Balance
In this guided meditation, we explore balance as a lived, embodied experience rather than something to strive for.
Through breath, gentle body awareness, and quiet surrender, you’re invited to reconnect with your natural centre. We explore balance in the body, in the emotions, and in the subtle relationship between steadiness and softness — often described as masculine and feminine energies — recognising that neither is more important than the other. Balance emerges when both are allowed to meet.
This meditation also invites the presence of the horse as a teacher of effortless balance — physically, emotionally, and energetically — offering a felt sense of grounded calm and shared regulation.
This is a slow, spacious meditation, best experienced when you can give yourself time to settle, listen, and allow.
