In Episode 12, Spencer and Cameron examine three stories making headlines and ask whether they point to a larger problem: a growing crisis of confidence in the institutions that shape our society.
The conversation begins in Washington, D.C., where reports of damage and algae buildup at the recently renovated Reflecting Pool have sparked questions about government spending, oversight, and accountability.
The discussion then turns overseas to the United Kingdom, where a newly released report on organized grooming gangs has reignited debate over immigration, public safety, political leadership, and whether authorities failed to act when warning signs were present.
Finally, Spencer and Cameron break down the Los Angeles City Council’s decision to place a charter amendment before voters that could expand voting rights to non-citizens in local elections. What does this proposal mean for the future of voting, representation, and civic participation in America’s second-largest city?
Throughout the episode, the hosts explore whether these stories are isolated incidents, or evidence of deeper cracks forming within institutions that many people once trusted.
Topics include:
- The Reflecting Pool renovation controversy
- The UK grooming gang report and public reaction
- Los Angeles’ proposal to expand voting rights to non-citizens
- Government accountability and public trust
- Immigration, citizenship, and civic participation
- The growing confidence gap in public institutions

All right, welcome back, everybody, to episode 12 of the Spark Show. Today we have a Father's Day special happening. And I just want to say happy Father's Day to Cameron, our co-host, and happy Father's Day to all the fathers out there who are doing a great job raising up beautiful families and being protectors of women, protectors of children, and most of all, patriots of the United States. Don't be a chauvinist male. How dare we? Toxic masculinity for the win, in my opinion.
SPEAKER_01Yes, toxic.
SPEAKER_00Very toxic. How about just American pride? That's even more toxic. You can't be proud of America. Come on, we're evil. How would we ever fight back against this toxic masculinity? Become male feminists. Yeah, well, feminism has completely destroyed the nuclear family. No, it hasn't. It has empowered females all around the world. This narrator we have on the show today is quite extraordinary. You may find he's similar to a Jim Carrey. Maybe a little bit of a grinch. You gotta save it for our December episode. Worst I could do is faces. Anyhow, so for today it's Father's Day, but we can't help ourselves but find all these ridiculous news articles popping up about some of the outrageous news we're seeing in the news cycle, which I think one of the ones domestically going on right now, because we're a little bit low on news cycles right now, is the reflecting pool has been It's a dirty swamp.
SPEAKER_02It's full of algae. It's a big swamp full of algae. Trump promised no algae, there's too much algae. Obama did it better. And it seems to be failing according to the mainstream media.
SPEAKER_00Oh yes, it's delaminating. Trump's pool guys didn't do a thorough job on their $14.5 million renovation. No, it's ridiculous. It's too much money and it's also too cheap. But I also wonder what happens when every major news outlet stops by the pool and takes a pool sample for their own filming and sampling and to go to the local pool store just to find out that this is naturally occurring in pool water.
SPEAKER_01Okay, but wasn't it CNN that discovered that through their independent testing that there's an inordinate amount of phosphorus fertilizer in it? Indeed. Interesting. Not no accusations, no conspiracy theories. But what's it to say that someone dumped a bunch of photolizer in the who knows?
SPEAKER_00Can't prove it. I don't know. I'm not a scientist. Well, not to mention, I'm sure everybody's seen it circulating, but they also claim that the membrane is also failing, and there's been massive parts that every major news outlet reporter has gone by and put their hand in and pulled up even worse and worse every time. Got the famous shot of it flopping in the water. Yeah. And then, not to mention, Trump comes out though and says that as of this morning, people have been arrested for vandalism, that they actually caused the damage that people were recording at the pool.
SPEAKER_01Honestly, that's just Trump stepping on a rake and just slamming himself in the face. Like, dude, who cares? Just let the libs freak out over. I mean, it's such a non-issue. It's like, okay, I mean, you could concede that, okay, maybe we rushed it a little bit too far. Maybe the contractors didn't do enough of because you got to grind the concrete in order to get a good adhesion. And so maybe they screwed up on that. There's also the issue that the thing, how old is the reflecting pool? So that concrete, how old is that concrete? And because the age of the concrete can cause issues with adhesion. And then it's literally built, like Washington, DC is literally a swamp that they built Washington, D.C. on. So you have the ground table water that can also screw up the adhesion because it's got it's called hydrostatic pressure. So it's like, I mean, there's so many, it's like, how is this an issue? You know what I mean? And then everything I see from liberals arguing it's like, well, thirteen fourteen million dollars could have been used for struggling families. 14 million dollars from our I mean, should we shut down all of our park services? No more national parks because struggling families? I mean, that's essentially what they're arguing. And I mean, look how shitty the monuments were treated in past administrations, including Republican administrations, where that's not a priority. However, who uses the monument? It drives tourism, so it drives economic output, so it helps everyone. So it's like it's ridiculous.
SPEAKER_00I, for one, have fully enjoyed the restoration of these monuments and historical landmarks because I am somebody who fully appreciates history. I enjoy visiting these places. It gives me a sense of pride, not only national pride, but just a warm good feeling about America's history. So something that I definitely enjoy. I really appreciate Trump and the administration and the Department of Interior taking on the projects to restore these things back to their former glory and to ensure that they live on for more people to enjoy in the future.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, exactly. It's a well, it's somewhere for us to go with our families and to enjoy. I'm like after just seeing the positive press coverage that was coming out of how clean Washington, D.C. is looking, how beautiful the fountains and the monuments. I'm learning about all these obscure fountains that I didn't even know existed before. And it's like, oh wow, you so you can actually go there and enjoy the city where before it was completely neglected. I mean, it was just overgrown, weeds everywhere, no one cared, homeless people on the streets occupying all these areas. And it's like, I'm not who's gonna bring their family to there? It's like no one. So at the end of the day, yes, investing in your monuments is part of the infrastructure to drive economic output. So it's like, of course we spend money on that. You spend a little money and you make more money. That's the way business works.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's crazy. Just seeing how Malcolm X Park has been renovated, the fountains are flowing there, people are saying they haven't seen it like that since the 90s. It's really enjoyable. I mean, just the water, waterways flowing again gives people a sense of calmness and peace and tranquility. People experiencing a little bit of a different euphoric experience as they even just go to the parks now, where it used to be kind of like this homeless, kind of sketchy hangout area. It's amazing what just a little bit of restoration and investment into your local community can do to sort of restore morality to the community. And I think about this locally in Los Angeles because we had a pretty big topic of debate with Spencer Pratt running for mayor, and that he was going to turn around Los Angeles. And it brings me right back to these immigration raids on like MacArthur Park, where federal law enforcement agencies have been brought in because there have been rumors of bodies being dumped in this lake or this pond for the last two, three decades, maybe more, and they're finally pulling and recovering bodies out of this park in this pond. And it's like this has just become a safe haven and a refuge for the homeless, the drug addicts, criminals, all sorts of the people that you do not want to partake with. And we've just got these people who have diluted their personal safety down to this uh basically this sense of they're just gonna submerse themselves in it because this is just what the culture has become. Yeah, surrender. Surrender your personal safety for this suicidal empathy because this is what culture is telling us is acceptable, which I completely refute that, and I will never be okay with it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's like the I mean at the end of the day, it's the institutionalized powers, and there it's like this it's the liberal institution that tells you like the decline, the managed decline is the inevitable. It's as good as it's ever gonna get. It's actually gonna maybe get a little bit worse, but that's a good thing because the rest of the world is rising and the West has been powerful long enough, and it's time to share the wealth with the rest of the world. And it's like, well, sorry for my children. I want to give them the same thing that I had. The whole reason why my wife came to America is because of the promise of America, where she could find who she wanted to be and have her own individual liberty. But what do we have? What's the promise? It's like, how can you have that promise if you just have managed decline? And it's like, no, absolutely not. I refuse it. Refuse it. It's not cultural enriching to have a bunch of third worlders coming over here imposing their way of life on us. It's no. Either you come here when invited, and then you oh, what's the term, integrate into our society, or you get out. That's it.
SPEAKER_00Integrate, assimilate the things that we would expect as citizens for immigrants that are gonna lawfully immigrate here, right? And one thing I just want to point out as a modern-day parent is that you can tell that our personal safety has become low on the priority list to our government because things are not the same as they were in the 90s when we were raised by our parents. Our parents could cut us loose, they would let us go play at our friend's house. That was the full neighborhood block away from our house without any parental supervision. They would let us ride a bike, they would let us walk, they would let us skateboard, they would let us take whatever transport transportation means we had available at our disposal to our friend's house without supervision. And they didn't fear that their neighbor was gonna be an abusive person, they didn't fear that something might happen along the way. We had a sense of safety and security that no longer exists today. Parents today, I for one, don't let my children go wandering out of my eyesight. The rule of thumb today is that you never let your kids out of an arm sweep length of you because that's how quick it can happen. Your kids can disappear in public like that. It's like, well, how do we live in this society where we have to live in this type of fear?
SPEAKER_01Well, there's a couple of things going on there. First, it's access to information that we didn't previously have. So, and negative press coverage always dominates because it triggers our fear centers and all that, and so because of our survival instincts, we pay attention to that. And that's why what's the story? If it bleeds, it leads. So you're always gonna get bombarded with that. So that naturally is going to create this sense of insecurity, and then on top of it, our borders have been undermined, and this whole assimil immigration assimilation culture has completely been undermined, and so you're bringing in millions and millions of people, and you don't they're un they're not vetted, and they come from cultures where they can be predators, and now there's our sense of security is even worse, it's undermined even more. And then so now you're seeing all these stories, especially if you're like us and you're more right-leaning, you're gonna be inundated with all these immog negative immigration stories because that triggers our fear centers. Where if you're more liberal, you're not gonna really see that stuff on your algorithm.
SPEAKER_00Those things are hard to ignore though, Cam, especially with Joe Biden trying to allow millions of immigrants and even grant them amnesty, which he failed at doing. But seeing the harm that a American president is willing to unleash on a civilian population here, on its citizens, and we see those illegal immigrants were given a platform to apply for amnesty to legally be secure here while they illegally entered the country in hopes that one day Biden could accomplish getting them that that mass amnesty. And yet we come to find that there was hundreds of thousands of children trafficked across the border and they went missing because there was no way for them to keep tabs on them. Except this administration now has done a fantastic job at trying to find and recover these children and put them on the books and make sure that there is a record of them and to make sure they're in the care of someone safe, or to restore that faith in us that this is just not something we're willing to unleash on the American public.
SPEAKER_01Well, yeah, and you also see it's funny how procedural people are. Because I remember I think it was my orcas who was at a committee hearing in Congress, and they're asking them about this, these missing children, or these reports of missing children, and basically he said that's not our job. Our job is just basically intake, record, and then now you're in the interior, you're on your own. We don't keep tabs, we don't have the apparatus to keep tabs. And it's like, well, shouldn't you build something or request funds from Congress to build that? It's like, I don't know, it's sort of this attitude of not my job, hands off, nope, not my problem. And it's just like all the negative, unintended consequences that can follow from that. And then obviously that's just gonna be turned up the volume to 11 in terms of hyperbolic partisanship. But at the end of the day, it's like that's why you cannot you have to have controls. You can't just flood the zone with anything because you can't control it and you can't ensure that you can reduce harm as much as possible.
SPEAKER_00I think one of the biggest fears I have is seeing how heavily the pendulum has swung here in the United States with Democrat, progressive liberal ideology, but then to feel this sense of security that we do have some sensible, grounded, conservative Republican people in the country that we still do not have just a majority one ideology. The two-party system is still very present and alive, and this is like breathing beasts on each end of the spectrum. But these people are, you know, everyone is polarized to think that the opposite party is the enemy, where at the core of it all, we all do really want the same thing. We all do want to raise families, we want our children to be safe, we want our children to be healthy, we want to experience the same life things, but we have all got riled up over these like external scenarios and factors that are playing into it, that we've lost sight of just the American dream that we can all be united on the one front. And so I fear one of the things that I think a lot of conservatives are looking at right now is this gang rape report out of the United Kingdom that just came out. And I think a lot of people fear that this fifth generation warfare that's going on in the United States trying to turn the nuclear family into this diluted thought process that doesn't need to exist anymore and turn men into passive, like less masculine figures and turn us away from the traditional ways of the United States and how we bring up families here and do things the American way. We're gonna end up looking like the UK, where we allow mass immigration of third-world immigrants into our country that results in institutions putting the fear of racism or religious phobias or being called a bigot or any of these epithets that we've discussed before on the show. They put that actually in these institutions. The people fear being called these things so much, they they would actually put that below the personal safety of their citizens, which would result in this horrific report that just came out in the UK that says over the last decade, 250,000 native young white British girls have been exposed or somewhat cycled through this horrific gang rape process, somehow being exposed to unwanted pregnancies, conversions to Islam, and exposure to gang rapes and all these horrific things. And all of the major institutions in the UK have failed them: local law enforcement, federal government agencies, public institutions like schools or the sex clinics or something like that, they have all hidden evidence. They have wiped it under the rug, they have not brought forth the evidence to law enforcement out of fear of being called racist or some sort of phobe. And so, how do we prevent that, or how do we not be scared that that's something that's going to happen here in the United States?
SPEAKER_01Well, the good thing is that Elon Musk bought Twitter, and because of that, we have a very strong independent voice that is extremely skeptical of institutions. And what you kind of really see that the way I understand it is you have on the left-hand side, you have the institutionalists, and they're very globalized. They believe in their globalized liberal institutions. That's why there's really is no difference between a Democrat and a liberal in Europe. They're basically the same thing, and just like the way they schmooze with each other, the way they identify with each other, they're very coherent in their thought process. And then you have on the right wing, you have nationalists who believe in their national institutions. So conservatives are going to be, they're gonna, even though we're very skeptical of our three-letter agencies, at the end of the day, they're American, so we believe in these American institutions, and we're very skeptical of foreign institutions, where that really doesn't exist on, in my view, on the left-wing side, especially in Europe. And so it's all about certain and this is what's the liberalized institutions have been in power essentially since World War II. And that is why you see very similar things like what Joe Biden was doing with the open borders and a lot of his policies, the green, the climate change accords and all this stuff is very aligned with the European institutions. And so it's all about serving the integrity of that institution. So if your policy is a mass immigration, and why do they want mass immigration? Well, they want to buff buffer their GDP numbers. That's everything that I always saw, like on the economic side, is like immigration helps GDP, even though GDP per capita is diluted. Because I think in I was seeing a report where it was this, it was some obscene number, but let's just say, for argument's sake, it was like a four to one immigrant to national born job ratio. So for every one national born citizen, they were getting a job to four immigrants getting a job over them. And so now the standard of living for the for the national is shrinking more and more. And that's this managed decline that we're talking about. But and then they're arguing, well, their citizens aren't actually doing these jobs, and we need the immigrants and all this nonsense, and it's all to undermine wages and to drive up profit margins for London, for the stock exchanges, and because it's all about the institution, it's not Main Street, it's Wall Street. That's who matters, the big banks, and making sure that they're making money. So they're hollowing out our standard of living for their profit margins. And that's the fundamental sea change that's happening with Trump and MAGO, which is why who controls the institutions again? When what are the institutions? It's academia, it's media, it's it's all this stuff. And it's just an all-on assault because this is fundamentally what's happening is an assertion of nationalized institutions versus this globalized. And that's why you see like the likes of George Soros and all the his money pouring into local elections and all that, because that is what's going on. So when it comes to the institutions failed them, no, they didn't. The institutions did exactly what they were designed to do, which was to bury all of this because it undermines their objectives.
SPEAKER_00It's interesting that you brought up George Soros and you brought up Elon Musk and what you were just talking about, because Elon Musk has been a big proponent of freedom of speech by purchasing Twitter, turning it to X, and also fighting these forces that have caused the chaos in the United States. And one of the things Elon Musk actually just said yesterday was that he's actually going to be taking on George Soros and let him know that he's going to show him what it means to suffer.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, no, okay, so look at it. This is a perfect example of two competing ideologies. On the one hand, you have a George Soros, on the other hand, you have an Elon Musk. For the leftists, it's like, oh, they're just evil billionaires. Well, now we got a trillionaire. Well, what is it what is fundamentally different between the two? George Soros made his money by literally causing human suffering. Chaos. He so everything that the left says evil billionaires are, he is. I mean, he I believe the way he made his money, the famous way is he undermined the Undermined the pound in England and extracted a bunch of wealth. And what does that mean? He bet against it. Huge bets. And something to do with the banking system and all that. And basically cooking the numbers. And so while all these people lost the value of their pound, he made billions on it. I mean, that that's like predatory capitalism to its finest, predatory speculation. It's the epitome of evil. Yeah. I mean, it's like this guy is despicable. And then you see the way he talks about himself. He's a god and like all this crazy stuff. And you're like, and this is your hero. So it's like, look at who who is aligning sort of your worldview. And then what is Elon Musk? Elon Musk is a creator. How is it he's worth a trillion dollars? Because he was willing to be homeless for putting forward his vision. When you look at SpaceX, right, you look at all the things he made money in this company, then he put it all into this company, and then he put it all into this company. And he mean all of it. He was sleeping on people's couches. He was eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and technically he was a millionaire, multimillionaire, and he just kept doubling down. And then you see, like with the SpaceX thing, he only had enough money for four launches, and three of them failed miserably. And then the fourth one, when most people would have just cut their losses and ran, he put the last few million dollars he had in that company.
SPEAKER_00And what you're referencing in the SpaceX production was when Elon Musk took on the challenge of creating reusable rockets. Yes. And he was hellbent on proving to NASA that we could come up with a more economically viable way for space travel. Yes. And so he said instead of building these multi-million, maybe billion dollar rockets that are only used one time, we're gonna use we're gonna make a rocket that can be launched and then it can be safely retrieved back down on Earth and then recharged and reused again for another launch.
SPEAKER_01Yes, exactly. And this is nothing new for NASA, but it was never a priority for NASA because they just had an open budget given to them by Congress. There was no accountability. It was, but for a private company, one that's like, hey, if we don't make this launch, you're out of a job. Well, there was no innovation. That was the problem with the federal government. The problem with government fundamentally, government agencies, there is zero innovation. Right. Government is that that is where they're terrible, is they cannot innovate.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I mean, so the government claimed we went to the moon in 1969, but since then Elon Musk is looking at this with hit with SpaceX, going, why hasn't anything changed? Why haven't we been back to the moon? Why haven't we been able to accomplish a mission to Mars? Why haven't we done all these things? Well, because the astronomical cost to actually achieve that goal. And I love that him as an entrepreneur goes, okay, well, this is just the one piece that you guys are saying it's making this impossible. Let me just prove this to you that we can change this. Yeah. And by solving that one problem, he's turned himself into a trillionaire.
SPEAKER_01Well, yeah, exactly. Well, why is that? Because he's providing services. It's just like, what does SpaceX do with the constellation, the Starlink, and everything? I mean, one of the reasons why Ukraine was actually able to hold back the Russians is because Elon Musk donated terminals so that they could actually communicate because the internet was shut down by the Russians. Well, guess what? If they weren't able to communicate and receive and all that, the Russians would have stomped them. But because of his generosity, so, anyways, we're getting off on a tangent here. The point is that he created his wealth from innovation, from creating products. He looked at the marketplace, hey, we need this, and through his balls of steel of investing, because at the end of the day, it was his money that he put on the table and going, I'm willing to lose all of this in order to achieve this vision. And then, yes, other people helped him and he hired all the talent, and now he's his companies are extremely successful because of it.
SPEAKER_00Elon Musk is a an extraordinary man. He seems to be uh willing to go up against every challenge there is imaginable in building companies and acquiring companies. I mean, you just look at the X acquisition or the Twitter acquisition, and you see the slander and the smearing that campaigns that were going on against him, saying that Twitter wasn't evaluated or valuated at the right right amount. I think what did he buy it for? Like $22 billion or something like that? No, it was $420. $420.
SPEAKER_01I think $69 a share or something like that. $420 million?
SPEAKER_00I think it was $42 billion, if I remember correctly. Yeah, and so he essentially had to pull equity or whatever it was from all over the place in order to make that acquisition happen. But it was literally at this point in time where it was like live or die, like our republic was gonna fucking fail, or he was gonna do this and expose the backdoor madness that was going on from COVID. I mean, the guy was hellbent on exposing the truth. That was the only reason he acquired it. And then not to mention, he wanted to be a purveyor of free speech, which owning a social media platform that was censoring all of the conservative thought process back at COVID and beyond.
SPEAKER_01Honestly, I think he kind of memed his way into it where he was like, I'm gonna buy this, and then because I if I remember correctly, he was trying to back out at some point, and then Twitter sued him to force the acquisition to continue, if I'm remembering correctly. And he had to go and find a bunch of institutional investors. I think the set the Saudis invested. But yeah, they all said that it was gonna collapse and wasn't gonna be worth anything, and now look at it, turned it. I think he integrated with the Grok AI and everything. I mean, the guy is just I mean, he is a is an elite operator. So you have an elite operator that is hellbent on building, and then you have on that left-hand side an elite operator that is hellbent on systematic destruction so that they can build, rebuild from the ashes their worldview.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so there was he helped Trump secure his most recent White House run. He secured It's probably gonna help in the midterms, too. He helped secure free speech through acquiring Twitter, now X, and preserving conservative speech and free speech for everybody, allowing a platform where you aren't just gonna be censored out and quieted just because you have one thinking process. And we actually talked about it on one of our previous episodes where we asked for Elon Musk's help to come up with a some sort of electoral machine to help us fight back the machine here in California. Yeah, the ballot harvesting. Yeah. So I mean it would be if there's a man that could be up for the challenge, it would be Elon Musk. So, Elon, if you're happen to be watching, we'll tag you in this episode and we'll see if we can't get you to come to the table in our small studio here. Maybe add you a chair to our podcast here. Might be swinging a little too high for that one. Our meeting with Elon might be postponed. Yeah, exactly. But you know what? Just by getting getting back to the main point here, though, if there's anybody that's gonna take on George Soros, I think Elon Musk is the right man for the job. Well, he's the right money for the job, too. Let me tell you. Sorry there, Georgie Pooh. This guy's got way more than you. Yep. Well, the one thing that I think George Soros has, and it's probably passing on to his son, who I know is a close operator in tow with who's Amazon Jeff Bezos. Jeff Bezos, I think they kind of operate closely and to one another, is George Soros' son. I can't recall his name at the moment, but I kind of question that relationship a little bit, and I worry that some of the warfare tactics that George has put on are definitely being passed down generationally. So if there's gonna be someone to step in like Elon, they should come in and disrupt that immediately.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, this is you're never getting rid of this, right? These ideologies are going to outlast us. There's no utopia. There's you're always gonna have the victimhood mindset, or you're gonna have the god complex. You're not getting rid of it. It's just it's the way it goes, and it's just this pendulum that swings back and forth generation after generation. You go more right wing, you go more left wing, and that's just what it's gonna be. But that's why you have to always stand ever vigilant. That's the whole point, and it's to to be educated on the nuances and to teach people how to think, how to critically analyze things, and to not just accept outsourced beliefs because you agree with it offhand. It's just like you have to question everything, especially those who you trust. Because if you know if humanity's taught you anything, is you can't trust anybody. So if you're being force-fed something and you're just gobbling it up thinking it's the gospel's truth, chances are you're being manipulated.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. And just speaking of really quick of our electoral process and the madness going on with immigration and things like that, I just saw that the LA City Council held a vote to amend one of their charters for voting in local municipality elections for the local municipality and for the school board.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, for illegal immigrants because they're disenfranchised.
SPEAKER_00For non-citizens because they don't believe in the term illegal immigrant or just regular immigrant. They just believe in the discriminatory non-citizens. Yeah. And for all the people that said that we were spewing right-wing propaganda saying that illegal immigrants are voting in our elections, here you go. Karen Bass followed through with what she said she was going to do. She said she was going to explore this idea of having these immigrants or non-citizens vote in our elections. And here we are, LA City Council just voted this week to allow for this amendment to happen for illegals to vote in our elections locally and for the school boards locally. And so you give an inch with these people and they take a mile. That's the problem. Yeah. And so that terrifies me because this is just the small inch and creep up to then allowing this to happen in our state elections, and then who knows what happens if we get another Democrat in the White House.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, fundamentally, it's just undermining the national institutions, right? Because what is our republic? What is our democracy? It's a national institution, and it's only for American citizens, but they are not, they don't believe in that. They believe in these institutionalized, these global institutions, and that's what it's all about for them. So it's the global citizen. The global citizen has a right to vote in national elections or in state elections or in local elections, right? You're like, actually, isn't it the most important election? Isn't the national, it's the local, it's where you live and what affects you the most. And it's like, guys, what are we talking about here? Like, oh yeah, if you can just find your way over the border, steal some information, someone's identity, in order to get a social security number and to make your way to a sanctuary city. You have a you have the right to uh to to cast a vote because what it logically makes no sense. I'm sorry. Enough with your suicidal empathy. These people do not have the right. It is not a human right to vote in. Can I go down to their country and vote in their elections?
SPEAKER_00No. Well, the Democrats have done a great job at number one, provoking illegal immigration. They've done a good job attracting it, attracting it. They've done a great job at protecting the illegal immigrants by creating sanctuary city laws. Because it's about power. And they will prevent the federal law enforcement or do their best to protect these immigrants from any immigration raids or being deported from the United States.
SPEAKER_01Gotta keep the census high because that is how Democrats keep their power. It's their policies suck. It doesn't who do their policies serve? We already know who their policies serve, the people they're trying to protect. They always pander to the black vote. Oh, we're gonna give you reparations this time. I mean, how many times how long have we been talking about reparations for black folks? And election cycle after election cycle, and it's like, when are you guys going to stand up and say enough is enough? But all they have to do is make Trump's a racist, he hates black people, and then and they the Democrats keep their power. It's like I mean, fool me once, shame on me, or shame on you, fool me twice, can't get fooled again, and then George Bush. Well, anyways, it's like at some point, folks, it's like you have to question those you trust the most. Like I question like Trump. I don't take everything he says for gospel's truth, like this whole thing, like the vandalization. What's really happening isn't that these natural causes is happening here in the reflecting pool. It's no, it's vandals are doing it. And it's like, come on, Trump. First of all, why are you even engaging in this? They're baiting you because they're trying to make you look like a fool, and you're just accepting it. So I don't know, maybe you have some grand 4D chess strategy or you just stepped on a rake. Right. You know what I mean? So it's like you gotta know when to pick your battles. And Trump doesn't know when to pick his battles, it's just battle all the time, and that's his biggest weakness. It's just like sometimes you just ignore it. You're like, Yeah, guys, cool story, bro. Move on. Right. I'm dealing with Iran. Got way bigger fish to fry than the reflecting pool is growing algae in a swamp. You know what I mean? You're like, yeah, I'm not happy about it. I'm on the phone with Doug Bergum or whatever the guy's name is. We're getting it cleaned up. Taking care of it. Thanks for letting me know. And then the story's dead, but instead it's Trump's peddling conspiracy theories.
SPEAKER_00You're like, again, rake to the face. It's ridiculous. I mean, it's so ridiculous that we've got protesters, obviously paid protesters out by the reflecting pool with pro algae life signs. And it's like Well, they don't have to be paid.
SPEAKER_01They just have to be motivated. You know what I mean? It's just like we gotta win on Trump. You're like, I mean, guys, this isn't the win you think it is. This isn't gonna determine the outcome of the next election. If anything, middle America is just gonna roll their eyes at the pettiness of Democrats. Because that's what I did. Like, see, I'm criticizing Trump, but I'm also gonna criticize the Democrats for how petty they are. I mean, this is national news. I mean, every single post I'm getting from CNN on my feed has to do with the reflecting pool and algae growing in a swamp. Guys, this is not, this isn't that's actually embarrassing.
SPEAKER_00It is. And it's more embarrassing, honestly, to me that we've got pro-algae protesters out here when the real fight is for unborn pro-life stance.
SPEAKER_01Well, let's be honest, I saw one lady with a sign. You know what I mean? So she's just getting her 15 minutes of fame. Good job, good on you. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_00Like to be out there protesting for molecular amoeba in comparison to people that are out there fighting for unborn lives is just this is the problem with conservatives, dude.
SPEAKER_01It's just like the dog and the mailman. They're like, I'm gonna get you, I'm gonna get you. And you're just like, bro, you just look like an idiot even trying to chase the damn thing. You know what I mean? This is why I always say mockery. You gotta mock them. Right? This is the perfect opportunity. But what did you guys do? Oh my god, it's vandals, vandals. And you're like, guys, who cares? Who cares?
SPEAKER_00The pool is restored. That's the main point. Someone vandalized it, it will be fixed. The algae during the colder weather may subside, it may not. The new ozone filtration system will go into effect. We will eventually get this under control.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_00It all is gonna be okay. Yeah, the chaos does not be need to be dumped into the reflecting pool.
SPEAKER_01Yes, and guess what? There probably will be more algae growth, but then there'll be pool boys out there cleaning up the algae growth because that's what the promise was upkeep, maintenance, not a permanent fix forever. But I wanted to talk about Iran and everything that's going on. So you you were telling me some things are going down.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so we had the memorandum of understanding signed earlier this week that included a 60-day negotiation period for nuclear talks and a ceasefire. However, there's been some shenanigans going on with attacks from the Israelis in Lebanon, which Iran didn't like. We opened the Strait of Hormouth, and then shortly after Iran claimed that it was closed for business, and then Trump quickly gets on social media, says that the strait is open, that Iran doesn't control it yet, that it's only open or closed based on the United States opening or closing it right now, and that tolls will only be placed at the will of the American government or at the profit of the American government.
SPEAKER_01Can he just like what is he see? Come on, how about this? Iran, go ahead, close it. I'm dropping a bomb right on top of your fucking head. Come on, like no, we can it's like, dude, enough, like, dude, no, just give these guys the stick. You want to go ahead and close it. Look at I'm offering you a chance to reintegrate your society, your country into the globalized economy. All it's gonna cost you is no more nuclear ambition, no more terrorism, enough of this tit-for-tat fighting. I'm sorry, the globalized intifada you think is gonna happen is not gonna happen because the rest of the world doesn't want to live under the caliphate of your delusional medieval religion. We're done. So get with the program here, Iran. That's it. And if you don't want to get with the program, let just annihilate it. I'm sorry, enough is enough. Bridge day. Start with the bridges. Okay, you don't want to do that? Now we're gonna start hitting the power stations. Oh, the power station, now we're gonna hit the water. That's it. But what I mean, what are we doing here? So you can have we can annihilate your country and your infrastructure, or you can have this 300 billion fund that is performance-based, and all you gotta do is just hit each marker, and we will slowly rebuild.
SPEAKER_00Well, it just makes me wonder about the Iranian regime and the military powers that be there who run the country. Do they just want to always live in dirt their entire lives? Do they never want to become part of the first world countries and see a developed Iran and become something similar to what they got going on in the United Arab Emirates or Qatar? They could Dubai. I mean, it's just like these places are incredible, and yet you still want to stay held back in medieval times. You want to maintain these jihadist religious wars. And at what cost? It's gonna come at the cost of your development and maybe your annihilation.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I mean, what interest do we have in the area? Well, I mean, we do know the Strait of Hormuz is responsible for 20% of the global economy or whatever. So, I mean, that's just a reason why we have to be there, which is super annoying. But it's like, you know what? Strategic aims were met. We defanged Iran, now we just need to build up the military defense of our Gulf partners and Israel, and if Israel pull its head out of its ass in its vanity project, the Greater Israel project, it's like lunatics, then we've restored balance. And it's like, okay, we'll help you with military aid, you take care of Iran, and then we can move on. But I mean it's such a complicated, it's it's not that easy, but I don't know. And then the problem is like you you just don't know what's going on with Iran, too. Is this just a headline to attack Trump? You know what I mean? It's so it's like who knows what's going on? Who knows what the actual truth is? Who's in who's controlling the Twitter handle over at Iran? You know what I mean? So I don't know. It's just a wait and see sort of thing. But I have faith in in the plan. I think it's a great plan. I think absolutely these people that are complaining about the 300 million and Obama gave a billion, it's like, you know what? That's why you got the carrot and you got the stick. It's like, look, 300 billion, that is a significant amount. Let's reintegrate, let's rebuild, let's actually build the Persian people and unleash their intellect, or you guys can be focused on world domination and annihilation.
SPEAKER_00Well, the Iranian people and Muslims in general are eventually going to have to make a choice at some point in time and history to leave behind Sharia law and to practice more of a modern form of Islam if they want it to ever prevail and exist in a world of peace. Because this extremist, violent religious warfare will not prevail in a modern world. It is just going to continue to cause chaos, it's going to continue to cause death, and eventually we're just not going to have it anymore. It's going to lead to their ultimate destruction. So, in my opinion, that's going to be the ultimate driver as to whether Iran is going to eventually survive or they're going to thrive.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, well, Sharia law is just Islamic law, but it's the implementation of Islamic law that's always by force, and that's the biggest problem with it.
SPEAKER_00There's so let me ask you real quick, because you you have pretty close ties to the Islamic faith with your wife and stuff like that. So does your wife practice Sharia law? Oh no, absolutely not. Right. So what is her form of Islam?
SPEAKER_01Well, I mean, the brutal truth is most Muslims are like most Christians, they don't really they don't really read the Quran. They don't really, they just they do what they're told to do. They were pointed to this religion and practicing. They're like they're traditionally. Right. It's not necessarily religiously, and that's what I see a lot of. Like I when I was reading the Quran and I was asking fellow Muslims about the Quran, and most common answer was, I've never read the Quran. And you're like, it's your religious book, dude. Like, what? But guess what? I've come across that with Christians as well. It's just people outsource their beliefs all the time because you've got to do a lot of footwork. It takes time to sit down and to read and to faithfully examine something and to work through the logical fallacies that could be in play, questioning everything. This takes time. This takes it's a time investment that people aren't willing to do. And it's like, you know what? My family was this, that, that's my tradition. I'm sticking with it. And you just outsource your beliefs and you don't even know what you believe. You think you do, but you don't.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. And I think that's a good note to wrap up on. And I think that we want to know more from our listeners and our followers. What do you think is going to be the end result with Iran? How are we feeling about the fifth generational warfare that's going on here in the United States? How will it fare for Great Britain and the UK? Will we see more of a conservative movement happen in the UK and take back their country, or will we see more of the same?
SPEAKER_01Fifth generational warfare, 5D chess. I hate these terms. I'm sorry, buddy. You don't like them. What does fifth generational okay? Are you you mean information war? Essentially, it's more of like ideologies that, you know, ideal ideological warfare. Yes, I know exactly what you're saying, but it's we anyways. That Joe Biden moment.
SPEAKER_00Oh, we love you, Joe. And we're doing it.
SPEAKER_01Dude, I want to go have some ice cream with that fool.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. We'll definitely looks like he enjoys his ice cream. Take up a date with Joe Biden and a scoop of ice cream. I won't be bringing my children though. I'm the only one that's allowed to sniff their heads.
SPEAKER_01Enjoy your day the way Joe Biden enjoys his ice cream.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. And you know what, Joe? Happy Father's Day.
SPEAKER_01Happy Father's Day to President City. Happy Father. Obama, Clinton, Bush, Cheney, the devil. Anyhow, we'll most importantly, to God the Father.
