Yeah, it is such a pleasure to have you here with us today at our next episode of Conscious Physician Medicine and Psychedelics. Diana and I got connected just like this past month, and our conversation took off into such a beautiful place of elevating humanity. And first by tapping into our own light, and it was just we're sisters. So yes, so I have the pleasure of having her here today. She is calling in from London, is that right?

SPEAKER_00

Yes. Yes, I'm in London, UK. Yeah. So Diana, tell us about you. I call myself a soul doctor. I'm a transformational teacher, poet, speaker, and writer. And the reason why I call myself a soul doctor, because my soul was my healer. My soul took me on the journey of self-discovery over the continents from the situation that were quite impossible to resolve. And only because I developed this inner, unshakable trust to my inner being, to my soul, I could have solved all the problems in my life. And it's all begun long time ago when I was just a little girl, lying in the hospital with excruciating stomach aches and feeling I'm going to die. Because at the time it's Soviet Union, we had no painkillers available. But the pains were so excruciating that I couldn't bear any longer. And in one moment, I've heard the whisper within me telling me to keep on going, that I'm not going to die. This whisper gave me so much inner strength and so much so much courage to pull it through that it became part of me for the rest of my life. Every moment of my life, I trusted this inner whisper without knowing what it is. I never heard of it, I never discussed with anybody. I felt it was very personal because people in my environment, my immediate family and country I was living in, where religion and spirituality was totally forbidden. I had even inner fear to discuss with someone about it because I didn't know which way it would go. People would not understand me. And it put my and it would put my parents in total danger. So this connection, without knowing what it was, kept me alive almost 18 years of my life in Soviet Union and led me out of bondage, led me out of the Soviet Union in the time where nobody could leave the country. It was quite impossible. So this connection stayed with me right through my life, helping me out, giving me answer, leading me to the right path in order for me to find the right solution, the right solution for me. And this inner guidance exists in each and every one of us. But it's unfortunately very often it stayed dormant because the society we grew up is is not it's not encouraging your inner trust. On the contrary, it's quite becomes quite discouraging. We learn how to trust others, but we don't learn how to trust ourselves. And this becomes our biggest obstacle in life. Because the moment we open our heart, the universe brings all the solutions that already exist in the planet. We don't even have to search for them, they're already there. But it's all to do with inner trust. So we we learn to trust doctors, professionals, people with high education, but there is nothing in life that beats life experience. You can learn everything and anything. You can read thousands of books, but if you didn't put it to practice, if you didn't test it in life, how would you know it works? So I call myself a soul doctor because I help others to connect to their soul. Because all the answers for all the challenges in life already within us. And it takes only understanding, knowledge, and inner trust to unlock the wisdom that it's ancient, that it's infinite within ourselves.

SPEAKER_01

How beautiful. Thank you for that introduction and that um thank you for giving us a glimpse of what you've experienced in life. Um and it's so interesting, Diana, because I know several people who lived in the former Soviet Union and they are from that generation and culture, and there is a lot of commonality in that the calloused, cold, strip the child from the parents, the detachment from family. Can you tell us a bit more about that? What was that about? Is that still part of the culture? Is that changing what is it that you see? And then I have so many other questions about other things that you shared.

SPEAKER_00

First of all, the life in Soviet Union was the only way available. Because when you don't have any information coming in from television, from newspapers, from from magazines, you only accept the information you've been given. You you're virtually conditioned to look at life and to accept life just as it is, and you don't even know that there is another way. You have no clue about it. Everything since the time of revolution, which is 1917, everything was rewritten. Like in one in one instance, the history was changed. So everything that was before that date, unseen, inaccessible, and we know nothing about it. So everything was archived for people not to see and not to know. So you grew up in the society, and you, you're a child, you have an open mind, open heart, you are curious, you look at life and you think that the only way it is. You don't have any options because you've got nothing to compare with. And it was moments in in Russia where it was some, I shall say it was not everything negative. It was some positive moments. Because if I compare my way of life when I was a child to what I see right now in the world, there is very interesting difference. Because we were not materially oriented, it was not about making money. Everybody made so little that it was hard to exist on it. But that was a normal way of living. That's what we knew. My parents used to work, and the wages was so small, it was enough to sustain us with food and and to pay for our accommodation. But that was about it. It was not about luxuries, it was not about buying goods and buying jewelries, and it was just a very limited way of life. But that's exactly what we knew. But people could turn into their passion, and that was something special. If you were passionate about the subject, that the path you would follow. Compared to every country today, people normally think how well off I will be if I become lawyer, doctor. But if my passion, let's say an artist, and I want to paint, how much can I make out of it? So people forget about their passion just because they feel and they don't trust that they can support themselves with it. And in that's why in Russia you have famous scientists and famous musicians and famous artists just because people followed their passion, because they had no other choice. In order to be happy in that society, you have to follow your passion. Wow.

SPEAKER_01

Wow, what a perspective. I've never thought about it in that way, I've never heard about it in that way. Thank you for shedding that light. Because gymnastics, ballet, music, to levels of refinement and that we don't know about in any other country or culture. And that makes so much sense.

SPEAKER_00

Wow. So what's happened actually to me and why I became ill so so early, because my soul wanted to express itself and wanted to follow its passion. But because my parents unfortunately didn't understand this and did not encourage this, it's all evolved as illness. And unfortunately, I understand this right now. And I always, with my children, I always encouraged every passion and every talent they had. I never tell them you have to do this or this is will be much better for you. I all the all the time, because I suffered from it, I opened my heart and I guided them with so much love, but I guided them to the place they want to go. And this is so important because underneath any illness or any disease, there is this passion that has not been, that didn't come alive. It's like died inside of you. And it all it's all to do with emotions. If people don't leave their purpose, if they don't leave their passion, one of those days they suffer. And it has nothing to do with money, because we all know you can't buy health with money. But in order to follow your passion, it starts with trusting yourself, trusting your heart and connecting to your soul. Because every soul that being born in this planet has a mission, but people know nothing about it, because the moment we are born, we've forgotten everything who we were, and we are just a clean piece of paper. And life writes on it every moment and every day. So we look at life literally, we don't think that there is something that we don't we cannot understand or cannot see. So we learn to look at life through our five senses. What you see, that's what it is, and it's unfortunately lead us always not to the happiness and not to joy, but to work, to busyness, to illnesses, to broken relationships, to feeling unfulfilled, looking for anything and everything to boost our moods and any kind of medical help, psychology, whatever. We are looking because we are not happy. And the only way to be happy is to connect to who you truly are, because happiness comes from within. Nobody can make you happy for the rest of your life because we're all human. Even if you have somebody who you think loves you and understands you, this person also is not perfect. None of us is, so we cannot depend on somebody else for happiness for the rest of our life, because it's proven, it's proven it's not gonna work, not long way. And the only person that can make you happy is your own self.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, absolutely. And it's a journey. It's a journey, right? It's a journey to trust oneself, and especially if you come from a culture at large, and also if your microfamily culture is one of doubts, one of not hearing you and giving you that space, that safe container to listen and to be in tune with you as a child, which that's a majority of humanity right now, or has been at least. I think we're changing that. I think we're changing that, which is amazing. But how do you walk people on this journey to start seeing those patterns of doubt that is not theirs, that's somebody else's. And then to even break through that and start trusting themselves, still a lot of limitations come up oftentimes. For example, many people that I know who are just excellent experts at what they do, whatever it is. They may be physicians, they may be therapists, whatever. They may have gems to share with the world, but they hold back because of fear of rejection and maybe just these limitations that we put on ourselves or have been put on ours. How do you walk that person through to get connected again, to say, no, no, you're right. You're actually right. Let's let's bring that voice forward to change humanity and the trajectory we're on.

SPEAKER_00

Everything began with my own experience. Everything I do and everything I write about and everything I say goes through me first and I see if it works. Many years ago, uh I studied diamond business and become a diamond expert. I finished Gemalogical Institute of America back in 80s. It happened to be that I tried my best, but I never made a career out of it. And somehow this knowledge and this experience just got forgotten. I got married, changed many countries, had two children, went through lymphatic cancer, went through many, many challenges, experiences in my life. And one day, looking at the world as it is, I felt that there is something I can do to help people to change. I also studied at the Mastery Institute in the United States. It's called Life Mastery. So I studied about human emotions, understanding human limitations, blockages. So it gave me courage and understanding how to do it, but how to create something that people can easily relate to. And then my soul took me back in times at the time when I studied diamond business. And over the lunch with one of my mentors, during the conversation, my book was born, my platform was born, my online program was born, everything was born from one sentence that came out of me saying that we are the human diamonds. And this took me on a journey. It was back at the time of the COVID 2020. I wrote my book that was based on the diamond grading system, the book called The Diamond Within. And the diamond grading system helped me to understand that there is a huge resemblance between real diamond and human diamond. Because we are both carbon-based. Diamonds as human have unique fingerprint. You cannot lose diamond. If you lost, you can put it under the microscope, even if it's somebody stolen, and it will be found. It will have this unique fingerprint, which which will be immediately identified that it's yours. If you did the expertise, obviously. If you have this expertise and you've done everything that has something to do with this diamond, you can never lose it. So diamonds are unique as us. They have unique fingerprint, they also come in different shapes and colors. They also go through a massive amount of heat and transformation that lasts billions of years in order to become brilliant, in order to become valuable, in order to become wanted. And there is nobody in this universe who doesn't like diamonds or who don't feel the value in diamonds. But people don't think what it takes for this piece of carbon to become that brilliant piece of gem. So we are the human diamonds. And when God created us, each and everyone has a metaphysical diamond within us in order to go through challenges, to polish each facet, and more facets of the diamonds will be polished, less blockages we will have, less doubts we will have, because everything will become obvious. The light would be able to shine through. Interesting analogy. When you grade diamond, diamond usually, very often has so-called inclusions. Inclusions considered to be something that downgrades diamond value. More inclusions you have, less it's cost. But the way I look at it, every inclusion, it's a struggle of this diamond. It's a struggle of this stone to stay alive, to become beautiful, to become powerful, to become brilliant. The same thing with us. Every blockages we have, every doubt we have. It's something that it's it's our story. We came here to overcome, to become this beautiful, amazing, powerful, brilliant gem. That's beautiful.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you for that analogy. That that's incredible. Can I ask you how many grades are to a diamond? 58.

SPEAKER_00

58 facets. The perfect diamond has 58 facets. Everything has to be perfect. The weights, the weight, but what's fascinating, because it's another analogy which is perfect for us as humans, when you find um a rough diamond, it looks like a pebble. You would not know what it is. It's a pebble because it has lots of coating that protects the diamond inside. It's like a native coating. Sometimes it can be even dark, as black. It can be all different colors. You would not even know what it is. And in order for expert to analyze, you have to make a scratch, you have to create a little window to look within. Exactly. In order for us to connect to our soul, to understand who we truly are, we have to look within. Because as within, so without. And because we are separated from who we truly are, we live the life of struggle and strife because on the outside it's only a reflection on what's happening on inside. And because we never looked inside, we don't know what's going on. How can we heal if we don't know the diagnosis? How can we know the solution if we can't find it? We're just looking in all the old places. It's like playing hide and seek when children. You play hide and seek, and you come to the place that it's cold, and you look there and you spend lifetimes to look in the wrong place, and you never can find the solution.

SPEAKER_01

Beautiful, beautiful. And so your program, tell us about your program. And you said you have an online program.

SPEAKER_00

Tell us about it. Uh online program, also called the Diamond Within. It's composed of 16 modules, which is filmed in a proper BBC studio. The program was written by me and recited by me. Everything I teach, it's not like uh like something is written. Actually, it's I speak about whatever whatever the content is. When you see someone that you can connect to, it's so much, especially through the voice vibration, it's so much easier to understand and to connect to the content itself. And everything is based on the diamond grading system, so on the diamond human system, taking you from the very, very beginning, from the very basics to the increasing your vibration, helping you to identify your limiting beliefs, helping you to get rid of those beliefs. And because everything is done by you, you don't need actually anybody else. You are not gonna depend on anybody else. You can always come back to the modules and do it over and over again and become more brilliant and become more enlightened. It's simply, how shall I say, I offer my personal guidance with every program I sell. I offer six hours of my coaching to coach people and to help them to begin to understand how it's done and to grow with them. Because every time you do something, everything takes time. You can't put seed in the ground and expect it tomorrow to become a beautiful tree. Growth takes time. But every moment when you take, you make another choice, your life changes. Your life changes so much that you can't even recognize. But fundamentally, it's not only you that change, the whole world changes with you. And that the beauty of it, because we're all connected and not disconnected as people think. Everything that comes out of our mouth is somehow implemented and felt by the rest of the world because there is an unseen universe. That vibrates 24-7. And this vibration changes as we do. It doesn't mean that it will become perfect overnight, but every little ripple creates such a big effect. People have no knowledge about it. And once I was reading a little story by Dalai Lama, and he mentioned that he made an experiment called Maharisha Experiment. At some point in time, I think it was some years ago, when it was troubles in Israel with stabbing and really horrible thing that happened. He sent his monks in various places all over Israel, just mind their own business, sitting somewhere in the corner and simply meditating. And within that week that they were there, it was less 20% of stabbing and negative incidents. It just tells you what one person with high consciousness can do in this world. And if all of us will raise our consciousness even just a little bit, this world can become love and light within a very short period of time. Absolutely. Absolutely.

SPEAKER_01

If we become more energy rich and our frequency is at a higher vibration and we continually connect with that, then there's a critical mass also. Absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

And it's fascinating because I think word consciousness very often misunderstood. And I just want to explain for your audience what consciousness is, according to me. Please. Consciousness is everything. We're always very careful what comes inside of our mouth, but we completely disregard what comes out. Every word, every thought, every action, every reaction, it's all consciousness. Everything we feel, everything we do, everything we express, it's all consciousness. When you feel low, it's immediately a sign of being disconnected. It's like it's something like you unplugged from the source of the universe. Because we are light and we we need to be plugged in. If we are not plugged in in the universe, we are simply using energy of somebody else. We are stealing this energy because we can't be without it. It's like an electrical car. It's not gonna drive if it hasn't got any electricity. We need energy. We either use the energy of the source and our own, or we can easily steal somebody else's energy. That's why sometimes you are around people. There is nothing wrong with people, but they are depleting you. And instead of being uplifted, you feel downgraded and you feel tired and you feel emotionally unwell because energy. We are interacting with everybody. There is no, there is no the field is around all of us. The air we breathe, it's the same air. So that's why it is so important to understand who you truly are, to understand how you can raise your vibration, how you can come to the point where you are part of the universe and you're connected to the universe. That's where the healing comes from. That's where the joy comes from. Because your universe is pure love. Absolutely. And I want to read you from my second book. I want to read you one of the poems. Because everything that I write, I write in person in purpose, with a purpose to raise vibration, to inspire people. Because that's who I am. Inspiration is so important. When we look at the television, unfortunately, we don't feel inspired. When we look at what's happening in the world with all the words and separation, we don't feel in we need inspiration to come back alive. So this poem called The Tapestry of Love. Life is the tapestry of love. Creative source of living art, the magic of the human soul, the spark of God that lives in all. When you connect to the force of light that lives within your sacred heart, you feel empowered and strong to live the life you truly want. And every cell within yourself will keep you energized and well, and all the galaxies and stars will celebrate with you from far the consciousness of God inside, new era of the golden light.

SPEAKER_01

I have goosebumps. That's excellent. Thank you for sharing. And it comes comes from the soul.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely. Absolutely.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Because my soul is my teacher, and my soul is everything because your soul is your family. Your soul have chosen your family, your parents, the place to be born. Your soul is your guide, is your everything. Is your masculine and feminine and your strengths and your weaknesses, everything. Your soul is your light. And if you're separated from your light, you're obviously not feeling well. 100%.

SPEAKER_01

100%. First of all, the poem is so pure, and what you speak of is so true and so real that when your vibration is connected to that love, to that soul, your cells respond completely differently. Absolutely. Water change form and change the crystallization of it. It changes with the vibration that we are outputting. And you know, and then if we are having thoughts that are negative or positive for simplicity's sake, how is our body, how are our cells responding, are very, very different. Very, very different. Lead us in a different direction. On that, leading the next generations is also something that really connected me with my purpose. I really, I love children. I'm passionate about children. That's why I couldn't become a pediatrician because when they were sick, I'm like, I can't see it. And with the pandemic, with the year of isolation that we had in the United States, there was a lot of badness that was happening in the homes with kids. And and so when I heard about that, that's what really clicked on for me. I'm like, I now know about this. I need to step in, step into my light and do what my soul is here to do. And so for me, the next generation, as you've had children, you have grandchildren, which is such a blessing. I would love to hear your wisdom about guiding, guiding the next generations, whether it's your children, your grandchildren. And I mean, this ripples out, of course, to the entire human community. But yeah, I'd love to hear some of your wisdom about guiding.

SPEAKER_00

Last week I had a podcast with an American, two girls in their 20s, and they podcast called Rise and A Line. And I have a poem that's called Rise and Shine. And we had the most incredible interview, which instead of one hour lasted one and a half hour. We just couldn't stop. And I began this interview with a message that it's very strong and was perfectly accepted by them, that there is a big disconnect between our generation and the younger generation. And younger generation is in the time of comfort. They don't feel and they never went what we went through. So as long as we are alive, we are the source of expertise because we went through it already. I'm not saying that in order to learn, you only have to go through dramatic traumas, but you can learn from someone who went through it. Because this experience is priceless. And that's how the conversation began, and they accept it in such a beautiful way. And we had such a magnificent interaction because still my soul is very young and very curious. I don't feel my age, and I never think of it. I always love children as you do, and to me, when I'm around children, I want to be like them. I don't want to create, I am a boss, I'm an older person, I know everything, you know nothing, you'll you learn from me. No, I play with them, I listen to them, I open my heart and I watch what makes them happy, what's inspired them, what they like, what they dislike. If they cannot find the passion, I guide them to this passion. Because children naturally express themselves without any questioning. Everything comes out of them naturally because they are not as blocked as grown-ups. They're usually fearless, and the only person who brings fear into equation is parents. Don't do that because you're gonna get hurt. Don't, don't, don't try this. What I do, it's very interesting. And I just went to see my grandchildren and it was Nanny there, because my daughter was uh was away, and she was amazed the way I treat them and speak to them. Because if they want something and it's something that isn't right according to me or according to grown-up, I try to explain to them, but if they don't accept it, I say, okay, that's your experience. You take responsibility. If you're gonna catch a cold, if you're gonna, I don't know, break something, that's your total experience, it's mean, you want to go through it. You you want to go through this experience. You have to let people to go through their life experience in order to learn. We can't always be overprotective, trying to save each and every problem. Because if you don't go through life experience, how would you learn? You wouldn't. You will become stuck. So I encourage children, if they are not listening to wise guidance, to do how they think is right and see what the outcome will be.

SPEAKER_01

It's the greatest teacher, right?

SPEAKER_00

So they have to experience this way, don't feel overprotected or locked in, not sharing with you their feelings and emotions. I always speak to them. I always say, don't keep your emotions inside. If you feel hurt, if you feel upset, bring it out. Let's talk about it. Let's see why you feel this way, or why you treat each other not lovingly, why you're jealous of each other, why you're trying to hurt each other. All this, if we're gonna do this from the very beginning, our life will be completely different. We will avoid many sicknesses and many issues. This openness and connection is so important.

SPEAKER_01

It's so important. There's a flow of energy that comes with it, with being able to communicate your inner experience with someone who will hold that for you safely instead of yell at you instead of forcing you, lovingly, and is holding and is curious about your inexperience. And I love that you said people, even referring to kids, because they are, you know, we are people, of course. We act as if they are not people, right? They're little and you don't know what's good for you, or and then when you really look at it, we ourselves as adults come from all these experiences that have limited us, and if we haven't done the work, the way we're parenting comes, is informed from that programming. And if we are, we have done the work, we have connected with the diamond within, it's a whole different type of parenting.

SPEAKER_00

Completely. I just give you a little story. It was really interesting. My son was at the time six years old. We were living in London, and I had the biggest issue to find the right school for him because he was at the prep school until the age of seven, and he had to move on to a higher education, high educational school. So he went in England you have to go through an exam, not just unified exam, but each and every school will take its own exam. So he went to six different schools, he passed all the exams of all six different schools, but being a mother and understanding what he made of and what kind of school he needs, of course I made the choice of the school which he was not happy about. And I said to him, Look, you're too small to make this very important decision, but I will make a bet with you. Give me two weeks. Go to the school that I've chosen for you. And if after two weeks you will come back to me and say, Mommy, I hate the school, I don't like the teachers, I don't want. I promise you I'll take you out. And after two weeks, he came back to me and he said, I was stayed standing in the bathroom putting my makeup on. He came in the morning and he said, Mommy, you were so right. It's the best school in the universe.

SPEAKER_01

Wow, wow. But you gave him an option.

SPEAKER_00

You gave him a option. That's so important.

SPEAKER_01

He heard him. You heard him and you said, Yeah, I hear you, and yes, can you choose yes? Are you young? Yes. Am I looking out for your best interests? Yes. But I may be also wrong. So here, there's also an option where you can, you have that.

SPEAKER_00

It's so empowering. I think it's so important to build connection with them. Instead of being, we are older, we know better. That's what's creating ego, ego creates disconnect. But if you look at them, as you said, as people, they're just small people, they're not grown up yet, but they're exactly the same as us. And some of them is very, very wise. Younger children can be more wise than somebody who is 50, 60 years old. Yep. So and I think it's important to listen to them, not just disregard because they they're underage or because they're young. And when we build the bond from the very beginning, we avoid a lot of unpleasant miscommunications, which very, very often happening in families.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes. But there's also proper engagement with them, is what I have found in my own parenting to be so important. Proper engagement, connection, as you said, and bringing them in, having them as a part of the conversation, doing activities. Again, the authoritarian model is like you go over there, you do your thing, or even technology disconnect. I use it too as a babysitter once in a while, I do, but not all the time. Then there's a re-engagement back. Hey, what did you learn? Or let's go play. And I think the more, the higher frequency we have, the more energy we have, the less blockage we have, because these blockages it translates into fatigue in adults, I feel like. Right? It translates into I just can't get out of bed or off the chair or I have so much stuff to do, all these excuses that we come up to not engage with the children. I think that is so important when I see my parenting age group and me, my generation of I can't make c continually make excuses that I have this to do, I have that to do, I'm working, and we are, and we have to have that grace for ourselves too. But engagement is so essential.

It's essential to raising the next generation. I think the disconnect becomes when we interact with anybody, whether it's an adult or a child, on a different level of vibration. When our levels are different, there is a disconnect. We cannot connect. If you're listening to classical music, you're not gonna get hard rock. You're not gonna listen to hard rock. We have to be, we have to come to the same vibrational level with people we are communicating, or we just completely disconnect from them and they are not part of our circle. And you know, everyone is allowed to do whatever they want to do. It's it's a matter of choice. But when we understand that everything has to do with our own vibration, if we are vibrating high, we can be a teacher, we can be a loving parent, we can be a loving wife or a husband or a best friend, because it comes from the point of love.
