SPEAKER_00For 20 years, NXS was fronted by Michael Hutchins, whose magnetic stage presence made him the focal point of the band. Initially known for their new wave pop style, the band later developed a harder pub rock style that included funk and dance elements. Their song, Never Tear Us Apart, was indeed a silver contender in 1988 and has brokered lasting effect in the industry for its emotive power and relationships. As exemplified when Michael was ushered out of the cathedral following his funeral in 1997. This song was playing.

SPEAKER_00All the songs on the album were written expressly for Strife Love and Side, which we had wrote more than a year before.

SPEAKER_00Key Largo is the debut single by Bertie Higgins, released in September of 1981. It was Higgins' only top forty hit. However, the song spent 17 weeks in the top 40 and was certified a gold record. In addition, Key Largo topped the adult contemporary chart for two weeks. The lyrics of the song played with a lover to reconsider ending a romance, which is a singer compared to that. The stars of the 1948 film. The lyrics also draw from the film Casablanca, in the lines, here's looking at you, kid, and please say you will play it again.
SPEAKER_04Wrapped around each other, trying so hard to stay warm and first cool winter together, light in each other's eyes, watching those who falling in love so display. And you were my leading lady. Just like we did with Kila.
SPEAKER_05Honey, can't you read?
SPEAKER_04That's we've seen a story. Maybe this can be the end We had it all Just wait for me to call it a move, baby show. Still the way to keep the go to We can find it once again Just like they did in Key Lago We had it up Just like the bug in the colour Starting it over the show Singing away to Key Lago He's looking at you, Kid The song you are about to hear is about a man who is shocked to discover that his high school sweetheart appeared in a centerfold spread for an unspecified men's magazine.
SPEAKER_00The song's narrator is torn between conflicting feelings, his disappointment due to her loss of innocence, and his last until the end of the song. As well as the single Give It to Me at number 30 in 73. Their biggest hits include Must've Got Lost, Comeback, Love Sings, which was featured in several films, including The Wedding Singer, in which Adam Sandler performs an incongruous rendition of the song Freeze Frame and this one entitled Centerfold on L55 DR and the Q for S with me, Mr. T.
SPEAKER_03What you want? What you want?
SPEAKER_04That's the complete every now and then we encounter someone or some group that is notorious for one song, and only one song, and therefore receives the moniker of a one-hit wonder.
SPEAKER_00Our next contributor on our quest for silver is one such lady. Her name is Charlene. I would say it is a song that I should have propelled her into stardom, since it is a rather daring and unrespective number that would have surely vaulted her into the limelight for quite some time. However, that is the tenuous nature of living in the public eye. Although its original release in 77 barely registered on the Billboard Hot 100, its re-release in 1982 hit number two in the US. It was also a top ten triumph in Norway, Belgium, New Zealand, and the Netherlands, and became Motown's first top ten hit by a white female solo singer.
SPEAKER_04Hey lady, you lady, cursing at you the lad.
SPEAKER_01You're a discontented mother, and a religion to lie.
SPEAKER_04But I wish someone had done to me like I come to Georgia and California Anywhere I come. I love the sun, but I ran out of faces and friendly faces because I had to be hurt. She's a lady.
SPEAKER_01Oh I've been at the Isle of Greece while I send the champagne on me. I moved like highlight and showed all my God. I've been on dress back here. And I've seen something that I'm always supposed to see around people in place. But you know what you do. It's the baby. That's a true child.
SPEAKER_04I took a sweet sweet. I spent my life exploring. The soul moaring that costs too much to be free.
SPEAKER_00This song could easily provide us with an apt description of our station, L55DR, because of its title, which is exactly what we do for you. We play yesterday's song. And Neil Diamond is the star who does it so well. It is a 1981 single from his album On the Way to the Sky. The song was a major adult contemporary radio hit. Yesterday's song is ranked as the 77th biggest American hit of 1982. Record World said that if the intriguing keyboard melody or snappy beat doesn't grab you, Diamond's spirited vocal romanticism will. Give it to me your letter. Take from me my lady. Record world called it a magical ballad. We are L fifty-five DR and the Q for S with me, Mr. T.
SPEAKER_04Is the so prejudice in the lots of hollow shadow with the word impossible to follow feeling I'm prejudiced, try not to be a truly, something I can see I am my own life, and I'm stronger than you know But I gave an experience when you walk into my hell That you won't be walking out the two I care and feel when you won't be into my hell That you won't be walking out the tool Ever Messie Deal Stay with this day I need you to help me I need you to stay you to be from me You live with your sleepy eyes could you ever love a man like you ever when I went to your heart You ever never won't be Sometimes I'm strong Sometimes Charlie scale Sometimes I saw this day
SPEAKER_00Roberta Flack is a retired American singer who topped the billboard charts with the number one singles the first time ever I saw your face, killing me softly with his song Feel Like Making Love. Where is the love and the closer I get to you? She influenced the subgenre of contemporary RB called Quiet Storm, and interpreted songs by songwriters such as Leonard Cohen and some of the members of the Beatles. Roberta Flack was the first artist to win the Grammy Award for Record of the Year in two consecutive years. The first time ever I saw your face, one in 73, and killing me softly with his song in 74. Feel Like Making Love by Roberta Flack.
SPEAKER_04Strolling in the park, watching when I turn to spring. Seeing lovers do the thing. When you talk to me, when you moan and sweet and love When you touch me, and my feelings start to shine that's done. I feel like taking love to you. That's time. Okay, resting hands back in the light. Wanting you with all my mind I feel like to you. That's it. Feel like making dreams. Watching when I turn to spring. Walking in the dark, seeing love or see nothing.
SPEAKER_00Passion is a song by Rod Stewart that first appeared in 1980 on his album Foolish Behavior. It was the lead single and the biggest hit from the album. The song was also released as a 12-inch promotional single with an extended running time of over seven minutes. Today he has just over five minutes of our brief one hour. We are Lifestyles 55 Digital Internet Radio, and I am Christopher, with my sincere gratitude for you including us on your day as we request for silver in the songs from the previous century. So until we meet again, be cool and stay warm.
SPEAKER_04Looking pretty dangerous. Running out of place tonight in the city. Oh you bought it with somebody with somebody to do it. There's no passion. There's no passion. I need pressure. You need fashion. We need pressure. Oh live with our shit. Everybody else.
