Guys, we are covering some very big things in this episode. Thank you guys so much for being here. Um, this is the Trailer Owners Network. I'm I'm so happy that all you guys are here with me. Number one, um, we're gonna speed round through this because I'm super excited. I want all you guys to know everything that's going on. Number one being the giveaways that are happening. Now, a cool feature we just added to the app, okay, and this is huge. To my knowledge, there's nobody out there that has this, okay? Uh, there's no company that has it. It's not offered anywhere. There's no way you can do it. And as you guys know, I'll get to it in a second, but as you guys know, one of the big things that I tried to do with this app, with the Trailer Hustle app, is solve a lot of the problems that that were posted about frequently in the group. Like, hey guys, is there anybody in this area that can check on this trailer for me? Well, now you can open up the map, see who's nearby, right? Or hey guys, I'm fully booked, but I got somebody that needs a 20-foot car hauler. Who's got what? Okay, well, now you can open up the app, see who's near you, click their account, see what kind of trailers they have if they've added their trailers, right? Or hey guys, anybody ever heard of this off-brand trailer? Curious if anybody can give me some feedback. Well, now if everybody were to add their trailers and review their own equipment, you can just go straight to the app and go to the review database and start searching. And then you can see who owned that trailer, who left the review, reach out to them for any specific questions you might have. Okay. These are little tools that I think make a big impact. Um, and the same goes with like maintenance logs, you know. I mean, I don't know about you guys, but I was doing maintenance logs, you know, here in my notes section or you know, my paper sheets, and it's kind of a pain in the butt. So now I do everything electronically. We are overhauling that here soon, so it's gonna be very, very, very in-depth. Um, well, more in-depth, I should say. Um, and then also we have the doc upload. So you don't have to have all these big, gigantic folders full of stuff. You can save everything to each trailer right here in your phone. So if you need a copy of it, maybe a registration or a title or anything, you know, if a customer needs it or whatever it is, you can upload all your docs uh and have them right there at your fingertips. So if you need something, open up the app, select the trailer that you need the information for, click your docs, grab the dock, you can export it, do whatever you want. So those are great features that you can have. Now, one thing we just added, I don't think anybody has this. I'm pretty confident. We've all heard of Amber alerts or silver alerts. You know, if a kid gets goes missing or uh an endangered adult goes missing or whatever it is, right? Endangered, is that what they call it? Anyway, uh, or somebody with special needs or whatever it is. Well, we now have a feature that you can select in the app. You select your trailer and you can click report stolen. Okay. Now, when you click report stolen on that trailer, it's gonna ask for some more information. It's gonna ask for really specific identifiers, it's gonna ask you for additional info like the plate for other things like uh, you know, where it was last seen or where your GPS showed it last or whatever. So you're gonna plug in all this information that's gonna come to me and the team here at Trailer Hustle, which is a very small team, but we get to things quickly usually, as you guys know. And I'm gonna reach out to you, I'm gonna ask you some additional questions, and then I'm going to submit, based on where that trailer was last seen, I'm going to submit a push notification to all app users in, you know, probably within 800 miles, a thousand miles, 500 miles, you know, based on the conversation and how long it's been gone and all that kind of stuff. And the point of this is all app users will boom, they're gonna get that notification, they're gonna be able to be on the lookout for the trailer. And let's let's face it, if you've reported a trailer stolen, especially if a a renter had it and the police aren't really doing a whole lot, or say you got a police report done and whatever, and you know, the chances of you getting it back are pretty slim in a lot of cases, and a lot of times it's like, okay, a stolen trailer, whatever. There, nobody's really gonna care. But we, as trailer owners in this community, you guys know we're always looking at trailers, right? It's kind of like you buy a blue truck, you never saw a blue truck before, now you see them everywhere. It's kind of the same thing, okay? So we are always on the lookout. So if we see that notification, we look at those photos, we see your profile, and we, you know, we kind of get our eye on it. Well, if we see that, we know that we got that notification because it could be in our area, we're gonna be on the lookout, you know, just kind of subconsciously as we're doing things. And if I were to see a trailer, wait a second, that looks familiar. Was that that trailer? I can go to the notifications in the app, boom. If it's not find that stolen uh trailer report notification, boom. Go straight to you and say, hey, man, I just saw the trailer, here's where it's at, yada yada yada, or call the police. Hey, there's uh stolen trailer notification in this trailer hustle mobile app that I use. Somebody reported it stolen. This is what it is. Here's the information about that trailer, so you can confirm. I see it right here, blah, blah, blah. The whole point is to get people's equipment back quicker. So this is uh we're gonna come up with a name for it, but right now it's you know some kind of something alert. Um, but we're, you know, we're gonna we'll we'll figure that out. But uh right now it's just a stolen trailer report uh that you can do. And you can, of course, cancel it. You can, of course, click that it's been recovered and you know, let the community know that it's been done. You're not gonna get a million push notifications from this, by the way, guys. So don't be afraid of the notifications in the app. There's not a lot of notifications that hit you, um, like a lot of them, um, advertisements and just weird stuff like that. Um, but if it's something that's important or can help the community, it's really, really worth it to have your notifications turned on in the app. So if you do recover your trailer, awesome. You go in there and just click trailer recovered, or you just cancel it if you know it's been recovered, but it's total, or where you got it back, whatever the deal is, you just cancel it and you know we'll make sure we get in there and we change things up as well for you. But super, super cool feature. And we've got a handful more features that are like that that are coming out very soon. Now, um, there was also a recent bug where people were having a hard time, including myself, updating profile photos. That's also been fixed. As you guys know, anytime there's an update, when you'll open the app and it says you must update, it's because we're fixing bugs that come up. You know, we want to fix them quickly. I try not to let and you guys comment below, tell me what you think about this. I try not to let a dozen bugs pop up and then do one big update. I'd rather like handle them quick. You know, if there's one bug bug in one person, no pun intended, I want to handle it right then and there. I don't want to let a bunch of them build up over a six-week period and then put out an update that fixes a bunch of them. I'll just fix them as we go. Um, so tell me below, do you guys prefer that? Or, you know, do you want to see more, you know, you know, less updates? I don't think the updates really impact anything, uh, in my opinion. So um, it takes two seconds. You know, you update the app really quick and great. And a lot of times you guys aren't even experiencing anything. The poor Android users, I'm so sorry, guys. The Android users have had such a hard time. And that's my fault. It's my fault. Growing pains with building an app, never done it before, okay. But um, I have recently changed teams again, and uh it's man, it's been really good. Be able to get things out much quicker than ever before. Um, so I'm very excited about that.
