Okay everyone, it's your Monday morning fire up starting now. It's Monday, and this week doesn't need more of your ideas, it needs your decisions. Because most people don't struggle with knowing what to do, they struggle with doing it fast enough. They hesitate, they overthink, they wait for clarity, they delay the start. And every time you hesitate, you lose something. You lose momentum, energy, and confidence. So hesitation is expensive. It drains your focus before you even begin. It makes small tasks feel bigger than they are. It keeps you stuck in a loop of thinking instead of doing. And by the time you finally act, you've already burned energy you could have used to execute. But the people who move forward, they don't have less fear. They just decide faster. They don't wait to feel perfect. They don't wait to feel ready. They make a call and they move. They take action right away. Because they understand something most people don't. Clarity doesn't come before action. It comes because of action. So if you're walking into this Monday, waiting to feel locked in, waiting for that perfect moment, then you're already behind. Not because you can't win the week, but because you haven't started playing yet. This week doesn't need more thinking, it needs faster decisions. Because when you decide quickly, you create movement, and movement creates momentum. Okay, and now it's that time. It's time for your fire-up challenge. And I call this one decide and move. Are you ready? Okay, here's your challenge. I challenge you to cut your decision time in half and act immediately. Do it all day. So when something comes up, handle it. When the task is in front of you, start it. When you know what needs to be done, don't debate it. Decide, then move. No overthinking, no unnecessary delay, no mental back and forth. So if it takes less than two minutes, do it now. If it's uncomfortable, start it anyway. If you've been putting it off, begin immediately. You're training your mind to stop hesitating because hesitation is a habit, and so is action. Today you're building the habit of execution. Okay, and so now it's time for the takeaways and your final push. So let me leave you with this. Your life doesn't change when you know more, it changes when you act faster on what you already know. You don't need more time, you don't need more information, you don't need more motivation, you need less hesitation. Because the longer you wait, the harder things feel, the heavier they become, the more resistance builds. But when you move quickly, you break that resistance. You build trust in yourself, you create momentum, you start stacking wins. So this Monday, make a different move, decide faster, act quicker, trust your ability to figure it out as you go. Because confidence isn't built in thought, it's built in execution. New week, faster decisions, relentless action. And as you make those quick decisions, if your movement doesn't hit the mark on your first attempt, just relax, reset, and try again. Because what you just experienced was failed effort. Life lived. Now go out there and make those quick decisions and get moving. Thank you for joining me today. And please don't forget to follow this podcast. I'm Jack Hayden. Until next time.
