Hi there and welcome back to the podcast. Today's episode is one that I've been contemplating for a little while. Today I want to talk about business growth and about what it actually takes to hit the revenue goals you've set for your business. Whether that's your first 10k month scaling past 30k months towards seven figures or somewhere in between. And I want to talk about the one strategy that I believe, more than any other, has the power to get you there right now in 2026. So let's dive in. I want to start with something that might feel a little bit uncomfortable, and I say this with so much love because I see it playing out for so many coaches, consultants, and course creators right now. A lot of you are working incredibly hard on your organic content. You're posting consistently, you're showing up in stories, you're writing captions, filming reels, sharing your expertise week after week. And I know how time consuming it is, creating all of this new content all the time. You're doing all of this hoping that the right people are going to see it, connect with it, and eventually become clients. But here is something I wish more business owners spending all of this time on organic content had a better understanding of. Because here's what organic content actually does: it keeps you visible to the people who already follow you, the people who already know you exist. But what about all the people who have never heard of you, your ideal clients who need exactly what you offer but have no idea you're out there yet? Those people who are googling the exact problem you solve, scrolling through their feed, looking for the exact answer you have. It is really hard to get organic content to reach those people. Not consistently, not reliably, not at the scale that creates real sustainable growth that I know you want in your business. And that is a gap. That is where so many businesses are stuck, putting out incredible content for an audience that isn't growing fast enough to hit the revenue goals they're working toward. I heard a stat recently while on a group call in a mastermind I am a part of, and I have since found that multiple sources reference this as well, and that is that over 90% of coaches, course creators, and online business owners with a seven-figure business run meta-ads. So let me just say that again. Over 90% of online business owners with a seven-figure business run meta ads. Now I haven't been able to personally verify that exact stat, but having spent 14 years managing ad campaigns for online businesses, I 100% believe it because I see it every single day. The coach is hitting 30k, 50k, 100k months. They're not running ads because they're successful, they are successful because they run ads. That's a subtle but really important distinction. Ads are not the reward you give yourself when you finally made it. Ads are the vehicle that gets you there. And that completely changes how I want you to think about this. In 2026, scaling won't come from doing more of the same things. It will come from changing your approach. I think a lot of business owners are stuck on a treadmill. They're working harder than ever, creating content, showing up, refining their offers, but the revenue isn't reflecting that effort. And the reason, more often than not, is that they're doing more of the same thing and expecting a different result. If you want to grow your audience faster, generate leads more consistently, and actually reach those revenue goals you've been working toward, you need a strategy that puts you in front of people who have never heard of you before at scale, consistently, without relying on an algorithm to decide who gets to see your content. And that's what meta ads do. Paid ads put you in front of the people who are already looking for what you sell. They position you in feeds and in front of your ideal clients at the exact moment someone is ready to click, book, or buy. Posting keeps you visible to your followers. Paid ads make you visible to your future clients. And that distinction, it's everything. Now, before you start thinking this isn't for you because you can't afford to spend thousands of dollars a month on ads, I just want to stop you right there. Because one of the biggest myths about meta ads is that you need a big budget to get results, and it's simply not true. In fact, I actively recommend keeping your strategy simple, especially when you're starting out. Grow an audience of your ideal clients, build trust with them, generate leads, and then sell. It really does get to be that simple. And you can get started for less than the cost of what it is likely just one person joining your program or your course. So think about that. One new client from your ads pays for your ad spend. The rest, all the other sales on top of that one, it's pure profit. So it just makes total sense. The goal is not to spend a lot, the goal is to spend strategically on the right campaigns, in the right order, with the right messaging, so that every dollar is doing something meaningful in your business. I want to give you a quick picture of how this actually works in practice because I find that when business owners understand the logic behind a proper ad strategy, everything clicks into place. A well-built meta-ad system isn't just one campaign you switch on and hope for the best. It's a layered ecosystem, one where each campaign supports the next, and where your ads are working together with your organic content, your emails, and your funnels as one cohesive system. So, but remember, I said this is simple, it doesn't have to be difficult. You start by building an audience, getting your content in front of your ideal clients for the very first time, creating familiarity with you and trust before you ever ask for anything. Then you move into lead generation, offering something genuinely valuable that invites people into your world and onto your list. Then you nurture those leads, staying visible, building trust, positioning yourself as a go-to expert so that when you make your offer, people are already leaning in and listening. And then you sell, making your invitation to the right people at the right time with the right message. When all of those phases are working together, something really wonderful happens. People reach out to you already saying, I've been following you for a while and I'm ready. Your launches fill up, your program sells. You stop relying on hope and start relying on a system. That is what a real ad strategy looks like. Not a single single campaign you throw money at, a system that works for you in the background, consistently, on demand.
