building, and I've been there, we looked at it when I was a child, it's a good-sized school, and they have a church that I don't believe that they're using, and it's a Catholic church anyway. Praise God, live video, praise God. But every time I we drive by that school building that's just sitting there, I see a full-size promise. Why can't we open up a school? Why can't we? We have hindsfeet, my god, but maybe it's just me. But I believe God for full-grown promises. If the city is ours, we have got to take the children. Hallelujah. We got to educate the children, we gotta teach them what thus saith the Lord. And if we don't impact the school, we cannot take the city. So at some point, the apostolics are gonna have to get into the school. Full-grown promises. We can't wait till they're 86 and try to save them, but when we reach them, when they're children, that's a full-grown promise. Hallelujah! And so the children of Israel made it out of Egypt, and God told them, I want you to possess Canaan, but if I fail to walk, I might as well have just stayed in Egypt. If they fail to possess the land, they might as well just continue to be slaves. In Egypt, God saved you for you to walk and for you to grow and for you to develop. If he did not want you to walk and grow and develop, he would have left you where he found you. Hallelujah. I'm so thankful that I serve a God that not only brings us out, but he brings us in to the newness of life. And I'm almost done. Praise God. Hallelujah. I don't want to live the same way that I lived on the other side of Jordan. Tremaine Hawkins sings that song: A wonderful change has come over me. I am a new creation. I'm a brand new man. All things are passed away. I'm born again more than a conqueror. Hallelujah. I want all that Jesus has for me. Praise God. It was Jacob that wrestled with the Lord. And he said, because of his wrestling and his tussling, he said, I've seen the Lord and my life has been preserved. Sometimes we need an encounter with God. And because we have this supernatural encounter, a change will make itself known in our life. The Bible says that for the remainder of Jacob's life, he was no longer known as Jacob. He was known as Israel. His name was change. And the Bible says that he halted upon his thigh for the rest of his life. That means that he walked different post-his encounter with God. There is something that's got to change in me, even if it hurts, whatever you have to do to me, don't let me be lost for eternity. For above all else, I must be saved. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. There is a change, and now that we have full-grown promises, I have something that will help me stand the tests of time. I have a firm foundation. Hallelujah. Since the disciples were walking in the town, and as they walked, they realized that these were people that had been with Jesus. When I walk throughout my week, they should be able to tell that this is someone that's been with Jesus. If they can't tell that I've been with Jesus, something is wrong. Praise God. I was telling my mom when I was reflecting on what was happening this week at work, and they were saying things about my personality, and I don't know if they were expecting me to come in and be this and that. And I was just, I'm just cool. Don't get too high, don't get too low. It is what it is. Not gonna be too giddy. I'm not gonna be depressed. When there's chaos and confusion, we just we just gonna keep it kosher. That's it. That's right. We're just gonna, we're just gonna do it. Is what it is, and I guess they did I wasn't responding in the way that they wanted me to respond. And I said, it's not my fault that my Holy Ghost mess messed with your devils, it's not my fault that I have a peace that patheth all understanding, and I don't have to change who I am because of the situation that I am in. Great peace have they which love thy law, and nothing shall offend them. I have a peace that just does not make sense because I'm a full-grown promise. Praise God. Let's stand. I'm out of time. Praise God. When we were children, we sang, I am a promise, I am a possibility, I am a promise with a capital Pete. I am a great big bundle of potentiality. Praise God. That's a song that we used to sing. So I want to tell somebody that you are a promise, you are a possibility, hallelujah. Because of the God that you serve. Praise God. Let's bow our heads. I hope it made sense this morning. I hope the situation that you're in makes more sense this morning. I hope.
