Walking the Unseen Plan

Holy Week invites us to follow God even when we cannot see or understand His plan, trusting like Mary with surrender and courage. Through prayer and faith, we are formed to walk through uncertainty, preparing our hearts to encounter both the Cross and the hidden glory within it.

The crowds have cheered, the palms have fallen, but the real story, the suffering, the betrayal, the cross, is still hidden. Jesus walks toward it with purpose, and we we follow blindly. Mary follows with every ounce of trust she has, stepping into a plan she cannot see, cannot control, cannot fully understand.

Mary teaches us that faith is not waiting for the storm to pass, it's stepping into it, hand in hand with God, even when you cannot see the outcome.

I think when I read Stop Demanding Clarity, Stop Waiting for Signs You Can Understand, Walk in the Unseen Plan. I think that that a thousand percent is what this podcast has become. And it's been since day one, really. Because we had no idea really who this would reach and what the purpose of this was. And I still think like we're stepping into that and just showing up in obedience.

My favorite, like a was the unseen plan is terrifying. Because as you know, I had kind of been looking for a job, then I got offered a job, and after I got offered it, I was like, I need to talk to my husband. I need to talk to him, I need to make sure that this is like a good fit for us, and it'll be fine, and all of that kind of thing. And she was like, No, I totally understand, and I was a hundred percent terrified because I was stepping out of my comfort. I'm doing something completely different than what I was, but I'm so excited. And it's just I don't know, God definitely put that in my lap.

One thousand. Like I think so often people do miss opportunities that are from God because they get so scared about well, this is scary. I don't want to step out in discomfort. And when in all reality every single time I have been called by God, not every single time, but in the last 10 years, when I have been called by God to do something, do I delay it sometimes? But when I step out in faith, I feel like I want to throw up. Like there is so much anxiety and fear around it. And I have yet to be led astray by God. Spoiler alert. It's not going to happen.

And there's no certainties in this life ever, truly. But the certainty of knowing that God's never gonna leave me out to dry, He's never gonna leave me on the side of the road to find my way alone, that is something that brings me so much peace navigating life in this world.
