Going Live And Setup Chaos
SPEAKER_00I think it's weird with the integrations you have to do.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. We're live on your Facebook.
SPEAKER_00Nice.
SPEAKER_01Now we're going live on. This is the first podcast live recording we've done. Greg is still trying to figure out how to set things up, so I'm helping him.
SPEAKER_00Oh dog, you got it. I didn't do that. I thought I did that. I'll put Cinco de Mayo.
unknownYeah, on your earlier stream.
SPEAKER_00I'll do it again. It did this still, it still may fit.
SPEAKER_01Oh, we talked about Cinco DeMayo.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, Cinco de Mayo. Now we're doing FDO life in. Yeah, it's weird that in the Facebook group, all it did was spin. Like in a little circle, spinity spin.
SPEAKER_01Oh, it never actually loaded over. I don't like to do it right now. It may work, it may not.
SPEAKER_00I don't know if it's gonna work on Facebook. We're gonna get bigger out here in just like and hopefully they can hear us. Because that was a problem when I first started my other one.
SPEAKER_01Yep. Alright. So when you actually listen to the podcast, we do edit this.
SPEAKER_00Do we?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I clip out.
SPEAKER_00He clips it. We c we clip it for some reels.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, what we say before it rolls. If you need to relive, we can't say offensive stuff.
SPEAKER_00That's true. And usually we do say a lot of offensive stuff. But that's like it was funny when we were filming last time because we started having a conversation. It was actually a good conversation. And then we were like, We weren't filming. We had to start filming. We were like, we need to start filming. So we figured we would just give you guys all the like stuff we do before we actually start talking about what we're gonna talk about on the podcast.
SPEAKER_01Yep.
SPEAKER_00Setting all this nonsense up.
SPEAKER_01One of these days, we're gonna get a podcast person to run behind the scenes. So I don't have to be there sitting like an idiot on camera.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, eventually we'll get there.
SPEAKER_01We're also using Greg's new TJI camera, so it's not new, we've had it for a while, we just don't use it. Prior to that, we were using iPhone.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01No, I don't think we ever use the Canon at my house.
SPEAKER_00No, we haven't. But this is also the first time we've gone live on the podcast. Because usually we're not going live. Usually it's recorded. We say something that I do cut out occasionally. It's usually usually very often, and it's never me.
SPEAKER_01So first thing we're using.
SPEAKER_00You can take a poll in the chat. Who says more offensive stuff? Jonathan or Greg? Dude, we can do polls now.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah, we can do polls.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, true.
SPEAKER_01We need to see looking for C4 to sponsor us. We're looking for someone to come uh do the behind the scenes for absolutely free. We're not gonna pay you.
SPEAKER_00Not a penny.
SPEAKER_01Um, we will abuse you. We will say you'll learn a lot of things.
unknownYou're not gonna learn that much.
SPEAKER_00Hey,
Unpaid Intern Ideas And Banter
SPEAKER_00you'll get to hang out with Andy.
SPEAKER_01You'll get no because I'm gonna put you in your own scary room. You're gonna be one of the media guys, and it's gonna be dark. We're not gonna give you problems.
SPEAKER_00Dude, we'll call it an internship. Eureka! Hey, we're looking for an intern that wants to come help us run this podcast. So my intern would be unpaid. That's that's the first word of intern. That's why it's an internship. We'll give you a recommendation letter, though.
SPEAKER_01Maybe I'll write it.
SPEAKER_00Uh well, he won't write it. Claude will write it. Oh, Claude will write it. Claude will write it. Jonathan won't proofread it, and then it will say the wrong name in the letter, so don't worry about it. We got you covered. Yeah. Oh my gosh.
Peptides Explained And Retatrutide Basics
SPEAKER_01Oh, it's all real though.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So let's talk about how to fix those one dosing at a time.
SPEAKER_00One peptide at a time, baby.
SPEAKER_01So you remember back in high school?
SPEAKER_00We can't, okay. We can't say the word though.
SPEAKER_01We can't say the word peptide. Yeah. Okay, so don't say peptide.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I won't. Well, you just said it twice.
SPEAKER_01Okay. So, but you remember back in high school, like when you had to do maybe dare or like whatever drugs, like what were the worst drugs? They were the injection drugs, right?
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like if you made it to the injection drugs, like heroin?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you were bad. Yeah, you were down a deep rabbit hole.
SPEAKER_01But those syringes are we should have bought into the syringe market. Whoever makes syringes should have bought those companies two years ago.
SPEAKER_00Two years ago. Totally missed the boat on that one. Or even like the little the little swabs, alcohol swabs. You know, those companies are booming right now. I went to Walgreens, and Walgreens was limiting how many diabetic needles you could buy. Yeah.
unknownI buy them in hundreds on Amazon.
SPEAKER_00On Amazon, but when people want to go into Walmart or not Walmart, Walgreens, they limit it. Yeah, and they actually need it. Yeah. Well, you know, they wouldn't have needed it if they would have gone the Retta.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_00But see, they didn't get on the Retta. And Retta is way less expensive than insulin.
SPEAKER_01That is true. That is true. So we're gonna actually start off today. We started talking about peptides. Can't say peptides, but I think we can.
SPEAKER_00We'll call them peptides.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, whatever. It's still gonna be a banned. But when you talk about peptides, because everyone asks, like, well, as a post animate, you know, no big deal, got half a million views. I'm pretty cool. But it was like, yeah, you're on peptides, and I'm like, oh shit. Well, he's not just on peptides. Yeah, anyways. Mostly just peptides. And here's the thing about peptides. Most peptides are just a short chain amino acid, a short chain of amino acids, which is basically telling your body to do something. So it's not putting anything artificial in your body or allowing your body to do anything that your body couldn't naturally do at its peak level. It's just saying go do this at your peak level. Yeah, potentially. So we're gonna break down peptides a little bit. Plus, the FDA is loosening its regulation a little bit.
SPEAKER_00Trying to get its grimy little paws on it, it's what it's trying to do.
SPEAKER_01Well, yeah, I mean, essentially, that's kind of what loosening regulation does. It's gonna give them more control over it. Yeah, kill the black market a little bit.
SPEAKER_00I like the black market though.
SPEAKER_01The black market's good, you save a lot of money. Yeah, be semi-excuse me, semi-careful. But everyone's buying them from the same place. You just gotta make sure you're buying them from the right same place. So let's start off with the biggest peptide everybody talks about Reddit's creek tide.
SPEAKER_00Reddit.
SPEAKER_01Reddit's green tide.
SPEAKER_00Solves World Hunger.
SPEAKER_01Solves World Hunger, also known as GLP3, which is a fake name because it's a GLP1, a GIP, and a leash glucagon. So triple agonist. It is through its stage three trials, not FDA for JIT, if anybody cares or wants to actually know.
SPEAKER_00It's for clinical research only.
SPEAKER_01No, well, clinical research and lab rat testing.
SPEAKER_00Yep, lab rat testing. So I'm technically a lab rat. I identify as a lab rat.
unknownOh, that's smart.
SPEAKER_00You can get away with that. I can, I can identify as it. So then I can take all the peptides I want.
SPEAKER_01So Greg's a rat. So retitruitite's pretty freaking sweet. You're not hungry while you're on it. Nope. Your body targets fat before it targets your carbs when it's burning energy. And you become very insulin sensitive. So you can eat healthy carbs and your body just burns them up and uses them and goes crazy. So red and free tide, I've definitely used. I'm not using it right now.
SPEAKER_00When do you get off of it? Well, I mean, bro, you he looked okay, guys. If you saw Jonathan 60 days ago, 60 days ago when we were in Mexico in December. No, it was it was after Mexico.
SPEAKER_01No, it was Mexico.
SPEAKER_00Which Mexico, because
Too Much Dose And Appetite Crash
SPEAKER_00we went on two Mexico trips.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah, we did.
SPEAKER_00But they were the other one was January, so January, February, March, every month, four months ago.
SPEAKER_01So here's what I did. I did too much red at first. I took the higher of the recommended starting dosage, which was not recommend you do. And I forgot to eat for like two weeks and lost 30 pounds in about I mean I I measured it over a month, but honestly, I probably lost 2500 pounds in about two weeks. Yeah. And just I was literally, I would it would be eight o'clock and I'd be like, holy crap, I haven't eaten today. And then I'd slam like a steak or something. So five to six hundred calories, and then I would go to bed. So I lost a lot of weight, looked like a Holocaust 16 for a while.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's crazy.
SPEAKER_01Honestly, it was the best way to do it though.
SPEAKER_00I mean, it's true.
SPEAKER_01I cut down to like sub-10 body fat. Yeah, maintain it. Putting on muscle has been a pain because it's a very slow process. I'm not trying to eat like crazy. But uh, I've been on a smaller dose of red uh since I got a friend two weeks ago because I'm trying to get the appetite back so I can actually start smashing freaking meat again. Yeah. Yeah, you don't feel like eating on red, and you get full the the Especially if you eat your carbs first, you get full faster.
SPEAKER_00So that's why they say on Reddit, you gotta eat your protein first and then eat your carbohydrates.
SPEAKER_01But stay away from fatty proteins. Like I'm not eating red bite steak anymore, which sucks because red bite's delicious.
SPEAKER_00Um I do 97.3 ground beef. Yeah, like lean sirloin.
SPEAKER_01It'll slow your adjustment track down so the fats will just make it worse.
SPEAKER_00So Red is killer, not medical advice. Practical advice, but because we both used it. Yeah, so he identifies as a rat now, too.
SPEAKER_01There's a really good way to do it, though. Lose a ton of weight and slowly put on muscle.
SPEAKER_00And people always talk about their like, oh, it's cheating, you're using Red U. And it's like, I don't know.
SPEAKER_01The only people give it a shot. The only people I have seen say that have not been to the gym in 10 years.
SPEAKER_00That's true. It's like the people that it's like the guy who said you're gay on your post. He goes, You're gay. And I'm like, what?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and then he kept watching my post.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and then he kept watching Jonathan take his shirt off, and I was like, this is awkward, you know? Yeah, my DMs. Yeah, that's what it feels like to be a woman. Yeah, it's crazy.
SPEAKER_01That guy's probably like, I didn't do that.
SPEAKER_00He probably is. He's probably going back through the comments right now. So if you go see the post, you see the comments, you know exactly who we're talking about. But yeah, it was funny.
SPEAKER_01That was a good post. So red is killer, you just gotta be careful. Um and only touch it on lab rats, don't test it on yourself. But red is good, but let's talk about some of the other peptides
Recovery Focus And Sleep Compounds
SPEAKER_01that are big. So there's BPC and TV. These are big ones. BPC is gonna help tissue recovery.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's actually found in your stomach, yeah, isn't it? Yeah, it's found in your stomach, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Something it releases something in your stomach that makes it uh matchable. Then there's TV 500, that's gonna help with like ligaments. TV 500 is done pretty well for people who have joint or ligament pain. TV 500 is more of a per can be a permanent solution, so it's not one that you've got to be using for super, super long term, although I do. Then there's C Link and C Max. I like those too. They help with concentration and regulating anxiety.
SPEAKER_00I just bought C Max. It gets here, I think it's coming over on the boat right now. It gets it gets here soon, hopefully.
SPEAKER_01So those are really good. I like the C Link and C Max. Uh they just kind of help regulate your mind, keep you a lot more focused, and also reduce the anxiety, which is killer.
SPEAKER_00It's like taking Adderall.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. No, but you don't get the hydron.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. But you get the focus.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and then if you come off of them, you don't get any withdrawals or anything crazy like that. Then there's what else do I use?
SPEAKER_00Tesla morlin.
SPEAKER_01I don't use well, I tried. Well, you did use Tesamorlin. Well, right now I'm using the growth formal and producing peptide for growth. G HRP6 and Peptide 2.
SPEAKER_00Type 2? I thought it was six.
SPEAKER_01No, there's six and two and three and four.
SPEAKER_00Why'd you pick two over six? Because they were out of six. Because you told me to buy six, so I bought six. Uh they were out of six. Have you taken sloop? Sloop three three two?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I use it for like.
SPEAKER_00You have sloop?
SPEAKER_01I had no no, not sloop. I had um what's the one that you use before?
SPEAKER_00They say SS31?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I use SS31.
SPEAKER_00SS31 stuff because you have to take such high doses of it. It's like five milligrams a day. So one vial lasts two days. Yeah, and it's like 30 bucks a vial.
SPEAKER_01Well, the protocol I was on was 10 milligrams a day, so it was a vial a day.
SPEAKER_00Jesus. That's a lot. That's a lot every day.
SPEAKER_01But you only do that for like two weeks.
SPEAKER_00Sloop's called exercise in a bottle.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I've heard that. I've heard about that.
SPEAKER_00But like Mod C SS31 and Sloop together.
SPEAKER_01I think I like the Mod C.
SPEAKER_00Are you still on it? Yeah. That's a small dosage, dude, too. So the vial actually lasts longer because you start at like 200 micrograms and then work your way up. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01But that one seems to give you more regulated energy throughout the day and just feel better.
SPEAKER_00So dude, you know what's I love about peptides? I saw a drug deal go down at the gym. I'm on, I'm on yes! I saw it. And I was like sitting on the treadmill right behind her, and I talked to this guy on the gym every now and again. And this like big, like tan dude comes up and he's got this gold bag, you know, and you can tell the bag because it's got the it's like this big of a bag, it's got the zip black at the top, and he has a sticker on the front of it, and he like slides it to her on the treadmill and she throws it in her bag. I'm like, I saw jug deal go down at the gym today. Peptides are steroids, peptides. She's not in good enough shape to be on steroids. It was definitely peptides because it was like when Gia gives me the peptides in the red bag, it looked just like that, except his rebel. So I thought that was kind of interesting.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I got my there's there's other people in my life now that I feel like from dealer because I won't put the person's name out there because you can figure out who it is, but someone that I see weekly wanting to know about Retta. So talked to her, got her set up, and then next thing you know, we're in her office with like syringes and shit, teaching her how to fill the peptide vial and pull a bat one or something like that.
SPEAKER_00That's the best. Or the people that sell peptides yet they come and ask us questions about peptides all the time.
SPEAKER_01Oh man. If you do want to be a lab rat experiment, like you you you do need to do your dang research. Like some level on VPC TV, super, super easy safety profile. Like you can use a little bit extra, a lot of extra, nothing's gonna happen. Yeah, but then there's things like Red H.
SPEAKER_00I mean completely messes you up if you take too much.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, like you could stop your digestive tract and lead to very bad things. I've seen multiple people pass out, hit the floor because they become malnourished, or maybe their heart rate's a little bit high because it does raise your heart rate. Oh, yeah, that's another reason I got up trying to get my heart rate back down, got off of it.
SPEAKER_00Still trying to figure that one out.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think I need to do cardio.
SPEAKER_00You gave me shit yesterday for doing cardio.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so it's bad. Let me ask, does anybody ever, unless your name is David Goggins, does anybody watch cardio videos on Instagram? No.
SPEAKER_00I mean, no, nobody I'm not making a video though at the gym.
SPEAKER_01A dude run or on a little staircase go, yeah, that's cool. They want to see you finish 405 pounds, right?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, but I'm people want to see you finish. Oh my gosh. I'm still gonna do cardio five times a week. I'm just not gonna film it.
SPEAKER_01Because cardio is good for your heart, and heart's on the inside, and nobody can see that.
SPEAKER_00You can feel it.
SPEAKER_01Oh, you can. You ever like lay in bed and you can feel your heart?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and it's like or you hear it pounding in your head.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01You know the beats a little bit too far. And you're like, man, you're like, what is going on? Slow down, little buddy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Well, with all the caffeine, I mean, this is 200 milligrams. Is it 200? How many milligrams is this? I don't know. Whatever, it's probably 200. 200 milligrams, yeah. So it's right there, 200 milligrams.
SPEAKER_01And do you also know these do not contain milk?
SPEAKER_00Well, I would hope it doesn't. Is it because it says serial killer on here? Does not contain milk. That's probably why they set the flavor cereal killer.
SPEAKER_01So yeah, you can say that on the podcast we're gonna shut down. Serial killer?
SPEAKER_00Peptide cereal killer. It's not like cereal like S E R, it's cereal, like the food you eat, cereal. Yeah. So yeah, I'm just trying to make sure we're
Injection Sites Shot Counts Safety
SPEAKER_00clear for old meta.
SPEAKER_01So yeah, huge fan of peptides.
SPEAKER_00How many do you take a day? How many shots are you doing a day right now? That's a better question. What's the most that you do in a day?
SPEAKER_01The most of them is like eight.
SPEAKER_00And where do you inject your peptides? Because people ask me all the time, like, where do you inject them? Because my stomach hurts. I'm like, I don't do them in my stomach.
SPEAKER_01Well, I'm going so the ones I use in the evening now, I'm doing the stomach again.
SPEAKER_00Why?
SPEAKER_01Because it's not bricked up anymore.
SPEAKER_00Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_01Like when you were doing when I was doing like four or five in the stomach, it gets pretty messed up. So I'll do like the right as she.
SPEAKER_00You ever do your thigh?
SPEAKER_01No, I haven't tried that one.
SPEAKER_00Like your inner thigh, like right here, and just stab it.
SPEAKER_01I haven't tried to do the obliques. That sounds really painful, so I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Oh, like up here?
SPEAKER_01Like in the oblique, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Oh, gross. That would hurt. Yeah, I think the butt's the easiest place to do it. Unless you hit your sciatic nerve.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, there is a nerve in there that sucks. But uh, if you stay away from that, it's fine. Stomach's usually not bad. You just can't do the stomach as often. But there's four quadrants in the stomach that you can kind of rotate.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So how many shots are you doing a day? How many pins? Probably on average. Pin in?
unknownFour or five.
SPEAKER_00Okay. That's still a lot.
SPEAKER_01Well, there's well, red is once a week if I'm using that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01There's BPC and TV. I use BPC Daily TV every other day, but I only I mix those two, so that's just one.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. We need to get back on Tesla Morelin. Tesla, I love Tesla Morelin. Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_01So there's that. That's twice a day. So that's three shots. There's C Link C Max. I mixed those, so that's four.
SPEAKER_00Oh, you mix them together? Oh.
SPEAKER_01There's D SIP, so that's five.
SPEAKER_00What's D SIP though for everyone out there?
SPEAKER_01Delta sleep and inducing peptide just helps you fall into a deep sleep cycle.
SPEAKER_00Um seems to work pretty well. Because there you're saying all these words, and people probably don't know what the anything is. What's mod C do?
SPEAKER_01Mod C helps build the ATP back up in the cells and helps it do magical stuff.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. That's his uh research purposes only knowledge. And test.
SPEAKER_01That's only twice a week.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So about six a day.
SPEAKER_00Damn. He's pinning. Pinning. That's gonna be the new thing for kids growing up. We have pinning parties where they go and like shoot each other peptides.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, like you know how they used to like check heroin addicts and stuff? I wonder if they can look at your ass.
SPEAKER_00Have you been taking peptides? It was funny I saw this meme. It was like 10 years in the future, and had everybody that took peptides and like blood was coming out of their eyes and like everything because like you know.
SPEAKER_02And they talk Spanish.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, who knows, man? That's crazy. But that's the that's a whole peptide game.
Buying Testing Shipping And Tampa Plans
SPEAKER_01My kid just texted me, she doesn't have food and it hurts. She wants me to send her five bucks. I could give her a hundred bucks like two days ago.
SPEAKER_00Food at school? Yeah, bummer. Orion or Holland? Man, order her some Wendy's dog. Door dash it. Just dad life over here. Don't worry, I just sent you 75 bucks of Apple Cash.
unknownOh yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so you can send her some Apple Cash. It's funny, I have an Apple Cash balance only because of Jonathan, and that seems like the balance just goes back and forth between our accounts. Like if they audited me for the money transfers back and forth, I would I'm in trouble. I'm out there. I'll send you 200, you'll send me 400, I'll send you 600, you'll send me 400, it's just it's just pew pew. So I always have an apple cash balance. I was ordering some peptides the other day and I was like, hey, I'm making an order. Do you want some? He's like, yeah, bing bing bing bing bing. And then here comes the Apple Cash money. It's like, okay. Like if I order crap books. Well, shipping 60 bucks. I mean, it's not, yeah. Yeah, it's not cheap to ship that stuff, man. You know?
SPEAKER_01So all the way from Hong Kong.
SPEAKER_00Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01But there are there's better places. There's more, I don't want to say regulated, but tested places you can get it.
SPEAKER_00It's all the same stuff. They just put their labels on it.
SPEAKER_01It's true.
SPEAKER_00I mean, it's all the same stuff.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you should get it tested, though.
SPEAKER_00They just make a label. Yeah. Ours are from referrals of people who actually have peptide companies, so that's a little different.
SPEAKER_01Random TikTok companies I'd be wary of.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Because that one gal, she's in our brotherhood. That's who got us connected with that one person in Hong Kong. So she actually runs a peptide company and's had it tested before. So that's how we know it's legit. But if you're just going to TikTok and you're like, oh peptides.
SPEAKER_01I assume it's legit. I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Never no one's gonna know. I'm still alive, though. They're never gonna know.
SPEAKER_01Alright, so what else is new life?
SPEAKER_00Dude, we're going to Tampa next week. Hey, we'll be in Tampa if you're watching this and you're in Tampa. You fly out, you get there on the 13th, don't you?
unknownYes.
SPEAKER_00I get there on the 14th, and we're there through Monday.
SPEAKER_01Tuesday.
SPEAKER_00You're there through Tuesday? Yeah. Dang, that sucks. Well, no, no, no. I fly back Monday.
SPEAKER_01No, you're right. I do fly back Monday.
unknownNever mind.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I fly back Monday morning. So but we'll be in Tampa. Three-day event, two-day event, one day at the beach with the team.
SPEAKER_01One day at the beach.
SPEAKER_00So if you're gonna be in Tampa, which probably some of you on this are gonna see us, we're gonna be down there. So just hit us up.
SPEAKER_01In Tampa live in person.
SPEAKER_00Dude, we should do a podcast in Tampa.
SPEAKER_01I don't know if you understand how busy I am in Tampa.
SPEAKER_00Drop it in the comments if he wants to do a podcast in Tampa, live from Tampa. We did it in Mexico from Starlink.
SPEAKER_01Well, and then using this restream thing now, we can um Restream's a good little thingy mabobber.
SPEAKER_00Thingy mabobber. I don't know what it's called. It's an AI subscription. Streaming software.
SPEAKER_01Streaming software.
SPEAKER_00There you go.
SPEAKER_01It records, it streams and to multiple places. In multiple places. As long as it works. As long as it works. It seems to work pretty well.
SPEAKER_00Still trying to figure it out.
SPEAKER_01I can move my hand, I can see it on the screen. I like being able to see it on the screen too.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, when we do your phone, we can't see anything. We can see who's left comments, who's like joined and gone, seeing that kind of stuff, which is kind of cool. So, but yeah, we'll be in Tampa. He says he's gonna be extremely busy in Tampa. I'll probably be really busy too. But we could rip a 15-minute podcast, that'd be easy.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we can do a podcast.
SPEAKER_00Dude, we can do it, we can do it from the lounge at the Marriott.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we can find that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, woohoo, podcast. So yeah, but we're flying out there. So that's the other thing coming up. Now you can go back to the nonsense you wanted to talk about. I don't know, you're trying to think of something to talk about.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, well, we didn't plan anything today because that's the best
Google Trends And Time Waste
SPEAKER_01things ever. Oh, here's what I was doing. So let me find this real quick and just tell you this is how difficult podcasting is. Why talking about things? Okay, so I Google what whatever's trending in the world right now, right? Usually trending things, you get a little bit more confused on, so I'm like, oh, let's feel some views. So this is trends.google.com. So this is the biggest thing is trending right now. 500,000 searches or more. These are from top to bottom. What's the biggest things people are searching for on the internet right now?
SPEAKER_00Yes, anyhow. Minus I unless you read it. The Iran War.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that one.
SPEAKER_00I mean that one, yeah. World Cup.
SPEAKER_01Like, okay, maybe it should be up there. Like here's here is what America's mind is being wrought by.
SPEAKER_00One, Timberwolves vs.
SPEAKER_01Furs.
SPEAKER_00NBA playoffs.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Okay. Metagala 2026.
SPEAKER_00What's the Metagala?
SPEAKER_01Probably Satan.
SPEAKER_00I have no idea what the Metagala is. If anyone knows what the Metagala is, drop it in the comments.
SPEAKER_01Annual show filming thinker. I think it's like a I think it's a uh a fundraiser, a big fundraiser that they do. Uh next, Heidi Clume, Dolly Parton, Lake Live now. Then Winter Storm Warning. Where? No idea. Reds vs. Clubs, Emma Chamberlain, Blue Ivy, Dodgers vs. Astro, Mariska, Harrigat, Bob Haircut is. But dude, that's like the top ten things that are being searched for on Google right now. Bad Bunny, Emily Blunt, ACL lineup, US military playing emergency guitar. Okay, there's one that might, you know, somewhat reference and like this is telling you just how easy.
SPEAKER_00Well, two things. Well, how lost our people are. Holy cow.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. None of that even freaking matters. Like, if anybody can see how any of those 10 things matter to their life and affect their life. Here's the thing. I kind of like sports except Greg asked me that he's like, you should go to a fight with us. I'm like, dude, I don't know if I'll ever go to a sporting event again.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, he kind of shot that idea down, was like raining on my parade because I was like, I actually had fun. But I was sitting in the front row with the media. I snuck up there. Yeah, you've been there, done that. I don't know. He's like, so Jonathan's response is I could be reading. If I took four hours out of my day, that's four hours I don't have to do anything else. I'm just like, shit, I'm never leaving my house again.
unknownExactly.
SPEAKER_01That's what I'm talking about. But real talk. Like, and I'm glad you had fun. I'm not dogging on you because you don't hear that shit that often. But like, imagine the people, imagine the amount of people, because it's a majority of the people that are on Google Googling the Metagapala that are more interested in the NBA playoffs than they are in their own lives.
SPEAKER_00Well, it's not even just that. It's that because the comment you made about the four-hour thing, I get it, but how many people do that multiple times a week and then say they don't have enough time in the day to get done what they need to get done? You know, that was that, you know, we've been in Phoenix. We've been in Phoenix for two years. Never been to a basketball game. I've never that's the first sporting event I've been to in two years in Phoenix.
unknownWhat's the rodeo with me?
SPEAKER_00That's not a I don't consider this rodeo a sporting event. And we were there for like an hour.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we didn't leave early.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, we were there and like left right away. But like outside of that, like I've never gone to a pro game, football game, none of that stuff here.
SPEAKER_01We'll go to an AS. Well, we wanted to last years.
SPEAKER_00We never went. But see, that's the thing. It's like we want to go do this stuff, or like, okay, example, we were gonna go shooting on Saturday. And I was like, nah, I was like, you canceled, and then you said, hey, let's do it. And I was like, nah, I just dude, I gotta work. Like, I want to get I want to be productive for the day.
SPEAKER_01And it's not even just the work. I was like, oh, you just work all the time. It's like, no, I don't work all the time. But if I go shooting from eight to let's say one, then I've got to work from one to five when I'd rather go spend time at home from one to five.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, totally.
SPEAKER_01And then I just I just keep you just keep piling your stuff up back and forth and you just keep procrastinating when and here's what I say like if you got and if I had you know Elon money money in the bank or a couple hundred million dollars, like I'd probably maybe go enjoy that stuff. That's probably a lie too, because I wouldn't want to at that point in time. Yeah, like I'd be able to entertain myself in way easier ways. But all those things they're doing, professional sports, Met Gala, Hollywood, they're just robbing you from your dreams and your potential. And that's why like I've just come against it. I mean, my life is to the point where I don't waste a freaking minute.
SPEAKER_00Well, sometimes I get you to waste a minute.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and I get mad at you.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, he gets really mad.
SPEAKER_01I come in and start But if I waste a minute of your life, it's okay.
SPEAKER_00It's totally good, you know? But no, it schedules are very, very dialed in.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00And they have to be. Especially if you want to like perform at a high level multiple days in a row and not just have like little ebbs and flows or spurts.
SPEAKER_01And like I told you, if I end up going there toward the end of it, I'm gonna start having anxiety, thinking about all the crap that I could be doing.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And then for like the next three days playing catch up, I'm gonna have anxiety over wasting four hours trying to catch up with those four hours of my life. Like last night I went to an orchestra concert.
SPEAKER_00Dude.
SPEAKER_01And it cost me an hour to see my kid for one for ten minutes.
SPEAKER_00So now he's panicked today. He's an hour behind schedule.
SPEAKER_01That we would have typically done last night.
unknownBut tonight's good. We have this new thing that we do Thursday, Tuesday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
SPEAKER_01Tuesday, phones disappear, including my kids, including Brittany, and then just look and do something.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Dude, have you tried that with your family yet? You want to realize how addicted you are to this bullshit? How try to take your Maria's phones, put them away, spend two hours with just your kids and just before you actually hard.
SPEAKER_00Challenge accepted.
SPEAKER_01I'm telling you, dude.
SPEAKER_00Let's see how that goes.
SPEAKER_01Well, it's like when I got this phone. Yeah. I got this phone for like VIB business also have this number. And like when I was setting it up, and even to this day, like I'll get on it, I'll do something, I'll text someone that I need to, and then like I'll automatically try to click where my Instagram app is. And I don't even use Instagram because I don't think I use Instagram that much, but every time you pick up the phone, you're just like, oh, what's going on on Instagram? What am I missing? What am I missing?
unknownIt's insane.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you're cruising to it. That's why people, it was funny, we used to have a guy that worked here, he got the little block thing that you can't unlock social media unless you touch it on the block. Have you seen that? So it's like this little square thing, and you can't get into any social media unless you touch this, you touch it, and it unlocks it. It's the same people have that with an alarm too.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I've seen the alarm one where you can get the alarm that sets up and you put it on like a different side of the house and you have to go turn it off.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01But my alarm, I I had one time where this watch went off and I shut it down subconsciously. Like that one day I missed the gym where I had to get to it. Um, but other than that, this thing woke me up. Because these things are a pain in the ass to turn off.
SPEAKER_00Bro, you have to whack it. It's not like a tap, it's a whack.
SPEAKER_01I think it has something to do with like an easy sense, like maybe your heart rate go up a little bit first.
SPEAKER_00Bro, I have no idea because I sat there this morning for like a minute, like hitting it. Like I was just smacking the crap out of my arm.
SPEAKER_01Like the Apple one, like I shut off this lake many times.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_01That's why I put using it. This one is a piece that's only not gotten me once.
SPEAKER_00It doesn't make any sound, it just vibrates. It just vibrates on your arm, and you just are sitting there whacking it. Well, bam, well bam.
unknownThis is pretty off to me, but
Phone Free Family Time And Whoop
unknownwhatever.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so if you want to join our community and whoop, because that's what we were, is whoop bands, get a whoop band, and we can send you the link to join our community. There's like what 35 people in there, 40 people in there? See where you can also see who skipped the gym. You can also see who's not sleeping. And let's see how many people are in that community. There are 31 people in there. Let's see where Jonathan's at today in the community. Jonathan today. Jonathan, Jonathan's at in 15th place. I did a blend drop.
SPEAKER_01So out of 30?
SPEAKER_00Well, fifth the other, yeah, 15th out of 30. Some people are at zero still. Let's see where we're at on the month, Jonathan.
unknownI wake up at like 4.2.
SPEAKER_00Let's see where you're at. Jonathan is 12th month to date for May.
SPEAKER_01Go to six months.
SPEAKER_00Bro, I can't do six months. Why can't you do six months? Because it's not an option. It gives me daily. I wonder. Oh, I can go back to last month. I can go back to last month.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, go back to last month. You'll probably do a little bit higher up.
SPEAKER_00Uh bro, you're at 12th last month, too.
SPEAKER_01Gosh dang.
SPEAKER_00I smoked you. Yeah. Yeah, strain. Yeah, bro. Like, you're getting your ass kicked. I'm still leaner. I don't care.
unknownStill leaner.
SPEAKER_00You're still getting your ass kicked. Frank's up there though. Christmas tree Frank. Dude, he's crushing it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, he's in like two or three sessions a day.
SPEAKER_00Oh my gosh, man. That is.
SPEAKER_01Oh, he is? Yeah, but he runs. Yeah. Well, he's in Switzerland now from somewhere else. Big Europeans just chuck the states like it's crazy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so get a whoop band. Yeah, it's a good way toop.
SPEAKER_01Keeps track of your craft too. Especially if you're using peptides. It's good to measure what's going on in your body, not just gas.
SPEAKER_00Oh, totally. I didn't realize how bad my sleep was until I got one of these things.
SPEAKER_01Did you see a secret service shots of one a couple
School Discipline Screens And Secular Culture
SPEAKER_01days ago?
SPEAKER_00It was yesterday.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. It was literally yesterday. How would that how would that not make a topic to talk about?
unknownI don't know.
SPEAKER_00So there's like two people that tried to like I don't really know any of the details. What about uh with the dinner?
SPEAKER_01At the dinner, that crazy dude from California.
SPEAKER_00Like ran through the line. And then yesterday a guy tried to like jump the fence or something. I don't know.
SPEAKER_01I didn't see that much on it, I didn't read too much on it, but it's because we've spent the last 30 years as a secular nation. And all of it. What's craziest guy was a teacher in California. A couple years ago, we got an award for top teacher in the district or whatever.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And this is the lunatic that is teaching our kids. And people are wondering why people are putting their kids in private school or pulling them out in help school because you have this secular nonsense of explaining the world through I don't even know how they get it. But like you can do what you want, and you can be who you want, even if it's not productive. It's like, no, that's not how it works. There's no morals, there's no you know they do drills. I don't know if they do they do them in your kids' school. Like they do drills if there's like a shooter, rowdy, no, not shooting, but uh yeah, they do those as well. But they also do a drill if there's like a rowdy student, the teacher can't get under control. Like they do drills where like kids go to like this area and then the teacher like nicely isolates that kid using nice words and this and that.
SPEAKER_00Bro, I've never heard of that.
SPEAKER_01Dude, no, they were doing this in like second, third grade in Oregon with Brian and Hall.
SPEAKER_00Well, yeah, it's Oregon.
SPEAKER_01I don't know if they do it.
SPEAKER_00Dude, we're in Arizona.
SPEAKER_01They just yeah, like you know what you do with a rowdy kid as an adult? Because there's canbers everywhere now, so they can tell if you're whooping their ass on like you take them out of the classroom, you send them to the principal's office, the principal says, Hey dude, you're gonna go to the naughty kid school, or you're gonna get your shit together.
SPEAKER_00Didn't that happen to you when you were growing up?
unknownUh-huh. Not to go to any student school. I was a pretty good kid.
SPEAKER_00Dude, when I was growing up, I got threatened to go to the naughty school all the time.
SPEAKER_01No, I guess all dumb crap.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01I was respectful.
SPEAKER_00Like I knew where you're No, I was respectful too, but I think they just said you're gonna go to naughty school, so you wouldn't act out like that. Because they'd they'd pull you out, like, and it would be for like, oh, you're you're playing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's what I mean. You got threatened, and there's just like then you're you correct, and then it doesn't happen again.
SPEAKER_01But I mean, there's kids like that my kids have told me about that will like throw things in class, like completely stop and shut down the class multiple times a week or a month. Why? And they don't do anything. I don't freaking know this because send them to the special ed room.
SPEAKER_00Do they still have those rooms?
unknownYeah, they can wear a home.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, like that there isn't there a separate room for them, and then and then bring the parents in and parade them up and down the halls and beat them.
SPEAKER_00Bro, I don't know about beating them, but beat the parents. Beat the parents, yes. Yeah, I just what was I reading about something like that? I can't remember, man. Like so many parents just start disconnecting their kids' lives anymore, anyway. Because there's so much out there and there's so much going on.
SPEAKER_01They're spending their entire time on Instagram, they're freaking letting their kids have Instagram at eight years old, which is absolutely insane.
SPEAKER_02Um I mean, I think I've realized that we allow our kids to have too much internet access and stuff.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's just there's crap out there, but at the same time, it's hard to like they're gonna figure it out either way. But like you still have to put up a little bit of Roblox barrier.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like some of those games that kids are playing these days.
SPEAKER_01And then like my kids convinced my wife like not Pinterest because we're all gonna have it, they're like, oh, Pinterest is state, and now they scroll TikTok reels through Pinterest.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's you dude, you can connect to anything through anything, I feel like almost.
SPEAKER_01But here's the thing there's so many parents out there right now that have zero clue what their kids are doing, what they're looking at. They don't they don't even have like the ability to have an open conversation with their kids. They're acting out in school, there's no discipline disciplinary action, there's no morals being taught. And it's all because we lived.
SPEAKER_00I really do believe Riley acted out in school. She acted out in school like two weeks ago.
SPEAKER_01Your kid?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you mean your ass? Bro, that was not a good conversation when I got home. She did not leave her room. No, they shouldn't. It was just like, and then I told her, I said, you have to go apologize to the teacher tomorrow morning first thing. Like, none of this bullshit, Riley. I didn't swear at her, but it was just like asking her about that and stuff. Yeah, because like why like I'm like, why would you act like you've never acted like that before? And then you throw a fit in class because of reading and you love reading. Like the math just it wasn't like adding up in my head. So she stayed in her room all night.
SPEAKER_01Have people understand the response basis to your action, but also like how to properly deal with whatever the heck the situation was. Yeah. But there's just a lot of people that aren't doing that, they're expecting the school system and the babysitters and it's just like YouTube to teach their kids all these things.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And then they're just watching a bunch of woke bullshit on the internet, and then people are wondering why you know you got all these 20-year-olds graduating high school and dropping out of college, and they have no idea what they want to do with their life.
SPEAKER_00They have no idea who they are. They think they're a freaking dog.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, and like wear a tail and go to stupid Comic Con.
SPEAKER_00You hear that Nick Shirley was supposed to die yesterday? Nick Shirley? Yeah. How is he dying? Because he had a threat against him that said he was gonna die yesterday. Multiple threats. No.
SPEAKER_01No, there's a bunch of that dumb crap. That's another thing.
SPEAKER_00That was uh I I don't know, that was just random that just popped in my head as something that was current because I saw it yesterday and Nick
Keyboard Warriors And Blocking Negativity
SPEAKER_00Shirley made a video where he's like, today is the day I'm supposed to die.
SPEAKER_01Well, there's a bunch of dumb people. Like I got doxxed the other day for a podcast we did for my house. Oh, yeah. I remember that. What was the point of that?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I remember that. That was weird.
SPEAKER_01All these losers out there, and you are losers, and it's like the guy who killed you gay on your post.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, whatever. Yeah, watch the whole post, you know.
SPEAKER_01That's another thing, is so, and this started in my generation, by the way. I'm 37 years old, you're 36 or 7 years old. Yeah, 37. Yeah, you're 37 as well. So our generation our generation started this because we got dialed up internet and we didn't know how to handle that.
SPEAKER_00We did not. Remember AIM Messenger? Yeah. Oh, our people would be in the chat rooms and stuff you'd have. I remember the dot.
unknownNo, it's Xbox Live.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So what I'm talking about is a huge part of why this happened. But at the same time, dude, Xbox Live originally You'd sit there, you're a teabagger.
SPEAKER_00You'd teabag people when you're playing Xbox and talking shit.
SPEAKER_01And if you're like, oh, I didn't do that on Xbox Live, well, you didn't have friends. Yeah. Yeah. Xbox Live came out, and like the guy sitting next to you playing Goldeneye with you couldn't punch you in the freaking nose. Xbox Live rude everybody because it didn't matter how big, how tough, how anything you were, you could just say whatever you wanted and get away with it, usually.
SPEAKER_00It was the birth of the keyboard warriors.
SPEAKER_01But then the problem is a lot of these nerds didn't wake up, they didn't quit playing video games, they didn't get a job, and they stayed in their little online community.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And now they're going out watching other people's online because social media is one of there's good stuff and there's bad stuff, but they're going out and talking shit to other grown men who are actually trying to do something in life, whether you are or aren't, by definition, your version of successful, whatever, but are actually trying to do something to put a positive reach into the world. Anonymous, anonymously talking shit. And then they're wondering why they can't get late. And they're wondering why there's no women that want them because you're a freaking loser.
SPEAKER_00No, the only the only women that want them are the ones that are on birth control.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, the ones that are freaking hormonally like Justin the hell. Like, I just can't be a man. Like, and I've been the person before you get online and you're like, that's the dumbest stupid thing I've seen, but not once in my mind is like, I should comment that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like, and I'll like I'll talk shit back, but I'm not gonna go out of my way to I'm not even gonna talk shit back. I just spin them up because then it just keeps growing and growing. Like, I'm not gonna go out of my way to like spread hate. Like, you know what I do? Here's something I do, it's it's it's genius. Anytime I see a post where I'm like, that is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. You need to like have your vocal culture moves, I just lock that person so I can not be part of spreading their bullshit.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And then I never see it again. It's amazing. Yeah, well, that's pretty good. And here's a cool thing. Here's what I challenge since we're phone out, and I saw a couple people on this right now.
Audit Your Instagram For You Page
SPEAKER_01Pull up your phone, go to your Instagram.
SPEAKER_00Uh what do I got? Let's see.
SPEAKER_01You want me to tell you, you want me to show you how to tell you tell you what's in your brain? And I've done this for people at events and stuff like this. So tell people to pull out their Instagram. Someone yours is up. That's up. Take a little magnifying glass, okay, and then exchange your phone with somebody. Oops, like this. Greg's not liking this.
SPEAKER_00No, you can go down line.
SPEAKER_01Dude, it's a bunch of first you page. I know exactly what Greg's brain helps down with.
SPEAKER_00It's all over the place. What? Which one? Which one?
SPEAKER_01So go to your Instagram, click your little magnifying glass button.
SPEAKER_00Bro, how is your feed so clean now?
SPEAKER_01My feed is freaking golden. Yeah. Super, super clean. Well, that's telling you what your mind is wrapped around. Yours is pretty good. Hey, most religious state in the US.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, mine's not bad. But see, sometimes, like, you know, I've been sending you some darker reels recently. Yeah, so it goes like back and forth, you know?
SPEAKER_01Like if you just go there in your own life and identify, like, it'll tell you exactly why your mind is wired in what way. So if you've got trouble with anxiety, if you've got trouble looking at the wrong things online, just go look at what you're looking at. Let Instagram tell you what you're looking at, and you will get a perfect example of like why is my brain.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, there's like religion, high-ticket sales coaching.
SPEAKER_01Dude, mine's all like Cursaders right now.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01It's actually impressive.
SPEAKER_00Things against the EU. A symbol that most people see and don't like.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, but I mean it'll it'll it'll literally give you interest on that. If you see like you're like, oh, I struggle with porn addiction, and you see big booty bitches up and down your for you page on Instagram. Well, quit looking at stuff.
SPEAKER_00It's a big house. Five reasons to go to the Midwest. See, I didn't think about that. Like, that's actually a good, like, that's actually funny to think about. Five signs God is preparing you for elevation.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, the things go, man, I wish I wasn't looking at stuff like that. I wish it wasn't on my mind. Well, take a mental note of it, and when that pops up on your Instagram again, click the little three buttons and hit shell less.
SPEAKER_00Or just that's interesting.
SPEAKER_01But I've I've done that with like a ton of people, like, oh, I can't get away from this, right? Say folks only, dude, go to your for you page. Yes. Most people are like, it'd freak the hell out. Yeah. Because you know what's on there, you still want to admit what's on there. Oh, yeah, go in there, you're like, dude, there's your freaking problem. Yeah. You're trying to, you're telling me you're thinking about success, you're telling me you're wanting the house, you're telling me you want the family, you're telling me you want the better relationship.
SPEAKER_00But it's jump on a bunch of stuff.
SPEAKER_01And it's everything but that. It's a bunch of satanic olden fancy trash. That's all your eyes are freaking looking at. As Jonathan called them big booty hose. Yeah, big booty hose. And you're wondering why your marriage sucks.
SPEAKER_00That's a good challenge for everyone on this like live to go do that. I feel like that's actually a good challenge.
SPEAKER_01I challenge you to dude, I'll do it right now. Watch this.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, all of his was all I've got a screenshot. God related.
SPEAKER_01Go to Instagram.
SPEAKER_00Are we gonna repost what our just go to your story? For US?
SPEAKER_01Post your isn't it like I G for you. Is that what it is? For you, is that what it's called?
SPEAKER_00Um, I have no idea.
SPEAKER_01What's your mind seeking? Add some music. Oh, like I don't even know what that is. By the way, half the music I add to my stories, I don't even actually know it's longer listen to, but the title sounds cool, so I just go quickly guess. But seriously, if if like if you want to change your perspective, go figure out what your perspective is currently, and the best way to do it is through social media. That's true. I mean, I did the same thing. One of the reasons I knew about that, and I've known about it for years. I've used the tool for years, but I never used it myself anymore. Dude, there was a while and I was sitting with some of the reels, they're funny, and I still believe them to this day, but they were very hateful, they were very and even though like I do kind of Believe them to a certain degree, and I believe that it's a problem in our society. It was like you just if that's the only thing your mind's thinking of, you're never gonna see the good, and you're never gonna see the solution. And like I said last week, good and evil, all evil is is lack of good. Because every evil act could be considered good by a different perspective or somebody else's somebody else's life. So good is just a lack of evil. So if you want to be able to change evil in the on earth, you then you have to be able to identify the good of it. So all you're looking at is the BS and the hate and the excuse me, the evil of the world. You can't actually change anything. You just become a bitter little bitch and you whine and you cry. Now, does it get better views on the podcast? Yeah, because sometimes you're forced always. All you want to do is hear the horrible healing files and why no one's been arrested yet.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And I can't justify any good in that.
SPEAKER_00Maybe someday.
SPEAKER_01Come on, Cash Mattel, you lazy son of a bitch.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, maybe someday it'll happen. Who knows?
SPEAKER_01I think my voice is big enough for Cash is gonna be like he called me a lazy bitch.
SPEAKER_00No, you're just gonna get us banned. Yeah, probably we're going live though, so we've probably been shut down. No, doesn't look like we've been shut down. I think, you know, looks like we're still rocking and rolling.
SPEAKER_01This one's still going. But yeah. So yeah, check your for you page, and that's something I tell everyone to do. Just get an idea of what your mind is looking at, and then say, hey, what do I need to change? Write it down. Yeah. I need to quit looking at big booty hoes, or I need to quit looking at, you know, like a lot of it is hateful memes and reels. Hateful memes, but sometimes like you go there and you see like all these, like you're working a nine to five, you hate your life, you're broke, you don't have any money, you're not saving anything, blah blah blah, like whatever your story is involved in there. And then you go look at your Instagram feed and it's all influencers and people like living their cool life and the Kardashians. It's like, oh, you're dreaming of a big life, but all you're doing is dreaming.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So maybe you look at your algorithm and go, okay, here's the vision I have. I want the house, I want the family, I want the cars, I want the boat, I want this and that. But then you've got to change your algorithm to adjust to how to get there, to adjust to self-development, to adjust to education, not just watching the Kardashians, but okay, how do I start building the steps? So let me tell you, like, what are you seeing right now? Like, obviously, the last you know, good six months, I've been on a spiritual journey. So, like when you pull mine, I mean you can go look at my Instagram post right now, my story that I just dropped. It is literally all 12 or however many there are. I mean, I think weren't all of them Catholic, crusader related, yeah, Christian, yes, every single one. Because that's what I want on my feed right now. That's the only thing I'm studying, that's the only thing I'm reading. And it's helping in sales, it's helping to become a better public speaker. It's just what I need right now. So my brain is so I brainwashed myself so down, so far down that path to become an expert in that area. That's the only thing I'm allowing in my life right now. And I never I'm gonna do a live coaching on that. I think on Friday. You got the Friday call on changing changing your life through your social media algorithm.
SPEAKER_00That's actually not a bad idea. You can use Poppy to get some content ideas for it and see what Poppy says about it. I bet there's someone out there that's done a study. Sorry, I'm taking a note on this. But you're like a thousand percent right, though, because if you think about it, how many people get fed that stuff, like fed that all day.
SPEAKER_01And you don't even realize it. It's like your heroin dealer coming in and slipping into bed.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah. Like you don't realize it until you're dead. Yeah, or your peptide peptide dealer giving you freaking baking soda instead of peptides.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you don't a lot of times you don't realize it, but once you can identify it and you can fix it, once you can fix it, you can literally tweak your algorithm to brainwash you how you want to be brainwashed or get that, and you just use it to say, hey, what am I actually looking at? What am I actually paying attention to? What's actually my priorities? And you know, you you just build it from there because social media itself is dangerous, but it can be a freaking great tool. Yeah, like you can learn a lot, you can get a lot of good information, but you've got to use it correctly, and you gotta be aware of it.
SPEAKER_00And then it's a tool just like everything else. Yeah, just like all the AI we mess with, all that stuff. That's all just tools.
SPEAKER_01You know, if your shit's really fucked up, find somebody to hold you accountable, be like, hey dude, I want you to look at this, it's embarrassing. Scroll through my tour you face, tell me what you think. Yes, I'm a bad person. I want you to check in with me once a month, see if I can get it to change.
SPEAKER_00Bro, I think you could change it in further faster than a month. I think you could change it in a week. Yeah, I don't think it takes a month, man.
SPEAKER_01And all it is is when you see something that doesn't benefit your life, just hit C less or block it, or immediately scroll and don't get hooked into it. And then eventually it'll start to retarget it. And like you have to train your brain, you have to train your mind to the discipline of what you want to see. And then after a couple weeks of doing it, the cool thing is Instagram will help you out.
SPEAKER_00That's the truth, truth. That math is mapping.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So, what else do
Final Takeaways And Sign Off
SPEAKER_01we got? Anything?
SPEAKER_00I got nothing, dude.
SPEAKER_01Cool. We'll get the hell off.
SPEAKER_00I don't even know how long we were working for.
SPEAKER_01Let's see. 48 minutes and 27 seconds, so I'll shut it down.
SPEAKER_00Dude, that was a long time. Didn't feel like 48 minutes.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it never launched in my Facebook group.
SPEAKER_00Bro, why is it not launching in there?
SPEAKER_01We're still live on yours. And we are shutting it down.
