To Kill Ya
To Kill Ya
Quilt wrapped around
Face plant on the ground
Suffocated & sedated
Dating back in time
When the future was in mind
Investing in ventures
Venting the victim
Victoriously vacating the vagabond
Suiting up so strong
Writing the wrong
Ringing reducing the roar
Ravenously creeping
Seeking to slaughter
What a bother
Finding the falter
Falling down at the altar
Torn to pieces
From the inability to resist
Cynically clashing
Dashing to grasp
The rasp
Sanding away the skin
Kindling the fire to begin
Will it ever begin
Or
Just continue to invest in sin?
Repeating the deceit
Sitting so neat
Caution
Corrosive care
Beware
Get ready to bare
The weight of war
There're many beatings instore
Engulfed for more
Keep it coming
No other way to function
All of a sudden
Disguised lies
Discouraging life
Raging, encapsulated in the unbreakable cage
Chasing in vain
In pursuit of veins
To reign
Darkness raining down
Left unable to even frown
Owned by obstacles
Abstained strangely
Strange behavior
Handing over the hurt
Without words
Yet understood
Standing
Wherever I'm landing
