You keep getting told you're fine, your labs come back normal and your doctor says everything looks good. And yet there's this low hum of something is wrong with me that you just can't shake.

You're not crazy, you're not lazy and you are absolutely not fine. I know because I was her.

This episode is me handing you the exact answers I spent a decade finding to become the most energized, clear, confident version of who I’ve always known I could be.

And it’s all inside She’s a Force!

Here’s what’s inside the episode:

  • What it means when your labs are “normal” but your body feels anything but.
  • The moment I decided I was done letting doctors hand me prescriptions instead of answers, and what that decision changed about everything
  • Who She's a Force was built for, could it be you?
  • The ONE step nobody talks about and is the reason women see shifts fast
  • What makes She’s a Force the only program you need to optimize your health, inside and out
  • She’s a Force bingo; play to see if it’s the answer you’ve been looking for

You're listening to Becoming Her, the show for ambitious women who want more for their health, purpose, and life. Every week, we're diving into real conversations with women who are building impact, healing, and creating lives they're excited to wake up to. In my world, it's about becoming the strongest, boldest, and brightest version of you. I'm Leslie Jackson, your four-time certified functional nutritionist and integrative health practitioner. And if you're ready for the stories, strategies, and truth that actually up-level your life, you're in the right place. Hey babes, welcome to another episode of Becoming Her. I am really excited for this episode because I, for the first time, am going to break down from A to Z my signature She's a Force program for you all. The reason that I created She's a Force was to be the solution that I was looking for 10 years ago when I was trying to heal the root cause of my own cystic acne, painful periods, chronic bloating, weight gain, brain fog, headaches, fatigue. Like it was so obvious that there was something causing a cascade of dysfunction in my body. And when I was going to my my primary care provider, and when I was going to the specialist that my primary care provider was referring me to, I was getting no answers. I was really just being told, okay, these are your symptoms, this is your medication. But in my gut, like intuitively, I was like, I need to know why. I am not just accepting the chemical imbalance. I'm not just accepting that with age, that this is just what happens to my body. And at the time I was 10 years younger than I am now, which was around like, I think it was maybe like 22, 23. Sitting here today, when I think about the woman that I was at that age to not accept status quo as my end all be all. I'm just, I'm really proud of her. And I'm really thankful for that version of me that said, you know what? No. If you guys aren't gonna help me figure this out, I'm gonna figure this shit out myself. Okay. So essentially, now, not only have I healed my own cystic acne and painful periods and bloating and all of the things, at this point, I have helped hundreds of other women also heal. So, what I wanted to do was I wanted to create a program where I could take everything that I teach and guide my 101 VIP private clients through and put it into a program so that there could be a community element and also to make it more accessible to more women, because I know not all women can afford my 101 VIP service. That's a little bit of the backstory. If you want the whole backstory, pop into, I think it was either episode one or two. I spill my whole journey, the all the ups and downs where I started. But she's a force is the byproduct of a decade of me figuring out my own health challenges and also guiding many other women through clarity into healing, the actual root causes as well. I want to share with you what the experience of She's a Force is and you get to make your own intuitive decision. Is this something that I need? Is this a good fit for me or not? First of all, let's simply break down exactly what she's a force is if you're not familiar. She's a force is the only 12-week high-touch functional nutrition mastermind designed to help women heal the root cause of weight gain, fatigue, and bloating. Also, to break up with diet culture for forever and become the boldest, baddest, hottest version of themselves. Underlying period, period, period. Okay. And if anyone's wondering why I named she's a force, she's a force, it's because it's just blatantly obvious to me that when women are not bogged down by chronic inflammation and hormone imbalance symptoms, they are a fucking force to be reckoned with. Women are a force when they are well, when they're energized, when they're clear, when they feel confident and sexy and they love how they feel and they love how they look. My husband said this the other day. He said, Women are the crown jewel of the species. Just like I literally fell in love with him even more when I heard those words come out of his mouth. But I couldn't agree more. Women are a fucking force, but our health is a bit more complex than men. And we have pretty high standards. Our bodies have have pretty high standards for how their needs have to be, how our body needs to be met. That was one of my core missions, really, with She's a Force was really creating a space where women can understand their bodies more in depth and not just feel like they have to so vulnerably depend on their doctor or Western medicine to tell them what they do and they don't need, you know, who I designed She's a Force for is, I would say, truly any woman who values feeling and looking their best. But if I had to get particular, I would say the type of woman that I typically see really attracted to the program is entrepreneurs who are really wanting to make sure that their health capacity is meeting the level of their ambition. Because I've seen so many entrepreneurs that came to the program because they found themselves in a lull or in a cycle of just contemplating whether or not they're built for entrepreneurship. Maybe they're questioning their business, they're questioning whether or not they're able to hold their business or to meet their business's demands because they're burnt out, they're, you know, maybe avoiding the camera because they're not feeling good, and uh their brand visibility is impacted. And they were able to get the clarity that maybe it was actually their health that was causing the lull in their business. And I've seen so many entrepreneurs come to the program kind of at a loss and then realize that once they got their vitality back, once they balanced their hormones, understood how to release the chronic inflammation, their business is turned back on. I've seen so many women come through the program and relaunch their business, launch new initiatives in their business, raise their prices, become more visible online because they love how they look in their body, they love how they feel. I've also heard some of my clients that are running like masterminds and groups that they feel more clear when they're even like coaching their cohorts and leading the women that depend on them. I've seen a lot of entrepreneurs come through the program that um have seen their business start to thrive again once their health and they themselves started to thrive again. This is also for the corporate professional who doesn't have the time to be taking naps at three o'clock in the afternoon because you're on back-to-back calls and you have goals to meet. That was me, truly. You know, before um I went full-time into functional nutrition, I was a vice president of sales. If you want the whole story, go back to episode two of I really wanted to be the best of the best, whether that was in my business or even like in my previous career. I was a vice president of sales and I wanted to be the best. You know what I mean? And I was noticing that my energy wasn't there, my mental clarity wasn't there. And I cared a lot about speaking clearly, remembering my words, being able to articulate myself. And I just noticed that when I was really inflamed and puffy and breaking out and having painful periods, that was another thing that was really disrupting my ability to show up as one of the leading members of the teams that I was on. This is also for the corporate professional that has a desire to be a top performer. And this is also for the mom that maybe uh has gone through pregnancy and wants to feel like herself again, or maybe, dare I say, better than she's ever she's ever felt before. Um, this is also for the aspiring mom who wants to really prepare her body for optimal fertility, for having an easeful time becoming pregnant, for having a less turbulent pregnancy, for increasing the likelihood of carrying baby to term and reducing the chances of miscarriage. That is the power of restoring nutrient deficiencies and releasing and healing chronic inflammation and balancing your hormones and optimizing your gut microbiome. It's really that deep. Like this work is really that powerful. Those are the women that I have seen come through this program. And truly, this program, I designed it for any woman who values feeling and looking her best. But I've seen those specific scenarios happen quite a bit where moms just they want to feel better so that they have more energy to play with their kids. They have more patience to give to their children, they want to have more sex drive in their marriage, they want to want to have sex again. You know, there's just so many different personas of women that I've seen come through the program and I've seen their life light up once they were able to get their spark back. Let's talk about what the experience is inside of Shoots of Force. And if you haven't noticed yet, I always love to try to find the simplest way to break things down. So inside of Shoes of Force, I really look at it as like four quarters. So in the first quarter, I am preparing you. And this is the part that I think a lot of programs miss like they drop you into the program and you just like drop right into the toughest part of the whole thing. I very intentionally have designed the first two weeks of the program to be preparation so that we know that we have the resources in our cupboard, in our kitchen, in our fridge, and in our freezer. And we are clear on what our path forward is and we are preparing our system to go into phase two. One of the first questions that women ask me after they sign up for She's a Force is what do I do to prepare? And my answer is always that's what weeks one and two are dedicated to is preparing you to step into a new way of life. And I really think that that is the one part that I see a lot of programs miss. I've I've seen a lot of programs, obviously. And I really wanted to take everything that I saw missing in these other programs and make sure that they were the cornerstones of my program. So weeks one and two is preparation. That's first quarter. Second quarter is liver detoxification. This is the game changer, and this is how we really set the tone for the rest of the program because liver detoxification is what opens up your detox pathways. And one way understated root causes that I see driving a lot of symptoms for women, whether that's chronic inflammation, hormone imbalances, inability to lose weight, is their liver is congested because they've never done a liver cleanse before in their life. What we want to do is when we are preparing to do some clearing of inflammation and cleansing the body, we want to make sure that those toxins and the excess hormones and the excess fat actually has an exit path out of the body so that we can truly heal. That's quarter two. And that's when the women really start to drop in and their bodies start changing rapidly. A couple of the most common glimmers of outcomes that most of the women see pretty instantly inside of the program when we're liberty toxing, is their mind becomes really clear, their skin becomes really bright, their bloating goes away, and their body composition starts to change pretty quickly. So it's it's a beautiful and powerful step in the deliberate process of healing the metabolism. That is like the cornerstone of the program is to actually heal the metabolism rather than to starve it and deplete it, which is what I see so many other programs driving. Quarter three is I'm training you on how to integrate out of the detox into a maintenance state. Cause I think it's really important that not only do you know how to detox and to prepare for a detox, you will also be learning how to activate fat burning if that is something that's applicable to your goals. But in that Q3, I'm teaching you how to implement a maintenance state so that post the program, once we've met your goals, you know how to keep your results. Q1, preparation. Q2, detoxification, Q3, maintenance, which is a short period for about one to two weeks. And then we drop into each and every individual custom healing protocol. What I believe makes She's a force incredibly different from everything else out there is that although it is a group program, everyone is moving from their own custom healing protocol that I design based upon their diet lifestyle and their functional hormone lab results. That's the difference. It's the black and white data. We can see exactly what is applicable to this woman's root causes and what is not. So that I can create a custom healing protocol that is built with precision and is tailored to the individual. So the second half of the program is actually 100% custom to every woman. That's really quarters one, two, three, and four. That's the full process. If I had to say, like what my number one goal is in the way that I design this program, it is to teach women how to heal their metabolism so that they can meet who they are with energy, radiance, confidence, and clarity. I really want women to be able to break up with diet culture and calorie counting because who the fuck has time for that? Like, who has time to be yo-yo dieting, counting calories, making food, a math equation? Like, I know I don't. I never have. It's that that method never worked for me. And I've never had to use any of those methods in my practice to be able to get my clients extraordinary results. Women are a force to be reckoned with when they go through each phase of this program. I see it all the time. My clients are becoming hotter, smarter, richer, more confident, clearer. They know who they are, they know who they're not. And that's low-key, that's a big part of this process, is becoming the woman who. And I'll let you fill in the blank. Becoming the woman who wakes up and doesn't snooze the alarm because she wakes up and she actually finally feels rested and she feels excited to go after her day. It's becoming the woman who is surrounding herself with people that equally value their well-being and want to live that lifestyle too. It is becoming the woman who doesn't depend on motivation and doesn't feel like she has to go all or nothing. She knows the significance of consistency and she knows how to implement it. She knows she can depend on herself to implement it. It's becoming the woman who lives and breathes what she says that she wants. That's who the women are when they finish this program. I've heard so many women share with me. They say, I'm finally the girl. Like I'm finally the girl that I knew that I could be. I'm finally the woman that does what she says she's going to do. I'm finally the woman who believes that her body can heal. I'm finally the woman who looks in the mirror and feels sexy as fuck and believes it without hesitation. That's who you are now. Fill in the blank, babe. Okay, I want to play a little round of She's a Force Bingo. And you don't need to write anything down. Let's just make this a verbal knowing and maybe a notation. So we're gonna do two rounds of She's a Force Bingo. And if you check off yes to two or more of these prompts, I built She's a Force for you. She's a Force is for you if you say, I'm tired when I wake up and I'm wired at night. My labs keep coming back normal, but I know I don't feel normal. I feel bloated, puffy, and inflamed despite trying to eat clean and I'm constantly, consistently working out. My skin flares with acne or breakouts, especially around my cycle. Do we already have do we already have four yeses? I'm gonna keep going. Still first round. No matter what I try, belly fat just won't budge. I feel like I'm stuck in a cycle of fatigue, mood swings, and low motivation. My cycle is a roller coaster of cramps, mood swings, and fatigue. I'm still not done yet. How many fingers do we have up? I've outgrown the DIY route. I'm ready for expert support and real strategy. I feel that one. I've tried cutting out foods, tracking workouts, and managing stress, but nothing seems to stick. And lastly, I've been offered birth control metformin or spirinolactone or antidepressants as the only solution, but I really want to heal my symptoms at the root. Maybe drop into the comments or pop into my DMs on Instagram. I want to hear what your bingo card says. Round two. Women join She's a Force when they're ready for consistent, reliable energy without heavy reliance on caffeine or collapsing by 3 p.m. Women join She's a Force when they're ready for a calmer nervous system that lets you feel grounded, not reactive or overstimulated. A strategy based on your own lab data, not another generic plan. Hormone balance that brings regular, less symptomatic cycles. A body you feel confident in with less inflammation, bloating, and stubborn fat. Clearer skin and better digestion that doesn't sabotage your confidence or plans. That one hits home for me. Sharper focus and mental clarity without the constant fog or fatigue. A personalized approach to nutrition, movement, and lifestyle that actually works in real life. Accountability, coaching, and a sisterhood to help you stay consistent. The power to operate from strength, not depletion. And lastly, a way to break the cycle of burnout and build sustainable, aligned momentum. Let me know what your She's a Force bingo card said. Shoot me a DM on Instagram. I want to hear all about it. If you're curious about what topics that I'm going to be training the women on inside of She's a Force, I'll give you the full rundown. We're going to be talking through detoxing inflammation and clearing self-sabotaging habits, balancing hormones and healing the metabolism, gut health and digestion healing, building energizing, sustainable routines, eating for all day energy, how to know what supplements are for you and what supplements are not for you, how to stay locked in while on the go, especially for my girls that are travelers and are jet-setting all the time. Understanding your cycle in syncing with it, aligning your workouts with your goals, and breaking through self-limiting beliefs and identity shifts. That's not all, but those are some of my favorite trainings inside of She's a Force. What you'll get inside, She's a Force comes all inclusive of a functional hormone lab panel, a one-on-one lab review call with me, a personalized nutrition and movement plan, root cause analysis, a custom healing protocol plan, and exclusive access to my library of recipes, meal prep guides, and 30 plus hours of masterclasses and mentorship sessions. If you played bingo with me and checked off two or more, you already know if you're ready to become the woman you know you would be without the chronic fatigue, cystic acne, bloating, brain fog, and weight gain holding you back, this is your chance.
