So we said this would be a calm visit to see our friends, right?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, calm. That lasted exactly 11 minutes.
SPEAKER_01The moment Snacks entered the car, it turned into a survivor mission.
SPEAKER_05Listen, you packed like we were crossing three time zones and two deserts.
SPEAKER_01And you brought one drink, just one.
SPEAKER_05It was a large drink. It was strategic hydration.
SPEAKER_01Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_00Sure. But you were never hungry.
SPEAKER_05Well. Welcome back to Limitless Table Talk, where we decide to go on an adventure. Who knows what's going to happen? I'm Fern.
SPEAKER_01I'm Nat. Welcome to our episode of Let's Go Visit Our Friends for the Day, where we drive for two hours with no actual itinerary and the adventures that follow. So grab that cup of coffee and enjoy the chaos that I know this episode will have.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Because Fern is gonna cause it.
SPEAKER_05What are you talking about?
SPEAKER_01Question. Yes. Why do road trips turn grown people into toddlers?
SPEAKER_05Because someone keeps saying we should have stopped back there.
SPEAKER_00Okay. In my defense, that place had churros.
SPEAKER_05You said that about a gas station.
SPEAKER_00And so what?
SPEAKER_05That's insane.
SPEAKER_00Anyway.
SPEAKER_05Nobody wants do you want gas station churros?
SPEAKER_00You eat taquitos from a from a gas station. What's the difference?
SPEAKER_05Taquitos are like, you know, different kind of meal.
SPEAKER_01They have a Duncan donuts and like delicious flavored. Exactly. And I'll never know if that gas station had good ones.
SPEAKER_05No, you won't.
SPEAKER_01Whatever. Anyways. So we decided for to go visit our friends that live in um Aver Maria in Florida. If anyone's ever been there. It's a beautiful town.
SPEAKER_05It is. It's really nice. It's it's it's really interestingly designed.
SPEAKER_01It's kind of the best way I can describe the place is it's like a Hallmark movie. I can hear that. Will you stop that? It's annoying.
SPEAKER_05I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_01Like no.
SPEAKER_05I'm having a derby.
SPEAKER_01No, it sounds horrible. Stop.
SPEAKER_05It's a it's a snack time.
SPEAKER_01No, it's not. Yes, it is. No.
SPEAKER_05Yes, it is.
SPEAKER_01Anyways, I can describe the town to be just like a Hallmark movie. Exactly what you see in Hallmark this place is for sure.
SPEAKER_05But what's interesting too is that the people look like the background actors in any Hallmark movie. And not necessarily always the Christmas ones, any Hallmark movie. They're like walking around, waving, smiling, and you're like, these people aren't even real. Are they animatronic? Really, really interesting. Everything felt peaceful. Like it's an entire town that runs on decaf.
SPEAKER_01Meanwhile, here shows up Fernanette, like espresso shots with legs. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_05We have that energy, man. Within 20 minutes, we rearranged the entire thing.
SPEAKER_01I mean, we went okay, so we have been trying to go up there for a while.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01Um, we have some friends that you grew up with, actually. Yes. That live there.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01So, anyway, so we went up there to visit. Um, we've been before, but never really um explored, I guess. Last time we went, we went to the pool and I think like a local like bar place. A diner. I don't remember. I don't remember where we went. Anyways. So we went. It was a coffee shop. Was it? I know. Maybe it's where we saw the band.
SPEAKER_05We saw a performance, which by the way, this town, performances all the time.
SPEAKER_01Just like a Hallmark movie.
SPEAKER_05It seriously is.
SPEAKER_01Anyways, so we were excited, our friends were excited. I mean, it's had been maybe two, three, two, three years since we had seen them.
SPEAKER_05Yes. Um, it's been it's been too long.
SPEAKER_01Anyways, um, they were excited, we were excited. Uh, we were just so happy to be able to make it to visit them, and we had no idea what they had planned. Um, so it it was it was cool because it was like the whole gang was gonna get together. Yes, and they told us we're gonna go for lunch out to eat.
SPEAKER_05Yes.
SPEAKER_01And Fern's like, oh, we're gonna go.
SPEAKER_05I'm excited. Like, I can't wait to go have lunch.
SPEAKER_01We figured uh like a burger joint or you know, some sort of like local little tiny local place because they don't have like big name restaurants in the air in the town. They told us we're gonna take you to the grocery store.
SPEAKER_05We're gonna go to the grocery store.
SPEAKER_01In all honesty, in my head, I said, Are we gonna go grocery shopping and then cook our food?
SPEAKER_05It it you know, the computation in my brain did not compute.
SPEAKER_01But in all honesty, we were like, okay, cool, sounds good to me. We were gonna try it out. We didn't care, we were there with our friends. So as long as we were gonna be able to spend time with them, that's all we cared about. So we get to this grocery store, and I had never seen anything like it.
SPEAKER_05It's gigantic. Like I've never seen anything.
SPEAKER_01If you're gonna say the same sentence I just said, it makes no sense, and like it before. You added the word before. Anyways, so we went um uh what was the name of the place?
SPEAKER_05Seed to table.
SPEAKER_01So you you go in and it's like a two-story place to begin with.
SPEAKER_05It's gigantic.
SPEAKER_01This parking lot was uh packed, it looked like a maw.
SPEAKER_05It's gigantic.
SPEAKER_00Will you stop it?
SPEAKER_05I think that a supermarket in anywhere fits inside its produce area.
SPEAKER_01This place made Bucky's look like a joke.
SPEAKER_05Yes.
SPEAKER_01Because you go in, and as soon as we walked in, there was a band playing. I could you not I'm not joking. First of all, between bakery and produce.
SPEAKER_05Between bakery and produce, they have a bar.
SPEAKER_01Well, no, when you first walked in, it wasn't a bar. Oh yeah, it was.
SPEAKER_05Because it's next to the it was next to the uh to the bathrooms, which is next to the floral, like the the like the flowers and stuff.
SPEAKER_01And then that's what floral means. In case you didn't know.
SPEAKER_05Why do you do this to me?
SPEAKER_01I'm just saying. But anyways.
SPEAKER_05So so they had a band, a full band. Ah. You're talking about me having my little derpy McFlurry. And you're having it too, but you're making a lot more noise than I am.
SPEAKER_01I don't think it was me.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, well, you need to open it. Anyways. Yalon. Look at oh, look at that. Now you can actually enjoy it. It's derpy.
SPEAKER_01Don't worry, guys. There'll be a picture of it, huh?
SPEAKER_05It's got some like boba.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna post a picture of it while you talk. Go ahead, can you talk?
SPEAKER_05So this band is playing, and they're and and they're jamming out, like they're playing like so like full-on songs, like full voice, you know? Um shocking. Shocking to someone who's never seen anything like that before in this place. It's such a by the way, we were still in produce.
SPEAKER_01Well, the thing is that we walked in and the very first thing we asked for was where's the bathroom? But then there was like this music and people dancing.
SPEAKER_05People dance full on dancing. They were full on dance, like, like the dancing part was shocking because they were full on like like dan like full on dancing.
SPEAKER_01You know, by you you just made more noise. You moved away from the microphone, like we weren't gonna hear you. Anyways, all right, so there was a band playing, and then now we're trying to figure out like where does the part of we're going to eat lunch?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, where's this restaurant?
SPEAKER_01Well, first we didn't know it was a restaurant, we just kept wondering.
SPEAKER_05Because we were wondering where we're eating. So we're like, automatic thought, where's the restaurant?
SPEAKER_01Oh no, my thought was we're grocery shopping.
SPEAKER_05Is it somewhere else?
SPEAKER_01Anyways, it's not no, so you go to you start walking, and it looks like free samples, like when you go to Costco or BJ's. Yes, they have little stands and all that. Then um, towards the back, they have like a spot where like you order food, like they're cooking food. Our friends then tell us it's a food court, yeah. It's basically a food court. There's tables and chairs, and people are sitting and lines like there were different types of food. There were burgers, um, pizza, Asian food.
SPEAKER_05Then my friend, our friends say, My eyes look like googly eyes because I was like, This is not real. This is not real.
SPEAKER_01Our friends tell us that they are going to share a tomahawk. And I'm like, where's that at?
SPEAKER_05Well, I think your first thing was, what's a tomahawk?
SPEAKER_01No, I knew what a tomahawk was. Very funny.
SPEAKER_05But they were like, wow, you can get a tomahawk here.
SPEAKER_01Right. So our friends said you go to the butcher section, like where you buy your meat, and you get to pick the meat that you want, the specific one you want. You point it out, they take it out, they cook it, they season it, they do the whole show. They cook it for you, you get two sides, and that's it. They bring it to the table.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, you pay for you pay for the the the cut of meat or whatever. Because you can get meat, pork, chicken, lobster. Lobster. They had the special for lobster tails, 1999. I was like, wow, that's stunning. Um and they cook it and they bring it to you. By the way, they give you these little uh like uh what are those? Those little uh like the things that give you a couple of things. Oh, like the little deeper things that vibrate the restaurant, but it doesn't vibrate. No, they just that they just know where you are. It has like a like instead of giving you like a number that you put on the table, it has like a GPS that they the person who's gonna bring you the food knows where you are in the in the place.
SPEAKER_01Because this place is two stories and the second floor is more tables.
SPEAKER_05They also have more restaurant options upstairs.
SPEAKER_01Oh, I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah. There's more over one. There's more little so so they all have like these different restaurant things. So, like, you know, they have like the sandwich shop, they have the uh the like Mexican where you can get tacos.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, they had tacos too, that's right.
SPEAKER_05And then they have the pizza and pasta area where you can order pizza and pasta. Man, it was it was um impressive. Impressive.
SPEAKER_01It was so, anyways, so I ended up getting the Felici stick. Yeah, because that's what I wanted, and the girl recommended that over the burger, and you got what did you get?
SPEAKER_05Bratwurst.
SPEAKER_01There you go, because you're a brat, anyways.
SPEAKER_05Wow, that was cheap. That was a cheap dig.
SPEAKER_01Anyways, our friends dig at the tomaha. Our other friends got the pizza, but anyways, everything was good. We tasted from pretty much everybody's food, and it was really good. And the amount, you had two, yeah.
SPEAKER_05I couldn't even eat them.
SPEAKER_01I could only but, anyways, the place was super cool, and then we found out at night it's a nightclub.
SPEAKER_05It's an entire nightclub. This place is uh incredible. There is so many pla like first of all, everything is gigantic. By the way, they also had a giant bar in the middle of so they had the bar in the front. Then they had another bar, a a wrap, like a like a square wraparound bar in by the food court. They had a a beer room in the yeah, but that's where you buy your beer. This is where they serve you. And and by the way, the cups, they they fill them by the bottom.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, because it was something about filter or something. I don't know. I don't remember what.
SPEAKER_05I don't remember what the thing is, but all I know is that they put the cup on the I thought it was so you wouldn't take the cup with you. No, they put the cup on the thing and then it fills, but it fills from the bottom because uh, according to what they said, um, there's less uh foam.
SPEAKER_01Hmm, interesting. Okay, yeah, okay, but the place was big, it was so much, it was overwhelming. But guys, the best part about this place, best part, they had a bunch of stuff of creme brulee in the bakery.
SPEAKER_05Yes, they did. Oh my gosh, by the way, the bakery, the what? The bakery, yeah, because I broke to the bakery. Like I broke, I straight up broke over there.
SPEAKER_01I was like, I mean, our bank account went broke in the bakery. Because the very first thing I noticed as we cut through the dance floor, by the way, after we finish eating, yeah, because you gotta make you gotta go through the people. We were like, oh, let's, you know, let's get some dessert before we go back to the house. So we can enjoy dessert while we chat. So we're heading towards the bakery through the through the music. They were playing what, like 80s and 90s, dude.
SPEAKER_05They were playing um I've had the time. But they had two singers. They had the male and the table.
SPEAKER_01They were good, they were great, but anyway, so we cut through the pro from the produce through the dance floor, danced our way through the dance floor to the bakery. And the very first thing Nat notices is the word new creme brulee cookie. Yeah. What? Yeah, you had me at creme brulee, ma'am.
SPEAKER_05And you had me at cookie. So I and creme brulee cookie. Like, come on.
SPEAKER_01I'm waving at Fern, like, we're gonna miss our train at this point. And he's like, What happened? What happened? I'm like, we need those cookies. We're on our way to Hogwarts. I said, We need those cookies. So we're on our way to Hogwarts. Shut up. So he doesn't hesitate. He's like, ma'am, two cookies to go. But then he fixes his eyes on creme brulee eclair.
SPEAKER_05A creme brulee éclair.
SPEAKER_01So guess what had to come with us? A creme brulee clair. We have no idea what these things cost, by the way. We never asked.
SPEAKER_05We just said, just let me get those.
SPEAKER_01We just said creme brulee. Yes, please. So we grabbed that. You also got uh something like that.
SPEAKER_05I got the Elvis cupcake.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_05So I'm a big, I'm a huge uh fan of Elvis. And um Elvis had this meal that it was his favorite, which is a peanut butter jelly sandwich with banana.
SPEAKER_01So you got that, and that's all we got, right? Yeah. Now they did have, before anybody asks, they did have regular creme brulee. But we can get creme brulee almost anywhere, pretty much. Yes, give or take, not everywhere, but you know what I mean.
SPEAKER_05Well, no, we can get it anywhere. It doesn't mean that it's gonna be good anymore.
SPEAKER_01Right, but we didn't want to get regular creme brulee. We were like, we want to be like, this is a different experience, and the Eclair, and we had never seen them, yes, so we went with it, yes, and I'm gonna tell you right now that cooking that cooking, guys, wow, was wow, like wow, like oh my god. Okay, so to explain it, it tasted like a snickerdoodle kind of like the outside, like the outside, because they did have a video of it, they did like do the caramelizing on top in front of us, by the way. Yes, and the inside was the creme brulee filling. Oh my god, together. Wow, I felt like I died and went to heaven at that point.
SPEAKER_05And first of all, like I'm a cookie monster, so I love cookies, they were big.
SPEAKER_01We couldn't eat one, we had to share it, we had to share it, but it was amazing, and then the Eclair, oh my gosh, that one runner-up for sure. So, needless to say, on this trip, Fern and Nat was able to get creme brulee and diabetes. Pretty much, pretty much, pretty much, but no, um, after we went to our afternoon club, basically, yeah. Which was amazing. I would definitely love to go back, eat it, eat something different that I didn't have, and maybe maybe our friend tell our friends to go at night so we can check out this little club.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, it's I mean, I I saw a video of it.
SPEAKER_01Can you imagine? Hey babe, did you buy the bread? Hold on, get the eggs, get the dozen of eggs too. I mean, you can grocery shop while you're dancing. I mean, whoever thought of this place and drink, whoever thought of this place?
SPEAKER_05The wine cellar.
SPEAKER_01Yes, though. I didn't get to go in there. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_05Was the size of a total wine?
SPEAKER_01I mean, we can do a whole episode on this place.
SPEAKER_05I just realized incredible.
SPEAKER_01They had the little farmland thing, the the one with the kids. You drop off the kids at.
SPEAKER_05Yes, the little it was called the little farm. It's called the little farm where you can take the kids and they can hang out there and leave them there, basically. You know, do whatever uh kids do, you know, supervised, because there's there's people there uh caring for them.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's like a little daycare while you it's like a little daycare.
SPEAKER_05It's called little day. I mean, I'm telling you, whoever invented this laughing.
SPEAKER_01I did try to leave Fern there, they would not take him.
SPEAKER_05I uh they should have. I would have had we would have had so much fun. Me, a little Bobby Joe, Billy. We would have we would have had a great old grand old time, you know, rustling goats in this uh imaginary goats in the little farm.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_05They also had like a huge like uh you know fish area. They had a huge sweets area where everything is organic and um you know it was cool, it was cool. Um super neat, man.
SPEAKER_01So after that, we uh we were in we were in the care of our friends. We had no idea.
SPEAKER_05I mean, it was like we're like, you're the guide.
SPEAKER_01It's kind of like a kidnap situation where we didn't know where we were going. We went to a farmer's market. We went to a farmer's market, that was really cool, and they took us to a like a a little shop, a little boutique.
SPEAKER_05It was a boutique boutique clothes in the front, nerdy goblins in the back, yeah, toys, action figures, posters which you didn't let me buy any.
SPEAKER_00No, I knew.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, and uh super neat, super neat. Like super fun, man. The the the market, you know, was really cool. They had like uh you know, a bunch of different foods, a bunch of different vendors, and they also had a wrestling ring.
SPEAKER_01Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god. So the farmers market had a wrestling ring where apparently they were gonna do a wrestling match later. Yes, and they had told us that for ten dollars, Fern could get in the ring and run around. We were like, what do we get for twenty dollars? Mind you, it was Fern and a bunch and just three girls because this was before we got with the rest of the group.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01Um he wouldn't get in the ring, guys, for ten dollars. He did not trust that he was not going to be attacked. Yes, I thought that um because there was a guy, a wrestler there, not a famous wrestler.
SPEAKER_05There was a wrestler there, and I was like, I'm not gonna do this.
SPEAKER_01And I said, Babe, you get in. The ring and you can run around.
SPEAKER_05Why would I want to run around a ring?
SPEAKER_01You'd be in the ring. You love wrestling.
SPEAKER_05I love wrestling. I love watching wrestling.
SPEAKER_01And then our friends were.
SPEAKER_05And I love theorizing about what the storylines are.
SPEAKER_01You could have made a whole storyline. I would have recorded you doing an entrance and everything, babe.
SPEAKER_05Listen.
SPEAKER_01You didn't trust the $10.
SPEAKER_05I didn't trust the $10. I didn't trust it. I don't trust you. I don't trust you at all.
unknownAnyways.
SPEAKER_05I don't trust you at all because I the moment I would have gotten in there, I would have heard, oh yeah, that's right. You get in the ring.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, I was gonna get my money's worth. We were like, what do we get for $20?
SPEAKER_05$316 says, you know, come on now.
SPEAKER_01We were actually thinking of chipping in together and seeing what else we can get for more money, but he wouldn't get it.
SPEAKER_05What does a hundred bucks get us? No, guys.
SPEAKER_01I was willing to do that, guys. Like, no, anyways.
SPEAKER_05Sounds super exciting, but not uh not something that I'm interested in.
SPEAKER_01He was just so mean, he wouldn't let us do it.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I'm like, no, moving on, moving on, moving on.
SPEAKER_01So we did that, and then we ended the evening at um, well, we went there, then we went to our friend's mom's well, her house to see her mom because you had to see her mom. Because, like I said, guys, the this is a group um that he grew up with. Um, um, the girls, well, one of them lived across the street, like in the same neighborhood. We all lived in the same neighborhood. They lived in the same neighborhood. So he grew up with these girls. Um, and her mom.
SPEAKER_05They're like my besties.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, they are. And her mom, one of the girls' moms, um, she used to feed Fern when he didn't have food because, you know, remember, his upbringing. So she would always make sure he had food and X, Y, and Z, and she sees him like a son, he sees her like a mom. So we couldn't go on this trip without at least seeing her and saying hi. So we did. We got to see her, made her happy. And then they told us that the band that we had gone to see last time, they had kind of broken up.
SPEAKER_05And they reformed.
SPEAKER_01But they reformed, and they were gonna be performing that night at um um, it was well, we're gonna get to that place, to the place, but how would you explain it, Nick? Um it's like it's like a bar. I think they said it was a bar.
SPEAKER_05It's kind of like a bar, but it's it's it's different. It's it's not, it's it's like a craft, a craft, it's actually a brewery. Because we want to give them the right name for it. They make their own beer there and their own um their own stuff, and they make their own food, like their own pizza.
SPEAKER_01Well, they had a brick oven. Brick oven. Okay, so we're gonna get to that.
SPEAKER_05I love brick oven pizza.
SPEAKER_03Oh, it's so good.
SPEAKER_01Well, they told us we were gonna go there, and we're like, cool, let's go. Why not?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01We you know, we were gonna drive back that night. Yeah, but we, you know, we were like, whatever, we'll drive back late. It's fine, it's only two hours. So we went with the whole group, the whole game. Yeah, that place was packed to the rafter.
SPEAKER_05It was so packed that they had to end up opening the other. They have like they have like another another area that they had to open up.
SPEAKER_01It kind of was like a garage door.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, they had to open the garage door to to open the area because it was it was so cool. It was standing room only.
SPEAKER_01So the place was super cool.
SPEAKER_05Um what a vibe. The place was such a great vibe.
SPEAKER_01Now, the name of the place, we'll we'll put it on our Instagram for everyone. I mean, if you Because you gotta go check this out. Yes, if you're evil uh evil, if you're ever in like the Naples area.
SPEAKER_03If you're ever in the Naples area, let me tell you.
SPEAKER_01Aver Maria's not far from there at all. No, um, you have to have to have to check out this place. The name of the place is um Oil Rig.
SPEAKER_05Oil craft beer.
SPEAKER_01There you go. Oil rig, craft beer. And it was amazing, guys. Number one, it's a it's a small place, but like when you walked in, our friends were like, so basically everybody from town is here. And for me, my favorite, favorite thing about this place is um my favorite, hold on. You messed up, didn't you?
unknownI did.
SPEAKER_05I did.
SPEAKER_01I knew it. The name of the place, and I'm sorry because I apologize. That's just wrong.
SPEAKER_05I apologize. I was looking at the logo anyway. And I wasn't reading the the name.
SPEAKER_01All right, so going back to it.
SPEAKER_05Rewind, rewind.
SPEAKER_01We want to make sure we give the proper name. So, once again, if you go to Naples and Aver Maria's nearby, the name of the place is Oyo Well. Yes. Craft beer, right? Oil well craft beer. I'm sorry, guys. Fern. Not well. You see? Okay, the name of the place, Oyo Well Craft Beer. We will put it on our Instagram, check it out. Most definitely. What I loved about this place, now that we have the correct name.
SPEAKER_03Sorry.
SPEAKER_01I'm what I loved about this place is there were all different types of ages in there. That's to begin with. You had young to older, and it was amazing. That place was packed. I think for me, a place tells you a lot about them when they're packed.
SPEAKER_04Yes.
SPEAKER_01And we finally got a table that we were able to finally grab. The band was playing music phenomenal. Phenomenal. And then we decided to dry the try their drinks.
SPEAKER_05Yes.
SPEAKER_01And what did you get? You got a couple of different things.
SPEAKER_05Yes. Uh, one was like a watermelon. Um it tasted like a watermelon Jolly Rancher.
SPEAKER_02Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01And then I had, I don't want to describe it wrong. Um I had a what is it? Like a cider drink, right?
SPEAKER_04Yes, it was a blackberry.
SPEAKER_01And it was called Exelusion Excelsior something.
SPEAKER_04Let me see. It's Excelsior. Excelsior Excel.
SPEAKER_01I'm terrible today. There you go. You see? It was awesome. It was Blackberry, the one that I had, our friend had mango. And it was awesome. But, anyways, besides that, the vibe was amazing. We found out um they do different um events sometimes throughout the month. Uh, we are trying to see about going back so we can check out some other items, but then we had their pizza. That's when Fern found out it was oven brick oven.
SPEAKER_05Oh, so good.
SPEAKER_01And they we got the cheese, and what was the other one?
SPEAKER_05Um it had everything on it.
SPEAKER_01And like everything, the supreme.
SPEAKER_05Supreme.
SPEAKER_01But I'm very, very picky when it comes to sauce, and it didn't have a lot of sauce, it had the perfect amount of sauce. The pizza was cooked to perfection. I mean, I give it to the chef of this place, which happened that I learned that is one of the owners, the husband. Yes, he is the owner. We did meet one of the owners.
SPEAKER_05Matt. Matt is the is the gentleman.
SPEAKER_01Is the gentleman, yes. And then we did meet his wife, who's the other owner.
SPEAKER_05Danae.
SPEAKER_01Danae.
SPEAKER_05What a lovely human being.
SPEAKER_01It was such a pleasure to be able to talk to her and get to know her. And it says a lot before she even we introduced ourselves to her, before she even knew who we were or anything. This owner, I would never have thought, I thought she was just a worker.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, because she was running. She was cleaning tables, cleaning tables, picking up tables, picking up, you know.
SPEAKER_01She had an encounter with us about the table we were grabbing. She cleaned it. She was like, I'm so sorry, let me clean it. Mind you, it wasn't her fault. It was some people had just gotten up.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, because it was one of those things where as people would get up, she was already cleaning. You would sit down because you couldn't get a table. Yeah, because it was standing room only.
SPEAKER_01But she was on it. Like she did have other workers, they were serving food and taking orders and you know, like talking to people, but she was cleaning these tables, like no table stayed dirty longer than like two minutes, maybe. Not even.
SPEAKER_05If that.
SPEAKER_01If that, and that would be because two or three tables emptied at the same time.
SPEAKER_05Yep.
SPEAKER_01But she was on top of it, super nice, very, very welcoming, very approachable, amazing, amazing. And she did tell us her husband was there, he was cooking, we didn't want to interrupt him.
SPEAKER_05But he's the he's the pizza crafter.
SPEAKER_01And we actually witnessed the way she is with her employees. Amazing. Yes, like without her even noticing, we were looking or noticing things. She would smile and talk with them. She was talking to everyone. Amazing, guys. You need to really, really check out this place if you can.
SPEAKER_05Such a great, like the vibe was so good. The band, amazing. Yeah, they played so well.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, they did. Um, they were great. Um, it was just great overall. We we did have to cut the night short because we had to drive back home, and it like I mentioned, it was a two-hour drive. So we did have to leave early, and we felt bad having to leave early because we were enjoying ourselves so much that we didn't want to leave. But we had to, and definitely we are planning to go back so we can check out the um the vibe again, check out the place. Um, the band we did listen to um Steinbeck Way. What were they caught again?
SPEAKER_05Steinbeck Way.
SPEAKER_01They were really good. Um, we don't know when we go back um what's gonna happen, what they're gonna be doing, but I hear they do different things, and we can't wait to see what's going on over there next time. But definitely we want to hit that up again because they were awesome. And hopefully Fern can make the name correct this time. I feel horrible.
SPEAKER_05I'm sorry. They're going to hear this, and you messed up the name. Okay, I looked at the logo and I didn't read it. I didn't read it.
SPEAKER_01I want you all to know it was Fern that messed that up. Not Nat. Fern, not Nat. Fern.
SPEAKER_05It happens. Very rarely does it happen.
SPEAKER_01Anyways, but yes, it is called Owell Craft Beer. Check them out. We will have it on our Instagram. Amazing. So, yes, we did cut the night short.
SPEAKER_05It's just such a great vibe.
SPEAKER_01It was. I can talk about them. It was just such a great vibe.
SPEAKER_05Just hanging out there and you know, talking with friends and actually getting to know the locals too. Because, like, we got to meet a couple people there, you know, very nice, very friendly. Again, Hallmark. Um it's it's the complete Hallmark vibe. You know, it's a small town, giant, beautiful architecture. Like in the in that little downtown plaza area.
SPEAKER_01And they're building a lot, they're building a lot.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, it's beautiful, beautiful, great vibe, great place.
SPEAKER_01It was, it was good. We had a great time. We can't wait to go back. We were already planning to go back next month, so stay tuned for that for our next trip to Ave Maria and see what goes on. By the time we got home, it was what 11 something.
SPEAKER_05It wasn't even too late, yeah.
SPEAKER_01It was like 11 something. And it wasn't no, it wasn't that late because we got on the road, we put gas, and then we just went, you know?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I mean, I mean, the thing, the thing that that kind of really resonated with ferns one tumbler of water, by the way.
SPEAKER_01Just want everybody to know. And I got no churros.
SPEAKER_05You're terrible. I'm gonna tell you this. One of the things that's that's so polarizing is the calm. Like it's so calm versus like the chaos that we normally live. Because we, you know, even though we're not city city, we're still in the city. We're like in the suburbs by the city. And like this town is so calm. Everybody walking their dogs, all the dogs are friendly. Like, where do they find these friendly dogs? Like, where are these dogs that are so nice? At the Hallmark movie, at the Hallmark movie shopping center.
SPEAKER_01Um at the club.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, maybe that's where they, you know, because it's all like, you know, grass-fed beef and you know, what is it, range-free chickens and you know, humane. Yeah, like everything was organic and natural.
SPEAKER_01And well, the the grocery store was. Yeah, I don't know about any rock.
SPEAKER_05I mean, I'm sure the whole entire town is organic and natural. I mean, it's it's everybody like everybody's hair is perfect in this town. Everybody's hair, even my hair was perfect in this town.
SPEAKER_01It would have been messed up if you did the ring. But you wouldn't. But anyways.
SPEAKER_05Wow.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_01But yeah, so that was our trip to Ave Maria. Um that that was our trip there, which stay tuned for the next one. But definitely go on um on our Instagram to check out the correct name. No, I'm not gonna let them live it down, guys.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Of not gonna let you live it down. The oil well craft beer.
SPEAKER_05I ain't gonna get over it. And that's the bottom line.
unknownAnyways.
SPEAKER_01And if you do go, ask for the owner. Let her know that we sent you.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, ask for Matt and Danae.
SPEAKER_01For sure, guys. It would be awesome.
SPEAKER_05That limitless table talk, Fern and Nat sent you over there. So you can check it out.
SPEAKER_01Because um maybe not say Fern, because you know.
SPEAKER_05Alright, say it was say it was Fern and Nat.
SPEAKER_01Because you called it the wrong name.
SPEAKER_05It's a it's a slight miscalculation. I looked at the image, I looked at the picture. I didn't read it.
SPEAKER_01Anyways. Um that so yeah, that was our trip. What other trip? Did you want to talk about anything else? Let's see.
SPEAKER_05I think I think if we get into the the next trip, it's just gonna take too long. Yeah. Because um, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I don't I don't think uh Alright, then I guess we'll do it next time, but we still have some time. My god, you're so boring.
SPEAKER_05What?
SPEAKER_01You're boring. What? You're making me cut this short.
SPEAKER_05I'm not making you cut anything.
SPEAKER_01Yes, you are. Why are children texting me? Why are children texting me asking me what time were they born? What? Yes, our middle one. I don't know her voice, but you do. Dad! She's asking What time was I born? Why are you yelling?
SPEAKER_04Because she always yells.
SPEAKER_01She's asking me what time was her sister born? What time were you born? What time was I born? What are they doing?
SPEAKER_05This is bizarre.
SPEAKER_01It is, I kid you not. I'm not joking.
SPEAKER_05Why are they even what?
SPEAKER_01This is a text I literally just got.
SPEAKER_05Listen, we don't know when you were born. It just happened. The stork came.
SPEAKER_01I know I know what time they were born.
SPEAKER_05What?
SPEAKER_01I know what time each one of my children were born. Wow. I don't know what time I was born, but I know what time they were born, each one.
SPEAKER_05What time? Why don't you say it on the air?
SPEAKER_01Okay. Our oldest was born at 5.30 in the afternoon.
SPEAKER_05Exactly. Or 5.30 one.
SPEAKER_01Nope, 5.30 in the afternoon.
SPEAKER_05Is that what it says on the paperwork?
unknownYep.
SPEAKER_01Our middle one was born at 5.30 in the morning.
SPEAKER_05Polar opposites.
SPEAKER_01Our youngest was born at 12.30 in the afternoon.
SPEAKER_05This is how it worked out. It went just like this. Daddy, it's time for me to come out of the cave. Yes, child. It's time. Yes, my daughter, it's time.
SPEAKER_03Dad!
SPEAKER_05Let me out of here!
SPEAKER_01First of all, I don't know why she's telling you to let her out. She was in me.
SPEAKER_05Because she's she's having a conversation with me.
SPEAKER_01Okay, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_05Because that's how it works. And I'm like, relax, kid. Ask your mom.
SPEAKER_01Well, the oldest is like, I don't want a sibling.
SPEAKER_05And then and then what was the other one?
SPEAKER_01He was born at 12 30 in the afternoon.
SPEAKER_03You got any comics? I'm ready to go read some comics. Is there Spider-Man?
SPEAKER_01That's what you think they sounded like.
SPEAKER_03The Spider-Man is so cool. Read me Spider-Man.
SPEAKER_01Actually, out of all three pregnancy labor with him was the worst.
SPEAKER_05Make sure it's the adjective Spider-Man. Because he likes adjectiveless Spider-Man. Like not spectacular or amazing. Or I don't know. There's a bunch of different ones now. But those are the two that I remember the most.
SPEAKER_01My response to our children was why?
SPEAKER_03Why?
SPEAKER_05I'm sure based on your text, it was just the letter why. It was because you love to just do that. You can't write out three three letters.
SPEAKER_01Well, you know, I ran I get a random text. What time was I born?
SPEAKER_05It's bizarre.
SPEAKER_01What time was my sister born? Dad born, you born. That's what I got.
SPEAKER_05Okay. I don't know when I was born.
SPEAKER_01I don't either.
SPEAKER_00I don't know what time I was doing.
SPEAKER_05And it's even it's even less because I have less information about my birth.
SPEAKER_01I don't know. I have a birth certificate for you. That's as far as we get.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Well. Doesn't matter.
SPEAKER_01My birth certificate is my original birth certificate.
SPEAKER_03Oh. It looks so different. It looks so different.
SPEAKER_01It looks so old.
SPEAKER_05That's because you're old.
SPEAKER_01Not as old as you.
SPEAKER_05I am aging.
unknownHow could you?
SPEAKER_01You just learned you're turning 50 next.
SPEAKER_05Stop it.
SPEAKER_01You're so old you couldn't remember the name of the place. Oh, I can go on and on.
SPEAKER_05You are the worst.
SPEAKER_01What? Hmm. Our anniversary's coming up this month.
SPEAKER_05Nope. Yeah. No, no. It's been a great episode of Livingless Table Talking for a minute.
SPEAKER_01Stop. The people gotta know.
SPEAKER_05No, they don't. No, they don't. Okay, okay. I'm not gonna say anything. Okay. Alright, so let's end this thing. We're gonna end this thing right now.
SPEAKER_01Alright, I'm gonna do my thing. I'm gonna cadavera! Stop! I'm gonna do my thing. I'm gonna cadavera! I'm gonna do my thing.
SPEAKER_05Why are you still here? I just have met a cadaver in you.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna do my thing. Leave me alone. 30 years together anniversaries coming up. Oh 30 years.
SPEAKER_02So what the hell is that?
SPEAKER_05That was my my throat reacting to you being you.
SPEAKER_00But why? What was that? That was scary.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. It happens. That's scary. Thank you, age. I'm just saying Do your thing.
SPEAKER_01I forgot now what I was gonna say. I don't know, whatever. Anyways, we had a great time at Ave Maria. I hope we entertained you and you got some information. If you've never heard of Ave Maria, now you heard a little bit about them. Stay tuned to for blah blah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. That.
SPEAKER_01Stay tuned.
SPEAKER_05Blah blah blah blah.
SPEAKER_01Stay tuned for more trips to Ave Maria and other trips. Who knows where we're going next or what's up next? Um, if you have a place that you would want us to go visit, let us know. No, as long as it's not Yeehaw Junction, I'm good. Um, and check out Oyo Well craft beer for sure, guys. They were awesome. Definitely follow us on Limitless Couple 305 on Instagram. Follow us on Spotify. Oh, we didn't tell the people we're gonna be doing a YouTube.
SPEAKER_04Yes, it's it's coming.
SPEAKER_01Stay tuned, it's coming. Um, hopefully we're working on it. Hopefully, within the next week, we will have it up and running or so. Um, I already told Fern he has a timeline he has to do that.
SPEAKER_00Um follow us, subscribe, keep showing your love for us. We see it, we acknowledge it, we love you all.
SPEAKER_05Thank you.
SPEAKER_00Until then. Why are you staring at me?
SPEAKER_05I don't know why you're pointing at me.
SPEAKER_00I'm not. Until then, guys, we all love you. Remember that you are loved.
SPEAKER_05Parriot.
