Life is so much important than the fear. Living actual life is so much more important. And when you take that step and you take that leap and you have faith in yourself or something higher, then things will work out.

SPEAKER_02

What's up everyone? It is uh where are we at? We are on Friday, June 26th, almost 4th of July, and super excited. We have a new guest. Um, and this individual, actually, I know because of Michael with Optimize. And um, and now we have an opportunity to co-create together. Shout out to our sponsor, Liftoff Agent, for finding this amazing guest. Uh, and he's someone that actually is doing a lot of things to help individuals come back to self. Uh, he's really helping individuals with multiple different modalities that we're gonna get into today. And uh he's going off and doing more on his own, exploring how he can be of service to so many out there. And um, and he actually prefaced before. So we have uh Brady on the show. Welcome to the liftoff experience. There's my daughter turning up our mixer board a little bit there. I was like, holy cow, let's turn that down. My daughter's seven, she loves to play with stuff. So Chicago, Illinois, huh, is where you're from.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, sir. You would you would tell the people around here Chicago, but it's really the suburbs of Chicago. Born about half an hour from downtown near Schaumburg, Illinois. Yeah. Spent my whole time like on the river, the Fox River, people from Illinois might know. Okay. Elgin area, St. Charles, Geneva. But that was the first 25 years of my life was spent in the Chicago suburbs. Wow, that's amazing. You still have family there? In Wisconsin. So I still have family in the Midwest, no more family in Illinois. We all came out here at different times, but we we made the entourage. My parents, my grandmother, my sister as well. We all came out to Arizona in the last seven or eight years. Wow. Were you first? I was actually last. I came out here. So I always wanted to go west. Okay. I knew that for a while. Fifth grade-ish, my grandpa Nick took me on I I want to say the first mind-opening experience with nature where he was a mountaineer in Washington. And so we went into the Olympics, we went into the Cascades. I did my first frozen lake plunge before you even called it anything like that. It was just like get undressed in Cold Plunge, what? Um, like frozen lake, like at altitude. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Um, yeah, so you didn't you didn't even know what it was at that point in time. Like I had no labels for it. There wasn't a fad around it when I was in fifth grade, but just exposed to so much nature in the Pacific Northwest, that that was really mind-opening for me. And then I I noticed how much of that was, in a sense, lacking from where I lived in the Midwest. So then I was like, I I need to go west. I need to go west. And then I did come out here and I tested for fire departments when I was 20, 21 years old. So I knew that I wanted to come out here. I tested for Tucson, I really liked their schedule. My dad was a career firefighter. Okay. And so that's why I was chasing that at that moment. But it wasn't something that was like firing me up, no pun intended. Um but it was the best possible thing that I could put focus towards. But I was really in a state of like nothing is really firing me up. I don't really know what this reality is. I don't really know what I am, but everyone's doing something, so I'm gonna study fire science for right now. And then I knew I wanted to leave Illinois, so went to South Carolina, tested there, and then went to Arizona and tested for fire departments there. And I practiced uh tests in Illinois as well, so I tested for a lot of fire departments in Illinois and came out here, did the whole process. It was a multiple-week process with uh exam, fitness, interview with the board, and ultimately didn't get on, but then I stuck around here, lived in my grandma's house, helped take care of some extended family. Yeah. And stayed here for three or four months and then went back home. My dad wanted um, it was more of like he didn't really need help, right? But it was something guiding me back. It wasn't time to come out here yet, and there was still more work to do in Illinois. So he asked me to help with his construction business, which is something that he ran on the side. A lot of the firefighters will have a side business. They'll do that on their off days. So he's like, hey, we we had this, this, and this happen. We're paying for a huge repair on the truck. I could really use your help back here. Yeah. So spent three to four months in Arizona and then headed back to Illinois and then stayed there for another five years after that.

SPEAKER_02

Wow. Yep. Helping grandma, helping your dad, the construction company.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So grandma was here. Oh, she was in Arizona. Yes. Yeah, she has a house in Fountain Hills. Okay. And she also at the time had a house in Nevada with her late husband. So they were back and forth. And that was part of the reason I stayed, is he found out that he had my grandpa Dean had a brain tumor at the time. Oh. And then his mom was living with us as well. And she had Alzheimer's. And then we had a dog uh named uh Poopy actually, and he had diabetes. So I was living in that household for those three or four months, and I got a construction job down here. So I was just waking up at 3, 4 in the morning, going out to pour concrete, wow and coming back, and I was living in the house with them. Then my parents were back in Illinois, and that's where my dad was firefighting, running a business, and he called me back to help. He's like, uh, maybe I can sense that Brady's dealing with a little bit too much right there. And maybe that's not the path forward, or he needs these lessons. He got those lessons of service there, kind of putting the dream aside for a little bit, not really focused on like, oh, what's gonna like happen of all this? Just placed into a position of service where I really didn't have anything else that I was like thinking about during that time. It was just so full of I'm gonna work and then serve my family.

SPEAKER_02

Wow. Um, one thing that came out for me and stuck out at the beginning when you got into that story was the fact that you said you really didn't know what you didn't know from the perspective of what all this meant. And that was so intriguing to me for a second there because you know it's it's one thing from the perspective of someone saying, I don't know what I want to do when I grow up. But it's another thing for you to question everything from the perspective of an entire perspective of this this life, this, this, this body, this reality, what have you. Um, but you let into what it was and what you did, but then your father saw some things for you, and then at what point did it shift for you to start to see, huh? There's something here in this direct was it was there a catalyst? Was there the that moment of clarity?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and a lot of it, like looking back, you can see a lot more of how it was the actual expanded route. Yeah. And it's a step after a step. So each each piece of the story brought me to the next piece, yeah. And then the expansion runs out at some point where you've learned the information in this area, and now you go take it to this area, and you might not be fully aware, fully conscious of what's playing out while you're in that story, but it starts to make sense as you get more and more experience with it. So I I started working on the concrete truck, eventually took over his business. He sold the company to me, eventually took on a partner. Um it was it was a small concrete lifting, concrete repair business. Okay. Um, we were out at Carroll Stream, Illinois, and what this really did, so I mean, it gave me a lot of um it gave me a lot of experience with talking to people, connecting with people, providing services. It it helped me to lead a team. And this part of it I really didn't figure out till later is it was giving me like so much freedom where most people were working for somebody else at that time. And I could control the day. I decided how much work we did. We didn't work in the winter. And I could I could do something else for someone else in the winter, but I I began traveling. And so it gave me the space for really exploring because early on I realized I took one of the winters to do this, but I realized I didn't really feel like a man. I didn't know what a man was. And the conclusion I came to, like, I need to scare myself, I need to experience real life to see what this is all about, to see what unfolds. And so that's where I took my I took my first traveling experience out of that mindset. Like literally was going out to scare myself. Wow. I mean, I did that, though it wasn't what you might expect. Like I wasn't fearful the entire time, right? But it was it was getting into that explorer archetype. Wow. And just experiencing just more culture, more nature, having to do things on my own. And I mean, you're never really on your own, but without the normal programmings, the normal normal patterns of at home, that's what traveling during the winters benefited me for. That's how they really supported me. Dude, that is freaking awesome.

SPEAKER_02

Like, I love the fact that you got the opportunity to it was like almost perfect. Like the way that your dad set you up, you took over the company, gave you the out here. Our summers are like winters, just FY in Arizona. Um, and it gave you that opportunity to have that freedom to go explore. And and it's awesome because I I hear you loud and clear. It's not like you're fearful, like, I'm fearful of dying or something like that. It's just like the fear of unknown and something different and how it's gonna unravel in my interpretation of it, in a sense. Um, and what when you went off, like, how did you even like during that time, how did you even know where you wanted to go? Were you doing research? Was it a calling?

SPEAKER_00

Like, where were some places that you went? So it was a whole new experience for me. So I started basic. I lived in a Mazda 3. Okay, and I took 90 route 90 west from Illinois up through Wisconsin all the way west to Washington. So I had family in Washington, so that was gonna be like my first safety pit stop. Yeah. Then I was gonna go down the entire coast, and then I had my grandma in Nevada, Arizona. So that was how I I figured it out. I looked up nice places in between and did not stay at an Airbnb until like 20 or 30 days in, where I got I got really sick. I was in Montana and it was just freezing cold, and I was I didn't want to keep the car on the entire night. I was getting anxious about like, do I need to have the window open? Can I run the car the entire time? I know I need to run it to get a little bit of heat, and I didn't want to like fall asleep with it on. So I just I was not sleeping and it was below zero degrees because this was me traveling in the winter. I needed a recovery day, like finally in a hotel, then stayed with my grandpa, and he set me up for some adventures as well. That uh I felt the most was he sent me up on Mount Rainier to camp by myself. Um, there was only one other car in the entire park. We went there the day before. He showed me, like, hey, you can hike up this way, and there'll be some good spots. This is where you're gonna park, this is what you're gonna need, and just went out like as the sun was setting in the snow, camped on Mount Rainier, and it was it was really interesting because there's like a point of no return because there's the whole idea of like the crevasse, there's there's snow packed in, there's snow that might be more melted or warmed up, and you really don't want to be without knowledge and the light, you don't want to be walking after the sunsets through a lot of this snow. So it was like after I set up the camp and it became dark, and I no longer knew where I came from and couldn't see more than 10 feet around my tent. I was like, okay, I'm I'm like here for the night, and I'm camping at freezing temperatures. Yeah. First time like really experiencing being on my on my own in nature. Like I was on my own at gas stations and like truck stops sleeping in my car, but then that was the first experience of being with nature by myself. Wow.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. And and like that first night, like hard asleep. Did you get to some sleep that night or there was some sleep there?

SPEAKER_00

There was some restorative sleep. There was a lot of like thinking, listening to the sounds around me. There was a lot of like, I need to put another layer of socks on, I want to put more gloves on. And yeah, there was definitely some restoration.

SPEAKER_02

Wow. And why did you decide to go if it's winter, why don't you decide to go like more like warmer climates?

SPEAKER_00

Just because that's what my uh work at the time allowed for me to do was to travel during the winter. Okay. And then I did figure that out eventually, so I left the United States in future winters.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, about to say that like dang, dude, like that's crazy. You're like, ah, you know, but I mean it makes sense because you you could drive, you could be in your car, you get to save money. Um, it's free. You don't have to sit there in airports and layovers and all the things. And uh, if anyone's listening and viewing out there and you've done some traveling, we'll love to know. Comment below where you travel, what you where have you been. But there's also something to be said too. I had a guest before. Um, so this is the lifts off experience. We have Real Civilse Technology that this all uh stemmed from. And um, and we had an agent on there, and she says that every year she takes a trip, just a self-trip. And there's something to be said about taking a self-trip and going through that process. And for viewers and listeners out there, what type of uh I don't know, like what kind of things did you learn going out on your own, being by self and and being able to just have that opportunity just to be with you?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, well, and that's when things really do come in. So many people that are stuck and they want change, they want that higher self to come into body, they want to embody like that best life. But a thing that I'll recommend all the time because I just know it from my own experience is traveling creates that space for you. You get out of your normal life, it all the normal routines, the patterning starts to to crumble, and you get to see things with new eyes. And that space allows for you to be informed by all this new information and this this experience of being on the edge and more of a flow state because you're not familiar with everything, you're not connected, so now you're in this explorer state, and so anybody looking to like break out of just where they feel confined, they feel like they have mental blocks, and they're not really finding the way to like repattern their life here because you never really have to leave to create this expansion, but it is a way to do it. But traveling, especially to areas that are far different than what we're used to in the United States, that really can open a person up and allow for the vision that is already inside you, like maybe it seems like it's coming from somewhere else, but it allows the the vision to to come in and or to just uh unfold, um, to feel it deeper because you're less connected to like everything that has created the current story um that you live in in the the current character that you're embodying because this there's just a lot of different things we're identifying with, agreeing with, attaching to. And so that makes it hard to see from a different perspective and be like, okay, I want to actually evolve, I want to spiral up a little bit. This this life is not making me feel healthy, happy, free. And it's hard to see that when you're in it.

SPEAKER_02

Wow, that is that is so powerful. Um, one thing that comes up for me is I remember being, I think the first trip, uh, I've never been a traveler, so if you're not a traveler out there, it's okay, I can relate to you. But my wife was always a traveler, and I like to say on accident, I built an international team. It didn't really happen, like purposeful. Uh, but you know, the universe, Lord, God, whoever you believe, has mysterious ways to have things unfold. Um, and so I found myself in the Philippines, and so we went to the Philippines, and you're on a plane going over, you know, a massive ocean, and you're 16 hours on this plane, you're 3,000 miles from home, and there is no like, let me just jump in my car and drive home. Um, and I remember after I think it was four or five, six, seven days, I was there for like a couple weeks. Uh, because there's no reason to go that far just for a couple days or a week. You got to be out there for at least a couple weeks, and the food's different, um, the culture's different, and you could try to go get, you know, whatever. Like, they don't have pinto beans, they don't have Mexican food. That's one of the things that I like. You know, you might try to get like, oh, they have Italian food, but not really Italian food because they put sugar in their spaghetti. It's all different. TJ Fridays, oh, cool. Is this a chain? No, no, no, no. Denny's, it smells like, why does it smell like shit in Denny's? This is weird. It was just spices and herbs that they use. So I can attest to what you're saying. Really put me outside my comfort zone. And I remember feeling a sense of anxiety, like almost wanting to be back home and had to calm myself down and just be like, okay, I'm okay. I got this. Especially also then when you are coming back and you're like eight, nine, 10 hours on this flight, and you're like, I still got six more hours. You know, you're just like, I was almost going stir crazy, wanting to get off this airplane uh because you can't go very far, and you can just walk down the aisles and use the restroom or what have you, and you're trying to do the best you can because your legs are falling asleep and everything else. And I remember my one leg started to get like swollen. So I had to get those those compression socks, make sure I was hydrating enough. So it's it it's a real deal. It it really challenged me to think differently and expanded my awareness for sure.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, it'll definitely, it'll definitely do that. And you have to, if you're especially traveling solo, even if you're taking care of a family or a partner, you have to figure things out. Like, and if you're in an area that doesn't speak English very well, a lot of the areas that we tour to, they have people that are bilingual. But if you now go to an area that doesn't get any tourists, you have to really figure out how to communicate in a different way. Yeah. And and it's do that, or you're not gonna have a good time. Like you're not gonna find out where to go, you're not gonna find out where to stay or eat. Like you have to embody, like you have to come into some sort of responsibility and um be aware of everything that is around you. And that's yeah, that's one of the reasons that traveling um lights me up. I I like it so much for that aspect, like not only just like learning the new cultures, but connecting with people in new ways. Yeah, you can't use all of the the same ways. You have to learn, um, you have to create a a bridge that connects you to these other people. I love that. And yeah, and you're exactly right. I spent a lot of time in uh Southeast Asia. Oh nice. So Philippines, I think that it's considered Southeast Asia. Very close. When I first when I first went to like say Thailand, like, or India even, not Southeast Asia, but India. Yeah. It's a subcontinent. Um felt like I was on an alien planet. Wow. Like that's how much of a mind mind blow it was.

SPEAKER_02

Wow. Yeah. That is amazing. Yeah, we just went to uh Japan and um we get there, so I went there for the birthday. My father-in-law one year anniversary doing some team building because we bring over our team leads from the Philippines, um, getting their visa and what have you. And I remember my partner, he's opposite of me, and he's like all fired up because he's like, Yeah, I'm gonna go on the subway. And there's like three floors of subway, and there's all there's like blue line, purple line, green line, the orange line. And I'm like, I was so overwhelmed. I'm like, I'll just spend the $60, $100. I don't care on an Uber just to get where we needed to go. But as soon as I calmed down and I did some breath work and I just recentered, then I was like, after the next day, I was like, all right, let's go try out this subway system. And then you go into Google Maps and you're like checking it out. You're like, all right, cool. Like, I got this. And then and then I did like, I like doing content. So I did some content around it. You know what I'm saying? Like, this is real life, like I don't know what I said, Mario or whatever it was, because you like follow the lines, and it took you to the okay, you're gonna go A1 to B6, and then you catch this train, and then you're out that train, you gotta catch the next train, and then you start to get it, and then it it's a it's a freeing feeling. It it's something so complex that. turns into something that's like a game. And that's one thing that I like to live my life like is like a video game. And so that's why I got like toy cars over there next to you and you know this podcast and just doing cool stuff. Like told you about maybe taking this office and building something in the backyard, having these doors. So if we wanted to we could just open these up and you'll jump on the pool real quick. You know, just having more fun with it. Yeah. You know, because I think sometimes could be people could be so just stuck in like a box, especially if you're and no no disrespect if you're in a nine to five, you're underneath Florex lights, you're in traffic, you're sitting in a cubicle, all these type of things, you know, it can get very monotonous. You know, and then and then things come up where it's like, I know you see it in your line of work and also, you know, working at Optimize, you probably see people that are, you know, would you say that you can tell when you see someone who maybe hasn't been in nature, not doing the breath work, not grounded compared to someone who is under the fluency lights, they're in the cubicles, they're they're not getting the same.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, because the energy the energy that you're embodying you like that's that is how you appear to others and especially people that have worked with sensitivity concentration techniques and are more in touch with their self and they they perceive people on a different level. And if you're in the wellness the holistic health industry that's part that's part of the role. Like you have to be able to to figure out what that person's saying that they're not actually saying you do that by sensing the energy. But I think most people appear as how they are actually feeling so a person that is holding like sadness or they're feeling like they're not living like you see that you see that in their physique you see that in their definition you see that in the the brightness of their eyes the the faces that they typically make like it is all very readable. That's definitely there are uh telltale signs of this person is not living at ease and like you were saying like we're a character in a video game we're here to create yes um we're here to explore we're here to play around and most of these uh people all they want to do is like all they want to do is actually live and and it's there's like an awareness block of not realizing that the what they're doing is uh something that they chose out of fear and and it is not living in alignment with what they truly desire they want to be turned on they want to be connected they want to be at ease they want to be healthy and and it's crazy that like fear can do so much to a person because I need to hold on to all of this or else this doesn't happen. I can't support my kids I can't pay my next bill and life is so much important than the fear living living actual life is so much more important.

SPEAKER_02

And when you when you take that step when you take that leap and you have faith in yourself or something higher then things will work out like are they working out now like are you feeling are you feeling well now like how like how are you feeling and it's it's like life's so short like yeah amen dude I love that all right so lift off moment there I want to read you all something then I want to I want to transition into the next segment and I want to try something that I have here so um so basically Brady so if it's Brady underscore breeze that's the Instagram helping create more presence and inner peace huge we're gonna get into that right now holistic lifestyle and manifestation drink liquid.zenwater I have this rut heel here wellness coach at optimize work with me amazing okay so before we get into the next segment first and foremost it we're I can't believe we're already freaking 30 minutes in so I've been wanting to crack this open but I told you and he didn't this is he said you don't have to say anything it's up to you just wanted to share this with you what is this first and foremost before I crack it open and take the first sip and then uh and then you can check out his Instagram if you want to go ahead and get you some on your own. So tell me a little bit really quick before I crack this open.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah this is intentionally crafted water it's structured water where most of the water that we're drinking is dead. It's not how it would have been in nature if we were drinking it off of a mountain spring. So this water's taken from one of the best sources in the United States uh Palomar Springs and it's in the cannery it's being infused with 528 hertz so it's in a nonstop sound bath of 528. So it's being structured with the vibration of cellular regeneration of love and then you can see the print on the can there's sacred geometry on the can and that's helping to hold that structure that vibration in the water and structure water can actually connect with the body that is what we want like the intracellular water to be in the cell so that it conducts electricity that it conducts life force and when we drink dead water it's just acting as a a carrier agent of whatever uh vibration it's bringing or if there's minerals or electrolytes in it like like dead water does not hydrate a person um structured water water from real life fruit um from your food that is what actually that's what the body actually recognizes it doesn't recognize something that has gone through piping it's been uh laced with synthetic minerals it's in plastic it's sat in a truck and has remained still until it gets to the store so this is the new system for water and it will advance it will get better but this is where it's at right now and it's great you should try it out. The founder here is Cory in Glendale Arizona and it's a relatively new company just getting started just starting to get the brand out there and so they do have a website you can purchase some and there are they're available at places that so far places that align I think will take over the entire water industry eventually and the founder is I mean obviously very into cymatics and vibrations effect on water which is I mean we're 70% water so our vibration vibrational effects on the self and then you can get into like EMFs and non-native EMFs as well. But he's also deeply into exposing all the lies about water and these water companies where a lot of their sources haven't been tested for years. And the source water changes every single day with what they're putting into the sky and you and you have to be aware of is your source being protected and and just a lot of these water brands that say that they're good water don't actually know if they're good water. Then they change the taste by putting synthetic potassium, magnesium, sodium um so that's how they're adjusting both the pH and the flavor profile that you get interesting. Yeah which I mean you could get into the whole electrolyte conversation but he wants to change the water game. So you had Troy on and you know how Troy wants to like create new systems for everything. Yep this is the water element side of that in my opinion.

SPEAKER_02

Basically this is awesome ingredients uh polymer mountain spring water uh natural electrolytes and structured with 528 hertz frequency love and gratitude so um what you just said reminds me of something from the perspective of intentionality uh it was also interesting too because Christy uh she's on Instagram I haven't had her on the show yet she's uh used to be an actress and um something came up that she showed me a system you could purchase that actually uh does light infusion into the water that can actually uh help with collagen production and other things which is so amazing and that's exactly why this platform is here is for us to explore different modalities and things that we're talking about now. I like and actually more or less should I say I love the intentionality of of what is happening and what's happening here. I'm very grateful that you brought this you brought this in uh coincidental because I was watching that post about light frequen light frequency and then how light changes can change water you can have it in your home and then you bring me this and I'm just like what the heck uh as far as if you're curious yes I just tried it um it's water but it does taste lighter um it is more hydrating and uh I do feel I feel great I feel great so we'll we'll keep drinking it and we'll see how the vibe goes but uh definitely if you want to check it out that's something that you could do and um see for yourself.

SPEAKER_00

So you're doing what you're doing you're going out and traveling you're you're you're getting different perspectives then you're running this company what gave you the calling to go deeper right go deeper into these modalities go deeper into I mean it's all on your arms you could tell you're tatted with you know same type of you know designs that we have here um you're already branded perfect for the water company here ironic right yeah ironic right that is so interesting um so was there like podcasts you started watching was there books was there was there a person was it just you on your own journey and then just getting deeper into because when I was just reading on your Instagram you know the one thing that I I would be thinking in the back of my mind and I don't know anyone here would be thinking but like just being able to you said healing creating more presence inner peace so is that because you found it for yourself you said I need to help others achieve the same like how did this start to transpire I found uh peace and calmness relative to what I was experiencing back in the day I I was 18 19 years old but we'll go a little bit further back we'll go into high school just to give you a little context I was a wrestler before that I was in Taekwondo so lots of disciplinary practices and then wrestling weight cutting made the varsity team as a freshman and I was the smallest guy I was the 103 pounder and I was like 115 120 pounds so wow I learned how to cut weight as a 13 14 year old and and I don't know if you really learn how to cut weight because is there like a healthy way to do it? Stop eating. Yep um so my relationship with food started to evolve there and realizing that I could perform at a higher level than most people on on nothing even like being dehydrated for like a day or two wow at a time and because at the end of a cut you gotta cut water and that's where you really lose the weight is you stop taking water in because water's heavy and again that's most of your body is water. So a lot of different experiences opened up through wrestling and just dedicating and working hard and the relationship with food changes. Though it definitely brought awareness in the way of I'm unwell in the way that I'm currently patterning my eating because I didn't have that awareness before high school I didn't know processed food was bad. I didn't know that I couldn't eat a cinnamon flavored cinnamon glaze flavored Pop Tart every morning you know um good though special K diet like going on the special K diet like just reading off the cereal box like oh I just need to have special K, a bowl of special K every meal and I'll be good. So I didn't know any of that. And so I started to through this experience see how sick I actually was and I had stomach issues early on after wrestling this led to because we know how the stomach's connected to the brain uh issues with feeling depressed feeling anxious having panic attacks so a GI specialist told me that I had um irritable bowel syndrome and I was probably 17 or 18 years old. Okay. And there was really nothing that you could do about it, right? Took some muscle relaxants for it at the time and then I was seeing a psychiatrist at the same time and a therapist and trying to figure out like why my mentality was off like it's so it's so interesting like when you're just shooting in the dark and you don't even know like what is what is what like but you feel like you're a victim to life or things aren't going the way that they're supposed to be going so you start questioning that and then the systems are already set up to like as soon as you start questioning oh we got we we have the answer for you. Don't you worry yeah it's antidepressants and anti-anxieties and come see the therapist. Yeah it's definitely not questioning why you're here or who you are don't do that you know yep so that's where it all started I was on antidepressants I was having panic attacks these panic attacks I would call them death attacks because I felt like I was dying in every experience maybe some were more severe than the others but the ones where I died are the ones that stuck out and I had parents take me to the hospital on occasion I had friends take me to the hospital because I would have like these physical experiences of oh I'm having a stroke this feels like a stroke I can't move my leg I can't move my arm I'm having a heart attack and just all of these different experiences of dying and so through dealing with the disorderings of my mentality of my mind and dealing with the gut issues eventually I got to a point where I kept going back to the psychiatrist like oh this dose isn't working this isn't working I didn't want it I didn't want it to work yeah I didn't I didn't even know what I was doing. So how could I see a resolution in this when like I wanted to be in that victim world I wanted things to not be right. Yeah you know and so eventually we'll throw this context because I think it's important. Yeah um while I was on antidepressants I had one mushroom journey and I didn't experience anything because I was on the antidepressants. All I experienced was um gentle highlights to the clouds in the sky and I remember having this new awareness of looking at the sky differently than I ever had before it was like it broke me out of like some bubble where it was almost like I wasn't even externally aware before that. Wow I was just in my experience like fully connected to it but subconsciously because like now we're shooting for embodiment again right but it's like you are in body but someone else wrote your programming then you come out of body and realize you can expand and then the goal is to come back in body. You wrote your coding you wrote your programming um yeah so that I think played a role right and one one of the days I was on the antidepressants and I was still just getting like angry at life and making bad bad decisions, being mean to people around me, especially like the people that were closest. It was just so easy to be uh mad at the people that were most familiar um going out and like driving my car into garbage cans just because I was like pissed off and I'm like okay obviously this isn't working and I one day just it it just came to me and I think there were a series of things that were hard to see that lent to this experience coming including that psilocybin experience and I was just like what am I doing? Like I don't even know who I am why am I taking like why am I taking these things and then I got off all of them and then through that experience because it was suffering coming off of all the medications I started to explore more. Then I started explore with nutrition and I was trying all of these different um elimination diets all these different fad diets to figure out my gut issue. And as I was playing around with this my mentality my mindset started to become more controllable in a way you know more at ease I'll say this because this is also this was important in uh catalyzing through the panic attacks if anyone's dealing with panic attacks that is actually what brought me to breath work and meditation before I even had um the idea that there was a field of people practicing breath work and meditation there was not I I experienced it so many times that eventually I had to just go sit down and I would be by myself I knew that it played out this many times I didn't die actually in any of the occasions. So I'm like okay this is gonna end eventually I was just naturally slowing my breath down being still and these experiences of anxiety of death turned into experiences of euphoria they turned into these experiences without ego and not suggesting that everyone that anyone should go like try to live without ego I'm not like a proponent of that ideology at all but the experience of breaking free from that identity momentarily um it was quite profound and it was just showing me that there was oh there's so much more here.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah and that character just completely collapsed and I would maybe spend 30 minutes to an hour in this unnoon uh like unknown territory and I would grab a notebook and I would just like start like investigating uh this new territory and yeah so that's where it all kind of started and that would be from the ranges of 18 age 18 to like 21 yeah powerful man getting some liftoff here lift off moments wow it's so profound because for the viewers listeners out there when you think about ego ego comes from the perspective of self and and what we've what we've identified of self from the perspective of the past patterns that we identify with as of say examples uh clothes or shoes or parents or siblings or house or address or phone number or stereotypical uh I ideal idealizations of like what people say of you, you're fat, you're uggy, you're this, you're that, whatever else there's so much that plays into ego um to a point where it it sounds like you you reprogrammed yourself so then when you came back into body you reprogrammed maybe like what the ego I don't know it's almost like I want to go deeper with it from the perspective of like a code. Like if you're if your ego is coded in a sense where you've always known yourself to be this way and then you start doing breath work and these modalities and you start to like come out of body and then you come back into body and you're like taking notes and you're playing with all this stuff, would you say you've kind of like reprogrammed what the ego means to you or is it just getting past ego altogether so then it's not even there at all?

SPEAKER_00

So I think getting to the experience of ego disillusion is a guide for us here on earth. Okay. I think if you're gonna going to attain that, if you're gonna like call it something to attain, you're gonna be living in a cave in the Himalayas um like you're you're not gonna fully integrate with this experience. I think to want to impact the world and I mean there's there's a lot of different perspectives on this because you could listen to the old recordings of like Ram Das or Dr. Richard Alpert talk about this state of uh neutrality or detachment or equanimity that he lived in where you're still interacting with the world but you're no longer doing you're just aligned with the work and your being through all that interaction and that activity. So now you're in each moment aware I don't want to go too far off. It seems as if the ego is important if you're going to play certain games and if that game is to impact the the world positively or to to help your family come up to protect the people around you to love there needs to be some character at play. But then where is it ordered and can we make sure that that state where ego is dissolved source God is what is the main driver of that state. So connecting to that experience is important for I would say coding or programming the character but you'll hear a lot of people in this like spiritual community talk about like the higher self, right? Yep. That's where we're fully turned on we're fully connected and we're we're living a life where we don't need to question whether this is the life I'm supposed to be living it's it's living in alignment it's living in harmony I'm no longer Wasting energy, I can sustain energy, and I can just be here in each moment. So people talk about like life being this unfolding of everything that you're not, and this becoming or returning to this higher self. And I still even think this higher self has a character that plays in the game here on Earth, and then samadhi or total dissolution is something even more um all-encompassing, even deeper, it's even higher. And what's important about that experience is it tells you, even though you're in duality and you're playing in the within the laws of polarity, none of it really matters. Like this is where you really come from. And so you can create as much meaning here as you would like. You can play whatever game that you would like. And at the end of the day, there's also no meaning to it. But the life is both so meaningful and uh meaningless, and that's what that experience gives you. So now you now have the free will to choose how serious to take certain things or come into certain experiences with more play or more joy or more humor. And I think that's why it's important to tap in and have that experience, and you don't necessarily need to do it through Entheomens uh or psychedelics. There's many ways to experience a state of samadhi, and when you're experiencing it, you're not you're not experiencing it, you're not there, and that's the point of it. But I would say that the people that want to delete ego altogether, they have the wrong idea. It's just like, how do we prioritize? Um, like, are we putting God's source before everything else? Or are we putting that character above source? It's like, it's like, what will you have me do, or what am what am I gonna do here? Like that's kind of the the difference of priority, like what you're putting your energy or faith into. And it it gets tricky because once you create a life and you've like started to see the fruit of um certain practices, and you could call it manifestation or actualization, and you see it, you begin to think that you did it. And so now that starts to bring um, it might start to skew how you're prioritizing, but really you did it by surrendering and allowing allowing the unbecoming of everything that you're not so that you could realize what you really are, which is whatever energy that you want to hold, then there's just some lag time in physical reality. And if you're going to connect with this higher version, then and you're gonna hold that energy, the external will reflect that internal, and there might be time, and in that time is where the FUD, fear, uncertainty, doubt comes in, which can easily bring you back to this experience of like oh a manifestation doesn't work. Um, why am I doing why am I telling myself that I love myself every day? Like, why is this written on my mirror, you know? Um yeah, but then even when you accomplish something big, right? Yeah, it's easy to like think I did this. And in a way that in a way you did, but it's it's what you didn't do that allowed it to actually come through, if that makes sense.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, yeah. So, like as an example, it's you saying, I not want, but I desire, I I am looking to will say innovate the real estate industry, just drop the market, whatever, right? And then, okay, now I'm at 500 agents, I'm at 1,000 agents, I'm at 10,000. Okay, now I did it, 15,000 agents. And then I could look at that as like, oh, look at me, I'm so cool. I did all these things on my own, or you could say, I I put the thought vibration out there. I had unwavering belief, disconnecting from any outcome versus timeline, and and allowed universe, God, spirit, what have you to bring that in after the lag time of this physical plane, and then when that comes, then being below source and saying thank you. Thank you for blessing me with these amazing opportunities to be of service to an industry that gives me additional freedom and monetary value to do more traveling or have more experiences or more blessings to bless people and whatever the case may be, instead of being someone that I could see you see people out there, and if you guys could, you know, think about an artist and you think about an entrepreneur and they have so much success so quick, and if it's ego driven, as fast as you will grow, is as fast as you could fall. Being that Lord Source God, call it what you will, is maybe needing to teach you that you are not above, you are below. That's what comes up for me.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's beautiful.

SPEAKER_02

I love that. I'll do this for both of us. Let's go. And and and I'm gonna put quotes like that shit was deep. All right. I I just like unlocked this door and you just went freaking, yeah. Ray just went like next level. I love that. I love that. And if you have any commentary on ego you want to add to this conversation, this is a conversation. If you're on YouTube, you can comment down below. Uh, if you're not on YouTube, go to YouTube, go to the go to the channel. Uh, it's basically list off experience. Give some commentary. Uh, we'll love to get your feedback on that. And um, so we can make this more of a community opportunity to co-create. Okay, so I want to get back into the story and get back into the fact that like you started to after that, medication, understanding, understanding self, uh, working on getting your body, your gut, all this stuff back into homeostasis. Um did you come to a place where you're like because uh the fat diets are fat diets. Did you come to a place where like this is how I want to eat? Like, where did that evolve to to then get closer to where we're at today?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, what I think uh is important is that it continued to evolve.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And you didn't get um stuck or trapped in any sort of uh limitation or restriction. It's important to keep the energy of I'm exploring and I'm seeing what works best for me. Cause ultimately, like if you want to be a being of abundance and uh and you want to be s in your sovereign state, you wouldn't be restricting yourself. At least not in you wouldn't be using those words, right? Like because you could get into the whole conversation of uh fasting, which I have like a lot of thoughts on it as well, and I know that you have a lot of experience with it also. So keeping the energy of exploring and seeing what my body felt good with, what didn't. Um, yeah, there's still things like there's still things that I'm working on now health-wise, like every every day um I'm bringing more awareness and I'm cultivating more self-love so that I can make the right decisions food-wise. And and the the best thing that I've found is people aren't gonna necessarily like the answer, is it's intuition-based. Like you need to eat intuitively. Everybody is giving away a different amount of energy. Yeah. So if you can actually hold your energy and recycle it, you don't actually need a lot of food. Like, uh, yeah, that's that's the interesting part about it. So as soon as someone's gonna like tell you you need this many calories per day, like, okay, I'm out. Like, I maybe had that amount of calories in the last week. Um, because I eat when my body needs energy. Yeah, and if I'm not leaking energy all all over the place, then I'm not gonna need energy uh or fuel as much as another person. So beautiful. Yeah, I explored with a lot of different um elimination diets. I did vegan for a while, uh, I did raw vegan. I was vegetarian for five years. I did the whole Purium 30-day transfer. Yeah, I was an affiliate of Purim. Before I came out here, I was working with the certified health nut. And that's actually how I originally connected to Optimize Community was through through Mr. Troy Casey, but I I went through Purim, was selling Purim products, no longer. Yeah, I I had a switch in uh Nepal. I was vegetarian for like I was like in my fifth year of being vegetarian and I was in Nepal and for whatever reason went to like some like chicken wing bar spot in Nepal. And I'm just used to like finding whatever I can find on the the menu and like eating something like super simple, like a celery stick or something. Yeah. Um that didn't have any animal products in it, or in that in that case, it was just it didn't, it couldn't have meat in it. I couldn't have killed an animal if uh if if I wanted to consume it. Um and then I was just like, I'm gonna have a chicken wing. And then just out of nowhere in the pol ate uh another chicken wing, and then carnivore code by Paul Saladino like uh ends up being like the next book that I'm reading, just like out of nowhere. And then like I dive completely into yeah, like carnivore, um, ketogenic diets. And so really like going from one to the other, uh, big contrast there. I was feeling better, but it was because I was doing something that was so restrictive for so long and wasn't actually fueling me. And I was getting stuck into like this paradigm. I was getting stuck into like this idea of this is the way that I need to eat. And I did uh I did my best not to push it on people. Yeah, yeah. But I definitely still held judgment. And then even holding that judgment, holding that like uh this person doesn't really know, um, you're holding that. And so you're gonna feel, feel those judgments. Like when you when you hate another person, you are you are in turn hating yourself, and you have to you have to let go of all of these like weird um connections that you have mentally with people where like I'm better than this person, I'm better with this person, because it's only holding, it's you're only holding, is what I should say. So you're only creating patterns of resistance in your own body, and so by forgiving all these other people and understanding that, like, oh, maybe I don't have it right, and all these people might have it right, or we're all the same thing and we all have it right, um, that frees up that uh inner conflict, that resistance, and straight liftoff right there.

SPEAKER_02

And I I love that. And um just for the viewers and listeners out there, I want to put a couple cliff notes here. Uh, number one, not as easy, um, but go down the path. I actually was vegetarian for six months and then keto for six months. I've tried on different diets to see what would work the best. Uh, I do count calories. Uh, I am in the process right now of gaining some additional muscle for my own personal um preference and what I want to do for self. Um, but yeah, definitely listen to your body. I think not very many people out there do that. They don't listen to what they need and why it comes up. And then is it a salad? I don't know. Is it a chicken wean? I don't know. You know, whatever it is for you. Um, and I love the fact that uh you you commented on um, you know, the space part from the perspective of when you judge, you're really judging yourself because there is no self-separation, even though we believe that there's separation, there is no separation, and what separates us is the ego, the judgment, and all the things that we have, the money, the jobs, the cars, the house, the yada yada yada. So Encliffe, no, just want to put it out there. Take it time, take yourself some time and um be gentle with self.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, being like a conscious explorer of what you're consuming, what's toxic, what's not, what works with you, what does, like that is part of the process that can't really be skipped. So the the point is to that you have to explore internally, like you need to do it yourself and make your own decisions on what is best for you to ingest, right? And so yeah, that was um that was a big part of just the exploring and being open to experimenting and looking at like all of these different inputs as what I the energy that I'm embodying is the output of everything that is in my environment, whether it's in my light environment or it's the food that I'm ingesting, if it's in my sound environment. So playing around with all of those, if you're in the business of wanting to feel more aligned or more connected, yeah. Um that's I mean, you have to look, you have to look around you, you have to be mindful, you have to be aware. Yeah. And the journey is gonna look different for every single person. So 100%.

SPEAKER_02

And it goes back to like what you talked about earlier, like, you know, with say this water, infused water, um, you know, we're drinking some red zen tea shout to my wife and uh her company. And it's like anything that you ingest or anything you put in your body, it's like you're putting that inside self, and you have to ask yourself, what was the intention behind whoever created it? So if you're gonna eat a Bic Mac or you're gonna go to Chick-fil-A, or you're gonna go to, you know, Chipotle or whatever the case may be, um, too many people I feel going way back to the beginning of the show, you talked about the fact that you you you had these issues from the perspective of you're eating these things, didn't think too much of it. The system already had it set up where you can then take uh a pill or go see a therapist, and it just brought you down this rabbit hole. Well, you know, to climb back out of that to bring it together full circle, you just had to be more mindful of what you're doing, why you're doing it, asking some questions to be more intentional with what you're doing and why you're doing it. Because I think too many people in this playing field that we're on right now, they aren't intentional. And come on, everyone who's everyone watches or has watched sports, basketball, football. Right now, during the time of the filming, um, we had the World Cup, right? And so uh made a little investment yesterday, made a little money on uh the World Cup. Let's go, soccer. Uh, and so you know, as a player, you had to be intentional. What's the play? What are we doing? Okay, cool. Like you're gonna have to get into an ice back because you're sore, or if you're a USC fighter, or you said earlier, you know, doing what you did with wrestling. Um, there's there's all of these intentionalities behind it, and it's so much interface in so many different lights. But as I feel like a lot of us don't really think about it from the perspective of being intentional. They just accept the job, they accept the salary, or maybe not. I hope not. They accept uh maybe who they're with. Some people are with people that maybe you're not 100% committed with, but you you you feel comfortable. Uh, you accept the house, you accept this existence that you're in, and it's like you also accept the fact that like food tastes good and that's all. And the next thing you know, it's like, well, I gotta see my doctor because something's wrong. I got fatty liver, uh, obesity, uh, pre-diabetic. And then you're like, oh man, doc, what do I need to do? And it's I feel like it's giving so many uh so many people outside itself the power and then not really taking that power and and being in your power, being in your knowing. And it's like, do you think that like I mean I can obviously answer this myself, but like it's already kind of like set up this way. But why do you think people just don't really like open up or think about little things just like why am I eating this?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I think you hit something like this is kind of the root of it, right? And whether someone wants to transform, transcend, ascend, whatever you want to call it. Okay, I go to the doctor and now I I realize I'm unwell. Yeah. Like, how is a person even needing to take those steps and have somebody else tell them that they're unwell? It's because there's so many ways to suppress, there's so many ways to create artificial energy or stimulate, there's so many ways to distract. So a lot of these people, before they can even maybe there's been glimpses of these openings where oh, I could I could change something, I could actually feel better. But most people don't even realize their disease, they don't even r realize their sickness until something very extreme happens because they've gotten so uh enmeshed in the lifestyle of numbness, and so we can like choose to be here and feel, or we can choose to not be here, we can be distracted and uh consequently not feel the moment. And then you're you're almost it's so weird because I was here at one point and you're living each experience waiting to get to the next experience, which is never here, and so many people are trapped in that um rat race of life where it's like, okay, I don't like being at work, and so I have these things that I'm gonna do after work, yeah, and so now I'm not fully present even at work, I'm not enjoying life, so now I've not lived for eight hours, and now I have time uh for myself, and I'm gonna eat shitty food because I wasn't present and I can't think uh about what I should be eating. Like that awareness never came in because I just wasted eight hours of wait, I was waiting for the next part of life, um, which is imaginary. And then we eat a meal, then we watch TV. It's all it's all it's all distraction. Like you finally get space for yourself, and everybody wants this space for their self. And then they just give me some space, please, okay? Yeah, yeah. I can't wait till I have this time to do this or do that or to just be with myself. I just need time with myself, and then they get that gap and they fill it with distraction, they fill it, they fill it with suppression. And so I think what is missing is like that transformative experience, and it is maybe even like a uh teaching um or a programming that is missing from our culture where we should expect this uh this awakening, this coming into um deeper or greater connection as we age, but it's not really uh trained into our culture in that way, and so usually something really bad will happen to someone, and then they'll realize that nothing that they were doing was actually helping and or working, and because because life has become so raw for them, they've gotten so close to death because they've either um themselves uh were taken close to death or someone around them died, or they just you know something terrible happened, right? Yeah, that can bring someone to this opening where then again then then you have to choose. Can you stay can you stay aware? Can you continue to be mindful and keep this space open and begin to work in a direction that benefits you without like proper guidance and teachers and mentors? It's a really difficult, it's a really difficult path to walk because everything is telling you not to walk it. Everything is telling you to fold under the pressure, to numb, to just obey, to just do um the easiest, most familiar uh thing to your nervous system. So um, yeah, so some people run into something like that. Some people at least like mentally get to a place where like, okay, I'm not happy and none of this is working. Like, I'm gonna go travel, I'm gonna go to the jungle, like, you know, like those are all those experiences that break you out of the just the normal pattern of suppress suppression. Like in in Buddhism, like those are that's the right and the left hand. Yeah, yeah. You can either you can either walk towards purity or you walk um um towards numbness. Everything that we do is either for life and in love, or it's for death. So you can you can like create that, like there doesn't need to be like a spectrum. That can be that can be binary. If you're mindful and you love yourself, every choice that you make will be for more life, it will be for love. If you're unconscious and you're distracted, um, you might still like um like a a blind squirrel finds a nut. Like you might still do good things for yourself occasionally, but if it's if it's in unconsciousness and you're distracted, you're likely doing it for death. Like you're waiting for it to be over, you're not being present. Life is being present. Um waiting for death is unconsciousness, you know.

SPEAKER_02

That was ding. Did it make sense? If anyone had a lift off moment there, we want to know. Comment below, especially if you're on YouTube. And uh, of course, if you're streaming this, we would love for your feedback too of the show in general. I gotta be more intentional about that so we can be able to create uh over time a community here. Um, so one thing that comes up for me, I want to give some contrast for viewers and listeners out there who can relate to this. I remember I was a lot attendant in my 20s. And one of my first jobs, I think second or third. It was like 18, 19 years old. I was a lot attendant. And I remember like I would just like put the plastic, it was like Chevy dealership, put the plastic over the seat and put the little mat. And I would drive the car over and park it and whatever. Um and uh and tag it. And I remember like going through the car wash, I would take these cars to these car washes, and I would just remember that that time where I was just like, can't wait to get off and just go smoke a joint. And I and I would just like not be present. I just couldn't wait to get out and smoke a joint. And then and then when I was working, all I wanted to do was like, oh, because like I used to at Chevy, it was like during like 96, 97, 98, that era. So it was a lot of like soccer moms that would like bring in their like their like suburbans and like their Tahoe SUVs. And I would like they had like always had changed. So I'd like to take a quarter, you know, and I'm like, I'm gonna go to the vending machine and get me a snack. So I just wanted to get high and get a fucking thing out of the vending machine, and like that was my day. And then I'd get get off work, I hit up my boy Blake. Hey Blake, want to smoke, play some GTA 5, and just like hang out and kick it, and just like that was it. And and I wasn't fulfilled, didn't wasn't an alignment. Um, and if it wasn't that, I was trying to like like there's a dish backed chick. I just wanted to like bone her. I was like thinking about boning her, and then like, you know, and like that's what we go through in our 20s. I feel like that's just what it is. And like that is a part of living as well when you're in your 20s, you're like totally just like you're like a la la land sometimes too. But it's amazing how things have shifted to a point now where like I sit in this box, welcome to my box, bro, and I sit behind that desk and I talk to agents and I do strategy calls and all this type of stuff, and like and it's fun and I enjoy it, and I don't feel like I come in here and I have to come in here. I like to say instead of saying something like, Oh, I have to do this. How many of you out there say, I have to do this, I have to go here? I have no, you get to. Like you get to do these things. And I remember I just did a video like two days ago, and I said, I said, why not gamify life, have fun, you get to do this, you get to do that, and then change it up. Sleep in a little longer or get up a little earlier, go take a hike, go do something different. Just out, just break the pattern, you know. Um, so if that resonates with you guys out there, uh I absolutely love the analogy of how you broke all that down. It was just so simplistic, but it seems like there has to be like a pattern interruption in a massive way, and any way that is, for someone to finally be like, Whoa, I'm totally missing the picture here. Why the hell am I working this job? I hate freaking commuting and my life sucks. And then like, all right, let's do something to make it like better. Because I feel like there's a because I feel like when we're kids, you know, we have dreams, we have aspirations. I think some of us, right, want to do certain things or travel certain places or whatever. And then from adolescence to adulthood, there's like a shift, and then a lot of people just like I gotta pay the bills, you know. I've now got kids, I gotta take care of the kids. And like you hear it in the car world, oh yeah, I once wanted to get a GTR, but I got a family now, and they make up all these excuses. Do you think that there's like a place where like that pendulum swings over, and then they get into that, like, oh, life started, I'm done with high school, like I'm done with college, now I gotta like you know, follow this this rule book that's been like lined out for me, which I think we all follow or have.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I just I don't think there's really anything in the United States that is if you're just living the the typical life and you're coming up in the typical way, it's hard to find that space or to have people that hold that space so that you can actually um be more conscious of the decisions that you're making so that you can get that higher perspective. You have to be able to see past um like what what keeps the mind limited, it's it's fear. Like what keeps um the focus like narrow, it's fear, it's uh negative vibration, it's negative frequency, all of the normal if there's not somebody there like around you that is like embodying that courage, is embodying that clarity, then it's it's really difficult to like go against the grain and do something on your own. Yeah, so it's just a lot easier to do, especially if your parents are telling you to do this, your school told you to do this, and yeah, like just a not not a lot of people. I mean, I I I guess I think Lord of the Rings and I think Harry Potter, because like these guys were going on adventures, so I wanted to go on an adventure. Like it didn't make sense to go to university for like have no idea what I was or what I wanted to do, and then oh, I'm gonna go into debt also, like, and probably kill myself on drugs and alcohol, honestly, if I went to university. Yes.

SPEAKER_02

Um, yeah, dude, I love that. It reminds me of like you're the five sum, you're the five sum total of the five people you hang out with the most. So think about like your neighbors or think about like uh you know, high school, college, you know, who you're hanging out with and what have you. And the fact that you just I never really thought about it from like the perspective of holding space. Like I never thought about it from the perspective of if you had someone around you that was maybe uh a black sheep anomaly, whatever, that maybe had a little bit of an awakening or was awakened. Because I think that like what happens is, and maybe uh feedback out there, what happens is is you see someone that is either A, they're recluse, B, they're talking about all these crazy concepts or ideas. And then you hear that like a lot of times people are like, no, you're crazy, just like get that job, like you have a great opportunity in front of you. Why would you want to go travel around the country and start a vlog and document like all these cool places that people can go visit and stay when you already have an opportunity to edit for this company and become this, you know, whatever, blah blah blah blah blah. And so it's so interesting how people like find themselves almost like qu not questioning, but kind of just like downplaying the person who potentially could be the catalyst of the space that could be held for them to see things differently.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, a bunch of Agent Smiths all over the place. Just Agent Smith repeating the centralized dogma or patterning of, oh, you can't do something different. We all subconsciously pro program each other with spellings, with words, like all of the time. Like if you want to like pretend that you're not controlled, and it's not even pretending, like, if if you're free in your body, you can be free here. If you're free in your mind, you can be free here. I don't care like that you have to pay taxes, or you're still like advancing or evolving or coming out of uh what you could say are controlling mechanisms of like whoever is running the system. Um, but say you're celebrating, like, oh, I f I've I found more freedom and just being like grateful and I feel free in my body and I feel healthy, and you want to say, like, I'm I'm not in I'm I'm not subject to the controller's rule. Like, people will literally be like, they'll they'll tell you all the reasons you are uh in control, like, oh, there's nothing you can do about it. Like, if you're pay if you're paying taxes, then uh you're under control. Like, what do you mean? Um, oh, you have a phone, you're on social media right now? Well, you're you're under control. I'm like, okay, well, thank you for putting me under control, you know? Yeah, I didn't realize that. It's so true. It's so true.

SPEAKER_02

But yeah, and that's why I feel like I want to get into the next segment where I want to give some viewers and listeners some ideas of like where they could potentially go. And this might not be in your community, but in other communities, you can look this up as well because um where we met originally was Optimize, and um, and that's a place that you were helping Michael for a while with various different locations. I think he's up to four now.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, yep.

SPEAKER_02

Him and his partner. Uh so they have four different locations right now, and that's gonna be in the greater Phoenix area of Arizona. So um, you know, this is a place that you can go and be around amazing community people and places that you can hold some space for yourself, and this ties into so much. So, how did you uh so certified health nuts, how you got connected with Optimize, and then you started utilizing the space. Tell us more about the space, and then and then how did you actually start to be a part of it all?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and this also connects to exactly what we were just saying, yep. Where these communities, um, they need to come into the culture, yeah, because this is what will actually hold the new pathways forward so that we don't have to keep living out the the same waiting games and and and living life in fear. We can we can have the mentors around us, we can have the places, the settings, the environments to experience a healthier lifestyle, yeah, and to just be more open to uh expanding the vision, expanding the view. And so yeah, so as we were talking about that earlier, I was like, yeah, like it's what's happening. That's why you're here, that's why I'm here. Uh we're change we're changing the game so that people can actually let's go.

SPEAKER_02

Careful, Crystal.

SPEAKER_00

Big one, yeah, so that people can actually um take that step, they can take that leap, and they can have people that are supporting them and actually want them to go into the uncomfortable, into the unknowable where everyone else is just like very used to like that being like the scary, risky thing to do. So we're just creating new paths where bearing light down the uh pathways that we're experiencing for the first time on our own and realizing like, oh, other people could do this too. And so that's exactly what Optimize is coming into play for. And it's interesting because you kind of have to fit the concept into the old system and survive like in the business world with it, yeah, right. Yeah, and because it'd be nice to just be able to place that out like in the middle of nowhere and be like, oh, everybody come here, like in there's areas like that, mostly not in the United States, yeah, where you can go live off the grid and be part of like uh uh eco community, and so those things exist. It's just it's harder to do that here and to provide that space. Yeah, it's only easier in other places to do that because we have this country and we have all of this uh wealth and opportunity here. But yeah, um Troy Casey video, I started watching him on YouTube. I did his Breath is Life uh program early on. I beta tested it for him, so I got to do it for free at the beginning of that program. And then, like I said, I was connected through Pyrium with him, SEMA, uh Raw of Earth, um, a few other people that like if people are in the health influencer world, you might know of. I was watching his YouTube video and I was new to Fountain Hills, Arizona, which is 30 to 40 minutes outside of Phoenix, north uh east. I was already pre-coming out here. Um that sounds so that was awesome. I fixed that, don't worry. Um, I was already doing cold plunges and cold showers because I was following a lot of Troy's work, Wim Hof work. I was listening to Paul Czech podcast before I came to Arizona, doing like the holistic lifestyle program at the Czech Institute. Was following his YouTube. I was I was already posting breath work videos. Like I didn't even know I didn't even know what I was doing. I was just like, I'm gonna share this live on Instagram. Like, I'm just doing my breath work practice that I saw on YouTube and it makes me feel good, so I'm gonna share it. So I was doing that even before I came here in 2021. Saw Troy's video. I had already known that I was leaving Illinois to find new earth, to find a new me. So I was helping my business remotely in the ways that I could that that persisted for a couple years and until we until we sold and we moved on from it. Um, and I wasn't gonna get a job. I was just gonna do whatever came up around me to make things work, whatever just through community and connection and talking to people, whatever came up, I was gonna do. I wasn't forcing myself to like, oh, you need to get a job. And I'm again like in that phase, so that's nice. But now it's like a second level of that phase, you know? Each each time you get a little bit further and you can support yourself a little bit more. Yep. And you can you can be like, oh, there's nothing like really to be fearful of here. Like I'm well supported, you know. Like even if you didn't have any money, like you're well supported. And if you know that, like it's gonna, it's gonna work out because you're well supported. Just wait for wait for it to come in. I love that. The boat is on the way and it has all of your treasure in it. Um, but I saw I saw Troy doing a tour of the Arcadia location, which was the only location at the time when I came in. And I was like, oh, that place looks cool. So then I went and did a session, had to go back to Illinois after I did that first session. But I had Kelly uh who used to work at Arcadia, she walked me through my first session. I had a good experience. It was really weird, like being there for the first time, like being in like full compression therapy, like and not knowing like any of like what this setting was. So like that helps me now like take first timers in. Yeah, yeah. Because I felt like I I had no idea what was going on to me. Like, I was just being put through like this little ceremony, yeah. And I have the throat squeezing on me. I'm like getting anxious, and I'm like, uh is this what it's supposed to do? My legs are falling asleep. What's going on here? Yeah. So I tried it out once, went back home. I went on their website, realized that they had uh they had typed out on their page uh a location that was not yet built, and it was the Tempe location. Nice. And I even connected with the address of it, 1855, like born on 1118, always liked five. So I was like, All right, 1855 Guadalupe, and they're about to open it. Hmm. So set up an interview um with who was the manager at the time, still friends with. He runs the male compass now, Brian. Okay. Uh I'm taking, I'm just like visiting, like getting stuff uh to bring to Arizona from Illinois. So that's why I'm in Illinois at the time of this interview. Interviewed, got hired on, helped them set up the tempeh location, got trained at Arcadia, set up temp E location, like brought cold tubs in, built saunas. Wow, that's dope. And yeah, so then I worked at that tempe location for a long time, got to know Michael and Jesse very well, and the connections that Optimize um brings uh to you if you're open to it, it it's it's insane. Like, like you're you're connected to like any and anyone, um, maybe just like a few people off. Like if you're going into Optimize, and everybody, for the most part, like there's gonna be people that are on the edge just getting into it, but like everyone wants a better life for themselves. They all want to feel better. So being in that energy, it's very powerful. Yeah. So I got to experience a lot. I learned so much from interacting with all of these different personalities. I learned so much from just like having the mentorship of Jesse and Michael, and then all of the events that I was able to assist with or co-facilitate at andor attend, because we would have Dan Brule come in and do breath work and just Wim Hof fundamental courses like once a month back in the day, they were always happening. Yeah. So just go sit on sit in on that same course over and over. So it it can really, I mean, maybe a slightly different perspective if you're working for the company, yeah, but it connects you to a lot of uh chances to grow and to expand and to learn. And it put me in so many opportunities and and spaces to um to just cultivate more of like what I am now. Like, oh, Michael's like brings a phone and I'm at Tempi Optimize, and he's like, Oh, give a message about this. And he just puts you on video camera, and then all of a sudden you're talking for the social media page, and you just you either show up for it or you don't. I swim. Yeah, like uh you're gonna start doing a class uh with the biocharger. Can you do this every Tuesday? And I'm like, Yeah, I I suppose I can. And then you just start teaching a class, you know? That's badass.

SPEAKER_02

That's that's super cool. And it's cool too because, like, you know, and this is where I feel like even though it's not your specific location, you didn't put in all the money and all the things, but you're still setting up the tub, you're still setting up the location, you're still getting everything together, so it's it's it's much as yours as his, and it's a co-creation space, which is so cool. And uh I'm I'm of a little bit of a different background as far as like I'll tie in my story. So I remember so I met Michael when he was dating my wife's best friend Putum at the time, and so Pune was there uh during Arcadia, and then actually was at the grand opening for Tempe, and that's when we met. And then I remember the biocharger being at his house when he first was testing it. So I got to test it at his house and the light bulb and all the things that you could do with it, which was super cool. And then um, and then after that, like, yeah, now he has four different locations, and it was cool just to see the natural progression of how the community's grown and how everything has really transpired. And um, I'm glad that you had that opportunity to be a part, co-curate, help, serve, support. And so now you're at crossroads. It sounds like are you gonna explore doing more modalities, more things on your own, or where are you at now?

SPEAKER_00

And I wanted to do this for a while and was doing it alongside. I was at one point managing uh multiple locations of Optimize. Yeah, yeah. It was like I was taking baby steps, uh leaving, right? Like, okay, I'm not gonna manage anymore. I'm gonna assistant manage. I'm not gonna be assistant manager anymore. I'm gonna work four shifts a week and just be a coach. Nice. And then I just kept uh lowering my time commitment down because I knew something else was being birthed. I I knew that I wanted uh different things and that there was more for me to share in a different way. And for a a long while, and I have so many like beautiful business mentors in my life, like so many friends and and family support that you know, through doing tons of classes and I've been teaching like breath work at my jujitsu gym for the last four and a half years, so I've been consistently in front of people teaching and sharing um what I'm learning, and I just had so much feedback that I there's no reason to doubt that I have something uh good to share. And for a little bit towards the end of my experience with shifts at Optimize, I knew that me whole I was holding on to something out of fear. Like, was I gonna lose all of the support that I that I gained uh in a sense through my five years of like working with them, yeah, uh if I if I let go. But I and I realized that that holding, that fear was what was limiting um my new way of sharing and my new way of living um from coming fully in. So at a point I had to just and I I love the community and I'm still connected to the community. Yeah, and I'm so grateful for my experience there. But you do have to, if you're trying to create something else and and like I I want to be able to travel where wherever I want to go, I want to be able to produce from myself alone and my experiences alone. I want to play that game of I'm self-sustainable and um it's inside of me. The abundance is inside of me, the freedom is inside of me, and so you can't you can't play that game if you're hanging on to something. It was a long time coming, but I am I am working with people and I'm bringing, I'm using all these different modalities. Like, and this is the thing, like we we get stuck on one modality and we like think that that is the thing. So I don't like to necessarily say I'm like a breathwork facilitator or I work in nervous system regulation. Really, all I'm doing is creating space and using intuition to bring you into the moment so that you can reintroduce yourself to self. And you're actually gonna guide yourself, and I'm just gonna open up the space for it. And I'll use breathing, I'll use meditation, mindfulness techniques, yeah, holistic lifestyle practices. Wow. Really, I just want people to be with their self, do something that we we can all mostly agree is like a good thing to do, um, and start to like meet their self and to open that connection with self. And and if you live in that space, everything gets better. Wow. So I don't I don't really even have to do too much. Like, and and the way that I work, it's custom for every every person because every person's gonna need something a little bit different. Like, there's a there's a different thing that's gonna click for you versus um I work with a lot of people, like actually in the entrepreneurs in the pet industry. I got connected to like that that leg, and so different things will work for them um as different things. A different thing, different plan, different protocol work for you. Yeah, yeah. Worked with uh fighters, uh wrestlers. So everybody understands and uh uh perceives in a different way. And so that's also why like I don't at the moment have like, oh, if you just do this, like this is gonna change it. Uh if there was one thing that you were going to do that would change it, it would be anything that makes you more mindful. Anything that brings you into greater awareness. So I've even gotten on to like this. I wanted to start this year by making these like challenge YouTube videos where like, oh, I'm gonna do this for 30 days and see what it does and like vlog it, right? Like it wasn't it wasn't aligning with me, like it wasn't it wasn't lighting me up, and then I realized why is a lot of us will like do and or create a routine around something that is good, and we need this because we we do need to build the muscle discipline of doing the same simple thing over and over, or we'll never learn anything new, you know, if we can't build that muscle, yeah. But the whole idea of like having a routine and I'm gonna do this healthy thing, this healthy thing, and this healthy thing every day, no matter what, and I'm gonna check it, I'm gonna check the box on my list every single day, no matter what, it actually so it depends on how you're approaching it each day. But like what's what is actually the root of this is can we be mindful and aware through these practices that are good for us? Because if the good practice just becomes a program where now we're not even there for it, we're just getting it done, that's lending to more unconsciousness, that's lending to more death. Now we're no longer talking about life and love. And so, even like this idea of like having these positive habits, positive routines, they matter, but they only matter if they're bringing you to greater awareness. If this routine creates an opportunity for you to be with yourself, like I stare at the sun, but it's not it's not about the sun gazing, it's about it's about myself. It's about being there with the sun, the sun of God, the source. Yep. Yeah, there's there's physical benefits that are happening, right? There's all these good things that are probably happening, and we we'll have to wait to like truly know for ourselves if it's good. But what's really happening is I'm dropping into connection with myself because I'm concentrating on the sun and it's it's natural, it's here, it's sustaining all of life, and it's allowing me to just drop in and get out of my mind. So that's what's important, and that's why my work is I'm not trying to put like limits on it. I'm not trying to put or give myself a label, like what I've come up with so far, yeah, is I'm a presence practitioner, or uh yeah, I'm I'm just guiding people back to their self, but I'm not I'm still growing, I'm not trying to limit myself in any way, so I'm not gonna be, I'm not gonna be like, oh, I'm the meditation teacher, I'm the breath work facilitator, because I still need I still need to grow. So I'm not gonna box myself in like that. I don't know if this changes everything because I kind of do know what changes everything, and it's you being here, and it has nothing to do with me, but I'll I'll hold that door open for a moment while you realize that it is you being here that uh that's actually like what flips the reality. That's what allows for the ascension to occur. So yeah, I work, I work with people that don't feel like they're living to their highest potential, that know that there's more to their life. They might be stressed or anxious, uh, a lot of high performers that just need more like down regulation, more presence in their life. And it's it's just so interesting because like athletes in a lot of cases don't see like the the whole spiritual component of it. So I have to frame what I'm teaching in like a different way. Like, oh, we're just working on like uh increasing your ability to oxygenate the cells more efficiently. We're just working on recovery. This is the best way to breathe in between rounds, and those things might be right, and they like they're mostly right, but like what what am I also doing is I'm creating more awareness for them. Yeah. And so that's gonna like start to cultivate internally, and that's gonna sneak up onto them where they're like, Oh, I've been doing this work and I actually feel more connected with something, you know?

SPEAKER_02

What is this, bro? Yeah, dude, that's so amazing. I love that for you, and thank you so much for breaking it down from the perspective of being open-minded because it's like as business owners, and I'm a business owner entrepreneur for about 15 years plus now. It's like, it's like, oh, uh, this person does online ads, this person does websites, this person does social media, or this person does massage, or this person does Reiki. So we had a really good episode. The last episode uh of this say series of episodes with Casey. And I just got done with the meeting with her because one thing that came up for me after our meeting is that, like, in your space of these modalities, putting together SOPs and KPIs, like standard procedures, uh, standard uh standard operat procedures, key performance indicators, and like websites, intake forms, having things that can really help like give someone clarity or if someone's like searching certain things, they could find your modalities, your website, your social, whatever. And so we had a conversation and she's like, you know, because she does like Reiki, but she doesn't just do Reiki. She does Reiki, but energy healing, and she uses tuning forks, and it's a it's a it's a different type of modality, which, you know, just like what you said, like she didn't want to keep herself in one box. She wanted to be more open to multiple things. So highly recommend you check it out. I actually did um a session with her for 75 minutes and it completely opened the door on some stuff. Um, and and she found out about um some issues with like uh in inside because I had been diagnosed with colitis, large inflammation. Uh so it's basically a large intestine, it has inflammation, it taxed itself to your immune system. And so we talked about that, and she she and I didn't really say much, but she like felt all this energy, which then opened up doors that I didn't know how the keys to unlock, which was so beautiful. Um, so congratulations on this journey of of where you're going, and I'm glad to co-create here with this space to to help um you know lift you off in a sense. And it was so beautiful because as soon as you were explaining, I was like, oh my god, this is like perfect because really encompass the experience that we just went through today for them to be like boom, you need a guy, right? Outside of just you know optimize a place you could check out that it's in Phoenix, but people might see this who knows where. And so can can they also work with you remotely?

SPEAKER_00

Yes, definitely do like Zoom. I have people that will pay for um like an hour of my time and then just use it when we're both available, and they might not do a full hour session. So I can create full sessions for you online, I can work with you in person if you're local, and then I am also available for work for group sessions, people hire me out for an event, uh whatever you'd like. And I just want to do we still have a little bit of time? Oh, of course, yeah. Um I just want to touch on one thing that you said because like in this world, like you do have to, in a way, like, and do you have to or don't you, we can decide. There's there's branding and there's structuring your business, and there's finding the right audience for your message. Yeah. And I'm I'm not denying or neglecting any of that because I think there is a way to brand where you don't need to box yourself in, and uh of course you don't need to fully identify like with what you're presenting online brand-wise. So there's you can still maintain your limitlessness and create a brand, a character, an image to show the people because there is like you were saying earlier, you gotta you have to inspire the people somehow, you have to get the people in somehow, or or how else are they gonna uh experience your work or or what you can do for them? Yeah. Um but uh I want to bring up one other thing because it's it's just interesting. Yeah, you're good. Because like back in uh say like the days of the Vikings and paganism and or Norse mythology, um did like the did the seer on top of the mountain that would like tell you your future have to like brand themselves as like the seer, or you just kind of like knew, right? So like I I think there's something to do with like as you embody the energy of what you are, like less needs to be said about it as well. And it is just kind of our culture that you have to set yourself apart from others, yeah. And if you know that you can help people, then that is worth doing. Um, but also if you're gonna embody the energy, you're gonna embody the energy, and everything that is supposed to happen is going to is going to come into your space as long as you're doing your work and you're sharing in the ways that you are. Like I just feel like that all comes, it all just starts to connect. Like where you find the right people, they're able to like project your message out here. This person's supposed to like give you a better idea for branding. You the whole time are like maintaining that like I'm still growing and I'm still learning. Um, I'm not becoming like this guy that has everything for everybody else. I think a lot of people are like trying to become that person, right? Yep. Um, and you can still present that way as long as you don't fall into the trap of like I'm that guy. Yeah. Because like I don't know. It just it's it's an interesting landscape out there, seeing everybody that is an expert at everything, yet they're then online needing these other people in order for them to be like the expert at this thing. Like, if you're the expert at this thing, like you might you should you should probably get off social media, like you're good, like you could just go live in on your like uh homestead or your beautiful property in a different country. Yeah, like because you're you're on here still, and I'm on here and I and like we have to we're like playing in the game because we're learning. Um, but yeah, it's just it's just so interesting. Like so many people like pretending, like I don't I don't want to be the person that knows what you need. I'm just the person that like is going to open up space and you know what you need. Yep. And it is beautiful how the how the world works and how we can co-create, collaborate, and how when you stay in that energy, everything that you do need, if it's something external comes to you, the connection comes to you. And yeah, so I just wanted to I wanted to touch on that.

SPEAKER_02

I love that. I love that. And I'm I'm right there with you. It's like my wife always tells me, she's like, you don't need to say so much, like just say less. And you you tell everyone everything and blah blah blah. So like I've learned over the years to like say less because I feel like going back into the beginning of the episode, we talked about ego, right? And and there's something that ties in with ego when we have to tell everyone everything because we want to fit in or we want to feel like some type of way because someone's gonna be like, well, congratulations on all that stuff that you did. That's awesome. But really, we don't need that. We need to feel okay within self. And um, and because now you're part of this community, you know, word spreads. And just like with my company, like I don't run any ads, zero paid ads. I don't even need to be on social media because the actual demographic we work with is the top 10% that does 90% of the business across the country as far as working with buyers and sellers of homes. And they're not on social media, they're not scrolling looking for freaking lift off age and I need a website or any of that type of stuff. So I put myself out there because what I've learned is that it's less about what you do and it's more about being of service, and it's more of holding space and being this individual from the perspective of um mindset or um different perspectives to get them to maybe stop for a second. Like y'all stopped for almost two hours now. I appreciate you. I can't believe we're almost at two hours, and and then give individuals an opportunity before they know it. Like I've had people watching a show, and I met them at a um, so we had Nico, he was on the other show, Real Safe First Technology, and he has like a woo-do podcast. So the do is more of like the analytical stuff, and the woo is like more the spiritual stuff. And I went to his woo, his woo podcast, it's live, it's in person, and I met this gentleman who was listening to one of the one of the shows, and he got so lost that he was like, GPS was on, he had a destination, he went 45 minutes out of his way because he wasn't even paying attention to the what he was going because he was so enthralled with the podcast, and then he remembered the story and my aunt and this and that. I was like, that's so freaking cool. Like, you know, I'm sorry to get you off your path of where you're going, but uh, but it gave him that space to be able to think, wow, like what could this be? How does this need to look? And that's the thing, too, is like you could be that nomad. Like, you don't need to be uh well, whoever, you know, the Gary V's, the Mark Zuckerbergs, like the people that are like, oh my god, this like Elon Musk, right? Like, we all know of this person who's like, I don't want to say almighty, but like, you know, then he's like the richest person, like whatever Elon Musk that we know of so far. Yeah. But see, that we know of, right? So it goes back, and like you said, like less is more from that perspective, and you don't have to say so much. Um, but I think that um I think that what you're doing is amazing. And I do believe that, you know, it's it's fun to play a little bit in this technology, digital, social, whatever podcast world. Um, we're here, right? We have this at our fingertips, so why not play a little bit? You know, it's like, you know, it's it can be fun. Um, but I'm excited to see how things start to unravel for you. Um, and I'm excited to uh to have any of the viewers and listeners like check you out on the gram and and and be a part of of what you're doing. And and I think the most magical thing as far as setting intentions for our show is to have individuals that do reach out to you and do set up sessions with you hold how have you hold that space and see what comes from that opportunity of them being able to explore and be able to be set with self and for you to hold that space for me. I think that'd be so beautiful to see how many people we can impact like that.

SPEAKER_00

That'd be amazing. I I appreciate it very much. And I wanna I want to play in this world. I'm attempting to play in this world just so you know. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Um, I just being mindful of like the balance and the the best way to do it, but I I dig it like and I'm inspired by like everyone that is streaming and like uh coming up in that way and just like supporting their life by connecting. Like, this is how you connect with people nowadays. If you want to reach a large population, like you need you need to get where everybody is, and maybe maybe that's not where we want everybody to be in the long run. Like, maybe we want them back on earth, but it's it's kind of like a matrix story, like you gotta be in the matrix to to help people out of it, right? Yes, and yeah, so I appreciate you being on here. If anyone uh does want to reach out, uh Brady Breeds Instagram, can I tell tell them my information? Links all down below, of course. Okay, uh Brady Brady Breeds at gmail.com. And I'll do for online session, intro session, a $50 60 minute session for your first time if you're seeing this message on here. And then of course I've got uh I've got programs. Always start with either a discovery call or an intro session because I want you to make sure that this energy is right and I need to know what's going on and where you're at. And uh before we design anything that um will put you deeper into the moment and and bring that uh reality that you're envisioning to you. So um yeah. I love that.

SPEAKER_02

I love that. I'll uh we have a little more time, so I'll leave a thought out there. I feel that we are a part of a process here on Earth because Earth is a place that is very beautiful, very lush with the forests and the oceans and the jungles and everything that we have. That I feel that we are here to figure out a way to co-create with technology and also with nature and earth and and bring those together because I believe that our ancestors that uh now are uh you know jeopardized their playing field, their earth. I feel like we're the opportunity to now revitalize the opportunity of how we can co-create. And that's and that's everything from AI and how we use that to social media and and these phones and tablets and TVs and all this stuff and podcasts and what have you. And so, so I I'm I know for me, I want to play around with the opportunity of being a catalyst to help humanity be able to get to that next level and to be able to co-create in the space of tech and also nature. So that's kind of like what what if I think of like what gets downloaded through me, that's what I feel like I'm supposed to do to play a role. Because I feel like we all play roles here. Um, and I believe we all have contracts, and those contracts, you don't know what the contract is until you hire this man here and you get hold space for yourself to like figure out what that looks like for you. And I still don't even know what my whole contract looks like. I just know that we're here, we're a part of the contract, and it's all unraveling, and I just accept whatever, and I'm like, thank you. All right, what's next? All right, done. Let's help humanity. Um, so I don't know, you know, what's your stance on that, but that for some reason resonates with me. Um, call me crazy, but I don't know.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, you are crazy. No, I and uh I agree, and I think that's uh that's beautifully put. And I'm always like I'm a chameleon, so like I'm taking in new information all the time, and that's why I'm questioning everything as it happens to me, and like, oh, I have to do this now. Like, oh, do I? Let's like how deep can we really go here? Um but uh excellent excellent point, and I think about this a lot. Like, everything that is here is is here, it's it's natural. So to kind of create that division between like, oh, this is like the the AI, transhumanist, um, overlay, artificial reality on top of the natural reality, um, I don't think that's the way to do it. It's it it is all one thing, and I think we just need to be like mindful in the direction that it goes and to keep to keep like what is deeply rooted, like our connection to the earth, our connection to the hep to the heavens, to keep our energy spinning while working with this in the like most mindful way, because it is here, so I'm not like the the person that thinks we should just destroy it all. Like this is the this is the time and place that we came to, and then these are these are the tools, these are the beings. There's new intelligence coming to life. Like, like you could you could say that it's artificial, but like it's in this universe, so like it was created just as everything else was, you know? It's quite interesting.
