This is a two-part conversation about grief, the kind that settles deep in your bones.
IG @majobirdsalltherapy beautifully breaks down why grief matters and how it moves through us. The conversation was so powerful that in part two, I couldn’t hold back tears once it all connected.

This episode was born from losing my dear cousin Paul.
I found myself in grief I didn’t know how to carry, searching for meaning in the heaviness.

In this snippet, I share the moments that pushed me to my breaking point: the unraveling, the shadows, and the painful brush with suicidal thoughts. Part two goes even deeper into the why behind it all.

What I’m learning is this:
Grief is love that needs somewhere to go.
It isn’t a puzzle to solve, but a path we walk slowly, bravely, and honestly.

And somehow, even when it feels impossible, there is a way through.
A softer side is waiting.

Rest in Peace, Paul 🤍
