What's up, guys? Welcome back to the Trailer Hustle Podcast. My name is Justin, and this is the Trailer Owners Network. I am super glad to be here today. In today's episode, we're going to cover a handful of things. But number one, we're going to cover something that came up in the group the other day, and there was a lot of feedback as to how to fix it or what to do about it, that whole thing. And that is when you have been uh quote unquote shadow banned from Facebook. Now, Facebook won't come out and just tell you, hey, by the way, you've been shadow banned, you've been restricted. But there's a lot of things you can look out for. And the number one thing is, of course, like, hey, I'm not getting any more messages on my marketplace listings. So we are going to dive in a little bit onto the signs that, you know, the signs that you're shadow banned, um, common reasons why people get shadow banned, um, and of course, what to do about it once you're shadow banned, and of course the preventative things to ensure that you don't get shadow banned if you haven't been already or just interested in this topic because you're using marketplace quite a bit for your business, or which of course you're not supposed to if you're in business. Um, but if you're using marketplace a lot, it can happen for a host of different reasons. So we're gonna cover all that kind of stuff in this episode. Also, I do want to give a quick shout out to um Good2Go Trailer Rentals. Austin, congratulations. You won last week's giveaway in the trailer hustle app. So thank you so much for being a part of the trailer hustle app. Guys, remember trailer hustle is completely free. If you want additional tools and you want to, if you want to just support trailer hustle and what we're doing, thank you so much. There's a light and a pro version depending on your level of exposure that you want or your level of tools that you want. So thank you guys so much. But if you want to join for free, just join and everybody can join giveaways now. So we did just reset the giveaways. I've got more that are gonna be getting added. And I think next week, okay, I'm pretty sure next week, the trailer spot is going to get uh well, the trailer spot is a dealership out of Virginia. Great guys, and they are gonna be hosting a car hauler giveaway, okay? I'm super excited about that. 20 foot 10k car hauler, ready to rent. I mean, okay, it's got the winch, toolbox, battery, straps, it's got everything ready to roll with it. So that's gonna be really cool. They're not the ones that are holding things up. I'm the one holding things up. It'll most likely be next week. When you do big giveaways like this, when they reach a certain threshold, a lot of folks don't know this, but you actually have to register that with like I'm in Florida, so I have to register that with the state of Florida, let them know hey, this is the giveaway, here's what the rules are, here's how it's being um hosted, here's how the winner is gonna be selected, here's how you, how, how um uh the transfer of that winnings is gonna get, or here's how that uh prize is going to reach that customer, how they're gonna take possession of it. Here's the proof and evidence. And you also have to get it bonded or get a trust that ensures there is money to back it up in case for some reason a sponsor or whoever is saying they're gonna do the giveaway, in case what they're saying is or in case they uh decide they don't want to do it all of a sudden. So that way the person can get paid that cash value. When it's something over 5,000 bucks like this, and I think the value of this trailer is almost seven grand with that whole package. Um, you have to you have to do everything right. It's very, very, very strict. Um, and I'm making sure that I do things right. I want to cross my T's, dot my I's all that kind of stuff, because the last thing that I want is for trailer hustle to not be on the up and up with the way I'm giving something away or something that I'm hosting for a sponsor or something like that. So I want to make sure that you guys also don't get screwed out of winning something because I did something wrong. So, you know, we're we're learning as we go, we're making sure that we get this thing right. Um, but as soon as that is all complete, everything's been filed, everything's done, just waiting for the final authorization that hey, you're ready to rock. Um and then uh we're gonna kick that thing off. And that'll be going until I'm pretty confident it's gonna go until July, the end of July. Um so it's gonna run for a couple of months. We're gonna put a lot of marketing behind it, get as many people as we can entering on this thing. And I really want this to I also want to use that giveaway as a big push to really grow the trailer hustle app, get more people listing their trailers, and get more people networking because that's what it's for. And uh it's it's been growing pretty fast too. Um, guys, we've I think we're approaching 1,200 members. Um, and we just relaunched not that long ago, a couple months ago, something like that. So very happy with that. So thank you guys so much. And again, it is totally free. But if you want to support Trailer Hustle, you want to support these things that I'm doing and that we're doing as a community, the light plan is $4.95 a month or $4.99 a month. The Pro plan is $49.99 a month, and there's different tools, of course, that you get with each thing. I'm in the process of working on a few really cool um features for the app. So be sure to stay tuned for all those. And I'm gonna be trying to get like 50 to 100 people to take part in a survey here very soon. People that do use the app and people that don't currently use the app, just so I can gauge what are the things that you guys want to see the most, what are the things that I'll bring you back every day, what are the things that you're willing to pay for? What are the things, you know, all that kind of stuff, because it does take a lot of money and a lot of time and resources to build this thing and to maintain it. And I want to make sure I'm doing the things that you guys actually see value in and that you guys will actually want. I can design it for myself all day, and in a way I kind of have, but of course, I want to ensure that you guys are getting what you want. Um, so one more thing on giveaways right now in the group, not the app, in the trailer hustle Facebook group, Lone Star Tracking is doing a giveaway for an Oyster 3. Um, so one of their most popular, best-selling GPS units out there. They're including a three-year service plan with it. Let me pull it up really quick and tell you guys about it really quick. There we go. So um the winner is gonna get an Oyster 3 GPS. Um, it's gonna get three years of service, and that's with the five-minute uh location updates while it's moving. Um, and then one set of 94-pound polling power um mounting magnets. So that's pretty cool. And all you gotta do, by the way, is you gotta like and follow the Lone Star Facebook page. Go to that original post in the group uh that I made two hours ago. Well, I don't know whenever this gets uploaded, but on uh May 4th, may the 4th be with you and just comment done. Okay, so in the past in the past couple hours, we've already had 20 people uh join. So let's keep that going. Let's make sure we get as much uh love out there for Lone Star as we can and get everybody entered. We're gonna be picking the winner of that on Sunday in the group. So if you're not in the group, guys, join the group. Okay, without further ado, Facebook. All right. Now, personally, I've never been well, I have been shadow banned, but it was for a very brief amount of time and for something totally unrelated to trailer rentals. And I wish I knew this stuff before I did end up getting unshadow banned or whatever you want to call it by doing some of these things. I just didn't realize I was doing what it was that I was doing. Now, of course, I know kind of the playbook of the best thing to do. And I've got my notes over here so that way I stay on track. Shout out, by the way, to uh Jeff, DIY trailer. Thank you for the swag, guys. Appreciate it. Um, so you know, some of the signs that you're shadow banned, are you wondering, am I shadow banned? Oh my god. Well, if your listings get very few or zero views over a 24 to 48 hour period, there's an insights button. You can look at your insights on Facebook Marketplace and it'll tell you all your clicks, it'll tell you which listings get the most hits, it'll tell you everything, okay? Lots of data. And if you've got like very few, like one to ten or like zero views in the last couple of days, that's a good sign. Um, or especially uh like the the gentleman from the group yesterday or the day before, um, I think it was like a whole week or week and a half since he had gotten anything. Um, the other thing is listings don't appear when you search for them. So if you're like in incognito mode or from another account, or you have somebody try and search for it, like if you type in in our case, trailer rental, and none of your things pop up, it's a pretty good sign as well that they're kind of hiding it. Um if messages stop coming in, um despite um, you know, your listings being active before and you're getting messages quite a bit, or say if the listings rather are active but messages don't come in, um, that's that's a big thing. If if your if your messages just kind of dry up, that's that's an obvious sign. Um if your listings don't show up in a category that uh that you're browsing, so whatever category you've added them in, I know I put most of my listings in the miscellaneous category, miscellaneous items for sale. Um so if you put it in there, then you of course log in there and it's gone. Well, that's another thing. Uh the other thing, too, is when you're looking at the back end, if your boost um or promote, it's actually not on here, but um I remember this. If your boost or promote um options are not shown, that's another very, very good sign that you are shadow banned or that there's something going on with your account. So um very, very, very important to watch all these things. Now, there's quite a few reasons why this might happen. And you know, a lot of it has to do with us getting a little overzealous and posting way too often or too frequently. Um, you know, so if you're posting the same listings too many times in a short window, okay, um, especially if there's a lot of duplicate content, you can't really just copy and paste your descriptions, you can't really copy paste your titles. Um, you've got to mix it up quite a bit. And if you if you post, say, say you want to make three listings a day, okay. I mean, you might want to reduce it a little bit, especially if you're concerned about it, but um, you don't want to just copy the description and change a couple of words. You know, that can be okay, but switch it up. You know, try a bunch of different types of listings, whether it be you're advertising your whole fleet or you're advertising just one or two trailers or something like that. You know, switch it up, you know, manually type in each of your descriptions so that way they are plenty different. Um, that'll make a huge difference. Um, and same goes with the uh the photos, you cannot use duplicate photos um or the same photo in other listings. A lot of times it'll flag it, even if you make it the second or third um listing, or excuse me, second or third image in that listing. Um, I wouldn't do it because it's a duplicate photo, it will pick it up. Um, it may not flag it immediately, but it will eventually. Um so also using trigger words, and this is uh, you know, let me say this. A lot of people say you can't say the word rental or for rent in your listing. Now that may be true. I know I have it in a ton of my listings, and I've never had an issue having anything say trailer for rent or rental trailer or any of that stuff. I have seen people do the R-E-N-T, you know, and spell it out with periods or hyphens or whatever in the name or in the um description, but um or in the even the title. But I I I don't do that and I haven't had this issue. Um if you have had an issue, may is you know, especially if you're suspecting that that was one of the reasons why it was flagged, then hey, maybe maybe do that. But um I think it probably I think it hurts your um your listing strength by having it say that it just it just seems funny to me. That's just me. Um so but anyway, um other trigger words too, like um, you know, rent to own, no credit check, financing available. I mean, those are really common things that get flagged, um, especially for like dealers and and stuff like that. So you have to be careful with the things that you say, especially the repetitive things that you say. Um and the other thing would be so I I know that there's a few folks that they kind of cross-post their listings to other areas. Um, they'll change something small, but it's very, very, very similar, and they'll post it into a different set of zip codes or a different area or something. That can certainly get flagged very, very quickly if you do it too aggressively or too quickly. Um the other thing is when you're first getting started, you have to kind of do this in moderation. You can't get started and post 50 listings over the course of three days. Now, I'm a big advocate for having a ton of listings, okay? I've got over 70 listings myself, but if you try and post them all within a five-day window from a brand new account, it's gonna set off red flags, okay? You can have issues pretty much right out of the gate because of that. So I would be very cautious of that from new accounts, kind of step up, you know, so slowly step up your quantity and that sort of thing. The other next thing would be I don't think buyer complaints are a big thing with this. Um, it's usually gonna be reports, um, or it'll it could be of slow response rate as well that kind of triggers it. And when I say reports, there's three main ways that you'll get reported. Number one, the algorithm just picked up on you. Number two, a competitor, instead of networking with you like they should, decided to report your content. Or my favorite, number three, a Karen that has nothing better to do than to report you to the Facebook police because oh, he's promoting a business, you know, whatever. Um, those are the three primary ways that you'll you'll get a report um on your on your account. So um, and then of course a low response rate, that is um, when I talked to a Facebook rep before, that is something that they actually pay attention to. So you want to obviously you want to respond quickly anyway to get the business, um especially before people in your area if you're trying to compete, whatever you want to call it, but um it can impact your um your account if you just don't respond but for a few days. Um so you know, one of those things. The other thing is if you're using a VPN, VPNs are great, but if you're using a VPN or if Facebook feels like you're logging in from different places like fast or um something that just kind of seems off, like if you're using a VPN that shows you a cross country or whatever it is, that can come up as a red flag as well. Because as you know, scammers, of course, they they will tend to be using using software like that or doing things that make it look like they're kind of bouncing around. Facebook sees all that stuff. So if you're using a VPN um or logging in from multiple multiple IP addresses, I guess. Um like if you use an iPad, you use a phone, you use a computer, and you're doing things work in different places, whatever, all that kind of stuff can trigger it. Um, which is stupid because like that stuff's there for your protection, but it can it can trigger it. Um the other thing is if photos have been used elsewhere, and this is called reverse image flagging, but if you're using photos for your for uh a listing that are on, say, a dealership's website or on Google or something like that, stop. Use your photos, use photos that customers have taken that have sent that they have sent to you. Hook your trailer up, take it to 10 different places, hop out, take 10 different photos, get a folder on your phone and save it trailer photos or the name of your business or whatever, and that way you can access them quickly. Because if you're anything like me, after you take a dozen photos, the next day they're buried by a hundred. This is just how it is. So, you know, get a folder in your phone just for these trailer photos, and uh that way you have plenty of content to post. Um now links in your description, and and people forget, man, all this stuff is well back up in your descriptions. If you're posting things like links to your website, your company name, your phone number, your website, your email address, any of that stuff, it is going to get flagged at some point. Okay? It's going to. So just just know that. Um, don't don't do that. You don't want to try and drag anybody outside of Facebook. You don't want to let Facebook know you're trying to drag people to anything outside of Facebook, like outside websites and that kind of thing. So those are the predominant, uh, the prominent ways that people tend to get shadowed. But I'm sure there's more than I'm forgetting right now, but those are the the the main ones, especially when we are trying to kind of skirt the system a little bit, uh, and you know, we're trying to promote a business or promote our company um using a free service like marketplace when they really don't want us to. It's against our community guidelines and and rules and all that stuff. So uh, you know, they're they're gonna catch you at some point. Listings will get flagged, whatever. Of course, it does get worse when you do get shadow bans. And I talk about when listings get flagged all the time. I talk about what um how to handle that quite a bit. Ignore it. Okay, you're gonna get the little red triangle with the little exclamation point in the middle of it that says some of your listings may need review, right? You're gonna get that. And if you appeal it or you delete it, you are just drawing attention to it. I see in the group sometimes folks like, oh yeah, I appealed it, and da-da-da. It's like, okay, well, you got very lucky if it worked. But if you appeal it, it's gonna go to a Facebook team member in some cases, and they're gonna look at it and say, Well, yeah, dumb dumb, you're promoting a business. What are you thinking? Um, but on the flip side, if if you delete it because you're tired of looking at the notification, remember you're only dealing with a notification at that point. That's the only thing you're interacting with. It has already been removed from Facebook. Nobody can see that listing. Um, but a little a little box is gonna pop up at the last second that says, I agree that I violated the terms and conditions and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, Facebook marketplace. So you don't wanna you don't wanna do that if you can help it. Um, so that's uh, you know, usually just ignore it if you get something that's reported um or you get that that uh a listing flagged, I should say. Just ignore it. Two and a half, three months later, it'll delete itself. Just make a new listing. So let's talk about how to get unshadow banned. Okay, I've been shadow banned. Oh no, what do I do? These are some of the things that have worked for me. Um, and I did go online and do a little bit more research too, and saw some other blogs, I saw some other content from some other people talking about this very thing, and I stole some tips from them as well that I hadn't thought of. Um, so right out of the gate, stop posting immediately for three to seven days. Quit posting, let the account cool off, so to speak, um, and don't continue drawing any attention to it. Don't make new posts wondering, like, why isn't it good? You know, you know what's going on. It's it's been shadow banned. Um so let the account cool off right out of the gate. Um delete suspicious or duplicate listings before they expire. Um so if you have any listings that seem to be um very, very common or not common, but uh very similar to other listings that you have, delete them. Just get rid of them. Um delete delete a bunch of listings actually. Delete the ones that you don't really get a lot of uh messages on anyway. And this is time for a big account reset for you. And it sucks because especially, I mean, like if you're like me and you've got a ton of listings up and you've been operating no problem for years and years and years, and then it happens to you, it can suck because it's like, man, all that momentum and that the compounding listings that we had, it's like we got to redo all that, which sucks, but it's one of those things. Um log out of Marketplace and Facebook completely, clear your cash, um, and then log back in after 24 hours. Um, there was folks online saying that that was successful, that that was very successful for them. And uh all these things, by the way, is hoping we're hoping that it's gonna trigger a re-end re-indexing of your account within Marketplace or within Facebook to kind of reset things. So that's one of them. Log back after 24 hours after clearing your cash and being totally logged out of everything for at least a day. Um, use the same device, same what Wi-Fi and same location every time you log in. Consistency matters a lot with Facebook, they pay attention to all that stuff. And that's one thing that I can't say that I saw any evidence of this being like tried true, like we know this is gonna work, but it can't hurt. Okay, log in from the same device, the same Wi-Fi, and the same location every time you log on. Um it's probably more important when you're in the early stages of your Facebook account, your newest account, um, or if you you know, if you're trying to get unshadow shadow banned or something like that, it's probably you know, just the early stages of that, it's probably better to do that. But I can't say like every single listing I make, I have to make sure I go home. I'm on my phone, I'm on my Wi-Fi, that's the only time I make a uh post. I can't say that that's you know, that's 100% what you have to do, but when you're doing marketplace stuff, or if you actually did encounter an issue like this, then it probably is a better, uh, a better thing to do. Um engage normally on Facebook during the cool-off. Don't just like abandon Facebook, you know what I mean? So like like posts, comment, message friends, uh, scroll the feed, you know, basically look like a real human, not just a seller, you know, somebody that only uses it. Anytime I log in, I'm only using marketplace, right? You like you want to get in there and make it look like your account is your actual account. Um, that's very important. Um, update your profile, by the way. So make sure you have a real photo, make sure you have a real biography. The about us section, put stuff in there. Even if you go make it private after the fact, put stuff in there, put real stuff in there. Um, it's really uh and you know, get friends on there, all that stuff. It's it's definitely a way to look more legitimate to the to the algorithm. Very important. Um the next thing would be uh verify your account with a phone number, um, phone number and ID if you haven't. So any way that Facebook allows you to verify your account, do it. Okay. Even if you're if you gotta pay for the little blue check mark or whatever on your account, um, you know, with when you do that, they actually verify you with your ID and all that kind of stuff. So if you haven't done all that yet, can't hurt to do that either. Um now you can also check your account status under settings. So if you go to settings, uh meta account center, see if there's any active strikes or restrictions, um, and you can request a review. Um sometimes this can be a double-edged sword because on one hand you want to kind of know what's going on. Um in the on the other hand, uh you don't want to draw attention to it if you are doing something wrong. So uh, you know, one of those things. Um now when you start posting again, all right. So say you've been shadow bad or say you got a brand new account, okay? This is kind of against my normal advice of get in there and make a few posts per day, but you know, one of those things. If if you're concerned about it or this has happened to you, then this might be the right way to go. Post one listing, wait 24 hours and see if it gets views before posting more. Okay. Just wait. Make one listing, see if it gets hit. Maybe even make it a crazy listing or something that's kind of clickbait, just to get clicks. Okay, just to see if it's actually working. Are people actually seeing what it is that I'm posting? Um, and if if so, then maybe one per day for the next week and then get back to your normal posting schedule following the rest of these guidelines. Um the other thing is your current listings. If you if you are shadow banned or you think you are shadow banned, your current listings, you can go in and edit all those. So um, you know, rewrite your listing titles, rewrite your descriptions, um, maybe modify your pricing a little bit here and there. Um, make sure you do it in your own words. You know, don't don't copy paste old listings and be careful how much AI. You use. You can use some AI, but make sure you type in like train it to do it in your own words or make it sound very basic or something like that. The other thing would be take fresh photos, not pull from manufacturer websites or previous posts. If you are getting through this thing and you realize you've been shadowband or whatever, you don't know what it is that triggered it. So I would caution you on using any photos from online, any photos you've used previous. I would I would try and get some fresh content. Go out and take your own pictures. Very important. And then of course, avoiding all the trigger words. We kind of touched on this earlier regarding the word rent me and you know trailer for rent and all that. But you know, replace words with other words if you have to. So like replace financing with payment options available, um, you know, that kind of thing. So very, very uh important to uh be careful what you're uh what you're typing in. Um avoid rent to own in the title, uh things like that, you know, or whatever it is that you're posting. I assume if you're watching this, you're probably posting about trailers for rent and that sort of thing. I I did get flagged pretty quickly when I was promoting my golf cart uh for rent, and I did find some workarounds for that. I finally did get some listings that were able to stay up, which was great. You just have to kind of play around with it a little bit. Um, and another other thing that I mentioned earlier that I want to touch on one more time is do not put your website, don't put your phone number, don't put um you know, anything external, any external links, don't do any of that stuff in your in your um on your listings. The other thing that I noticed too is guys were getting away with it. Every third image that they would post on a listing would be like their company logo or something. Man, I've had listings flagged because I had my sign too visible that's bolted to the trailer in the image. So, you know, one of those things. I would I would just be careful um with all that. Now, um some of the prevention going forward after you've been unshadow banned, or say after you get your account back up to date, or just some of the preventative stuff. And I touched on some of this, but I'm gonna go through my notes so I stay on track here. But um, you know, build a posting cadence so you know don't just dump 20 listings in an hour or five listings in an hour. Get kind of a schedule going and just you know slowly build it up. Okay, that's that's the right way to go. Um vary your titles and descriptions, uh, even for small inventory, whether it be for um, you know, uh you're trying to promote all your listings or excuse me, all of your trailers or just one trailer or whatever. Make sure that you've got some some some difference in the way you're saying things, maybe the order in which you're saying things, the types of words you're using, whatever it is. And AI can be a big help for this, but again, you have to make sure you're using it it the right way and training it to kind of sound a little more human, we'll say, and not use the typical buzzwords it always uses. Um, that's very important. Um, and also um photos taking from taken from your phone, it does know all that metadata. Like if you take it from your phone or you saved it from Google or it's a screenshot, whatever, it knows what that is. So if it's a photo that was taken from your phone, it is gonna be much more likely that it's gonna get approved or that it's not gonna have problems if it's taken from your phone. So just make sure that um you're posting multiple unique photos per listing, not just one photo. Multiple. I'd say at least three per listing is ideal. Um, keep response time fast. So under an hour does boost your rating within marketplace, just so you know. So if you can respond very quickly, that's why it says typical responds within blank, typical responds within whatever. Um, that's that's important. They keep track of that stuff. So, number one, you want to get the business, right? Obviously, so you need to respond quickly. Uh, and I've got a whole episode coming out about this and the research that I've done along with other people about responding quickly, even when you have a higher price. Okay, so spoiler alert, people that respond quickest get more business, but anyway. Um so make sure you're uh responding quickly. Um they keep track of all that stuff, and that will really that will really help. Try and keep it under an hour. It does boost your rating, they keep track of all that stuff. Um the other thing is um if you if you sell a lot, I know that I use my personal Facebook for my marketplace to promote trailers, but I also sell some things now and then. And I did read, and I don't know how much truth there is to this, I haven't experienced it, but I read on several different things, several different sites about this, that if you just delete listings instead of marking them as sold, that can hurt you as well. And I think it's more so it can benefit you more than the other part can hurt you. I think it benefits you more, and this does make sense if you sell something to somebody on your account, and it'll pop up and say, you know, it'll show you the people that you communicated with about that listing, and you can select who it was that you sold it to. I think that also will really help in a big way. Let Facebook know that, hey, um, I did sell this, this is the person. It lets them know you were real and that you actually conducted a real uh transaction. Um getting buyer reviews is also great. If you don't have any reviews, ask people, hey, we always talk about, of course, on you know, on right here that get Google reviews, Google reviews, but something we don't touch on enough probably is Facebook reviews. It is important to get Facebook reviews on your account, ask people to do it. Um, very important. Um, let's see here. Um, if you run a business, consider a Facebook business page or Marketplace Pro account so you're not violating like the personal account terms. That is something that came up quite a bit. That's not one of mine. That's something that I read and I thought it'd be good to include in here. Excuse me. A lot of folks do create these extra accounts and do these things. The problem that I found when I did that though is uh Facebook, they they want you to pay for ads. Okay, so I noticed that it was a little bit more stringent when it wasn't on my personal account. I was trying to use a business page to post or a business account to post things because I felt like it was just a little bit more like it, it understood that I'm trying to, you know, use their free platform for marketing my business and they want me to pay for that. So I didn't have good luck with that. Um, so just throwing that out there. And then, of course, if you can, guys, have a backup account ready, um, different device, different email, um, and and also keep it active, warm it up over a few weeks. So that if you are a husband-wife team or something like that, maybe you have your wife's account that also has a handful of listings going, then you know she responds here and there, or vice versa, whatever. Um, you know, have another have another account. Now, uh the nuclear option, okay. The nuclear option is if nothing works after two to three weeks, okay, there's a very good chance that your account is permanently restricted. And if that's the case, you have to create a new account on a fresh device or factory reset your phone, get a new email, new phone number, new IP. That's kind of the the the worst case scenario. And if you have to do that, start off doing it right with all these tips that I just mentioned, warm it up, you know what I mean, over the next uh over you know two to four weeks with normal Facebook activity before you post anything. You know, get your account going, update your images, update some some um, you know, post on your wall or whatever it's called now a day, and uh get some friends and um share some memes, whatever, act like and look like a normal, actual person on Facebook. So very important to do that. Um to uh you know, if you have to reset everything. So so anyway, guys, that's that's kind of the uh the the breakdown of this episode is all about shadow banned, getting unshadow banned, the whole nine yards. If you would like to see a full Facebook breakdown from me, and this as far as like what's worked for me um for the types of images, what do my images actually look like, what are my descriptions, what are my titles, how many clicks do I get, how many messages do I get, and get the whole game plan for Facebook. Um, let me know, and I can make a whole masterclass, I guess, so to speak, um, for Facebook and get it posted. So um with that, guys, we've got some good stuff coming. I'm very excited for these giveaways that are happening. Um, again, head to the post that I made from the trailer hustle page inside the trailer hustle Facebook group about Lone Star GPS, uh Lone Star Tracking. I'm sorry. They've got the giveaway happening for the Oyster 3 right now. Very exciting stuff. That'll be getting picked on Sunday of this this week. Um, well, next week, whatever you want to call it. And um that'll be only in the group. They'll probably end up starting to do giveaways in the app as well. So I'll let you guys know about that. You'll see that. Again, the app, Trailer Hustle. Click the link in the description, go to trailerhustle.com, click the links, whatever you gotta do, or just go to your app store on Google and Apple and uh iOS and um type in trailer hustle and look for the black and white logo. But it is free. Okay, so go join it, start networking with people. And guys, please add your trailers in the system, add your trailers in there, optimize your account. Even if you got one trailer, I don't care. Let people know what you have because if there's somebody down the road that is booked solid and they open it up and they see that I've got, you know, a car hauler or whatever it is that that customer that they were just talking to might need, they can send people my way and vice versa. The other benefit to that is if you add trailers to your account and you review that trailer, it will then go into the review database to help other people that may be wanting information, true, real information about the quality or whatever or user uh experience with a particular brand of trailer that might be kind of niche or maybe there's not a lot of reviews out there or trustworthy reviews. We're gonna build up the best, most comprehensive trailer review system in the country. That is the hope. If we all of us get together and we continue networking like we have been, it should be no problem. Um, so that's another thing. And then also we're building out a feature right now, which will be the stolen trailer report. So if you have a trailer that's stolen, instead of having to just go in the Facebook group, and that's still a good source resource, even with this. But if you go to the trailer hustle um app, you click on your trailer and click report stolen, you're gonna have a little form you fill out that comes to me and comes to the trailer hustle team, and we'll review it and we'll reach out to you, we'll verify some details very quickly, and then we'll boom, hit a post. And uh it'll be a push notification. I'm pretty sure it's how we're gonna structure it, where it's going to go out to everybody within a certain amount of miles or certain states or whatever, or maybe nationally, don't know yet if we're gonna want to bug everybody with the push notification of that, but kind of like an amber alert for your trailer. Um, so hopefully get as many eyeballs as possible seeing seeing that and keeping an eye out. Um, all these things that we, of course, do. I mean, we pay for GPS, we um, you know, we we try and put unique identifiers on our trailers. I mean, we we do all these different things too. We put these expensive locks on them, you know, all these preventative and and things to to get our trailer back if it's lost, stolen, abandoned, whatever. This is gonna be a free tool that you can take advantage of. So um, I'm I'm gonna make sure everybody has access to that uh stolen trailer report button. So um, so anyway, it'll be pretty cool. We're getting that built out now. It might be a month away or so, it could be a little quicker. Uh, just depends. Luckily, the app is pretty stable now. There's a couple little bugs that came out, but we're getting all those fixed up when it comes like profile photo changes and stuff like that. But in any case, I'm very excited to continue building this thing and doing this thing with you guys. The feedback has been amazing. And if you'd like to take part in um a survey to help make Trailer Hustle and the Trailer Hustle app better, shoot me an email. Just uh shoot an email to us, info at trailerhustle.com. I'll respond to everybody personally and make sure that um we get the survey to you as soon as it's done and ready to go. And uh aside from that, guys, I hope y'all have an amazing day. It is Monday, May 4th. May the fourth be with you. I've never actually seen Star Wars, but I hear that's something people say. And I understand, you know, may the force be with you, may the fourth be with you. Anyway, this is the Trailer Owners Network, guys. Thank you so much for being here. I will see you guys tomorrow. Enter those giveaways, they're free. All the giveaways are free. All right, guys, and then uh once more, I'll let you guys know about the uh the car hauler giveaway from the trailer spot. Jake, thanks so much for sponsoring that thing. Super exciting! Look out for details, guys. Thanks so much. Talk to you soon. Bye.
