It's okay to be a little uncomfortable with the word. Just keep listening. So let me tell you, so this latest new creation that I'm so excited about, so, so, so excited about. We didn't do it. Welcome back to the podcast. Oh. Okay. Well, you guys know what it is. We've been in here for a few episodes. We welcome you with so much love. And it is our pleasure to sit before you and share our hearts with you. Thank you for being here. I am Tanisha. And I'm Kaylin. And we are Lit for Life Baby. Lit is an acronym for love, inspiration, transformation. We promote all things self-care and self-love. We have wonderful handmade products that we make. I am the maker of the candles. Kaylin does the intention sprays. And together we make it do what it does through events, through candle making workshops, through craft shows, through social media, and we're just looking to expand. We have a day coming that we will have a customized self-care RV so that we can be out here promoting self-care all over the world. So that is a part of our mission. So back to the pussy. Yes. So I was thinking of a way to promote how can we promote feminine energy? How can we promote how proud we are of ourselves? And, you know, it's our time. It's the time for the divine feminine baby. It's time for us to show up for ourselves, to walk in our power, to let our light shine. So I've been having this mold and this shape like a vagina. And I wanted to do something with it. I made some, I played around with it last year. I didn't really think of putting it on a candle. But then it came to me, and I lightly played with the idea. And then one of my friends, shout out to Jocelyn, who directed me towards this series on HBO called Somebody Somewhere. And in one of the episodes, the um one of the characters made a pillow called Lion Cunt. You lying cunt. You gotta watch the show. You gotta catch the backstory. So good. But the pillow became so popular that she became rich off making all these different cunt pillows. Like big cunt energy, lying cunt. Um, I can't remember the pillow. Yeah. But it made me feel really better, a lot better about these pussy power candles. Like we're promoting feminine energy, but the candle is gonna be an actual candle with the shape of a vagina sitting on top of it. So I've been posting all kinds of content about it, the diff the the strategy that it takes to actually make the pussy in the mold. Like it's a very, you have to have precision and intention when you make these. So I'm looking forward to the creative process. Right now, as of today, we're in the testing phase of it. So I created it, it's 100% soy, so it will need to cure for two weeks. We are making the pussies in different colors. I had to kind of do a little research.

Yeah, so there's a different, there's three different sections in this mold. There's a shape for the clit, then there's the labia, and then there's like the lips. It's the labia, menora, and majora. So yeah, those. So I've been playing with the different colors of each one. So I want to make a blend that caters to majority of ethnicities, if I can. Did I say that word right? Ethnicities. There you go. Mm-hmm. So it's been fun to play with it. Looking forward to it has to cure for two weeks, and then I get to test the wick and make sure it's the right wick. But yeah, we're gonna pump these out and make it a big deal. And is they've already been getting great feedback just from me posting the actual candle making process of it. And they smell so good. So I've been playing with one scent, which is a blend of baccarat rouge and peach. The peach is so powerful, it just covers up the baccarat smell. You can't, it's not really giving what I wanted. So I also tested one called Tom Ford Lost Cherry, and that one is my favorite. It smells so good.

Yep. So I took a few notes. I have a whole page of notes about this pussy power candle. And some of them are read some of the affirmations because it's basically referring to our sacred center. You know, the areas of where our sacral chakra is located. That is your area of creativity and sexuality. So one of the affirmations is my womb is a portal of creation, wisdom, and infinite power. I trust the intelligence of my body. She always leads me home. My pleasure is sacred and my desire is divine. I am deeply rooted, wildly intuitive, and irresistibly magnetic. So just some affirmations when you need that little boost of remembrance. Because it's already there. You just need to remember. So claim your candle and remember the truth of who you are and what you can create through your sacral energy. And I can't wait till we get into conversations where we talk about sexual transmutation because that's an energy too that this candle will exude. The sexual transmutation, being able to take your creative energy, transmute it from sexual energy. That's a real thing. So light that candle, take that bath, sit with yourself. But yeah, playing with the ways that they're made, because see the little I know they're not gonna, I don't expect it to be perfect, but I do want to like be in the lines.

So this season, I am promoting the Love on Yourself intention setting spray. Now, one thing that I used to get a lot when we were at events was are these room sprays? And they're actually more than that. They're intention setting. They're something that you utilize to be able to set your intentions and seal it with that scent. It is such a connection between scent and thought and feeling and all of that together will give you exactly that powerful like what you're trying to cement. So this Love on Yourself Intention Setting Spray is specifically for self-love, and I created I created some affirmations that are actually on the spray bottle itself. It comes in two sizes. There's a two-ounce and a four-ounce, and the each of the affirmations on here say, I am enough exactly as I am today. I pour love into myself freely and fully. My heart is open to giving and receiving love. And every day I grow deeper in love with who I'm becoming. And the way that you utilize these phrase is you sit to think about what that intention is that you're wanting for yourself. Are you looking to give yourself that wow, I'm feeling these waves of anxiety, I'm having these thoughts about myself and my worth. Am I enoughness? And I really just need to remind myself who the hell I am. I spray this, I set that intention, I say the affirmations, whether it's on the bottle or just something from my heart, whatever it is that I'm feeling, and breathe that in. Smell those beautiful florals together, and how that really brings me to this memory of man, I do love myself. Is this remembrance, it calls you back to who you really are. Like we are made in the image of God and we are love, we are source, and that's what this does for me. There was such a big season that I didn't know what self-love was. The majority of my life I didn't know what self-love was. I knew what pleasing other people was. Yep. I knew how to be the best insert title for everybody else. For everybody else. I knew all that. I knew how to play the on the pedestal person. I knew how to play all those roles and wear all the masks and be all the people, but I didn't know how to be Kaylain. And there's so much that can be said about that. There's a lot of friendships and relationships and things that came and went that I thought there was always something wrong with me. Yeah. But I didn't know that the other option was love yourself.

Meditation, QR Codes, And Launch Steps

But I'm looking at a ritual right before my eyes as I look at the affirmation journal, the spray, and the pussy power candle. Like just thinking about tools that we could utilize with intention. I went back to page one. Oops, you knocked out. Am I back in? Yes. I went back to page one of the affirmation journal. And the very first affirmation for day one is, I am worthy of deep unconditional love. And you write it out five times and you say, How does this affirmation shift my energy today? And then it says, What action can I take today that aligns with this affirmation? And I went back and wrote a different answer today than I wrote when I did it last year. And the way, what action can I take today that aligns with this affirmation? Which the affirmation is I am worthy of deep unconditional love. So the action that I took was mirror work. I looked in my own eyes and I said this affirmation. And it made me really sit with the idea of what it is to be intentional enough to love yourself, to sit down with yourself and reprogram your thoughts. You have to to be based on love, inspiration, and transformation. So I made a like a commitment to get back to a place of sitting with this affirmation journal and promoting it because of what's inside of it. So I so apologize because I didn't mean to cut you off about the intention spray, because I don't believe you were finished with that. But my eyes kept looking at the affirmation journal, like, ooh, kit set intentional things. Like our self-care toolbox is lit.

And it was just these little inklings that we've had all along this route of do this, create that, do this, and doing it in different pieces.

It's a lot of recreating and knowing that you can pivot. Like for the sprays, there's a lot of different formulas that I've tried. There's a lot of different, you know, testing that has had to be done, a lot of uh label changing and finding out what works, what doesn't. But ultimately, ultimately, it all falls back to we know who we are and we know that all of this will come to us. Like there's times that we'll do it and we'll see that things are not working out, or like it's we're getting at the stopping point and or we're getting frustrated, and we know, all right, hands off. Yep, time to break this for now.

Yeah. And focus on things that are fun. Yes. When you do it from a place of fun and not out of obligation, or you feel like you gotta do it. Like it's such a different life as an entrepreneur, um, especially when it's your main thing. You really have to have a level of discipline, or you will be all over the place trying to touch everything. But I promise you, just because you can do a lot of things don't mean you should be doing that. Exactly. So you have to know your lane and when it's time for something, and then when it's time for something else. So my intention is to give this full focus because I really believe in it. Like, who knew? Something that the old Tanisha, the church Tanisha would have never done nothing like this.

Love On Yourself Intention Spray

Because the patriarchy taught us that we have to be afraid of it or shun it, and it's not appropriate or ladylike. Yeah. But this is literal femininity. Yeah. And we're creating rituals. And again, rituals are just repeated steps and actions that you do for this feeling, this healing. You're gonna talk about being able to spray something that's gonna give you a sensual journey and give you these affirmations that you can say, that you can write that are gonna allow you to take action towards yourself, your goals, your love, what it is that you truly desire. You'll be able to light up this candle, listen to these meditations, listen to the affirmations. There's so many ways that we are going to speak to your nervous system. Someone said that to us in a luncheon that we went to recently, that they speak to the nervous system, and that stuck with me. And the way that we wish to continue to show up for you is that we're speaking to your nervous system. That you not just hear these words, that you feel them, that you understand that this isn't for play play. Like we are having so much fun with what we're doing, but we're so very serious about it. Yes, we're talking pussy talk, but this is real divine femininity. We are being living, living, breathing divine feminines with everything that we create that we are birthing. Yes. It's literally what we do.

That that energy that you put out all over the place, whether it's to kids, to a job, to a spouse, to your family, to being a caregiver, call all your energy and your power back to you right now in this moment. So, right now, in the name of all that is, I call on this person, whoever is listening right now, in this moment that needs that energy reroute, that needs to feel that jolt of creativity, that jolt. Of unconditional love that is always being provided in every moment by source. I pray that they feel that energy right now and that they call their power back to them and that they know that they're the manager of their vibration and don't give it out so easily. Before you get in the shower, take a minute to look at yourself in the mirror. Look in your own eyes and say, I love you. You the bomb. There's nobody like you. Because it's true. There is nobody like you at all. You are needed. You are loved. And you are one of one. I always tell Naomi before she goes to school, you are the one and not the two. And so now she says the second part. I'll be like, okay, you're the one. And she says, and not the two. So you are the one and not the two. Nobody can do you like you. Ever. So do it with love, baby. Because we need it. These times we're living in, we need your love, we need your light, we need your gift, we need your creativity. We need those words you've been sitting on. Come up off of it.
