El Club del 1% Podcast
El alcohol no te cambia. Te quita el miedo de ser tú.
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.

The OK in the life is the enemy of the extraordinary. In this podcast, we ayudamos a connect with conversations that are reflexion and descubries, and in this membresía, for that takes this idea that we're going to be in the episode of hoy of the alcohol, pero ya va. No logramos terminar de soltar el alcohol in our life, and there's an apego. De eso vamos a hablar. If we are going to be able to do it, we're going to admit.
SPEAKER_00Yes, the mayor of the people creating that necessarily the alcohol to desinhives, for disfruct a moment, and no herramias, nor do you know what.
SPEAKER_03If you in my day don't know how my emotions, no constantly, it's like you're at the finish, I need a scape, and this escape is established that inhibits and reduce, which ya enter in this experiment. But if you have a largely semana craving for this. Claro que, gracious, our patronador Atlas Finanzas, who is an empresa that aligns a lot with us because they ask you to get the 1% in your finances. Why? To planificate financially for your objectives, just your fund of jubilation, if the students of your head, just how you receiving passive when you are viewing and what the reality is, they ask to enter your situation and see how you're from here to here to be this time you can. And we have a match with else super good that when they're part of us, this session is gratuitous. This session where they descubs where you are and else for action is totally gratitude. So no queer.
SPEAKER_00The one, pero de one Catherine.
SPEAKER_03A ver, ¿cómo? Because in this process of more saladables, right? Obviously, and I was the first that I said and I tried to be like, I'm gonna have to have alcohol. When I said Eduardo, obviously he appeared, but there was a big resistance in this moment that was a long time ago, because he said, Catherine, but the thing is social, but the thing social, but it's the thing social. And when you are in an event, right? In a social, in a salary, or what the alcohol ayudes are inhibiting. It's like it's more diverse, the hold that in the life is the same if the people are being versus not being.
SPEAKER_00The context, and there's a little complete about this, we can see the diversion. The diversion is a pillar in my life. I think we have to juggle, we have to disfruther, and divert. And genuinely, the alcohol ayudes much to the people. And just decía a Katherine, wow, how do you talk this to those people when you're? Because apart from there's a society that exists that's like if you salto, you sales.
SPEAKER_03Claro, if you call a curvas, you te cach a curvas with me.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. And then you decide to Katy that you genuinely say that I don't necessarily. Definitely confused with it and I said to Kathy, Eduardo is Katherine, no, it's like. And so you say that I have this capacity, but at the end, when I'm with other people, no moment. So the diversion that you want to saci not because the people don't know. So that's this context when I said the social, I refer to this diverse. And I think in the society, the divertir involucra much alcohol.
SPEAKER_03And when I say this, in fact, I'm indirectly, directly, and more conscience from a challenge. Okay, in fact, you can be this person in the person with alcohol. And the way that if there are certain contexts, you see what I like. Okay, for example, I was analyzing Eduardo and you another episode, when I'm talking, I'm gonna talk, I think, I'm like, I came back, my cerebral, and I sube and I'm ready and we divertimosely demo. But there are other moments in which I've been, I don't be, I think in other things, and I didn't know and I was like in tercer that I connect with the disfrute when I'm saying the life, like I connect with what I said the other people, with what I think, if Eduardo is comic and I connect with my chist. But it's also very conscientious that I started trying to take a muscular, you know? That we are today approaching. Okay, not that you never.
SPEAKER_00But then this year was like, okay, I think that it meant the man, I didn't know that it was in the sense that I'm eliminated alcohol, I mean the disfrute, much of it.
SPEAKER_03No eliminated, because I see me, you disfruit all of these alcohol.
SPEAKER_00No, obviously, but the part of the disinhi, the part of sales of your cabinet and it was like a hack.
SPEAKER_03You have things, for example, if you still think it's important, because at the end it's what I was happy, and I was like this is my life of voluntary, and I have to perhaps in the coming because it's made. And I'm like in a posture that my objective is quite 100%. I think this is 4 years in much, okay, and we are at the 6, I'm at 6, okay, nothing, but I can't quit me since I kicked me, okay, I'm gonna go to those. And I didn't have things, for example, if you're if I'm and you've got a day demo, and I have to do it, I wanted to be diverted and connect with the diversity because I'm gonna do it. So the alcohol is that and then I don't know that if you want to do this, I don't want to be a nap, something different, but other energy. This is an example of the millions of things that you observe of team, of what is it in this situation to disfruit that necessary. And one of the things is the importance of what you think of the other people, okay, the agency.
SPEAKER_00This is the colour.
SPEAKER_03Claro, because I think one is in control of how I can comport me in this situation social, and starting in this place don't diverse, that's particularly what the alcohol is. And when we investigate, who is in Stanford and a podcast incredible, and he explained that the alcohol in the life is that inhibitor the cortex prefrontal. And the cortex prefrontal is like the part of the cerebral.
SPEAKER_00Definitely lances until you say, I wanna pens of me.
SPEAKER_03Claro, no penses and rares and your contagious, this is what the alcohol is. So it's a question why I could have this. One interesting that we've got is that it's very heavy, because as we said at the moment, the people to see how to liberate this emotions and stress that they've got in the world in the day a day, and they tomorrow for a desestress me, me voy a tomar, it's like one much escucha, no?
SPEAKER_03Claro.
SPEAKER_00Y generas tú mismo un ciclo vicioso in the cual no te estás dando cuenta que usas el alcohol como escape and el alcohol de lo que estás escapando sin saber qué es el.
SPEAKER_03Claro, because the estudios decían que con que te tomes una oreja, ya se activa este ciclo. O sea, si tú te tomas una o dos copas por fin of the semana, ya estás instaurando. And the mayoría de la cosa.
SPEAKER_00Yo me tomo una copita at the semana. No pasa nada.
SPEAKER_03Claro, y esa copita a la semana te hace caer in this ciclo. Entonces terminas dependiendo más del alcohol porque te estresas más, no sabes manejar tus impulsos ni tus emociones, no te puedes enfocar, tu día a día te cuesta más, and it's a disastrous.
SPEAKER_00Esa fue la partie. And the point, because I think I don't want to attack demasiado, and I think that for this who I connect much of this. It's that this is the problem, this is what we have to visit. If you like to vencome it that is, no, you're too young, because apart from a reunion with a company and just the thing, because the community, the community, most didn't you sold it, I mean, because I think it's fine, but conchale, there are ideas that one diverse. We did ideas that one quieres, we're like, the people saying the thing without delay, right? But they're completely at the end. So it's a decision consciente. So the antidote is if you like, say I can't divertice, or I'm gonna get in the consequences, I quiero seriously. Those compañers of the trabajo, this is an anecdote rapid. These companies, when I commented in a house, me recipe and we had a no that we were at the 5 of the semana.
SPEAKER_035 of the machine.
SPEAKER_00And you talk about elements, what you say, but nothing happened. And so you know that there are demo gentlemen who is of one when it's the other one when they be.
SPEAKER_03I was saying this, but you have to be an investigator, you have to be an investigator of your life to hacke the pattern. So I started in a field, I was in a bodies, and Everton me said, What happened? What happened? What I said, no, no, no, no. And in this bod, I'm sorry. I didn't know I did that in the world I was chanting, and I said, Well, I'm gonna be there, and I said this will be or what happened in my life for recording the camera since I started. And I did that after, or after the effects, I was demo concentrated in the to-do, in the cabin. O sea, imagine my maltrip, I don't concentrate with the rumbo that I was because it was the one of the machine, and at the day the perro se iba a levantar temperature, and then I despert and dorm. So you can pension, cohesion, you mean temprance, no séquences. It was in the cabinet, all the consequences, what I did, passe, and from this obviously no disfruit. And what I was doing when I emailed and when I was in my sang was that I connect the empezation with the life, I empected to connect with the music, I empected to connect with the bail, and I was a bomb. So it's like what I was saying is that I'm super connected with the cabinet and the consequences. So it's like I have to solve it. If I'm here, I'm gonna decide to stay here present. And when I was present, I'm disrupted. So it tried that when you have alcohol, trying to connect with your life, with what is your life, with what you're escuching with your music, with what is holding, with what is coming, to track the present, and disfruit more.
SPEAKER_00Because I don't do that, but I think if you're all the time in this, okay, we can agree with the lista that we did of the myths, vivid.
SPEAKER_03Claro, and a meaning, and this is what me roba the diversion, because in fact when you connect, you're full of divertida.
SPEAKER_00In fact, yeah, but it's one of the things.
SPEAKER_03But a pot of a fuerza, me moral, empezé a correr por la casa, you know, and you're not gonna be a good thing. No, no, no, I'm in the full chistoso of humor negro. I'm full chistoso de humor negro, and so if I connect, in fact, I don't know. So it's encerried is that all these people are the people who are not disfruiting, I mean the case, I mean it's my cabeza that measures, and it would be X. Why does it say that we have to tell you with curiosity? Curiosity, with the experiment of it, but this I'm gonna be and I'm gonna be and my work, what was happening after you, and what happened now, and from this that you want to solve the alcohol aunque seasons is malice.
SPEAKER_00Claro, because we're gonna go, you and you know. Te gusta because you associaste this with experiences that te gustan and that were maravillosas, and associate. Because if you put a penguin where what you have the cocktails and letting this mierda, and trying to occult this broma, and no one's rico! Claro, totally.
SPEAKER_03100% horrible. It's horrible and what you said, the thing about the experience is demo distinct, because one is a vasito in the man. And so what you do, for example, I think for two reasons. One, because it's demo rico. Well, for three reasons. One because it's demasiado. Un vasito rico en la mano, entonces agarro agua, pues limon, anda, tomo mi agüita with limon, and so you're colored and parece que it's tomato, and so the gente te deja preguntando por qué ladilla que te dejo preguntar, not because it's important, but it's fastidious that you decided to dale, dale, be, before. And the other thing is because siempre estás hidratado. Entonces, si te acuerdas tarde and siempre estás hidratado, at the day no vas a sentirte tan cansada.
SPEAKER_00No, demasiado. Esa es la otra. A mí el alcohol me cae demasiado mal. A demasiada. No, marico, a mí alcohol me cae demasiado mal de pana. Es una cosa de locos. O sea, me yo de hecho bebé ante adolescencia completa because there are gente que muchos les tocó que me diga que ya estuviera me cae mal en alcohol. No, hermano, a mi me cae mal the first time that I probé.
SPEAKER_03Miércoles era horrible. Okay, bebemos and I was perfect and Eduardo estaba tirado.
My matemática era the sight. Si la noche fue suficiente for you sacrificar a mi vida, o sea, you don't know what I'm going to do, but I think I'm going to perform one. And it's literally perder, horrible con dolor de cabeza. In my cuenta adolescente, the diversity meeting much. When I said the trade-off, and I'm like, Well, we're going to each mierda, señores. No, hermano, qué locura.
SPEAKER_03But it's what is the conclusion of the episode? But what is what this cortisol is evident to do, that's important to what are the consequences, that will be your cabinet, what will happen, what is the reason. And so this muscle and diverse alcohol.
SPEAKER_00And my part, the proposal of the capital of the episode, it is alcohol. It's a decision completely personal. Totally.
SPEAKER_02Ay.
Me vas a tirar veneno. Me vas a tirar alcohol.
SPEAKER_02Estás chistosito, vale. Ya es viernes, ¿no? ¿Dónde tu corteza prefrontal ahí?
SPEAKER_01Bueno, esa corteza está de idea de rumba.
SPEAKER_02Pero bueno, pues.
SPEAKER_00También déjame invitar al club del 1%. Because al final, todo este camino del recorrido personal is not fácil, pero también puede ser muy solitario. And for this creamos la membresía, porque no tienes que hacerlo allá solo. There are demasiadas personas, créeme. As long as the mayor of the person is cierto no crecimiento personal, the mayor of the person, the mayor of the person are okay. The mayor of the people who are escuching this capital of podcasts, nor other podcasts, but you don't. And what does it have solo? Déjate accompany, okay, enjoy in the club a methodology that is functioning, that is ayothering to accompany.
SPEAKER_03Totally. Eduardo and you are field creyers, and this week more than nothing, and I think that at particular no longer at the end of the value of a mentor. Not to say with the negotiation, you have mentors and passing time between mentor and mentor, and this era else del estancamiento. And then we have unos mentors and essential crecimiento. Tengas lindo día o linda noche. Chao, chao.
SPEAKER_00Bye.
