Juan Vargas is the host of the Commit To Wealth Podcast. He is a full time entrepreneur and real estate investor with a focus on multifamily. His family is the main motivation and reason for everything he does. His wife Nataly and 3 boys Andrew, Aaron, and Matthew are what drive him to push every day. Juan began educating himself in real estate and the many ways it allows you to create passive income. Within a few months he purchased his first rental property. Two years later he had built his portfolio to 34 units. He now has invested in over 1,300 units as a limited partner, individual owner, and general partner and created enough cash flow to enjoy those little things in life that matter most to him.
