It is time now. It is time now to stop putting off what you can do today. It is easy to think about and do what is comfortable for you. But when you put yourself outside your comfort zone, that is where you step into your true potential. And this is the opportunity that enables you to embrace all the resources you have within you and to obtain even more resources too. If we always do what we've always done, we will always get the same result, is the famous saying. And that is so very true. So, take a moment today to think about what you do. Do you stay inside your comfort zone? What is it that you want to achieve moving forward? What are your goals, your aspirations, your dreams? And ask yourself what is it that stops you from reaching your potential? Perhaps it's that imposter syndrome. Perhaps it's worrying about what other people might think or say. Perhaps it's changing your social situation or your work situation. Nobody will ever walk in your shoes, only you. Nobody has your purpose. You are unique. So today, think about those things that you want to do. Sometimes you know the goal, sometimes you just know a direction, and sometimes you just have a feeling but are not quite sure which direction you're leading towards. Sit, breathe, and take some time to just allow your thoughts to settle with each breath, letting go of tension, letting go of worries, letting go of any concerns, what ifs and maybes. And just focus on your body. Notice how your body feels. And set your intention for the universe to help you for your highest good. To tap into those universal healing energies that are there to guide you, to heal you, to inspire you and to energize you. And having set that intention, just sit for a little while as your thoughts calm even more, focusing on how your body feels. And just become aware of what you're noticing, sensing, feeling and hearing. And in due course, allow the words of inspiration to flow down. And whether you hear the words, you sense them, you feel them, you get ideas, know that whatever is happening for you is right for you at this moment. So embrace it and enjoy it too. Life is like a piece of cake in many ways. We can slice it evenly or we can take chunks off at a time, embrace it and move forward. So what is it that you want now? Do you want slow, steady success in your chosen area? Are you going to work systematically just like that piece of that cake - each slice measured? Or are you going to throw all of your effort into it and have a bigger chunk? The most important thing is to listen, for your body will tell you when you need slow, steady progress, and when you need a bigger chunk to move forward. You are unique. Your journey is your journey.
