Covid-19 for Business: Overcoming Fears with Carolyn Zaumeyer
May 20, 2020 Episode 16
Carolyn Zaumeyer

The Upreneur podcast has partnered up with SCORE, hosted by Jeremy Straub, to help bring engaging conversations with today’s top leaders and business owners. In today’s episode, we sat down with Carolyn Zaumeyer NP, Founder & Nurse Practitioner of LowTE Florida, and talked about how she was able to overcome her fears and start her business, how she waited till she found the right person to help expand her business, and how she is able to find such a talented team.

Carolyn Zaumeyer Nurse Practitioner is the founder of LowTE Florida and #1 bioidentical hormone provider in the state and #2 in the country! She has been a specialist in women’s health for more than 28 years, authoring two books and more than 27 publications. Carolyn is an established public speaker, appearing nationally and internationally at over 80 conferences. A pioneer, she was the first nurse practitioner in Florida to open her own practice, to write on establishing an independent practice, and the first in Florida to open a BioTE practice.

LowTE Florida utilizes the scientifically proven BioTE Medical hormone pellet system. Their pellets are made from the highest quality plant-based materials and are compressed at hundreds of pounds of pressure – enabling them to deliver constant levels of hormone replacement for months at a time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Women can start producing less hormones in their late 20’s and men in their early 30’s, and bio-identical hormones will allow those people to feel like they did 10-15 years ago.

Carolyn Zaumeyer fosters a passion for helping her clients and community alike. She dedicates her time, talent, and resources to supporting several nonprofits including PACE Center for Girls, Debra Levy Neimark Scholarship Foundation, Women's Executive Club and their Women Empowering Women Scholarship Program, Broward Coalition for the Homeless, Children's Opportunity Group, The Pantry of Broward and Save the Chimps.
