Quick Pumps are back.

In this rapid-fire episode, we hit a Would You Rather: Fitness Edition while training — no prep, no filters, just honest reactions and gym-brain logic.

We debate brutal choices like:

  • Lose your gains or quit the gym?
  • Never train legs again or never train arms?
  • Be strong but look average — or look jacked but be weak?
  • Perfect diet forever or train however you want?

Short, fun, and highly debatable — this one’s built for laughs, clips, and arguments in the comments.

Sound noise cancellation. Engaged. Sound check. today. We're doing quick pumps. Nice, quick, 30 minute or less. And we're going to do it. Would you rather edition. All right. So I'm just going to warm up. We're going to we got a bunch of like quick rapid fire questions. Would you rather this or that? We need your phone. I have a pen. I think they're mainly, like, fitness, like, gym oriented. But there might be some. There might be some, like, life ones. Oh, man, there's some good ones. You just rapid fire them? Yeah. Randomly at 30 minutes. Right on. We'll hit a quick back and. Bye. Okay. You start warming up. Why don't we just start with straight up with curls and pull ups? Sounds good. We're ready here at the barbells. And we'll just do some more curls and some rowing. Maybe just a quick, like, 30, a little quick pump. Lumpy. Okay, so let's start with some gym struggles and awkward moments. So would you have titles? You have Thai. They all have titles. Yeah. Would you rather fail a squat PR in front of your gym crush? Trick question. That's my fiancé. Nice, nice. I don't have a gym crush or rip allowed. It's smart. Yeah. It's you during deadlifts in a packed in a packed gym. Yeah, the gym is packed and you just rip out the loudest fart known to man. Or if you fail a squat PR while making direct eye contact with your gym crush crush. Let's assume it's both our wives before they became our wives. I feel like the fart in front of everyone is better. You do it. I think that's hilarious. But then if you fail your PR in front of your, like, crush. Yeah. You show them weakness. How much of a little bit you. Yeah. You show them weakness. Okay. Good point, good point. All right, all right. I don't know, but if it's a packed gym, let's say it's like a mega gym. Like a huge gym. There's hundreds of people and you literally are pulling and you're like, oh. And then yeah, he goes, I don't know, bro. I personally think the farts worse than a pack gym because. True. I work at the gym, so, like, I'm everybody knows you. Yeah. I'm going to have to see people all the time, and then I'll be like, hey, it's not that guy who just shed his pants during that last deadlift session. Oh, whereas a squat and what I assume is a fairly empty gym with just your gym crush there. You know, you're assuming it's empty. That's my assumption. Yeah. Okay. It is all set of biceps. So I think, for me the deadlift is worse out of the two. Okay. That's fair. You kind of convinced me on that one. Nice. Okay, how about this one? This is, Well, they're all or options. So you say this is a 1 or 1, but they're all like that, so I'm stupid today. But, would you rather never bench again or never deadlift again? Oh, man. So we're just going to go one and one. So you grab grab the list and just pick a random one. Sounds good. Can you do your set off thing here? Oh, man, I think I would. Damn, that's a tough one. I know my answer. I would probably never bench again. The devil just. Are you thinking just from a trainer? Just from a perspective of training, the deadlift is just so much better. So much better. Remember when we talked about if we only had one exercise. But dude benching it's I'm picking the bench like you would rather do the bench and not deadlift 100%. That's surprising. I thought we'd both have it the opposite. But listen, there's so many substitutes, there's less chance to hurt your back. Yeah. You can. Yeah. But benching. What? You got all kinds of pressing movements. We can make the same argument. I think we're talking like barbell bench, obviously. Right. Duh. Yeah. Like, dude, dumbbell bench thing about the same table. Like same. You know what I mean? But I'm saying I could not bench and I could do all those things, I guess. There you. You know what? There is no reason to be alive if you cannot do deadlift. Yeah. Yeah. Dude. Deadlift there. Right? And I'm fine. We both say deadlift there and also deadlift thing. But bench feels so nice. It does it does. But that like deadlifting just also is so much more impressive if you could do it properly. Yeah, exactly. Okay. Next one on the list we have. Let's go here with you. As for sets of this Am rap on the poles and ten reps of of, biceps, would you rather walk into the wrong change room or locker room or trip while carrying dumbbells like, is this another thing like here tripping in front of a ton of people, I'm assuming, let's call it. It's always a full gym. It's always a full gym. This scenario. So you're you're walking and you trip over some dumbbells, or you just accidentally walk into the wrong change room. What was the question again? Would you rather add the two? No. What was the first one? Walk into the wrong change room? Probably more. Yep. Yeah. Trip? Yeah. Why am I going to walk in? That's not even the hard one. Yeah, that's an easy one, I'm trip in front of people. I have a, I have, like a built in gyroscope in my, like, balance here. So I'm gonna trip in front of people and they'll be like, oh, my God, he caught himself. Looks it's just like a graceful dance. Also a nice new hoop. And you really went off this black Friday. I did I did the this is all Black Friday from head to toe wearing Gymshark athlete combo. That's hell yeah. Hell yeah okay. Next one we'll do like four sets of this. Yeah. You didn't even listen to me. I'm listening now I said that already. Four sets of em rap. Then. Then the max is ten reps of curls. Would you rather lift with no straps or no belt for the rest of your life? Like I had to pick one or the other. Yeah. I feel like belt is way more important than straps. I would ditch the straps. Yeah. You don't. Straps are really only good for, like, when you're training back. I would say any type of pulling movement I do like. Maybe it also means wraps for like when you're benching. But I think overall for safety for your lower back belts are way more important. Yeah for sure. All right. Next one. Keep you on. I can't do my third set. my third set of pull ups. Would you wrap the chin ups now? Actually. Yeah, I'm doing two and two. Would you rather listen to someone grunt super loud or listen to someone face time on speaker speaker while working out next to you? So is the man, like, right there really annoying there next to you? And they're like, either on speaker or I'm getting a phone call. Let me just put it on speaker so everyone can hear it kind of situation. How often is this grunting. Every rep. Every single every single rep. And it's not like a little. It's like Every every single rep. I'm going to go with the grunting because you know there's going to be an end to the set. So they're going to stop and think in in 2025. Exactly. Meanwhile you don't know how long that call could go. That's true. And that's continuous. So think I just Einstein that one. Yeah that's a good call. I like that logic. I'll agree with you on that. I think the grunting is. But what if this person follows you for the entirety of your workout? They're next to you every time. And then the what? The phone call is only there in that corner. No, they're both simultaneously at always at your side. I probably just leave the gym, to be honest. Neither. I just get out of there. I stick with the the grunting, I think. Yeah, I think it's more, I guess easier to listen to because you already hear so much of the gym. Plus, Oh, buddy. Would you rather eat chicken and rice for every meal? Like that's all you can eat forever. Okay. Or never get to use protein powder ever again. So if I never use the protein powder, you can eat whatever. That one. That one? Yeah, that's probably the one. Yeah. I honestly don't don't rely on it. Yeah. Yeah. Same where I do it. Maybe like 3 or 4 times a week. Like, if I don't hit the protein goal normally, then me. Really? Yeah. Yeah. I do like twice. Yeah. I just like a nice shake. Like I'm on a bear. Like a smoothie. Beef protein. Like you don't do the straight water and protein. I used to be like, oh, if I don't get this today, I'm going to lose all my muscle mass if I don't do it in my in 30 minutes of training. Yeah. The window. I lose my window. The anabolic window. Stupid. Okay. That there used to be people I used to talk to that would, like, live by that. And you can. You can drink your protein several hours later. Just chill. Yeah. Don't don't bring me any of that, bro. The number of science, science lifting or whatever it's called. Science based science, basically. No, it's a 30 minute and bulk window where the protein synthesis can go into your fibers a lot. No, no no no no, there's literally almost no difference between having it within two hours or having it at like 9 p.m., as long as your as long as hitting your goals like your macro goals, your. If anything, there might even be more of a benefit to having it before bed because then you're providing the synthesis overnight as you sleep. Bam! They would say synthesis synthesis synthesis synthesis synthesis synthesis. Okay. What's the next one? The next one is I'll pick it. We got one more set and we're going to change it up. Yep. Oh. Going to keep it on the diet. Yeah. So side of things. Would you rather give up caffeine or give up cheap meals. Oh I need caffeine. Yeah. Oh. But yeah, one of my cheat meals. How many cheat meals do you have a week? It's hard, though, because for me, yeah, every day I don't really consider anything really a cheat meal unless it's like, absolutely garbage. Like, I don't know, McDonald's Big Mac combo with the poutine, you know what I mean? That's like, there's poutine at McDonald's. They do ask for you. Because, like, eating out, if you're tracking your macros and stuff, it's still not like I don't consider that a cheat meal. Okay. But let's say in the vein of, like, you're on a diet, then you have anything fast food, it should considered a cheat meal. Yeah. Definitely the cheat meal. I would I I'd need caffeine. Yeah. There's no way I can make tasty, healthy food. Chicken and rice if I'm craving it. Yeah, if it's kind of just like chicken and rice with barbecue sauce. And also just think about the benefits, bro. If you never have a cheat meal, imagine how fucking ripped you would be and how how good your blood work would be. And everything. Yeah, 100%. You'd be eating a lot cleaner. Oh. I'm done. Should we do a switch? You got one more thing. Biceps. I think I start I, I'm going to say that I probably have, like, five of the biceps. Get another one. Would you rather hit a shin scraping deadlift every set or smash your finger? Re racking dumbbells every time the shin scrape your shins. Yeah, permanently. Because I do that almost anywhere that they're hitting your finger on. It's, the dumbbell ones here, like, you can't move your finger for, like, three days. Yeah, we do it every time. Yeah, yeah. No way. 100%. Yeah. That's a pretty easy one. How? I take the shin scrape. Because that lifting I might do once every week, once every two weeks. Dumbbell work. I'm doing pretty much almost every lift. I'm moving dumbbells of some capacity. That's true. So the chances of me scraping my shins are less. There's less of that happening than the dumbbell, if that makes sense. Why? Because you're just deadlifting less. Yeah, I only deadlift like, once, maybe twice a month. Yeah, yeah. So whereas dumbbells, it's like every session I'm using dumbbells. True. All right. You can start I'll get the next one. Would you rather cramp every time you're training mid sat or cramp every night. Med sleep pro weight every set. Well every time you left, you cramp once. Let's call it once. Yeah. It doesn't specify. Or every time you sleep, you also cramp police one's. Bro, I think I'm going to pick the workout one. Yeah. Cramp during sleep is the last thing because it interrupts your sleep. Yeah, exactly. And it's like, usually that's when I'll have some of the worst ones. You know those like diabolical calf cramps. Like when you're stretching while sleeping and out of nowhere. Yeah. Or not. Ease up. It just, like, wakes you up without even you doing anything. It's just like, okay, here we go. It's time. 3 to 1. Yeah, those are the worst. And you're just like they're in your bed. Like, I'm pretty sure for like five minutes. I'm pretty sure I have, like, spasm kicked here before. Like what Charlie wants. Need more sodium, bro? Yeah. Evidently. So, yeah, definitely. I will do anything to avoid the cramping bed for sure. Yeah, I got no fucking. There's no question, bro. Yeah. You're just, like, ruining your sleep straight up. I need that whoop score to be as high as possible. Oh, this is a good one. Would you rather add 50 pounds to every lift? Every lift you have now, let's say every single one. Let's say big last extreme at 50 pounds. Your dumbbells, 50 pounds. All your lifts like squat, bench that overhead press those big like pretty significant. That's a huge jump or an an okay. So would you add 50 pounds to every lift but never get a pump or be insanely pumped all the time, but be extremely weak? So it's like be would you rather be patient? Oh, I get it. I get it extremely strong. But you never get a pump. So power lifter like maybe like one, one punch man. Yeah. Or be like pumped all the time, but your lifts suck. So you're like the Michelin man. Pumped with air. But you can you can pick any. Yeah, it's honestly it's like powerlifting versus bodybuilding. Yeah. So like, because when I was paralyzed I never got a pump. I was lifting like one rep. Yeah. Three times. Four times. I guess the strength would come in way more handy. Like, functionally. Yeah. For your life and everything you can do that you can look good without a pump. I mean, the purpose of, like, you need to think of, like your future child is trapped under a frickin car and you need to use that strength. Yeah. That's true. I would take that strength, I think. Yeah, bro. What are you going to level up? Strength or esthetics? That's the question. Strength in our game of in our, RPG game of life, bro, strength comes in way more handy. Yeah, 100%. Okay, you go get the next one. You just said two. You want me to find one? Yeah. Yeah, I'm just kind of. I'm just literally randomly picking first one I see, Yeah. Okay. Would you rather workout in a freezing cold gym or a humid, sweaty dungeon gym for the rest of your life? If on one extreme or the other, kind of you can be comfortable? Probably the hot one. Yeah, bro. It's like a big. Exactly. And you just, like, straining in the very cold. So difficult because your joints and tendons and ligaments are not warm. Well, it also will take you way more to warm up. Yeah. Provided that you even can. I guess thaw like Icelandic people would be like, no, I will take the cold. I was born, I was born in the cold. It's -28. It's not that cold. I'm happy. I love my life. You see how strong the. I'm strongest. This is an easy one because I've done both these lines. Would you rather accidentally wear two different shoes to the gym or forget you're a lot of that? Yeah, it happened here, actually. I'll tell you after. That's so funny. So for me, because I've done both it was the second one. Or just forget your water bottle. Forget my water bottle? Yeah. Forget my water. Probably forget your water bottle. Yeah, I was here. I think it was probably just like it wasn't. It was recent. Maybe like a month ago. I think I covered one of the mornings, and I guess when I wake up and I try not to wake up to. So I keep everything dark. And I had two shoes that I thought were both black, one was black, one was the, the on one side was like black and blue. Yeah. And I showed up and I did the first three classes, and by the fourth one, Wilson was here. And he's like, are those two different shoes? And I looked down. I was like far. I taught all morning with these two. I probably look like this guys though I probably look like such an idiot dude. So I would definitely forget the water bottle because I never want to. And you can buy another water. Yeah. You know, and then I had to work all day with mismatched shoes. Yeah, that one's way worse. Yeah. No one's going to comment. I forget, forget your water bottle, but I was just going to say it's just going to be dry as well. Then you're going to know. Oh, man. Would you rather do 100 burpees or run five kilometers? I would rather run at five K. How about ten 100 burpees? Really? I think so for 100 burpees. Sounds like torture. How many do you think you did? Well, I think to do 100 burpees. Jumps for high rocks. Like to go there and back. How long is it? 100m, 80m, 80m. So 40m. They're 40m back. Yeah, I would say probably like 60, given that if you jump like a meter and a half every time. You think more or less less. You think so? Yeah. Like 30. Not by half. I don't know if maybe, maybe like 40 or 40 or 50. Yeah. But I think it would take you a lot less time to do ten sets of ten burpees. Then it'll be to run ten K. We should test that. We should. That's an easy challenge. And K is an hour. Yeah. Is eat for me is like an hour and ten. So I know it's probably 15 minutes maybe 20 20 minutes. Half an hour max. Max. Yeah. So if you're doing it just from a time perspective. Yeah sure. But what about like once you get in the runner's groove? That's true. You kind of just turn your brain drain off. Big deal. You know, like after you, you hit that like 3 or 4 K mark. You're you're in a nice groove. And next thing you know an hour pass and it's ten K I feel like 100, 100 burpees is a bit more strenuous. Like a mental. You'll be dying. Yeah that's true. You know. So I guess if we're looking at it from like a pain perspective, probably the running is better. I think I would do the ten k. Yeah I think I would do the burpees though. Yeah I just don't like running five K. Sure. That's a fun run after ten like ten is just that's a grind for me. What if it's ten K in like nice warm spring weather? Yeah, that doesn't makes a difference. That definitely makes a difference. Oh that's a good one. Yeah I'll do one more H. Yeah. Yeah. I'll look for another one. I think we're good to change the exercise up. Yeah, I'll probably just finish off, one more movement. Yeah. Would you rather have, like, would you rather accidentally take someone's barbell, like, let's say they walk away and take it or have someone take your bar? Mid-set. So you're taking someone's barbell like they're using it. Yeah. Then you just walk up and you don't know and you take it. Yeah. Or someone takes it off. It says Mid-set. I'm like, are you, like in the middle of a squat? And someone just, like, takes it off? That seems weird. Yeah. Or maybe it's like mid set as in, yeah. Total say total finished. Yeah. Taking a break and then someone comes in and takes it. That would be awkward. Yeah. Both are awkward. I'm using this basically one is you're taking the bar from someone or while they're using it. Or would you rather have them take it from you? What's a less awkward conversation? Obviously, I've probably I would rather have someone take my bar because I'd be like, all right, that's cool. I'll just go do it somewhere or I'll be like, well, it puts you in the position of being like, what the fuck, dude? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, I was using that and you don't look like the idiot. They don't like the. Yeah. Whereas the other way you look like the. Yeah. You take it, you look like brother below you. What, like stupid. You look like cool. Second brother below. He is in cage. All right. I think we actually got through most of them, but we could just do some random ones. I mean, would you rather. Or just going to, fucking off the dome in the dome right now? Off of a dog? Yeah, we're going to hit one more set after this. Yeah. Okay. Would you rather. Let's see, I got one. Would you rather only train upper body for the rest of your life or only train? You could only train upper for the rest of your life, or you can only train lower for the rest of your life. And all associated exercises for those damned. Yeah, that's a hard one. Well, my initial thought process is like if you train lower, yeah, there's certain movements that you'll kind of hit your upper deadlift, deadlift, hack, squat even like just holding have you dumbbells and split squat. I feel like lower is is a harder answer. But my body. Yeah exactly. They are they've invented track pants so we're good. Just wear track pants for I agree I think I feel like it's got to be a training perspective. The lower is, it makes more sense. So you're going to get more out of it. Yeah. And your upper body will grow. But for fun it would be definitely how I think I do that. Anyway, I think I just train upper anyway. I'm not I just yeah, I don't remember the last time you train more when we did that squat video three weeks ago. Now I know I deadlift that last year I was messing around. I train late like heavy legs once. Would you rather share a squat rack with a stranger for the entire workout, or wait 30 minutes for it to free up? This is just, are you an introvert or an extrovert? For me, I would just fucking be like, hey, we're best friends now. We're using the squat rack. What if the stranger is a weirdo? What if they're smelly? They make you uncomfortable. There's not much that can make me uncomfortable, but, yeah, I think I would add that, like, just off the base of what you said, I would rather I wouldn't want to wait 30 minutes like you have to do the move. Time is valuable. I would go with, maybe I would just just work out with the person, make friends. Would you rather your headphones die mid workout or the or your gym? Only place country music for body? I would rather have my headphones die. And the. Listen, there's nothing I've. Well, there's going to be whatever's playing in the gym as long as it's not country. Imagine there's no way I'd be bonus to my baby. Got no hold on, no thank. You know what? Even country, but whatever. But yeah, I know that's how much we know about country. I don't know any. So grab some math. The new I trucks and beers in the in my shabby and awesome Coors Light. The mountain is blue because it's cold tonight. That's. I think that's actually a country song. I think that's actually an actual song. And I just made that up. That's wild. Holy shit. You're going to get a call and someone's going to be like, we want to sign you. Country music records. Yeah, exactly. Oh, damn. That's funny. I get another one. Get another one. Okay. Another one, another one, another one, another one. Okay. I think this is the last one from our list. Yeah, the last one from our list is would you. You didn't say this one. Would you rather walk around your entire session? Or in your case, since you're a personal trainer the entire day with two big chalk handprints on your ass that you don't know about and no one tells you about? Or would you rather have a super suspicious looking sweat stains? Oh, the chalk for sure. The chalk for sure. Yeah, dude, sweat is like, if it's like in your ass cracking around all day though. What? Sweat? Like, what do you guys shit his fan? Why are you so sweaty? Why are you so sweaty? Is that our last movement? Just something easy peasy. We could do. We need something for the back and something for. We can set up the bands and do pullovers. Let's do that with a dumbbell. Why don't we do dumbbell pullovers just on, like, the bench there, maybe. Yeah, yeah, let's do that. Fantastic. And then biceps we can do if you want with the bar the Revo partials like three, three, three. Sure. That's good. Let's do it. Maybe that bar there. We'll just bring it over here. Sure. That's good. I do them three sets of that and we'll get some food. All right, I got one. You do? Because I had one. Would you rather. This is where that ADHD creativity is coming in. Would you rather ride and save Helm's Deep or like Gondor Fall? Stupid question. Yeah, I would ride. Hell yeah. Ride for Rowan, ride for the Fury and a Red Dawn. Okay, I hope someone got that reference. I'm sure they will. Most people will be like, duh, fudge. Here's one. Would you rather be in a perpetual, infinite state of bulking or cutting or, forever? Like you're always cutting or always bulking? Yeah. So two that's both of those are shed like bulking. You're probably going to die at some point just from overworking. And like I think it's more so like you're just always like building playing the game and like, let's say doing it the healthy way, but like, like just constantly. You're never going to see the six pack. Exactly. You'll be big. You'll be strong versus being weaker and weaker headed right it all the time. And like always watching what you're eating, you know, because you're always cutting while speaking from experience. So been doing it for like four years now. The permanent bulking because every time I try to cut it lasts about three days. And I end the book now. So for me, I've been living it already. I think I will just keep doing the bulk. What about yourself? I feel like that is the smarter choice. Yeah. Just even, like, from, like your hormones, right? Like, if you're cutting all the time, you're gonna have, like, no sex drive. You're not going to sleep. Well, your brain is going to be foggy. If you're eating a lot, you'll just be. This one's a low key pump as well. Yeah. You'll be fat and slow. Yeah, yeah, but you'll be strong like bull. Strong like ox. You need to plow field. Would you rather damn guys got fucking? Yeah. I'm just. Then it's going through my head. Okay? I'm alive. I'm like dead, I'm dead. I'm alive again. Would you rather never be able to do bodybuilding specific movements ever again? Or only be able to do functional training movements like you can? Only like if you do the functional stuff, you can have a bodybuilder. Again, if you do the bodybuilding stuff, you can never do functional training again. I'd probably stick with the functional. Yeah, I know, me too. An earlier and I'm not myself would have been like nah, and I'm not happy about it, but I'm building. Yeah. Agreed a great. If this was like five years ago, I'd say bodybuilding, but now I'm how I would do the functional training. Is this better for. Yeah. Just like for longevity if we're speaking like fitness. Yeah. Plus you can still lift heavy, you know. All right. Hit me with you still hit. Yeah. Weight lifting style movements. Yeah. Absolutely. And still make pretty good gains. Yeah. Whereas bodybuilding is very narrow 100%. Yeah. You got one half the dome off the dome I got, I got more I got I'm like I'm locked bro. I got like a hit me one with all right. And I'll go next. Would you rather fight 110 year olds or ten spearing or ten 100 year olds? I feel like bro. The old people, man. Ten 100 year olds. You're just be like, pipes disintegrate into fire, dude. Like how many children? Ten year olds, bro? I've seen some big ass ten year olds. I would definitely go with these, like people. I would feel bad doing it because you could kill them. But, like, I can probably take out like 20, 30 kids before they're short. So you're just like, yeah, eventually my stamina will be done and they'll just swarm with you and overpower you, bite you at your ankles and stuff. Yeah, 100%. Okay, so both of us. All right. I got one for veering off away for the. Yeah. That's now is this random? So it doesn't have to reflect this. Okay. Whatever would you rather give up collecting and playing Magic The Gathering for the rest of your life? Oh, boy. Or be a regular build average man for the rest of your life, okay? No matter what you do trading wise, you're just going to be like mid. Yeah, like for everyone 70. Yeah. No one knows that you're strong. Just like like do you even go to the gym and you're like yeah I go five days a week like the statistical doctor average that they tell you to beat. Yeah. And you're like, I eat healthy. I, I, I have my protein one gram per pound. So if something's wrong with me. So if I give up magic, you can you be Jack? I can be Jack. But if I keep magic, I can only look that way. I can be a regular ass. I have to give up magic, I think. Whoa, we figured out which one's more important. Yeah, dude, that other would be way harder. No. Like. Okay, okay, okay. Being average is worse. Careful. Oh, shit. Follow up question. Magic or video games? Yeah, that's what I thought. You're going to ask me. I probably say video games. You give up video games. No, no, I keep video games. Video games. I've been playing video games long. Yeah. Just got doesn't even like magic. Well, you're putting me in a fricking bind here, dude. I can play Magic Arena on my PC. No, no, no, no magic at all. At all. I just paper magic. Nope. Even the digital kind, which is. I hate the digital guy. Yeah, I would probably sell my collection if I was never able to play. No, it just disappears. So I get no value out of no. You either choose to keep it as is right now and you expand on it. Yeah. And you lose your body. But then I or vice versa. Yeah. So that one I would definitely pick the body over. I would rather be able to change how I look. The gaming one. Yeah. I mean the thing is like just from a hobby perspective, there's just magic is narrow. It's like the one game gaming. There's so many things shooters, RPGs, like sports games, and there's way more opportunity to actually play video. Exactly. And like short sell them. Yeah. Shorter commitments. And like I'm going to go tell everyone that you're a fake magic fan. Yeah. This guy doesn't even like magic. No. Don't say that. I hope that's a good one. All right, let me do the son. I'll think of another one. Okay. But. Oh, it's just us, right? So, yeah, that's like the one we said earlier. Would you rather. Would you rather. Okay. How's it going? How's it going relative to this? Would you rather have to grunt every single repetition like, oh, I do like it or like loudly. Yeah. Or every ten raps you let out a squeak like a fart? No. Just like, oh, like it, like just like a little. No, like like an audible verbal squeak. Like just like a every good turtle have sex, but only every ten reps. Only every ten reps. Or you grunts like audibly every single rep. I think I'd go with a squeak, bro. Whoever's beside you in the gym is having a horrible experience, regardless of what. Just one to get the squeak nine. Hey bro, it's like a little hey, that's wild. That's absolutely wild. That's diabolical. Oh, all right, one more sound we'll call it. Yeah. Sounds good to me. Sounds good to me. We got more, we got more. Oh what a nice. Oh yeah I can biceps. What do you see. What do I get for time. Oh, baby it's a perfect episode. Nice to three. Okay, we got to do one more. We got to do one more before we finish, okay? Okay. One, two, three. Those are some pretty shitty partial. Two, three. Okay. Here's what we'll do a training one. Would you rather never be able to go to full range of motion ever again on any left or. Only be able to do actually hold on. Would you rather let me rephrase that. Would you rather only be able to do a half range on every left, like never being able to go like a physical limitation? Yeah. Like you just like when you squat you're like nope, that's all I can go. You can't go lower. Okay. Or or in the opposite vein, you hyper extend or overextend all movements. Oh, that seems worse at the same. Worse. I think I would rather take the half like your body. When you do bicep curls, you like your elbows or like extend. Oh behind shit. Or when you squat like your bum hole goes to the ground kind of situation, which actually is probably not a bad thing. But oh, like when you deadlift like like, oh, when you deadlift you're like completely like that. Apparently that's really good for your best. It's actually starting to seem like that one's not that bad. But like if you leg press and you hyperextended. Yeah. And then like, your knees are like by your ears essentially like. No. Like when you push all the way in. Oh yeah. Yeah, yeah. And you're like knees. Yeah. So essentially how about it's like, would you rather be extremely hypermobile or limited mobility? Okay. So that's totally different question. Let's get the mobile. Yeah I think still being hypermobile is you're like double jointed problem. Yeah, I think so too. And yeah, I think it's probably beneficial. Mostly nice. All right. That was good. Last one. One more coming from me right up the top. Yeah I didn't even think about it. Would you rather only be stupid for the rest of your life? Yeah. Okay. I'm listening, I'm listening. And and, like, absolutely jacked. Shredded. But, like, okay, second something comes out of your mouth. It's just, like, instantly turned off people, like, lose IQ. So, like, you are an esthetic god. Yeah. Most chiseled core, possibly physique on the planet. Exactly. But when it when you've, when you speak, you're like, I knew that dude. Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. Okay, okay. Or extremely intelligent. Intelligent. But your physique is that of an autistic gamer and heard. Oh, okay. So essentially, excuse me for my use of language. I'm going to make that more PC for people. Yeah. You're very overweight, immobile, sweaty, stinky or just like, extremely frail and skinny. Like the opposite of being jacked either or. No, no, no, not frail and skinny. The one I said of overweight and smelly. Like just. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like the South Park guy. The South Park guy. Yeah. Oh. But extremely intelligent. Like, let's call it how you have to match it. It's got to be like, but you're not going to use like you're. And your intellect level is so essentially it's someone to put all their points into intellect and zero into strength and vice versa. Yeah. Like a leveling. Yeah, yeah. 100 into strength. Zero until it's like honestly probably the strong one's not going to lie. Big dude. Yeah I look good. Be hungry. No, I don't have to say anything. Good job today. Oh, that's a fun one. All right. See you guys in the next one. Adios, mayor De Beers. Well, swore. Oh, baby. Swore.
