Today’s story begins long before the fire trucks, long before the police lights, long before anyone ever called them Chief Steve or Constable Moose.
It begins with two kids—Steve and Moose—who were bursting with curiosity, big ideas, and yes… just a little bit of mischief.

They raced their bikes down hills that were too steep.
