The King of Glory

Palm Sunday isn’t just celebration—it’s the tension between glory and the Cross. While the crowd cheers for a king they don’t fully understand, Mary sees the suffering ahead and carries it quietly in her heart. It reminds us that true victory doesn’t come through comfort, but through surrender, sacrifice, and a love that walks straight into the Cross.

She sees the excitement, the cheers, the frenzy, but her eyes know the path that lies ahead.

I think for me, it is a very, very stark realization that we are human beings and earth was never meant to be our forever home. But to celebrate with our Lord in heaven, we gotta follow Jesus.
