Imprisoned & Distant

Musing to mend

My brokenness

Breaking news

Choking through

Gone without goodbye

Now I sit here and cry

Reminiscing reality

Fear festering the fallacy

Testing the waters

Seeing how much of a bother

Going further

To get started

At the end of myself

Finally ready to accept help

Altered terrain

Sanity shattered

In a matter of seconds

With no way of turning back the hands of time

Why was this designed?

Without the bad

How can there be any good?

With no way to be understood

Driving off into the sunset

I won't soon forget

Memories mapped out

Tears shed through every account

Recounting the memories

Engraved within me

Shaped by fire

Studying the details of desire

Sculpted

Clay conformed

Molding memory

Forever tethered to be

Detailing to present

Resetting all that I resent

Setting the table

One last time

Waiting, with you in mind

* Rest In Peace, Savana

Imprisoned and distant, musing to mend my brokenness, breaking news, choking through, gone without goodbye. Now I sit here and cry. Reminiscing reality, fear festering the fallacy, testing the waters, seeing how much of a bother, going further to get started. At the end of myself, finally ready to accept help. Altered terrain, sanity shattered in a matter of seconds, with no way of turning back the hands of time. Why was this designed? Without the bad, how can there be any good? With no way to be understood. Driving off into the sunset, I won't soon forget. Memories mapped out, tears shed through every account, recounting the memories engraved within me, shaped by fire, studying the details of desire, sculpted, quite conformed, molding memory forever tethered to me, detailing to present, resetting all that I resent, setting the table one last time, waiting with you in mind.
