I wanna talk about something that hides inside ambition, especially for high achieving women because recently a client shared something with me that unlocked an entire pattern for her. She told me she didn't actually believe she could reach seven figures again in doing it in a aligned flow way. Not because she wasn't capable.
She had already crossed seven figures in one of her other businesses. But because her body didn't trust ease, her nervous system only knew one path to success, grit, pressure, and speed, and underneath that was something even older. Prove it. Energy. Her entire life, she queried a quiet belief that she wasn't good enough, not intellectually, but in her body.
She learned to prove her worth through output, through how fast she moved through, how much she could hold through, how quickly she could execute. It wasn't about intention, it was about urgency. She moved fast enough, worked hard enough, delivered quickly enough. Maybe this time she would finally feel seen enough.
And here's the part that surprises people. Proven energy doesn't disappear when you become successful. In most cases, it gets louder because now the stakes are higher. Even after crossing seven figures, her body was still chasing validation, still measuring her worth by speed, still equating rest with risk.
This is why people get it wrong. They think hustle is the problem and it's not. The problem is who you're doing it for. Prove it. Energy is destructive because it pulls growth outside of you. You're not creating for expansion. You're not building for your vision, you're performing for someone else's approval, for someone else's recognition, and for someone else's invisible scorecard.
And in most cases, the validation you're chasing never actually comes, or if it does, it's fleeting because no amount of external success can quiet an internal belief that says, I still need to prove myself. This is why ease can fill unsafe, because when you stop proving the nervous system, then ask then, who am I doing this for?
Healing to scale means answering that question honestly, if you ask to shift from proving to choosing from urgency to intention and from speed, as worth to alignment as truth, and this doesn't mean doing less aligned flow still has structure. It still has a strategy. It still has boundaries and containers that hold you.
The difference is motivation. You're no longer building to be validated. You're building because it's time to expand, because your vision is ready, and because your body can hold more. This is muscle memory. Your nervous system learned success through survival.
Now it's learning success through safety, and that transaction takes compassion, not force. This is where wild growth comes in. Wild growth isn't about tearing yourself down so
you can rebuild. It's about expanding into what's next. Without abandoning what's kept you alive, it honors the season where grit was necessary and it creates a future success where no longer requires sacrifice.
So if ease feels uncomfortable. Hear this, you are not afraid of growth. You are protecting effort once made possible, and that's not fixing something. That's wild growth. This is the work we do inside the Scale Society, inside the wild growth community, teaching the body that success can be intentional, sustainable, and truly yours.
. And as always, stay rooted, stay grounded, and stay wild.
