I am a firm believer that God blesses us all.  I am also becoming more and more convinced in my beliefs, that a lot of us God has blessed that we may be in place to bless others.  There are things of which I know that God made possible unto us that we can be the godly outlet by which others are blessed.

Now, I do not think that this means, that the people chosen to be his blessing instruments are so special, but the Lord knoweth them that are his, for he knows them that will be faithful stewards and obedient servants over what he has given them, so that he may bless others through them, when they see their brothers and sisters in need.

This episode messages series will truly bless you!

Thank God. Um the word is so I'm I'm let me tell you something about the word. The word is so rich in truth and knowledge. It's just amazing to me how much the word, how how how precious the word of God is, but yet how little people want to know about it, how little people want to spend time with it. But I'm telling you, it is so rich of goodness and and things uh that we have need of, but as though we don't want it. But like this for instance this morning, uh want to deal with a topic this morning uh concerning concerning giving. We're gonna talk about giving this morning. It's not gonna be a message like what you may be thinking. Uh because this morning I want to deal with this is a this is a very true and real side of who God is. His spirit is a giving spirit, his spirit is a loving, loving spirit. And and if that spirit, as we claim to be in us, we should have that same spirit. But here's the thing about it that that has really grieved me that too often and so many times people have spoken and used the area of giving in just in one area, and it has distorted the meaning of which God means it when it comes to giving. Giving is just not confined to one area. Most people, a lot of people in leadership want to just leave it in the area and use it in the area when it comes to money. And Lord, we're missing the whole point. We really missing it. Um the whole scope of what it what God means uh by it when He sees giving includes a lot of things that we are not giving in that area. But we want to talk about that this morning. When it comes to giving, you're gonna find out a lot of the word of God is gonna teach us that giving ain't about just money, it's about your time. Do you give your time? Are you patient with people? Do you do you uh go the extra mile? I remember uh I remember when Jesus was talking, somebody somebody uh asked you to go a mile with them. He said, go twain, go two with them, go the extra mile with them. You'd be surprised. I mean, sometimes giving can mean just giving somebody encouragement, which a lot of people don't believe in that. Just spend a little time with them. I was um funny thing, yesterday I was at I was at uh my little part-time job I have on the weekend. I was at that over there and I got a call from a person, and they needed to talk. They needed to let some things out. Now I was I didn't tell them I was at work because I was trying to get things done so I can get out of there. But instead of doing that, I can tell by the tone in their voice and the um being able to get a hold of me to talk, they was really needing me to listen. So instead of them telling them what I was doing, hey, I got you know, I could have said, you know, I'm busy, I'll get back with you later. Uh let me get through with this, and when I get home, I'll give you call. No, I almost let them know, but I something caused me to pause. And I sit there, I took a break and I sit there and I listened to what they had to say. I know they must have talked about a good hour, which means I was over an hour later getting out of there than I normally would have been. I might have got home a little after 10, something like that, almost 10 o'clock. But you know what? After that, I was glad I did. I said if I had to do it again, I would, because when people have needs, one thing I think a lot of us are missing it when it comes to us being sons and daughters of God. We are here. Part of the reason we are here and been saved is to be available to other people when it comes to certain things, especially those of us who are in leadership position, which is why I want to talk about this morning. When God blesses others through you, I want you to understand that. I want all of us to understand that. Because, see, so many of us have been misled to think, oh, and I give a blessing. Lord, done bless me. Oh Lord, I'm just blessed, blessed, blessed, blessed, blessed. But I want you to understand something, because I gotta do like Jeremiah, I gotta tear down some things in order to build. A lot of times what we need to understand is a lot of times when we are being blessed, and I know I'm probably gonna make some people mad this morning, or probably gonna uh because see, this ain't for everybody. Because everybody is not givers, everybody don't want to give of themselves, everybody don't want to take the time or take their time, their precious time, and give it to nobody else. A lot of people don't care about the needs of others. So a lot of what I'm gonna say this morning ain't for everybody, ain't gonna be for everybody. And I I I wish it was because I like to use messages that everybody can get something out of. But I I have to be I have to be realistic. Everybody don't want to give. You got some people don't give just what they supposed to, not a penny over, not a penny left. That's that's just what they supposed to. But when you have to give above and beyond, you able. That's what God likes. And that's that I can back up with a word. This is a group of pole folks. Paul was coming to their town, it was a pole town. But them folks gave above they was able because they want to bless this man for coming to their town. I'm gonna show you, I'm gonna show you some words. Reason why I say that a lot of this, a lot of people ain't gonna get, they wouldn't get this message, is because a lot of people get misunderstood and get things distorted. Because when you think you be have been blessed, a lot of people wrongly, hear me and hear me good, they wrongly assume that every time they get a blessing that is for them. Oh, Pastor Dixon, what in the world is you talking about? Why, if I'm being blessed, why ain't it for me? Lord have mercy. What we need to understand is a lot of time God, especially when he using you to bless others, a lot of times the blessing that he blesses you with, it ain't for you. He's gonna use it through you to bless somebody else. I'm gonna bat all that up with the word. Don't worry. I got you. I got you. And we need to understand that when he said we are an instrument, we are a vessel for the master's use, that means if he chooses to use us, a lot of people right now think all them grocers they got in their houses for them. I'll go a little deeper. Let me share a little deeper. A lot of people right now think the money, all the money they got in their bank account is for them. Don't y'all know everything we got came from God? Everything we got came from God. And if God want to use that, He wants to give that to us so He can bless somebody else, don't you know He can do that? A lot of people think right now, because they got that nice car parked in the driveway, this for this for us, this for me and my family. And it could be God bless you with that so you can be able to give somebody a ride who don't have transportation. All that food in your cupboard, all that food you're talking about, it's to bless somebody else sometimes. We're gonna have to stop living selfishly and thinking narrow-mindedness. We are a blessed people, yes, Lord, we are. But you got to, we all got to understand, God, a lot of us, his blessing upon us is meant to be able to bless others. Let me let me get you a word. And we're gonna talk about this this morning. When God uses, when God blesses others through you. Now, just because he using you, you still don't get the credit for that. So don't get don't let your head get big. It ain't about you. God knows who he can use and he knows who he can't use. Because you got some people, they want to pick who they do stuff for. They want to pick who they bless. That ain't God's way. God wants you to just yield yourself to the master. Yield yourself to him and let him use you to bless who he wants to bless. No matter who they are, whether you know them or whether they're a stranger. This is what Paul. Something he said. He said, I have shown you all things, how that so laboring you ought to support the weak. This is it the word. And to remember, then he be brought back to remember. He said, and to remember the words of our Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. Come on now, this is our foundation. This is what Jesus said. Yes, it's a blessing to receive blessings, but it's a better blessing to be able to be a giver. Now, a lot of people want to see, you got a lot of people gonna play dumb on me this morning, but that's all right. I'm gonna bring, I'm gonna bring you out of that dumbness. Because a lot of people want to use the fact that, oh, I'm just I ain't got nothing myself. I ain't got nothing to give. Let me tell you something right now, tear all that down. All of us got something we can give. See, we gotta stop always taking money. Yeah, we all some of us ain't got as much as others, but you got time. You can give your time. You can give a listening ear, you can give an encouraging word. You can lift somebody's spirit. It's all kind of things you can do for others if you would we would just hear the voice of God talking to us when he leading us to do something for somebody else. We gotta stop thinking, uh, we ain't got nothing yet. If you belong to God, you got something. If it ain't that, but go into somebody, give somebody a hug. Tell them to hang in there. Tell them that you love them. How often do we tell people that we love them? That's giving. Paul said, he said, remember the words of our Lord Jesus. How he said, it is more blessed to give than to receive. See, a lot of people don't say what Jesus is trying to tell them. There is a blessing in the giving. Oh, I got so much word, I'm gonna give you all this morning. I'm gonna try to get it all in there. There is a blessing in giving. And it's a better blessing in giving than to have, then be waiting around on somebody or waiting around to receive something from somebody. Don't get me wrong, ain't nothing wrong with that. But if you want the greater blessing, become a giver. Give from your heart. If you don't do this, I'm gonna call up brother, sister-so and just tell them I love. I'm gonna call up brother, sister, and just tell them to hang in there. Giving. Giving love. Giving compassion, giving your time. Yes, sir. I didn't want that. I just call up and say hi. I just call them if you know I'm praying for you. Is there anything you need? Brother Luke, the physician, he wrote in the book of Luke. Evidently, he had tapped into uh what it meant to give, and he had experienced what we are blind to is if we would just become the kind of givers that God can use us to bless others, you'd be surprised how God is gonna bring that back around to you. I've heard so many testimonies, and I got a lot of testimony. See, here's how we think that human, and we got to die to that human side. This is my last 20. I can't help nobody. If I get in, I ain't got, I ain't gonna, I ain't, this is how we say I ain't gonna have nothing. Lord have mercy. You know why I stopped talking like that? Because my Bible teaches you will have what you say. And you can speak things on your life. If you keep saying, I ain't gonna have nothing, guess what's gonna happen? You ain't gonna have nothing. You gotta stop speaking that. And here's another thing we gotta stop doing. Stop basing your blessings, hallelujah, on what you see. Just because if you put your hand in your pocket or put your hand in your pocketbook and just pull out one, all you got is a twin dollar bill. Don't base your blessings on what you see. Don't base it on this is all I got based because that's all you see. There are blessings that, hallelujah, there are blessings you can't see that don't even compare to what you think you're seeing. Because it's all you think you've seen in that twin. What God ain't showing you is all them other twin's you don't see. But what He wants you to do, I'm gonna show you the word of God this morning, that anytime, I keep telling y'all, everything we do in living this life for God requires faith. A lot of times God will ask you to do things when it comes to giving of yourselves for others as a test of your faith, just to see if you're gonna do it, just to see if you're gonna step out on faith. And willing to give your last. Sometimes what we don't understand is God is trying to test you to see if you give your last just so He can show you and bless you. But we're trying to hold on. And when you're trying to hold on when you know you've been led to do something, all you're doing is stopping the bigger blessing that you can't see in the spirit. Because if you don't give, God done led me to give the 20 in my last 20, okay, don't worry about it, because one thing I know is just like he gave me this 20, he'll bless me more. That's the kind of attitude God wants his people to have. Because as soon as you give that, it ain't gonna be long. If God done told you to do it, it's gonna come back to you. You just didn't see it. We got to start walking by faith and living by faith. Somebody, somebody in church last Sunday, I think that was Sister Tyr. She pulled up to the drive-thru, and the Lord led her to tell the girl, the woman, whoever at the drive-through, that she was gonna pay for the car behind her. And I think she had her, that was her last. But she beat, she did it. Before the day was over, God had already blessed that back to her. You can't beat God. Y'all don't know you. We got to trust him. I knew a man in the Bible, his name was Elijah. One drawing, no paycheck. But every day the Lord made sure he had meat and bread and fed him every day. And when he wanted to wash it down, all he had to go down to that fresh stream, the brook, Shira, and get him a drink, a water, cool water to wash it down. But he had birds bring him food. They flew it in. Flew in his meat, flew in his big breathing. We ain't never we ain't never had that. But you guess why you can't you can't be God. God gonna take care of his people. You ain't gotta try to be whole on the type thing, whole on everything, and I I can't help nobody else. I'm trying to help myself. Lord have mercy. Now, let me let me let me explain to y'all why I'm talking this way this morning, why I'm going this way as far as uh when God blesses others through us. One one one thing that inspires this message in me and my meditation is the Lord is letting me know that we are in a time, and we all know this to be true. The times that we're living in, and the times that are coming on this earth and upon this people. People are in need of hope. People are in need of help. So many are discouraged, so many are losing faith. So many don't know where to turn, so many are confused because they simply don't understand why the world is in such a disarray as it is. And it's a time as never before for God's people to make a stand, to step in the gap, to be there for the needs of the people of this world, both naturally so and spiritually. So many of them don't have a spiritual understanding of a higher power or the power of God as you and I have. So many are uh are looking for spiritual guidance, spiritual understanding. So many of them families have been devastated, so many of them have suffered great loss, and they have lost all hope, and God is needing his people, those will be his people, those who are called by his name, to be able to give of themselves in order to reach others. We're in a time where it's not about you and I. God gonna take care of us. God gonna take care of our business because we serve Him who is Almighty. You ain't got to worry about your bills. You ain't got to worry about your covers, your groceries. You ain't got to worry about none of that stuff. If you would just trust God, get your mind off of you and what you so many of us can't be blessed by God because we hold him back in our minds and in our spirits. Because we can't seem to let go, because we're going on our senses and not on our faith. And God needed people who are gonna trust him while at the same time stepping out and making themselves available to help the needs of others. Because that is the Christ-like spirit. Jesus gave of himself all while he was down here. He took time with people. Whether he knew them or not, whether they were church folks or not, whether they were Sam or not, he took the time because I'm gonna show you the word of God this morning. Hopefully I can get to it. Too many of us, it's found in 1 John, too many of us have closed up our bowels. The Bible calls it bowels of compassion. Don't have bit don't have no compassion on nobody. And that is not the Spirit of God. And if you got the mind set like that, that's the mind of the devil, the mind of the enemy. And God cannot use you to bless others with that type of attitude. If you would just, if you and I would just follow God's, God has a plan, a blessing plan that works every time. Luke chapter 2. That's what I was going to tell you about Luke. But I want to tell you, y'all, this thing, it ain't, we think it's bad. It ain't got as bad as it's gonna get. The world gonna need people. The people's world gonna need. I don't think the world's gonna need us. I'm talking about those, when I say the world gonna need us, I'm talking about those of us who have Christ in our hearts. Those of us who have Jesus, they're gonna need the Jesus of you and I to show up and be a light in this dark world. Praying for them, blessing them. Another part of giving is giving them the gospel, giving them the word of God, giving them the truth of who Jesus is. And God will take care of you. This is what Luke said. He said, Gil. That's the first word in that that scripture. He said, Gil. And it shall be given unto you. Now, let me make sure I tear this down for folks, because see, some of us we think some of us got some bad, bad minds, and we got some bad understanding. I have to pause and tell Iron that before we go too far. You don't give just because you expect to be given back to you. That's the wrong purpose, and that's the wrong motive. You don't do something just to get something back. That's not why you give of yourself. That's not why you give your time. That's not why you give your money. Because your motives should be because I'm giving because it's right. And because this is what my Lord and Master want me to do. Not because I expect something in return. Okay, now I done gave you, now this time you got to give me. That's why I got out of that church scene with other pastors, with other leaders. That's why I got out of stop having anniversaries and stuff. Because all they want to do is, okay, if I come to your anniversary and give big, now when mine comes around, you come to my church and give back the giving just to get back. I ain't got time to play that game. I'm not finna get mixed up. That's why I say I'll fix this here. Lord, talk to my spirits and just stop having anniversaries altogether. That way ain't got to invite you, then I got to pay you to speak and got to do all this stuff, and all you won't do is me to come back to you and give, I'll give it back to you when your anniversary roll around. Come on now, what kind of game is this here? I ain't got time to do that. Call me throw off if you want to, call me, but I'm here to tell you. God, since then, God has blessed me the right way. Without all them shenanigans, without them games. I'm not finna do people like that. And I'm not finna be a child of God like that. Hallelujah. So don't give just to get something back. Don't let that be your motive. Now, something come back to you fine, but that ain't why you you know in your heart that ain't why you gave. That ain't why you did this to somebody. I bought a sack of just because you bought a sack of gross to somebody, don't mean you expect somebody to bring a sack of grocery back. If they never bring me a sack of gross, I did that because that's from my heart that I was lived by God to do. Because it could come back to you in a whole nother way. It might not come back as a sack of gross, it may come back, somebody may put some gas in your thing. I'm just saying, whatever. My motive was to give because it's more blessed to give than to receive. And I'm telling you something about people, people that are true givers. You know, they those of us who are true givers, we get blessed just as soon as we give. I'm gonna let that soak in. So y'all know what I'm talking about. Those of us who are true givers, we get blessed just as soon as we give. Because those who are true givers, just to see the smile on another person's hallelujah. On another person's face when they appreciate somebody thinking about them. That does a true giver, that does they hold all the girls, that just that they got more, they get more out of it than the person that's receiving. Now, somebody I say everybody wants to stand what I'm talking about this morning because all of us ain't givers. But we'll just tell the truth. Luke said, Give, and it shall be given unto you. And the thing about Luke, he described the giving that he experienced. He said, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, run it over. Sound like to me you got more than you can handle. Do y'all not know that if we would let God do his part and we just go and do our part, God will make you make sure you have more than enough. More I remember. I remember I'm my sister-in-law. I guess you don't, I guess they don't mind me saying it. If they do that to him, if not, they can't do nothing to me. They can't beat me up. But I remember they went through something, I I forget what it was. Something happened. A while back here, last year I think it was. And she said the people on her job came by her house. She worked for the the sheriff's apartment. And the people come by her house and brought so much sacks of groceries. They said she said they had to literally have them just stack it up in the middle of the living room floor because she just couldn't have, didn't have nowhere to put all of that at that time until she found space for sacks and sacks and sacks and sacks of groceries, all piled up in the middle of the living room floor. Folks that done gave. Now, here's the part I need you to understand what he said right here. He says, Shall men give into your bosom. Now understand this. When when Luke said this, it ain't because men wanted to do this. It ain't gonna be because people want to bless you. Don't get me wrong now. Understand what I'm saying. I'm saying something happened to when you do right, based on what God has led you to do. Yeah, it's gonna be people bless you, but they ain't blessing you because they wanted to bless you. They're blessing you because God done moved on their heart to do this for you. You're gonna have people come up to you and say, I don't know why. I know I don't know you, but something that led me to put this in your hand. God will move on people to give to those of us who will do his bidding when it comes to blessing of us. Now you might not believe that because you won't step out on faith and try. He said, Shall men give into your bosom, men who have been moved on, and women who have been moved on by God to just bless you. And they ain't gonna know why they're blessing you, but that they're gonna be compelled to do it nonetheless. He said, For with the same measure that ye meet, that means with the same, this is I'm gonna tell y'all, we serve a big God. Everything he does is these, and he wants us also to be the same way. If you're gonna do something, do it be. Or do it in the proportion in which God is leading you to do it. Understand me now. One reason why God wants us to do that, because what God wants us to understand, when He brings that back to us, that blessing back around, He's gonna give it in the same proportion that you gave. Otherwise, if you did it a little, you gave a little of your time, but you gave 15 minutes of your time, but God told you to give an hour. Okay, well, your blessing is gonna be in proportion of 15 minutes and not an hour. Let me show you something. He said, But with the same measure, see, the way you measured in blessing somebody, that's how the same measure is gonna come back to you. But with the same measure that ye met, with all this shall be measured to you again, that the same measure gonna come back to you. If you measured out a little, a little gonna be measured out back to you. But if you gain in the proportion, like I told you, if somebody, Jesus, if somebody has asked you to go just spend a little time with them, just talk with them for 30 minutes, but you talk, you stayed an hour, hour, 30 minutes, two hours. You gave more than what was required of you. It's gonna come back to you, and it's gonna be a blessing by God. Because y'all on this guy, we gotta understand something. If we're children of God, we should operate every our ministry should be operated in love in every area. Love causes you to give us little extra time, even when they you even when people talking out their head, even when they ain't talking about nothing. Some people need that because they don't have nobody to talk to, y'all. Everybody don't have friends, everybody don't have nobody that they can talk to about anything. Because too many people they don't talk to don't put their business out in the street. Everybody don't have honest people, godly people who they can talk to, and they don't go no further. Everybody don't have that. Everybody don't have somebody they can go to a vessel. Can I borrow just $10 without somebody spreading that? You know, they come to me, borrow ten dollars, they don't know what's going on in how they ain't got no money. Uh-uh. That's not what we're called to do. That's not what we're called to be about. We are called to be helpers one to another. Especially to the brothers and sisters of our faith. We cannot, when we're when we put ourselves in a position for God to bless others through us, you got to take on a certain, you got to take on a certain role, a certain person about yourself, and carry, you can't carry yourself. You cannot be used by God to bless others if you are messy, if you are a gossiper, if you stay on the phone all the time telling folks about everybody's business, you not blessing somebody, you cursing them. Because some of the people you done shared stuff about. Even if some of you don't share stuff on the phone telling other folks about me that you don't even know about me. All you've done is paint an ugly picture of me and others in other people's eyes. And that has not been a blessing. You don't do people like that. One thing we got to understand, and we're going to need to undertake tap into is if you're a child, if you're a son and daughter of God, you have been given the greatest thing that anybody in this world and any other world can ever receive. And that is Jesus Christ. You have been given the greatest thing, the greatest person you can ever, and guess what? And then you what you need to look at is who gave him to you. For God so loved the world. Talking about the people when they say world here, it's talking about the people in the world. For God so loved the world that he gave, stop right there, that he gave. God gave his greatest possession, gave his only begotten son. We have been given the greatest prize, the greatest blessing, the greatest thing we could ever have been given in our life. God, he gave us Jesus. Hallelujah. He gave us Jesus, people. And if you got Jesus in your life, and truly believe by faith, he is in your life, there is nothing that you will ever lack. I know a lot a lot of people don't understand that. And a lot of people don't cannot grab that. Now, somebody couldn't grab that because they don't have the faith to believe that yet. But we're praying for you. We praying for you. If you got the faith to grab what I just said, that if you got Jesus in your life, you will never lack for nothing. I ain't never I ain't saying you ain't gonna have no rough time, but what I am saying that whatever you go through, whatever you may need, you have him in your life who is able to supply whatever that need is. If you would just believe. He said, all things, what all things are possible to who? To him, that's what believe. If you can just believe in the midst of pandemics, I've I'm telling you, let me tell y'all the kind of God I serve, the kind of God, the God I serve that in the midst of pandemic, in the midst of plagues, I've read about things he's done in the midst of famine, in the midst of flood, in the midst of turmoil, in the midst of diseases. Do y'all not remember when all them plagues were going on in Egypt? See y'all, you gotta read your Bible. When all them plagues and were going on in Egypt, do y'all not know if you read your Bible, you'll find out that none of them never touch the children of Israel. Oh, let me say it like this. None of them never touch the people of God. See, they stayed down in a little town not far from from the city called Goshen. Them diseases didn't come down to Goshen. Because that's what God people dwell in. And that final, that final plague was so terrible that to make sure that that didn't, because see the the death angel, he you better, you gotta you gotta give him strict instruction. Or he'll come through there and kill everybody. That's what a death angel do. So he had to be given some strict instruction. He said, Now I ain't I'm paraphrasing y'all. Wherever you see the blood now, don't go in there and kill them. That's why they had to take that lamb's blood, put it on the door post over the doorpost and the and the side post to lift them. That makes you the death thing, you had to see the blood, because that blood was significant to the blood of Jesus. And he had a specific instruction that wherever you see the blood, that's where the word Passover came in at. I ain't got time to teach y'all that, but that's where the word Passover came in at. That the death angel was to pass over those houses that had the blood, mark of blood on the door. Which hence came the feast that they would keep every year. It was called Passover because that night the death angel passed over. But see, that's another Passover. That's why Jesus now is our Passover. So when he comes back the second time, those of us who have his blood covered in his blood, we will be passed over from the final judgment. I ain't got time to go there. That's a whole nother subject. Let me get back to this. But that night, the God I serve is not limited. See, pandemics don't stop his power. COVID 19 don't stop his power. Famines don't stop his power. God, you I can show you all throughout the Bible. In the midst of famine, folks still had food. God's people had stuff to eat. Cities destroyed, but God's people were spared. We must understand and accept that we have been given the greatest blessing we could ever receive. That's Jesus. Okay, now I'm saying this I'm saying this because I'm trying to lead us to something. When you know how great of a blessing you have been given, and understand that you can no longer operate on the level of a person who has not received that blessing. You now must operate your life based on what God has brought you to through Christ Jesus. Which led the same Luke to say there's a scripture in Luke, he says, For unto whomsoever much is given. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Listen at the word of God, y'all. For unto whomsoever much is given, and that much is given, you have been given Christ. That's as much, you can't go hiding much in him. For unto whomsoever much is given of him or her shall much be required. Because we have been given Jesus. God requires much of us. We ain't doing what we're supposed to do in this world. People got needs not being met, that God's people are not putting themselves in a position to meet the needs of the people of the world. We have been given much, and much is required of us. We ought to be praying for this world. We ought to be praying for this people. We ought to be meeting the needs of the people through Christ Jesus. We ought to be helping somebody, not hurting people. We ought to be praying and encouraging folks, not talking about them and running them down and gossiping. We ought to be lifting somebody's spirits. We ought to be telling somebody we love them and also showing them that we love them. Opening up our bowels of compassion. Not resisting, but yielding ourselves to his will. Whether you know him or not, if he leading you, trust that. I've heard so many testimonies of people about how they be led to just do stuff for people. Walk up to a restaurant, somebody standing out there that look like they're home. Come on in here. Let me buy you something to eat. Or what can I do for you? You don't have to worry about it. Now I know some scammers out there, y'all. We all know that. I'm talking about when you've been led by God. You don't have to worry about none of that when you've been led by God. Listen to the word of God. For unto whomsoever much is given. And we will be sitting up here lying. If we sit up and say, we have been not been given much by ways of Jesus Christ. We have it all. If you got Jesus, you got it all. All we need to do is, Lord, teach me how to use what you have given me. Show me how to use what you have given me. Help me to step out of myself and stop being foolish, stop being ignorant and put myself in a position. People are hurting, people are crying, people are dying. People are in destitute, people are in despair. I wish to God, and y'all should think I'm crazy all you want to, I don't care. I wish I could go to Haiti and help some of them people down there. I wish I could go to Afghanistan and help somebody. To go help some some of these people. I can't do the medical part, but I can help somebody. Encourage them. Yeah, I wish I could go. If that means doing the will of God, to whom much is given, much is required. And so many of us got much in us that we ain't never used. Some of us wouldn't go to hell. I'm getting away from that. I'm gonna get away from that. We got to start making a stand, we got to start making progress and making steps towards doing what we're supposed to do as the people of God because we have been given much. And God Himself requires much of us. Your blessings gonna be took care of, your needs gonna be met. God gonna take care of you. You just do what he tells you to do, he'll take care of your business. But see, again, I say that requires faith, believing. Well, I was praying yesterday. All those that join us in prayer praying yesterday, and I remember saying, in all that ways acknowledge him, and he would direct our path. God's gonna show us what to do, y'all. You ain't got to even have no mind. You ain't got to have no senses. Because God will do all the thinking for us. God will do all the leading for us. God will do all the guiding for us. You ain't got to use your mind, you ain't got to wonder nothing. Just wait for God to give you instruction. Wait for God to lead you, wait for his spirit to move upon you and follow. Once that happens, follow and obey. Much is given. Since you've done been given much, it is required of us to give much. Yeah, but that's not this. I got things to do. I just can't be doing this. I got things to see. You know why a lot of us ain't got time to do what God wants us to do? It's because we have given our time over to everything else but the things of God. Well, my children bother this, and I got to do this with, and my husband and I, and my folks and my mama need this and that. We're gonna give all our time to other things. That ain't got nothing to say what you won't say, get mad if you want to you still got less. That ain't been gonna got nothing to do with the kingdom of God, nothing to do with ministry, nothing to do with helping nobody else, but our own selfish desires and what we want to do and how we want to do it. If God is included, it's after we have gotten everything else we want to do off our, and then what little time we got left at the end of the day, we give that to God. Well, let me say it like this. Let me correct myself. You think you're giving it to God. God ain't accepting it. He ain't been more accepting that. You say, well, God will give this time to God. You saying it, but did God say he accepted it? Let me tell you, well, he he ain't accepting it. I I can speak for him on that. Well, how wait a minute, Pastor, how you gonna speak for God? Because I know what that book said. Because my Bible said God said his word said, he said, seek me first. That's how I know what he's gonna say. If you ain't putting God first, if you're giving God what's left over at the end of the day, and think he's gonna accept it, you deceiving and fooling yourself. Let me just say like this, you lying to yourself. What? The kingdom of God. And if you ain't got him first, he ain't accepting nothing. You just deceiving yourself, and the devil got you thinking God accepting uh what you give, what you wanted to give him when you wanted to give to him. No, that ain't what my Bible said that God said. We gonna have to start seeking God on the level in which to seek him. If we're gonna be used by him to give to this world the Jesus that they need, the Jesus that they seeking, the Jesus that they so desperately have need of, and don't even realize that that's what they have need of, because the world ain't trying to give them Jesus. If they don't get Jesus, they're gonna have to get Jesus from the ones who have been given Jesus, the ones who have been given much. And those are the sons and daughters of God. You can't give Jesus if you ain't got Jesus. But if you've got Jesus in you, God is seeking you. The Father seeking such. Those that are the true worshipers, they're gonna be the ones that are the true givers. They're the ones that's gonna put their list behind and seek to do the things of God if they don't never get done. I got to do what God wants me to do. I got to yield myself for the master's use. I got to put myself in a position for God to bless somebody through my life. Because that's what he did for me when he gave me Jesus. Do we understand what God did? He gave us Jesus, not for us to just hold on to him for ourselves, but to be able to give a piece of him to those we come in contact with so that they can share in the blessing of being given Jesus. So they can share in what it means to have faith in God, so they can share in the compassion, the love that God has for the world. For God so loved the world, he gave. And how can we say we belong to God, but ain't nothing in our spirit says nothing about having the spirit of a giver? I'm busy, I got things to do. But when we need to come, when we need him, he has always been there for us. But when others need us, we can't be there for somebody else. Don't you know God means for us the same way He does us? He means for us to do the same thing to one another. If He has time for us, He expects us to have time for somebody else. If He loves us, He expects us to love somebody else. If He blesses us, He expects us to be able to bless somebody else. So many of us fail to understand that a lot of people the only Jesus they gonna see is the Jesus and you and I until they until we all see Him coming back into glory. But until then, He has He left here, but a piece of Him He left with us through the Holy Ghost, and the spirit of Him can yet be seen on earth because the Spirit of Him is yet here on the earth through His people, and these are dark times, y'all, and somebody in this world right now needs to see that type of light, to see that type of hope, and they need to see it real, not fake. Not the kind of Jesus you done created, but the kind of Jesus that is the real Jesus. That's the only Jesus can bring hope to somebody's life. That's the only Jesus that can bring blessing to somebody's life, the real Jesus. And we are to be giving him to them in this world, in whatever form that is needed. I was talking to somebody on yesterday, and they was saying how it just seemed like uh the world don't have no love no more. The love of many has waxed cold. There's a lot of hatred in the world. There's a lot of anger in the world. But the one place you and I and this world should still be able to find love that is yet alive, peace that is yet alive, compassion that is yet alive, goodness that is yet alive, brotherly kindness that is yet alive. The one place that they should be able to still see that is in those that are called by his name, those that are yet calling themselves the sons and daughters of God, that the world should yet be able to see those spirits in you and I. Strong, not weak, but strong in us. Because the love of God, the giving of God, the compassion of God is just as strong as he is, and he is almighty, so his love is almighty, his giving is almighty, his spirit is almighty. When God blesses others through us, it's so that his spirit can reach them and change their lives. You remember how your life and my life were changed when God reached out to us and it changed our lives. He wants to do that same thing through us for somebody else. And it's time we realize in these last days in this in this generation we live in, it's time to give Jesus, who is the blessed hope. It's time to give Jesus and to yield ourselves for him for the needs of others. No matter who they are, you ain't got to know their name. You ain't gotta be somebody you know, they ain't got to be saved, you can be a total stranger, a sinner. All souls belong to God, and we cannot have respect of person because God is no respect of person. The blood of Jesus can save, and it still saves. We need to get our act together and start doing the work that God has called us to do. Praying for this world, turning from our wicked ways, so that he can heal the land, so that he can continue to save and spare lives. To allow him to use us to help somebody, to bless somebody, and be about his business. I'm gonna have to continue next week. I kind of had a feeling this problem's gonna happen. Part two When God uses us to bless others.
