The New ERA of WIILD GROWTH
EP: 011 Why The Reset Starts Now
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this grounded, truth-filled episode of Wild Growth for Women, Bridget Brooks speaks directly to the women who are winning… and quietly unraveling at the same time.
This is not an episode about failure. This is an episode about success that costs too much.
Bridget unpacks the kind of exhaustion that doesn’t come from things falling apart but from things working. The 3:00 AM wake-ups. The constant momentum. The fire that refuses to negotiate. The pace your body never agreed to, but your ambition keeps demanding. This conversation is for the women who are:
Building fast.
Holding a lot.
Leading well.
And paying for it privately.
Bridget shares her own lived experience of building in urgency, overriding her body in the name of progress, and learning — the hard way — that effort does not equal control, grit does not guarantee safety, and success without regulation quietly extracts a cost. This episode is not motivation.
It’s recalibration.
You’ll hear why:
• Pushing harder is not the same as moving forward
• Resilience is not the same as regulation
• And why alignment is the only sustainable growth strategy
You’ll also feel the invitation into The Momentum Reset — a space created for high-capacity women who are done white-knuckling their vision and ready to build something that holds them too.
This episode is a reminder:You don’t need to grind.
You don’t need to prove.
You don’t need to bleed for what you’re building.
You were never meant to survive your success — you were meant to be supported by it.

If you're waking up at 3M figuring out how to make something that's already working, stop costing you your peace. Listen closely. If the people around you keep offering you safer paths, but your body knows you weren't built for comfort, stay here. This isn't motivation. This is recalibration because the reset doesn't start when everything breaks.
It starts when winning. This way stops being worth it.
You are listening to Wild Growth for Women, the podcast that helps high achieving women heal to scale. Each week, we bring you real stories, powerful conversations and strategies that blend marketing mindset and movement. Meet your host, Bridget Brooks, founder of Wild Growth for Women. She scaled multiple businesses past seven figures, including three of her own brands.
She's a powerhouse strategist. With over 20 years in advertising and media, Bridget's worked with global brands, coached hundreds of women entrepreneurs, and built a movement that proves you can scale without selling your soul. She's here to help you fully step into your power, grow with clarity, and expand wildly in business and in life.
This is wild growth for women.
There's a kind of exhaustion that doesn't come from failure. It comes from things working almost from the 3:00 AM mornings when your eyes are open before the alarm, because your mind never shuts off because the momentum is there. Clients are there. Opportunity is there, but your body hasn't caught up with the pace you're asking it to sustain.
So you research, refine, tweak, not because you're lost, because you've already decided this is going to work. It's a fire in women like us that doesn't negotiate. It says, I will figure this out no matter what. And that fire can build extraordinary things. But if it's never recalibrated, it'll burn everything it touches.
Including you. I need this reset because I've lived in this space where momentum was just happening, but peace was not where success was visible. But regulation was optional where my body was whispering and my mind was overriding it and the name of progress. And along the way, life offered me some very clear lessons.
The kind you don't learn from strategy session. Or big wins, the kind that comes when you realize effort does not equal control, and grit does not guarantee safety. Those lessons taught me something, both in life and in business. You can build fast from urgency. But you can only build well from alignment.
I learned that pushing harder is not the same thing as moving forward. That being resilient is not the same thing as being regulated, and that success without presence quietly costs more than it gives. Once you learn that you can't unlearn it, other women need this reset because. Too many high capacity women are living in chronic activation and calling it ambition.
Nearly 60% of women business owners report persistent burnout, and women are more likely. Then men to experience emotional exhaustion tie directly to their work, not because they're weaker, but because they're holding. More women are starting businesses at nearly twice the rate of men.
They're leading teams. They're creating wealth, they're holding families, they're carrying invisible labor, they're carrying invisible labor
reregulating rooms, all while running nervous systems that were never designed for nonstop output. That disconnect shows up everywhere
As anxiety disguised, as preparedness, as controlled, disguised as leadership, as overthinking, disguised as responsibility. And then there's the quiet loneliness of not being fully understood. The family members who love you but don't understand why you don't choose a safer path. The friends who offer well-meaning advice, rooted in comfort instead of
colleagues who try to guide you towards something more familiar, more predictable, and more acceptable. They're not wrong. They're just offering you paths they know how to survive on. You weren't built for survival. You were built for expansion, and the collective needs this reset because isolated leadership is unsustainable.
When women lead from dysregulation, even success feels heavy. Decisions take longer, clarity gets clouded. The body carries what the mind refuses to acknowledge. But when women recalibrate together. Something shifts. Leadership becomes steadier. Decisions become cleaner, momentum becomes sustainable. This isn't about slowing down for the sake of slowing down.
It's about stopping the bleeding before burnout becomes the price of ambition. The reset starts now because the old way of white knuckling your vision. Has expired because pushing through, used to work, and now it doesn't because your body is wiser than your calendar. The momentum reset exists because PE.
The momentum reset exists because there is a moment in every woman reaches where she can feel it in her bones. I'm not here to grind myself to the ground. I'm here to build something that holds me too. That isn't a pause, that's a return. A return to clarity instead of urgency, a return to embodiment instead of force a return to leadership that doesn't require self abandonment.
And if you're listening to this in the quiet hours already, knowing you'll make it work, but wondering how much longer you can keep doing it this way. That's why the reset starts now.
If something in your body softened while you were listening, if you felt seen instead of sold to. If part of you quietly thought, this is exactly where I'm at, then this is your invitation. This momentum reset is not about fixing you. It's about meeting yourself at the edge of what you're building and choosing to move forward differently.
For five hours, you'll be in a room with women who don't need convincing women who are done explaining their ambition. Women who understand that alignment is not a luxury, it's a leadership skill. 14 powerful voices. One shared intention. A recalibration that carries you into the next 90 days. With clarity, steadiness, and momentum, you can actually sustain if you've been holding it together on your own.
You don't have to do that here. You don't need more information. You need the right room. If this feels like a yes in your body before your mind catches up, trust that the reset starts now.
