If I could somehow peer into the minds of human beings, I would speculate that I would see in mankind's thoughts, that many of us have never asked ourselves the question, "Why are we here"?  Why were we created and brought into this earth realm.

In this episode message we will come to know and understand that we are here because it pleased the Almighty God that we should be brought into this life at the appointed time of his choosing.  He allowed this that our lives would please him, in living our lives for him.

We have been totally misled and have lived in a state of delusion, in thinking that our lives belong to us.  We are here to serve the Lord God, Almighty, and we are here to do his will.

We're going to talk this morning. This is a pastorial message, and I pray that all of you here in the sanctuary and on our conference line will receive it. I do have a lot of material, but if I don't get through, this knows it's going to turn into a series, and I will continue it on uh Tuesday night in our Bible study. Lord, if he says the same thing. And uh this morning, I want us to understand something that a lot of us probably never give a whole lot of thought to, and probably never ask ourselves or even ask the reason why. But this morning we're gonna deal with some of this morning. We're gonna ask ourselves this question: why are we here? And and so many people can give all kinds of answers uh pertaining to that particular question. But do we really know why we are here? When I say here, I mean do we know why God created us? Do we know why God put us where we are? Do we know why God has us in this particular place and where we are today? And why are we here? So many people may ask you to say, Well, I'm here. So many people think they're here because to do what they want to do, to live like they want to live, to enjoy life as it is, and then die because I'm gonna enjoy while I'm alive. But I'm here to tell you that is a false perception, and that is a false understanding of why we are actually here. In a nutshell, before I get into the word of God, know this if we don't know nothing else. We are here for God's pleasure. And when I say God's pleasure, I mean to please him, to do his will, to serve him. We are here to do the will of God. God does not do or create anything just to be creating or just to be doing it. If we are here, it was a purpose for him to send us here, to create us, to allow us to be born. It was a purpose behind it. And God has a purpose and a plan for our lives if we but understand it through his word what that plan and that purpose is. And it was all made possible through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I'm gonna show you in the Word of God this morning that the Word of God is gonna tell us before the foundation of the world, God had already this plan for us to be and to do his will. I'm gonna take you in the Word of God where Paul is gonna let us know in the book of Ephesians and give us an understanding that we need to know. So if you know why you are here, you'll know your purpose and what you should be striving for and how you should be living. If we don't have, that's why I stress the knowledge, having a knowledge of God's word. If you don't know what you're supposed to be doing, if you don't know how you're supposed to be living, if you don't know why God put you here, how are you gonna know how to conduct yourself and carry yourself as He would have us according to His will? And we want to rectify that this morning and bring knowledge and understanding through the Word of God. Why are we here? You're not here uh uh to become a millionaire, you're not here uh to live haphazardly. You're not here to even do what you want to do with your own life. Oh, I know people are doing that, but that's not the purpose, and that was not the plan of God. His initial plan for us was to serve him. Let me give you some words. As a foundation this morning, I want to use the book of Ephesians. Paul is talking to the church in Ephesus, Ephesians, the first chapter. I'm gonna start, I'm gonna skip around from verse 3 to verse 5, and I'm gonna skip to verse 9 to verse 11. This is the foundation of this morning. Why are we here? Paul goes on to tell the church that have says, Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ, according as he has chosen, as in him before the foundation of the world, that we talk about us, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love, before the foundation of the world. God has chosen us to be a holy people, as he is holy. Don't be deceived, saints of God. God has a chosen people. God has a chosen people, regardless of how we see people acting crazy and acting a fool. There is a people that belong to God and they don't want to belong to nobody but God. They don't want to serve nobody but God. Don't be deceived just because you might not run across a true saint. And I say true saint because this people that God has chosen, those are that are here for his purpose and plan, they're not gonna act like regular church goers. And you cannot put them in the same category just because you see a group of people going to church, don't mean that they are the people that God wants them to be. Because these people I'm talking about, those that are here for God's purpose, they are more than just church goers. They live the life they know and have learned by experience, by being in fellowship with God, by being in a relationship with God, that to live holy is a lifestyle. It is not a traditional commitment. Just because all my people don't went to church, all that uh it's more than that to them. Don't be deceived. God has a chosen people, those who believe in Christ Jesus. This was an important teaching of the apostle Paul. They're often called, this group of people are often in the Bible, you see what they're called the elect or the election. There are certain people God has elect and chosen to do certain things for him. The elect of the election refers to God's choosing in Christ a people whom he destined to be holy and blameless in his sight. This group of people are talking about those uh who know why they are here. Their hearts cannot, they just, it's something about it, they can't stay away from God. They can't stay away from the word. Hallelujah. Even if they mess up, even if they get in trouble, they find themselves in a state where their hearts are pricked, their conscience bothers them, their convictions borders, they got to fix it and get that right with God because God has placed in them something that connects them directly to Him through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And they cannot. They can't run from it, they can't ignore it. Because through the spiritual blessing that Paul just told the church in Ephesus, to be spiritual blessing, there came a connection. And a lot of times people have this connection for the people of God, but in the beginning they might understand what it is, why I can't do this, why I can't get comfortable doing that. They don't realize that God from the foundation of the world has placed a connection, a choosing, if you would, in their hearts, in their spirit that connects them directly to Him. And they can't live like everybody else. Oh, they don't try, but they can't get comfortable in it. And they find themselves repenting, they find themselves coming back to God because they have accepted, or they will accept in time that their destiny is to be holy. Hallelujah. Their destiny is to live a righteous life. And our purpose is to continue in the faith. They're gonna continue in the faith, even if they the enemy trying to attack them in their body. They're gonna continue in the faith, even if their home ain't right, even if things ain't right on their job, they're gonna continue in the faith. His relatives have something against them. They're gonna continue in the faith because they love the Lord. Their backs against the wall. They're gonna continue in the faith. Because the purpose that God has placed in them to be his chosen people, they cannot consider their own lives dear to them. Their connection with God is more important to them than their own lives. And they know they are here to do a work, they know they are here for ministry, they know they are here to proclaim the gospel, they know that they are here for the pleasure and the will of God. Their purpose is to continue the faith, grounded and settled, and to be not moved away from the hope of knowing that we are here and chosen for the master's use. The sooner we accept that fact, the sooner we're gonna be better off instead of kicking and bucking, instead of resisting God. God had to tell, speak to Samuel and tell the truth, Israel. He said, They ain't rejecting you, Samuel, they're rejecting me. We are our competently a lot of times don't realize we're rejecting God when we disobey. When we want to do things our way, when we don't want to see things according to the word, when we know what the word says. I hope I have time. It's not today. I know I get to it in Bible study. I don't want to tell there's a particular category of people in this particular text I call the drifters. Those that have drifted away from God from the time they got saved, how hot they were, how fire they were, but something in life, life experience, something uh in the course of their existence has called them in some ways drift from where they used to be. The drifters. Now Jesus called says like this in Luke. He said, Those that fall away. They heard the word and was glad when they first heard the word. They was glad when they first got saved. He said, But temptations come, try out, and they don't they don't they don't feel away. They're not as hot as they used to be. They're not as excited as they used to be, they're not as particular. Hallelujah. I remember a message uh superintendent miles preached one time, I never forgot it. He preached a message on to when we become desensitized. See, when you send it to a thing, you pick it up easy. But when you keep on doing a thing, when you keep on allowing a thing, you find yourself or will find yourself becoming desensitized to that thing, well it don't even bother you no more. See, when you first told a lie bothers, keep on lying, it becomes a habit. It becomes you become used to the lie and you become more desensitized to it, well, you don't even stop yourself from lying no more. Or whatever the case may be. But we must maintain a strong conviction. We must be particular and know that we are a chosen people and we are the people of God, and we are here to live holy. We got to continue in the faith, rooted and grounded, settled, refusing to be moved away from the hope. See, that's some hope in that we're gonna see his face one day, y'all. We gotta hold on to that hope. No matter what we may go through, hold on to hope in God. There's hope of knowing, and when you know what you know, hold on to the hope that we are here and chosen for the master Jesus. Verse 5 says, having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself. We were predestined before we came into existence. God already had predestined those who had chosen. And we are here now because of his will. Oh, some of them came at different times, but even that was predestined. What year we supposed to be born, what we was gonna be at this particular time, this particular year. When we first born, we didn't see no 2023. We didn't know 2023 existed, but God saw it, and he knew exactly where we would be, what we will be doing, how we will be living at this particular moment and time. Because our lives have been predestined. Because we are the chosen, we are the left people of God, having predestinated us until the adoption of children by Christ Jesus to himself, according, listen at that, according to the good pleasure of his will. It's a pleasure to God to have a people living holy. It's a pleasure to God to have a people living righteous. It's a pleasure to God to have a people dedicated to live for him in the midst of a corrupt world, in the midst of a corrupt nation. You can yet find somebody saved? Yes, you can, because God will always have a people. They refuse to be influenced by the corruption of the world, by the sinfulness of the world. Oh, our spirits are gonna be vexed. We're gonna get tired of hearing about crime, we're gonna get tired of hearing about people suffering. Our spirits will be vexed, just like Lot's spirit was vexed. We had to stand outside the gate for Sodom and Gomorrah, because he was tired of going to that city, seeing all that sin and corruption going on. So he stood outside the gate until he got ready to go in the house. And the angels of the Lord walked up on him and spoke to him. When you have the spirit of God in your heart, when you have the spirit of God in your life, it vexes that spirit in you to see sin, to see corruption, to be around evil, to be around wrongdoings, to be around negative people, to be around people that don't have no restraint whatsoever on what they do or what they say. Because those people don't know why they're here, but you should know why you're here, and your focus should stay on the Lord, your focus should stay on Jesus to help you make it through each and every day, through each and every night. Keep your focus on the Lord because your life has been predestined before the foundation of the world, according to the good pleasure of the will of God. Understand that the word of God is telling us that God decided beforehand to choose us as his people in Christ Jesus for himself. God knows who he wants to serve him, he knows who his spirit abides. God predestined his elect people to be and to know that they have been called. Hallelujah. You got to know that you've heard the voice of the Lord call your life one day. So many people have had testimonies. We've heard many different people testimonies. They know they can go back when they was young, teenage, you know, it was something about their life. They didn't realize at that time it was a call on their life. And then when I say call, don't mean just say you call to be a pastor, be a preacher, a missionary, or whatever. It was just you're called to be saved. You were called to live holy. A sanctified life, that's what the call is. We got to know we've been called. By now, all of us, most of us should know that it's a reason why we live in this life because of the call. God predestined his elect people to be and to know that they have been called, justified, glorified, and conform to the likeness of his son. You got to know God is trying to turn you into Jesus, and he wants the likeness of Jesus to be in your life. Holy and blameless, redeemed, created to do the good work of the gospel in Christ Jesus. You got to know why we're here. It's time I for walking around in the unknown. You got to know you were called to be saved. You got to know God has a purpose for you to be here, and that's not your purpose. It's his purpose. He wanted you to be a vessel. He wanted you to be an instrument that he can use that through you and through a lot of us, somebody else can be saved. If God has instruments, if God has vessels, if God has ambassadors on the earth that he can dispatch to be an example, to be a life, to draw somebody else's life to be saved. Not here for ourselves. Verse 9, I'm still in Ephesians 1. I'm gonna skip to verse 9, 10, and 11. Paul tells the church in Ephesus, having made known unto us the mystery of his will. See, you know why it's a mystery? Because the world can understand it. Because this mystery of the gospel, this mystery of God, you can only understand it if you have a connection with God through his spirit. God is a spirit. We have to have connection with him through the spirit, which is why we must have the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost through Christ Jesus connects us to God. And until then, until that happens, it's just gonna be a mystery to a lot of people. Just how to have a relationship with God. So many people walk around, don't be don't know how to have a relationship with God. Don't know how to seek God. Don't know how to connect with God. Don't know how to understand his word because they don't have a spiritual connection. And until you have a spiritual connection, we are not gonna know why we're here. Having made known unto us, us who know why we're here, the mystery of his will. According to his good pleasure, he's saying good pleasure again. It pleases God to have somebody holding. Come on now. Don't it please you that we as towers, y'all? Don't it please us to have children that are that mind? Don't it please us to have children that obey and do what we say? Now that pleases us to have a child, we ain't got to fuss it all the time. What you think God, he beat a father? Feel when we do right by him. It pleases him to have children that obey in the mind and do what he tells them to do. That's pleasure to him. Hallelujah. According to his good pleasure, which he has purpose in himself. Verse 10. That is the dispensation of the fullness of time. See, that let you know. Let me let me just break that down. Right there when it says the dispensation of the fullness of time. Let you know that's a process. It's gonna take time. But the dispensation of the full of time has already begun. Oh, we wait on it for God to fulfill that completely. But He has already started to work in us. And through time spending with God, through the process of living holy, the process of living saved. He will get us to where we need to be in the fullness of it. Hallelujah. Because we stand attached to this sinful body. Oh, but while we overcome it, we're yet seeking it. We're yet keeping upon us more knowledge of Him. Knowing while we're here. The more you know, the more powerful you become. Because knowledge is power. Knowledge in the Word of God is powerful. Knowledge in the Word of God is powerful. Especially when you're striving and seeking the knowledge to know why you're here. That in the dispensation of the fullness of times, he might gather together. Because see, when this thing gets fulfilled, God's gonna gather all of them who live with him together. God's gonna gather all of them who know why they're here together. We're gonna be gathered together. Say who we're gonna be gathered together with. Gather together in one as things in Christ. He come together. Both with all those in heaven that serves him that magnify. See, we on the earth ain't no one that's magnified to serve God. God got heavenly hosts that serve him, who don't mind serving him. But out him all the time. Holling, holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty. We're gonna be gathered all ofget. Because we're gonna be all one. See, those that see, we who know why we're here, we also got to know this. God is trying to make us one with him through Christ Jesus. I know that because that's what the word teaches. Because Jesus prayed before he left him. Father, make them one as we are one. So when the gathering takes place, hallelujah. And we all come together, we all will be one. We will be a great body of people. We'll be a great body of people from the earth, a great body of people from the heavenly host. But we all in our side of God will be one. Because we all will possess the spirit of He who has created us. He made us one through Christ Jesus. That in the dispensation of the fullness of times, he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth, even in him. We're gonna be gathered together. And we need to know this. We're just here right now. I know why I'm here now, but we also knowing why I'm here now will also help me to know where I'm gonna be later. If I keep the faith. Know where we're gonna be later if we just stay focused. Know where we're gonna be. Oh, if we just keep on believing, keep on going through for our Lord. Verse 11. In whom also we have obtained an inheritance. God has an inheritance or a reward, if you would. If we just hold on. If we just know why you're here. See, you can take a thing a lot better when you know why you got to take it. You can go through a lot of stuff better when you know why you got to go through. See, I can suffer a whole lot better knowing why I'm suffering. Because my Bible tells me that Christ has suffered up in the flesh, all yourself likewise with the same mind. So I know if he suffered for me. When I'm going through something or suffering, I'm just suffering for him. And I can take it a lot better because now I have the knowledge to go along with why I'm suffering. I ain't just going through something just because I know I'm suffering for my Lord. I'm being persecuted for my Lord. Talk about for my Lord. And I can take it because I know why. Because the spirits of this world are not gonna love the spirits that's in you and I. Because you have been equipped with knowledge of the knowing why. And who also we have obtained inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him. It's his doing. It ain't our doing, it's his doing. Predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will. God working this thing. It ain't us working this thing. We don't have that power. God working it. All we need to do, the Bible teaches us, yield yourself. Surrender yourself, let him do what he got to do. He knows what he's doing, he knows how to work this thing. And this thing he's working is, he's trying to get us to heaven. If we let him do it. God is trying to fix it where we can make it to heaven, where we can see his face. What we can, the Bible said, where we can forever be with the Lord. This reality must be realized. And that is this. This is what we need to realize that those of us chosen by God are different than regular church goers. Because our heart ain't in the building. Our heart is not in the structure of church, but in the body of Christ, which is the church. They're different than regular church goers. And the relationship with God is not based on or in the likeness of any known earthly relationship. Our relationship with God, we don't perform, but we don't carry ourselves in this relationship with God like we do our earthly relationship with people. It's different. Because our earthly relationship with people is not spiritual. But our relationship with God is spiritual. And if you're not in spiritual, the spiritual realm, if you're not connected to the you won't understand it. Why? Sometimes you're led to do good, even when you've been done evil. See, the world okay, uh-uh. They did it to you, do it back to them. But see, those of us who walk in the spirit, those who walk according to the purpose of God, that's not how we perform in this relationship. Oh, they cuss you out, you're gonna come by. We follow the guidelines of his word. We don't do tit for tat. If you're in the home, receive it. We don't be overcome with evil, but we overcome evil with good. That's the relationship of God. When you know why you're here, that's how you conduct yourself. Regardless of what the world says you or how you are there. I take my instructions from the word of God, which is God. Because I know why I'm here, I know who I'm trying to please, and it pleases him when he sees me acting holy, it pleases him when he sees me living according to his word. And when I know I'm pleasing the Father, that connection between me and the Father becomes stronger. See, just like some of us, in our earthly relationships, they can grow stronger. The bond can get stronger, or they can do the opposite. You can fall out of love. The bond can be broken. But the connection with God, spiritual connection with God, it can get stronger. And stronger. You become more dedicated, you become more committed, you become more proud. And when you if you ever tap into this, if you stay with Lona, you'll find yourself having a longing to be in his presence, to just feel away and just be with the Lord, to just call on his name. You have a longing and a desire to dismiss yourself from the atmosphere of foolishness and find a place where you can just bask in the anointing, and you can just bask in the spiritual touch that you know you feel it from the Lord that comes over you. It has been revealed to them spiritually. Those of us who know why we're here, it's God revealed things to us spiritually. And we can hear him. We can sense his presence. We can feel that he is here. It has been revealed to them that know why they are here. Spiritually, who they are and why they are here. Their focus and their agenda is to yield themselves totally to the will of him who has elected and chosen them in Christ Jesus. Timothy put it like this. In 2 Timothy, they put it like this. Who has saved us? Hallelujah. Hallelujah. God has saved us from destruction. God has saved us from eternal damnation. God has saved us from being lost. Timothy chapter 2. He said, Who has saved us and called us with a holy calling? Hallelujah. Hallelujah. See, anytime God calls anybody, it's gonna be a holy calling. It's not gonna be an earthly calling, it's not gonna be no H boom coon calling, it's not gonna be no relative calling. This is a holy calling which makes it sacred. And we should not take it lightly when we are called with a holy calling, when we are chosen by a holy choosing. That is something sacred that has been bestowed upon us by God Himself. Because He wanted us to be saved. Thank you for saving us, Lord. And called us. Have you heard him call? Do we yet hear him calling? Telling our spirit, I want you to be saved. Let us know he wants us to be. He wants us to be holy. He wants to hear him calling and letting you know when you mess up. Oh, don't do that. That's not holy. A holy cause. Not according to our work. This is never gonna be about what we're doing, how we doing it, to get brownie points. This is never gonna be about effort on our part, trying to be good, trying to do good. This is holiness. It's not because of our work, so we can say, well, you know, I did this, Lord. I put in time, I put in eight hours a week. It's that. This is a lifestyle. Not by our works, not by duty, or we feel obligated, so we can say, I did go to church Sunday. I did go to the Bible last week, I did go to Bible study. See all that just so we can have say what we done did, don't give God no glory because we don't get no glory. We shouldn't be, we should not want glory in nothing that we do. We should be glad to live this life for God without having to feel we need to get credit for what we done did for him. Why in the Bible you see what God wants? Jesus asked for credit for what he has done. Uh-uh. He gave all glory to God. And if you are living for God, and if you know why you're here, give all glory to God. That you saved. Because most of us could still be in that category of them that have not been saved yet. We could still be unsaved, y'all. We don't need no credit, we don't need no recognition. You ain't got to call my life. Thank God I'm saved. And if you seek and live in the life, give the glory to God. Because he the one purposed it. It was called to his will. It's what he did. He the one called me out of that darkness I was in. He the one called me out of that trouble, that trouble light. All glory to him, not according to works, to our work, but according to his own purpose. Second Timothy 1 and 9. And grace, but according to his own purpose and grace. Thank you for the grace, Lord. For we show need it. Which was given. He didn't charge you for it. It was given us in Christ Jesus. What did you say? Before the world began. Before God knew what he was gonna do before the world began. Even before the world began. And I thank it. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord, for saving. I couldn't have saved myself. You couldn't have saved yourself. But he saved us. If we know who we are and know why we're here, we also know just how much and what he done saved us from. If we really can see the destruction that's coming, we'll be glad, crying and screaming to God. Thank you for saving. Because by being saved, if God wants to show us a glimpse of what we're gonna avoid when the fire comes, when the destruction comes, we'll be glad we saved. And wouldn't be trying to jeopardize and we'd be holding on to it like it was solid gold. I mean, we will value it so highly because if we are not called, if we are not chosen, look at the destruction that's gonna come upon the earth, that's gonna come upon mankind, that's gonna come upon those that have rejected him, those that are not saved, that don't believe in Jesus, the word of God, he that loveth not Christ, let him be accursed. Because the wrath of God is coming. Lord, my prayer is this don't let me turn you aloof for nothing. If nobody don't come to church, don't let me turn you aloof for nothing. Because I never stand before you. What I'm gonna say, I gave up because nobody came to chat now. I'm gonna stand in line before, Lord, I was in place. For what you will have me to do. Because I ain't gonna miss out on the blessing just because I'm not in place. See, when you know why you're here, you dedicate yourself. You don't dedicate yourself based on what others do or what others don't do, you base it on your dedication because you love the Lord and you're trying to please him. If nobody pleases, you want to be where he had you to be. Paul told the church in Rome this to them who are called according to his purpose. There's some people that's been called, y'all here trying to tell y'all. There's a group of people that has been called according to God's purpose. Is it you? Is it I? Who is it? See, we got to know why we're here. And I'm here to tell you, if you know that you have been called with a holy call, if you know that you, your life will be nothing if you didn't have God in it. See, some people don't feel nothing. They don't feel no obligation to get right, to do right, or to think right. But those who know why they are here, they have an option. God done put something in you. I'm gonna tell y'all, God did that purposely before the foundation of the world. He planted that seed in you. That's why you can't run from it. But at the same time, you don't want to run from it. If anything, you want to run closer to him. Especially when you continue to experience and come more to the knowledge, and you realize, oh, I'm close to God, but I want to be closer. Now that I he has revealed this to me, I want to get closer. He's gonna reveal that to me. Oh, I want to get closer because he's gonna keep revealing more of himself to us the more we realize why we're here. You might not never get that job you wanted, but that's not why you're here. You might not never get that big house you always want. But see, that's not you not here to get a big house. That's not why you are here. You might not never save up and having your bank account the mouth you always want, but that's not why you are here. My Bible teaches me that where your treasure is, that's where your heart won't be. See if our treasure is in heavenly things, that's where our heart is. It will be foolish. And it is considered foolishness when we allow our hearts to get wrapped around earthly things when it should be wrapped around heavenly things. Because it's gonna pass away. So those whose heart is wrapped around heavenly things, whose treasure is in those things above, if they lose everything they got today, their heart was not wrapped in truth. Because those who know why they're here, if they are a supper lost while they're here, they know that the God they serve can replace it double if he wanted to. But they heart will remain in him who has called them with a holy calling. He told the church in Rome to them who are called according to his purpose, for whom he did foreknow. He also did predestinate that word is again to be conformed to the image of his son. I cannot stress enough how God is trying to transform us into more Jesus on the earth, so that all that will be in heaven are those who have been conformed and transformed into Jesus, a likeness of Jesus in heaven. I'm gonna have to finish this up on Bible Center tonight, Tuesday night. But I'm gonna leave you with this. That's my stopping point. To help you to know why you are here, to help you to know that you have been called with a holy calling. To know, help you to know that God wants you to be knowledgeable of who you are, where you come from, and why yet you are here. Some words that he spoke to Jeremiah in the first chapter, he said to Jeremiah, and Jeremiah wrote this: He says, In the word of the Lord came unto me, say, Before I formed thee in the bed, I knew thee. And before thou cameest forth out of the womb, I sanctified thee. Just as he let was letting Jeremiah know why he was here. He's also letting us know why we are here. He's also letting us know I knew you before I even I don't want to form you in your mama's business, not your mom and your daddy, I formed you. Because I'm the creator. Because there have been women who wanted to have children that couldn't have it. Reach about. It wasn't until God formed a child in the bed. And he formed you and I. But even before he formed us in our mother's bed, he knew us. He knew who he was choosing. He knew who was going to serve us before the foundation of the world, before anybody was ever born, before anybody was ever created. He knew you. Now it's time to know him and know why you are here. So that we can get in the business of serving him, seeking him, and doing his will. And stop walking around here in limbo, oblivious to why we are even here on this planet, while we are here on this earth, it is to do the will of God and not the will of yourself and not the will of others. Before I formed you in the bailiff, I knew you. Hallelujah. Anybody grab that? You know, when God, when God came up and tell you that He knows you, see, so many of us we try to be popular with people. We want to be known by others. But has God come up to you and said to you, I know you? Woo! So many people won't be known by politicians, they won't be known by big wheels or bowlers, they won't be known by folks that's got popularity. But does God know you? Can God come to you and say, I know you? You remember Jesus said this? A lot of people gonna run up to him and say, Lord, I've done this, and Lord, I've done it. But you know the Bible said Jesus is gonna say, I never knew you. Now he can say, I know you, or is he gonna tell you, I never knew you? Which one you want to hear? But as he told Jeremiah, I knew you. Even before you were born, before you was even come out your mama's womb before you, I knew you before I formed you. Before you came out, I sanctified you. Means I set you apart for my, I chose you. Before you even come out, I was all you were already chosen. Hallelujah. You was already sanctified, you was already set apart to know me, to serve me, to live for me, a chosen people. And I need you to know why you are here, so that you won't get off track, so that you won't get caught up in the influences of the world, the influences of people, the influences of the flesh, so that you will not leave me and lack the knowledge that I need you to know. I need you to know who I am so that you will know why you are here. I will finish this up. The Lord said the same thing on Bible study night this Tuesday. The Lord say the same at 6 30.
