I've spent my life communicating without words and yet here I am with a podcast because some things need to be said aloud, even imperfectly, especially imperfectly. Lately I've been shaken by these hard questions. Questions about who we are, how we begin this way, and whether any of us are really saying what we mean. Does self-awareness create more suffering than total complacency? Do we need delusions just to keep on living? When you say you care, what does that caring actually do? Do not do unto others what you don't want done to you? Or is that just superiority wearing kindness as a mask? Does hierarchy still belong in the modern world? If our language cannot express what we truly mean, why do we keep forcing it? And this one. This is Open Heart Season 3, 10 Episodes, A Journey Inward. We begin where all Anna's journeys begin. With ourselves, the demons we inherited, the borders we drew. The words we repeat without ever questioning them. We'll sit with paradox. We'll cross borders.
