He also appeared in The Witcher and Eastenders. Howard speaks openly about his addiction battle when he was at the height of his career.
We are proud to work alongside some of the leading alcohol and drug services in the UK and on this episode we catch up with again with MICHAEL WATERS from 5Ways Recovery Academy which is part of Forward Leeds. Michael is a regular guest and in this episode gives advice on regulating your sleep cycle which can be a game changer in addiction recovery.
We also chat to BECKY, who is a former resident of Ark House and has been inspirational to so many on their journeys. She gives advice on how to approach the 12-Step programme as well as the benefits of having a sponsor.
