Hello everyone, my name is Christoph Leon Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, and activist. In the Christopher Leon Rose motivations, I want to share a message that is so important and very important to learn and understand. I've been sharing the Christopher Leon Rose motivations to inspire humanity to learn about Jesus Christ, Jehovah and Buddha. I've been sharing the Christopher Lee and Rose motivations to inspire humanity to learn about faith, spirituality, faith, and religion. I've also been sharing the Christopher Leon Rose motivations to inspire those people who want to help other people, give back, make a difference in a contribution. Now, in today's video, it's going to be a very important topic, and I'm going to spend some time talking about it. So this video is called an audio is called Spiritual Change is Spiritual Truth. Now, this becomes a very serious and hard thing to learn and understand, and I'm going to try my best to share it in the video and the audio for today. Spiritually change by doing the six spiritual practices prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journaling, silence. Six spiritual practices, which helps you to go on a journey of spiritual change. Now, why is spiritual change so important to spiritual truth? Because if you don't go through a process of spiritual change, so changing your psyche and your psychological mind, you can't live spiritual truth within daily life. Now people say, but I'm living my life. Now, what we need to learn and understand is that spiritual change is spiritual truth. So when I say spiritual change is spiritual truth, I'm not saying you can't have a family, I'm not saying you can't have a job, not saying you can't have a business or volunteering opportunity, not saying you can't have children, not saying you can't go on holidays or travel or eat and drink. You can have all of those things, you know. The home, the car, the motorbikes, the clothes, possessions, the food, the drinks, holidays, friendships, the relationships, the children, the marriage, husband, the wife, the partner, spouse, boyfriend, the girlfriend, and children, your family. You can have all of that. But until you go on this journey of going for a spiritual change, you don't live spiritual truth. So the important thing is it's the spiritual change. Now I explained in the audience, the video already to the real essence of how you spiritually change. Six spiritual practices: prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journey, silence. Six spiritual practices to help you to spiritually change as a human being. Don't go through this journey of going through a spiritual change as a human being. You can't live spiritual truth. And what does it mean when you can't live spiritual truth? It means you're not going to be doing the work of what Jesus Christ, Jehovah, and Buddha has called you to do in your life. So the spiritual change becomes the most important thing. Now, I don't want to go too deep into it in this audio in the video today because it'll take a lot of time for people to learn this and understand. I'm not saying you can't have a family because some people have families and some people have children and some people have relationships. So I'm not saying you cannot have family if that's something you want. I'm not saying you can't have a job, career, business, or volunteering opportunity. That's something you want. You can have that if that's something you want. I'm not saying you can't go on holidays or eat food or have drinks. If you want those sort of things and possessions and the house and the car and the home and the motorbikes, then and then achieve that within your life if that's something you want. When it comes to the work of helping other people, giving back, making a difference, which becomes the most important work to do in your life. There's no more important work than helping other people, giving back, making a difference, making a contribution. Now, the question is for millions and billions of people, how do you help other people give back, make a difference, and contribution? You do the seven levels of helping other people, which I've explained before in books and audios. So seven levels of helping other people. Level one, volunteering, the good level and helping other people. Level two, jobs, careers, employment, great level in helping. Level three, business and entrepreneurship, the highest level in health. Level four, faith and spiritual. Spiritual levels in heaven. Level five, spiritually helping other people to help other people. The teaching levels in heaven. Level six, spiritually helping other people to spiritually change. Spiritual change levels and helping other people. Level seven, spiritually helping other people, spiritual truth, spiritual enlightenment levels of helping other people. So there's seven levels you need to learn and stand in helping other people to really understand the spiritual truth. And like I said in the audio and the video today, there are seven levels that you have to do, right? Now, with the seven levels that you have to do, the seventh level becomes very important because the seventh level explains what this video is talking about. Spiritually helping other people and spiritual truth. Now people have wondered, but I've got this career, this house, this car, this money, these holidays, um food, drinks, love, romance, children, you know, very well off, very successful. And oh man. And my messages are very simple and very easy to understand. I'm not saying to the viewers or listeners that are watching the content, you can't have those things. You can have those things if that's something you want. But slowly as you go on this spiritual change journey, it takes a slow time to really go on it. Realize helping other people, giving back, making a difference, making a contribution. Now, so many, I don't it's like it, it's it's it's it it it does sound simple, right? Oh, helping other people, giving back, making a difference, making a contribution. It does sound simple, but it's not easy to do. That's the reality of what I'm trying to get at in this audio and video today. So it does sound simple to do, helping other people, giving back, making a difference and a contribution. It does sound simple to do, but the truth is, in the spiritual truth, it is not easy to do because it goes back to what I've discussed in audios and videos and books before. And this is what I've discussed in books and videos and audios before, which is, and it takes a lot of learning to really get to this point in your life and understand it. Now, I'm gonna explain this simply within this audio and within this video today to try to help those people who want to help other people give them a difference. Now, it's so simple to see what's going on in the world and society, and I've explained this before in many videos and audios. The confusion of the world, the chaos of the world, the just negativity of people's lives. It's so you can see it in like hundreds and thousands and millions, billions of people. You know, it's just the same old cycle. Oh, this is my life, and these problems, and you know, I've got this going on, and oh man, my life, and this is the situation, and got these challenges, and this is the situation, and struggling, oh man, and it's like you can see this in thousands, millions, billions of human beings. So the point is the suffering, pain, and adversity is in thousands, hundreds, millions, and billions of human beings because they've never gone through a process of spiritual change when you don't go through a process of spiritual change, can't live spiritual truth. Now people say, but what about my life? What am I meant to do in my life? How am I meant to live? I don't have the answers to say how you're meant to live your life because I'm a human being myself, and I don't have the answers to say what you need to do in your life because even I don't know, just sharing this content. But what I'm trying to get the message across today is helping other people giving back and making a certain difference. Now, when you help other people give back and make a certain difference, we do the six spiritual practices and the seven levels of helping other people. Now, I want to share this in the audio and the video today. I actually really want to share this. Before me making these contents and these audios and books and videos that I've done in my life, there used to be five levels of helping other people, and it used to be five spiritual practices until you learn, understand, develop, and you grow. That's why now I've been mentioning six spiritual practices and seven levels of helping. Now, seven levels of helping other people all must be done in your life, so each of the levels, and I've always said with this spiritual change in spiritual truth, and spiritual change is spiritual truth, you can live your whole life without doing the seven levels of helping other people. You can live your whole life without doing the six spiritual practices, you can live your whole life without doing that if you're not mindful and careful within your life, right? So think about the hundreds, thousands, millions, billions of people who are going through suffering, pain, and adversity. Once you're, and it takes a spiritual change to really get to this point in your life. Once you're once you once you spiritually change your psychic and psychological, which is changing your thinking patterns, your behavior, your managerisms, and your character as a human being, then your mind is always focused on the hundreds, thousands, millions and billions of people who are going through suffering, pain, and adversity because you've gone through a spiritual change within your psyche and your psychological mind that helps those people in what they are going for as in now. Spiritual change is what it takes, right? How can you say spiritual change is is spiritual truth? It doesn't make sense. I've never helped other people, I don't give back. My job is something else. I I I've got a family, and I haven't haven't been supporting people, I don't, I don't give back. That happens to people who don't do the six spiritual practices and the seven levels of helping other people. So again, in the audio and the video today, and in the podcast also as well, the six spiritual practices prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journaling, and silence, the seven levels of helping other people. Level one, volunteering, level two, jobs, careers, and flight, level three, business and entrepreneurship, level four, faith and spiritual, level five, spiritually helping other people, helping other people, level six, spiritually helping other people to spiritually change, level seven, spiritually helping other people and spiritual truth. Now this is the journey of spiritual change. This is the journey of spiritual enlightenment. This is the journey of spiritual life off. This is the journey of spiritual knowledge and wisdom. This is the journey of spiritual change within your life. This is the journey. So you have to do the six spiritual practices and you have to do the seven levels of helping other people. And this is what becomes shocking to hundreds and thousands and millions of people. They say, But I've never done that. I I I don't contribute, I I don't help in no way. I I I'm living my life the way it is, and you know, if it's successful, happy, you know, I'm living my life, great, but you keep missing the point of the six spiritual practices and the seven levels of helping more people. So I'm not saying you can't have a family, which I've mentioned in the audio and the video and the podcast already. You can if that's if if you choose to have that, I'm not saying you can't go on holidays. If you choose to do that, I'm not saying you can't have a business or a car or a house or a motorbike or or um you know things that you you want. You can have that, it's fine, it's okay, it's nothing wrong in that, right? But a spiritual change becomes the spiritual inspiration and the spiritual motivation in all parts of your life. So spiritual truth comes to those people you've done the seven levels of helping other people and the six spiritual practices, and it is six spiritual practices and seven levels of helping other people that you must do within your life. Now, don't want to go too deep into this in this audio and this video today because I have mentioned this before in audios. I have mentioned this before in my books and in my content, right? Now, this is what gets it simple in the message for this evening, and it really just gets it gets this simple if you can learn this and understand this. You can't change the world's behavior, right? You can't change the confusion of what's happening in life because it's part of reality. You may not be able to change all these people that don't do the six spiritual practices and seven levels of people because that's it's it's just too it's too many people, right? You may not you may not be able to do that, of course. You just may not be able to do that, of course. But the one thing you can do, which all human beings can do, every human being can do this, all human beings can do this. Change yourself, change your life, change your thinking, change your thoughts, change your personality, change your behavior, change what you do in your life, change how you live your life, change in all aspects of your life, change your life. All human beings can do it. There's only those few human beings that get an opportunity to really understand what I'm saying. If you want spiritual truth, you need to go through a process of spiritual change. People can't see it because they haven't gone through the spiritual change themselves. It's not for you or anyone else to try to encourage other people to do that because it's up to them. Each human being must go on their own journey of a spiritual change. And if you don't go on your own journey of spiritual change, you don't live spiritual truth. Then what is spiritual truth? Spiritual truth is living what you're destined to do, living what you're called to do, living what is very important for your life to do, living of what Jesus Christ Jehovah Buddha has called you to do, living a life where you're very spiritual, very motivated, you're very mindful, you're very careful, you're very empathetic, you're very compassionate, you're very passionate, you're motivated, you're driven, you're ambitious, you want to help other people give back and make a difference and a contribution. You want to do something to serve and make a difference. You want to impact in some way, you want some sort of significance within your life, you want something that gives you meaning and value within your life. You want it, you really, really want it, but you can't get to it without the spiritual change. So the spiritual change becomes everything. If there was a way to change hundreds and thousands and millions of people from suffering pain and adversity, then our life wouldn't be the way it is, which is just the reality of daily living. But all human beings must go on their own journey. Every human being must go on their own journey. That's the way life is. We don't live to hundreds of years, no human being does. So life is always moving slowly, slowly, slowly, as as always. It's always the same thing movement. But what you decide and what you choose and how you live makes all the difference in the ups and downs of the journey of life. So are you learning? Are you understanding? Are you trying to figure out What do you need to do in your life? Are you trying to focus on helping other people, giving back, making a difference, making a contribution? Are you even motivated to help other people give back, make a difference? Contribution? Are you even spiritual to do it and mindful to do it? Right? And this is the journey of life. The ups and downs. And now I can get to this point within the audio and video today. And I want to share this before we finish for today's audio and video. Now, this is what I want to share before we finish in today's audio and video. It's a bit basically you can't live life without suffering, pain, and adversity. So that's the reality of all human beings. So I repeat it again: you can't live life without suffering pain and adversity. It will happen to all human beings. The only slight difference is how do you respond to your own suffering, pain, adversity? The question is, what are you going to do about it? The question is, how are you gonna transcend it? What what are you going to do? If it's part of all human beings, suffering, pain, adversity, yeah, which it is part of all human beings, we all will suffer, we all will go through pain, we all will go through adversity for all human beings. What are you going to do to overcome that? What are you going to do to transcend them? What are you going to do to get past the suffering pain of adversity? Because it's for all human beings. You can't expect to live a truthful life without the suffering pain and adversity. And that's this that's that's that's that that that that is the real essence of it. And this is when life gets very serious for millions of people, but so many people they will say, um, I've suffered I've gone through suffering, pain, and adversity, and I just I can't deal with it. It's too it's too it's too it's too much for me to deal with. It's just it's too much suffering. Some people say, Um, I'm gonna try to transcend it, get past it, find a way, find who I am as a human being, you know, there must be a way past the suffering, pain, and adversity experience. Some people will um get vulnerable, emotional, cry, upset because of the suffering, pain, adversity. So the reality is for all human beings that are going to go through suffering, pain, and adversity, it's just gonna be part of all human beings. The question is, is what are you going to do about it? How you how are you gonna get past the situation? What can you do? Uh what's the answer? So the answer is a very simple one, and I have explained some books and videos and audios and podcasts before. I've actually explained this at least um I think thousands of times within my content, my audience, my videos, my books. I've actually explained where it is, and what it is is that you need to go spiritual change. Without that spiritual change, your life doesn't change. Without the spiritual change, can't live spiritual truth. Without the spiritual change, can't do six spiritual practices, without the spiritual change, you can't do seven levels of helping with people without the spiritual change. The spiritual change becomes everything. Now people go, but my life is like this, okay. We get that. I'm not I'm not like I said, I didn't I don't I didn't say you can't have a family, I didn't say you can't have a business, I didn't say you can't have a job, I didn't say you can't have a career, I didn't say you can't go on holidays, I didn't say you can't have food and drinks, I didn't say you can't socialize or hang out. I didn't say that. If you choose to do that, that's down to the individuals and down to the person. Every human being makes their own decisions, isn't it? But do you want to overcome suffering, pain, adversity or always live with suffering pain and adversity? Which is a question for all human beings, and all human beings must answer that question. What are you going to do? How what is the answer to transcend them? What is that answer? How are you going to actually physically and emotionally, mentally, spiritually, financially do that? What are you going to do? How are you going to do it? If you don't go through suffering, pain, adversity, you don't see spiritual truth. So the spiritual truth comes with the suffering pain and adversity. Now, a lot of people say, How can spiritual truth come with the suffering pain and adversity? It doesn't, it doesn't make sense because spiritual truth comes with suffering pain and adversity. That doesn't make sense. This is the thing that I've learned with all of my lessons with this. These people have faith, spirituality, faith, and religion. It might be different in how they view it as a human being because, as human beings, we are all different, isn't it? Some people might have other faiths and other religions. And I'm not gonna go into this in this video today about the specifics of it because it takes too much time. What I'm saying is that these people have faith, spirituality, faith, and religion. So they find it within their daily life. Once you find faith, spirituality, faith, and religion within your daily life, slowly the spiritual change comes. Slowly you start to realize. Slowly you start to see. Okay, maybe I was living like this in my life and I need to change that. Maybe I was thinking certain behaviors and thoughts before, and I need to change that. Maybe I was living in a certain way and I need to change that. Maybe I was doing things that weren't appropriate and I need to change that. In life, everything has a change to it. Haven't people noticed the change of how life works? It's always changing. Nothing stays the same, does it? Even your life doesn't stay the same. It's always moving. Ups and downs moving us. So it's something we have to learn, but the people that I'm I haven't said the name specifically, but I will in a second. They all have faith, spirituality, faith, and religion. And they use the faith, spirituality, faith, and religion in what they do for other people in all parts of their life. That's why they're more spiritual than you realize. They're very, very spiritual than you realize. And now to explain it, this is how we explain it. Who were the most spiritual people who were living when they were here? Because, like I said earlier within the message and audio and podcast today, life is it's it's everyone's journey, isn't it? The birth, the life, and the death. It happens to all human beings. It's the continuous journey of life, the birth, the life, the death. It's continuing. It's gonna happen. Can't can't prevent it. You can't run away from it. It it it will we all will get to that point. Well, this is this is this is when it makes sense. This is when it makes sense. Now, I'm just gonna mention two people here, just two people, right? Yeah, just that that that's for the last part of the audio, the video, and the podcast today. Just just just just two people I'm gonna mention. Now, and this explains a lot with what I'm talking about. Now, I didn't say specifically in the audio or the video or the podcast what faith, what spirituality, what faith or religion you should choose. Don't say that I said that in the audio, in the podcast, in the video because I did it. I never said to the person which one you should choose. This is when everything gets more aligned within your life. Right now, when we think about religion, I'm just gonna specifically talk about religion in this part of the audio, the video, the podcast for the video for the seat. When we talk about religion, which everybody somehow, it's that everyone's trying to find it in their own way. Going to church, going to a temple, going to a mosque, going to a center, um, praying, meditating, uh, nature. We're all trying to find it in our own way as human beings. We basically are all trying to find it in our own way as human beings. But why should I mention these two people without saying the truth of what I'm talking about? In every religion, in every scriptures, they've always mentioned just mainly these two people, and it takes a lot of learning and understanding to ever realize this. Two people who are mentioned in most of these religions. I don't want to go into I don't want to, I don't want to have a debate with the viewers or the listeners or the viewers saying which religion, which one, or how how do I pick one, what should I join, what should I follow? I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, I'm I'm I'm not trying to convert anyone or anything like that. I'm just trying to get the message across. Right. So in every religion, faith, spirituality, faith, and religion, and you you can do your own research and and search the scriptures, the Bible, the Quran, Islam, all the religious books, most most of them mention these in some part. I don't know how it is, it's just these two people are always mentioned, right? Jesus Christ and Buddha. Jesus, Christ, and Buddha are mentioned in every single religion. So Jesus Christ came into the earth to help humanity by salvation. That's why we have the Christianity religion. I haven't said in the audio in the video or the podcast which religion you should choose. I did not say that. Buddha was teaching the ending of suffering, pain, and adversity in Buddhism, which is the Buddhist tradition, right? Religion of Buddhism, right now, in every faith, in every spiritual reality, in every faith, and in every religion, these two people are mentioned, they're always mentioned in scriptures, in every tradition, right? The question we have to ask ourselves as I bring this at the end of the audio in the video, which is very important to learn spiritual change is spiritual truth. The question is, what were they doing? How was they living? What were they teaching? What were they showing humanity? What was they encouraging? What was their motivation? What was the most important part of their life? What did they spend their life doing? How were they living their life? How were they doing the work that they were called to do? What were they doing? How were they doing it? What was what was the essence of their life? What what was it based on? What was it truly based on? What was it? What what did they focus on? What what what what was it? What was it? What what did they focus on? What was it? And it goes back to what I said earlier, and it goes back to what I said in the audio and the video and the podcast already. Seven levels of helping other people. But the only difference between Jesus Christ and Buddha, the way they were doing it, because these are the these are the two people that are mentioned in every single faith, religion, spirituality, and faith. They're the two people I always mentioned. The question is, they were teaching, they were living in truth, and they were doing what they were called to do in all parts of their life. That's why it's like we we we we we we um what's the word for it? We um we say we're religious, we say we're spiritual, we say we're uh inspirational, we say we are like motivational, we say that we are encouraging, we say that we are kind and caring and compassionate and empathetic and want to do the best for people and that sort of do you live the teachings? Do you live the scriptures? Do you believe enough to live it within your life? And that's for every human being. Now people say, but how can you just say two people? It is the truth. The truth is not hidden. Do you understand? The truth is there. Two people. Two. I didn't say more than two, I said two. Jesus Christ and Buddha was always teaching. Their life was about others. What they did every single day was for others, it was never for self-gratification or what they achieved from it. They didn't live like that at all in all of their life. They went on a spiritual change journey, and that is what is that that that that is what Jehovah wants us to do. He wants us to go on that journey. He he really, really wants us to go on that journey. Then we discover the truth, and it can be discovered. You don't have to live your life and go, oh, but this suffering, pain, and adversity, and oh man, this this life is so difficult. You don't you don't have to live like that. Oh, this suffering, pain, and adversity in this life is so people have already teached what we need to know, which is Jesus Christ Buddha. So truth, what is truth then? Truth is living the life you are called to live. What is truth? Truth is living the life you are called to live and living it, living that life. Learning from spiritual change, and that is the important thing. Learning from spiritual change. You can't help people who do not want to go on a spiritual change. I've said this before in audios and books and videos before. You can't help people who are always going to live in that sort of suffering pay and adversity because they haven't changed, they haven't changed. You can't help those people who are always thinking about money because it's not irrelevant to spiritual change. All like I said on the audio, in the podcast, in the video today, like I said, all you can do is change yourself, which is the most hardest change of life. Changing yourself is the most hardest change of life in all parts of life to change who you are. Not worrying about the career, not worrying about the jobs, not worrying about the business, not worried about the family, not worried about the friends, not worried about holidays, not worried about food and drinks, not worried about socializing, not worried about a house or a car or a motorbike, not worried about clothes, not worried about the things, you know, not worried about it. That's that's that's the tricky thing of life. That is very, very tricky, and um I wish I had the answer to tell you how do you um not think about these things. I wish I I wish I had the answer. I wish I did. You have to go on a spiritual change to figure it out for yourself, as all human beings do, I guess. Um just before we finish, just remember that spiritual change is spiritual truth. When you discover spiritual truth, there's one thing you discover. And I've left for this for me sharing this is in a podcast audio and video. The only way I can describe it in words, if there's any way of describing it in words, and it is to some people other inspirations, other motivations, other encouragement. Okay, that's for those human beings and for those individuals. But when when you when when you when when when you go on this spiritual change journey, when you really go on it, and you have to you look, it's like okay, let me let me put it to you this before we finish. It's like it's like in life, right? And let's let me just put it to you this before we finish. Let me just put it to you this way. And then we'll finish. Because I don't want to keep talking and I don't want to upset anyone or make the video on podcast audio even longer. Now, think of life like this. You're a human being that's been born into the world by your parents, then you live your life, you make mistakes or failures or successes, or whatever happens within your life. At some point, you all have to go on a change, right? So you live, do what you do, live, live your life, you know, have what you have in your life, fun, socializing, friends, relationships, all of that in life. You you have all that, you you get all that, and that's part of your life, I guess, and part of who you are. But it goes back to what I've been talking about in the whole video, the podcast, and audio for today. Without the spiritual change, you don't find spiritual truth. So you can have all the friends, all the family, all the gatherings, all the weddings, all the children, all the house, all the car, all the money, all the mobile, all the income, all the food, all the drinks, all the holidays, all of this, all of that. You can have all of that, but then you keep missing. In the point. Spiritual change comes to those people who want to go on a spiritual change. Spiritual change comes to those people who desire helping other people. Spiritual change comes to those people who have changed themselves, which is what I wanted to talk about before we finish. The no self, selflessness, no thyself. Once you go on a spiritual change journey, you know yourself. The no self, selessness, know thyself. That is the change that Jehovah Jesus Christ and Buddha is calling all human beings to do. Every human being. Because in life, like I said, it's a birth, life, death, which is the movement. It's the movement of life. No human being can stop the movement of life itself. So that what does that mean then? It means we've got a certain time, it's got a certain purpose within our lives. We're meant to do something while we are here as a human being, and we all have to find that. If you don't find that, it goes back to what I said in the audience in the video already. You live in suffering, pain, adversity. And if you live in suffering, pain, adversity, that is what your life becomes. A life of pain, suffering, and adversity. That is what your life becomes. It's happened to people before, it happens to people now, it's happening all the time. Your life becomes a life of suffering, pain, and adversity. And that's the one thing that Jehovah Jesus Christ and Buddha wants us to resolve. It want they want to they want you to change. They want you to to to to change, to change as a human being. They want you to change, really change. About spiritual change, you can't find spiritual truth. All human beings have their own truth. Yes, we do. Your life experiences is part of your truth. What you go through as a human being is part of your truth. The only difference is how you're going to respond to it. Are you gonna live in suffering pain and adversity? Be m miserable for most of your life, never reach your full potential as a human being, never become who you're called to be? Or are you going to change that? Do you want to live a different life? Do you do you want something more to your life than just suffering, pain, adversity? Do you do you do do you want to change that in in any parts of your life? That's a question for people, for all human beings. Now, it's important to learn that spiritual change is very important. And I've always said spiritual change is very important from the very beginning of my videos, my talks, my audios, and whatever I've done for others, it's the spiritual change that becomes the most important. The only difference is who's going to spiritual change, who's going to go on the journey. Who wants to discover the no-self, selflessness, and know thyself? When you know thyself, you know who you are. That's that's the beauty of it. You know who you are. So you don't have you don't have the same. How can I put it in an audio and video today on a podcast? When you know who you are, that is the spiritual change of life. And that's when we it gets into a very high topic this is not everyone can teach this, and not everyone knows this because they're still in suffering, pain, and adversity. So once you know who you are as a human being, then you then you know your life purpose, then you know what you're called to do, then you know you know your spiritual divine assignment, then you know, and that knowing changes everything, and when you know, you don't live in suffering, pain, and adversity. You may I'm not saying you might experience things and life doesn't have the ups and downs uh birth, life, death as part of it. Of course it does, it just means you're more spiritual when you know that self, the spiritual and you know that self. Now, I don't I can't I haven't got the time to really go into this in a full audio and podcast today. I could I could have spent longer talking about it, but it's just it just takes too much time. So the simple way of knowing that self, if there's a simple way of it, is six spiritual practices prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journey, silence, seven levels of helping other people, like I mentioned. Level one, volunteering, level two, jobs, careers, and development, level three, business, entrepreneurship, level four, faith and spiritual, level five, spiritually helping other people helping with people, level six, spiritually helping other people to spiritual change, level seven, spiritually helping other people and spiritual truth. Now the truth is what matters. Spiritual change leads you to spiritual truth. Now, don't be surprised when people are going through suffering pain and adversity, don't be surprised when you've changed, don't be surprised where you see a world that's just you don't you you don't want it to be this way, but there's nothing you can do to avoid it, so you have to live within it. And the hardest lesson I've learned on my journey up until this point, and it's a very hard lesson I've learned up until this point, is that the world is always gonna be the way it is. People are always gonna go through suffering pain and adversity. The world doesn't appreciate a spiritual change, the world doesn't appreciate spiritual life, the world doesn't appreciate spiritual knowledge and wisdom, the world doesn't appreciate it. It's never spoken about. There's always like a different subject that people talk about. Like, for example, entrepreneur, business, millionaire, billionaire, or it could be something to do with family, I've got a successful family, or it could be something to do with like um real estate. I've got I've got properties, and it's always it's always something else. It's always something else. It's never, it's never the truth. It's never like spirituality, Jesus Christ, Buddha, Christianity, Buddhism, faith, religion. It's always something, it's always something. I'm sorry for laughing, but it's it's so true, like it's always something else. It's always something else, like um it's uh it's it's it's it's strange, you know, it's very strange, but um the world that appreciates spiritual truth, the world that appreciates spirituality or faith and religion or any spiritual things, and that's the world the way it is. So people live their life and go, um man, got the bills, got the home, got the car, and it's always the same pattern, isn't it? Because you didn't go through a spiritual change, it's always the same talking because you didn't go through a spiritual change, it's always the same problems because you didn't go through a spiritual change, it's always the same. This is going on, it's it's always the same thing because you didn't go through a spiritual change. So the spiritual change is what leads you to spiritual truth. Only when you live spiritual truth, then you're what's the word that I would use? The no-self, selflessness, and know that self becomes true. When you have the no-self, the selflessness, know that self becomes true, then you're living your purpose. When you're living your purpose, you don't have time to do other things, you're always on your purpose, which is it it's it's so tricky for hum human beings because it's just it's it's always it's always something that's that's it's not they're not they're not able to do it. Like it's it's happening, it's happening. As I'm as I'm aware of this audio and this video today, it's actually happening to millions of people at the moment. They're not on their purpose, they're not they're not living there, and and then that's when the confusion sets in, isn't it? That's when the chaos sets in, that's where the the the just the problems set in because you're not living your purpose, you're not living your calling, you're not on your divine disignment, you are not even spiritual. So that's the world. The world will be the way it is, but you can change yourself, and if you change yourself, go on the journey. If you go on the journey, then you will discover the spiritual change that I'm talking about. Only when you discover the spiritual change that I'm talking about, then your life changes, and people they'll they'll they'll get confused with those individuals that have gone through a spiritual change. They'll say, No, he didn't, no, she didn't, their life is something about something else. It goes back to what I said in the audio and the video and the podcast today. Who were the two people I mentioned? Jesus Christ and Buddha. What were they doing? Teaching, helping other people, and making the world a better place. Making the world a better place because of who they were, what they learned, and who they were, who who they who they basically are. They knew themselves. They knew who they were. They didn't they knew who they were. That's that's why they were able to do what they did. So the know self, selflessness, know thyself. Discover that takes time for every human being, spiritual change comes. When you find spiritual change, spiritual truth comes. You find spiritual truth, spiritual enlightenment will be a part of your life. You have spiritual enlightenment, you're only doing it for one reason to teach. That's that's what I've been doing in this audio and this video today, just to teach. Not saying I'm better than anyone else, not saying I'm more successful than anyone else because I'm not, but to teach that that simple word, teach, show the truth, spiritual change, helping other people, giving back. And once you go on this journey, boy, you know, life life becomes very interesting. I'm only young to learn what I've learned so far in my life. I'm only young to learn it, but life becomes very, very interesting, and it's and the only way I can describe it is that you become different, you just become different. It's like people will I don't know how to word it, they'll like get emotional, get upset, but you you're the different one. You're you're you're you're in you you you become an inspiration. You become an inspiration. Like that's that's the way I word it. You become an inspiration, and inspiration is not necessarily doing more than what everyone else is doing, it's just that you just become an inspiration. Don't you like with what I'm saying, you don't have to, it's there's no, it's not like a working hard process or um like earning more money or getting more society. It's got nothing to do with that, it's just who you are. It comes back to the same thing mentioned, who you are, find that in life, and if you find it, the know self, selflessness, and know thyself becomes what we actually call spiritual in life because you've changed. Something in your life changed, and that's what made you who you are. So there's no suffering pair adversity once you know yourself, and it goes back to what I said just before we finish, and I keep on talking, and I shouldn't finish it from now. Just because you know who you are doesn't mean you're not gonna go through suffering pair adversity. Just repeat it one more time before we finish full days audio just because you know who you are doesn't mean you're gonna not go through suffering in adversity. Because part of knowing who you are is to go through suffering in adversity, to go through the end in the world, to transcend it. That's part of the process. The only it goes back to what I said earlier, is how you respond to it. That makes all the difference. I think I can't I I think I've said this about I don't know, 20 times, a thousand times. How you respond to the South European adversity makes all the difference. You will go through it, you will experience it, it will happen, but how you respond makes all the difference. Are you gonna be spiritual, motivated, and inspirational, discover who you are, or are you just gonna go, do you know what? Um oh man, you know, gosh, you know, it's too much to take. No one said that suffering, pain, adversity is an easy thing to experience, and no one said that suffering pain and adversity doesn't come with its challenges, it always does. It's just how do you respond? Are you gonna feel vulnerable all the time, get emotional all the time, cry to yourself, ask people to always look out for you, or are you gonna do something about it? Question I have is what are you going to do about it? What are you gonna do about it? It goes back to what I said earlier. What are you gonna do about it? What are you gonna do? So I think I'm finished there for today's audio and video for today. It's quite a long one, actually. I could have gone longer, but um, it's okay to stop it here. As I was already said before, um you know, with my content, my my YouTube videos and also my books and also my podcasts as well. If you're finding this on YouTube, then that's good you find it on YouTube because the channel is Christopher Lee and Rose Motivations. I've also got a podcast called Christopher Lee and Rose Motivations, which is on Apple um podcast and Spotify, I believe. And um, I've also got other podcasts and other audios that I've shared as well over the years, of course. Um, just remember that spiritual change is spiritual truth. If you find the spiritual change within yourself, then you find the spiritual truth within life, and that's a journey for all human beings. Um I've always said there's no right or wrong way to find that truth for yourself. But with the truth comes a contribution in some kind. And I can't tell the viewer what kind of contribution it comes with, because that's not part of the talk, and that's not part of the inspiration or the motivation. All I'll say is with spiritual change, spiritual truth comes with a contribution. So you've got to find the contribution in your life. That's gonna be different for all human beings. How are you going to contribute? Who are you gonna serve? Are you gonna be like Jesus Christ and Buddha that was doing it to the there's no higher level than what Jesus Christ and Buddha was doing it in their lives? Are you gonna be like them? Really go for it, find it, find it within your life? Are you are you are you are are are you motivated enough to to do what they did? Are you motivated? And um, yeah. We'll see, we'll see anyway. And uh, you know, I hope this podcast and this audience video gets to the right people. Those people that do want to do this work, want to be on the journey, want to find spiritual change, spiritual truth. And as always, I've said discover who they are. So thank you for listening now. I'm gonna wrap it up there and uh have a good evening now. Take care and bye bye. Thanks.
