For weeks, I could barely walk up the stairs without limping. Then I had one dream, spent a morning journaling, and the pain was gone.

In this episode, I share exactly what happened and what it revealed about the deeper intelligence living inside your body — the kind most of us were never taught to access.

This episode also goes somewhere I don't usually talk about publicly: my clairvoyant gifts, what I actually see and sense when I work with clients, and why developing your intuition right now isn't optional — it's urgent.

In this episode:

  • The dream that diagnosed what no doctor could
  • Why pain (and other symptoms) are rarely just physical
  • What "your frame is broken" really meant — and how it applies to you
  • The neuroscience behind women's intuition that validates what you've always felt
  • Why AI makes your inner knowing more critical than ever
  • How I use clairvoyance in my coaching work — and how you can start accessing this in yourself

If you've ever just known something you couldn't logically explain, this one's for you.

Welcome back to an intuitive life podcast. This is your host, Elena Lipson, intuitive coach and mentor. If you're just finding me, welcome, welcome. Today I hope you find this really interesting and fun and percolate some thoughts for you. And if you have been here for a while, welcome back. So today I want to talk about a little bit more of the intuitive, clairvoyant gifts that I have and how something that just happened recently was such a poignant, like in the moment, can't ignore example of this. So I want to, it's I it still feels a little surreal to me, honestly, but also grounded at the same time because I've had mystical experiences all my life between dreams, lucid dreaming, knowing things before they happen, um, intuiting other people's, you know, what they're gonna say, their words, um, influencing whether it's influencing what's about to happen or picking up on what's about to happen. Um, I've been I've always been very clairvoyant. I just haven't really shared this aspect of it because this wasn't just some abstract spiritual experience. This was very physical and it was in my body. So let me lay it out for ya. So for the past couple of months, I've been dealing with a pretty intense pain in my right knee. And it started off as manageable, but then it got to the point where I was literally like limping up the stairs and having to do certain like limiting ranges of motion at the gym. And what's interesting is I could still dance, I could still move in certain ways, but anything like squatting, lifting certain ranges of motion, my body was like, nope. And it was getting worse recently. So instead of just pushing through it or immediately trying to fix it, I did what I tend to do, which is I got quiet with my body and I started asking, like, what is going on here? What do I need to see? What do I need to understand? And a couple of nights later, I had this dream. In this dream, there was a lot of things going on, but this one specific part of this dream, there was this woman who was very calm, very grounded, very mystical, but not like in an over-the-top way. But in my dream, she placed her hands on both sides of my knee, of my right knee, and she said very clearly, your frame is broken. And like I felt it. Like in the dream, I felt her hands on my knee, not just hurt it, I felt it in my body. I'm a very vivid dreamer, I'm a lucid dreamer. So when something comes through like that, it doesn't feel random. It feels very intentional. I tend to really pay attention to it. So I woke up in the morning and I didn't brush it off. I went downstairs, made my coffee, sat down to journal like I normally do on a Saturday morning, and I just stayed with that phrase: your frame is broken. Not trying to rush to an answer, not trying to fix it. I was just listening and writing. Like what came through for me was that the frame was not something physical, but the frame was the lens that I see my life through, my current identity, the structure that I've been holding my identity in, the way I've been organizing my reality, what's possible, how I'm making decisions. And it hit me like there are massive shifts happening in my life right now, in my identity, in my work, in how I see myself, in how I want to show up and what I want to create and offer. And I think part of me was still trying to operate inside an old frame, which felt very uncomfortable because anything I tried to create just felt off. And my body was like, nope, can't do that anymore. So I sat there for probably an hour, maybe longer, journaling, reflecting, pulling some tarot cards, just letting things move, not forcing anything, just like awareness. Like, oh my gosh, that that's really interesting awareness. And then eventually I got up and I went up the stairs and my knee pain was gone, like gone. And remember, I was walking, I remember I was walking up the stairs thinking, like, wait a minute, is this happening? Like it had been months of pain in my right knee. And my even my trainer was like having to readjust sort of my leg day workouts because I couldn't do certain ranges of motion. And so now, today, it's been a couple of days and it's still basically gone. I felt it slightly when I was squatting this morning, but even then I walked up the stairs afterwards totally fine. So I want to talk about this because this is where somatics, intuition, and in this case, healing intersect, right? Your body is not random. The sensations you have in your body are not random, pain is not random. It doesn't mean everything is purely emotional, but it does mean your body is constantly communicating with you. Like there's always a flow of intuition, flow of energy, flow of vibration. And a lot of us, when we're not listening, those things get louder. Like I'm sure you can relate, like to ignoring a symptom, and the symptoms get louder and louder, or a situation in your life, you ignore it, but then it gets louder and louder. And most of us, truly, honestly, were never taught how to listen to the intuitive signs of our body. In fact, we were taught to override them, to push through, to fix it from the outside. And you know, in some cases, that's okay. If you fall as a kid, you don't want to have like a whole mental breakdown. It's like, okay, it was a scratched knee, put a band-aid on and move on. Great, it's a very useful survival skill. But then there's another layer of intelligence happening underneath that when you're when you're constantly being told you're not feeling something or suppressing something or being made to move some through emotions very quickly and not really feeling all of them, they tend to build up. And for me, this is how you know my life was when I was younger. So I've had to really learn how to be very a good listener, a really good listener with my body and myself, because sometimes logic does take over, and logic is a wonderful thing too. We need both intuition and logic. There's not one good and one is horrible, right? For me, I use my dreams, I use journaling, I use stillness, I listen to the subtle things, which is where sort of intuition lives. It's not loud, it's very calm, it's very grounded. Um, we're not going to get into like the difference between intuition and fear here. I've done previous episodes on that. If you have specific questions, I'm happy to answer them. Um, but I also want to name something that I don't talk about a lot, which is I see things. I see energy, I see patterns, I see people's guides, I can feel what's not being said. And for a long time, that was something that I kept very private. Like people who know me, know me, really close to me, know me, know that I know this about me. Um, but I know I'm not the only one. I know so many of us have these experiences, and we just don't talk about them because somewhere along the way we were taught like it's not logical, it's not real, it's made up, you don't, you're just making it up. Um, but intuition is very, very real. And there's actual science that supports intuition, right? For women, we have on average stronger connectivity. I can't remember what the connective tissue between our left brain and our right hemispheres are, but it's stronger in women, which means there's more, there's often more integration between logic and pattern recognition, analysis, and intuition. So the ability for women to feel things, sense things, know things. It's not imaginary. It's a survival skill that we've developed over millennia. We need to know things about our children, we need to know things about our environment, we need to know things about health, we need to know how to um, you know, herbalism and picking the right plants and making concoctions and making formulas. Like this is all very ancient wisdom within our bodies, right, that we have lost in our modern world for the most part. There are still some people who are extremely connected to this. Um, but for most of us, it's underdeveloped in a world that prioritizes logic over inner knowing. And I think what's happening right now is that more of us are remembering how to access it, not like in a dramatic, performative, look-it-at-me way, but or look-at-me way, but in a grounded, like everyday way, like listening to your body, understanding somatics, like paying attention to your dreams and knowing that it's your higher self and your subconscious communicating with you, like noticing the quiet nudges coming through of guidance, right? And so I want to, by sharing this, I want to give you the permission that you don't need from me. Like if you've been experiencing things like this all your life or just recently, because I do think a lot of these skills are coming online for a lot of us right now, in a more heightened and elevated way. You are not weird, you are not making it up, right? Telepathy and um all these like uh astral projection, all these things that that I believe that media has put into like uh superpower movies have made us think that it's only for the few. I don't believe that. I believe that we all have access to levels of knowing things that we logically shouldn't know, right? Um, and you might also just be like listening more closely than you were taught to at this phase in your life. And and this is also how I do my work. Like I've always called myself an intuitive coach, an intuitive copywriter, intuitive messaging, right, intuitive mentor. But it's not the whole picture because it's so much more than that, right? When I'm helping someone with messaging or building their strategy for their business, uh, their strategy for sure, but there's also a deeper layer. Like I'm feeling into what wants to be said, what's actually true for them, what's underneath the surface of the words that I can feel the resonance of. And I teach my clients how to do this, how to recognize that within themselves. And that's not something you can always map out logically, it's something you learn to access and to build up. So if there's anything that I want you to take from this, it's this that your body knows, your intuition knows that being intuitive and even more so clairvoyant, clear audience, clear essentient, like those are normal ways of us of being. But we've been taught by society and social norms, let's say, that those are somehow like from on one end of the spectrum, like evil, like no kidding, all the way to the other side of the spectrum, which is like, yeah, it exists, but it's not for me because it's not me. I don't know, I don't know how to do that, or anything in between, right? But all you have to do, if this is like making you lean in a little bit, you're like, oh, I do, I do have these things that I just know. I do have these things that I can just hear. I do have these things that I can like see beyond what my eyes can see. I do dream very vividly, or like, wow, I can sit in silence for a little bit and I get a clear answer, right? I do connect with nature in a way that's a little deeper, or I do connect with animals, or I do like there's so many ways that this can live embodied through you, right? I'm just inviting you to maybe even just trust what comes through even more. And I would love to know from you. Like, I want to hear, like, what is have you had sort of a personal, mystical, magical moment? I have had so many. And again, I just don't share them because I sort of looked lived under the safe umbrella of intuition, because I think most of us do understand intuition, the chakra system and third eye. And like we sort of get that, especially if you're listening to me, you're probably someone who's like who do consider that does consider themselves at least a little intuitive. But I'm here to say there's more, like there's so much more. So I'm going to invite myself to share more of my experiences, what I see, what I hear, what I know. And I what I have shared some of this when I was hosting my membership for seven and a half years called the Divine Self-Care Circle. I did share what I see. I do share it with one-on-one clients. I don't label it as clairvoyant. I label it as just like I'm a really amazing messaging mentor. But what makes me amazing is not just the strategy and the many years of digital marketing experience that I have, but it's also this other piece, like this cellular, you know, ethereal, clairvoyant knowing of when something's, when something clicks, like I can hear it, feel it, see it. So I wanted to share that with you today. So thank you for listening. I wanted to make this short and sweet and potent and just know that as we move on, not only will the interviews become more sort of mystical, because I want to hear from other people who have these experiences, very acute, like tangible experiences, also, but also some of the non-tangible experiences where we do invite sort of the mystical, the metaphysical into our room with us and understand that there's so much more going on than what we are seeing with our eyes, what we are perceiving with our brain, and that once we open up that realm of possibility that we can start to connect with life. And I'll say this as AI gets more and more and more prevalent in videos, in pictures, and what we see in movies, that we are going to have to become so much more intuitive, discerning, even psychic, to really be able to discern, like, because we won't be able to trust what we see with our eyes. Like we're taught to like, if you see it, I'll see it when I believe it, or no, I'll believe it when I see it. That's the right one. I'll believe it when I see it. We've been taught that, whether it's through exactly those words or just by like evidence-based life, which is what we live. We we process life with our senses and our logic. But what we're gonna start seeing is is this real? How do I know it's real? Is this actually happening? Or like you're literally gonna be so confused about what you see, unless you have this muscle that you're building around your own knowing, around intuition and how this feels in my body when it's AI versus when it's not. Um, and also be able to trust yourself because we're not even the goal, I believe, one of the goals, or maybe one of the unintended consequences, is that you won't be able to trust your own eyes. You won't be able to trust your own ears. Like, wait a minute, what is this? What am I seeing right now? And it's gonna be, you know, some to really shadowy ends of like political manipulation, which is already happening, and some of it is gonna be for pure entertainment. But either way, you need to know what you're looking at and be able to discern within your heart and your belly and your energy and your mind what you're looking at. And the stronger your intuitive sense of truth is, the more you'll see, like, oh, this something's off about this. I don't know exactly what it is, but something's off. And I need to dig a little deeper, or I need to just be more discerning, or I need to just not accept it as fact. So that is like the technical reason of why we all need to reaccess our intuition, our clairvoyance, our clear audience. We need to understand that that it's not just a fun party trick. It is actually going to be a very high level, I would say, even survival in the modern world to be able to still be in our humanity without constantly feeling like our head is spinning because we don't know what's real. All right. And that is all. That's what I got for you today. I would love to hear from you. DM me on Instagram, Elena underscore lipson. You can send a little note through the little heart, you can see it in the show notes of the Apple Podcast. Or you can send me an email, elamlibsen at gmail.com. Either way, I want to start this conversation. Tell me your intuitive, mystical, magical experiences, and let's make this more normal and more regular. And I will keep sharing all of my gifts, and I would love to hear yours. All right, I'll see you on the next episode.
